Henti's * 1285gm self raising flour * 250ml sugar (1 cup) * 5ml salt (1 tsp) * 250gm butter (soft/room temp) * 2 eggs beaten * 500ml Milk (Or butter milk without vinegar) * 1 tbsp Vinegar (to make buttermilk) 1. Rub the butter into the flour/sugar/salt mixture until it resembles bread crumbs 2. Mix the vinegar into milk to make buttermilk || or use Buttermilk! 3. Mix beaten eggs into the milk 4. Stir wet ingredients into the flour mix and knead to form a soft dough (if mixture is dry, add tbsp of milk) 5. Split dough into 32 even pieces 6. Place in long deep bread tins 7. Bake at 180 (160 fan assisted) for 1 hour or until baked 8. Dry at low temp (60-100) overnight.
