I’m doubtful it went down the way the federal government says it did. Besides, it’s always this ‘lone nut’ with an inadequate weapon as pointed out above. I’ve watched many documentaries and read a book or more over the years on this one. I don’t pretend to have the answer but I’m partial to CIA involvement or facilitation.

Kind of like 9/11. I’m asked to believe this incredible story that the hijackers, majority Saudis, learned to fly these planes making incredible moves and this was totally missed by the dozen and a half US intelligence agencies and a maybe a dozen or so worldwide. And the planes just crashing in and burning jet fuel led to the pulverization of concrete and steel within less than an hour or so of the collision. What a story!

What other options are available? Infiltrating the White House through the sewer system in the middle of the night? If you want to kill the president, you’re going to have access to him in a public place. Public presidential appearances are all televised. Apparently, before the era of mass terrorism, they were not so security conscious in the secret service (JFK WAS riding in a convertible, which is unimaginable today.)

>Well, you’d grab an RPG, good for 200 metres and a guaranteed kill, or you’d grab a belt fed tripod machine gun, same deal, 30 rounds downrange at a car and nothing is left alive inside, fill the belt with incendiaries and whats left will burn up.

Believe it or not, even in Texas, they don’t sell RPGs at the gun store. M1919s are hard to come by, too. Heck, the RPG-7 was not even available in Vietnam at the time, not to mention Texas. So, what he shot Kennedy with is exactly what some crazy asshole would have available without breaking into a National Guard armory.
