This one is chock full of breaking developments around
1) Shadownet-gate including AJ losing nerve around this intense drama ……..and distancing himself from Millie

7) And ending with a “Christian” clown that looks like a young Sammy Davis Jr assigned to target Tore. Looks like she can handle him…..CRAZY…….disjointed…..disassociated……..but he is not without skill in penetrating activist groups (around the Nick Sandmann affair.)….and gathering data on their vulnerabilities…..despite being quite clearly unbalanced……because a lot of new activists are too green to smell a rat early enough to get rid of them and leave them empty handed and disinvited.

Q: What does the Russian covid19 vax tell us?
A:That the one world integration that David Rockefeller famously pled guilty to is far advanced. (I am inclined to believe the plea betrays a lying braggadocio, “As it were; thus I willed it.”) The orcs have their meat hooks everywhere and are not stupid– Did you really think they would try and push an American vaccine on Serbia?
just a thought
I just came from Russia, and this was the main topic of conversations. Many people of the opinion that there are no sovereign states, just corporations licensed to run commerce, in which governments are simply management teams with the similar goals but dressed in different ideologies.
Here is a lecture by John Harris https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VrtS3hJC2Vg
Some people went deeper into this subject but John Harris was a pioneer in this movement, and he got killed for spreading this knowledge. Incredible human being! I highly recommend all his lectures.
BTW many people I talked to in Russia are into natural immune support techniques and will not take vaccines of any kind. In addition to that, Russian government, at least at this time, is clearly stating that vaccines will be optional, and there will be no forced vaccinations. This might change but for now, this is the official position.
No sovereign states, just corporations….
The iconography of the empty throne (Agamben discuses this at length in the Kingdom and the Glory– can’t give pages because I resold the book, being above my pay grade) https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/11451829-the-kingdom-and-the-glory
http://www.knightstemplar.org/KnightTemplar/articles/20140527.htm
Chimmy good point.
The Knights Templar with their landholdings in various countries & paying monies / making loans out to Crusaders on the basis of their ownership of properties can be seen as the world’s first multinational corporation (MNC)
IOW it became a template for future trading corporations
Regards
I suspect that the Templars are alluded to in Cormac McCarthy’s Blood Meridian through the figure of the the judge who between murder and child rape is busy cataloging and destroying pre-Columbian artifacts. The author is connected, incidentally to Epstein (and others), through The Santa Fe Institute
I included the above link, by knightstemplar.org, because it was the only meaningful one that turned up in web search of: “iconography of empty chair.” I imagine that the modern knights templar are some kind of freemasonic esoteric organization, tenuously linked to the Templars — I don’t know.
Joseph P. Farrell has written about the Templars in Financial Vipers of Venice or perhaps a sequel thereof. Since we are already pretty far afield in weirdness and it relates above, I offer this: https://gizadeathstar.com/2020/08/someone-is-stealing-letters-of-christopher-columbus/
If those you talk too think that of Russia, I would like to ask them “What was it you had in the 1990’s then, and how is it different to today”
The Coroporatist model of government is naked fascim – it was Mussolini himself who said of Italy, that rather then be called Fascist, it should more accurately be called a Corporatocracy.
But that is not the case in Russia today. Yes, there are large business enterprises. But they have no Government power, which resides wholly with the President and Parliament.
I read stuff from Russia; one writer, Alexander Rogers, wrote a great piece called “Functioning Morons”, in which he attacked those like the ones it seems you spokd to. I get the impression they are very much a minority and not liked but the majority of the people who remember the 1990’s, and what Russia is today – a sovereign State.
They would say:
we have exactly the same flat rate 13% income tax rate and that Putin’s recent rise to 15% for those on more than 5 million rubles ($70K) including the Oligarch $Billionaires stinks.
@ Anonymouse.
Why? Stinks, why?
“Why? Stinks, why?”

A progressive tax has been tried – and still is – extensively. It’s a massive failure. IN Britain in the 1960’s it led to the so-called “brain drain”, where the best talent went to America, in order not to end up subsidising the work shy, and getting a pittance for their work and efforts.
Putin put Russia back on it’s feet by avoiding that. He got people to pay their taxes because it was not a substantial sum – and those taxes went to improving life for the poverty stricken.
Dont forget 2 things.
1. 13% of one million is lot more money than 13% of 100. The rich are still paying a large amount of money, more than the poor.
2. You can’t judge Russia as if it were a stand-free nation. It’s part of the larger world, and that larger world is largely run by America, which is at war with Russia. The fact that they aren’t actually dropping bombs doesn’t mean there is peace and trade between them. America has introduced huge sanctions, impediments to just about everything Russia is doing, is the real chief of NATO and the EU, who are, and have been, making life difficult for Russia. Russia has need to spend money for armaments – although less than most countries do – and to take a number steps to protect herself from a return to the 1990’s and worse. And losing her best and brightest because they are being taxed to hilt would probably just about destroy her.
IN Britain in the 1960’s it led to the so-called “brain drain”
You seem to have missed the “Global” in “A Global progressive tax”.
The Russians in the USSR did not brain-drain to anywhere.
Your comment is based on Capitalism, aka survival of the “fittest” psychopath at the expense of all others, being the only show in town.
“The Russians in the USSR did not brain-drain to anywhere.”
Well, for much of the life of the USSR they couldn’t. Visa’s to get out of the country were notoriously hard to get.
But in 1990, they did. In fact, Putin was talking often, at Q+A’s, informal and formal, in his annual”Direct Line”, over and over, about the need to make life so good for the talented, with so many opportunities, that they wouldn’t want to leave.
Huge numbers of Russians left in 1990’s and the early 2000’s, people Russia could ill afford to lose. I saw one Q + A where someone was suggesting to Putin that he needed to forbid them leaving. His response was, “You cant’ do that to people. They are free to live their own lives, and of course if they can make better money, find better work, outside Russia, they will go. Our job is to create an environment of work and income, so they dont want to go. We need to increase salaries of Doctors, Engineers, for a start”
I dont see him saying “of course, raising their taxes to 50% as soon as they earn a good income will be a great way to keep them”.
And there is a reason for this. Russia has gone from strength to strength on her flat rate. A small increase now, earmarked to pay for children with rare, life threatening diseases, to go overseas for available treatment, is all. It’s not going to be objected to.
How many “Western” citizen’s do you know got a visa to work in the USSR?
You conveniently forget that the dissolution of the USSR began in the late 80’s (and probably long before then). The theft from the Russian people by the Oligarch’s was well planned and they hold more now than they ever have.
Your comment is .based on Capitalism, aka survival of the “fittest” psychopath at the expense of all others, being the only show in town.
No, it isn’t. My comment is based on pragmatism, on what economic history has demonstrated clearly works.
Not a good idea to hurl insults a la “psychopath, at the expense of all others”. It tends to show you’ve lost the argument and have nothing solid to add.
Jim Willie, a financial pundit known as “the golden jackass” mentioned in one of his podcasts –alas, I can’t find it– how he went to one of those armament expos (Gulf states?) and nobody was interested in Uncle Sam’s wares. Nope, Russian weapons were the bomb — See what I did there?– So we can say that the monolith that goes by ‘Russia’ by this one metric can be said to be ascendant and Uncle Sam descendant.
As it is written, “… and nation shall rise against nation…” –the phenomenon of mimesis — and what one nation does, say Uncle, others follow suit, be it hawking armaments or by promoting healthcare
What I mentioned above is not a theory, or hypothesis, and it is certainly not Corporatism ala Mussolini. In order for this conversation to progress in a productive manner, you’d have to look at the John Harris lecture linked in my previous message. After that, please read “Tower of Basel: The Inside Story of the Central Bankers’ Secret Bank”by Adam LeBor. It details how things are really done behind the curtains.
About your other point:
Personally, I left Russia in 1990 when my mother’s shop got burned down, and the sponsor of my music theater was assassinated on the doorsteps of her home. In addition to that, Alexander Men, (Александр Мень) whom I wasn’t close to but knew reasonably well, was practically beheaded on 9 September 1990, by an ax-wielding assailant outside his home…All of that to say, I have some ideas about the 1990’s in Russia, and the shape of this country today. In other words, it is good enough for me to buy an apartment in Kaliningrad (love this city and the region), and safe enough so that I consider (potentially) moving my entire family over there.
The people I socialize with in Russia are all lovers of their culture and history, with plenty of political acumen and knowledge of folkloric health traditions. None of them were tempted to run away even during the hardest of times, and none of them are willing to take any vaccine regardless whether it is a western one, or a Russian.
Sorry for jumping from one subject to another but, for me, it is all interconnected.
Excellent. Thanks again for that tip
Surely no one believes its just a coincidence that the inaugural Zionist Congress of the Zionist Organization (which was to become the World Zionist Organization held (1897) was held in Basel Switzerland – and the Bank for International Settlements (aka the bankers’ bank) is HQ’d in Basel – not Zurich or Geneva and not even the City of London, Paris, or Frankfurt?
Its called ‘hiding in plain sight’
Regards
Excellent thanks for that link.
While I dont doubt for a minute that Putin is a patriot & economic nationalist, your (and John Harris) larger point about countries being corporations is wellfounded.
See the flag for Britain’s East India Company:
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/c0/Flag_of_the_British_East_India_Company_%281801%29.svg/800px-Flag_of_the_British_East_India_Company_%281801%29.svg.png
Now think of the US flag – replace the Union Jack (top LH corner) with stars!
Now think of Canada, so it remained a British colony, then dominion, it was pretty much amalgamated out of 2 white-settler colonies British Columbia & French Canada & the landholding of the Hudson Bay Co. This was done to prevent the American colonies from taking control of it.
Also notice how many countries flags are red, white & blue. By using the same colors, at some future time it becomes easier for the Cabalists to impose on the world’s people – one world government, (always keep in the back of your mind: “We shall have world government, whether or not we like it. The question is only whether world government will be achieved by consent or by conquest”).
Lastly, its generally well known that each country has individual reference no’s with the US Corporations & Securities Commission – along with other corporations, registered charities, etc.
Regards
That should read the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Re : Did you really think they would try and push an American vaccine on Serbia?
Your comment with question and answer leading to another above, really struck me. I can’t answer it, maybe someone else. . .
About the question, I wonder if it is not an example of “being led astray by grammar (usage)” — is there, strictly speaking, an actual they ? Or do what we seeing the result of opportunism and the inertia of lies accepted as truth. Sometimes I tend to think there is a they it depends on the day, I suppose.
The Angel
In that castle
Up on the hill,
To Love’s bright angel
I made a shrine.
That Angel came
And stayed until,
I tried to take
And make him mine.
When I was strong
And resolute,
‘Twas then my love
He’d freely take.
When I was weak
And destitute,
‘Twas then my heart
He would forsake.
In that castle
Upon the hill,
To Love’s bright angel
I made a shrine.
That Angel came
And stayed until,
I tried to take
And make him mine.
Glad to see you back Dimitar. And yes – a wise teaching. Dont try to own and imprison that which is a free floating gift, it will turn to mist, and disappear through your grasping fingers.
How easily and quickly we forget, because of our fears, our longings, our self doubts.
It takes one who is grown in spirit to learn the lesson – if you love something, let it go. If it truly loves you, it will come back. If it doesn’t come back, it was never yours to begin with.
Thank you. You are a necessary lightener for the Cafe.
Thanks for the elaboration, Pam. You’ve perfectly captured its message. There’s a Blake poem, titled, “The Angel” with a similar tone, though I can’t recall the exact thrust of it and I deliberately didn’t look it up. In Spirit, D.
Good to read your words, your lines
with an Angel in your near,
In this cafe, among friends,
Welcome back my dear !
Thank you, Ioan. One has to love what one does, otherwise it would be impossible to find the enormous amount of energy necessary to create sometimes, even the simplest of poems and share with a seemingly disinterested world. The gift, however, is in the doing, so while we live and breathe, we will do. In Spirit, D.
Now, here is something I thought very interesting. From news front – Yandex Interpreter does a good job.

