Finally watched it. Good stuff. There was a touch of anti-white, pro-black culture sentiment but it was much more subtle than typical these days.

So far I think my favorite movie for car chases is White Lightning. Classic!

What do you mean by “tough it out”?
Are we talking about the government being willing to close down inefficient state businesses, let property prices fall, let growth slow to zero etc in the interests of making the economy stronger in the long term?

Or about the ability of the ordinary people to survive hardship?
