Say Nothing
Sent out my prayer, needed backup;
Patience appeared, saying “Drink from the cup.”
“Say nothing”, said Silence, “and take a sip”,
I decided to listen, and took a nip.
When mind piped in, with, “It might be a trick –
How do you know it ain’t Old Nick?”
“Say nothing,” said Silence, “and take a draught.”
I decided to listen and commit to the craft.
One day I saw patterns and fine golden scripts
With meanings unknown among the conscripts.
“Say nothing,” said Silence, “is what I prescribe.”
I decided to listen and once more imbibed.
Sent out my prayer, needed backup,
Patience appeared, saying, “Drink from the cup.”
“Say nothing,” said Silence, ” and then you will hear,
All of the things I’ve been saying for years.”

In the cold and bleak wintertime, below the earth’s surface, spread out over vast distances, natures great storage facility becomes mysteriously active, mysterious because of what remains unseen for months.
Below ground, a repository for light is formed, sunlight is stored and the world of roots become active in gathering substances they need for new growth.. Visible plant life becomes dormant. nature sleeps, not all, like the evergreens trees, but they too undergo changes in freezing winter darkness. The earth is then a harbour for light, for future growth. the bees are silent, the bears sleep, snow falls, stars shine.
Old Father Winter,
At last your work’s begun;
You’ve slept away the year,
Now here comes the fun.
Your hunger now awakened,
Stalks the weary earth,
Consuming all before you
For everything you’re worth…
Summer, summer has begun its run
It won’t be long and I’ll be in the sea, catching sun.
A rainy start to the Silly Season
But the garden’s blooming and that’s pleasin’
The humidity’s high
And it’s hard to get the washing dry
But summer’s here,
With lingering afternoons, and ice cold beer

This popped up on a yt playlist about a month ago.
I ached for a week (still aching) after watching.
I am that kid in the vid…. I am every kid in the vid.
Where did that Australia go?
Where is my youth? I put it here by my chair on the porch just a moment ago, and now I can’t find it.
Ouch.
Summer. School hols. Long long Days at the beach. Sunburn so intense; skin blistered into watery bubbles, then and formed lurid red welts before pealing off, layer after layer, almost to the bone.
The sense of loss and nostalgia aches like a phantom limb.

Peel. Skin peeled.
But the pain of a sunburn down to the bone certainly had one pealing in agony.

These lyrics……just…
Those were our young years, our wings were drying in the sun
Now the winter, at our window, feels so cold
Where are our young years?
Everything seen better days, boats in which we sailed away
Lie all rusted on rocky ground
Here we sit with a schooner of ale
Dreaming of a wind that’ll make us sail
Taking us far away
Do you remember how it was
We had the moon and tide behind us
We used to take it out up to here
Those were our young years
You know we live it all again
We could turn the tide and sail way
Back to our young years

I haven’t seen “The News with Rick Sanchez on RT for a couple of months now. Does anybody know what became of him? Is he no longer working for RT? Maybe sent on a tour of Russia, China, and Iran so he knows what he is talking about? Ill with or died from Covid? Hope he is OK.
https://www.rt.com/news/542259-anti-vaxxers-appendix-germany/
RT has run an article about German comedian Sarah Bosetti who joked that “right-wingers and anti-vaxxers are the “appendix” of society, so can be removed without issue”, and critics accuse her of taking rhetoric straight out of the “Nazi playbook.”
Tellingly, some of the readers show surprise that German comedians and comedy actually exist. Then again, with RT mainly catering to readers in the Anglosphere…
The trope/myth of Germans not having a sense of humor seems to be a thing in English-speaking circles. Personally I have long believed it to be a result of cultural and linguistic differences between Germany (plus Austria and Switzerland) and the UK/USA, topped with the monopolization of English as the international language.
Which other nationalities, if not linguistic backgrounds, see each other as ‘humorless’ to the degree that some Anglophones view German-speakers?