It says: Europe decided everything before the elections-Putin told how the ground was being prepared for a coup in Belarus
29.08.2020 12:02
This statement was made by Russian leader Vladimir Putin in an interview with Rossiya 1 TV channel.+
According to him, Moscow recognizes the legitimacy of the Belarusian presidential election, as there are reasons to doubt the position of doubters. Putin recalled that Minsk had invited observers from the OSCE Office for democratic institutions and human rights.
“Why didn’t they come? This immediately leads us to believe that a position has already been prepared on the results of these elections. Therefore, some may doubt the results, but I have every reason to doubt that those who doubt were absolutely honest,” the President said.
In this regard, he stressed that Russia considers the elections in Belarus to be held and legitimate.
Attempted coup d’etat in Belarus
On August 9, Belarus held presidential elections, following the results of which Alexander Lukashenko won. Western countries, for which the Belarusian leader remained a hindrance for a long time, did not put up with the results of the vote. As a result, pre-planned riots broke out in Belarus.
Attempts of law enforcement officers to keep the situation under control turned into clashes with radicals. At the same time, the Western media, actively covering the protests, focus on the actions of the security forces against “peaceful” demonstrators, as it was during the coup in Ukraine in 2014.
The headquarters of Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, the leader of the Pro-Western opposition, are preparing for prolonged protests aimed at overthrowing the government. A Committee for “transit of power”has already been formed there. She – Tikhanovski hiding in Lithuania. Lukashenko, in turn, does not rule out resigning his powers, but only after the referendum on changes to the Constitution.
The EU’s position on what is happening is ambiguous. Poland and Lithuania are actively working on a revolutionary scenario. They also promote more radical measures of pressure on official Minsk in the EU. Western European countries are taking a more cautious approach. They are afraid of provoking a new round of confrontation with Russia. The expert community believesthat this is obviously a losing option for the EU.
Despite internal disagreements, the European Union still refused to recognize Lukashenko as President, threatens sanctions and intends to allocate 53 million euros allegedly to support the “Belarusian people”. Part of this money will be received by extremists who participated in mass riots. In addition, the EU will Finance mass media that promote an anti-government agenda in the Republic.

It would seem clear that yes, t his was a provocation, even if some of it had validity. And yes, the Empire via it’s vassal and obedient slave, the EU, has tried to put a puppet US shill into Belarus. However, it is also clear that Putin is well ahead of the game, and they will fail – indeed, have already.
The Empire isn’t the massive, to be feared, behemoth Eater of Nations any more. Just because it wants something doesn’t mean it will get it. In fact, we could say, it’s clear now, that in most cases it wont.
It’s put me in mind of piece from the Rand novel “”Atlas Shrugged”.
Its a memory an adult Eddie Willers has of a deep shock he received when 7 yrs old. Here is the quote”
: ““The great oak tree had stood on a hill over the Hudson, in a lonely spot on the Taggart estate. Eddie Willers, aged seven, liked to come and look at that tree. It had stood there for hundreds of years, and he thought it would always stand there. Its roots clutched the hill like a fist with fingers sunk into the soil, and he thought that if a giant were to seize it by the top, he would not be able to uproot it, but would swing the hill and the whole of the earth with it, like a ball at the end of a string. He felt safe in the oak tree’s presence; it was a thing that nothing could change or threaten; it was his greatest symbol of strength.
One night, lightning struck the oak tree. Eddie saw it next morning. It lay broken in half, and he looked into its trunk as into the mouth of a black tunnel. The trunk was only an empty shell; its heart had rotted away long ago; there was nothing inside-just a thin gray dust that was being dispersed by the whim of the faintest wind. The living power had gone, and the shape it left had not been able to stand without it.”
“his shock came when he stood very quietly, looking into the black hole of the trunk. It was an immense betrayal — the more terrible because he could not grasp what it was that had been betrayed. It was not himself, he knew, nor his trust; it was something else.”
It was a superb piece of writing by Rand **, encapsulating the entire of the novel in many ways. But it is relevant to today.
The America which so many who criticise Putin for “not acting, being passive, tired, fooled by the Empire”, see as the mighty oak, immovable and there forever, is in truth the shattered oak Willers saw. The mightiness is only the appearance – and that too, now, is showing cracks. But the truth is the inside. It’s a withered, dead husk.
And that goes for the International Bankers and Pentagon, CIA types who form a Deep State behind it. Their day is done, and only by those who believe the oak is still mighty and voice their fears of it is it keeping alive any perception of it’s reality.
Time to face the truth I think.
** And no, I am not a subscriber to Rands Philosophy. She got some things right, but most of that was out of context. She was not alone in that, though. But she did write a great novel.
Meanwhile, back at Empire “Divide & Conquer” Headquarters………..in London…their agent Pompeo is not fooling ALL those who would support the current administration over their preferred choices of Biden…..Hitlery…and Obomber….but some, like Renee Sigerson (who plays the cello quite well, by the way…..) maintain a much sharper 2020 focus.
Her EIR article begins::
“Aug. 23—The sharply escalating pattern of usurpation of Presidential authority by Anglo-Dutch political pawn Mike Pompeo requires urgent and uncompromising action. President Donald Trump must break out and draw upon his well-known ability to assert: “You’re fired,” quickly tossing Pompeo out of the cubby hole from which London’s intelligence apparatus guides the presumptive Secretary’s anti-China/anti-Russia provocations and war-game designs. As Trump knows, Pompeo never supported him during the election campaign, and he owes Pompeo nothing. Infamously, Pompeo denounced Trump during a 2016 Marco Rubio election rally in Kansas, siding with the craziest Democrats, and charging that Trump would be “an authoritarian President who ignored our Constitution.
Today, it is Pompeo, a distilled by-product of international globalists’ poisonous, decades-long subversion of the U.S. political process, who is daily usurping Presidential authority and “ignoring our Constitution.”

The Case for Ending Mike Pompeo’s London-Run Grab for Power
by Renee Sigerson
Trump wont sack Pompeo that – and esp. not before the Election as the useful idiot is ‘rallying Americans around the flag’ – esp. Christian Zionists & the “Israel” lobby (media-owners) as he tours the world and attempts to get other nations to “normalize ties” with Israel and uses the opportunity to demonize Iran.
Regards
Never say “never”.
Lowers the vibration in accord with the wishes of the Enemy of Humanity.
What do you want Renee to do, after a lifetime of dedication to defeating the globalist oligarchy, QUIT and sing along with your defeatist tune???
You said: “who is daily usurping Presidential authority and “ignoring our Constitution””
No “defeatist tune” here, I’m merely pointing out Renee is starting from a false premise. Pompeo is *not “usurping Presidential authority” he’s doing what will get Trump votes with the “Israel” lobby, Christian zionists & Arab/Muslim-hating rednecks
I’m all for defeating the globalist oligarchy – and have dedicated my life to same. But we all need to ‘read the play’ so to speak, on each and every situation – so we dont end up (mistakenly) on the side of the ‘executioners’ & blaming the victims
Just catching up with your comment, Tyson.
Why don’t you catch up with Renee by email and try to correct her “false premise”?
I’ll try to facilitate the process by forwarding your comment to her!
I think we will find that there is more complexity to this puzzle than you are portraying thus far.

Two incidents seen by most people stuck in semi house arrest here in Looneylandia has given most of the elders around me hope: One, the young 17 year old who very naively( but thankfully not too naively) ventured out to defend life and property and who was fortunately filmed from multiple angles by multiple people in this theater of the absurd taking place on the streets of the country; Two, the bicycle cops in Washington, DC defending the life of Sen Ron Paul and his wife against the assault of the hired mob.

