The business of the Connecticut submarine banging into something very recently may have inclined some persons to remark about the Kursk sinking (NATO submarine caused Kursk sinking that killed 118 Russian sailors, ex-admiral claims @ RT). This, in turn, inclined me to do a bit of reading. I found a very detailed report> https://whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/KURSK/index.html This leave me with the opinion that Kursk sank as a result of a collision with US submarine Memphis. If this is so, that a submarine collision was the proximate cause, many people know for a fact, as the debris and forensic analysis would create certainty. The article includes a long list of collisions… Withal, this makes the RT article highly reasonable.
What left unsaid is why, now, this matter is resurrected – and the obvious thesis for that is that the Connecticut fubar is in reality another similar collision with a “foreign submarine” – and the Russians are coordinating with the Chinese in creating the ground which will tend to force the US to admit it. Here I assume that the “foreign submarine” was Chinese, though that’s far less sure.
Previously I said that the acoustical records would show a lot. Note these in the article link – where are the recordings from Connecticut? Right… Not seen. This tends to confirm> collision with another boat. and cover-up.

I cannot imagine that such a “request” would be granted, nor, if granted, enforced by Turkey, or anybody else. But it might induce the sultan to take the bribe and double-cross uncle sam by not actually doing such a foolish thing as to close the strait.
Pravda has not, in my observation, always been accurate either – long time ago they quoted VVP as saying that “the missiles were back in Cuba”…well, that may be so, but it’s been a long time…no sign of any missiles.
Obviously it’s a red line affair.
The Convention, if memory serves, speaks to parties being at war changing the rules. The “request”, if it’s real, would fit into the treaty/convention…something like claim Russia is a belligerent dadadada…first.

In hindsight, this fiasco with Caracas is an unmitigated catastrophe; the brain-drain of engineers, induced mismanagement, lack of needed investment, embargoes, and assorted sabotage (including own-goals by bungling ideological local governments) have drastically reduced capacity of the most convenient and nearby source and redirected what remains elsewhere.
But straight outta the SPR?! The Biden complex appears desperate…
US has been broke for weeks now, and USD rumored to not being accepted in Asia and other points. So what to use to pay for needed supplies from the world’s workshop? Will it barter away California next? Wait, is that a joke? Crazy Blue policies have been briskly depopulating it and opening borders to a degree that would make Luka in Belarus blush. Maybe La Reconquista by Mexico will trump any gifts to the Chinese.
Regardless, in the near-term, US appears bent over a Chinese barrel (again, no pun intended).

Meanwhile Canada’s largest port quit, in sympathy with California’s. The reality @ Anoxia is that things seem to be quite ordinary except for a noted degree of mass hysteria – a couple of nuts waving guns and a few wild shots, ramming a cop car, kidnapping…
I spoke with some eye witnesses (including a cop, a nurse, and an MD, to these manifestations – they’re getting over it, but still a bit “freaked out”. The MD agreed – mass hysteria. CNN “programming” was proffered as the cause.
Mr P,
Yes, the situation in the US is most curious! Reminds of that phrase, “Suppose they gave a war and nobody came.” US Americans are keeping their powder way too dry. There are humongous ongoing street protests in other western countries. What are they waiting for? For a midnight knock on the door and welcoming committees at the FEMA camps? This docility in face of countless outrages is not the USA I knew years ago.. Did they become lobotomized like McMurphy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s nest?
I always figured they would go out in a blazing glory, like Slim Pickens riding the Bomb. Or is the white-hot preternatural rage bottled up waiting for right moment to erupt?