Mr P,
As a preteen I somehow became hooked on the sea novella, such as the Horatio Hornblower / Dick Bolitho series, which led to life long love of history and seeing the world. I read several dozen voraciously, the way some ladies consumed their Harlequin romances! But even as a child, I sensed that underneath the dashing pomp and gallantry, the British were not cavorting the seven seas to bring civilization or peace.. It was a relentless and remorseless War-machine. Essentially they were no different than Blackbeard and rascally freebooters; they had merely acquired the sophisticated patina of legality, rules and formalities. As US cops organized to become the biggest gang. I came to see Plymouth, Falmouth and other English port towns as temporary havens of refuge where activities took place such as you describe: “the forge, the boat works, the lumber-mill and whorehouse and the gardens and the pubs.”
Fascinating how before I learned real history or even had much sense, I read between the lines of Seafarer hagiography to equate Britannia itself, and by extension CONUS, Australia or any other island holding, as the ultimate pirate lair.. these were mere stops for R&R, refitting, and relaunching.. the real purpose and passion lay in the next expeditionary haul in a millennial way of life. The greatest most elaborate and prized possessions in these cultures were their Ships, and so today with subs and surface fleets.
So in contemporary terms, could you call these lands a base or lily-pad for force projection?
And this is the conundrum and likely action plan which the civilizational states face today – like the early Roman Republic confronted by Seafarer Carthage which would not (could not?) desist, led to Cato’s famous refrain, “delenda est Carthago!” It will not end well for the provocateurs of the current Punic Wars, which risk far more than mere salt in their soil.

Dear Amarynth, perhaps we should ban photos of Maria on this site?!
Formerly sober commentators were reduced to excited babbling and could not raise their eyes above the collar bone much less bother to interpret her words (thanks Mr P). One even calculated bra size for us! To be shamefully frank, even I was about to post a rejoinder about her sorely-neglected legs, but another beat me to it, lol. And it took Mr P to remind there were words of import too – but who had time to focus?
I think since the post-WW1 Feminist Revolution (the Roaring 20s) which Unveiled women’s bodies, we have not had a chance; indeed, hyperstimulation is a form of torture! And perhaps part of the raison-d’etre of that contrived revolution was to infantilize men? It was shaped by Bernays and his ilk, through the fashion industry, motion pictures and chic magazines..
In Victorian England our modern dress code would be considered pornographic and have the outraged Copper bludgeoning you in the streets on sight.. we recently discussed the true entrainment purposes of porn, so perhaps current dress-codes function as a massive Op on all men worldwide? Just before WW1, conservative mores were largely observed even in secular societies, so that it was hard to tell if a woman in an old faded blurry B&W photo was from say Iran, Italy, Ireland, Indiana or even Izhevsk in Russian Volga.
We men are at root quite simple!

Perhaps our dear Host now appreciates the necessity for RT/Sputnik to “evolve” their content to salaciously feed the modern man-child’s needs, in order stay relevant. Cannot our esteemed poets of the MFC post for us some of the apt and countless poems written about the somersaults men’s very souls take with seeing or thinking about certain women? And the male mind ceases operating! And the wise Chinese recommend old men to marry a lass, to rejuvenate the Yang, similar to what our Epicurean friend Sarcophilus described as “.. to admire the pretty girls when they pass by…keeps the blood circulating”

