Uncle Bob 1 made a point about immigration in the EU in the last Cafe. This question will remain for long time on the table : what they really want to achieve with that policy ? at the first look, it seems that they want to destroy the national identities of the Europeans without thinking at the consequences, or much worse, taking that in consideration. That imply a premeditated, accepted policy of evil, considering they will stay in power for long. The instability will grow constantly, in parallel with the growing sense of frustration by the native populace. The dream of “harmonious life” shall vanish violently. or do the leaders and elites think – or dare to think – that they and their children will live a peaceful life, maybe separated from the “ordinary people” ? The EU leaders are saying constantly that the native Europeans are dying out because they don’t make children. True. But why not ? isn’t there a failure in the policy of these countries, made by the same elites, which led to this catastrophic demography ? And how about the economic destruction of the former Eastern socialist countries ? the imposition of the “European and Western values”, changing their culture in block ? I am from Romania as you know, Romania had before 1989 a population of 23 million people. Today, the same Romania has a population of less than 19 million, instead of having 25-26 million. And that is just one country how about the others ? Germany say that she is still at the level of 80 million (thanks to the immigration from east – mostly skilled workers, and from ME and Africa – the questionable part) As the west profited greatly from the eastern countries – not just with the work-force influx but with the export of their economic “values” to the east – those countries remain still well behind in terms of standard of living, being EU member state or not. Of course, the essential is not the living standard for them but the NATO membership. The recent wave of immigrants from ME, Central Asia and Africa just put some oil in the fire, and this is just the beginning. It will be bad not just for the native Europeans but for the immigrants, because they won’t find a real home in these countries and they will be frustrated too.
On the other hand, the EU is pushing with that plan, moreover is pushing with the distribution of migrants in the eastern countries which are poorer. Guess what ? will they stay there, instead of going back in the more richer western side of EU ? and will they accept it anyway ? If yes, there is only a matter of time till they provoke a havoc in the less brainwashed eastern countries and the consequences will be ugly. That’s why Hungary opposes vehemently to such imposed re-distribution, besides the essential question of self-determination, sovereignty and non-interference in the internal affairs. This question is far from over.
The question of mass immigration and its purpose/s is not a new one, but the new operation sheds some light on the older ones. Obviously all human acting always tries to „kill several flies with one stroke”, plus everybody confounds the two direction of asking WHY – going back to the motives and looking forth for the goals – most of the time, and rightly so, because everything is convoluted in humans and a standard answer could start „I wanted to to this so that in the future…”, or, the goal may be the motive, but there are unknown and sub motives, ulterior and by-goals etc.
Looking at the past, East Germany was un-germanic, slavic until the western barbars broke the resistance of the valiant locals in the 13th c., who then continued to be slavic by personality, customs, and by language up to the 17th or 18th c. These Slavs – excepted by the Russians – were detested by Adolf Rotschild-Schickelgruber and are hated by everyone here, because they are so foolish and ridiculous. Mother Russia is redspected, better than the rest of the world, while her children are all evil, black sheep of the family – what a sad mother with sus misshaped offspring! The germanic friends of Russia and enemies of all the other Slavs tried to help by sending germanic settlers from the Netherlands to populate „those wide, unpeopled steppes in the East“, i.e. the land between Labe and Odra (and east of the Odra, which is the same story under another title), at the end of the Middle Ages already. During the 30 years war namely these unpeopled steppes were further unpeopled, since the heaviest destruction in that war took place in that „Middle Germany“, roughly former East Germany. Those Slavs who speak Slavic until today, the Serbs of Lusatia, were punished for using the Holy Bible in their language, only in German it was allowed reading etc.
One major crime of these idiotic and ridiculous slavic cavemen was that they introduced freedom of faith and speech in the 12th c in Bohemia already ( until 1618, invented by the reformation of Jan Hus, burnt at the stake for having believed a catholic promise of safe-conduct ), which swapped over to the north (Northern or Lusation Serbia), so that our germanic Doctor Martinus Luther had to appear and reform the reformation: no more money to the pope was ok, but the free things nonsense was not, and had to be eradicated in Germany by fire and sword (Peasant‘s War of the 16th c.). After the révocation de l‘édit de Nantes in 1685, the poor French protestants were invited like the poor Arabs of today, to populate the empty steppes in the East, and they then made 1/3rd of the population of Berlin at that time. Obviously, they needed their own schools, churches, administration etc., all in their own language, since they were neither idiots nor ridiculous but from the West. The support for the use of the French language and the interdiction and prosecution of the use of the Northern Serbian language were decreed by the same chieftain, The Grand Elector, from a Swabia based noble family. Does anybody already get a feeling for what motives and goals of these wise and just rulers may have been? They simply wanted to protect us newbies from the evilness, idiocy and ridiculousness of the natives! When the utterly ridiculous nation of Poland -where they also had the freedom of religion and speech as a matter of course – was erazed by three noble German rulers on three surrounding thrones, the natives of East Germany were flooded by natives from Poland including Jewish ones, which were later resented. After WW II, one German state in the West, mostly Catholic and truly Germanic, did its utmost to extract those persons from East Germany which could be of any value: „skilled workers“, Ioan, yes perhaps, but also academics, medical doctors etc – everyone freshly and very well trained by poor, looted East Germany. Thus, West Germany got hundred of thousands of perfect specialists, which they paid nothing for, while East Germany spent their scarce ressources for forming these specialists, which then disappeared – „Noone wishes to build a wall“, said one of their chieftains, but had to correct himself and build that wall anyway to stop that business of labour piracy. After the Cold War ended with the occupation of East Germany by the West Germans, qualified personnel were further drained, and Neonazi rednecks injected so that everyone might see how evil and backwards the natives there are. Then we started stripping the other ridiculous and backward nations east of Germany from their assets (6 million from Romania according to you; right now the Balcans are stripped of medical personnel) – and the newest fad is to do the same thing to the Arabs.
A while ago, one of the charming Canadian ladies here asked how Berlin feels under the newly introduced Islamic terror, and the answer was that it feels quite normal. Apart from millions of tourists happily enjoying construction barricades, non functioning escalators, a mostly boring and ugly architecture and uncommunicative natives, there are now also thousands and thousands of Near East people, either young families, or gangs of young males (and sometimes females). They do not need us, we onlookers do not need them, but they behave on the whole quite well. Can it be that many of them are skilled workers or academics who will soon just as well for us as anybody else brought here during centuries? We got them for free, imagine! And soon, we will be, together with China, the führers of the whole world (see http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociopolitica/esp_sociopol_nwo245.htm) – so that we will be able to siphon hundreds of millions of well-trained Chinese!
So, my impression is that there are mixed motives and mixed goals, as always, and the more sinister ones tend to be less mentioned and advertised, they have to be sought. Erazing those natives that are not loved here is just one of them. By now the EU is like the US: everyone arrived will in the end be able to settle whereever they want (except perhaps in those evil, idiotic and ridiculous empty steppes east of Germany), so that a group of Kenians might make out of Bavaria „Little Kenia“, and Romanians could take over the old Roman city of Trier, like there are ethnic bubbles in the USA. But the unique cultures of the former European countries will be gone, and are already. There is little need to travel anymore in Europe (except for particular weather and bathing conditions), since all cities already look the same, all understand and speak world pidgin, the music is american crap fom Alasko to Kamchatka, TV is disgusting everywhere, and the propaganda it spits out is again one and the same for the whole world. I don‘t see any „havoc“ because of this in the future. The (evil, idiotic and ridiculous) countries of the European East *resist*, but we have well trained specialists for dealing with Résistance movements, just wait and see. A large majority was against Macron, but accepted that he usurped power by fraud at the polls – this is what the most rebellous nation in Western Europe did to defend itself against this creeping undeclared war against them. They just accepted their national holiday to be stolen from them („We must not party anymore on that day, it would be disrespectful towards the victims of Nizza”), but they and we all will get a wonderful unified all-European Freedom Day – 9/11? 1/30? 5/1? – instead, eradicationg one more national nonsense. In case things will go completely wrong (all out war, economic collapse, asteroid impact), anything can happen. Without that – nothing.
The German law prohibits a man to have more than one wife. Obviously, this law is in no way an obstacle for the Muslims to have several wives and the German authorities permit that openly. If the man dies and he had four wives, the German law gives widow – pension for all four. Lets assume, they had two children with each, that means eight children, and they have to get their payments too.
I won’t get further into maths but is easy for everyone to make a check with the numbers. Then will understand why is the economic collapse so frightening for the leaders… then everything will start to crash, together with the multi-kulti dream, when there is no more cream. A few days ago, watched on a German TV channel a series of Documentaries about the modern Bundeswehr (Army). Nice advertising for catching new recruits for them to join. Who will join ?… presumably not the migrants but the Germans. Now, if a war brakes out, who will die on the front lines ? those who joined, the Germans ( or any native European for that matter ) …to safeguard the lives of …guess who ?
I can see around here no muslim who has more than one wife, if not because to have more than one is quite expensive for poeple who are migrants and trying to make themselves a place in life in a new country.
Thus, the panoramic you paint is far from reality.
It is not poligamy from muslims where all the troubles of late-capitalism lay, but in its very essence, based in inequality and its predatorial and destructive nature for peoples and their environment, not to mention the necessity of perpetual war.
I’m not talking from the air, I will try to give here some proves in the coming cafes. As for capitalism, you are right, the troubles have begun much earlier and yes, it is “based in inequality and its predatorial and destructive nature for peoples and their environment, not to mention the necessity of perpetual war.” as you say.
A couple of years ago there was an article in a french magazine about an imam with four wifes which he managed to get to France one by one using the family reunion laws. He took the first with him when he immigrated, divorced her, and next arranged for family reunion with the second wife, and so on.
With these wifes he had nine children, who also immigrated with their respective mothers. End of the story was that this greater family harvested well over 11,000 euros every month in social benefits, child support, financial aid with housing, etc.
Compare that to the benefits of retired farmers (often way less than 1000 euros per month) who have worked day (and many nights) all of their lifes and who paid their premiums and taxes all along the way and we can easily understand the reasons for social unrest.
Here is something to read and watch : Udo Ulfkotte – “Mekka Deutschland”
Friederike Beck – “Die geheime Migrationsagenda”

a vey interesting conundrum…..then it could turn into something like a “black lives matter” syndrome….used by all the NGO’s and HRW type organisations……..and whoever to make a topsy turvy world implode on itself………………
it will bring some colour in their child abuse events especially now that white kids are more difficult to come by. I wonder how many immigrant children are already “missing”
White kids and many more indigenous kids got sacrificed and still do. The ITCCS finally manages to save children and disrupt the massacres. The Roman Catholic church, government officials, elites, royalty, etc. are involved but the tides seem to be turning:

Nasty stuff in Europe as well:

