I thought we were reasonably free of Trump and I ignore most of his utterings. But this one – it got to me.
Before the 2016 election, Trumps promised he would ‘rethink’ NATO and the UN, meaning he would reduce American involvement. This was popular with the ‘Patriots.’ as was stopping immigration and draining the deep state swamp. Sadly all of this was neutralized by his powerful opponents and now the man is just a shell.
I have been able to access RT.com since the start of the Russian operations but this morning, when I try to navigate to the site, I am taken to a site that calls itself DDoS-Guard. It tells me that it has “detected suspicious traffic coming from your network”. But after several minutes, it has still not provided access to RT. All for my protection. Cute, eh?

What it shows is who’s for real, and who’s been a fake all along. Who’s been working as sheepdogs to herd voters to the two big wings of the war parties … all now revealed. Everyone now shows their true colors.
The one group I’ve seen that has stayed firmly anti-war has been the World Socialists.
I have never being so emotional about Russia’s plight like this before ever since I have been getting educated by following its history on blogs like thesaker.is blog. I mean right now am literally holding my breath for a breakthrough in this harshest moment just for being this truthful, kind and humane country while the rest of the world goes insane.
I must say if Russia can weather this unprecedented storm then the Russian bear will be unstoppable. I want to believe since God is on the side of truth God is on their side and they will overcome. If the Russian people don’t crack and also remain steadfast in their leaders unlike what the western propaganda machine is looking for which is a tiny loophole of disunity and distrust to probe and widen then surely Russia will come out victorious. Humanity will come out victorious and there will be hope for a just world again.
So far I personally appreciate countries sticking their necks out for Russia. I thank China for alleviating the sanctions impact by opening its border for importing Russian wheat, am glad the Pakistani PM would even forge alliance just on the cusp of hostilities, and yes the Belarusians for showing solidarity. The Turks can’t really be trusted instigating NATO but so far have managed to not stand in the way of Russian forces, Putin’s warning must have gone a long way.

At the strategic level, Energy, the US has won the European Market and kicked Russia out.
At the existential level, world war with nukes, Russia has protected itself by waging this war (a special operation, careful and patient to avoid civilian casualties and infrastructure collapse). The action prevents forever Ukraine from being a launch pad for NATO.
At the geopolitical level, Russia is sealing the West inside its borders. The US will devour the EU, but it will no longer have any place of influence in Eurasia. China blocks from the Asia Pacific.
The US will survive for as long as it takes for the creative destruction of Europe. But Europe is sick flesh.
Devouring sick flesh is a form of poisoning. How fast that destroys America is hard to calculate. Likely, less than a generation.
The facade of western unity, represented in NATO alliance, is called out by Russia. Dare the NATO alliance step in to save Ukraine? They act as lone countries sending arms and money. But do not dare act as a unified alliance. That seems quite strange. They act singularly, but are afraid to present a united military action, only words.
Their fall back position to save their colony, Kiev, is to supply arms to an insurgency. Certainly, any insurgency would have a huge sea to swim in, 40 million souls. But the collapse of the state will leave a confederacy at best, local regional governments, where every day needs will be met. The only discontent for the ideological motivation of an insurgency will be hate. That is what lost them their nation. It will dry up and an insurgency will go nowhere.
Good points, but the EU and US were not going to allow NS2, period. They stopped it before Russia invaded Ukraine. The EU and US were going to apply these sanctions, at least most of them, in due course no matter what Russia did, short of capitulation. The fact of the matter is the US and EU were not going to work with Russia in good faith now or later. The US and EU have played their cards. Russia has not played all its cards. It is going to be a very ugly energy future for the EU without a Russian partner.
It won’t take too long I hope for the Europeans to feel what their believing the US means for them. Not only will the gas from the US cost them much more. But the US doesn’t have anywhere near the excess capacity to replace the gas they get from Russia. The difference between what the US uses internally,and their total production of gas is only at most 25 BCF. Even if all of that went to Europe,its not nearly enough. Not to even mention Europe doesn’t have to infrastructure to handle all those shipments. So while it might help somewhat,it isn’t a solution for Europe,and certainly not even a cheap solution of any kind.
The mad dash for a green energy solution that has yet to prove its self, is no option for an energy starved and cold Germany.
I was not so sanguine as the Saker regarding the building of the supernoval media hysteria. This cannot be reversed or tamped down lightly. It appeared to be the equivalent of a lunatic screaming to himself before he leaps off the cliff – a despairing battle cry when all hope has been lost. My absolute worst fears have moved outside the shadow of remote possibility and into the daylight realm of actual western and eventual eastern hemispherical war. Satan has emerged in full battledress to boldly force the great apocalyptic fight between good and evil. The end times in the Book of Revelation approach.
About a week and a half ago I posted a series of questions in response to the two-dimensional matrix our Saker created in his opening analysis.

