God loads His brush with vermilion and gold,
Takes aim and renders the glory of dawn.
A quick rinse in the ocean and morning unfolds,

“There’s a knee of seacoast I’d like to address.”
Bistered escarpments, hitherto unchecked,
Are subtly reworked and bring an, “Ah, yes!”
His attention then turns to the horizon far-off,
Where gathering clouds are stained with grey.
A cold front on the move, preceded by a trough –
Prussian blues and indigoes, the order of the day.
With the storm at last spent, the desert is next,
Where the dust devils swirl over shifting sands.
Here, russets and umbers create the effects,
As His blessings rain down all through the badlands.
Then it’s time for all creatures both great and small,
As an array of fine brushes suddenly appears!
Each adjustment is made for the inevitable long haul,
From the spots on the leopard to the mouse’s ears.
Meanwhile in the city, the sirens sound shrill,
Echoing through labyrinths of concrete and steel.
The Master, once again, with consummate skill,
Brings colour to a world that’s turned surreal.
A break, night descends, and God’s work resumes,
With a touch so deft and wisdom impearled;
Working wonders with hearts, He drives away gloom,

Way too many products used in Russia and China use US parts or patents somewhere in their supply chain. Or,are using other products that have that same fatal issue.Or,the use of sanctions stops other outside companies from working with Russia or China.A good example is the pipelaying ship that was forced to stop work on Nord Stream 2 delaying it for almost a year,giving time for the political forces in Germany that opposed it,time to come up with another way to stop it. It’s time that Russia and China develop their own parts for industrial products. In Russia’s case the oil and gas industry’s tools and equipment.In China’s case in particular, computer chips of their own. From this article in RT it looks like China is already planning that,now is Russia’s turn to follow suit.

I wonder if there is a correlation of regular consumers of these fast foods with kuru-like dementia? Angela Merkel had terrible body tremors and shakes in recent years, even during parades with visiting dignitaries.. Dementia has exploded in recent decades in western countries and those which adopted the western lifestyle..

Some weeks ago I saw the trailer for the upcoming Nu Pogodi! CG reboot. As much as I’d like to see new adventures centering on Volk and Zayats, I can’t help but notice how much negative publicity the trailer got, even after YouTube disabled the dislike counter. Heck, even the son of the original creator did not want the reboot to be made and even ordered (state-owned?) Soyuzmultfilm to cancel it. What does this mean for the integrity of Soyuzmultfilm?

So far I have yet to figure out what it is about Japan and South Korea that makes them relatively less “woke” than the Anglosphere even as occupied vassals of the US.
One thing I like in anime is how lip movements aren’t obligated to match the spoken dialogue, a practice I’ve noticed in Western (and even Russian) animation which I honestly find to be pointless – the work isn’t going to be aesthetically realistic anyway, so what’s the point? (Some might probably see it differently)
Now I just gotta find a decent anime that has no spoken dialogue à la Tom and Jerry, Mr. Bean, or Warner Bros.’ Wile E. Coyote short films…

I think we will transition from wall to wall Covid in this coming year (What I enjoy about this thought, is that there will be a batch of alarmist websites that will have to find another reason for their existence!)
Russia is transitioning to another profile
China is right there with them, saying that it is up to China and Russia now to keep peace in the world
Iran is holding firm with their demand to drop all sanctions. The sanctions regime is being ‘defanged’ ever so slowly and then it will be fast
Multi polarity will be a transition for years and years to come
We’ve had a few folks here losing family and mothers – that is a major life transition
We see the transition of the US&Cronies to a normal place in the world. Not yet in the big banks, but certainly in the actions of the economy. Wait for a massive announcement during the coming Olympics in Beijing – I’ve been waiting for it, and Pepe Escobar said just recently
After the last two years, we have to transition into deep and joyful living again. Build dreams, write down objectives, gain/re-gain some happiness despite the transitions. I’m not talking silly New Year’s resolutions but rather a healing from almost trauma of the last few years.
Anyway, these are the thoughts – let me combine this with very good wishes for you all into the transitions. Still hold on to your hats .. change is either revolutionary or evolutionary. These transitions are both!