That has been the fate of all the Eastern European countries since 1989. In 1989 Russia as part of the USSR had 147 million people (minus Crimea). Even today they are less than that population. By my figures, with the losses and the missed births Russia today “should” be over 170 million people. Ukraine,Belarus,Moldova are the same or much worse. In 1989 Moldova had almost 4.5 million people. Today there are less than 3.0 in Moldova. Some of the EU Eastern states are just as day (or worse). Estonia had 1.572 million and now has 1.315 million. Latvia was 2,680 million and now is 1,953.While a very few have been able to regain their 1989 figures (still losing all the normal increase they would have had otherwise) most of them have never regained their 1989 population figure. On the other hand a few countries in the EU’s West have had larger increases. They gained population from the East. And millions of unassailable immigrants from outside Europe. In effect you have people deserting the “colonies” of Eastern Europe for the “metropole” of Western Europe. A very unhealthy state for the EU. And a state of near death for the East of Europe. Whatever else can be said about the fall of Communism in Eastern Europe. The one undeniable fact shown by statistics is the near national “suicide” of the populations in those countries. The “will” for their populations to survive seems to have been “sucked” out of those nations. And at the rate they are going now. Given a few centuries more they will disappear as nation states. So far Russia seems to be the only one of those countries to care enough to try and stop it at all.
Hello Sakerites…
There’s been a fascinating leak of US State Department documents which are being collectively reviewed and analysed at sites like 4-chan and Reddit’s the_donald.
Some amazing stuff is being revealed concerning the origins of the Russian “hacker” narrative that has become almost a psychosis in the US….. There’s docs and analysis of the mo vitamins of key players US and Russian.
Here is a link to a site with 44-page document on “Putinism”.
It’s both simultaneously insightful and obtuse.
Many here may enjoy the read:
https://www.scribd.com/mobile/document/353872416/Putinism
See my earlier comment about the leak of US State Department docs.
Here are 300 pages on McCain, I haven’t read it in full, but a scroll through has proved fascinating.
McCain, as we know here is almost a cartoon character of hate towards Russia….
https://www.scribd.com/mobile/document/353866545/McCain
all that stuff reads like the same person wrote it all though stating it is from many authors. non of it speaks of the real adjenda but just pushing the same MSM talking points. I see it as all disinfo.
Here is a link to the 4-chan thread where people have collectively worked to compile and review the tranche of leaked US State Department docs.
Links within the thread take you to docs including emails and position papers relevant to the
“Muh Russia” obsession which has almost paralysed US internal politics and foreign policy for the past 12-months.

Ah, a new cafe. Don’t it feel good to get a fresh start? A half moon is overhead. Stars and clouds are too. I like to orient myself to the large perspective of nature. I am also grounded on this turning earth.
My thoughts turn to you and to our purpose on this earth. I mean this vineyard and our mission of stopping the war on Russia. Here in the US, there is insanity and insincerity on the loose. The dogs of war have been unleashed on Russia. It’s crazy.
But it’s also a pleasure to be in the vanguard of protecting Russia, even sometimes from herself. I do it through the Love Army, a spiritual and intellectual force to be reckoned with. My eye is on stopping war itself. There are several ways to do this. The first is to tap into the power of love. I use ancient mantras and mandalas, mostly just by thinking love.
The second strategy is to stop clandestine wars that we don’t even think are wars. We’ve been brainwashed so much that we can’t see straight. It’s taken me 77 years to begin to see the problem, and I’ve hardly begun to recover my eyesight. A lot has to do with diet. I am what I eat.
Gradually over the years I’ve changed what I eat. The biggest change is not to eat the meat of animals that have eyes like us or red blood like us. If I eat animals, I am making war on them. I am killing them, for God’s sake. I am aiding and abetting mass slaughter of innocents. This is a war crime. One species, ours, is committing genocide upon another.
Why has it taken me so long to see this? I used to eat meat three times a day. And steal animal products, too, like milk and eggs. I was a blind fool, and an enabler of war. The killing of animals leads to the killing of people, through war and other means. This is the plain truth which has been obfuscated out of our consciousness by the business of killing and war.
The way to stop war, then, is to first of all, not do the things that foster war. It’s so elemental and basic that it’s a wonder we can be so blind. “When the blind lead the blind, both fall into the pit.” Well, gradually, gradually, I pulled back from the pit of war, disease, famine and miserable death, to reference the Apocalypse.
Diet is part of the over-all program of stopping war. Of course, Russians eat meat; and unfortunately, they thereby enable the war against themselves. They probably excuse it by saying in the cold North, they have to. Well, this is no longer true with storage and delivery of food, if it ever was true. Grains can be stored, as well as roots and some fruits, or kept frozen in that frozen North country.
This is not a rant but a holy chant for the animals, and for ourselves, since we are mostly animals. It takes a ton of brain blotting to make us miss what’s right in front of our eyes. Just a few minutes ago, I was looking all around for my glasses, and finally discovered they were right on top of the computer in front of me.
Selective seeing, hearing and everything else characterizes the human condition. When I make better selections, I am the better for it. The theme here is stopping war, so that’s what I select. But when I start on that path, there is no stopping, unless I select the backspace and delete key. It’s my choice, and that affects my life and the life of the planet.
After awhile I feel the bond developing between the free animals and myself. We know what’s going on. We know about the slaughterhouses and about how it makes for a slaughterhouse world. Things are connected. When they get disconnected, there can be loss of service, and our world turns dark. We fall into the pit of ignorance, and pretend that what is, isn’t.
The good news is that when I stop killing, I can start loving. Some don’t like love talk, thinking I’m selling something. I’ve never taken a penny for the work I do for love, and never will. It’s a pleasure to talk love in the cause of stopping war. I think this is what this vineyard is here to do: stop the war on Russia which is emblematic of stopping war in general.
Russia is the focus for love haters. It goes back a thousand years to when Russ destroyed the Khazar Kingdom. Russ did not harm people much but yes, the kingdom of traders lost its independence, and the traitors to love have sought revenge every since.
From what I hear, the Khazars used the Bolsheviks to get back at Russia. The same Communists are now using asymmetric means to change China too. They want to make a one-world trading network of roads, rails and bridges, vast improvement over the Khazar Kingdom cross-road between east and west, and north and south in the area between Europe and Asia, and Russia and Byzantium.
Now they can connect with the old Silk Road and make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear, according to a phrase I heard long ago. Can you imagine the tolls on a world-wide network of Chinese rails and bridges? Any trolls under those toll bridges? And the size of the basket of currencies that will entail?
No wonder Trump dislikes China. It’s just a matter of business. Nothing personal, as the mob boss says. But it is personal for the indigenous people and animals displaced. I guess the hares will eventually learn that the turtles win the race in the end.
Well, I’m going back to bed and see if I can get some sleep. Nice talking to you, although I suspect you don’t like to hear what I’m saying. If it’s any comfort, I don’t like it either but it has to be said by somebody. “I guess it must be up to me.” Dylan.
Love, Dennis
Well Dennis, I always like to read what you write, and there are perhaps more like that, just shy to declare their adherence to your lectures. Sometimes one gets sleepy having the known tenets repeated again and again, so that they will not be forgotten – just like in any other teacher/student situation. Repetitia mater scientiea est, obviously.
As to the suspicion „I suspect you don’t like to hear what I’m saying“ perhaps an old joke from the GDR can cheer you up: One comrade asks another other comrade in a private conversation in open terrain: „Now, tell me honestly, comrade, what do you think of our party chairman, Walter Ulbricht?“ The other comrade answers whispering „First let as retire into a house entrance“, and then, there, whispering into the ear of the other comrade, he tells his answer: „You know what, comrade? I personally and honestly think, well, that, to tell the truth – he‘s not so bad, after all…“
“The way to stop war, then, is to first of all, not do the things that foster war”
it’s the childs trick: to close the eyes with both hands and to believe, the evil world isn’t here any longer. And phantasize as big as one is powerless.
Your simple phantasies … well true, Jung said fantasies are the kings “way out of here” but he ment that concerning therapy of neurosis. Unfinished lifelong therapy anybody? So called “New Age”?
Or becoming “children again”, adult children?
Adult children are here to look into and to understand man, to consciously experience the good and the evil as single sovereign persons between heaven and hell.
Denis, try some deeper stuff, than you boring fantasie-mantras, advance from childish 10-commentment-phantasies or remain if you can the fool in the desert:
with sometimes golden blossoms and sometimes … you know what I mean, try this:
https://carljungdepthpsychologysite.blog/2014/01/07/in-this-moment-you-need-evil/
Wonderful sculpture illustrating that article, Mundanomaniac, and the Jung observations are spot on.
When I was very young, alone in the world and painfully troubled by just about everything around me, a kind man, a Taoist and refugee from the ROK, took the time to explain to me about the genesis of good and evil, using the ‘taijitu’ concept and symbolism as illustration:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taijitu
Bro 93 mentioned his discovery of this in an earlier café. It took a while for me but the seed was planted–the philosophy is far more expansive than just good/bad polarity and truly was a life-saver for me, then and now.
Apparently there is archaeological evidence that a similar concept was a familiar one in European prehistory, so this is knowledge that we have forgotten rather than never known at all. And what has been forgotten can be found again.
Having just posted a link to the 4-chan /pol/ site… I feel I should offer a caution…. Product disclaimer or puvblic service announcement …
4/chan politically “incorrect” site is the very antithesis of the Saker site.
Do NOT go there is you are easily offended. It is a rough and tumble “Wild West” of the internet.
People are not polite….. And anything – anything!- can be posted without warning….
So … You have been warned!
How to crash-start a MIG-29?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGEXUSvlz2U
Follow these simple steps:
1. Accelerate with full throttle as usual.
2. Don’t wait until take-off speed is reached.
3. Lift nose and retract carriage before lift-off.
4. Wonder about the sudden drag and noise.
5. Eject from the careening jet.
6. Pick your award for professional behavior.
m)
Unless there was a partial engine failure past V1 and the gear-up was an attempt to reduce drag and sit in ground effect until speed built up I would agree with you. Rotation was at far too slow a speed.
It’s possible, yes. However, in this case it would have been more common to keep accelerating nose down until the end of the runway. I guess it was a failed attempt to take off by getting airborne and hovering just above ground while retracting the landing gear. If you show off like this Russian pilot, you should know your skills. :-)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5I8n3uzmsso
Yes, there is a tail strike before the gear retracts. The runway, if I have the correct one, is about 9800 feet long so plenty of time to safely abort the takeoff.
The airfield is in in Babryusk, Belarus. Babryusk is about 86 miles southeast of Minsk.
https://www.google.ca/maps/@53.119343,29.2256308,6701m/data=!3m1!1e3
I also wonder how old the footage is as there is a tobacco tint and lack of saturation. I didn’t see a date other than the Youtube one. I expect the pilot got a good bollicking.
A delightful piece today by Jon Rappoport:

I was driving along on US 101 around 9:45 Saturday morning.
It was one of those days, and I was in half of a daze. It’s cooler up there along the coast and there was a morning marine haze. Headed to an orchid open house in Santa Barbara with the wife and sons.
When suddenly, on the right a sign: CA 33 Ojai
Oh, hi, Dennis.
On my left, across the pacific the Chinese, and a few billion other humans were still asleep, not yet waking to the task of making silk purses out of much of the world outside of Vulva Valley, on the right. Everything to the west across the wide Pacific having been dissed by the Oracle of Ojai as “a sow’s ear”.
But in that split second I was unable to calculate the numerology of 33 in relation to mundo’s daily reading of the stars and planets, and I flew on by.
And now 24 hours later, I must return from my breakfast and Cafe WIFI break to be the driver for the waking microfamily in the motel and the macro one over there sleeping like a giant sow.
Hi. Experiment time. This is a fine user-friendly place but the reply system sucks. I’ve made suggestions but I guess ther’re infeasible. So I’ll test the system myself.
I’m going to forsake the “replay” function. I will reply but by an original post. The problem with the present reply method is that I miss replies as they come in hours or days later, which can lead to serious misunderstandings or lacunae in conversation.
Let me demonstrate now by replying to above comments. If I split the screen into two parts, including this one, I can read and reply as I go. This should facilitate conversation. I offer it for your consideration.
@ ioan, the very first commenter at 11 am UTC,
Very true about the EU. However, I think there’s more. The Khazars (Count Khazar in particular) are using immigrants and anti-child host countries to destroy western civilization. Why? Because the Khazar Jews want the whole world as their Greater Israel. Why? Because God promised his chosen people that exceptional privilege.
The combination of declining western voters and upsurge of mid-eastern believers in sharia should do the job in our lifetimes. What if the sharias turn against the shalomers, you might ask? Not going to happen because the money-changers will control all currencies by that time, and who wants to starve for lack of food funds?
I’m still developing the Count Khazar stories. The information coming in is quite interesting. You all are contributing to the developing plot with all your analyses. The protagonists are the lovers in the Love Army and Bower who deal with the antagonists of evil in this and other worlds.
I see below an article by Jon Rappoport on the Eu that I look forward to reading. Thanks.
When do people ever learn?

