13 UAVs simultaneously attacking an airbase!
It doesn’t need a genius to figure out who was behind this…..
….However, it does sound a bit expensive to waste so much UAVs, but on the other hand its the US printing machine paying the factory workers and contractors.
This event passed, but the direction and nexus seems to lead toward CBW combining with souped up model airplanes…and in time the control systems will improve…I myself see no reliable defense, though antidrone drones seem possible – and a recoil-less 10 bore shotgun could be developed to enable drone on drone “combat”. But the advantage seems naturally to rest with attack. This will be a difficult area of conflict.
It’s not that complicated actually. On my ship the TAO had a sign over his console that said “Shoot the archer.” Next time this happens, smoke the P-8. If that doesn’t get the proper message across I don’t know what will.
Some RT articles make me “Wonder Why” …
I would appreciate more quality and less quantity of “could be, maybe, might and perhaps”.
“US could be at war with China in just 15 yrs, warns ex-US army chief in Europe”
https://www.rt.com/news/442239-china-war-us-hodges/
(sanity is important and precious and must be safeguarded … so RT – Shut ** Up!)
News and Prediction are two different things.
I’ve pretty much given up on RT. They seem mainly interested in stirring up the far, far right wing in Europe and the US. From Kavanaugh to Bolsonaro, RT seems to want the west to become very pro-torture, right-wing, surveilence-police states. Given that popular resistence to the Empire at home seems to be about the only way to prevent a war that ends human civilization, it seems strange that RT would be backing exactly the sort of torturing, surveilence-police state that would be best equipped to put down a popular resistence and thus guarantee the end of humanity.
There is little or no real news there anymore. But way too much stupid stuff about MMA thugs in between the pro-torture agenda pieces.
“it seems strange that RT”
Why?
In case you hadn’t noticed, Russia’s leadership is even more right wing than the examples you cite.
A minute and a half of Canadian news on the mail bombs:

And the longer eleven minute segment:

“The Russian government, by its meek response to extraordinary provocations, continues to encourage more provocations, as the provocations cost the US and its vassals nothing. The Russian government’s toleration of traitors, such as Kudrin, does not convince Western peoples that Russia is an open, free speech society. Instead, they believe Kudrin, not Putin. Americans believe that Putin is a thug who stole $50 billion and is one of the world’s richest men. I heard this yesterday from my own cousin. The Western media never paints a correct picture of life in Russia. The only achievement of the Russian government’s non-confrontational response to the West and toleration of treason within its own government is to convince Washington that Putin can be overthrown, just like the pro-Russian president of Ukraine and the presidents of Honduras, Brazil, Argentina.”

The Triumph of Evil

The Triumph of Evil
Paul Craig Roberts
The murder of Jamal Khashoggi inside the Saudi Arabian embassy in Turkey is unprecedented in its audacity. The response from Washington and the Canadian government is to sell more weapons to Saudi Arabia, weapons that are being used by the Saudis in their destruction of the Yemeni population. The Russian response, if the report I saw was not fake news, is to sell the Saudis the S-400 air defense system. https://on.rt.com/8pd0
What we can conclude from this is that armament profits take precedence over murder and genocide.
…
Putin might be giving Washington tit for tat by horning in on Washington’s armaments customers, but the decision to sell the Saudis the S-400 is a strategic blunder. Saudi Arabia is a sponsor of the war against Syria, in whose defense Russian lives and treasure have been spent. Moreover, Saudi Arabia is an enemy of Iran. Iran is an ally of Russia in the defense of Syria, and a country whose stability is essential to Russia’s stability. Perhaps even more important, the minute the Saudis get their hands on the S-400 they will hand it over to Washington, and experts will figure out how to defeat it, thus negating Russia’s investment in the weapon and its advantage. The decision to sell the S-400 to the Saudis convinces Washington that Putin and his government are clueless, babes in the woods to be easily run over.
In my opinion, the worst aspect of the S-400 sale is that it erases the moral edge that Putin has gained for Russia over the murderous and ever-threatening West. Now we have Russia putting profits above the Russian government’s professed respect for the rule of law and moral behavior.
An even more immoral and irresponsible development is President Trump’s withdrawal from the INF Treaty. The only reason for Trump’s Zionist Neoconservative National Security Advisor to orchestrate this withdrawal is to threaten Russia. Intermediate range missiles cannot reach the US. Russian ones could reach Europe, and US ones placed in Europe on Russia’s border can comprise a first-strike nuclear attack on Russia that has no warning and is indefensible…