Thanks for tip on Prof McCoy. I have utmost respect for History Dep of University of Wisconsin Madison (UoWM). One of premier departments in entire USA in this discipline.
The university history Prof who challenged me the most, and taught most eye-opening seminar on the seminal US Decade of 1960s, and was Chair of our Dep, came from UoWM. So I learned to pay attention when Professors from this University speak.
I calculate by his age that he was there during that famous 1970 bombing of the Physics Dep of same UoWM. Perhaps it wasn’t a coincidence this particular Uni was affected? It may have been in part a shot across the bow of an institution deviating from the plot, in addition to delegitimizing antiwar protests, etc. Also the Kyle Rittenhouse op took place near there and a recent SUV ramming incident; something rotten in the State of Wisconsin!
Seriously, I entertained working there many years ago, flying into Wisconsin from the East Coast, and was impressed by the character and can-do enterprising spirit of the semi-rural parts I saw. They are heartland people. Like the Amish with technology! Empire always detests and seeks to punish pools of sanity like this.
Regarding Prof McCoy, I agree, we cannot accept all, or even most, of his viewpoints – it is end-stage Empire phase after all. Any survivor in contemporary academia may only operate within certain parameters. And some of his viewpoints in support of sweeping NWO changes are frankly unpalatable.
▪︎ He regurgitates in the book the self-serving “Thucydides Trap” meme, used by neocons and fellow travellers to justify containment, destabilization, and aggression towards China. This is boilerplate we can skip.
▪︎ He strongly supports the anthropomorphic cause of climate change, so another PC box he ticks off.
▪︎ He facetiously harps on climate change as primary cause of ending of Pax America! And he cites that all of these migrants moving into southern Europe and southern border of the US is because of this! When it is demonstrably a contrived forced and assisted migration by the elites. He cites 2 million going into Europe from 2013 to 2018; what about the the 2 million that went into the US just this year alone since Biden mounted the stolen throne? He skipped over all of the unjust wars of choice, the global war on terror (GWOT), Cebrowski-Rumsfeld Doctrine, PNAC, Wolfowitz Full spectrum dominance….
As for fires and flooding everywhere, has he forgotten arson (demonstrated in Cali, Oz, even in Erdogan’s Anatolia, etc), DEW, HAARP, etc.
So this is a Prof that really knows how to tap dance better than old Fred Astaire!
▪︎ He complains China was admitted to World Trade Organization in 2001 through “misguided” USA efforts and they subsequently became workshop of the world.. As a careful historian he knew it was a deliberate class-conscious off shoring of western jobs by Industrialists, for shareholder profit and to gut unions, so this false innocence doesn’t wash. And it was even more known the millennial Chinese propensity to be the workshop of Earth, if only given the stability and wherewithal to operate, which was largely present by 1970s.
Nonetheless, I noted brave and relevant historiography, as noted by some others, on the key connection between plagues and the birth of new eras and empires. Recall CS Lewis and Screwtape Letters, “𝘔𝘺 𝘋𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘸𝘰𝘰𝘥, 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘯 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘶𝘴 𝘣𝘺 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘸… 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘳 𝘶𝘱 𝘢 𝘩𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢 𝘣𝘺 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘢 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘦, 𝘴𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘤𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧𝘧 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘨𝘪𝘧𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘺, 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵…”
McCall did so for the bubonic Black Death and that which it ushered in – the rise of the global Iberian empires. I agree a similar process is clearly unfolding, as current circumstances helps usher out Pax America..
He also discussed openly something intimated for a while, namely that China should take over the mantle from Pax America in 2030, [hence the coming 7 years of deprivation and leveling of the West as part of Agenda 2030.] This point interests me the most. However, IMO this transition will not take place. A major betrayal is in motion..
But details were largely skipped during the interview, and hinted at by either the interviewer in the introduction of the work or by McCall himself. Pity so little of truth is permitted on “polite” radio conversation.