If you are going against the Clinton machine, first make sure your legacy is backed up and spread widely. In particular warrant that your testament contains all details you wanted to share with investigators. Secondly, you should consider Putin’s advice very seriously: if you know a fight is inevitable, hit first and hit hard.
I wish you well,
Marcel
Anyone intending to testify against the Clinton machine should have a deadman’s switch and make it publicly known it is in place.
There is a reason why Assange is alive when others are dead.
Hey Bro, just got your message about going by the 33 to Ojai, a dozen miles north. Hope you had a nice trip, or are having one. You and your family have an open invitation to stop by Ojai and pay me a visit any time. I don’t have a phone so you would have to email me. You can find my email address at the bottom of the front page of thelovegovernment.com. I’m home most of the time but not always. Cheers.
Thrill seekers today are just “nuts”. At least the ones that climb over skyscrapers are only a handful of kids. But some of the other larger groups are just as crazy. There is an old saying about God protecting the insane. I think this might be a case of that:

Lol, before I see the link, I thought you were talking about Russian. It is an ancient mountain, so it is not new. What new is that a lot more people can afford to travel. With such a big population, you bond to find some crazy people.
The White Helmets video which was the basis of US ‘retaliation’ attack on Syria was not part of the analysis on the alleged chemical weapons attack : Russia wants an explanation –

I will wonder if Russia gets any explanation however justified it is and they probably know very well that. This behavior has a long history and it won’t change too soon. The propaganda machine is acting in tandem with the policy makers.