“More pressure will be on Putin’s government from Alexei Kudrin, the Jewish Lobby, and the billionaire oligarchs put in place by Washington and Israel during the Yeltsin years when Russia was degraded to an American vassal state.”
This is playing with words.
The US is just as much a vassal state for the plutocratic global elite as is Russia – the World is the vassal entity.
Even where there is no opponent one must be found to keep the super normal profits flowing.
Biggest problem is that the turkey’s all now wish to be the turkey farmers.
I agree wholeheartedly with PCR on this one.
Putin is making a strategic blunder in his decision to sell the S-400 to the Whahabbi head-choppers of Saudia Arabia.
Please bear in mind, that Russia only grudgingly and belatedly, allowed Iran to get the S-300s -Iran even had to take its case to court.
And any objective assessment, should tell us that Iran is a natural ally of Russia, whilst time and again, the Saudis have shown both in words and deeds, that they are opposed to Russia.
Remember when Prince bandar bin sultan issued veiled threats to Putin’s face, against the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, if Russia did not abandon Assad?
And who do you think bank-rolled the Chechen Wars and the insurgency in the Caucuses, just like they did with the Muhajahdeen in Afghanistan in the late 70s and 80s?
By selling the S-400 to Saudi Arabia, Russia might just as well send a few to the Pentagon.
Israeli and US military analysts will be pulling them apart in no time.
Because the Saudis will readily comply with any requests from these 2 quarters to access these systems.
Do you think Iran would ever allow the US or Israel access to these systems of bought from Russia?
I think not.
No one is saying that Russia should cite “human rights” concerns as the reason for not letting the Saudis have the S-400.
The West cynically and hypocritically yap and yell about “human rights”, but every one knows that they have zero credibility on the matter.
Therefore, we do not wish to see Russia go down this path.
Iran is a friend.
Saudia Arabia is a foe.
What we want from Russia is for it to objectively analyze the geo-political landscape and deftly discern friend from foes, and treat them accordingly.
Iranians have fought shoulder to shoulder with their Russian counterparts in Syria against the “liver eaters”, and have bled and died on the battlefield trying to preserve Syria.
Saudi Arabia on the other hand, have paid the salaries of the takfiris, and sought Syria’s dismemberment.
So which of these countries do you think Russia should be selling its S-400 to?
Selah
I remember watching “fire-finder” phased array radars being built for China – at a US Army base…the sky did not fall, but we generally disapproved of the sale. That was nearly 30 years ago…
Does Saudi have the technical people to run S400? Who will control the software?
As to friend or foe…States have, they say, no friends and no foes. States have interests. It seems that the US just set up the Prince for a major take-own, now the nice Bear offers candy… Princes come and Princes go…
The S400, far from bringing “civilization”, creates servitude…and the illusions of freedom.
Spare parts, software updates, operator training…like the toga and the bath – some may recall Tacitus:
“For, to accustom to rest and repose through the charms of luxury a population scattered and barbarous and therefore inclined to war, Agricola gave private encouragement and public aid to the building of temples, courts of justice and dwelling-houses, praising the energetic, and reproving the indolent. Thus an honourable rivalry took the place of compulsion. He likewise provided a liberal education for the sons of the chiefs, and showed such a preference for the natural powers of the Britons over the industry of the Gauls that they who lately disdained the tongue of Rome now coveted its eloquence. Hence, too, a liking sprang up for our style of dress, and the “toga” became fashionable. Step by step they were led to things which dispose to vice, the lounge, the bath, the elegant banquet. All this in their ignorance, they called civilization, when it was but a part of their servitude. ” It is prettier is Latin…and more brief.
“The S400, far from bringing “civilization”, creates servitude…and the illusions of freedom.
Spare parts, software updates, operator training…like the toga and the bath – some may recall Tacitus:”
It isn’t the S400 the Houthi’s need be concerned about but rather the TOS-1A Buratino Heavy Flame Thrower Systems (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuyCZiI2f8U). Even a halfwit member of the Saudi armed forces could operate that all day every day with no extra training.
The only law Putin is interested in is the rule of money.
Glad you like it…the Flamer gadget is indeed impressive. Less difficult to run? I expect that’s true too. But the principle still operates, servitude, spares, bribes, training by Ivan – at the least it’s the thin edge of a wedge.
Some see that the murder of Mr K may lead to or indicate the proximity of, Big Rapid Change in Saudilandia…https://consortiumnews.com/2018/10/25/the-khashoggi-affair-and-the-future-of-saudi-arabia/
My view is that the murder was a US intelop that the too-cunning Princedude fell into, a trap – one that ends in sudden change, eg Condition R, or “Plan R for Robert”, if one remembers his Strangelove…
Violence as a method of rule, rule by fear, is unreliable, VVP remarked critically recently at Valdai. Was he speaking of Dear Leader Clown? Or Dear Leader Prince? Or perhaps the “west” generally?
Or was it a positive claim, inverted, “Rus rules by Love”? They do seem to provide a contrasting method, eh?
“Glad you like it”
I don’t.
“Violence as a method of rule, rule by fear, is unreliable, VVP remarked critically recently at Valdai.”
As he counted the last riyal from the contract.
“but this is belief, mere belief”
Khashoggi is a particularly unattractive man. He probably had a facelift and is getting ready for a good Saudi party over the weekend. Having said that, if we ever get to know it will probably be in a leak 100 years hence.
Thanks for sharing that you do not like it, but evidently you agree. Have you often felt dislike for things with which you agree?
I too have experienced such contradictory periods. They were transitional. They happened more frequently when I knew less about the world.
The esthetic evaluation of Khashoggi is surely a matter of individual taste, but I cannot understand how this subjective view, which is variable, relates to objective events. Stupid I could understand, but ugly? Ugly people often find admirers, how is that? And of course ugly people do pretty well if they are smart.
What evidence exists for facelift? Or is this too merely subjective opinion based on imagination alone?
How is the “civilizing effect” of S400 “thin edge” qualitatively different from the flame-thrower gizmo? Both seduce the youth and create entry into the Saudi arena… See?
But I am sorry that you did not like it. Maybe your feeling will change as you mature. They usually do…
PCR needs to keep the lights on, and I don’t want his paid subscribers to abandon him, because he makes SOME good points sometimes, but not many in that article.
A question that should trouble him a bit more before he jumps to conclusions, following his emotions more than his head:
Where’s the body??
Until that question is answered you don’t even have a proven murder. You have a disappearance. Basic.
Putin made that point at Valdai, while PCR joins the MSM Deep State Chorus against Saudi Arabia just before the US mid-terms and just recently after Saudi Arabia somewhat partially but importantly cleans up its act and begins exploring alternatives to its old Empire Role….in new relations with Trump and Putin……which Mr Kashoggi, (especially if in on this disappearance) might very well have sought to disrupt or reverse.
Also, it takes time to do what either DJT or Putin are attempting with Saudi Arabia. You think Saudi Arabia might be coaxed into any such things as escaping the Petro-dollar and low oil prices it and Russia have weathered….without protection from bombing revenge by the Empire ???
I sympathize with PCR’s emotions…..but not his reasoning.
Watch out for who your song is in tune with. You might not want to be adding to the strength of their chorus.
No doubt the bodies lie together in peace..Skirpals and the deceived Mr K…how is one event different from the other?
Seriously, there are 3 people disappeared, Who can say say if any are alive?
I believe K is dead, I believe S pair live…but this is belief, mere belief.
PCR has paid subscribers????
I’ve been to his site, and he does ask for donations to keep the site going (like others do). But I’ve never seen anything about being a paid subscriber or articles that are behind a paywall and can’t be accessed.
Admittedly, I pretty much tune him out when he starts talking about Russia. I feel he’s been consistently wrong about Russia for several years now. The last piece I read with him talking about Russia was essentially saying that Russia was doomed to fight a nuclear war against America because Russia had failed time after time to show how tough they were by starting the nuclear war themselves.
Although, I will give him credit for today I see he linked to a favorite author of mine and the piece she just put out today. I’ll put the link to Mister Roberts website, and down in the guest section someone could find Caitlin Johnstone’s article about a nation freaking out over toy bombs after dropping so many real bombs on other people.
https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/
visit that link, and you will find a Donate button as on many sites, there is nothing about signing up to be a paid subscriber.
PCR has just been banned by Twitter
https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-10-25/twitter-bans-former-asst-treasury-secretary-paul-craig-roberts-after-sputnik
The comments include a few gems:
“I felt a great disturbance in the Insouciance.
As if millions of NPCs suddenly burped and were suddenly duller.
I fear something ordinary has happened.”
something aout the bomb story doesn’t pass the smell test.
Good question: Who mails bombs to pepole who don’t open their own mail?
Another question: How does an average Job pipe bomber even get addresses for the targets—for where they both live and collect their mail? Does the mailman bring bomb packages to the front door or pop them into the mailbox? Or do servants I mean assistants pick up the mail somewhere and go t hrough it?
And, did the bomber just go to his local PO and go to the window and get the postage calculated for the packages? To the Obamas, the Clintons, etc.? and the post office clerk doesn’t scratch his or her head just a bit? Just can’t picture this.
Katherine
Thanks for your insights. It is good to question many things. Yes, the whole thing stinks like fish. Please check this out: Michael Hoffman — Revisionist Review Oct 26, 2018. Mr. Hoffman says:
“I published a tweet-length version of this “Profile” on Twitter at 1:05 pm on Thursday, October 25. I wrote the following full profile today (Oct. 26) at 7:18 a.m., prior to the patsy’s arrest in Broward County, Florida.
He’ll be a patsy.
He’ll be on medication. (my note: he will probably have a record of military “service” as well).
The media will not search for the patsy’s handlers.
After his arrest, he’ll be held incommunicado in solitary confinement, and drugged with more ‘medication.’
The media will not demand to speak to him in jail in the first few hours or even the first few days after his arrest.
His ‘defense’ attorney will be either incompetent or a Deep State shill.
His guilt and subsequent conviction will be predetermined.
Afterwards, the media will declare that ‘the case is closed.’
Anyone who says there are too many unanswered questions to justify closing the case, will be smeared as a ‘pipe bomb truther’ and a ‘conspiracy theorist.” Thank you, Mr. Hoffman.
There you have it –straight out of the same old playbook. Scary thing is, it works enough of the time with enough of the people –and that “enough” may be only five to ten percent. This scares me even more than the supposed “pipe bomber” himself.

A couple of quick tidbits or “data points” as Cliff High calls them, from The Cryptosphere:
From EOS San Diego nightly EOS short video producer Kent……….a serious IT professional and until this:
“I understand that Donald Trump has nominated some very pro-Bitcoin ETF people to the Securities Exchange Commission, and if that’s the case, my hat’s off to Donald Trump, probably one of the few decisions he’s made I really agree with….we don’t want to talk about politics here…but if that’s the case and ETFs do get approved, a Bitcoin/Crypto ETF………there won’t be a financial collapse because…….the obvious solution to the financial problems will be the blockchain…..”

Bix and Kent would go at it over EOS and either argue or refuse to talk to each other, but it would be interesting how their tune would change ….and possible meld harmoniously……LOL….on the societal benefits of blockchain.
I don’t even know what the hell Kent is talking about….”no financial collapse”….as I don’t see how exponentially increasing unpayable debt in the Mega-Trillions gets handled with no rough fallout….but the dude is sure energized……and “on a mission”!