Interesting documentary has been showing n RT the last few days, Unquiet Graves. It tells of how the police and army colluded with Unionist paramilitaries in the murder of civilians in Ireland in the 70s. ( It’s based on a book by Anne Cadwallader called Lethal Allies. ) The film claims this collusion was known of and condoned by the British state.
The most chilling claim is that British Army Intelligence came up with a plan for the paramilitaries, known as the Glenanne Gang, to take over a primary school, ( so very young children ) and kill them all, as well as their teachers. The gang refused – though they had been happily killing civilians – this was too much for them. The doctrine being applied was set out in a book by an ‘ intelligence expert ‘, “…if you can’t catch and kill the fish, you must poison the water.. “.
So, the terrorists had limits, their Intelligence handlers had none. Navalny and Svetlana/housewife/superstar should take note, ( and where are the Skripals ? )
( By the way, did anyone else feel just a bit of pity for Svetlana as she struggled to read the speech she’d been given ? She reminded me of Bana the 8 yr old from Syria who was prolifically posting ( pro intervention ) messages in English, a language she didn’t understand. )
The ongoing tearing asunder of the fabric of society in the US is no accident. A financial collapse was due. Covid 19 took the blame while banks and corporations were again given unimaginable sums of taxpayers’ money. The billionaires have reportedly increased their wealth by 40% since lockdowns started. Meanwhile ordinary people are out in the street fighting each other and laying waste their own cities. As Gerald Celente says, ” ..when people have nothing left to lose, they lose it. . ”
Clinton and Trump deliberately bait each others’ base and Michele Obama makes breathy heartfelt pronouncements about Black Lives Matter. ( She’s been taking lessons in faking sincerity from Barak, the master ).
The game continues.
The jaded individual seems infinitely small, powerless….. and his or her lifetime is very brief in the grand scheme of things.
Beneath gigantic glaciers of time grinding such seemingly inconsequential lives to gravel and sand in their ponderous transit to the sea……….the little people moan and groan….seemingly …. endlessly.
Yet, there is an Immense Spirit in the art and actions of a few seemingly too brief lives….(Shelley only lived 30 years……1792-1822)………that lives today and tomorrow through language and small number of his most memorable words………..enduringly .on centuries later!
In Trafalgar Square yesterday English Men and Women shouted “Freedom!!” and David Icke recalled those words of opposite magnitude, which are: “many”………and “few”….the seed from which it seems a mighty poen grew!
The poem is not short……at all……is long like that which fatigues a great many besides you…….. but seems so fitting to me today on BOTH sides of the Atlantic….and in the heart and body of the Empire itself which that Poet knew the evil essence of…..so well…that I don’t think it TOO long…..for it may even quicken the spirit of the most weary that could actually get a new lease on life from the Air In London Yesterday August 29, 2020……and these stanzas still breathing two centuries after they were written, TELL US WHAT TO DO. Namely to cast away and triumphantly trample on……………..
The Masque of Anarchy

There came a voice from over the Sea,
And with great power it forth led me
To walk in the visions of Poesy.