The Queen, the King, the Emperor
With all their earthly lust and fuss,
Can’t take my thought in their power.
Cause my thought is free like a bird
And is flying where it wants…
Has no borders, has no limits,
Just tells the true, where it hurts.
wonderful poem! bravo!
Ditto.
Don’t usually comment on Ioan ”s poems, but they’re always quirky and deep – quite an achievement!
Enjoy reading them though and some of them are outstanding – he wrote a brilliant one on cats and mice back when.
Also really like yours, some of Bros and Dennis’, as well as some good ones from various anonymice.
Not to beat the 9/11 dead horse, but we have this: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/47440.htm (We did it and we used product X, end of story). Why do I smell cognitive infiltration? I guess I’m just funny that way. In any case, I agree with the controlled bit, but I prefer the word tailored no, bespoke.
Here is some trash from the pindo MSM:
ia The Daily Beast,
Long-time Clinton family ally Paul Begala on Wednesday evening seemingly suggested President Trump should consider bombing Russia in response to the Kremlin’s meddling in the 2016 election.
Speaking with CNN’s (and the CIA’s) Anderson Cooper, the former adviser to Bill Clinton lamented how Trump supporters don’t seem particularly outraged about Russia’s meddling in American affairs.
“We were and are under attack by a hostile foreign power,” he said.
He needs to watch what he says. He might get to see what a “hostile foreign power” really does if they want to show that “hostility”.
There are hate laws in place, so that you cannot incite hatred against ethnic groups, and yet the American politician Begala can incite hatred against Russia and Russians and advocate violence and war.
I think the man has to go urgently to a psychiatric medic. By the way, if somebody wants to check his/her nervous system, just watch cnn. I am doing it from time to time.
Try aerobics instead Ioan.
CNN will just raise your blood pressure!
I know I should let it rest. I think the buildings were indeed wired with what may have appeared to have been explosives; it wasn’t explosives. The buildings were turned to dust. There was no structural damage of surrounding buildings above the 20th floor. There was no damage to the retaining walls –the WTC complex was built over the Hudson, what is called the bathtub. The seismic readings don’t show …..
Peter Dale Scott calls 911 a deep event. One characteristic of such events are the built-in multiple backstories/explanations. In the JFK assassination, first there was Oswald, the unhinged lone gun man. Secondly, the Russian angle– Oswald in Mexico City (likely a second “Oswald”). Finally due to increased public awareness the possibility was broached, that perhaps the mob might have played a role –JFK was banging Sam Giancanna’s girlfriend after all.
So what is my point? In 911, we see multiple explanations and partial truths. We can expect that as more is known the story will change. The actual perpetrators may never see justice. Instead blame will shifted to the innocent like it always has throughout human history. I refrain form spelling out where this might lead.
The aide said that guys like me were “in what we call the reality-based community,” which he defined as people who “believe that solutions emerge from your judicious study of discernible reality.” … “That’s not the way the world really works anymore,” he continued. “We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you’re studying that reality—judiciously, as you will—we’ll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that’s how things will sort out. We’re history’s actors…and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.”
What we have with 911 is a technology is a technology that not only can surgically level massive structures, but one capable of generating blame.
Look at the photos of the molten granite and bedrock many floors deep under street level. You don’t melt many tons of rock and vaporize steel with thermite/thermate or any other chemical compound.
Dmitri Khalezov explains it best: http://theunhivedmind.com/wordpress4/brand-new-4th-edition-of-dmitri-khalezovs-third-way-911-exposure/
To me he’s correct and that thermo-nuclear demolition devices were used.
I’m with you the nuclear( not chemical) part not so much on the thermo as thermo seemingly implies heat.
There is the tritium levels https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9yQAhkKEpEc
So obviously something weird is going on. Another fact is the bystanders in the street, caught up in the billowing dust wake weren’t burned, nor did they describe the churning dust as hot.
To me what sticks out is the level of precision and control of the of the demolition, really disintegration — it is something I can see with my eyes. As mentioned by Jonathan in the last cafe discussions on the event tend to get bogged down on the mechanism. The data, and the phenomena are what is important.
Thermo-nuclear is the terminology for hydrogen fusion device, like in H-bomb. Dr Judy seems to have forgotten to apply Ockham’s (occam’s) razor. While she mentions the WTC measurements and explains them by the possibility of watering down she’s still only thinking of some kind of nuclear process like cold fusion. Is she afraid to speak out? It were H-bombs that did most of the job at the twin towers because these kind of devices best explain most of the phenomena we’ve witnessed.
The many explosions and use of thermate in the buildings from the very moment that the first plane hit upto the collapses were to prepare the buildings for thermo-nuclear demolition (to create an open enough funnel).
Please download the latest encrypted Khalezov files and read how it was done.
The much lower fall out of these weapons, the endless watering down of the rubble and the time gone by may very well explain the lack of ionizing radiation.
Hopefully we can agree that it was more about finesse than brute strength, whether this finesse was the result of super computing utilizing known mechanisms, or by some combination of super computing and real time control of something we have seen for the first time. I find it curious that Edward Teller himself, father of the H-bomb, was an early advocate for what is called geoengineering– somehow I doubt that he all of a sudden abandoned his quest for mayhem so that he could “help the planet.”
I ti s 8 PM at Toronto, Canada. On the news they said at least twice in the last 1/2 hor: “Artilerry shells landed on Ruddian Embassy in damascus”. I checked usual sites where i expect to find reliable information, including Saker, but nothing. What the heck is going on? Please someone tell me it is a fake news…
Fun Fact: Susan Rice has a net worth of $50 million as a career U.S. public servant on a maximum salary of $172,000.
Based on congressional financial disclosure forms and calculations made available by OpenSecrets.org, Rice’s net worth as of 2011 was estimated between $27,671,213.00 and $50,623,011.00. That averaged to $39,147,112.00, which ranked fifth among executive branch members.
She married well.
Hi Zidar,
Here is the release from Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on this attack.
http://www.mid.ru/en/foreign_policy/news/-/asset_publisher/cKNonkJE02Bw/content/id/2816142
Each (Sheep) To His Own (Shepard)
“The Hill” and her “Big Guy”
Have donned imperial purple
A gauntlet has been thrown
In the face of all earth’s peoples.
She rides forth in her master’s colours;
The wounds that she inflicts
Will be back to haunt her.
“The Donald’s” a mere amateur
Compared to her.
From Kosovo to Syria
She has left her imprimatur.
Her master can be formidable
To this I testify—
But now he knows without doubt
It’s time for him to fly!
I hope he got away
Cause staying can be hell;
If like us you’re made of light or fire
Staying could be swell!
But if you’re not
Best hit the road
You’ve got no time to kill.
If you’re not on the way now
You’ve got no now to come
Eternity can be lonely
If you’re far from home.
I’m a being of experience
You can take my word.
The time is now
Get out(a) your grave
Hear this voiceless bird!
Cuba
Sons and daughters of glory,
Cuba’s pride and joy,
Martyred on empire’s altars—
Sacrifices to unholy gods!
Empire brooks no resistance,
Tyranny is most beloved;
Freedom is anathema,
Liberty most approved.
Bend the knee, submit before her,
Let empire salve your wound!
Should a pure and holy soul
Arise like the commander,
He must be crushed or taken down
So others will surrender.
Should he remain in corruptible
The people must be hostage;
“Privation and hunger brought to bear”—
A useful wartime adage
“A more exquisite pain can’t be conceived
For one whose heart is true!”
Jose Marti, Guevera, and Fidel–
Old guys gone like I soon will
Took inspiration from their countrymen
And gave it back in turn
The spirit of the people endures—
While empire will surely burn!
Another slightly personal “mocking empire” song:
Made Man
I’m a made man of empire dad
A soldier if you will,
I make movies for the people
It’s how I pay the bills.
I so know how to serve the man
In the part I play so well,
I smooth his way
I pave his path
I make my life a hell!
It’s the way I pay the bills.
Made man, made man,
Made man my child—
Your crew is large and strong
You seem to do no wrong
You sure can smile and charm
Is this the way to pay the bills?
Well I’m a made man of empire dad
And I have played my hand
I’m sure I know who runs this show
The person in command
After all, it’s how I pay the bills.
You gave me a lucky name dad,
It’s worked so well for me
I can pass as a member of the tribe sometimes
Like a get out of jail card free!
It’s the way I pay the bills!
Made man, made man,
Made man my child
Don’t forget your master owns you
The papers have been filed
And if you ever want your freedom
You’re gonna have to pay the bill
Cause you’re a made man of empire son
A soldier if you will.
From this trilogy, the last one gets my “like” ( hard to choose, because all are good )
PS. just a suggestion (if you don’t mind) : better post just one poem at a time, to let the readers digest it and think about it.
My sides!!!!!!!
Just came across this thread at Reddit the_donald. Those guys are where professional comedians go to plagiarise material…
The thread is about RT adverts screening at Moscow airport.
RT has billboards: The CIA calls us “propaganda”… Tune in to see what we say about the CIA”
And: “Missed a plane? Lost an election? Blame us!”
And: “The longer you watch, the more upset Hillary Clinton becomes!”
And: “Come closer to see who we’re planning on hacking next”
The_donald boys enjoy the humor, BUT…there’s a frustrating acknowledgement that the US media and DNC RussiaRussiaRussia psychosis has relegated the US to a global laughing stock.
“When other countries are trolling you. You know you’ve lost”
To be fair RT is not a “country” …. And I always *marvel* at the US insistence that RT is “government funded/controlled”……. And the BBC is?????
The Australian ABC? Is ?????? Canadian CBC???? And CNN has deep CIS connections, but that doesn’t count, of course….
Anyway, here’s a few of the posts I enjoyed:
^. Did Moscow airport cost Hillary Clinton the election? Click here to find out the secrets that the airport officials don’t want you to know!! You won’t believe number 4!!
^. When your own country’s “news” becomes humor for another country…you know you’ve f*-d up beyond repair. Eat sh- CNN. ( BTW. They enjoy their gratuitous use of obscenities there, but this is The Saker)
^. F-ing MSM making us the laughing stock of the intelligent world.
– MSM is the laughing stock of the intelligent world. The intelligent world knows we are not the MSM and that we are diametrically opposed.
— Russia’s reaching shitposting levels that shouldn’t even be possible
— Never say something is impossible in Russia. They will find a way.
—- Where there’s a meme, there’s a way
—– Shit posting is becoming a way of life. God bless this crazy world.
—— If RT did that for ads I would never skip after 5 seconds.
^. BREAKING: English writing seen at Russian airport – Trump also speaks English – more evidence of collusion ?
Very good one WW, enjoyed this ! the humor must be kept alive, otherwise, we’ll be f….ed and deprived.
I am waiting for the photos of – gasp! – Trump drinking Stolinaycha….
Aussie woman killed by police in US after dialing 911 to report disturbance
https://www.rt.com/usa/396510-woman-killed-police-shooting/
“Police officer in South Minneapolis, Minnesota, shot dead a 40-year-old woman from Sydney shortly after she dialed 911 to alert of a possible alley assault. The woman’s family now demands answers for what they say was unprovoked violence.
The officers were wearing bodycams at the time the altercation unfolded, but they were not turned on, according to the statement.
The vehicle dashcam also “did not capture the incident,” the police said.
“She probably thought something bad was happening and then next thing I know they take my best friend’s life,” the young man said, urging those who want to help him to shed light on the death of his stepmother to “just call the police and demand answers.”
“I’m so done with all this violence. It’s so much bulls**t. America sucks,” he said.”
Lots of intrigue. BNN provides an interesting overview of the economic landscape —
The Bank of Canada raised interest rates (slightly – with a possible second interest rate hike in Sept.) The Bank of Canada Governor said that, basically, things look good. Something like, Canada’s out of the woods – clear sailing ahead.
Which is interesting – because with uncertainty from looming trade negotiations with our largest trading partner (who is also threatening to impose a border tax, by the way); uncertainty in oil prices; and a decline in that scorching hot Canadian housing market (June brought the biggest monthly decline in home sales since 2010 — real estate bubbles; they come, they go…)… the IMF is urging caution.
And the Canadian dollar is steady near 14 month highs even with the decline in home sales. And the Bank of Canada Governor says we don’t have to worry about inflation.
Okay.
Then, there’s this interview with Aubrey Basdeo, head of Canadian fixed income at BlackRock Canada, and he explains how this rising interest rate makes sense. I guess the IMF has this one wrong.
Trump’s advisor for trade with Canada is Stephen Schwarzman, chairman and CEO of The Blackstone Group.
I wonder what Schwartzman, Basdeo, and the Bank of Canada Governor know that I don’t know. (Well, they know *a lot* that I don’t know.) I’ll rephrase: I wonder what these three know that leads them to have such confidence in Canada’s economy right now, despite the glaring risk factors.
Interesting times.
Good morning. I see it is 7/17/17. I interpret that as a good omen. I read all the comments as of now. Some nice poems were put up, humor mixed with tragedy. I liked the Russian airport humor about Amerca’s stupidity with regard to Russian hacking. I enjoyed ioan’s poem on free thought. So much good things to savor. Like Shakespeare’s tragedy and comedy. My own small dramas pale in comparison to the planet’s traumas and plentiful compensatory good mama’s.
I woke up I guess about 2:30. Thought about you and the Krishna meeting last evening. The Bhagavad Gita and battle of Kurukshetra. I feel like Arjuna not wanting to fight his own relatives, while Krishna tells him it’s his duty. I’m saying things here that are unpleasant, to say the least.
I happened to look at the clock and it was exactly 3:00 am. I did not feel like getting up. I felt it was my duty to get up so chose to do it at 3:33 am. Dressed and put on my protective regalia. Outside there was a one-third crescent moon. I noted the small dipper overhead with its tail pointing at the North Star. I walked to the sacred shrine and art pieces, and then came here. It’s now going on 4:44. I love to play with numbers.
I guess it must be some 28 years ago when we were first married and living in a little bungalow on the Grand Canal in Venice Beach, California. I was playing with the slogan “Fun and Ease,” and had it posted on our sliding door, a few feet from the grand canal. I like it still. Apolonia had a sticker on our bathroom mirror that read “Expect a miracle.”
All well and good. But I’m saying things now that if understood, will blow this world away, and me along with it. It’s getting rather life-threatening. I imagine Jesus faced a similar dilemma that led to his “crossing” the authorities that got him “crossed out.” Same with Arjuna, and the Russian soldier who called down fire upon himself.
Not to be overly dramatic or sentimental either, but I remain concerned. What I am saying is potentially explosive. I try to couch it in non-alarming tones but Absolute Love does set off alarms, sooner or later. I’m caught in a conflict. Damned if I do and damned if I don’t. The Love Army issues its commands. Orders are orders.
Absolute and Universal Love is relative to each of us and our circumstances. I guess that’s the safety valve. No one has to do anything. Love necessitates freedom. But still, there are consequences with cause and effect. The Lords of Karma have their say when Lady Justice enters the fray.
What’s a body to do? Relax and let go? Sounds good. Fun and Ease? That’s true. Run and hide? Not so good. An existential choice? Seems so. A frontal assault upon empire? Not good strategy. Play it like a politician? Maybe. Be a martyr? Not much use.
I guess I’ll just keep on keeping on. Do what I’m doing. The universe will let me know one way or the other. I’m basically a coward but even cowards have their uses.
Anonymous gave me a compliment. I appreciate the support. It was qualified by saying I was repetitious, saying the same thing over and over, but qualifying that by pointing out this is part of education. How true. Nature repeats herself in slightly different spirals. Same old, same old with a difference. The sun will come up soon but today will be different than yesterday.
Marcel Leutenagger linked to a funny MIG-29 story about failing to lift off properly, and crashing and burning, with the pilot ejecting. I once had a pilot’s license so appreciate the comedy and tragedy. Air speed is so fundamental in landing and taking off. Hey, give the guy a break. Maybe he was a test pilot. I mean there was an observer and the thing was videoed.
S113 linked to Jon Rappoport’s article on the crashing and burning of the EU. I’ve heard from a few that Jon is superb. I subscribed to his emails. Thanks for the tip.
Oh, oh. Adam Garrie warns of speed bumps on the New Silk Road. Did you catch that, Bro? Thanks to LZ99.
Just in case we grow soft on empire, Marcel reminds us of the Haiti official found dead. I’d be in danger myself if the empire knew what I was up to, or you too, for that matter.
Even Uncle Bob get off the beaten track and onto the most dangerous hiking trail of all. A good cautionary tale on overcoming fear of heights, and innocuous sleights.
My son was here yesterday and said he had read Elon Musk’s latest warnings about Artificial Intelligence. Afterwards, I saw what he saw at Alex Jones’s link to a National Governor’s Conference that had Elon as a speaker. Next year it is in Santa Fe, NM, which is lauded as one of the best cities in the world. Maybe, but I think Ojai wins in the small town category. Anyway, Elon himself demonstrates the dangers of technology without a technology of love.
OK, I think I’m more or less current here. Who knows where the currents will lead me to from here on in? A rooster is crowing and the horizon is glowing with newness. At 77 I’m not exactly new but if I keep hanging with you, I’m not old either. Have a good day with some play in it.
Love, Dennis

Russian Defense Ministry makes public unique data on Poland’s liberation from Nazis
MOSCOW, July 18. /TASS/. The Russian Defense Ministry is for the first time making public unique documents on the liberation of Poland by the Soviet Army in 1944-1945, with archive data posted on the ministry’s official website.
On Monday, Polish President Andrzej Duda approved the parliament’s amendments to the law banning propaganda of communism or any other totalitarian regime in the names of buildings and facilities, which envisage the pulling down of Soviet era monuments, including monuments in honor of the Soviet Red Army. According to experts, about 250 facilities honoring the Red Army may be pulled down.
“Historical records were declassified in July 2017, they had never been published in open sources earlier and were available only to a narrow circle of specialists. The project ‘Liberation of Poland. Price of the Victory’ is a selection of unique historical documents from the Central Archive of the Russian Defense Ministry,” the report said.
The declassified data “is an unbiased evidence of bloody battles of the Red Army for the liberation of a fraternal republic, of a true attitude of the invaders towards the local population and the attitude of liberated Poles to their liberators, soldiers of the Red Army,” the Defense Ministry said.
It said the readers will for the first time have a possibility to read the documents that testify to “numerous facts of favorable attitude of the Polish population and clergy to the Red Army, Poles’ sincere participation in burying Soviet military killed in liberating Poland, pledges to eternalize the feats of Red Army soldiers in monuments, and to preserve them for the future generations”.
There are also documents that register facts of brigandage, mass killings and tortures of the Polish population by Hitler troops, barbaric destruction by the invaders of settlements and facilities of cultural heritage.
Declassified files describe heavy battles of the Red Army for literally each kilometer of the liberated Polish land, telling of its numerous losses, the ministry said.