… ‘The more I learned, the more I realised this was an Australia I hardly knew. This was stormy weather Australia, an Australia of shipwrecks and sealers; of brutality and extermination; of folly and heroism; of wild weather and explorers in flimsy boats; of thousand-foot cliffs and amazing birds and strange vegetation; of places well-trodden and others believed never to have felt the impact of a human foot. This was a truly gothic Australia, as real and as valid as the gold and the drovers and the deserts, yet known to almost no one.’ …

Nikki Haley for President?
http://americanfreepress.net/nikki-haley-for-president/
“She has also been the seemingly dedicated advocate of nearly continuous pro-Israel positions, ranging from using the UN to disarm Hezbollah in Lebanon, to also including blocking any investigation of the Israeli army’s slaughter of unarmed Palestinian demonstrators in Gaza. In addition, she led the effort to cut funds going to the agency providing critical food and medical assistance to millions of Palestinian refugees.
Haley has consistently taken a hard line against Iran, aggressively supporting Trump’s abrogation of the agreement to control its nuclear weapons, and she has ominously warned that Washington will be “taking names” of countries that don’t support its agenda in the Middle East, to include moving the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem and American military engagement in Syria.
But there are some firsts associated with Haley. She was the first ambassador to witness an American president being laughed at during the annual speech to the United Nations General Assembly, a response that the Times attributes solely to a decline in America’s international standing under Trump, ignoring completely the impact of Haley’s threatening language and demeanor.
On balance, Haley did nothing to enhance American security and only succeeded in pandering to certain powerful constituencies within the United States, to include the neoconservatives in the media and the Israel lobby. Praise of her on her impending departure from the UN is suggestive of whom exactly she managed to please while she was in office. The ubiquitous neocon-in-chief Bill Kristol, who now hangs his hat at the Foreign Policy Initiative and the Emergency Committee for Israel, has long been promoting Haley for president. One leading member of Kristol’s neocon chorus, Mark Dubowitz of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, tweeted “Thank you [Nikki Haley]…” Dubowitz is a Canadian and it would be nice if he could be deported to a remote Internet-free spot on Baffin Island where he can cease interfering in American politics.
Haley was also praised by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the Twitter social media platform…The Israeli army itself had nice things to say.
Angry responses to the IDF tweet observed “‘Unwavering support’ aka, blind allegiance. You love her for the reasons the rest of us despise her. She left the Human Rights Council, pulled the U.S. out of the Iran deal, slashed funds to UNRWA, moved embassy to Jerusalem, and was exaggerated in her support for the IDF when they abuse Palestinian human rights.”
Like many others in the foreign policy establishment, Haley is all about Israel because she understands that leaning that way provides instant access to money and plenty of positive press coverage, including in The New York Times. She has declared that Washington was “locked and loaded,” prepared to exercise lethal military options against Syria and its Russian and Iranian allies, seen as enemies by Israel. Immediately upon taking office at the United Nations she complained that “nowhere has the UN’s failure been more consistent and more outrageous than in its bias against our close ally Israel” and vowed that the “days of Israel bashing are over.” Not surprisingly, she was greeted by rounds of applause and cheering when she spoke at the annual meeting of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) in March, saying, “When I come to AIPAC I am with friends.”
Haley’s embrace of Israeli points of view is unrelenting and serves no American interest. If she were a recruited agent of influence for the Israeli Mossad she could not be more cooperative than she apparently is voluntarily. In February 2017, she blocked the appointment of former Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad to a diplomatic position at the United Nations because he is a Palestinian. In a congressional hearing she was asked about the decision: “Is it this administration’s position that support for Israel and support for the appointment of a well-qualified individual of Palestinian nationality to an appointment at the UN are mutually exclusive?” Haley responded yes, that the administration is “supporting Israel” by blocking every Palestinian.
Haley is surrounded by neocons. Her speechwriter is Jessica Gavora, who is the wife of the leading neoconservative journalist Jonah Goldberg. A profoundly ignorant Haley apparently also has bits and pieces of her own foreign policy apart from Israel, which makes her particularly dangerous. She has declared that Russia “is not, will not be our friend” and has described the Russians as having their hands covered with the blood of Syrian children.
So it’s Israel all the way for Haley, and we are likely to see her again in 2020 in spite of her pledge to Trump that she would both support and not run against him. The Jewish publication Forward recently published a speculative article suggesting that if she were to run for president a majority of American Jews might well vote for her, turning the Jewish community from solidly Democratic Party Blue to Republican Red. It would be the first time that a majority of Jews voted for a national GOP candidate. Though a great victory for Israel, it would also be a disaster for the United States if she were elected, like a proudly ignorant Sarah Palin on steroids. That outcome does not seem to bother the editors at Forward one bit, unfortunately.”
Giraldi usually nails it-this is no exception. I did note that a brief part of the article was omitted in the quote above, a part which really accurately describes the neo con disasters which the us has foisted on the world via its UN reps:
Admittedly, going after the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations is a bit of low-hanging fruit, as the position seems to attract individuals who like to vent their dissatisfaction with the world while also providing one remedy, namely that everyone should follow the American lead on all things. Former ambassadors include Madeline Albright, John Bolton, and Samantha Power, making it measurably more difficult to rank Haley as the worst ambassador of all time. But there are some firsts associated . . .(continuation from quote above)
Militants, White Helmets Move Unknown Toxic Substances Across Idlib – Reports
https://sputniknews.com/middleeast/201810251069220776-syria-idlib-white-helmets-substances-transporting/
“Militants and the White Helmets group have transported poisonous materials from the city of Jisr al-Shughur to the settlement of Khirbat al Amud, both located in the rebel-held province of Idlib, media reported on Thursday.
According to Lebanon’s Al-Mayadeen television, it is unclear what kind of poisonous substance had been relocated.
In late September, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin said that militants as well as White Helmets continued their preparations for plotting chemical attacks to discredit the Syrian government’s troops. Both Damascus and Moscow blamed militants and White Helmets for staging several provocations involving chemical weapons to influence public opinion and justify foreign intervention in Syria.
Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem has slammed the White Helmets as the main tool for staging chemical attacks, adding that this was a terrorist organization created with the financial aid of the UK intelligence.
Meanwhile, Syrian Defense Minister Ali Abdullah Ayoub told the members of the People’s Council, the country’s parliament, on Thursday that Damascus would regain control over the country’s northwestern province of Idlib.
“It [Idlib] is one of the four de-escalation zones. The Syrian government has already regained control over three others. We will liberate all parts of Syria. This means that our Armed Forces are ready to fulfill their obligations when the situation… comes to a deadlock, and they will ensure that every single region is controlled by the government,” Ayoub told Syrian lawmakers.
Ayoub added that while the United States was losing all of its aces, the only one left was its cooperation with the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). Ayoub slammed the United States and the SDF for their military operations carried out on the Syrian territories east to the Euphrates River, specifying that if the SDF did not engage in talks with the Syrian government, then the Syrian Armed Forces would liberate these territories forcefully.
Ayoub qualified the US and the UK forces presence in Syria as unlawful.”
Moscow alarmed that US spy plane coordinated drone attack on Russia’s Syria base
https://www.rt.com/news/442219-kremlin-attack-us-syria/
“Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov made clear that the military has analyzed all available data and has drawn the necessary conclusions before saying that the drone attack on the Russian airbase was directed from a US P-8 Poseidon surveillance plane.
The Kremlin’s response comes after Colonel General Alexander Fomin, the deputy defense minister, had reportedly addressed the January drone attack during the Beijing Xiangshan Forum, a high-profile conference on defense and security.
According to the top defense military official, 13 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) had approached Russia’s Khmeimim base at the time when the Poseidon plane was traversing skies over the Mediterranean. When Russian electronic countermeasures were turned on at Khmeimim, the drones continued their flying mission in manual mode.
He said the drones were not manned “by some peasant,” they were flown from “a standard, well-equipped P-8 Poseidon,” which had manual control over the UAVs in question.
When these drones came across Russia’s electronic warfare measures, they pulled back from the kill zone and began receiving some commands via satellite communications, General Fomin explained. Someone, he said, “guided the UAVs to the so-called holes [in Russian defenses],” which they utilized before being downed by Khmeimim’s surface-to-air missiles.
The incident occurred overnight on January 8, involving 10 UAVs targeting Khmeimim itself. Three more drones attempted a strike on the Russian naval facility at the Syrian port city of Tartus. All 13 craft were then engaged by the Pantsir-S1 air-defense system.
Three enemy drones, overridden by the Russian electronic warfare team, landed intact outside Khmeimim and were later inspected by the military. It was the first time that Syrian militants had used remote-controlled top-notch weaponry in the war. The Defense Ministry said the drones had been acquired “only from a country possessing state-of-the-art technologies.”