I met Murder on the way-
He had a mask like Castlereagh-
Very smooth he looked, yet grim;
Seven blood-hounds followed him:
III.
All were fat; and well they might
Be in admirable plight,
For one by one, and two by two,
He tossed them human hearts to chew
Which from his wide cloak he drew.
IV.
Next came Fraud, and he had on,
Like Eldon, an ermined gown;
His big tears, for he wept well,
Turned to mill-stones as they fell.
V.
And the little children, who
Round his feet played to and fro,
Thinking every tear a gem,
Had their brains knocked out by them.
VI.
Clothed with the Bible, as with light,
And the shadows of the night,
Like Sidmouth, next, Hypocrisy
On a crocodile rode by.
VII.
And many more Destructions played
In this ghastly masquerade,
All disguised, even to the eyes,
Like Bishops, lawyers, peers, or spies.
VIII.
Last came Anarchy: he rode
On a white horse, splashed with blood;
He was pale even to the lips,
Like Death in the Apocalypse.
IX.
And he wore a kingly crown;
And in his grasp a sceptre shone;
On his brow this mark I saw-
‘I am God, and King, and Law!’
X.
With a pace stately and fast,
Over English land he passed,
Trampling to a mire of blood
The adoring multitude.
XI.
And a mighty troop around,
With their trampling shook the ground,
Waving each a bloody sword,
For the service of their Lord.
XII.
And with glorious triumph, they
Rode through England proud and gay,
Drunk as with intoxication
Of the wine of desolation.
XIII.
O’er fields and towns, from sea to sea,
Passed the Pageant swift and free,
Tearing up, and trampling down;
Till they came to London town.
XIV.
And each dweller, panic-stricken,
Felt his heart with terror sicken
Hearing the tempestuous cry
Of the triumph of Anarchy.
XV.
For with pomp to meet him came,
Clothed in arms like blood and flame,
The hired murderers, who did sing
‘Thou art God, and Law, and King.
XVI.
‘We have waited, weak and lone
For thy coming, Mighty One!
Our purses are empty, our swords are cold,
Give us glory, and blood, and gold.’
XVII.
Lawyers and priests, a motley crowd,
To the earth their pale brows bowed;
Like a bad prayer not over loud,
Whispering-‘Thou art Law and God.’-
XVIII.
Then all cried with one accord,
‘Thou art King, and God, and Lord;
Anarchy, to thee we bow,
Be thy name made holy now!’
XIX.
And Anarchy, the Skeleton,
Bowed and grinned to every one,
As well as if his education
Had cost ten millions to the nation.
XX.
For he knew the Palaces
Of our Kings were rightly his;
His the sceptre, crown, and globe,
And the gold-inwoven robe.
XXI.
So he sent his slaves before
To seize upon the Bank and Tower,
And was proceeding with intent
To meet his pensioned Parliament
XXII.
When one fled past, a maniac maid,
And her name was Hope, she said:
But she looked more like Despair,
And she cried out in the air:
XXIII.
‘My father Time is weak and gray
With waiting for a better day;
See how idiot-like he stands,
Fumbling with his palsied hands!
XXIV.
‘He has had child after child,
And the dust of death is piled
Over every one but me-
Misery, oh, Misery!’
XXV.
Then she lay down in the street,
Right before the horses’ feet,
Expecting, with a patient eye,
Murder, Fraud, and Anarchy.
XXVI.
When between her and her foes
A mist, a light, an image rose,
Small at first, and weak, and frail
Like the vapour of a vale:
XXVII.
Till as clouds grow on the blast,
Like tower-crowned giants striding fast,
And glare with lightnings as they fly,
And speak in thunder to the sky,
XXVIII.
It grew-a Shape arrayed in mail
Brighter than the viper’s scale,
And upborne on wings whose grain
Was as the light of sunny rain.
XXIX.
On its helm, seen far away,
A planet, like the Morning’s, lay;
And those plumes its light rained through
Like a shower of crimson dew.
XXX.
With step as soft as wind it passed
O’er the heads of men-so fast
That they knew the presence there,
And looked,-but all was empty air.
XXXI.
As flowers beneath May’s footstep waken,
As stars from Night’s loose hair are shaken,
As waves arise when loud winds call,
Thoughts sprung where’er that step did fall.
XXXII.
And the prostrate multitude
Looked-and ankle-deep in blood,
Hope, that maiden most serene,
Was walking with a quiet mien:
XXXIII.
And Anarchy, the ghastly birth,
Lay dead earth upon the earth;
The Horse of Death tameless as wind
Fled, and with his hoofs did grind
To dust the murderers thronged behind.
XXXIV.
A rushing light of clouds and splendour,
A sense awakening and yet tender
Was heard and felt-and at its close
These words of joy and fear arose
XXXV.
As if their own indignant Earth
Which gave the sons of England birth
Had felt their blood upon her brow,
And shuddering with a mother’s throe
XXXVI.
Had turnèd every drop of blood
By which her face had been bedewed
To an accent unwithstood,-
As if her heart had cried aloud:
XXXVII.
‘Men of England, heirs of Glory,
Heroes of unwritten story,
Nurslings of one mighty Mother,
Hopes of her, and one another;
XXXVIII.
‘Rise like Lions after slumber
In unvanquishable number,
Shake your chains to earth like dew
Which in sleep had fallen on you-
Ye are many-they are few.
XXXIX.
‘What is Freedom?-ye can tell
That which slavery is, too well-
For its very name has grown
To an echo of your own.
XL.
”Tis to work and have such pay
As just keeps life from day to day
In your limbs, as in a cell
For the tyrants’ use to dwell,
XLI.
‘So that ye for them are made
Loom, and plough, and sword, and spade,
With or without your own will bent
To their defence and nourishment.
XLII.
”Tis to see your children weak
With their mothers pine and peak,
When the winter winds are bleak,-
They are dying whilst I speak.
XLIII.
”Tis to hunger for such diet
As the rich man in his riot
Casts to the fat dogs that lie
Surfeiting beneath his eye;
XLIV.
”Tis to let the Ghost of Gold
Take from Toil a thousandfold
More than e’er its substance could
In the tyrannies of old.
XLV.
‘Paper coin-that forgery
Of the title-deeds, which ye
Hold to something of the worth
Of the inheritance of Earth.
XLVI.
”Tis to be a slave in soul
And to hold no strong control
Over your own wills, but be
All that others make of ye.
XLVII.
‘And at length when ye complain
With a murmur weak and vain
‘Tis to see the Tyrant’s crew
Ride over your wives and you-
Blood is on the grass like dew.
XLVIII.
‘Then it is to feel revenge
Fiercely thirsting to exchange
Blood for blood-and wrong for wrong-
Do not thus when ye are strong.
XLIX.
‘Birds find rest, in narrow nest
When weary of their wingèd quest;
Beasts find fare, in woody lair
When storm and snow are in the air.
L.
‘Asses, swine, have litter spread
And with fitting food are fed;
All things have a home but one-
Thou, Oh, Englishman, hast none!
LI.
‘This is Slavery-savage men,
Or wild beasts within a den
Would endure not as ye do-
But such ills they never knew.
LII.
‘What art thou Freedom? O! could slaves
Answer from their living graves
This demand-tyrants would flee
Like a dream’s dim imagery:
LIII.
‘Thou art not, as impostors say,
A shadow soon to pass away,
A superstition, and a name
Echoing from the cave of Fame.
LIV.
‘For the labourer thou art bread,
And a comely table spread
From his daily labour come
In a neat and happy home.
LV.
‘Thou art clothes, and fire, and food
For the trampled multitude-
No-in countries that are free
Such starvation cannot be
As in England now we see.
LVI.
‘To the rich thou art a check,
When his foot is on the neck
Of his victim, thou dost make
That he treads upon a snake.
LVII.
‘Thou art Justice-ne’er for gold
May thy righteous laws be sold
As laws are in England-thou
Shield’st alike the high and low.
LVIII.
‘Thou art Wisdom-Freemen never
Dream that God will damn for ever
All who think those things untrue
Of which Priests make such ado.
LIX.
‘Thou art Peace-never by thee
Would blood and treasure wasted be
As tyrants wasted them, when all
Leagued to quench thy flame in Gaul.
LX.
‘What if English toil and blood
Was poured forth, even as a flood?
It availed, Oh, Liberty,
To dim, but not extinguish thee.
LXI.
‘Thou art Love-the rich have kissed
Thy feet, and like him following Christ,
Give their substance to the free
And through the rough world follow thee,
LXII.
‘Or turn their wealth to arms, and make
War for thy belovèd sake
On wealth, and war, and fraud-whence they
Drew the power which is their prey.
LXIII.
‘Science, Poetry, and Thought
Are thy lamps; they make the lot
Of the dwellers in a cot
So serene, they curse it not.
LXIV.
‘Spirit, Patience, Gentleness,
All that can adorn and bless
Art thou-let deeds, not words, express
Thine exceeding loveliness.
LXV.
‘Let a great Assembly be
Of the fearless and the free
On some spot of English ground
Where the plains stretch wide around.
LXVI.
‘Let the blue sky overhead,
The green earth on which ye tread,
All that must eternal be
Witness the solemnity.
LXVII.
‘From the corners uttermost
Of the bounds of English coast;
From every hut, village, and town
Where those who live and suffer moan
For others’ misery or their own,
LXVIII.
‘From the workhouse and the prison
Where pale as corpses newly risen,
Women, children, young and old
Groan for pain, and weep for cold-
LXIX.
‘From the haunts of daily life
Where is waged the daily strife
With common wants and common cares
Which sows the human heart with tares-
LXX.
‘Lastly from the palaces
Where the murmur of distress
Echoes, like the distant sound
Of a wind alive around
LXXI.
‘Those prison halls of wealth and fashion,
Where some few feel such compassion
For those who groan, and toil, and wail
As must make their brethren pale-
LXXII.
‘Ye who suffer woes untold,
Or to feel, or to behold
Your lost country bought and sold
With a price of blood and gold-
LXXIII.
‘Let a vast assembly be,
And with great solemnity
Declare with measured words that ye
Are, as God has made ye, free-
LXXIV.
‘Be your strong and simple words
Keen to wound as sharpened swords,
And wide as targes let them be,
With their shade to cover ye.
LXXV.
‘Let the tyrants pour around
With a quick and startling sound,
Like the loosening of a sea,
Troops of armed emblazonry.
LXXVI.
‘Let the charged artillery drive
Till the dead air seems alive
With the clash of clanging wheels,
And the tramp of horses’ heels.
LXXVII.
‘Let the fixèd bayonet
Gleam with sharp desire to wet
Its bright point in English blood
Looking keen as one for food.
LXXVIII.
‘Let the horsemen’s scimitars
Wheel and flash, like sphereless stars
Thirsting to eclipse their burning
In a sea of death and mourning.
LXXIX.
‘Stand ye calm and resolute,
Like a forest close and mute,
With folded arms and looks which are
Weapons of unvanquished war,
LXXX.
‘And let Panic, who outspeeds
The career of armèd steeds
Pass, a disregarded shade
Through your phalanx undismayed.
LXXXI.
‘Let the laws of your own land,
Good or ill, between ye stand
Hand to hand, and foot to foot,
Arbiters of the dispute,
LXXXII.
‘The old laws of England-they
Whose reverend heads with age are gray,
Children of a wiser day;
And whose solemn voice must be
Thine own echo-Liberty!
LXXXIII.
‘On those who first should violate
Such sacred heralds in their state
Rest the blood that must ensue,
And it will not rest on you.
LXXXIV.
‘And if then the tyrants dare
Let them ride among you there,
Slash, and stab, and maim, and hew,-
What they like, that let them do.
LXXXV.
‘With folded arms and steady eyes,
And little fear, and less surprise,
Look upon them as they slay
Till their rage has died away.
LXXXVI.
‘Then they will return with shame
To the place from which they came,
And the blood thus shed will speak
In hot blushes on their cheek.
LXXXVII.
‘Every woman in the land
Will point at them as they stand-
They will hardly dare to greet
Their acquaintance in the street.
LXXXVIII.
‘And the bold, true warriors
Who have hugged Danger in wars
Will turn to those who would be free,
Ashamed of such base company.
‘And that slaughter to the Nation
Shall steam up like inspiration,
Eloquent, oracular;
A volcano heard afar.
LXXXIX.
‘And these words shall then become
Like Oppression’s thundered doom
Ringing through each heart and brain,
Heard again-again-again-
XC.
‘Rise like Lions after slumber
In unvanquishable number-
Shake your chains to earth like dew
Which in sleep had fallen on you-
Ye are many-they are few.’
Stunning poem, many thanks for sharing it !
Bro,
I am still very moved by the most famous lines – invoked by David Icke yesterday – no matter how many times I’ve heard them. As I read through the poem, they came upon me almost as a surprise, as if I had never heard them before, and brought a lump to my throat. I will keep this poem and revisit it and contemplate it – and that will surely do me good.
David Icke, quoting Shelley to the cheering crowds in London, from a distance looking like the great Russian singer Dmitri Hvorostovsky, from one country to another, truth and art will always span borders and unite people.
Remembering WWII, Cranes, with Hvorostovsky https://youtu.be/wV1kzblUElY
I posted this very video here some months ago. I find it almost unbearable to watch. He didn’t live much longer, dying of brain cancer in 2017. He was my favourite singer – his beautiful voice often had me in tears – but this very sad song and the fact that the choir were also mostly killed in a plane crash soon after, makes this video impossible to watch without dissolving in tears.
I would say, we should be grateful for such people, who were so gifted, giving our souls a great joy, even if they passed away…imagine the spiritual richness waiting for us when we get there.
Ioan,
yes of course I am grateful, and I will continue to enjoy Dmitri’s performances – I’ll never grow tired of them. I have seen him sing this song many times. This performance is different, as if he’s contemplating his own death. His wife is in the audience wiping tears from her eyes – it’s just heart breaking.
Patrick Mack of In Pursuit of Truth (IPOT) posted, scrolled and recited the poem this am. Very powerful.
I’ve never been moved by Shelley; to me, he’s heavy on style but light on substance. Artists, poets, writers etc. who do not have a genuine spiritual thrust behind their work are doomed to pass with their times and the issues they concern themselves with. I won’t say more, in order to not upset those who enjoy his work, just one more opinion among many.
That you have “not been moved” does not mean there is no substance. I’m just a “gardener class ” clod of distant Prussia who was conscripted into an Empire war that understands what Shelley is saying. My war, Vietnam, was an Empire war that was NOT in my interest,
but being ignorant and young I went. If you have not experienced mano e mano combat for ANY reason you may not understand what Shelley is saying in context. I do. I do not know where Shelley gets his “spiritual thrust” but it is there. I really don’t care if you understand; I do.
Wolfhound
You needn’t understand whether or why I was moved or wasn’t, only really important whether you are or not. Poetry is all about personal taste, it either connects or doesn’t with the individual. Nothing to do with class or wars or anything else. Though I would’ve liked to hear something from the English poets of the day re: the victims of the English ‘footprint’ ie; colonisation of the known world, and the millions of innocents that paid the ultimate price as a result. Today Shelley would be a shill for Empire.
“I do not know where Shelley gets his “spiritual thrust” but it is there.” You’re absolutely right of course. I was trying to say something else, in fact, but one seldom has enough time to get something down exactly as it’s meant to be understood.
Joe Graham’s, Belfast, Born, Bred and Buttered would be a great companion book to read with the RT doc. Joe’s a family friend, telling the story of the struggle to just be recognized as humans, let alone be treated like………well not sure, about how some humans treat others……..having lived under imperial rule all my life, here, and there. Joe’s book is a basic primer to understanding what the Irish, and so many others all over the planet, suffered and still do at the hands of the English……….nasty wee peeps, they be.
Cheers, M
sean,
thanks, I’ll look it up.
Sean,
Pol is also Belfast born, bread and buttered but I guess you will not appreciate him anywhere near so much https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i24h39FbyYo.
And why wouldn’t I? He’s Irish, so of course he has an opinion, we all do…………and then some. To him it makes sense based on what he sees and the stats coming out. And really, he’s right to a point, who knows, when your number is up, it’s up.
Let me flip what he said on it’s head though, and I’ll suffer the slings. How many of those loved ones, the comorbid ones, how many, if covid is real, would look back (the dead ones) and not see it as a blessing; for those afflicted with life’s ailments, at thier end stages, cleaned and fed (not for me btw) by strangers. Not knowing who the family is that comes to visit, or pineing away for a visit from family that never comes, some being keep alive, many artificialy, as the $$$$$ keep rolling in. That’s a convo I had had with my 25 yr old, and he brought it up. I hadn`t even let my mind go there……….sad all around.
Personally, when someone is sick I pray for compassion, from God, a minor miracle perhaps, but even I as a realist know when the game of life is up. Sit with the dying, hold thier hand, it’s very life affirming, moving on a spiritual level. I then pray for mercy, swift end. Far too much suffering to have it perpetuated, we do to fellow humans what we would never do to our pets. And I don`t know if there is an answer, an individual choice on how to go when one gets that far, and then to have the courage, the fortitude, to follow through…………weird this life we live.
Cheers, M
btw, I hear him on the masks though, we`d have a pint or too many over that………………..
Sean,
we live, we die. If it were a deity which created the persistent illusion that we call time then we can be 100% sure that prayer doesn’t make a ha’p’orth of difference to life expectancy statistics.
We can all believe what we want, ‘free will’ or some such. Prayer is personal………….whatever one wants to make of it………….works for many……………others? Life is a grand illusion, one sees what one wants, the misery or the mystery, perhaps a little of both…………………ces le vis, oui.
Sean,
inculcation and insanity are both personal too.
Inculcation takes at least two people, not one.
Cheers, M
Prayer if genuine, works on a spiritual level, not necessarily on outer conditions.
However, human beings continue to pray for a “long life” and an unending host of material benefits, even though Jesus himself warned against this when he said, “Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on…” etc.
What he was saying was that we humans have it backwards, we pray not for God, but for the things of God; shelter, clothing, food, companionship etc. This has been humanity’s greatest mistake since time began, and set him off on a round of wars and conflicts that continue to this day.
Hmm……..shelter, food, water are human nessesities and as someone (MM) just wrote last week “the greatest drug you can take, is human companionship”……………..but I do agree, that pettiness and greed push the ‘want’ to limits that are excessive, mansions, boats, cars, islands, food, security…………..perhaps greed, is the greatest evil? So many ‘Jones’ to keep up with, I see it within immigrant populations, having to have a bigger house, car, vaction etc, everyone trying to outdo the other, such materialism, sickening! Usuray playing out at it’s finest.
Cheers, M
btw, your poems, the vision………….such talent, all the Cafe poets really are gifted. A hat tip to all, especially today’s Cafe.
“Where Are We Going From Here”
On a long road, miles to go
Its winding and cold and its covered with snow
But I ask you what we all want to know
Where are we going from here…
Lines on my face, lines on my hands
Lead to a future I don’t understand
Some things don’t go as they’re planned…
Where are we going from here…
Tracing the trails through the mirrors of time
Spinning in circles with riddles in rhyme
We lose our way, trying to find
Searching to find our way home…
Trying to find our way home…
As the day dies, with tears in our eyes
There’s too few hellos and too many goodbyes
Silence answers our cries…where are we going from here…
We’re all on this road, with miles to go
Braving new pathways into the unknown
But who do you ask, when no one really knows
Where we are going from here…