Not only do the Russians need ( unsolicited advice, yes,) to seize property commensurate in value, they also need to demand either proof of allegations or a disavowal of previous administration’s actions in seizing the land and expelling the people in the first place.
Let’s see if Trump has the moxie to stand up to his knee-jerk, neocon, anti-Russian racists.
Inspired by Jung and mundo’s hard hitting gloves-off approach (left brain adepts such as logicians and mathematicians can easily weather the charge of “boring” that nerds are immune to, but poets, mystics and lovers are devastated by such a punch to the solar plexus……it almost took the wind out of me…. a mere distant observer of the sparring!) I take the plunge into the evil waters of the New Republic, offered up by my oldest sister:

She asks (in an email I just read, before reading the above linked article):
“do you have anything on the so-called Putin/Mogilevich connection…?? like how ‘tight’ are they…? Putin/Russian mafia… ? Putin/ oligarchs… ? which also ties in with the recurrent: Putin as richest man in the world… ?? except no one really knows… and such as does Putin own the residences shown in the Oliver Stone interviews.. or are they state owned and at the disposal of who ever is occupying certain positions..??
I find a lot more questions than answers:

This one is important.
Legal and political knives are out among a huge international den of thieves and cutthroats.
Of which New Republic is an integral part!
That’s my immediate take on it: “The Pot calling the Kettle black.”
With Trump, the ironies abound. What is indisputable is that, as Robert David Steele says, he has smashed the credibility and mind control function of the MSM.
And they are fighting back
One of his dirtiest connections, is to Joseph McCarthy’s attorney (and mobster attorney) Roy Cohn.
Anti-Soviet/Russian, in the extreme!
So don’t expect any quick white hats/black hats or good guys/bad guys resolution on this one!
Such extreme challenges will drive the naive and “pure of heart” 180 degrees in the opposite direction.
It’s way past time that people of good will NOT flee the matter, in that timid fashion but “go deep”….as deep as is required to bring humanity safely through these vexing challenges to one’s concentration, stamina, Discernment, Courage, and Will.
This is one of those “Suck it up, Buttercup!” moments in history, if there ever was one.
Thanks for the link.
Bro (93)
I can hardly take that all for granted. What amazed me, is that during a period of 30 years of investigations, the FBI couldn’t do nothing…strange. And we know, that the US-Russia relations began to deteriorate when Putin comes to power, how is that possible that the US administration hasn’t gone into attack earlier, why only now ? it is because they weren’t prepared for Trump to win the presidency and waited for Hillary to make the “big announcement” ? Thus, many allegations in the article with very little proof. Although, I accept the fact that after the collapse of the USSR, under Yeltsin, the robbery of the Russian assets has begun, by appointing Putin (by Yeltsin himself at 30 December 1999 – recognizing the dangerous situation around him) the situation has begun to stabilize and than changed favorably, which cannot be denied. The hatred against Putin comes because of his new stance which they didn’t expected. They thought that Russia will be the biggest target of all robberies and Putin will be a continuation of the Yeltsin era. Yet they failed and year after year the strangulation continues in various ways, which we are witnessing till date.
Sure.
Naturally the author (Unger) fails to recognize that the greatest organized crime syndicate in the world is the London/Wall St Imperial fraudulent monetary Ponzi scheme based on extortion, murder, blackmail and drug money laundering, and that’s who he really works for.
He’s hoping that if he and his masters press the attack he will never be exposed, and his career will be safeguarded.
The rest of the human race? He does not give a rat’s behind about them!
Persons that sent that link to my sister (who lives in a rural area and thinks the russophobes from her urban/liberal past are ridiculously brainwashed) are however, NO DOUBT fully under the sway of such propaganda, and probably she struggles for some means of dealing with their angst and such freaked out articles they send her.
Bingo! On today’s Bullhorns, Marc Slevoda hits it home: Russophobia is racism, pure and simple. The American people are not buying it. Has-beens like Max Boot get the boot. Tucker Carlson rocks! Paul Joseph Watson hits it out of the park weekly!

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b08ymnr0/bbc-proms-2017-barenboims-elgar
After last night’s Albert Hall prom with encore, spontaneous applause kept interrupting the conductors inspirational impromptu words spoken to the packed hall. The biggest problem in the world now he said, is lack of education, education for what a human being is, what it means to be human, to relate to another of the same kind. Isolation is everywhere but culture lives between people, whether in Greece, France, Germany, England and so on and forth.
The conductor was Daniel Barenboim with the Berlin Symphony orchestra. They performed Elgar – why is he always spoken of as “the English composer” he asked – his music belongs to the greatest composers of the last 200 years, it is pan-European music .
The only way he continued, that we will be able to meet the evil in the world, is through people standing united together. His orchestra fell in love with the Elgar and were happy to bring this music to London. The impetus to speak these words he said had come from the time when he had lived in London, and the kindness and the generosity of the people then.
Barenboim’s deep concern for Europe and the peoples of all countries was clear, showed in his words and was expressed too in the relationship to the music and the players he conducted in two concerts (sat and Sun eve).

Music and life and culture and beauty, whether you are from Poland, Ukraine, Spain, or England draw people together transcending politics and borders and fanaticism.
If you don’t like Elgar, Mahler, or Mussorgsky, just feel the cha cha cha
https://youtu.be/mCqcnxRtLR8
@ Aju, Daniel Barenboim was Director, of the Berlin Philharmonic in 1989 if I am not mistaken. Here in this short interview he describes the Free Concert for Citizens of the DDR which he gave late that year, after the Wall was taken down:
https://youtu.be/gauK7wFMMZE German with English subtitles
He quite movingly describes it as one of the biggest moments of his life…….highlight @ 3 minutes woman from East Berlin tells him of separation from husband and son for 29 years….how they finally met a few days prior to the concert that was about to start (she got back stage to tell him this in his dressing room….), and how they will celebrate by attending his concert together.
I was in Berlin at that time, but the concert was only for those who showed DDR ID …….but I knew about it, and was very happy for them.
Of course the plans of Bush, Thatcher and Mitterand were to betray that spirit, which is why the world now faces such danger 28 years later.
Pentagon study declares American empire is ‘collapsing’
Report demands massive expansion of military-industrial complex to maintain global ‘access to resources’
By Nafeez Ahmed
In the first of a series, we report on stunning new evidence that the U.S. Department of Defense is waking up to the collapse of American primacy, and the rapid unraveling of the international order created by U.S. power after the Second World War.
But the Pentagon’s emerging vision of what comes next hardly inspires confidence. We breakdown both the insights and cognitive flaws in this vision. In future pieces we will ask the questions: What is really driving the end of the American empire? And based on that more accurate diagnosis of the problem, what is the real solution?
An extraordinary new Pentagon study has concluded that the U.S.-backed international order established after World War 2 is “fraying” and may even be “collapsing”, leading the United States to lose its position of “primacy” in world affairs.
The solution proposed to protect U.S. power in this new “post-primacy” environment is, however, more of the same: more surveillance, more propaganda (“strategic manipulation of perceptions”) and more military expansionism.
The document concludes that the world has entered a fundamentally new phase of transformation in which U.S. power is in decline, international order is unravelling, and the authority of governments everywhere is crumbling.
Having lost its past status of “pre-eminence”, the U.S. now inhabits a dangerous, unpredictable “post-primacy” world, whose defining feature is “resistance to authority”.

It probably has not escaped the attention of many countries that The Hegemon USA’s ISIL pops up wherever any country of strategic interest to the USA resists assaults on its sovereignty and economic/financial independence.
As far as the USA’s proxy war in Syria/Middle East goes, I suggested a while back, somewhat fancifully, that a miniscule number of cruise missiles directed at corrupt rulers in Saudi and Qatar would cure many issues. Vacuum mitigation measures would need to be carerfully thought through of course to prevent chaos and future blowback. All of this a regrettable evil certainly, but a far lesser evil than allowing the USA’s desire for proxy chaos, death and destruction to continue unabated.
Tony Cartalluci’s recent article caught my attention:
https://journal-neo.org/2017/07/17/as-asean-shifts-east-isis-follows/
How long would the Neocons pursue their ISIL chaos, death and destruction in other countries if an equivalent ISIL decided to visit domestic USA in strength? I feel sure funding would dramatically decrease and very quickly.
Cut off the funding and war would decrease dramatically -the same would work on the CIA/Pentagon. How to effect that even incrementally though – a war on the war on peace isn’t easy and a wounded USA would be a very dangerous animal.
Ideas anyone?
No violent method, Friend, can have a predictable secondary after-effect…and only rarely does violence even get the primary objective…violence is thus, they say, reside within the array of the tools preferred by – they say – the incompetent… so they say…
The Peace that may come depends upon avoiding violence…
I think a martial artist, while always avoiding confrontation if possible, might disagree with your primary and secondary after-effect predictions.
I take it you would disagree with Putin who learnt on the streets that “if a fight is inevitable, then strike first”?
Draw a truth table listing outcomes and you will see relationships.
Peace depends on avoiding violence is a true statement, is it not?
Because outcomes include. but do not assure desirable post violence status – because of this violence is avoided, for rational people.
Nothing I wrote is in disagreement with the Putin strike first principle – read more carefully, Friend.
Here’s one for you:
New Zealand gangs launch ‘fight club’ to tackle violence

It seems to me that China is getting worse than Russia about letting their slavish lust for Western “acceptance” betray their own real national interests. I know that is hard to believe. But it seems to be true.In the latest move,China kowtowing to the US has cut fuel supplies to North Korea. China’s “sole” Eastern Asian friend. All other Eastern Asian nations would cave in at the drop of a hat if threatened by the US to betray China. North Korea “would” have been the only one to have stood by China. But now its likely they’d have to rethink that position.
If there is one think the North Koreans are ,its inventive. And its likely now they will approach Iran to talk about buying oil.A country less likely to cave into the US demands And with their own huge coal supplies ,start a gasification program. Something they should have done long before. Certainly it was easier to buy the fuel through China (their good “buddy”). And much cheaper that building that type of plant. But it’s never a good idea for a country to depend for essential items on another one,”friend” or not. And one with a track record of favoring Western ties over friendship. It’s a doubly bad idea to depend on them. If China and Russia end with US combat troops and missile bases nose to nose with them on their borders. They can only look themselves in the mirror to see who to blame for that.
Bob, I do not know how this works, but I know trade Between China and NK, increase 40%. But I think coal trade did drop.:-) You will love the picture:

