I don’t know what their plan is, but since war is the only way the nomenklatura can see their way through a collapse, I imagine this is how they are trying to reactivate any fighting spirit in Europeans. The american military has lost a lot of morale by the endless little wars, but the US can still be stirred up as it is. Debt, taxes, and a militarisation of police are about the only effects people have seen.

This is just some thoughts, I hope to hell I’m wrong, but this is all beyond my understanding. If I’m way off, let me know.