I have always been fascinated with the concept of a cheap off-patent drug being very effective in the treatment of COVID-19 and with an agricultural background Ivomectin is of particular interest to me personally.
I stumbled on the below link and thought I should share it on this site…
http://trialsitenews.com/https://www.trialsitenews.com/zagazig-university-randomized-controlled-ivermectin-study-results-confirms-pi-hypothesis-drug-effective-against-covid-19/zagazig-university-randomized-controlled-ivermectin-study-results-confirms-pi-hypothesis-drug-effective-against-covid-19/
I won’t comment on this myself but I have taken the liberty of copy and pasting an excellent comment by someone who has been a peer reviewer. Someone who I think made a very informed assessment of the potential value of this research…
“BOBSIE MACDOUGALL ON AUGUST 30, 2020 AT 4:08 AM
I offer a big thanks to TrialSiteNews for making the effort to find this unpublished work coming out of a respected University in Egypt, and congratulations for the success of this effort and for an effective summary in this article.
While we need to say that the article has not yet been peer-reviewed, the original documentation of the study is so detailed that I’m having difficulty imagining what additional details would be handed over to the peer reviewers to do their work. I have been a peer reviewer, and I invite all peer reviewers to download the original document and get to work!
COVID-19 has helped emphasize the fact that theoretical ideas and research that might advance knowledge in important ways are coming from many countries.
We should expect that more and more, countries will chose to ‘go their own way’ in the matter of how they use (i.e, the policies they adopt) such theoretical ideas and research. Why should people in the other 94% of the world wait for “approval” rendered from within the 6%, when advances to knowledge are coming from all over the world?
So, let us underline two observations made at the beginning of this article: “On the other hand, an accumulation of observational, case series and even randomized controlled study data points (completed in Iraq and Bangladesh) increasingly weigh toward possible benefit for … [X]”. In fact, for over 2000 years knowledge in medicine has been constructed and progressively revised on the foundation of an accumulation of evidence from distinctly different sources and methodologies.
The now hallowed double-blind clinical trial has a relatively short history. It has become a very legitimate basis for institution-level medical resource allocation. However, this experimental design has obvious limitations as a means of assessing the effectiveness of certain kinds of multi-phased treatment protocols.
Also, this “gold standard” has already failed to stop some very harmful drugs from coming on to the market. (One of the reasons for this reality is that findings from such experiments have a huge “generalizability issue” when applications based upon them are placed into the whole population.)
The second remark in this article that deserves emphasis is this: “An underlying premise: solely focusing on advanced, expensive and complex new investigational drugs (“de novo medicines” at the expense of also experimenting with well known, approved drugs “may not be the perfect rationale” with a rapidly rising death toll.” And let us add (as the researcher did) that the context is that of a poor country with population size in the multiple millions.
multiple millions.
The following is an absolute no-brainer: If you have hundreds of thousands of people around you feeling COVID-19 stress, and you are a poor country you have no choice but to try to ease pain and save lives *now*, by using the best tools within your reach, despite their evident limitations.
Doing nothing (beyond calling for social distancing, etc., and causing the occasional community lock-down) while you counsel your citizens to “wait for the vaccine coming to your neighbourhood in the next 3 months”, and then sitting there watching large numbers of them die while waiting, is not going to be accepted by the citizenry.
This is particularly so when those flawed tools available to you seem to be producing significant saving of lives, compared to the regime of “sitting and waiting for the vaccine to arrive”.
You: “I have always been fascinated with the concept of a cheap off-patent drug being very effective in the treatment of COVID-19”
Col, I believe that youre right on the money with Hydroxychloroquine (HCq) (and maybe but not necessarily in combo with AZT?) From what I’ve read, the important caveat is these low cost drugs have to be given at the early onset of symptoms
This study was released in March:
Title: Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin as a treatment of COVID-19: Results of an Open-label Non-randomized Clinical Trial
“Conclusion: Despite its small sample size our survey shows that hydroxychloroquine treatment is significantly associated with viral load reduction/disappearance in COVID-19 patients and its effect is reinforced by azithromycin”.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/186Bel9RqfsmEx55FDum4xY_IlWSHnGbj/view
University Professor of Medicine’s professional opinion (sought by me): Unfortunately “this study was not randomized and the sample size was very low … but expect more definitive studies to be published soon.”
In addition there were studies with HCq done by French Nobel Prize winner Dr Didier Raoult early on (February) – but seems he’s been silenced (I can find the reference for you if interested)

The FDA-approved Drug Ivermectin inhibits the replication of SARS-CoV-2 in vitro – LeonCaly(1) Julian D Druce(1) Mike G Catton(1) David A Jans(2) Kylie M.Wagstaff(2)
(1) Victorian Infectious Diseases Reference Laboratory, Royal Melbourne Hospital, at the Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity, Victoria, 3000, Australia
(2) Biomedicine Discovery Institute, Monash University, Clayton, Vic, 3800, Australia
Abstract
Although several clinical trials are now underway to test possible therapies, the worldwide response to the COVID-19 outbreak has been largely limited to monitoring / containment. We report here that Ivermectin, an FDA-approved anti-parasitic previously shown to have broad-spectrum anti-viral activity in vitro, is an inhibitor of the causative virus (SARS-CoV-2), with a single addition to Vero-hSLAM cells 2 hours post infection with SARS-CoV-2 able to effect ∼5000-fold reduction in viral RNA at 48 hours. Ivermectin therefore warrants further investigation for possible benefits in humans.

NOTE: Ivermectin was discovered in 1975 and came into medical use in 1981. Its on WHO’s List of Essential Medicines. The cost in developing countries is about 12¢ for a course of tablets*. In the USA it costs less than US$50✝

My advice?
Keep an eye out for developments of these 2 drugs – HCq & Ivermectin
Also keep in mind that US bought pretty near to the entire global supply of Remdesivir – made by Gilead of which Donald Rumsfeld (US Defense Sec. during Iraq War 2003) was former Chairman
Its interesting to me that the MSM news continuously present that a vax is the *only solution – suspicious in the very least.

Tyson,
have you heard anything about how the Chinese are getting on using Vit C ? I know they were advising medial staff to take 2g / day as a preventive and were doing trials on intravenous Vit C as a treatment. I thought this sounded quite promising having read Linus Pauling on Vit C.
Hi sandinED
Its well known in the West that Vit C is highly effective for wound healing and infections. The beauty of Vit C is one cant overdose on it – if more is taken than the body can use – we simply excrete it. Thats why megadosing on C when we get a cold/flu works – if we’re prepared to be patient (can take up to 7 days depending on how immunodeficient a person is) but still a much better alternative than antibiotics
Sorry, I havent kept up with what the Chinese are doing – too many other developments I try to get my head around

There was some talk about cults here, cultis is any form of faith-based religious ritual whose flock ascribe to their views and knowledge. Luckily, it just so happens faith is open to inquiry…
If I read and pursue the work and activities of someone then, I think about what they say and do, ask questions, test, expand and so on. Testing is very nuanced, wine tasting, does it make the grade?!
People who belong to a sect tend to override criticism, feeling themselves superior and immured in the mission to promote t agenda’s, feel good or otherwise… Then there’s the culture-vultures, both define aspects of spiritual, creative activity, of one kind or another.
We have nice new religions now, the omnipotent global elites with their dearly beloved brethren, the governments and msm, with backup lifestyle ritual ads :
Cultus – Suzuki Way Of Life http://www.paksuzuki.com.pk › ProductDetails
“IT’S BRIGHTER – IT’S BETTER – IT’S BOLDER. Introducing the All-New Suzuki Cultus. A complete new look that fits the modern world and beckons for a drive in the city. Climb aboard and experience all that’s new.” (Not my caps mods)
As for the elitist msm propaganda sects, take your pick, being careful not to think or question, and remain divided, silent and wearing your mandatory face coverings in places of worship.
As for religion
religion is you me
and God alone
Is your
my heart only
which
God knows
Rites, sects, cults, all common forms, are something else. Are group-things, not
person-things, with dangerous entrances for the noise of the demons, so God’s voice
to listen to works only in the silence of the 1. Mirror: person alone, talking, praying, praising.
For the talk with God, we have got Neptune and the eternal Pisces signifying ‘the unknown
side of order’ in us not visible for intellect via sensuality.
so are of things a number
we’r laughing at in slumber
we miss each day
cause eyes can’t see
These are essentially the 1. mirror of the zodiac. The mirror of the person,
which is mirroring the unconscious goodness of Pisces in the ‘bloody’ hunger of an living organism.
1. Mirror: unconscious innocence mirrored by the hungry single person.
Religion is order. Allowing and advancing all the colors of life.
The order of time is the zodiac, initially the projection of our fathers between East/Middle Asia till the Pacific under the northern sky.
What we call time, is the stream filled with occurrences, said JUNG, “time itself doesn’t exist.
The Zodiac giveth peace by creators order, causing us to project.
Yes of course, thank you mundo, I was referring however, to the rituals and religion of the church, This makes the rest of my comment in relation to our global political, social -economic and cultural/spiritual world today relevant as a masking/masquerading of this.
i.e. if people follow a guru, some authority, either of religion or science, believing what they proclaim without discernment or critical thought, then they form a cult. That’s the idea I meant anyway. Cheers.