Well said, Friend.
Indeed, the people of the European peninsula evolved through adversity of waves of disease and in a condition of stress as sea people, fishermen-pirates (is there a difference?), and customary economic and legal structures that curate precisely the pirate or fascist model…and ultimately the imperial model of sea-power to control the global traffic of sea transport between islands and Heartland littorals. It was this model that forced his royalness King George to demand WW1 occur – as there was developing a unification by steam and rail of internal lines of commerce inside Heartland – a development that would evolve to obviate the piratical economic model. At this time this evolution of internal lines of economy has made the pirate model ineffective and void. It may be instructive to note that pirates necessarily develop shibbolethic attitudes toward their prey, which is sometimes called now “racism” – this is a necessary psychological protecting mechanism for the pirate mind. (“Racism” is also used as a rhetorical tool to attempt to create the false idea of disproportionate rights, a “racist” being anybody who stands up for his own community as being equal to an invading force.) Regrettably the term has been so poorly used that it’s worthless. It has too many meanings.
One of my own favorite pirate stories is that of Graf v Luckner. I have US Department of State reports on him (FOIA stuff) And early biographical materials (all in German). Bluntly, he was a intelligence asset to Imperial German Navy and later to the Gehlen Organization, a spy. In the Great War his incompetence commanding a ship under sail led to the grounding that destroyed his “pirate” ship – according to intercepted letters from his 1st Mate or “XO”, though the language is cautions and “coded”. In ’38, or the cusp of the European fubar, he sailed to New Zealand in a fairly small yacht-schooner – he was highly competent in boats. What dialogue he had there with MI6 is an open question. He claimed to have spent the war in retreat at family estate, but I have strong evidence (eye witness statements in writing) that he spent much of the war in Berlin, as he was a fixture at the Adlon bar..yards from Gestapo HQ. I like him, and wish I had met him. Like all heroic figures, the reality has sordid aspects. He was, inter alia, a bigamist, the record suggests. And an alcoholic (like many spies). The 4.1″ guns from Seadler at at the post office at Papeete. Ship> https://military-history.fandom.com/wiki/SMS_Seeadler_(1888) Luckner was sensationalized in popular literature by Lowell Thomas and did lecture tours in the US.
I ought to have said also that “the sea people” over-ran the civilizational land powers in the past, and more or less ruined them. It’s an old pattern that seems to never repeat but to rhyme. Good lecture on this> . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRcu-ysocX4 “1177 BC: The Year Civilization Collapsed (Eric Cline, PhD)”

In respect to the mooted matter (below) of free-masons and so forth, there is no necessity to propose ideas or theories with rely upon an increasing in complexity. The simplest explanation is, oh brother, complex enough already. And deadly serious.

“Cannot our esteemed poets of the MFC post for us some of the apt and countless poems written about the somersaults men’s very souls take with seeing or thinking about certain women?”
The evil Satan said to God: “You who give everyone their sustenance, I ask you an effective trap for my hunting.”
God showed him gold, silver and herds of horses and said, “You can fool the people with these.”
Satan said, “very well,” but parted with his big lips hanging like orange pulp.
God then provided him with gold, pearls and precious metals and said, “Take these traps as well, you accursed creature.”
The devil replied, “O you mighty provider. Give me more than this.”
God gave him pastry and sweets, good wine and silk material.
The devil said, “You almighty, come to my help. I need more than that in order to ensnare them with palm fronds. Thus your brave ones will break those ties with this trap, with these strings of ambition; those of yours who are trustworthy will be distinguished from those who are not. O you Sultan of the Highest Throne, I want a trap that is strong enough to fool people and send them spinning down headfirst.”
God put forth wine and gypsy dancers and Satan smiled half-heartedly to show he was only partially satisfied.
But when God showed him the beauty of women, which melts away men’s wisdom and patience, Satan snapped his fingers and began to dance for joy. “Give, Give!” he said, “now I have found what I wanted.” When he saw those seductive eyes that made men confused and indecisive, those beautiful faces that scorched the heart like incense, the beauty spots, the eyebrows, the ruby lips, it was as if God was manifest from behind a thin lace curtain. Seeing all these, the Devil danced with joy.

