Also, with governments deliberately forcing bank institutions to deny people access to normal banking services, Bitcoin and cryptocurrency becomes the only option. I think if we are going to have government issued currencies that are electronically based, that can be shut off from people at will, we need to make access to currency and banking institutions a basic civil right. Weev would probably be dead by now if it wasn’t for Bitcoin. Given the issues with Bitcoin, I hope for his sake he has a plan B.

I’m an engineer like you, and I am normally able to understand most concepts given enough time and resources. Everyone who I’ve asked to explain bitcoin’s value to me cannot do so adequately, which makes me doubtful of it’s value.

Thanks for the post.

just look at the incestuous web of Central Banks propping each other up. i can see a nation with a large trade surplus ( lookin at you, China ) holding a lot of foreign .gov bonds. they’ve got a bunch of fiat cash sitting around being intentionally depreciated by the Central Bank, they’ve gotta do something to try to counteract any ‘value’ being boiled off via intentional inflation.

but why are trade+budget deficit nations holding EACH OTHER’S .gov bonds? look up how much Germany holds in French debt and vice versa.

the whole thing is a massive shell game and the only thing keeping it from imploding is that the NormieFags haven’t noticed that the USD / Euro / Pound / what-have-you have no true value.

“My deepest thanks to the US government, Senator McCain and Senator Lieberman for pushing Visa, MasterCard, Payal, AmEx, Mooneybookers, et al, into erecting an illegal banking blockade against @WikiLeaks starting in 2010. It caused us to invest in Bitcoin — with > 50000% return. pic.twitter.com/9i8D69yxLC — Julian Assange”