With my thoughts focused on real estate, and revealing information from anonymous sources, I pass along this quotation from Mr. Lavrov.
After a CSTO meeting of Foreign Ministers on July 17, a reporter asked him about the return of Russia’s diplomatic property in the US. The reporter noted that a source in the White House said that the US didn’t plan on giving back the property without receiving something in return.
Lavrov: “This source is anonymous, and this means they realize that they have a guilty conscience.
As for the gist of what you have cited, if this is so, then this amounts to robbery in broad daylight, simply highway robbery. How is it possible to take away property formalized by a ratified inter-governmental document? And what kind of principle is it to say, “What’s mine is mine, and we’ll divide what’s yours” while discussing it’s return? Decent and well brought up people don’t behave this way. I am confident that the Trump administration has some reasonable people who realize that the Obama administration had made a decision to seize diplomatic real estate and to evict Russian diplomats and their families when the administration was in it’s death throes, when it’s administration had no idea how to wreck Russia’s relations with Washington in such a way as the Trump administration would be unable to restore them.”
Maybe it’s just me, but I just wonder if Lavrov’s gist regarding seizure of diplomatic real estate by the Obama administration could be interpreted in a broader way, beyond the few assets in the US. (If so, I wonder what inter-governmental document could be referred to?) Curious. Schwarzman seems reasonable?
I think its really simple. Lavrov is just pointing out facts we all should know by now. The US regime lacks good manners. Most bullies aren’t “big” on manners. So really its not a surprise that the biggest bully would have the worse manners. Sadly,I think he doesn’t understand the US thinking though. The US doesn’t really care about manners.Even our civilian society dropped the concern for good manners (mostly) years ago. So his pointing to the obvious doesn’t really shame them. You can’t shame those without shame. I can almost hear a neo-con laughing in the background and saying “we don’t need no stinking manners”. As to the document he mentioned ,it is probably the treaty that is “supposed” to govern diplomatic relations between sovereign states. You can almost hear the same neo-con in the background laughing over that too. Who “needs no stinkin rules”. Ah, poor Lavrov, trying to talk about manners and treaties to hooligans.Never really seems to work well.
Neocons as a general rule are highly (if not over) educated. American suzerainty is a given; they are well acquainted with the short comings of liberal democracy, yet are not above using is as a rhetorical cudgel: Might (American might) makes right, all else follows. I think people make a mistake when they dismiss neocons as crazy, though they are.
I agree with you that they are “educated”. But having manners and being educated isn’t always the same thing. The arrogance and bad manners of some educated people,is far worse than some semi-educated people. Who were brought up to have natural good manners. There used to be a term used in Russia (I’m not sure if it still is) that described the neo-con’s,”they are not cultured”.You can see some highly educated neo-cons on TV like, Boot and Peters, almost “foam at the mouth” with their hatred for Russia. They are certainly “without culture” at the very least. As for crazy,I’d say without a medical opinion available, that is in the eye of the beholder. Trolling for war against a nuclear superpower, implies to me a certain amount of craziness.
The lack of ‘culture’ is key I think.
Actually, it’s even worse – a visceral hatred (rooted in envy) of cultures/civilizations, especially their architectural manifestations.
I am constantly struck by their loathing of Iran, the custodian of one of the most breathtaking architectural legacies in the world – just Google the city of Istafan.
Then compare it to the modernist ugliness of Tel Aviv and much of the US.
Some months ago (at Unz), I wondered why Judaism had never produced a distinctive architectural legacy.
Think of the spires and arches of Christian Europe’s Gothic cathedrals, the magnificent onion domes of Orthodox (Russia has some of the most spectacular examples), and of course the Islamic (Arabic and Persian) heritage of minarets and mosques.
This observation seemed to strike a raw nerve with the Zionists that police the site, claiming that ‘persecution’/forced migration p revented Judaism from developing a distinctive set of architectural tropes.
But that’s a feeble excuse, given the historical time span.
It is more likely that the leaders of the various Jewish sects simply had no interest in aesthetics, much less spiritually – inspired monumentalism. That they preferred the portability of gold, and it’s ability to influence/access trade routes.
It’s also possible that they favoured the verbal over the mathematical, reserving the latter purely for accounting. Perhaps this resulted in Masonic knowledge forging ahead with Christianity, as Islam in the Middle East inspired the great mosques of Iran, while Judaism was left behind….
I was surprised at how much this seemed to rankle with the Zionists, and I wondered if such cultural insecurities drive the pathological destructiveness of the neocons, as well as their psychopathy.
Their education is almost entirely devoid of any classical grasp of form and proportion, which is why they are almost all lawyers.
From what I have seen of lavrov, he’s just being patient. It’s his job to stall while russia moves behindthe sscenes.
I don’t doubt for a second that he’s incapable of stuffing his cigarette but up someones ass.
I am still amazed at friendship with Kerry…..even though I feel he was part of the plotting. …good manners but what a bumbling idiot struggling in his incapacity. ..
Thanks for the replies. Just because of where my own thoughts were at, I wondered if his remarks also implied the return of that other “Russian diplomatic real estate” which is Canadian real estate. (It makes me smile to think of “Canada” as “Russian diplomatic property”, but hey, facts are facts!! Just look at the globe! :-) So the neocons just can’t let go of the dream of full North American dominance?
I find it encouraging that Trump seems to be operating somewhat outside the neocons’ circle on this one. Or that’s what I think Lavrov is suggesting?
I try to answer people but quite often lack the time and energy to see all replies or references to something I commented the same day, or sometimes, ever.

and says,
“Are we saying that Putin needs to be more aggressive, and that it’s assumed the answer to any and every question is to use more force?”
This question I understand.
The answer is often to let the threatener wear himself down IMHO. Eimear and Bob and Leary and others (on different aspects) express reservations about what Putin does or thinks.
I have yet to feel myself so presumptious as to offer that leader any of my armchair quarterbacking. With him, I shut up and observe, as he quiets my worrying more than any other living person.
They worry he is too passive or naive about our psychopaths……
OR Dennis thinks Putin’s partnership with Xi to develop Eurasia (OBOR) is silly and beside the point, which is more to avoid such boring and uninspiring physical needs responsibilities and think “love” thoughts while ignoring the physical domain, which will take care of itself as naturally and magically as a lot of “love children” from communal coitus will find themselves taken care of in the Garden of Eden.
I think “love” is something you do, rather than just think, and the doing is more out of bed than in bed.
Otherwise the “, I think you are presenting a weaponized view of sexual behaviour, and implying that it is just “human” behaviour. I strongly disagree with that. And I have observed that the “weaponizers” just love to do this — actively promote a deviant or minor view, and then imply that it’s the burden of all of humanity to carry it.”
directed toward me I honestly can’t understand without some further context or explanation.
Uncle Bob has had (IMHO) a lifelong social conscience. Most people don’t. They are almost purely self-absorbed. That was my point.
And Anonymous a bit later said, quoting Dennis:
“If you have a better idea, I’d love to hear it. If you can refute mine with reason or rhyme, I’d love to hear it.”
Reasoning with you ? many have tried, wondering on Bro 93 for his patience…”
Let’s clear the air of that wondering.
The patience has to do with turning the other cheek. No, Dennis will never punch or slap or otherwise injure any cheek. He will join in and improvise with an inspired outpouring of emotion, poetic riffs and love rants to that which resonates with him and reject, quite ridiculously (as though Putin and Xi ought to be taking Love Government tutorials from him, instead of playing their silly little boys games with their train sets……LOL) that which doesn’t, more or less instantly “turn him on”.
It strikes me as eroticism, not reason.
Now, this is a different conception of “turning the other cheek” which is # 7 on Mark Passio’s list of New Age Deceptions in his New Age Bullshit presentation which causes him to press the RED “Bullshit” button on the New Age Deception that “You should forgive wrongdoers: even if they are not sorry for the wrong that they do or have done.”
A picture is worth a thousand words: https://youtu.be/Q51l_E8Tlp0?t=19901
Such turning merely evens out the lacerations and scars on both cheeks. This is NOT to be done by a sane or loving person, with a neocon, for example.
No. The conception of turning the other cheek which DOES make sense to me is a certain almost endless patience with some beloved or valued people, giving them extra chances to grasp something important that they are having resistance to, in a very prolonged fashion.
Now Dennis probably thinks that is what he is doing, bending over backwards, repeatedly “turning the other cheek” to allow us to see the same “light” he “sees” and experience the same degree of love he feels..
Me? I see that Vladimir Putin is an effective human being that is delivering far more love in real terms than Dennis or I, or nearly everyone else here is ever going to manage, at least in this lifetime……and that what prevents Dennis from grasping that simple fact is a lot of New Age Bullshit he’s been swallowing for a long, long time.
Yet, he’s a valuable person!
Why? Because the simple fact is that most people, since the waning of religion 150 years ago or so suffer from left brain imbalance fostered by the controllers of societies. The “occultocracy”. who understand what they are doing: putting almost ALL of ALL societies into mind control through one form of imbalance or the other.
SO, Whereas Dennis has fairly remarkable “right brain” capacities developed over considerable time, and that is more needed, in shorter supply than its opposite, it can get just as out of balance, leading to critical errors of judgment.
Such as NOT connecting OBOR as one of several required flanks in getting this hideous Empire off humanity’s back…and seeing that 911 was the most recent beginning benchmark escalation of a fascist coup which in some rudimentary form was resisted by Trump….and the coup has now, in its latest form morphed into an effort to destroy his presidency with this ridiculous russophobia campaign, and that this under 40 year old young man, Michael Steger has more to offer in connecting the threads of reason and love in an effective way that Putin would probably not quibble with…but that Leary very possibly will NEVER get…..YET some persons sort of like Leary, but younger or more flexible just might:

“The attempt of our enemies is always to shrink the context.”
So people are trapped in a tiny constrained, absurd debate in most of the country outside this Vineyard and a few other places.
“The attempt of our enemies is always to shrink the context.”
It’s called ‘infantilisation’, for obvious reasons, and is one of the primary tools employed in the application and maintenance of coercive control.
Some interesting comments on Bitcoin in the last cafe. I’ve been reading about BTC for the last few months and eventually bought a little.
I’d like to thank TSP for summarizing Starikov on BTC. My impression is that Starikov gets too many things not-quite-right about cryptos, so I’ll just let that go.
The discussions of cryptos that I have seen seem to be dominated by two debates. Debate #1 is Bitcoin vs. fiat money. Debate #2 is Bitcoin vs. PMs.
Debate #1 attracts many general doubters and libertarian-preppers, while debate #2 pulls in the gold bugs.
Regarding debate #1, there are a number of different contingents driving the cryptocurrency boom. One contingent, which includes different followers of alt-economics, is concerned about the problems of fiat currencies and central bank policies. TSP mentioned this at the beginning of the discussion, and I must say it’s been of interest to me as well. However, my impression is that this is just one group of people driving the crypto boom, and not the majority. It seems more like part of a pre-existing debate about the problems of fiat, which has been rekindled by the appearance of cryptos.
Obviously, BTC has some big advantages over fiat (decentralized, not controlled by CBs, etc.), but the flip side of this is that it’s not as convenient. The debate about BTC vs. fiat typically plays out around question of whether it could actually replace fiat in the near term. One example is the comparison between the BTC blockchain and the VISA network. The imagined scenario is ubiquitous BTC for retail purchases, i.e., what would it take?
There are quite a few smartphone wallet apps for this and there are merchants who accept BTC for point-of-sale purchases. In this debate, BTC is questioned because the time and cost to clear a transaction is variable compared to VISA. The technical debate here seems to turn on questions about the scalability of the blockchain system, “fork fears”, and commission costs (i.e., the commission to resolve the transaction is a variable function of the market).
BTC will continue to expand here, but thus far the most interesting response to this comparison that I’ve seen is that the debate is really comparing apples to oranges. I.e., that BTC should not be compared to the VISA network, because BTC is a “bearer token” while VISA is a network of trusted 3rd-party managed accounts (i.e., retailers) who take on the responsibility for endorsing the numbers. When you buy something with a VISA card, the retailer is the party trusted with saying “yes, this is really the card number, expy date, PIN, etc.” and the network can very quickly answer “okay, that data is valid”. Only a subscriber trusted with an account on the VISA network — the merchant — can get this service (they need an account and a password), and for that they pay a commission.
By contrast, Bitcoin is more like your bank account. Transactions are slower, and validated in a different way. The future of BTC, then, doesn’t hinge on how widely it will be used for retail purchases (though that is possible), as it is that BTC is a store of value that has certain advantages over fiat currencies (e.g., not attached to a CB, can’t be debased, etc.).
Debate #2 — BTC vs. PMs — seems to turn upon the criticism that BTC is electronic, virtual, ergo inferior to PMs. Critics in this debate tend to be stackers and preppers who are anticipating a serious SHTF scenario in which governments collapse and possibly there is no more electricity on planet Earth, ergo BTC is useless and we are back to using gold, silver, and lead (i.e., ammo).
This is a very extreme scenario. It also doesn’t account for the fact that BTC is now supported by a decentralized, massively redundant, global network of servers (over 7000 nodes, last I checked), and as long as one node somewhere in the world is still running, BTC will survive. Your bank’s data center is probably a whole lot more vulnerable to a “Mr. Robot moment”. Even if the global grid was disrupted by an EMP or some extreme event, the BTC nodes can easily carry on when it is restored. If we’re really considering the scenario of a global blackout that also wipes out all computers, then the contents of our savings accounts will also be toast and probably we’ll have much more fundamental concerns (i.e., is it going to be “Mad Max” or “I am Legend” ?).
The more interesting response to the BTC vs. PMs debate seems to be that cryptos today might be closer to “real money” than PMs can be because cryptos are much more liquid, and PMs have been relentlessly manipulated.
Part of this debate is a critique of the idea/hope that “phizz” (gold and silver) markets are going to re-assert their preeminence over paper currencies sometime soon. Logically, it seems like they should in the long term, since they are “world money” whereas fiat is, well, just fiat. The problem is that physical currencies don’t have the liquidity that blockchain assets have. They need physical trading establishments, with staff and vehicles to deliver bags or crates of stuff, secure buildings, vaults, or “boating accidents” etc. As a result, the physical markets have been separated into two asset classes, one that is liquid but subject to manipulation (e.g., paper GLD), and another which is limited in supply and totally illiquid.
Both of the aforementioned debates seem to be mainly between people who have some commitment to cryptos and people like Starikov, who are looking at it from the outside, trying to make sense of it. Inside the world of cryptos, the debates have a different flavor, and seem to often revolve around “where are we going after Satoshi?” There’s a lot of discussion about the pros and cons of different cryptos, e.g., BTC vs. ETH vs. DASH, etc.
Overall, my sense is that cryptos are very much here to stay, though we don’t yet know which ones will prevail and what sort of asset class they will be.
This debate needs to be widened.
:Always follow the money :
As the power to control populations devolves from the control of finance, perhaps the Saker could start a separate section looking at money – history, theories of value, usury, competing systems etc – as well as the role cryptos might play in ushering in a horizontal rather than vertical exchange system.
It looks to me (though I am complete ignorant on the issue) that cryptos have the potential for an ‘anarchic’ approach to trade.
What role will governments play? It looks potentially quite limited…
Ditto corporations.
Excellent post BTW.
I’d like to take a stab at widening the context of “money” including the whole shebang going back thousands of years.
For time reasons this attempt will consist of extremely broad strokes, omitting much detail.
I don’t focus on cryptos, metals, fiat currencies or any other form of money but counterpose it to credit, in the following way:
In terms of what actually occupies the consciousness and efforts of most people on this planet I am going to assert that MON-EYE (one eye) is THE dominant religion, by far, and that the word play by the freemasonic elites that coined the term in deliberate mocking of the credulously naive masses is no accident.
Because it is pretty obvious that money, while very inconvenient to do without, is a very false god. Far from assuming the role of the pineal gland (which does have a lot to do with the real One Eye….as opposed to the fake paper, metallic or digital Mon-Eye) belief in it is more likely to lead to perdition and slavery than to enlightenment or “salvation”.
And it’s all a religion, a (false) system of belief if one is unconscious of certain facts:
1. It is intimately related to CREDIT, whose etymological root (Credo) means “I believe.”!
2. Besides the spiritual or consciousness swindle of believing in that which the Rothschilds, Morgans, etc have foisted on humanity there is the fact that naive and credulous persons, for many generations, have ceased to have much faith in themselves and their creative capacities as beings and have ceded (as in the Jekyll Island swindle in Dec 1913 creating the Federal Reserve) that faith in themselves to faith in a privileged group of psychopathic personalities that intend their slavery and even death.
3. Therefore, while I wish to learn more about cryptos and what sort of new arrangements may come about to replace the petro-dollar I try to always keep in mind the overview:
Humanity, far too much, has given credit, ie belief, up to the enemy of humanity, and the struggle is to reclaim a belief in themselves and their capacities, a huge, overarching uphill battle that some have called The Great Work.
4. And Credit, (Belief in Repayment, with WIN/WIN for all participants in the resulting allocation of resources) is where it’s at with Economy, far more so than “money” per se, as water is to life, particularly with regard to vegetation. Growth occurs where credit is applied, be it to a speculative, useless cancer or an improving economy……..Which is why China is leap-frogging to world-class infrastructure leader and Manhattan’s subway system is enduring the Summer of Hell of shutdowns of many lines for long needed repairs. And not yet getting the upgrades in technology to replace the fully depreciated infrastructure because the dumbells in this and other countries have believed in the expediency of giving credit to finance speculators and parasites and can no more think about these basics competently than a 1year old can tie his or her own shoe laces.
5. So, I assert that’s where the greatest “gain” is to be achieved, in the world macrocosm, as we go about managing our household microcosms: THAT IS In freeing people’s minds from the false One Eye and really understanding CREDIT as deeply as Alexander Hamilton did. Because his detractors err disastrously, IMHO by confounding him with the Rothschilds and other central bankers. The difference is night and day. As can be seen in a careful study of his life and who his enemies (both blockheads like Jefferson and selfish swine like Burr) were.
More, I hope, in the next Cafe.
5. Clearly, without a major improvement or raising of consciousness regarding all that is at stake here, the looming collapse of these false beliefs will either end in catastrophe OR the greatest opportunity for mankind yet to enjoy improved physical-economic platforms from which to realize its fuller material and spiritual potential in the Universe.
@Bro Indeed, most people don’t understand the basic difference between credit and money, ergo they cannot really grasp what’s at stake in a complicated system of power like the petrodollar.
The history that you begin to sketch out is of course crucial for a deeper understanding, but many people are not ready to think about history in much detail and thus will be readily skeptical. The argument can easily come down to “you should go read X…” — and of course that’s one of the best ways to deepen our understanding but many people just won’t do it.
For general consciousness raising, then, working from simple arguments might be good. Insofar as there is confusion around even the nature of fiat currency, it could be worth starting there, by pointing out not simply the arbitrariness of fiat, but rather that a dollar bill, for example, is in fact a piece of debt.
Everybody calls a dollar bill “money” but in fact it’s not money — it’s really just a promise to pay in money. From there, we can easily talk about how that payment could formerly be made in gold (but the US withdrawing from the Bretton Woods system ended that, and this is where history begins to sneak into the argument), which means that gold was/is considered “real money” but somehow we’re not supposed to think about that any more.
If the conversation goes this far, there are inevitably a bunch of new questions, such as how money is actually created in such a system, the role of credit, or why the price of PMs hasn’t gone up while the supply of credit has been expanded to literally mind-numbing levels, or what significance cryptos have in the face of such a system.
Looking forward to your thoughts at the next cafe :)
Well written post with some good points. From my own perspective, I’ve owned precious metals since the mid-eighties, although I am not a fan of currencies backed by PMs nor am I a “gold bug”. Generally, I do not recommend purchase of that asset class by the casual investor. The problem is excessive volatility. Seeing one’s portfolio drop in value by say, 30%, in a month is not for the faint of heart.
Cryptos are an interesting asset class for speculation but, as for PMs, not what I would recommend for a casual investor. The reasons are much the same. The crypto market is certainly susceptible to manipulation and volatility to a much greater extent than PMs. The market capitalization of cryptos is less than $100 billion dollars. The market for precious metals is at least two orders of magnitude greater. So exchange rates for cryptos are potentially much more volatile than PMs.
A second concern is long-term value. Some investors in precious metals do so for the sake of speculation where volatility is desirable. Others are interested in long term value retention of their asset. The standard line is “someone will always want to buy your gold”. This is true although the exchange rate may not be what you want. Nevertheless, it is highly likely that PMs purchased today will have value in ten years or even one hundred years. What value can one expect a crypto currency to have over that time period? You’re essentially investing in a technology platform that may be obsolescent in no more than a few years.
@Jonathan — Very important points, yes.
Adding some weight to your second concern, I have read the argument that Ethereum will be obsolete in 5 years time and found it compelling. The take away for me is that certain cryptos are basically more about short-term speculation and, secondarily, pushing forward the technology itself.
Back to Barenboim in Berlin, (I was there early eighties), and I think they made him life conductor of the Philharmonia. They probably didn’t expect him to live so long, he said in London the other evening !
His whole career is one of great interest, from London days and the kind of volcanic musical miracle of his English wife Jacqueline du Pre and her death from MS. She was a very fine, alive, vibrant spirit, and the disease of MS is very slow in its encroaching grip on the body, gradually reduced to complete immobility.
In interviews during this time, when she could still speak, though with difficulty, she never once complained and was inspirational there too in a way.
That she has continued to be a ‘far flung’ shining star in the truly amazing career of Barenboim you can believe if you have ears to hear, for what has power, and strength, and beauty beyond measure, transcending borders and unites people of the earth, is not of this world.
My links don’t work. There were two in the comment above. Never mind, but it takes a rare form of technically challenged dissonance to be able to make them appear as if functioning normally ;)
Anything can be found by anyone, anywhere, anyway.
To follow up to my 2 comments above —
I think it’s the CIA – in partnership with all the transnational American corporations who moved into Canada from the 90’s onward.
It’s actually not just human nature, it’s Putin shutting down the retail arm of the CIA in Canada (I.e. Russia’s diplomatic property :-). Imperialism via Starbucks, it seems? (But we’re all “one family,” aren’t we?? With humanitarian values??)
My 2 cents.
Canada is where the OSS/CIA dumped the Nazis of Ukraine and other Third Reich areas.
It goes back to 1945.
Canada is where the CIA did its dirty experiments with LSD and other drugs.
Canada has been a compliant street walker for Langley.
To be fair, Canada (along with Oz and NZ) was still strongly beholden to and under the metaphorical thumb of the ailing British Empire at the time and had little choice in the matter. It takes a lot more than a declaration of independence to rid oneself of that kind of formative influence, if indeed one ever can.
The British ruling class (I am a Brit myself) had a long familiarity with and intimate understanding of the mechanics of fascism by then, although the term itself was not in common use.
Assad cooperated with the CIA.
Canada trades with Cuba (and has for decades) despite the embargo. Canada initiated diplomatic contacts with Maoist China during the Cold War. In as much as obedience or cooperation can be demonstrated, the opposite can be demonstrated just as easily.
Yeltsin and Erdogan cooperated extensively with the CIA- and both countries were dumping grounds for all sorts of sordid things!! Which still doesn’t invalidate the geopolitical realities of the present moment.
This happened in France approx a week ago :

PLEASE READ : Untold Story in France : A few days ago in the city of Elne ( south of France close to Spanish border ) a french family had to leave its flat in a suburb of a village under the pressure and shoutings of muslim clerics and muslim neighbours because this person was a supporter of Marine Le Pen.
The pressure was so high that the police had to literally extract the family from their flat as they were threatened by angry mobs shouting “down with the racist” , “death to the french people ” One of our local MP the companion of Marine Le Pen had to ask the french local authorities to find a shelter for this family , they put them in a hotel room : 25 sqm for 5 people including three children & the wife who is actually very sick. Yesterday , they were expelled from the hotel because they had to make room for the … migrants ! This is what they were told… Today some citizen are trying to find solution , but this story has been totally erased from the media .. you won’t find any single news on google relatively this this story … I thought at the Time Donald trump is in France that it could be a story for Breibart a site I am following for years now…
Please feel free to contact me per https://twitter.com/Alaskan… if you would like to know more, I am actually living close to where this family is and have contact with them … waiting for your answer even if negative.. THIS IS REALLY A DISGRACE AND IT SHOULD BE KNOWN IN MACRON’S FRANCE
Canada punishes potential immigrants for sheltering Snowden in Hong Kong:

Wouldn’t that be something to have published in the Canard Enchainé or a similar mag?