Men are April when they woo, December when they wed. Maids are May when
they are maids, but the sky changes when they are wives…. Shakespeare
My Delirium
I have two loves I’ve loved so well,
One’s face is dark, the other fair.
But whilst my lady does excel,
My mistress is beyond compare.
How blue the eyes, how pure the heart;
The one I could never do without.
How dull the hue, how black the art;
The one that sows the seed of doubt.
Each have their time, each have their place,
Their secret trysts and rendezvous.
Each have their smell, each have their taste,
Each have their long and fond adieus.
Where is the man who’d dwell in strife,
Where is the man who’d fret and strut?
Where is the man who’d leave his wife,
And risk it all for some poor slut?
Come, raise your glass to those that wed,
And speak of love most eloquently;
Without a mistress in one’s bed,
Life passes, oh, so miserably!
How blue the eyes, how pure the heart,
The one I could never do without.
How dull the hue, the lips that part,
The one that has the perfect pout.
I have two loves I’ve loved so well,
One’s cheek is wan, the other, red.
But whilst my lad does excel,
My mistress is the best in bed!
Come, raise your glass, come drink your fill,
Come sing from my psalterium;
Who’ll come to free, the all of me…
From my delirium?
Before you came,
things were as they should be:
the sky was the dead-end of sight,
the road was just a road, wine merely wine.
Now everything is like my heart,
a color at the edge of blood:
the grey of your absence, the color of poison, of thorns,
the gold when we meet, the season ablaze,
the yellow of autumn, the red of flowers, of flames,
and the black when you cover the earth
with the coal of dead fires.
And the sky, the road, the glass of wine?
The sky is a shirt wet with tears,
the road a vein about to break,
and the glass of wine a mirror in which
the sky, the road, the world keep changing.
Don’t leave now that you’re here—
Stay. So the world may become like itself again:
so the sky may be the sky,
the road a road,
and the glass of wine not a mirror, just a glass of wine.

Unfortunately, I lost most of my old notes and books. I have a memory of Ancient Greeks recommending to marry a plain woman? To avoid trouble?! I could be mistaken. Maybe Rumi learned from them too?

And it took only her laugh to realize
that beauty was the least of her.”

Dear Sean, regarding “Ladies? What say you…..”
I counted five heavy dots!
Not to worry. Before they ruined their name for triple eternity, Pfizer had a little blue pill which made them heroes of 𝙢𝙖𝙣kind.. which brought the Men of Westernesse up to date with secrets known to other civilizations for eons.. so now in the West, in their efforts to make up for lost time, it is the ladies complaining of the depredations of the randy old goats!
I am not of course insinuating anything about you or my Irish friends for that matter, who typically do not need it, and in fact may require the opposite course – a minor or major tranquilizer to calm them down.
Let us live, my Lesbia, and let us love,
and let us judge all the rumors of the old men
to be worth just one penny!

Dear All,
I have a serious question for those who may be more informed than most of us.
After reading the book The 13 Satanic Bloodlines – Paving the Road to Hell, written by the author Robin de Ruiter, I’m left with some serious questions.
In this very well researched book he claims that Vladimir Putin is also a free-mason and that therefore the direction in which his policies are pushed will finally meet with the plans of the rest of the ruling (masonic) elite.
Can/could anyone confirm? If true it could/would make moving to Russia in order to avoid this Build Back ‘Better’ crap here in the EU rather futile.
We have here had discussions as to how a legally binding agreement (in the matter of NATO retreat) between Zone A and Zone B could exist, since in international relations there is no bailiff, no superior power, by which legal appeal and enforcement might be applied. Comrade Eric Zuesse moots an enforcement “mechanism”…
“Putin: Ukraine Is to Russia What Cuba Was to America in the 1963 Cuban Missile Crisis”
(see searchengine with quoted title)
In particular this latter bit>
“get it in writing (though the U.S. routinely cancels its international agreements and therefore its “signature” is meaningless), in order subsequently to announce that if and when the U.S. ever violates what it had signed (and this follow-up by Russia will then automatically make the signed Agreement effectively inviolable-noncancellable), then, at that moment, both the full force of the Russian (and maybe also of the Chinese) nuclear forces that are targeted against the snake’s head (D.C., NYC, London, Toronto, Canberra, and Israel) will be promptly unleashed. That would be an unannounced and unwarned first-strike nuclear attack against the snake’s head. Then Russia (and maybe also China) will wait for any possible counter-attack (body-twitches from the snake) before unleashing a second unannounced nuclear attack, which would be against and destroying all nations that had participated in that counterstrike against those participating U.S.-allied nations’ counter-attack.”
(I think this is nutty, but also that these Times are also nutty.)
It might be that enforcement might be more precise as to targeting, more personal. This would seem to mirror certain zone A methods we all know and have seen. This is said by some to be an example of such subtle and precise method> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assassination_of_Andrei_Karlov
I recall Tacitus’s dictum> ” Justice is an issue only between equals, otherwise those in power do what they can and the weak forgive [suffer what they must].”
Along these lines about power, equality, and the distribution of it, and recalling Mao about where power comes from>
https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/7601546-under-no-pretext-should-arms-and-ammunition-be-surrendered-any (Uncle Karl)
Surely, those capable (for now, at least) of “an unannounced and unwarned first-strike nuclear attack against the snake’s head”, must be aware that such capability is almost certainly a fleeting “use it or lose it” opportunity. Waiting for some sort of legalistic justification is all but assured to give the snake time to develop countervailing defensive / offensive strategies and technologies.
Morc
It’s not just a nutty idea to do nuclear attack, it’s suicidal. But suicide does sometimes happen. The only countervailing defense is to get along within a rational frame. Everybody knows what people need, secure borders, peaceful streets, good honest education, jobs and children with a pension they can live on when they’re old. Like Commandante said, the time for weapons is past. Bless his soul.
A decapitation first-strike attempt WOULD have been suicidal under the old Mutually Assured Destruction paradigm. Does that logic still hold today? I don´t know. Hopefully, those who are in position to make this decision DO know.