A good writer, Neil Clark, and this article hits home. He merely fails to point out that the major flaw which gave America it’s Oligarchic, Fascistic Capitalism was that it had flawed systems at its beginning. Systems are made up of many smaller systems, and Advanced Systems Theory teaches us that it is impossible to fix a busted Complex System. You have to let it fall, or find a way to tear it down, and start again. America had flawed systems from the start, and there is no way now such a complex entity can be fixed. Which is why it’s doomed in its present life. It’s to hoped that, one day far down the track, when a busted, collapsed country starts to put itself together again, it does so with more care for what it is installing.
By the same token, one of the things which helped V.V. and his team put Russia together as far and as fast as it has, is because, thinking they were destroying it beyond repair, the American invaders destroyed everything. As V.V. said, when he addressed the grieving relatives of the Kursk disaster,
“we had no idea how bad everything is. There’s not a damn thing left. Everything is destroyed”.
But this means he didn’t have the problem of trying to rebuild while complex but flawed systems were still in place – he just had to start from scratch. Hopefully the new systems in place will prove more durable, and more favourable to ordinary life, than those that were destroyed.
N. Clarkes’ article here:

Trump is the Third Party. If you do not understand that, I can’t help you.
I have not the faintest idea of what you are speaking.
And I dont recall asking for your help, nor recognising in myself any need for it.
Steve, Tore last night agrees with you….insists the Republican Party ….in fact the Uniparty will be taken down after this next election………barring some miracle Hitlery and Obummer are praying for………..
“for the most part they are useless, do virtually nothing compared to what they could do……almost all of them compromised and run like robots by Brennan’s Shadow-net A.I.”
Or words to that effect.
I think THAT is what Wolfhound (possibly) means, Pamela. But I don’t want to put words in anyone’s mouth. Just making a wild-ass stab in the dark……LOL
Thanks bro, ……just now caught the “response”. I knew 4 years ago that Trump was the 3rd Party. I thought it was a BFO (Blinding Flash of the Obvious). I recognize in myself occasional need for help and make mistakes when I don’t accept it when offered. Offending anyone was not my goal.
I’ve never heard of a 3rd party Steve, nor do I have the slightest idea what it is.
I think however, you and Bro are missing my point. I dont care whether there are Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, Greenies, or the Purple People Eater parties. They cannot make a blind bit of different.
To slightly re-quote someone else “It’s the Systems, Stupid” {sorry, not actually calling anyone stupid}.
I wish more people could wake up and realise how many years they’ve been dancing to this tune of “get rid of A and B will fix it”.
“Well, that didn’t work. Get rid of B, the new A will work”
“Oh, so no, Get rid of A, we need B’.
When are they going to see, A, B, C, to Z, doesn’t matter. They are all operating in, from, and as part of the same poisonous tree, they are all tainted fruit, and the Tree is the system – all of them.
Until they destroy the tree and allow a few new, different ones, to grow, nothing will change, they will only keep accelerating over the event horizon towards madness — and accelerating.
“Offending anyone was not my goal.”
I’m sure it wasn’t Steve. Sorry for being a bit “tetchy”. My bad.
Is this true or is it a joke? Please tell me they are joking.

If I was a poet, I could do something with this :-)
This is truly a “must – watch”.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROmK2GeYT1E
Jeff Berwick of The Dollar Vigilante has put together an excellent video summing up the clear truth of what the latest figures released by the CDC show – how utterly minimal is the covid-19 terror hysteria. How few it truly affected lethally, how most were more affected by fatal co-morbidities, and also data released by, of all sources, the NYT.
How long it will remain up with this is uncertain – but Jeff also posts his videos on the free channel Bitchute.
But do watch and share as far as you feel you can because, as Jeff says, “how can this fraud keep going now, now that the truth is being is admitted”.
The more who see this, the better for all.
Nobody could believe the CDC up to this moment. And Jeff is an ancap that talks about the Wuhan Virus. So, why Pamela, must we believe them today if yesterday we did not? We believe them today just because they are singing our song? but they have lied and deceived up to now. Where is anything of a principled stance here like, we can never believe those who lie and deceive? (Btw, I’ve seen Jeff operate :-)
Also, the White House took over the numbers and the CDC were not allowed any longer to present any numbers. So, what is real? Its psychedelic like Strawberry Fields. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10LSq_J5ol4
All I know is that China and Eastern countries are free of masks and also by their reporting free of virus excepting small outbreaks here and there, and easily controlled as they have their systems. The West effed up by trying to use this to re-set their financial messes.
Take a look at Michael Hudson … long but accurate.
https://michael-hudson.com/2020/08/how-an-act-of-god-pandemic-is-destroying-the-west/
“Btw, I’ve seen Jeff operate”
What does that mean amarynth? I have no idea what to make of that.
Why should we believe them now? Well, to start with, what they are saying is finally in tune with the truth so many others have long cried aloud; that the vast majority of deaths are in the aged infirm with at least one if not more lethal comorbidities, and they are, finally, being found out.
I’d say it’s either an accident, or someone there decided the game is up and they’d had better come clean. Certainly, it’s data that others from all over the world have been providing for their own situation.
Of course, it’s again individual. If one doesn’t want to believe, then I guess just keep believing whatever feels comfortable.
Thanks for the Michael Hudson link. I’ll go read it, as I like his work – I have his “J is for Junk Economics”, very good.
Let me see if I can tell a story in a funny way.
A friend of mine wrote a comical piece about what happens when one is staring the interweb heroes in the face, see how they treat people around them, see if the intrigue stands up to the reality, see if the ancap is really an ancap when it comes to paying a fair share of the drinks and eats for the table – and so on … He is a people’s person for sure – runs high on extroversion (grins). There is one thing that I have no knowledge of whatsoever and that is modern drugs – I mean stuff that makes one high – a scotch or glass or two of wine at most for me.
At those small conferences I learned more than I ever wanted to know about stuff that makes one high. :-) Even my nostrils started twitching in sympathy, and I promise you, I sniffed nothing up them, and neither did Ron Paul far as I am aware as the two of us sat back and contemplated the sniftering. Ron Paul said he is too old and I said I am too sober. The two of us then sat back and I did damage to a snifter of good scotch and we could not really be too critical – that would be being without principles – seeing that I was doing sniftering of the scotch. Ron Paul is a real and lovely person. We laughed a lot at some sniftering ancaps.
But I do hear through our crypto grapevine that there is less sniftering going on. There was some scandal and I believe one person dead as well but I did not follow the story. The conference is now huge and not fun anymore to attend. They now ‘create experiences’ for conference goers and yeah gods and little fishes, I think I can create my own experience. So, I’ve spent 12 days with the man and learned a lot about sniftering, chatted a bunch with Ron Paul and some other names, and how to make news. The idea still is, dog bites man is not news, but man bites dog is big news.
Besides that story, what makes you believe that you can trust the numbers now? Whatever they say good or bad? Now that they generally say “It is now Trump’s CDC and they say whatever Trump wants them to say” and he is fighting an election.
Everything is a lie. US isolation, US Koch’s postulates, the US environment is highly politicized now. You’ll enjoy Sayer Ji from Greenmedinfo

Bulgaria protests against the pro-Western government of Boyko Borisov are on-going since more than 40 days !!!
Have You heard about it ??!!
Most likely not…
https://www.fondsk.ru/news/2020/08/24/ulichnye-protesty-ne-uvedut-bolgariju-ot-zapada-51690.html
Street Protests Won’t Take Bulgaria Away From the West
Protests against the pro-Western government of Boyko Borisov have not subsided in Bulgarian cities for more than forty days.
In Sofia, crowds threw eggs and tomatoes at the Interior Ministry building, blockaded the CEC, demanding to change the electoral code, makeshift tent camps located at the three main intersections of the city, preventing passage.
The protests were a continuation of the long-running conflict between Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and President Rumen Radev. The former policeman, who retired as a lieutenant-general and former owner of the elite security agency Borisov (leader of the pro-Western party Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria – GERB) constantly compares his successes with the achievements of socialist Bulgaria: recently stated that he built more roads than Georgi Dimitrov during his reign; recently boasted that he received a discount on gas (from Gazprom, which to say “forgotten”) and soon the homes of Bulgarians will receive blue fuel from Azerbaijan, the United States and other countries (about Russia again not a word).
In turn, the henchman of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (successor to the BKP) military pilot Rumen Radev became the first Bulgarian to graduate with honors from the Air Force College in Maxwell (USA). He went to the elections with a patriotic program, among the points of which was the restoration of good relations with Russia, but, having come to power, denied his “pro-Russianness” and said: “I am a NATO general… and I will defend our Euro-Atlantic membership.”
Borisov made a lot of efforts to present Radev as a “communist”, after which photos appeared in the media from Borisov’s bedroom, where he was captured sleeping near a gun and an open nightstand, under a bundle of billed bills. The head of the government hit back: two presidential advisers, Ilida Milushev, were arrested for violating state secrets and Plamen Uzunov for abuse of power. Then people took to the streets demanding the resignation of Borisov and his government.
The arrests of people in the presidential entourage were only a catalyst for protest, reaction to state lies, looting, arbitrariness, racketeering, “nbsp; – commented on the situation Radev. Against this background, in Bulgarian society, nostalgia for socialism, friendship with Russia, began to rear their heads, but in street protests it does not manifest itself. “The root of authoritarianism is the legacy of the totalitarian USSR,” said one protester.
Recently, protesters desecrated one of the monuments of the Soviet army. Manol Glishev, a nationalist blogger who is involved in the protests and who heads a group of anti-communists demanding the demolition of all Soviet monuments in Bulgaria, claimed responsibility for the vandalism.
“Among the protesters in Bulgaria you can see a variety of political forces… Pavel Kandel, a leading researcher at the Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences, comments on the situation. – Borisov is fed up with people, his policy is not good, corruption corrodes the country, scandal follows the scandal, causing general discontent right, left, whatever.
In the meantime, Boyko Borisov is holding on to power by all truths. The other day he proposed to amend the constitution, but the proposed amendments look cosmetic, unable to solve the acute problems of Bulgaria’s semi-colonial situation. In addition, GERB does not have the necessary majority in the parliament – Borisov’s faction has 116 seats, and 160 seats are needed to change the constitution. Other parties, even the nationalist faction United Patriots allied to Borisov, are in no hurry to support the constitutional initiative.
“The amendments to the constitution are dangerous for state,” commented Korniya Ninova, a long-time gerb opponent and leader Party. However, an attempt was being made to change the constitution itself in order to ensure the political survival of the individual. This is unacceptable.”
And street protests in Bulgarian cities continue…