Amarynth, I like your wisdom of dealing with the political weathers. Beyond the current immense transitions, transition is the normal, where it lacks there is death. But the ‘normals’ hate transitions. The position, the house, the love – may they stay as they were…
As the second half of life belongs to the invisible realm of maturing thoughts and feeling, one can watch those ‘normals’ beyond their 50th, exposing their ‘second youth’ to the scene outside, without realizing their ridiculosity, same with the US ‘elite’ and their media, daily exerting a collective example of such immaturity.
I think astrological observation of our physical cosmic system is a powerfull mean to mature psychicly, as synchron with the physic transitions in our cosmic family are the due psychic ones. However, the rates/methods at which the Government of all “nations” are, as you hint, taking away the Free Will of their citizen’s is remarkably similar – to the extent that it is easy to imagine that there is, in reality, already a single psychopathic Global Governance managing this Great Flood .

If malignancy seeks to establish “a thousand-year Reich” and a majority submit to this – whether they were cognizant and witting or not – well contingencies and reboots were invariably triggered in the past and we can safely presume is about to be triggered unless there is a major deviation in our current group behavior. And as our Lord is Just and consistent in application of justice* then it follows punishment is due.

I do not know what is going on in Russia. And I do think biowarfare has been deployed. So. While that US plane was “doing laps and loops” as close to the Sevastopol coast as it dared, I was lurking a thread which had ex US military guys listening in via various radio systems.

The guys on the thread I was lurking were quite concerned about the plane…. As it seemed to be in the area to support some other, ground based activity….perhaps an incursion into the “[ATO zone]”??? I don’t know, this ^is 100% speculation on my part.
But I wonder3d why they were so concerned, and they were listening in for the “every 30 minute” transmission that confirmed they were “still live”, or “alive”…. What was the US doing that it needed to report via a radio every 30minutes ?

WASHINGTON, Dec 31 – RIA Novosti. The conversation between US and Russian Presidents Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin has ended, Dmitry Peskov told RIA Novosti .
According to the White House, negotiations began at 3.35 pm Washington time (23.35 Moscow time) on Thursday and ended at 16.25 (00.25 Moscow time Friday), lasting 50 minutes.
As Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov noted earlier , the negotiations were initiated by the Russian side. According to him, this is an ordinary telephone conversation without a public part.

On December 7, the presidents of the two countries talked about two hours by video link. Biden expressed concern over tensions between Russia and Ukraine . Putin, in turn, drew attention to the fact that Kiev is not fulfilling the Minsk agreements, and outlined the red lines – NATO ‘s eastward expansion and the deployment of offensive weapons on Ukrainian territory and in countries adjacent to Russia.
Ten days later, Moscow published draft agreements with the United States and agreements with NATO member states, which include, inter alia, provisions on mutual security guarantees in Europe , non-deployment of intermediate and shorter-range missiles in each other’s reach and refusal to further expand the North Atlantic alliance, including at the expense of the former republics of the USSR .
Negotiations with the United States on security guarantees will take place on January 10, consultations with NATO on January 12, and a meeting of representatives of Moscow and the OSCE is scheduled for January 13 .
This is a new one out of the western playbook.

Reporter likely to be charged for using “view source” feature on web browser
A St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter who viewed the source HTML of a Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education website is now likely to be prosecuted for computer tampering, says Missouri Governor Mike Parson.
All web browsers have a “view source” menu item that lets you see the HTML code of the web page it is displaying.
The reporter discovered that the source code of the website contained Social Security numbers of educators.
The reporter alerted the state about the social security numbers.
After the state removed the numbers from the web page, the Post-Dispatch reported the vulnerability.
Soon after, Governor Parson, “who has often tangled with news outlets over reports he doesn’t like, announced a criminal investigation into the reporter and the Post-Dispatch.”