Q Obscuration or Bright Age?
Neon forces this, damn him and War Drummer!
I was always good with numbers. So, I can’t resist:
Six days left in October. Midterms 6th day of November.
Q-Drop April 21, 2018:
“America Will Be Unified Again 11.11.18”
That’s 17 days from now. FIVE days after the election.
NEON sticks his neck out, TODAY:
“As for what 11/11 is?
I think it’s the day Q finally goes public.”
Why do I find numbers humorous? Why is someone slipping on a banana peel funny? Predictions are a slippery business!
Q is the 17th letter of the alphabet so I just had to post this before the 26th arrives… West Coast Time……..and since some would really be cheered up if Neon slips up with that one, Big Time.

Israeli ‘Spy’ Firm Reportedly Went After Obama Team on Hunt for Iranian Assets
https://sputniknews.com/us/201810261069242003-israeli-spy-firm-obama-iran-assets/
“Israeli newspaper Haaretz has carried out an investigation, relying on information from unnamed sources that work or used to work in an Israeli commercial intelligence company, Black Cube.”
The article basically covers a haaretz story, which is undoubtedly an obfuscation/misdirection itself (that’s what haaretz do, it’s their job). One of the targets of black cube pointed this out:
“This Black Cube story makes no sense & smacks of an effort by sources to deflect what the op was really about. Why target low level Obama officials who weren’t responsible for any of the relevant decisions & with no biz interests to go after Iranian cash? https://t.co/3MnV0C1rzN
— Colin Kahl (@ColinKahl) 25 октября 2018 г.”
My guess is it was a phishing op looking for info that zionazia could use to steal Iranian associated assets located in the west. The role of Nobu Su effectively exposes this oligarch as a zionazi asset.

Now here is something that is just strange to look at. Paul Craig Roberts says that it is not his twitter account that is suspended and he does not use social media. So, he does not have a twitter account.
But, if you read his writings directly from his blog, which I do, at the bottom of his blog is Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit and all the generally used social media – and it has been there forever. How can this be? Just very strange.
Mod: Agreed… strange. When I go to “paulcraigroberts.org” on two different computers, those social media links don’t show up. Maybe my computers are somehow configured differently.
I understood all that as: Although PCR, the author blogs and there has been a twitter account set up to promote the blog and possibly even used (by the author); PCR, the person, doesn’t do social media and therefore deleted the account.
Since I am here, I just wanted to say that my impression of PCR –whose opinions agree with more often than not– strikes me as an enthusiast disillusioned with the abomination–more or less– America has become and expects Russia to save the day.
“with the abomination–more or less– America has become”
Americas has always been an abomination https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_wars_involving_the_United_States
I was writing about what I inferred about his (PCR’s) viewpoint, not mine, nor in an objective sense, hence the disillusionment.
BTW, I don’t see the offer to sell the S-400 to the Saudis to be a blunder. First of all, it is a defensive weapon. Secondly, the Saudis are in talks to acquire said weapon and unless I am un- or misinformed nothing has yet been decided on. Finally the S-400 has also been offered to Qatar. The S-400 can be seen as an olive branch offered to the region — no, make that an olive (baseball) bat.
BTW, I guess you like them selling the TOS flame system too.
I get your point: selling the S400– offering to sell– implies that all other systems are on the table. Given what the Saudis have done in Yemen, no, I would not like it if the Russians sold them thermobaric weapons. It does not, however, come down to what one likes or dislikes.
Perhaps the whole Saudi/S-400 thing should not be seen as a step/misstep, but rather an indicator of how perilous things have become.

Bolton Warns Russia of Chinese Missiles That Threaten Its ‘Heartland’ – Reports
https://sputniknews.com/us/201810261069253128-bolton-russia-china-missiles/
“US National Security Adviser John Bolton told Reuters during a trip to Georgia that the US wants to hold strategic talks with Russia in regards to China’s activities and especially its missiles. Bolton reportedly noted that Chinese missile capabilities threatened the “Russian heartland,” which, according, to national security adviser, is within their range.”
Further proof of the connection between the regular practice of bum banditry and declining mental functioning, especially with regard to the ability to reason like a normal human being. ;-D
Is that an empty threat? Or have the triads penetrated China’s military? When one considers various factions (i.e. neocons and other criminals, bureaucrats ) the number of moving parts proliferate.
caveat emptor: https://www.infowars.com/sen-graham-warns-of-nuke-strike-after-missing-nuke-report/
What Bolton said, would imply a Russian threat to China in the first place. Why should Russia entertain such thoughts ? or why should China entertain such thoughts about Russia ? It is rather funny, when both Russia and China are regarded as the main threat to US. What Bolton is trying to do – publicly – is to put a wedge in the relations of the two strategic neighbors, by spreading the seeds of ambiguity among the allies and sympathizers of both China and Russia.
How much interest does US pay on its massive debt pile? RT’s Keiser Report explains
https://www.rt.com/business/442263-us-rising-debt-interest-rates/
“Despite the 30-year decline in interest rates, US debt has been climbing almost exponentially faster with the latest budget deficit swelling by nearly a trillion dollars.
“America is like a guy who won a lottery and blows it. After World War II we ruled the world, we had the soundest currency, low interest rates. We were American Century ready to go,” says Max Keiser.
“Here we are in 2018 having kind of blown it. We have too much debt, over $21 trillion, and the interest on that debt is now $500 billion annually which is more than the annual budget deficit.”
Max explains when the interest on the debt gets to a point where the money printing Ponzi scheme that is the Federal Reserve Bank fails, the country enters a hyperinflationary Venezuelan-type currency collapse.
“Of course, the American ego will tell you that it’s impossible here in the land of the free home of the brave. But you know, empires come and go,” he says.”

Probably for the same considerations as I am still here. I’m a loyal dog who runs up and down in this yard and loves barking when something hurts my eye and ear. The showdown continues, life is marching on. The shooting is now sporadic but it won’t be always so hollow, the intensity will grow, then people will jump in like an avalanche on Everest. Many have the fatigue of routine jumpers, classifying the news in their minds in one move and two times, others are specialized in different segments of policy, economics, history, religions and culture of all kind. A lot of aspects are being regarded as subjects of interest but when something happens, tension is higher than usual, so it goes.

Arthur Findlay…”on the edge of the etheric” etc…loads free dowloads of this kind of thing.
…”this kind of thing”… now what kind of thing might that be I wonder. ‘A few cafe’s ago’, you confessed to being too terrified to understand “it” fully, the “it” being the topic of Q and crypto currency.
But the comment that prompted your reply dealt with a broad spectrum approach to both these, i.e. from spiritual, qualitative perspectives that they are connected to.
Knowledge and discernment certainly cannot place Arthur Findlay next to Rudolf Steiner in regards to ‘this kind of thing’.

Russian Firm Mocks Mueller’s ‘Mindbending, Intergalactic’ Charges Against Trolls
https://sputniknews.com/us/201810261069255331-russian-firm-mocks-mueller-mindbending-charges/
In cartoonish style that is perhaps on par with the cartoonish Russiagate charade, the lawyers wrote in summary to Mueller’s latest revised indictment: “WRONG ANSWER: Concord has consistently argued that the Indictment charges no crime at all (interference with an election), but to the extent it purports to charge a crime the essential element of willfulness is fatally absent. The Special Counsel’s retort has been that he was not required to charge willfulness because he did not charge violations of FECA or FARA. Now, in mind-bending, intergalactic, whiplash fashion, he says for the first time, I did, I did, I charged violations of FECA and FARA.* Reminiscent of the old adage, ‘Give a man enough rope and he will hang himself,’ the special counsel just did so.”
Finally, bobby is getting the sort of respect he deserves. ;-D
This is a gotto read. It is very incredibly funny. Yes, I know it is serious. But this lawyer even saw a typo in the online name of one of the supposed Russian Troll Farm indicted people … they are in Russia, the indictment is clearly nonsense … but …
Tweety Bird’s name was misspelled in a footnote in the court filing. In the citation, the attorneys note that Mueller’s argument “sounds a lot like ‘I did, I did, I taw a puddy tat,'” and include the very lawyerly attribution “Tweetie (1948).”
Aah, thanks vot tak … this is a big laugh.
This is one of those articles that has so much material I had a hard time deciding what parts would be useful quoted. So I ended up quoting the beginning and stopping there.
Arabs, Orthodox Jews Call for Global Pressure on Israel to End Police Brutality
https://sputniknews.com/analysis/201810271069257950-Arab-Orthodox-Jews-Global-Pressure-Israel-Police/
“Brutality by Israeli police has been placed in the spotlight recently by several cases involving encounters between law enforcement on one side and Bedouin Arab or Orthodox Jewish communities on the other. Not just community activists but also international bodies have pushed back, demanding that the police face consequences for their actions.
Noa Levy, head of Police Project in The Public Committee Against Torture in Israel, spoke with Radio Sputnik’s Loud and Clear Friday about how police brutality plays out in interactions between the Israeli police and various oppressed groups, how police brutality affects the communities that experience it, and what can be done to stop it.”