Admittedly I laid out an implausible foundation of an “All In” action the U.S. would take and the Saker discounted it saying, “I think that the US/NATO don’t have the forces needed to directly attack Russia, not even close. It would take them MONTHS to reach the needed force levels.”
I did not pursue a response because his comment was a comfort to me in that the battle would remain regional and not expand beyond the borders of the Ukraine. However I see a wave of caustic condemnation against Russia building and building across the North American and European continents that lead me to question whether I was justified in having the thought the action in Ukraine was the beginning of a much wider and deeper conflict that could destroy life on Earth as we know it today.
I began to ask myself, “Why do I care about Russia?
I thought hard about that question since I live in the U.S. as does Saker. I prayed to God to give me an answer.
The thought that came into my mind was that Russia must not be defeated because the Orthodox Church has to survive so that our spiritual faith continues on and gives us strength to fight and kill the beast.
It is not the beauty and grandeur of the outside of all the churches Russia has built; it’s what is inside that matters. It is the fulfillment of all the mysteries we practice in our service to God through Christ’s earthly sacrifice.
I imagine at this point President Putin has convened a Stavka and he and the general staff of the Russian Armed Forces are now looking at all thinkable and unthinkable situations that could evolve that would impact the safety and security of the Russian people.
The President of the Russian Federation has to prepare the State apparatus for:
1. Sustained war against Russia
2. Explain to the people what they must do and why they must do it
3. Insure all civil defense structures are ready to house and feed the masses
4. Speak with the clergy to address all military personnel and give them the spiritual confidence to fight hard
5. Seek allies including China and make them all realize they will have to engage their forces now or perish
Russia waited too long and now she will saddle up and ride as fast as possible to meet the enemy head on and at full speed. The time for principled diplomacy has ended; the shashka has been unsheathed and it will cut the beast a thousand times and stab it in its dark heart until it is dead.

The feat of the Russian special forces opened the way to Kiev –
The Russian army entered Kiev on Friday. This happened only on the second day after the start of the special military operation in Ukraine, which means that what is happening can be assessed as a grandiose success. However, there is reason to believe that the entire plan of the operation hung in the balance – and everything turned out successfully only thanks to the real feat of the special forces soldiers.
The most important event took place in the north of Ukraine, in the region of Kiev. It was there, at the Gostomel airport, on February 24, that several helicopters landed with Spetsnaz commandos.