Dear Sean,
“quit” as in figure of speech, like Roberto Duran saying, “no más!” I was indulging in usual hyperbole. Vancouver appeared to join LA and Long Beach ports in saying, no more to human incompetence, willful neglect, and plotting.
Seriously, what are odds the port handling 1/3 of Canadian cargo and the current critical backup for California has all its highways leading into it blocked simultaneously and is forced to shut down at worst possible time?? And this in conjunction with “mishaps” you note of loggers, engineers, planners, managers… well Nero improved his violin skills eventually, and may have started the bonfires during the most inspiring phase.
Canada’s largest port quit?? Huh?? It was climate changed, rivers of water overhead, going to be less frequent, but, more deadly in the future…..blah blah (possible computer glitch, modeling can be like that) but yes, someone forgot to tell the loggers that if you ‘clearcut’ the trees from the mountain you cause climate change, we used to call it stupidity, but ask the engineer who designed the road along the bottom of a clear cut mountain, “did you take ‘the weather’ into consideration?” No? Did you miss the Forrest…..what, no trees. But yes, blame the weather for human mismanagement, stupidity, and hubris, so very human of us.
Not one news story, none that I seen, mentioned the clear cutting issues……maybe those trees are being turned into bio pellets and are being burned in EU power plants instead of coal. I’d try to cover that up also.
Cheers M
We might complain about all the recent madness especially among the youth and stealing cars or anyone running out of child subsidy money.
But anyone with a brain and a calculator can figure out that in 1966 we were 200 million strong with a public debt of 320 billion dollars, that’s $1,600 per person alive then, the minimum wage was $1.60/hr
In 2007 we were 300 million strong with a national debt of 9 trillion dollars, that’s $30,000 per person alive at that time. The minimum wage was $5.85/hr
In 2021 we are 333 million strong with a public debt of $28.4 trillion, That’s $85,000 per person alive today, and the minimum wage is $7.25.
Now the public debt and the cost of living are directly related, but not in terms of minimum wage, that’s a whopping 53 times increase in the directly related debt to minimum wage increases.
So any kid today could know that doing the math of what a kid in 1966 owed b/c of their country’s debt, and the 53 times more that todays kids are responsible for in the name of cost of living, (and with the threats of another round of looming price inflation), that they really are not going to get the same shake that their generational companions got in the past, and rather than attempt the fight, or once the fight is lost, simply drive themselves nuts knowing who to target on the way down.
They said it was going to get ugly, and it has.
There always is a choice … go steal a car, and break some windows, or build a community vegetable garden. (Steal the spade and the garden fork and the rake!)
You explain the money side well in terms of debt, but there is always equity.
Yes, my expectation is bad ugliness in the US for some months to come now. Some of us will skip that stage and for that I am thankful. But then, some of us have been through it. Those kids must learn resilience.
Here is a good Catherine Austin Fitts. We’re coming closer in thinking again. She is now not so intent on dissing any money system based on modern digitized technologies, but there is something that we still disagree with. Still she uses the dollar but she is now less of a Luddite in her presentation. She says basically that digitized currencies are fine, but one must have a physical currency as well. I would argue that what she proposes as the necessities to remain outside the control system, water, shelter, food and so on, already represent a physical currency.
Anyway, I enjoyed this and I hope you do too. The secret of staying outside of control systems is going to take clever thinking on a personal basis.
I am not in agreement with CAF that all leaderships in the world are part of something like one world government. I think her basis of saying that is wrong and it is based on her not deeply understanding other systems. I’ll try and make an analogy .. what she is saying, is that because we all use pencils and pens and computers to write with, and the other part of the world also use pencils and pens and computers to write with, they are all in cahoots. Listen to that bit (where she talks about 190 or 193 or so countries in cahoots) and see if you can see what I am saying and disagree with me if you like. Just please understand her presentation before you disagree, and that would mean to listen to it lol.
Perhaps it is a question of being outside of the west, in order to see the differences.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zorM6XOZ13o&t=276s
I liked the CAF idea, the concept, of “entertrainment”. And I listened to and read her material that you suggested. But… My impression or opinion of the good lady has not changed. Generally, I ignore her, as, to be blunt, her complicated ideas simply don’t make much sense to me. “Mind control” by the use of language is simply a re-naming of the art of rhetoric. Of course, everyone knows that technical augmentation of this art exploded with the invention of writing, printing, radio and it’s daughters like the ‘net and the experts at selling “dead cats to the board of health” – while the poor schmuck is still the same old year one vulnerable chump. I see no reason to complicate this obvious and old manifestation. It’s quite simple to avoid by turning off the electronics and picking up the gardening tools or the shop tools, or playing with the dog or going for a walk. As I have said, radio receivers tracking actual events in near real-time is a good way to avoid the propaganda, said propaganda being the deceptive and cheap, virtue-less, use of rhetoric. Sadly, in this Time, the kiddies are conditioned in an evil way. In US schools they do not learn any methods of resistance to propaganda. One must home-school, and that may be very difficult if parents are poor, ignorant, or busy. Nevertheless, in the end, a lack of virtue is a terminal social condition. It can’t last. As Shakespeare said in MacBeth Time is (will be) Free!
There’s a salacious propaganda going ’round that those diabolical Rooouskies might destroy the US GPS satellites any time, presumably over the dangerous affair at Ukie.
Speaking of communications…. sooner or later the electronic network of propaganda system will fail…what then will become of the molded minds of the poor schmucks? Here I recall CME events as well a EMP events, or simply targeting netlinks like sea cable and satellites. No doubt all that has been and is being gamed as options.
When people are released from control, awaken, and are hungry, what then?… “film at eleven” they used to say. This inevitable occurrence promises to be a very big “Hey Rube!”
BTW, many thanks for your good nature and hard work!
“Perhaps it is a question of being outside of the west, in order to see the differences.”
I think it it is a question of being as deeply in the west as possible, and seeing the differences while remaining objective and free in ones mind and spirit. Perhaps that was meant, but there will be no escape other than by dubious delusuionists routes. As for CAF, she’s a beautiful lady and I respect her greatly, I struggle with the voice, meaning accent, but that’s my problem, not hers.
The Saker posted his piece on the upcoming Putin – Biden* summit.
I made a comment there about China upgrade of ASEAN relationships to comprehensive strategic partnership and also that China/Russia intersect in SCO and Asean (and they are both also security organizations and in combination very large).
And here we’ve been talking about bumper submarines.
So now, we have this on Tass this morning. : Russia, ASEAN to hold first ever joint naval drills in early December
The large anti-submarine warfare ship Admiral Panteleyev will represent Russia in the drills
China has not been there for 6 full minutes and we have naval drills with a large anti-submarine warship from the Russian side.