American Workers Have Been Given a Raw Deal by Trump
by Lawrence Wittner
During pre-pandemic years, the labor market was shifting, producing a rising percentage of workers concentrated in low-paying jobs. A study released by the Brookings Institution in late 2019 reported that 44 percent of American workers (53 million people) earned low wages, with median annual pay of $17,950 per year. Low-wage work was often precarious, with unpredictable schedules, reduced benefits, and unsteady employment. Low-wage workers usually remained stuck in these jobs, and even workers in the middle class were “more likely to move down the occupation ladder than up.” Unable to cover their living costs, substantial numbers of Americans worked at two or more jobs.
Overall, wages remained stagnant during the Trump era, with gains in take-home pay eaten up by inflation, leaving “real wages” for workers the same as 40 years before. By contrast, the compensation received by their bosses rose dramatically, leading to an executive-to-worker pay ratio of 339 to 1.
Millions of American workers also suffered injury and even death on the job. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2018 alone private sector employers reported 2.8 million nonfatal workplace injuries and illnesses. Fatal work injuries numbered 5,280.
According to the U.S. Labor Department, in 2017 there were 2.5 million child workers in the United States !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OECD: the United States, in 2019, was exceeded only by Latvia !!!! in having the highest percentage of low-wage workers
This is not entirely surprising, as the U.S. minimum wage has been stuck at $7.25 an hour since 2009, placing the United States behind Luxembourg ($13.78), Australia ($12.14), France ($11.66), New Zealand ($11.20), Germany ($10.87), Netherlands ($10.44), Belgium ($10.38), Britain ($10.34), Ireland ($9.62), Canada ($9.52), and Israel ($7.94).
U.S. workers had a longer work week than full-time workers in 24 OECD nations. In addition, the United States remained the only country with an advanced industrial economy that did not guarantee workers a paid vacation.
Although the United States had no legally mandated paid holidays, most advanced industrial countries offered at least six per year. As a result, close to one in four Americans had no paid vacation and no paid holidays, while the average American worker in the private sector received only 10 paid vacation days and six paid holidays.
The United States also remained the only advanced industrial nation that failed to guarantee paid maternity leave to workers.

LET’S POISON SOMEBODY
ON AUGUST 30, 2020 BY PATRICK ARMSTRONGIN ACCUSATIONS, PROPAGANDA, LIES AND NONSENSE, WAR ON RUSSIA
(Overheard by our secret source in the Kremlin)
– What a day! The Americans are really putting the boots to Merkel on Nord Stream, we’ve got demos in Khabarovsk and now Batko’s screwing up. Some days it’s just too much.
– We gotta come up with something to take people’s minds off things, Boss.
– Yeah, but what? No military anniversaries coming up. Do we have any new weapons which we can show?
– Not unless you count the re-done Bear.
– Nah, that won’t work – the Americans will just say it’s obsolete. Why it’s almost as old at their B-52!
– How about a video of the Tsar Bomba?
– Always good to remind the neo-cons that they may have Big Democracy but we’ve got Big Bomb. But I want something else.
– We could do a video of pretty girls singing that they’re Putingirls.
– Didn’t Obama did that? That’s as fake as the reset was.
– Wait Boss! I’ve got it. Let’s poison somebody! That’ll will change the headlines. Sure worked that last few times.
– Hmmmm, sounds good, keep talking.
– We’ll poison that Navalniy guy…
– Who?
– You know, the guy the Americans think you’re obsessed with.
– Isn’t he in France, in a lunatic asylum?
– No, the other guy.
– Oh yeah, I think I remember. OK so we poison him, then what?
– Well, he won’t die of course – our poisons are no good – and, after a day or two we let him go to some NATO country and they’ll say he was poisoned.
– Well, that will certainly change the headlines, let’s do it.
– OK Boss, and while people are obsessed with that, we can swing a few elections in the West.
– Ah yes, gotta remember to talk to Xi and coordinate our efforts. I’m still pissed off that he thinks he can fix a US election. He can do Japan, Australia, Korea and the others. That’s what multipolarism is – you do yours, we do ours.
Something just as absurd

Article says Germany has proof of a novichock used..when military consulted..sighs
Of course they have a proof. Wondering if he’s sharing a room with Scripal?
That idiot has been thrown under the bus by his bosses.
Ah, and even the German politicians, it seems are going soon to be saying
“Well, no we have no proof – but we’ve decided IT’S HIGHLY LIKELY”. Hahah.
Also of course, there will be many who, a la Covid-1984, will be saying “what would the doctors and forensic labs know. A politician says he was poisoned, so he was”.
Sigh.
dear elephant, dear elephant
please stand still now while I
caress your ears and hand
you a sticky bun to eat and
tea from a fine china saucer
that’s it that’s right and fine
now slowly so very carefully
take a few backwards steps one
then another, thank you very much
for your custom today, good bye….
in a singular feat
that beast so stout;
squeezed into that shop,
and couldn’t get out
had it been
a tad more deft,
it might have tried
first right, then left
but as it was,
panic set in,
and so began
that godawful din!
bewildered with fear,
overcome with doubt;
the elephant raised
its great long snout
and began to trumpet
its natural call,
as the china shook
and began to fall!
said the check-out chick,
somewhat bemused,
“this ain’t no time
to be confused;
if you dont stop now
I’m afraid that I fear,
the damage you’ll do
to my middle ear!”
so she took her tea
and sticky bun,
said, try some of this
it’s really quite fun!
and as the sugar
got under its skin
she backed him out
the way he came in…
now when he comes
to relieve his thirst,
the elephant comes in
rear end first!
Dimitar, that was lovely. Thank you – i needed a laugh after my rescue kitten decided to express her thanks by bitting the cord to my sound speakers and plunging me into a rain spattered grey gloom. :-)
Do you have a link to the video of this please Dimitar – anyone?
I know I saw it somewhere but didn’t watch. After reading your delightful poems I’d like to go see the entire thing.
Wish I did… but I’m not aware of any video. I took the ball and ran with it, after reading Tuppence’s lines.
Yes, there was. I think it was on Sputniknews, but I can’t find it now. There was a small “thumbnail” with a title of “Elephant gets itno tea shop” or similar, and I usually always look at them, but I wanted to skip quickly to something else, so bypassed it.
Then I forgot, until I saw these delightful offerings, went back to find it and — no luck.
Oh well. The Universe will provide if it sees fit. :-)

Article pretty much sums it up but nothing new here to well informed readers here in the cafe: posting by way of summation:
https://consortiumnews.com/2020/08/31/patrick-lawrence-voting-in-a-de-facto-military-state/
What are we in for on the foreign policy side come Nov. 3? Whoever wins this election, Joe Biden or Donald Trump, the answers before us are grim. For those who vote, the choice lies between a mentally impaired restorationist and a paralyzed captive of what some of us call the Deep State.
Think about this. The illiberal liberals, the only kind there are now, advertise Nov. 3 as the most decisive election in generations. This assertion is questionable even in the domestic context, but that is another conversation. As to the direction of U.S. foreign policy, there is no question: Between Biden and Trump, we are at bottom offered no alternative to our anxious empire’s conduct abroad.
Thought it worthwhile to post an article from engdahl written some four yrs back prior to 2016 election; the question is about the status of the country now versus august 2016. Certainly not any better now, may be even arguably worse if that is possible even after 8 years of obummer chicanery:
https://journal-neo.org/2016/08/22/the-collapse-of-rome-washington-s-6-5-trillion-black-hole/
Article quote:
Students of history will find eerie but quite predictable parallels between the collapse of the Roman Empire in the 4th Century AD and the collapse of America’s global hegemony today. Not only has the choice of political so-called leaders become the near-exclusive province of big money patriarchs and their corporate interests. The choice of politicians voters are offered is worse than abysmal.
Other highlights:
-still have not found the $6.5 trillion missing from pentagon accounts; amount prob much larger currently;
concluding para:
The revelation of a $6.5 trillion Army bookkeeping disaster is but a symptom. A Presidential race pitting Democrat Hillary Clinton (insert biden) against Republican Donald Trump is but a symptom. A nation that spends on wars everywhere in the world while ignoring its domestic infrastructure decay whose proper rehabilitation would cost an estimated $3.6 trillion, merely half of what the US Army cannot account for is, sadly, destined to collapse. Unless of course the American people get disgusted with the Sodom and Gomorrah that today is Washington, and begin to act outside the matrix.
My comment:
“and begin to act outside the matrix.”
I am seeing more and more articles calling for third party choice on the ballot; this is nothing new and has usually gone down in failure. The status quo is very, very beneficial to the powerful interests of the uniparty. To mount a serious challenge to the uniparty will take tons of money, extremely strong leadership with name recognition, and a hell of a lot of luck-the day is very late for that sort of challenge but hope springs eternal and as the empire becomes more and more ungovernable, who knows????
This is where i found that design mom thing i posted in the newsfeed btw, apart from Dreher`s book selling shtick he asks a valid question about the future- https://www.theamericanconservative.com/dreher/amazon-protecting-the-oligarch-jeff-bezos/
I also find myself pondering on why amazon want people with ic/police backgrounds in their internal intelligence agency and what need amazon have to keep track of splc designated “hate groups”.
If bezos use of his internal intelligence is similar to elon musk`s use of his ex c i a goons i would not be surprised, luckily amazon is not THE place where us continental edge dwellers shop online and not a thing i have to worry about.