Modern Piracy
I mentioned that the US is moving all of Taiwan’s chip manufacturing to Arizona (water water everywhere? for an industry that is a water hog).
I did not have enough proof at the time, but this is now breaking. Here is Brian Berletic.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4ON2IQTb6w
Thanks very kindly. Mr Berletic makes a good presentation. I do not yet see precisely where in Arizona the new pirate shops are to be located – and that makes a big difference in terms of water. Arizona being pretty much desert.
It is perhaps a sort of retreat, a rationalization of the arena, at least from the point of view from the pirate ship poop-deck. One might imagine Bluebeard taking, raiding ashore, taking all the cannon factory foundry and machine shop equipment aboard and back to the base. A “strategic re-alignment” might be the “log book entry.
The STEM graduates in the US are, from what I personally hear from colleagues associated with university scene and also from personal observation, do not match those of our Asiatic brothers. Some US STEM personas are very good, but they are also very few. At the least the US strategy will inevitably be unable to keep up – numbers and quality and plausible future situations also do not auger a happy outcome.
It’s not only Pearl Harbour Day, also December 6. 80 years ago, was the commence of the end of
Hitlers project of destruction of the Sowjet Union for ‘Lebensraum’ for the arian race. The Wehrmacht, some kilometers in front of Moscow, had to retreat on the entire middle front-sector.

Then someone cites Robert B. Stinnett’s Day of Deceit: The Truth about FDR and Pearl Harbor and Mr. Martyanov says it’s “revisionist”.
Where does one draw the line between the true events and revisionism?
It may be that there is a misunderstanding of the term “revisionist”.
Let us say that there is an event and many records made at and also soon after. Most of these records are secret – they are daily jottings in diaries or personal and also institutional nature. However there are also press-briefings and public statements for various reasons – let’s say there may be truth in some degree, as when the Roosevelt Administration announced the Pearl Harbor attack and the big news services reported the story… or in the nazi propaganda at the Überfall auf den Sender Gleiwitz.
Over time the secrets become public.
When these are discovered, then the history is revised.
The amateur radio fellas on the westcoast heard the Japanese fleet. So did the RO in the APL Lurline. The radio log book of Lurline has, I believe, not been seen since the ship docked and the record, an official document, was taken away (illegally)… If it were to “surface”, perhaps “misfiled” at the National Archives or in some private safe, then a revision would be necessary. (said fleet dispersed en-route PH due to a storm and had to use radio to re-assemble, ergo no bigbig ‘sprize!)
Revisionism is a process of discovering truth, and liquidating the propaganda. It is also very unpopular with propagandists. The experiences of Comrade Assange evidence the regrettable fate of revisionists who liquidate propaganda. Thus the process is itself an erasure of lies.
Revisionism can also, of course, be faked – then it is a manifestation of propaganda, not revisionist at all.
G2mil has a brief 2 part on PH that’s pretty accurate. One of the “problems” for propagandists is human memory, and writing. Not everybody at PH was surprised. In point of fact I used to know a particular fella who was there and whose car was strafed en-route to the base. In was a SBALIH attack. Everybody expected a war with Japan, if they were paying attention.
One might also note that the decision to do PH was made based on the astonishing failure of British to keep secrets about Singapore – see the Automeldon affair and the Auxiliary Cruiser Atlantis. The astonishing success in a tactical sense of the PH torpedo attacks came from the lessons the British gave at Taranto – with modified torpedoes. Our Imperial Japanese Comrades took careful note of these modifications. Evidently Roosevelt did not. It seems FDR expected the old ships to suffer much less damage than they actually did. However the old ships in PH were just what the doctor ordered, and the modern carriers just “happened” to have gone away.