US ambassador David Friedman presents himself as ambassador for Zionist Jews only
https://mondoweiss.net/2018/10/ambassador-friedman-presents/
“David Friedman, Trump’s ambassador to Israel, seems to think of himself as an ambassador for Zionist Jews only. Earlier today he gave a speech to American Jews in Tel Aviv that was entirely parochial. He repeatedly spoke of “We” in reference to world Jewry, cited the prayers of “our forefathers” to return to Israel, described Israel as the “land of our national history,” and distinguished between the “country of our citizenship,” the U.S., and the country “we love so much,” Israel.
“We all agree Israel is a miracle,” the ambassador said. “It’s the culmination of a 2000-year old exile, the longest exile of any people in history, whereby the prayers of our forefathers for a return to Zion were answered. It’s the land of our biblical history, it’s the land of our national history… There is a critical role for every one of us to play in the ongoing miraculous story of Jewish history. That’s why we will continue to be here and do all we can to strengthen the bonds between the country of our citizenship and the small nation of Israel that we value and we love so much.”
The diplomat’s speech to the general assembly of the Jewish Federations of North America contained no reference to Palestinians in Israel or to Christians or Muslims who feel a connection to Jerusalem. Though Friedman did acknowledge the criticism that many American Jews express of Israeli treatment of Palestinians, he said, “We in the diaspora need to give Israel a break,” because all countries need to balance “human rights and social justice” with “maintaining peace and security.”
Friedman is a rightwing supporter of the illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. “I’m an unapologetic right wing defender of Israel,” he said. “I’m a security hawk, that’s who I am.”
“Israel is no longer the little brother in the relationship. Israel is now the big brother. Israel is the largest Jewish community in the world. That wasn’t true 5 years ago,” he said. “The diaspora needs Israel to help world Jewry maintain its connectivity to Judaism. Israel needs… to accept, to embrace and to discharge that responsibility as an Israeli national imperative, even though those efforts extend far beyond its borders.”
He said the biggest problem among American Jews is “apathy” about Jewish life. He called on the believers in the room to support and fund efforts “to inculcate in unaffiliated Jews the wonders of Judaism and the wonders of the state of Israel.”
President Obama’s appointment of an ambassador to Israel served some of the same political needs: Daniel Shapiro recently described Israel to a Jewish audience as “this miracle, this gift, this jewel,” and is now working for an Israeli thinktank advocating for Israel. While he was in office, though, Shapiro avoided parochial presentations. See this speech to a Zionist group, often critical of Israel.”
These treasonous quislings condemn themselves with their own words. And actions. Some are obnoxiously obvious, like freidman and haley, other more careful to hide their loyalties, like shapiro, but the end result is the same – israeli control.
Absolutely, like the boss in the school ground : “I’m the owner of the ball, if I can’t have it, you can’t have it, no one will play”
Pension crisis? Russia? America? World?
Vladimir Putin tried to reform Russia’s pensions system which is crumbling as is the case in the West. This giant Ponzi Scheme is collapsing and it has been the heart of Socialism. Putin’s approval rating plummeted this year in the aftermath dropping from 82% in April 2018, dropping to 66% here in October 2018. His decision to reform Russia’s pensions was met with tens of thousands of Russians taking to the streets to protest. This is what we are to expect over the course of the next two years. It is also why the Federal Reserve is desperately trying to gradually raise interest rates in hopes of stabilizing the Pension Crisis.
There is simply NO system that will survive this Pension Crisis because the design was faulty from the outset. The traditional way people took care of their future was to build a family structure. The children took care of the parents. The promises of socialism have relieved the children of such obligations for the government was there. As we begin to witness this crisis unfold, the world financial system will be turned on its head.
https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/world-news/pension-crisis/pension-crisis-hits-russia/
This is the sentence though that should perk ones interest, yes?
It is also why the Federal Reserve is desperately trying to gradually raise interest rates in hopes of stabilizing the Pension Crisis.
So it seems that Russia, as long as she is connected to the international banking system via its Central Bank, obliged itself to those rules. That means, Russia cannot have real pension reform, based on its proper economy and overall wealth of the country. Furthermore, the same subjects whom rule the banking system itself (and created it) are doing severe hardships for Russia by introducing sanctions and more severely by threatening the entire country in its existence. The overall picture is clear, a coordinated attack against Russia, simultaneously on all fronts : economic, social, political, militarily. It is obvious (to me at least) that the enemy is also playing on time : the more hardships the better, they won’t ease, even contrary, they will stretch the limits to the maximum.
@ ioan … extremely well articulated … reads like poetry … and true !

You are looking in the wrong places, for example https://www.nationsencyclopedia.com/Europe/Russia-TAXATION.html
Quote
Capital tax in nonexistent in Russia, corporate property tax being its equivalent has limited applicability and involves a lot incentives.
Corporate tax in Russia and overseas
Indirect taxes in Russia and overseas
Personal income tax rate in Russia and overseas
A lower personal income tax rate for Russian tax residents is a distinct advantage of the Russian tax system over those applicable in Europe and the US.
Personal income tax rate for residents amounts to 13%, the same rate applies to the income earned by foreign HQSs. In accordance with the Russian legislation, HQSs are determined according to their salary level.
Dividends received by non-residents from Russian entities are taxed at the rate of 15%; the yield on securities is subject to 30% personal income tax.
The Russian tax system uses flat tax rates, which is equal to any amount of income, which is more expedient than progressive taxes (levied in the EU and the US) with the tax rate increasing as the taxable amount increases. The above makes Russia exclusively compelling to foreigners searching for tax benefits like Gérard Depardieu granted Russian citizenship and registered as a resident of Saransk in 2013 in; or Juan Lezcano, a Paraguayan football defender, and Roy Jones, Jr., an American professional boxer, rapper and actor.