It’s possible that munitions just go off by bad luck, but the frequency of explosions seems to my eye anomalous.

They are practicing a suicide that 30 minutes later will eliminate North America as a viable inhabitable location for much more than roaches and red ants.
This kind of behavior by the US is another form of “self abuse”.
Militarily, considering what the Russians have in defense and offense, a launch of a cruise missile or guided bomb will signal the end to most of the West in response by Shoigu’s military.

Do clarify, amarynth, does the consensus of combined moderation policy shift depending on your own wishes?
Recently Dima B. @ Crosstalk spoke of the inadvisability of “increasing the basis of a quarrel”.
I thought that this was a very sensible idea. Who remembers the old patriarch in Romeo and Juliet who, informed of the party crashers, ordered the boys to “take no notice”? If only they had done as ordered, ther’d a’been no play.
for fun @ 43:26 and example, by the great Tom Waits https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZpoaQ2JcPE Kenny the hitman..oh boy what a part!
Actually it’s a great film…watch the whole thing.
Meantime, this idea, that of avoiding increases in quarrels, is precisely what Comrade VVP and his State are attempting to achieve, and probably what our host and his representatives also attempt…
Happily, in the film, the quarrels are nicely and finally settled. Waits does a great job!
Agreed, increasing the basis of a quarrel, or a world war, is not a good idea, and communicating by a nod, the barely perceptible raising of an eyebrow, the surreptitious whisper, profound metaphor or silent prayer, a better way forwards. Do not incite pugnacity but peace, hence I take the handle The Idiot, then no one needs to call me one and accrue bad karma, and so, forthwith to expose evil by subtle means and promote goodness, truth and beauty by overt ones.
“Pass us by, and forgive us our happiness” ― Fyodor Dostoyevsky, quote from The Idiot
There are some interesting things along these lines, things to ponder, things raised up in a Jewish story
(https://bths.enschool.org/ourpages/auto/2012/2/1/41444073/Gimpel%20the%20Fool.pdf) by Isaac Bashevis Singer. Long time ago my mother and I were studying this genre, and I brought up Bontsha the Silent, and she brought up Gimpel the Fool. Both stories are fine illustrations of a way.
In the Quaker realm we often repeat the proverb “A soft answer turns away wrath.” In the construction trades we might say “Do not address problems the answers to which do not lead to completing the job.” Both are easy to say, but not so very easy to do.
I ought to read more of Fyodor…
Gimpel is a great story. Mom was right, better than Bontsha.

Whenever I see stories like this I wonder do they really think it matters,or are they just saying something because they think they need to say something.Do they really think it matters to the US if their sanctions are illegal or not, that couldn’t mean less to them.Only action means something to them, such as saying,”we don’t see anything productive that would come from a summit between Putin and Biden”. If as we hear, that the US wants the summit is true, then not letting them have it,would send a message.A message that you can’t try to harm Russia, and still expect Russia to give you something you want.