Roosevelt had told them the Japanese were likely to attack soon, possibly next Monday. It has been well documented that the United States had broken the Japanese’ codes and that Roosevelt had access to them. It was through intercept of a so-called Purple code message that Roosevelt had discovered Germany’s plans to invade Russia. It was Hull who leaked a Japanese intercept to the press, resulting in the November 30, 1941, headline “Japanese May Strike Over Weekend.” ”
The RFK affair (I was myself only a few miles from the scene of the crime, a hot June night in LA, doing shortwave listening, which is a bit like surfing the ‘net in Morse-code, but also had the local AM broadcast station doing the reports from the hotel.) …the RFK affair and Sirhan was for me informed clearly when Sirhan was represented by that good man Cooper. I knew a lot about that good man, and understood the business, ahem. Wm Pepper and his cohort are “revisionists”, and I hope that the innocent Sirhan is released, but understand what that would mean for the propagandists.
Very well.
So, then, what should I tell (or rather, how should I break this to) Mr. Martyanov? Or do I just let this slide?
Dimitar started this cafe with a poem and the phrase “Sent out my prayer, needed backup;”
Of course my backup in times like these, is the kitchen. So, we can all always up our skillset if we make food for the family.
Here is a guy that I’ve checked out before, he has no training really, but he learned some from a neighbor and continued learning. So, now he is making a series of what he learned. Very sweet and very nice. This one, in particular, I found valuable because of how he steps through some basic skills while preparing a tough cut of meat, and getting a delicious dish out of there. Cooking is much more process than what it is ‘recipe’.
His learning steps are:
– Dry Brine (can use with many other types of meat)
– Mis En Place (If your preparation is done well, it actually saves a lot of time, and by the time the food goes into a pot, you’re done and can look after the food and do the fun part. That gives you time also to clean while you work. The only time we really fight in our house, is if my husband prepares something, he does not do his mis en place, and then calls me for help because he finds himself in a time twist.
– Braising (Excellent skill to have .. Do this correctly and you can use it for many many things)
– Caramelizing (Major skill to have and the main ‘cook in the flavor’ ingredients. Here he uses a traditional set of aromatics. There is a French name for this, which I forget now .. In Spanish we call it Sofrito. This is a good skill to have, because everything with a liquid, starts with aromatics and if you want to try something Indian, or any stew-like food, even something like Chicken Paprika, you do it the same way, yet the aromatics change. It all starts with caramelizing the onion.
– Fresh Ground Spices (a whole different experience than the filler-stuffed ground spices that you buy in the supermarket – if you use just a little like in this example here, use a mortar and pestle for sure. But I’m lazy and use a spice grinder – much easier.)
– Using Acids (OK; here I disagree. I would not use that amount of wine and would not put water in any food. I use stock. So, I would half his wine qty and add in some stock – some wine must be left over to drink!)
– Building Layers of flavor
– Adapting
– Home Made Bread (The simplest flat bread ever!)
– Paying Attention
So, for the liquid in his beef short ribs – it has potential of course. You can make it into a proper sauce or do as he did it, and use it on top of something. If you thicken it say with flour, just make very sure that it simmers a long time so that the flour is very well cooked through. So this can be done the traditional way by making a roux and thicken that way, or put some flour in a deep sieve – put the whole sieve part in the pot and into the liquid, (while holding it of course) and stir in the flour with the back of a spoon. I’m traditional and would make a roux, but I’ve done this sieve thing before for lack of time. It looks messy, but it works and is quick. I would also stir in a bit of butter then. A roux is equal qty’s of flour and butter.
The other thing, he cooks with olive oil. I do not like to heat olive oil. So, I would use another oil with a higher smoke point, and use the good olive oil with a bit of salt, for dipping the flatbread. For me, good olive oil is now too expensive these days to use for everyday cooking.
Finally, he does not know how to cut onions and loses too much of that onion! And use the back of your knife to scrape things from the cutting board into a bowl. Not the sharp edge – that is mistreating his new chef’s knife. (Or, just have a dough scraper on hand as part of mis en place if you have a lot of chopping to do .. easy).
If you know these basic methods, your whole winter menu is already easier.