My interest concerns just what Russia is allowed to do with its revenues from exports. Also. how “really Russian” is ‘their’ central bank.
The first paragraph in version 1 of the encyclopedia is amazing if true.
I have great difficulty believing Russia is a sovereign independent nation, as we are led to believe.
Our anonymous who talks of turkeys looking forward to Christmas and wanting to be turkey farmers has spoken at least twice about in lieu of the pension downgrade being about three days earning for the elite. I would like to see some evidence of this because I suspect it is very true.
Oh, and I’m still searching for the Cross Talk program about the pension downgrade !
Now is 4.am Central European Time (early in the morning here) I couldn’t sleep, jumped from bed, made a tea and came here. OK., let’s talk something, it’s story time, so I tell you a story which happened to me some 25 years ago : I was travelling with a bus from a city to a small village where I lived that time for a short period. The bus was full with passengers, many were standing. I was sitting and looking through the window at the landscape when, suddenly, an old lady with white hair, sitting in front of me asked if I live here. I said, yes. She continued to talk and said “I wasn’t here for very long time”. I asked her “do you have relatives here ?” at which she said “well…I’m going for someone in the hospital”. I asked “do you know where is the hospital ,” “Not really but I’ll ask “. When the bus arrived, after I descended, I waited for the old lady to come…all people have leaved the bus. Stepped back on the bus, looked around, the old lady wasn’t there…I asked the driver…negative, he said he has no idea, he hasn’t seen any old lady with white hair in the bus !… jumped and run quickly after some folks whom I new they were standing near in the bus and sometimes looking at the old lady and me talking. I asked them if they saw her. “No, we didn’t saw any old lady with white hair” “OK, then tell me who was sitting in front of me !” – I replied. ” I don’t know, I don’t know” came the answer. So, the old lady with white hair disappeared, or she wasn’t at all, only in my imagination but who was sitting on that seat ? It seems I was the only one who saw her, furthermore I talked with her, while others haven’t seen and heard anything at all ?
This is genuine, think what you will.
She was. And she was not. BUT, she was, actually I do believe she is still there, for the next person on the “bus”.
she,it is always there.
Kent
Its possible that this occurred on a finer plane of reality. You had the conversation, just not here on this gross physical plane. There are many subtle planes that are not perceived by everyone, its a matter of sensibility.
I have a number of stories like this. For example, many years ago, after travelling overseas, I had returned to the town I grew up in. One evening I took a walk along a road thats a little less frequented. There’s a house, which when I was growing the family of a boy I knew owned. Walking past the house, I came to a section of the property that was behind a stretch of tall trees lining the road. I saw a house that had been newly built, with no electric lights on, but there were lights nonetheless, lamps, a fireplace and the like, all dim lighting. “I didnt know that so and so had sub-divided their property, oh well…” I thought, and I continued on my stroll. On my way back, I noticed the same scene. A short time later, I drove past the area. Glancing down, I noticed there was no dwelling there!!! Imagine my shock. On subsequent trips I’d look, but…nothing. I have some wilder tales, but not everything is for the public eye.
Yup …and like Kent and Dimitar…..all is that is a truth that so many of this modern world sadly are closed minds to understand. Thanks for posting this personal story.
When these strange events happen, consider the elements in the story.
So here there is a hospital, a visit to a hospital (fearfulness/tension), white hair (old age … fondness of a parent). A bus (a journey, a meeting, a conversation). Whatever did really happen, for you the event has been real enough.
I have a vivid recollection of being shown a hovel of a house by a real estate agent and searched for this house to verify the recollection, but never found it, so have to conclude the story was a message … warning me of real estate agents.
The agent ‘said’, “It’s probably not what you are looking for.”
… and these agents are well known for their deceptions and persuasiveness.
I assume my story was built in a dream as a warning.
If you carefully consider all the elements in detail the matter will become more clear and understandable.
The psychiatric medical term is “association”.
Astral travel………on a buss, stare out window, hypnotic, sleepy, the inbetween, not awake not asleep, she was real, on different dimension………you received a message, the interpretation, up to you.
There is still a ways to go to undo the yeltsin damage and clean out the lingering zionazi toxins.
‘Halloween draws children to Satan & suicide,’ must be banned in Russian schools – pro-Christian MP
https://www.rt.com/russia/442368-halloween-school-ban-russia-milonov/
“Controversial pro-Christian MP, Vitaly Milonov, has urges Education Minister, Olga Vasilyeva, to forbid celebrations of “pagan Satan-worshiping holiday” Halloween in Russian schools and severely punish those, who violate the ban.
“Many schoolchildren are being persuaded to participate in this shady holiday. They are being forced to make costumes of imps, decorate classrooms with otherworldly attributes and prepare thematic plays.”
“This holiday has pagan, anti-Christian roots. It well known that it’s based on worshiping dark forces and Satan as well as glorifying the grim Celtic cult of death.”
Celebrating Halloween at schools and any other academic institutions is unacceptable as it can “draw children to mysticism, Satanism and suicide,” Milonov said.
The MP asked the minister to “take all possible measures to prevent Halloween celebrations at schools” in Russia. But if the violations still occur, he urged “the toughest disciplinary measures to be implemented against those officials, who indulge the insight of mystical Satanism into the minds of our children.”
Remarkably like a pindo far right xian nutcase. Coincidence? Hardly. Surprised the quisling didn’t demand the colours orange and black be outlawed, as well. (Removed language,MOD)
Really?
The problem is the addiction to fear and conflict and creepiness. Who needs it??
Not me!
So, frankly I couldn’t give a damn about defending Halloween…..a stupid waste of time IMHO and a worthless “tradition”.
I thought this as a six year old and still think it. Nutty behavior all the way around isn’t my idea of fun.
What good is it? None that I see, but let’s go deeper into the subject as The Druidic Dark Holiday Draws Nearer.
Because “It’s ALL related”. ……Politics is downstream of culture and crappy culture leads to stinky politics.
But the way to outgrow such nonsense is to discourage it by showing how it’s related to evil things that are no fun at all for children of any age, not Milonov’s blunt authoritarian approach….which is just declarative but not sufficiently demonstrative that there are much, much better uses of time, energy, artistic creativity and so forth.
Seems like a silly issue, but this time of year people might reflect on some revelations about “elite” behavior that are clearly linked:
“Demons, Psychopaths and…….Cannibals???” …is the tentative title of my End of October Essay A-forming…..before today.
The way it could be “dealt with” is for example by holding a vigil and requiem mass -there are some in the uk-for deceased ancestors and to acknowledge and bless the existence of previous family members that have passed and we wish to carry the memory of their summer days through the darkness of the winter season…it also acts as a kind of clearance too for the actions and sins of the ancestors as these can hang around in the ether for subsequent periods of time ….(winter is a time for rumination…acknowledgement of the success progress etc or not of the previous year and the turn of the year to generate plans and actions by a community more close sheltering together) …..that maybe in some way they act as spirit guardians for the gestating newborn children in the spring and summer time…..kinda in parallel with the immortal regiment movement acknowledging their sacrifice .
The human race does seem to wish to personify forces and mechanisms of nature it did not understand….green man etc…
Also…an autumn service of this kind is reassuring to the community about the weak and frail who might not make it through to next spring….
“It was also a personal reminder for me of a lesson that, for so many reasons, is tempting to forget or ignore but should always be embraced. You never know the effects your actions will have on someone: even just a single individual, and the way that can ripple into the world.
I had no idea when I was writing in obscurity for a tiny audience on my personal blog 12 years ago and then at Salon that a young kid named Edward Snowden would be reading it and forming his thoughts about the world in part by interacting with it. I never thought that my highly personal and painful reflection on Marielle would touch someone across the world who has a uniquely powerful artistic platform – who had never previously heard of Marielle – and would be in Brazil at exactly the moment the country most needs the energy and humanity he brings.”
and he closes with ….
“Powerful factions, as part of their intimidation tactics, deliberately try to breed a sense of collective and personal impotence: you’re too small and powerless, and they’re too fortified and entrenched, for you to meaningfully challenge them. But human beings, all of us, have the power to move the world even a little tiny bit at a time. And the more that happens, the more the world moves in the direction it’s pushed.
We’re trained to think only grandiose, revolutionary overhauls have meaning. But tiny, isolated actions also matter – convincing a single person to change how they think or behave, helping or saving a single life, being an anonymous, unrecognized part of any campaign or movement. It matters on its own because of its inherent worth, and because of its cumulative effect. But so often your actions can reverberate in ways you would never expect. Impotence and hopelessness are a tactic, a lie told by those who wield power, to foster resignation, passivity, and acceptance.”

Saker: Finland was once ruled by the Russian empire. So was Poland. Why is Finland friendly to Russia while Poland is not. What did the Soviet Union (and now Russia) gain by building a strong Poland at the expense of Germany after WW 2? Native Tribes May End Treaty With US Gov’t Due to Trump Policy – Yakama Nation
https://sputniknews.com/us/201810271069272542-native-tribes-us-trump/
“Native American tribes in the US are considering terminating the treaty they have concluded with the US government in the 19th century as a result of President Trump’s negative posture toward tribal nations, Yakama Nation Legislative Liaison told Sputnik.
“I know this current administration is anti-Indian,” the liaison Mathew Tomaskin said. “We are even talking about termination … Part of that is due to funding, they are not going to fund a lot of programs. And basically, you see the actions and the activities against tribes and our sovereignty.”
When asked what would happen if the treaty is terminated, Tomaskin explained that the process of ending the treaty would be long and slow, stressing that the treaty was signed in 1855, and the US has been “slowly eroding that little by little.”
“All tribes are being affected by his [Trump’s] negative posturing against tribes… So, basically, we would cease to exist as an organized tribe,” he added.
Tomaskin also said that he has been encouraging members of his tribe to vote in both US state and federal elections.
“If we can encourage people to vote, we’ll have people who work for us on a policy level side whereas at the state legislature or in the federal government — working to ensure our existence, through funding, through education and through the promises that were made in the treaties,” he said.”