Hot town, Summer in the City
Back of my neck gettin’ dirty and gritty
Been down, isn’t it a pity?
Doesn’t seem to be a shadow in the city
All around, people looking half dead
Walking on the sidewalk, hotter than a match head…..
But at night it’s a different world
Go out and find a girl
Come on, come on and dance all night
Despite the heat it’ll be all right
And babe, don’t you know it’s a pity
That the days can’t be like the nights
In the summer, in the city
In the summer, in the city…..
Cool town, evening in the city
Dressing so fine and looking so pretty
Cool cat, looking for a kitty
Gonna look in every corner of the city
Till I’m wheezing like a bus stop
Running up the stairs, gonna meet you on the rooftop

This is the first death squad in American history, and it’s the first time a death squad has been filmed carrying out a murder.
Antifa combined a covert surveillance tactic with a military urban-combat patrol tactic.

The surveillance tactic is known as the “floating box formation.”
You surround the KNOWN target.
In this case, they used it to FIND a random member of the “enemy club” and murder him.
The military patrol tactic is called a “squad double column.”

The squad splits into two and walks on opposite sides of the street.
The two people at the front of the double column are called the “pointmen.”
I call them the scouts, because they’re looking for TARGETS, not providing security.

The two at the ENDS of the double column are lookouts.
It was one of these lookouts who shouted, “Go! Go! Go!”
It appears from the video that the gunman and the scouts ran away, while the others stayed and did “battle damage assessment.”

Hopefully all you folks who complained about the “militarization” can now better grasp why the era of Clancy the Beat Cop is OVER.
Yes, it can be abused.
EVERYTHING CAN.
But you’re dreaming if you think YOU can defend against death squads.”
Soros sympathizers will not like Carlos’ more optimistic (than that immediately above tweet) concluding tweets…..AT ALL!

Two stimulating articles to share, the first of which may puzzle most………………. and provoke the exasperated query, “What’s this got to do with the price of beans?”
It has a very great deal to do with that…..and nearly everything else, as well.
In the first article….Jan Van Eyck — A Study in Optics…..CSW …or Aussie Man Smart, as I consider him, (possessed of an intelligence which some demurrers label “insanity”) writes:
“Van Eyck pushed the science of his art at the time. At the same time, he was a product of his time; even as he helped shape the zeitgeist, he was captured and bound within it. In creating realistic objects, the artist was not seeking to portray the world but instead transcending into the spiritual realm above and beyond it. In merging realism and symbolism, the artist took to attain a domain that was believed, by some, to exist more than our world.”
https://craigwright.net/blog/philosophy/jan-van-eyck-a-study-in-optics/
Using stunning examples of Van Eyck’s works of art such as The Arnolfini Portrait, The Madonna of Chancellor Rolin, The Dresden Triptych and his later The Virgin in a Church, Wright demonstrates how Van Eyck’s “handling of perspective increased in mastery as he progressed in style”……even as he served In “a career that extended far beyond one of an artist.”
“He acted as an envoy to the court of Philip, Duke of Burgundy, and in multiple diplomatic posts.”, notes Wright.
And I will note, in case you are still puzzled, that Van Eyck inspires similar (including political) versatility, scope and range (including unique perspective) in Aussie Man Smart. Which may explode upon the consciousness of other humans than myself and relatively few others…………to millions of others………as early as this year or 2021……and billions within this decade.
The second article, “ON BULLSHIT” is probably a more familiar “soccer ball” more Cafe patrons will delight in kicking in all directions:
https://craigwright.net/blog/philosophy/on-bullshit/
It is so short and provocative and round…………… that whether you consider it “the straight poop”………..or some sort of Logician’s Self-recursive and Utter Bullshit………that after minimal dribbling and passing to “comrades”….er team mates………..you may want to kick it straight into The Goal of Your Choice:
“Franfurt (2005; originally 1986, in his essay On Bullshit) assembled a modern philosophical concept that presents perhaps one of the most critical advances in philosophy and the twentieth century. Cohen (2013), following his defence of communism and Marxist thought (Cohen 1980), further extends the conception of bullshit. His essay explicates how false logic and misconceptions have been used to baffle people, including himself:
I found that material hard to understand, and, because I was naive enough to believe that writings that were attracting a great deal of respectful, and even reverent, attention could not be loaded with bullshit, I was inclined to put the blame for finding the Althusserians hard entirely on myself.” (Cohen 2013)
ME, Aside: https://literariness.org/2016/04/12/althusserian-marxism/
Louis Althusser combined Marxism with the scientifically oriented methods of Structuralism in his essay, Ideology and the Ideological State Apparatuses (1970) and analysed how the dominant systems enforce their control by subtly moulding their subjects through ideology. Ideology has been earlier defined by Engels as “false consciousness” to refer to the ways in which hegemony is naturalised, justified and sustained in society, and to the invisible ways in which the cultural forms seek to ensure the perennial dominance of the ruling class.
END of side Reference
Wright….or Wrong (you be the Judge!) continues:
“Cohen expands on Frankfurt’s philosophy to show that bullshit must fulfil a set of requirements. To be bullshit, it must be “(a) unclarifiably unclear, (b) rubbish, or (c) irretrievably speculative” (Lewis 2015). From Lenin’s (1939) reworking of the term imperialism up until contemporary issues with ‘woke’ culture, we see the introduction of Orwellian doublespeak (Orwell 1984). Communism has been said to have failed. We have been told that history is at an end (Fukuyama 1995)—which is the selfsame promise that Marx and Engels promoted in their socialist utopia (Williams 2000). What is promoted as a concept of freedom where the workingman rises to promote equality for all is a power play. Phillips demonstrates it repeatedly (Phillips 2020a; 2020b)—not in referencing communism, but in removing the foundations of such inconsistent creed.”
In a final paragraph Wright (or Wrong) defines the “Working” BS Assumptions (Rules) of This Game:
Marx (1946) built a concept of communism based on philosophical bullshit, saying that “the cost of production of a workman is restricted, almost entirely, to the means of subsistence that he requires for his maintenance, and for the propagation of his race”. Such manipulation of truth is what we see now in many universities (Phillips 2020a). It is what is being promoted as being politically correct, when, in fact, it is a racist system of control, designed to separate and not to build. History has not ended, and the propaganda promoted by Marx, along with the manner of promoting doublespeak in constructing an equal society, continues—“but only so long as you shuffle along obediently to the beat of their dreary, robotic drum” (Phillips 2020a).”
Pamela, this is for you (picking up from older discussions). This is in Time Magazine, but it was in many of the Chinese media – I remember CGTN specifically, but cannot find the right search for that link just now to give you a better link than Time (yuck). Someone might be able to find the CGTN original interview.

Lots more information filtering out from China at the moment, but we don’t see it in the western media of course. (Just passing on information and have no energy to debate it :-) Got other stuff to do. )
Thank you amarynth. Havent read them yet, but will.
As for debating them – like you there are other calls on energy and time right now. I mean, today I have to do my online tax rebate forms. In Spanish!! ’nuff said. :-)
Just found an article on Putin Today, stating that American rejection of Huawei will lead to considerable gain for Russia. It starts off with:
“The us divorce from the technology giant Huawei proved to be beneficial to the Russian IT sector and the Russian economy. The Chinese announced the opening of a research center in Russia and their intention to invest here, rather than in the United States, their investments in development. They are valued at billions of dollars. Money from the Chinese IT giant will allow the domestic high-tech sector to reach a fundamentally different level, experts believe.
American sanctions against the Chinese giant Huawei force it to leave the United States. As it turned out, Russia and the Russian IT sector will benefit from this. Huawei has increased its investment in Russia in the face of Washington’s sanctions against the Chinese telecommunications company, said its founder Ren Zhengfei.
“After Washington included us in the list of organizations (threatening national security), we transferred our investments from the United States to Russia, increased investment in this country, expanded the team of Russian scientists and increased their salaries,” he was quoted by the South China Morning Post newspaper.”
I’m left wondering how many feet Trump and Regime have left to shoot themselves in.
Well, I seem to have answered my own question – at least one or two it seems.
The naked aggression of US against Russia is becoming clearer and clearer. Who can deny, now, even to themselves and in their wildest dreams, that Russia is not at war with America, an America determined, it seems to find a way to destroy its nemesis.?
I’m sorry I cant find the link, but I recently saw a paper reprint on The IceAge Farmer site, showing a plan from a few years back, to starve Russians into submission. They had actually calculated the daily calories per person – 1600 – to do it saying – “about 1/3rd of the people would die of starvation, the rest would be too weak to resist open invasion”.
And now we have this brightest light on the tree:
“Forbes published an article analyzing the us ability to block Russia’s merchant marine and blockade its ports by the us Navy in order to force Moscow to submit. The author of the analysis is retired Navy captain Bradford Dismukes. He compares the strength of the us and Russian navies and comes to the conclusion that the case is worth it.
“In addition to new tankers for the transportation of liquefied natural gas, Russia’s significant assets at sea include a large merchant fleet,” writes Dismux. — Russia ranks second after China in terms of the number of merchant vessels under the national flag. Sea escort of individual civilian vessels by surface ships or (more likely) submarines would be possible on a limited scale, but not feasible for the civilian fleet as a whole. The West should convincingly threaten to deprive Russia of the right to use the World’s oceans.”
The retired captain recommends that Washington track down Russian ships in Arctic waters,{honestly, don’t laugh too hard, you could rupture something} and that the United States ‘ European and Asian allies block Russian ports.
“Russia would face a choice between keeping local gains on its periphery and being cut off from most of the world economy. The latter would be a funeral knell to the hopes of Russia to benefit from LNG exports and agricultural products”, — said Dismukes.
Ye Gods and Little Fishes. Definitely custard for brains.