I’m sure you create poetry in the kitchen, Ama…
Thank you for all the poems, from north and south, and thanks to God for the eternal light of the mind.
Now a continuation of my theme, it being the light of the sun, above the ground in summer, and stored as a repository in winter.
At the underground station in the northern hemisphere… a silent world teeming with life continues, in rhythms most marvellous and flowing, in fluctuating forms unheard….
Below the surface of these vast areas, the roots of things are active and grow deeper.. and in the moist earth where sun rays are held, the focus of Father Winter was centred, there where the assimilation of all needed for life is being gathered into the roots of things for the future….
The mighty oak trees, haven for countless insects and birds, the wild thyme and the violets, lime trees hundreds of years old massed with blossoms, where the sound of humming arises like tan all pervading, continuous chanting on one tone, like the OM, but from where countless bees are gathering nectar from millions of flowers in the sun.
Your’s is an especially elegant and beautiful post. Thank you kindly.
opening the windows this morning…
night over…
new day begins (the scene)
Praise be to God!
It is a little scary when one thinks about it… (guess that is why we do not)
take in the ideas the new ambiance… while we stand at the window panes unsure of ourselves, do we take the jump, into the unknown… venture where no one has gone before (frightening).
or stand still… stuck in our out-dated and pre-fabricated – pre- planed out thoughts (a construct of Mammoth proportions)
take that next step and we will never be the same again… but the spiritual universe is there (untapped) just waiting to be discovered (beyond the construct).
“All aboard,” yells the locomotive engineers- the train is just stopping between stations- we have to move on!
“lets get a move on humans”
“lets get movn’ while the getting good (black clouds – sneak in) time to set and move.
the sword battle rages on- look up to the skies for help- it is just over the clouds – keep the faith.
beg for guidance… it will arrive just when we are not knowing of it- God exists! We are not alone (it just feels like a shooting star most of the time- difficult to grasp or keep long enough to feel any relief.)
do not worry the support u needs exists in every person (sometimes it is just in a faint smile- but it is there somewhere)
We say (Muslim saying) God is great… do we think about, the hand we use to grasp with- how gentle it can be- so delicate- so precise- so at times loving- but who created it- we were born with it- just a tiny microscopic clot at first- it grew with us through childhood- until today as adults- I use it to type this- never thinking that I owe a Creator thanks for it (on the daily) we go about our lives oblivious to a Creator- (ignorant people) – put urselves in ur Creators shoes he created all these people- allowed them to enjoy themselves in whatever way they choose- but in the end they turn about and never ever ever ever say thanks!
why?
When we are on our knees in pain and despair we cry out we demand help-yet that is what we have come to (as a society) – we only recognize God when we need help…
He is there…he was there all along.. from the little child to the old man…just waiting for us to acknowledge..
God is Great with or without us… and constantly maintaining and fixing us the planet the universe…. why???
That is soo much work (I think- so much work that I can not comprehend it)
But we live in a secular world… this all just goes unsaid … quiet… just never mention it in college (it is a bad bad thought- our thought masters look down on us)
…get on ur roof top (not literally) and look out there one night- one might glimpse a orange horizon baby- or maybe a flash of lightning after mentioning to God all ur unsurmountable troubles.
just hold no have patience..have hope…be thankful, give make plans.. keep going – life maybe terminal (but we as a species are not).
u r still alive and kicking might as well be proud of that.
doom has not won (thought it existed for a long long long time- was written about- so I know of it)
confusion…yes… but I know and you know it exists….
it is a choice…
Reading Myrtle (above) we @ anoxia, garden, and marvel at the occult life – and we have critters of the underground, noting “burrowing crayfish” and all matter of lives we only glimpse, and mushroom circles, “fairy circles”. All congruent with god’s pleasure, and delightful. Most of the leaves have fallen now, and the surfaces are damp and grey. The owls hoot, and birds seek warmth. Critters sleep a lot.