NCAI: Trump Budget Proposal Clear Retreat From US Commitments to Native Tribes
https://sputniknews.com/us/201802151061669409-usa-trump-tribes-budget-retreat/
“In exchange for federal protection and the promise of certain benefits, our ancestors gave forever to the people of the United States title to the very soil of our beloved country,” Keel said. “To settle the process for admission of new states, the 13 original states agreed to transfer western land claims to the United States under the principles in the Northwest Ordinance. We have never asked anything except that these protections be continued. Today, the federal government is threatening to limit this protection and these benefits.”
Keel said the “proposed budget cuts to tribal governmental services, if enacted, would represent a clear retreat from the federal commitments and treaty promises made to tribes.” The NCAI president also said budget would cut funding for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) by about half billion dollars, reduce BIA social services by more than 30 percent and Indian Child Welfare by more than 25 percent.
Moreover, human services programs, law enforcement and court programs, housing and education programs would also see significant reductions under the proposed budget, while infrastructure programs such as the Indian Community Development Block Grant would be eliminated.”
Political Graffiti Exposing Anti-Palestinian Racism
https://dissidentvoice.org/2018/10/political-graffiti-exposing-anti-palestinian-racism/
“Supporters of a private Toronto school that publicly promotes racism against Palestinians, flies an Israeli flag and then complains of “anti-Semitism” when pro-Palestinian graffiti is scrawled on its walls should give their heads a shake.
The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs, Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center and B’nai Brith labeled messages scrawled on Leo Baeck Day School “hateful” and “anti-Semitic”, but fair-minded individuals should be more concerned with the hatred taught inside the school.
Recently someone wrote “Free Palestine” and “Long Live Palestine” on the school’s sign and flagpole. On a picture of a rally with Israeli flags at or near Leo Baeck (reports differ) someone wrote “Long Life [sic] to the Hamas.”
Saying it received a call to its “Anti-Hate Hotline”, B’nai Brith claimed the school was “defaced with antisemitic epithets”. FSWC and CIJA also put out statements denouncing “hatred”. A number of city councillors and MPs repeated their message with Mayor John Tory writing, “there is no place for hate” in Toronto.
But none of these groups or politicians mentioned the hate taught inside the school itself.
Leo Baeck is a bastion of indoctrination and activism that meets most of the criteria of anti-Palestinian racism, as defined by the UK’s Jewish Voice for Labour.
An Israeli flag flies in front of the school and its publicity says it “instills” a “love of Israel” and “a deep and meaningful connection to … the State of Israel” among students. The school has an Israel Engagement Committee and in 2012 it received United Jewish Appeal Toronto’s inaugural Israel Engagement Community Award. That same year the Israeli Consul General in Toronto, DJ Schneiweiss, attended the launch of a new campus at Leo Baeck.
A 2012 Canadian Jewish News article titled “Leo Baeck adopts more Israel-centric curriculum” quoted the head of the school saying “one of the reasons people choose our school is a commitment to the State of Israel.”
According to the Canadian Jewish News, “one of the ways Leo Baeck and the Young Emissary Program ensure that students understand the realities of Israel is by re-introducing the previous year’s shinshinim to students by way of live video chat from their Israel Defence Forces barracks dressed in their military uniforms.”
In another crude form of anti-Palestinianism, Leo Baeck works with the explicitly racist Jewish National Fund, which excludes the 20-25% of non-Jewish Israelis from its vast landholdings mostly stolen from Palestinians in 1948.
During a 2012 tour of Leo Baeck then Liberal party leadership contender Justin Trudeau criticized Iran, celebrated Israel and distanced himself from his brother Alexandre’s support for Palestinians.
While students have long been “taught from a young age to see Israel as the land of milk and honey”, in recent years Jewish day schools have ramped up their indoctrination in reaction to “anti-Israel student groups on campuses throughout North America.”
When a school engages in partisan political activity in support of a foreign country, when it supports racism and intolerance against an oppressed people, when it indoctrinates children in these views, surely it cannot be surprised that some would be upset, and might illustrate their displeasure.
One can debate the merits of writing political graffiti on school grounds, but what news reports described was certainly not anti-Semitic.”
Early in this Café (three days ago for many of you) amarynth said:
“More please, and the poets, and the artists! You’re needed to keep us sane because it is a mess out there.”
I complied with the urgent request, but only onto a Word Document……I thought it went Pooof! into cyberspace, but it was “auto-saved”…..
Blame Bill Gates!
Not for the perverse verse….but for its …..retrieval.
I realized I had many, many, many more things to say than I could put in a Haiku……… or “Hi, Q!”…….that these 17 syllables, while spiritually liberating (in a strange new way….) were becoming an intellectual prison, hemming in movement and sapping and atrophying output and stamina even more……. than communal sex!
And I wondered, dangerously: “Would it be great to jabber again……with Dennis!”
Shhhh! I can’t believe I said that.
Actually, at one time he was almost Most Prolific Café Poet and sparked a great deal of output in others (even if most of his may have been from the Love Government a decade or two ago, and copied and pasted….) I sheepishly admit…..before he went on his maniacal mission to poke Mother Earth with that Sex Staff of His all his waking hours.
I will acknowledge the good poetry in the current café……but in quantity is it enough for the effect amarynth seeks, to overcome “the mess out there”?
I think not! It’s still too nervous, too apprehensive….too tight!
So, since I intend to ditch the haiku for a fortnite or two, and jabber prosaically, until all jabbered out……offering quantity but not quality, which won’t be ANY sort of positive reinforcement……for poets…..I’ve decided to try Negative Reinforcement to unblock the poetic constipation:
To wit: I will not summon our Dear Commander back (my purpose is to cajole creativity into action…not threaten or blackmail it…or terrify it into paralysis…..) but unless you Deadly Poets Get The Lead Out and Start Taking Real Risks (“Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained”) I just may drag more like the following autosaved rejection out of the bowels of my laptop……which I just realized is more about Leary than myself…..such is his lingering effect!:
Poetic Platoon: Are We Warmed Up Yet?
Jabber Worthy Workout
I’ve done my discipline of the day.
Haiku to keep weary critics at bay!
The briefest, curtest clipped brevity…..
Now warmed up…. comes Jabber-wordy!

The rambunctious mind needs to bolt!
Spare your spurs, rider, put away your whip
Run free writer, like a tempest-tossed ship!
“Stay still, I tire!” says the seasick passenger,
From below decks sends his dour messenger.
“Oh Captain, my Captain, my soul’s mate cries,
“If I cut sails and heave to, stop, creativity dies.”
“Stop it, Be Still! You’re not Ahab chasing Moby Dick.
Your torrential output is just making everyone sick!
Give up the whale chase, learn what is calm repose
What drives you on and on? Heav’n or Hell only knows!”

Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
“Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!”
He took his vorpal sword in hand;
Long time the manxome foe he sought—
So rested he by the Tumtum tree
And stood awhile in thought.
And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
And burbled as it came!
One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.
“And hast thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!”
He chortled in his joy.
’Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:

Ain’t going down this time
I’ve been laying low
Living in the shadows
Spending time alone
Conversations with the wall
Hanging on
I’m just trying to matter
And I remain
Trying to make some sense of it all
I’ve been here before I’m familiar with the pain
But I ain’t running no more there’s one thing changed
Ain’t going down this time
This time I ain’t going down
Like an undertow
I feel the promise of the nighttime
But I’ve been down that road
And my search came to an end
I hit the motherload
Enough blues for a lifetime
Now I’m digging deep inside
Trying to find my way back again
You know you’ve entered the danger zone
When you look in the eyes and there’s no one home
Ain’t going down this time
This time I ain’t going down
Deep in the night
I miss a woman’s touch
The fire burns strong
And I’m drawn to the flame
But I pay the price
When I get caught up in the heartbeat
And passion flows
Unrestrained
No one left to blame I’m faced with the truth
And it’s all too plain when there’s nothing left to lose
Ain’t going down this time
This time I ain’t going down

“Nothing to fear”
I feel your heat in dusty whispers
The wind is cold around your moon
It’s getting hard to keep our distance
I know your time is coming soon
Don’t point your dream on my horizon
Don’t take your rose too far from home
Please don’t forget we’re not each other
Each soul has black thorns of his own
I see you dancing
Your song is clear
You’ve got to show me, got to show me
There’s nothing to fear
Nothing to fear
I have my loved ones you have yours
So let us gaze upon the feast
In God’s own name let’s eat together
In God’s own name please come in peace
See how our children play together
While you and me we stand alone
I know we’ll never be each other
If I leave you leave me alone
I see you dancing
Your song is clear
You’ve got to show me, got to show me
There’s nothing to fear

Aware, but not in control,
Awaiting an easy fix.
To prevent a terrible toll
as the timer slowly ticks.
Counting down, we’re far too late,
to stem the rising tide.
Hoping for a change of fate-
we’ve realized – They lied.
Powers do not seek the change.
It’s how they always act.
To them, this problem is quite strange,
Understanding do they lack.
Peddling a cheap solution,
which does not address the fault.
Seeking complete absolution,
sidestepping our assault.
The people lash out from the fear
that good times must always end.
Holding loved ones very near
as collapse lies around the bend.
A silver bullet must be found,
they trumpet in the wind.
So they can keep us tied and bound,
Trapped because “we’ve sinned.”
The greatest sin is ignorance
but they will never act.
For that would require better sense
the very thing they lack.
So watch along as waves crash in
and sweep us out to sea.
They hold the chips, but can’t cash in-
Failure’s always free.
What’s interesting is his testimony about being part of an oil and gas company with a market cap of some 8 billion and a possible major default on its enormous debt?
Thanks, hammer of time.