Opinion: Liberal conspiracy against Vladimir Putin Igor Skurlatov
Professor Igor Skurlatov spoke about the attempt to impeach the president. Professor Skurlatov is convinced that the active push for the QR code project in Russia carries another clear objective – exposing Russian head of state Vladimir Putin in an impeachment attempt.
Russian political scientist, leader of the “Third Force” coalition, Professor Igor Skurlatov is one of those experts who not only oppose the growing state control over society, control that has become almost threatening with the pandemic, but also are also seeing signs of big problems looming.
Thus, Skurlatov considers the subject of the upcoming State Duma consideration of a bill on the compulsory use of QR codes in public places and in transport, discussed in recent days, as a particularly alarming moment. . And if before the expert and many of his collaborators were limited to critics with not the most pleasant epithets in the spirit of the “digital concentration camp”, he is now talking about much more worrying things.
For example, Igor Skurlatov is convinced that the active push for the QR code project in Russia carries another well-veiled goal – to bring Russian head of state Vladimir Putin under attack, to make him responsible for almost all the unrest in Russia. citizens and ultimately eliminate it from power.
In fact, Professor Skurlatov speaks directly to the existence of a conspiracy against the Russian president.
In keeping with Putin’s age, competing heirs and various “successors” are beginning to prevail. Of course, VVP is a cautious and cunning person. If he sees anyone’s presidential ambitions, he straightens out. However, there are no fewer candidates. I personally communicate with dozens of people who do not hide their goal – to become the head of the Russian Federation. That is, there is a demand for the position.
This means that there are proposals. At present, a “collective successor” to Putin has been formed – a liberal power bloc, in which the Sislibs have united with the heads of the power departments on the basis of the ideology that global globalization imposes on us.
It is the representatives of this group who weave powerful intrigues “near the Kremlin”, I substitute the Guarantor for public actions as the initiator of the most unpopular government decisions like the “reform” of pensions. Or here is the introduction of QR codes, which all locals unambiguously associate with Putin, despite his distance from this project. Why is all this being done? To “get through” the situation, blow up the rarefied social world, force the population to take to the streets and demand the resignation of the head of state.
The liberal power bloc has a whole range of tools at its disposal to move away from VVP and establish its own power. The above tactics are therefore just one of many. Zinichev’s case has shown many that the patience of the “new” elites is running out – time flies not only for the old, but also for the young.
V. Is Putin fully aware of the dangers threatening him from his own environment? Quite. And he defends himself as best he can. Cleans those that can be “cleansed”. He is closing ranks, etc. But the opposing bloc, which has become the “Second Force” in place of Navalny, remains for the moment, alas, the only group capable of reaching the highest power.
Ordinary citizens of the Russian Federation should be bitter at this news. For the reign of the Liberal-Siloviki will bring about the rapid destruction of Russian civilization and the millennial Russian state.

The West, a mockery of Freedom
by Thierry Meyssan
We are reproducing a text written at the request of the Foundation for Combating Injustice by Yevgeny Prigozhin. In it, the author goes back over the protection that President Jacques Chirac had granted him and over the assassination attempts that he and his team were subsequently subjected to. Our readers have experienced these events first hand, but this is the first time that Thierry Meyssan publicly mentions the hunt he was subjected to. It is in no way a question of holding him to account: the personalities he is questioning certainly acted in the belief that they were serving the country. But French citizens must know the crimes that are being committed in their name.

Just a quick note.
If you’re using the Telegram app (and you should be because it is easy to follow only certain streams of information and reduce the information overload) here is something:
………….
Telegram does not practice censorship, but their application is hosted on the Google Play Store and AppStore, so they are dependent on Google/Apple censorship policies.
👌🏻 But there is a simple and very quick solution to bypass all this censorship permanently: do not install Telegram from the PlayStore.
📌 It’s very simple:
↪️ uninstall your current version of Telegram
↪️ reinstall the official version downloaded directly on Telegram website.
…………….
Apparently, there was a massive purge of Telegram channels in the US to keep people from talking about Waukesha.

Money is said to be at the root of all evil, and that we should follow this to get to its source, but what will we find there, a mountain of glorious coins and bank notes and gold bars, and who will it all belong to?
Perhaps going a few steps further we might find envy, ambition and power-lust lying at the root of evil, of which money is the gambit outer symbol, and how it is all wrapped up in other areas, like the Great Reset virtue signalling entertainment industries that shout messages of half truths, lies, evil as good, in sport, culture, social life style memes, education, money itself and you name it, the skies the limit.
No wonder then that pessimism, cynicism, aggression are so easily found, and the marvel of small things and magic moments that matter are not broadcast, or if they are, glittered up for personal advantage.
The greatest attributes, manifest talents, abundance, descend as a blessing for all, and may at least be striven for individually in helping to enable a better future. Striving for blessing, why not, no one will know…
