build an overshot waterwheel, to drive your spindle so that you’re no longer dependent on the vagaries of modern civilization.

Employers have told me it’s hard to find people who can consistently show up on time (before time actually), communicate at a moments notice, be honest even if it means short term negative consequences, etc. Growing up under a hardass engineer father, all of those skills were hammered in to me growing up, and have been invaluable.

I’ve learned to fix or do many routine chores myself, not out of necessity, but in order to not have to rely on anyone else and ensure jobs are done right. Even if your job doesn’t involve anything even related to setting up a LAN or laying drywall, having a jack of all trades with multiple skills on hand, or the ability to judge the workmanship of others is a valuable asset to many employers. Especially in an age where so many grown men are useless at these things. I do not complain on the job when it doesn’t solve anything, but I raise objections to save everyone time and hassle. I do not blame others to boost myself up. Etc.

Anyway, assuming one were looking for a job, I’d take the attitude above and accept YMMV. Try to learn as many skills as possible through personal experience. Do it thyself and don’t ask others for help until everything has been tried. Make thyself useful and accountable. Read “A letter to Garcia”

And the “security FOR society FROM people like him” is spot on, social security is a form of danegeld:
“Danegeld was a tax raised to pay tribute to the Viking raiders to save a land from being ravaged.”

There are riots in urban American areas withing hours when the food stamp computer goes down! They just trash markets and take stuff.

This will be very bad for liberal enclaves when another hot civil war breaks, as it will instantly morph into a two front war, one front again the magic negro.

Speaking of the ghetto, you may like this blokes site, who roams and writes about Bodymore, Murderland (Baltimore, Maryland):

Writing stuff like: https://jameslafond.com/article.php?id=1218

“Welfare has no relation to feeding the hungry. It is about transferring wealth from one group to another in order to grow the government and foster the kind of antagonism you are feeling, which will grow the domestic military arm of the government exponentially when these sentiments are no longer contained by the belief in the fairy-tale Founding Fathers, who were just a bunch of scumbag slavers who wanted to cut the Home Country out of the profit scheme. Any empire requires a threatening parasite class to which funds are funneled away from the fearful productive class. The state provides the force matrix that feeds the parasite class and protects the productive class, making it equally indispensable to both sides, and assuring its growth in response to unrest from either segment of these two enslaved groups. Inequity is built in as the driving dynamic of the system and cannot be dispensed with.”