Native American Tribe Suffers From Artillery Noise From US Military Base
https://sputniknews.com/us/201810281069295722-us-tribe-military-noise/
“The Nisqually Native American Tribe is suffering from the continuous noise of heavy artillery tested at the Joint Base Lewis-McChord not far from its tribal lands in the US state of Washington, Council Member Hanford McCloud told Sputnik.
“They use artillery shells and they use guns; they are constantly shelling. They are shooting and practicing with artillery that ranges from three miles to ten miles from their targets. And then they use big 50 caliber guns and everything else to practice. In our area, we are constantly under the sound of heavy artillery and machine guns being fired, all night long sometimes,” Council Member Hanford McCloud said.
“They are shooting at times of the year when we are fishing and the like; it disturbs the fish, the salmon and wildlife in general,” he said.
McCloud went on to say that the US military does not discuss important issues with the nation, nor do they consider its concerns in undertaking any military action, but the tribe does not hesitate to resist.
“They tried to bring over huge rockets about three years ago, and wanted to shoot them from our territory,” he said. “They are called HIMARS… They wanted to shoot them across the prairie on their base but it was going to make an ultrasonic sound on our side of the reservation. And we said ‘no.’ We stopped it. We went to the military level and then we went to the congressional level with our representatives and our senators.”
“They currently occupy two-thirds of our reservation which they condemned back in 1918 so it pushed a lot of our members around the area. As of 2018, we have just over 1,000 members and we have 550 people that live on or around our reservation locally. And of 14,750 acres, like I said, two-thirds were confiscated and condemned by the government,” he said.
The Nisqually Indian Tribe’s reservation currently is about 500-600 acres, and the tribe is buying back land around it, McCloud said.
“We are in the middle of the base, and they own all around us. It was a way for them in the early 1900s to keep an eye on us … They should be removed or at least give-back half of that land to us that they don’t use,” McCloud noted.
“Our gravesites and traditional areas that we had that are being desecrated. Desecrated means they are building on top of them and they are not really recognizing the areas of importance if it was a village site or if it was a grave site. Our village sites are marked but we never mark our gravesites. Our ancestral remains are buried in the places that we don’t know about. So, an idea is to make sure that when you are building that you actually have somebody there who can identify those things. It’s the working relationships that we don’t have with the cities around us and some federal agencies that we work with,” he said.”

Battle over Air Force’s $1,300 coffee cups heats up
https://www.airforcetimes.com/news/your-air-force/2018/10/22/battle-over-air-forces-1300-coffee-cups-heats-up/
“In an Oct. 2 letter to Air Force Secretary Heather Wilson, Grassley said that 25 replacement cups, each costing roughly $1,280 each, have been bought this year alone, for a total of roughly $32,000. The 60th Aerial Port Squadron at Travis Air Force Base in California spent nearly $56,000 to replace broken cups over the past three years.
And the price is rising. Grassley noted that Travis said each cup cost taxpayers $693 in 2016.
This has driven up the cost of buying 391 of these cups since 2016 to $326,785, Wilson said, or about $836 apiece.”
@ vot tak
Is that cost perhaps tied to the price of energy? As it goes up so does everything else? As Gail Tverberg rightly surmises I think the price of energy is to low for the producers of it to make a profit and to high for the consumer, eventually this is going to crash the entire system due to the increasing debt pileup.
m
“Is that cost perhaps tied to the price of energy?”
You mean the cost of an electric coffee mug that was $700 in 2016 and now goes for $1300 is due to the price of energy? Are you serious? Where do you buy your coffee cups? :-D

Old Lady Café
It’s my old lady’s birthday
Autumn grey….still hot!
We’ll go out to dinner. Table for four, three guys and a Birthday Girl.
But I already have enough on my plate:
1) I have a special report from the Far North. It’s Community News that may inspire the community minded in The Global Mass Strike and General Awakening.
It’s about her grandfather’s love of his home town…. That part of Russia where, in the Days of “Peace, Bread, Land”….an expeditionary force of anti-commie Yanks and Empire Brits invaded, hoping to take Mother Russia hostage and have a little “regime change” for some good old fashioned carpet bagging.
Not in the 1990’s. Seventy plus years earlier. Didn’t go very well for the invaders, however. I know because I saw it on tv, decades ago. Armed Americans and Brits…and probably a few French. Cold, icy reception.
2) Crypto Assignment Turn In. Because we’ve got to keep the lights on right through The Storm and the Global Currency Reset….and my Red-Pilled Sister is getting freaked about “The Caravan” ….the demise of the dollar…and the Rise of the Petro-Yuan.
And she asked for a bit of a primer. Coming right up!
3) My Space Cadets Report….for amarynth, Catherine Austin Fitts and other spacy ladies. Although all but one of the Cadets is male….the Female Cadet is a black belt…dropped out of college to study martial arts and shamans….you got the picture: The Galactic Mass Strike is “Far Out” …the cross pollination of ideas is not even earthbound.
4) Last but not least, before month’s end, The Un-Halloweeng of the Demons, Psychopaths and Cannibals of Imperial Rot and Decay. That’s the hardest one to stomach….so it goes last.
So……Because it’s easiest and I already have the link on my clipboard, and “always do your home work first, before you play” I start with #2 as a way of stopping, now:

Colin on Crypto: Why there IS going to be another bull run (The S-Curve of Adoption)
I can tell you why:
1) It is an invention of a new kind of money that can do very useful and cost-saving things that no previous forms of money could do.
2) Once something so useful is invented, it can’t be un-invented, no matter how hard you wish it would “just go away”.
3) Ergo, it’s “Here to Stay”
4) The Institutions now understand that they can’t make it go away, and when they see Binance (a crypto exchange with a tiny fraction of their Wall Street Behemoths’ payroll and capitalization) earn a billion dollars in 2017 handling the trading of a tiny portion of the world’s wealth…..some of the Big Boys among them ( Blackrock, TD Ameritrade, Fidelity for example) have decided to carve out their piece of much, much bigger future “action”. My Red-Pilled sister won’t pay their fees..(you don’t have to)….but most people will….to have their hand held by Big Brother.
5) For those with little interest, still who chose not to watch Colin’s video link above…just take a few seconds to take in Where We Are On the S-Curve….I stop the video for you there:
https://youtu.be/pAGXnnAhI3g?t=145
and it shows what the curves look like for previous things that arrived on the scene…..embraced and welcomed by tiny minorities of people….for YEARS…..in the early stages of their eventual almost universal eventual adoption:
The Telephone, Electricity, The Washing Machine, The Refrigerator, The Automobile, The Internet (still climbing steeply!) and so forth.
Where are we on the Crypto-currency S-Curve??
Make your best estimate!
As promised.

OMG Putin does rebuke and he does it so that it can be received which is evidence of high spiritual functioning. Anyone can do rebuke ( mostly people get into judgement and call it rebuke) but the other “side” of the art of rebuke is to do it so that it can be received by the “rebukee” so to speak. What a master!

This is as important as Putin’s remark about the karmic effects on whoever starts the thermonuclear war on this planet. A Buddhist monk once told me that in their system we all —every single one of us humans–reincarnate as a group and have actually destroyed two other planets. so, yes, Hell and Heaven come right along with us.

A Buddhist monk once told me that in their system we all —every single one of us humans–reincarnate as a group and have actually destroyed two other planets. so, yes, Hell and Heaven come right along with us.”