an observation, Mercouris, as a “de-frocked” barrister, is nevertheless an astute student in rhetorical and logical analysis (FWIW I think they set him up). He and his colleague Mr C do earnest and serious work. Today I see “End of Ukraine’s NATO Dream” and “End of Ukraine’s NATO Dream…”
We’ll yes, their analysis is probably about right. But, well, for some reason I am reminded of Comrade B Shaw’s little routine with the lady. http://quotations.tastefulwords.com/george-bernard-shaw/shaw-madam-would-you-sleep-with-me-for-a-million-pounds/ And expect that our “neo-con” brothers are going to take this horse for a ride. Being seen to have made a deal, perhaps, as JFK did with the Jupiter rockets in Turkey, and/or the Russian ones in Cuba, or not invading Cuba at the Bay of Pigs, doing deals with the “enemy”, sometimes leads to “corrections”, in the US sphere. (That’s what McCain called it). The old fella, “Mr 10%”. being used this way makes us think it’s “elder-abuse”…but then why worry about it? Still, it’s tacky, eh?
Withal, NATO and the fellas are going to back off, and they’re going to be sabotaged by factional “interests”. – such is my reading of Mercouris, in context.
Of burrowing creatures east west north and south, I neglected to mention, they do however include one species of owl, a very endearing and wise owl.

We should indeed have respect for all things, including the burrowing fauna and all animals who dwell in tunnels and caves without ever even seeing the light of day.
Who knows what the future holds for humans, perhaps there will come a time when we are forced to adapt to a subterranean environment for a while..
The suns light contains inherent transformational properties for all life, including the interior of the earth, the crayfish are not harmful, just a nuisance, the plants that bear poison and hallucinogenic properties are, some types of mushrooms and plants. Light can be less than helpful, or dangerous.

Baltic countries starts talks on Russian electricity import increase — operator
According to spokesperson of Estonia’s Elering Ain Koster, Estonia and Latvia earlier reduced the volume of trade with Russia on the basis of Lithuania’s desires.
TALLINN, December 7. /TASS/. Baltic States have started negotiations on the increase of electricity import from Russia and Belarus, spokesperson of Estonia’s Elering Ain Koster told ERR news portal on Tuesday.
“We can currently say that we have been in contact with Lithuanian colleagues [in respect of higher electricity import from Belarus and Russia – TASS] and this contact will continue intensively over the coming days,” the spokesperson said.
Estonia and Latvia reduced the volume of trade with Russia on the basis of Lithuania’s desires, Koster said. “And now we are discussing if we can turn on the tap a little, so to speak. But we cannot say what the exact numbers are yet, those are still being discussed,” he added.
Lithuania made the decision in September 2021 to limit throughput capacity at connections with Belarus, to prevent Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant’s electricity from entering the Baltic countries’ market.

In the following article, the pope announced he was willing to meet with Patriarch Kiril in Moscow. This would be the first visit by a sitting pope in history.

Maybe there is some common ground to defend Christianity to save Christmas?