Private capitalist operation against Murka?
Say it ain’t so!
http://www.voltairenet.org/article197144.html
“…ver the last seven years, several billion dollars’ worth of armament has been illegally introduced into Syria – a fact which in itself is enough to disprove the myth according to which this war is a democratic revolution. Numerous documents attest to the fact that the traffic was organised by General David Petraeus, first of all in public, via the CIA, of which he was the director, then privately, via the financial company KKR with the aid of certain senior civil servants. Thus the conflict, which was initially an imperialist operation by the United States and the United Kingdom, became a private capitalist operation, while in Washington, the authority of the White House was challenged by the deep state. New elements now show the secret rôle of Azerbaïdjan in the evolution of the wa…”
And the text gets into some rather unpleasant precise details…

I knew some of this already, but it’s good to see it being aired again.
Interesting factoid : remember the ‘Where is Eric Braverman?’ youtube investigation by George Webb?
His ‘disappearance’ after his stint at the Clinton Foundation was allegedly because he’d been murdered (according to GW.)
Never bought it myself. (I watched one of GWs videos and left an answer: ‘In Israel.)
Sho’ enuff, Mr Braverman resurfaced to announce his ‘marriage’ to one Neil Brown – who just happens to be CEO of KKR.
‘at the end of the day’ …: this Cafe is a virtual place, where all that
struggling for leadership, thank God, is lacking. It’s good to be reduced, to music
or to visual visions or to writen words like at this place.
My 75 years old bones tonight happily danced like they did at last 7 years before at this place: http://www.seerestaurant-alpenblick.de
And the Band did, what they did since 25 years: they grooved like they did all those years like years ago in this clip till 2:25

I’m finding a wealth of information in these cafe conversations. I also receive a rare kind of energy from every participant, each in their own way. It’s not just in itself but in the links to other nodes, like the “all roads lead to Cafe Rome” meme.
This cafe has become for me a sort of “home base.” More aptly, it’s a “home away from home.” I have other homes too, but this one is in a class all its own. It flies high into rarefied realms and it gets down into the dirt and soil.
I do my bit too, as the Irish say. Like a Sagittarian horse-man that I am, I can take the bit but I can also spit it out. Maybe it’s my age, but I think this cafe has yet to break free of bit and bridle in the hands of empire. In that we are certainly not alone.
There are certain bits that are worthy of mention. Bro has brought up two bits of information which draw back the veil. One is money and two is money, with the new Silk Road a distant third.
One-Eyed Money is now the ruling god as any two-eyes can see if they care to. It wasn’t always that way. I speak for that lost world of love among the ancient vineyard bowers.
There are a few here who wonder “what the hell is he talking about?” Wondering is a fair start. I wonder, too, about how we can be so intelligent about accidentals and yet so ill informed regarding essentials.
The litmus test is war. Maybe not as bad as death, as in “dead as a door nail,” but let war serve as an example. We are dedicated to stopping the war on Russia, but even with that selective limitation, war is a bigger business than ever.
We appear to be dumbfounded by war. In fact, for this vineyard in its present configuration, war is our “raison d’etre,” reason for being and existing. Have we become addicted to war in a back-handed way? Has the empire out-flanked us?
I think that’s why I am so outstanding. With my foolish notions, I stand outside of the accepted discourse. I can speak that language to a degree but it’s not my native tongue.
It’s not just the lingo but the source. I am linked to the Love Bower but you’ve had to be there to appreciate it. Notions like “communal sex” are angels at the gate.
I like to pick on some who I think can take the heat. Bro is one such brother. He’s the man around here as far as I’m concerned. Well, next to Saker, needless to say.
My sidetracking of OBOR gets his goat. Bro appears to think the New Silk Road of hard metal rails is an antidote to empire and its wars. I think such as he (and there are illions of others) have not only taken bit and bridle but have swallowed the bit and left the bridle hanging out like a second tail.
Say what you will, the Love Army runs on the steel hard rail of reality. Toys are for boys. Real juice is for adult joys.
Going back to one-eyed money, who thinks that the new rails do not run on money, and debt money to boot? Are the Chinese really giving a free gift to the world? I hope so but then they would be practicing “learyism,” which would really drive them off the rails.
No, this world runs on money. Fortunately, I have found a way to live on love which is in this world but not of it. When “Silky” runs on the land of love and a world of wonder, then I’ll buy a ticket. Money and Materialism is not worth investing in.
You say I’m unreal. That supposes you are real and can see what’s unreal. At 77 (a lucky, infinity number) I’ve been through Old Age and New Age bs big time. Brother, and Sister, I’ve been there and done that.
When OBOR becomes OLOL, One Love One Land, I’ll hop on board. Until then let me live in “learyland.” I think it’s more real than this American Dream Nightmare. Please don’t let me drive you away. I’m an admitted fool in love with reality. But that is debatable, or conversational in a cafe like this.
Dylan said it best about an Oh Bore World. I for one, no longer strip and kneel before empire–but I will before love’s fire.
—————-
Well, the last thing I remember before I stripped and kneeled
Was that trainload of fools bogged down in a magnetic field
A gypsy with a broken flag and a flashing ring
Said, “Son, this ain’t a dream no more, it’s the real thing.”
You decide what is real and what is not. I don’t need a gypsy to tell me.
Love, Dennis
Dennis, the American Nightmare right now is in Manhattan with the ancient subway infrastructure there half shut down for scheduled repairs all summer because it is worn out, obsolete infrastructure that has been looted by Wall St for 50-60 years
How would you like long delays in subway cars 90 degrees fahrenheit and hotter in Manhattan levels of humidity???
You can live in Learyland Vulva Valley with your Eros (inferior to agape,,,Dennis on the cosmic Loveometer) fantasies because it is quite evident you are more attached to those fantasies and the “spiritual/sexual turn-on” they give you than any care for New Yorkers that need to get around quickly and safely without suffering heat stroke!!!.
Or anyone else anywhere in the world that could really benefit from first class infrastructure your man Trump says he wants to build.
I guess you are NOT with him on that one, are you??
Where is your care and love for those millions?
In some absurd proposal that they get off the subways, strip down in Central Park and “get it on” with each other?
Rejection, in the west, in YOU, buddy!!of what makes humanity humanity, as Steger lays out in the link provided is at the root of the danger of war, and in your rejection of beneficial technologies that billions need to realize their humanity and capacity to love, and create.
So yes, out of love and appreciation of your stated desires of good will toward you fellow humans I must state the obvious: you are badly deceived.
A little humility!
You have more to offer than Putin and XI???
No you don’t. NO YOU DON’T!!!!!
Not that much of anyone else can see. While billions, on some level at least get what they are doing, ………………not fantasizing about.
Your strutting ego on this matter would be funny if it were not more tragic than humorous.
Get a grip!
Fake news used to stage a media false flag as a way attempting to provoke a war

Tillerson is purportedly musing the closure of the ‘war crimes’ office at the State Department :
http://readersupportednews.org/news-section2/318-66/44744-tillerson-to-shutter-state-department-war-crimes-office
It was set up by Mad Albright, in ‘response’ to Bosnia ‘atrocities’ by ‘dictators’ like Milosevic.
Current ‘villains’ include Bashir Al-Assad.
Perhaps Tillerson is better – informed as to the true purpose of this ‘office’….pay-for-players using’ human rights’ as fronts for resource – looting.
No doubt the CIA are the main suppliers of the ‘intelligence’ used to justify ‘intervention’.
Many have been shocked by the aggression of the wealthy gay lobby in its reshaping of society, especially the attack on childhood.
Others are still being fooled by the ‘equality’ canard which disguises what is essentially a male supremacist priapic cult.
This 1997 gay ‘manifesto’ by one Michael Swift should dispel any doubts :
http://www.silvanuspublishing.com/homosexual-agenda/michael-swifts-1997-gay-manifesto-titled-gay-revolution/
It is an excellent illustration of the psychopathology of fascism – a US variant of the ‘Pink Swastika’ of the Third Reich.
Especially telling, is the call to use genetic engineering to produce a ‘perfect boy product’, to meet the sexual desires of clients.
No wonder the 1% have adopted the agenda with such enthusiasm, even if homosexuals themselves are of little interest.
As long as they are a useful vector for reprogenics, they will continue to be supported.
When reprogenics is established to the satisfaction of the 1%, queers will be cast aside like the fauxminists of yore.
The hacking of USSD official Robert Otto’s emails hasn’t received much MSM attention.
Some (Vineyarders among them) see the hack as a disinfo op.
I don’t know yet, but this item( on the reporting of the Panama Papers) indicates that Otto is pretty astute on media manipulation of the Russian narrative, especially when it comes to Putin:
https://www.scribd.com/mobile/document/353868611/Soros
(scroll down to page 8 on the link)
Ps Does anyone know if Robert Otto (State Department official USSD,) and Robert ‘Bob’ Otto, (USAF Lieutenant General, Director of National Intelligence) are one and the same person?
Also, some emails contain less than unqualified enthusiasm for one Bill Browder – recently in the news in relation to an attempted stitch – up of Donald Trump Jnr via Russian lawyer Natalie Veselnitskya. (She was part of a legal team that charged Browder with money – laundering).
Could he have been behind the hack?
E
A couple articles on the Russian lawyer who met with trump, jr. last year:
Veselnitskaya Speaks About 2016 Attempt to Address Congress on Trump Jr Meeting

Russian lawyer Veselnitskaya says Magnitsky Act lobbyist Browder behind Trump Jr. scandal
https://www.rt.com/news/396728-russian-lawyer-scandal-america/
She claims the media hype about this non event was orchestrated by browder. I did a quick search of him on the web and found he is intimately tied to israel and works closely with mossad. He is also Russophobic. More proof the zionazis are both the heavy lifter and the masterminds of the fascist Russophobia being pushed at all levels in their western colonies.
re : Could he have been behind the hack?
To start at the end and read upwards is a habit of mine. I wear a riding habit when hunting and live in prime hacking country. My horse is a Galloway mare making people stare as she hacks through the undergrowth, leaps over fences and canters through the waves upon the shore. Hailing from Inner London’s Mare Street, now I’m with the pack in prime hacking country tracking the fox we lost – could he have been behind the hack ?
Now I will do penance and read the whole comment and the link you have kindly provided.
Busy boasting, Netanyahu admits Israelis are Europeans – not Middle Easterners (though he didn’t intend it that way) :