I believe the suggestion to do ‘Rusty Cage’ came from producer Rick Rubin, who produced Cash’s final albums. In any case, Johnny’s versions do not compare with the original. There was that raw and compelling honesty coupled with unique and original musical genius that Chris possessed, something he shared with Cobain. Don’t know Cornell’s work with Audioslave, have yet to check it out. I never cared for ‘Rage…’ and that whole political stance, or people like Trent Reznor; from the first notes of their music I find myself yawning, exact opposite of Nirvana and Soundgarden, which although you may not like every song, is still musically compelling. It’s a fine line between self-pity/glorification and sourcing one’s pain for one’s material, just my opinion…

I am reminded of a story about a Brazilian computer manufacturer named Unitron. As the story goes, until 1992 it was illegal to import foreign computers in Brazil. Back in 1985 Unitron, which had been manufacturing Apple II clones, tried to forge a deal with Apple to manufacture clones of the Macintosh 512k, but the terms that Apple wanted were illegal. So when Unitron decided to go it alone, Apple found out and ordered the Brazilian government to get Unitron to cease and desist. By the time the Macintosh was allowed to be distributed in Brazil, the market had already been dominated by IBM PC clones (Apple was either discontinuing or had already discontinued the Apple II, and competitors like Commodore and Atari had exited or were exiting the market).

From a psychological perspective, all I see is a terrible fear of death, individually and trying to recruit a bunch with an equal fear of death, so that we amplify that fear message, and make that all the responsibility of an amorphous being and all shiver together in a created fear bubble.
Strange strange that Russia has made money available to support families and a brisk birth rate (even in Putin’s short new year’s message) and so has China, making it easy for families to afford more children. Many other countries have child ‘credits’ (using for lack of another word) to support their citizens and birth rates. Then, if you go and take a look at estimates made of long term birth rates long before the outbreak, you will see that for a long time already, I’m talking 30 years or so, the estimates are that birth rates (in the whiter west) are plummeting and by mid-century, we would need more people, just to keep the earth spinning.
And no, this has nothing to do with my thesis that the One World Government (unipolarity) so frequently referred to, is dead already. We can see that. And now it is clear where it was seated. For you, why don’t you choose life and life more abundantly? Take note of the death squad, but to buy into it, is anti-life and the philosophers and poets can talk about this better than I can.

According to a White House document titled the “National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism,” gun control is a crucial component of Joe Biden’s plan.
The document says there is a rise in domestic violet extremists (DVE).
It highlights the biases against minority populations as one factor of the growth of DVEs.
It also states that those that believe that the Federal government is overreaching its power are at risk for becoming extremist, and the “perceived government overreach will almost certainly continue to drive DVE radicalization and mobilization to violence.”
While left-wing groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter are not mentioned in the document, patriot groups are referred to as militia violent extremist (MVEs).
Last summer, left-wing riots caused havoc across the country, causing millions of dollars of damage to properties and cost several people their lives.
According to the document, the idea of fraud in the recent general election led to the January 6th breach at the Capitol.
It also claims that COVID-19 conspiracy theories also have led people down the path of extremism.
It lays down the idea that not trusting the government leads to violent domestic extremism.
It claims that this plan is something all Americans can get behind.
Many gun owners would disagree with President Biden’s statement.
The document breaks up the plan into four strategic pillars, and one pillar should be very concerning for gun owners.

It’s minus 32 celsius here so I feed the nuthatches, chickadees (like a Titmouse) high test combo of bacon fat, mixed with peanut butter and bird seed. Just smoked a batch of bacon, I make chicharons from the skin, just bake them in the oven then I smash them and add it to the high test mix. Woodpeckers, Bluejays, Sap suckers, any bird that winters over here….they all love it……at -32 can you blame them.
Had the chance yesterday to watch the movie Hendrix, mostly interviews and archival footage, I enjoyed it, worth a look if you haven’t seen it. A few unheard or rare outtakes made it worthwhile, quite the talent he was.