In the video, several people, without fussing, set up a firing position on one of the outskirts of the giant Gostomel airfield to the sound of automatic bursts. The pathos of the plot was powerful and straightforward – Russian troops, just a few hours after the start of the operation, found themselves on the outskirts of the Ukrainian capital. It was unthinkable to imagine something like this the day before.
The Antonov airfield (officially called Gostomel a few years ago) is the “home” airfield of the famous Antonov company. This is an airfield with a huge runway (three and a half thousand meters), covering hundreds of hectares. It operates and is equipped with everything necessary for the takeoff and landing of heavy military transport aircraft.
From a military point of view, Gostomel has a number of advantages over other Kiev airfields (Zhulyany and Boryspil). First of all, it is not used as often, it has much less staff and people in general. It is located on the right bank of the Dnieper, where the main administrative buildings of Kiev are located. It is closest to the city center. And most importantly, it is closest to the Belarusian border (only about 60-70 km), from where the Russian landing force advanced. Apparently, special forces helicopters covered this distance over the Dnieper, which in these places, from the Belarusian-Ukrainian border to Kiev, is extremely wide. The instant appearance of a division of the Russian Airborne Forces twenty kilometers from the center of the Ukrainian capital means a knife at the heart of the Kiev regime.
Of course, the significance of what was happening was instantly understood in the Kiev military leadership. Throughout the night of February 25, there were reports of an intense battle was going on in the vicinity of Gostomel. The British Minister of Defense even announced that – “the Russian landing near Kiev failed, Russia lost hundreds of fighters.”
However, on the morning of February 25, it turned out that the skirmish in Gostomel did not subside at all – as it should have happened if the special forces had really been destroyed. On the contrary, it intensified. And in the neighborhood of Gostomel, other battles suddenly began. And there were reports of completely different tanks – Russian combat vehicles were found near the village of Vorzel, ten kilometers from the airfield.
It was, apparently, a special aid group made her way all night to the special forces soldiers surrounded at the airfield – and finally released it. Following which, there were reports of other combat groups of the Russian army approaching Kiev.
And a little later came the official message. “On February 24, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a successful landing operation in the area of the Gostomel airfield in the suburbs of Kiev. During the capture of the airfield, more than 200 nationalists from the special units of Ukraine were killed,” said the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Igor Konashenkov. Later it was stated that Russian troops completely blocked Kiev from the west.

To say it has been an interesting couple days is an understatement! I am still dizzy.

– I heard our Larch use the word “dear” (lower case) and saw a Serbian Boy, so I have now seen it all.
Big picture so far:
1) Europe threw itself off the cliff. It is Officially Game Over. All that’s left is the autopsy.
RT & news blocked, cultural, sports & local-carriers air travel to Russia blocked, separation from financial infrastructure, open hostility evident through support of Nazis in PsyOps and ostensible but meaningless arms. Everything calculated for a generational rupture and impotent group-hate shriek at Russia.. predictable results: near-term loss of existential 50% petroleum products, 40%+ grain and withering away of Europe. Pity. European cost of living will be Biblical come next Dark Winter.. And an exodus to Russia and other sane points likely beforehand.
2) Ishkabibble made the strong argument the “WW3 OR Sanctions” threat by Biden was actually directed at EU. It was the trigger to get the loons to leap off the cliff. How will Russia punish the deceitful USA piper, which has now wrecked the western peninsula of Asia for the next 3+ generations?
US squats, toad-like, pretending to be the whistling innocent bystander at the scene of the epic European ritual suicide. It is in the role of Annatar during the Fall of Númenor – urging the fool King Ar-Pharazôn to sail on the gods themselves.. the Sundering and drowning of Númenor itself is next on the playlist. 3) I saw this amusing movie with Clint Eastwood decades ago, “Every Which Way but Loose (1978).” The operative mission regarding Russia is now, “Weaken Them Every Which Way Possible.” And to destroy the gutless Europeans simultaneously is a bonus treat at the Bonfire of the Vanities. So current calculations focus on the DAILY $700-750 million Russian export earnings. Much of these daily earnings is to Europe. They do not have time for a war of attrition this time.. It is a cold shut-down. In part, the group hate and hysteria campaign is to “psych themselves” and convince the sane in West it’s a necessary cost, to hurt themselves to hurt Russia. Cut off your damn nose Frenchie, we have excellent plastic surgeons in the Bayou.
4) There is no nuclear war on the current cards (Phew!). According to the Kremlin, their action yesterday was in reaction to words from Perfide Albion. They have since been put in their tiny place. Deconfliction is on between Americans and Russians. The relevant issue is the suiciding of Europe, not the longed-for first strike.
5) China (& India) sit pretty. A 500-year Beast is making a dramatic exit from the stage. Pfizer is doubly doomed – folks are so excited in Zone B, there is no need even for Viagra anymore. What support Russia needs, be it diplomatic, financial, new business arrangements (buying that grain and extra gas), lighting a million candles, are quietly being made. Half-cocked Korean Rocketman rattled off missiles in his no-longer-pudgy fist, to help the loonies focus fully on their Death March in the heavenly rich black soil of Novorussiya. Indeed, this is the Last March of the Russia Haters, in commiseration with the Last of the Mohicans. And both shall soon be in the museum with the Dodo. An ongoing flood of Ukie refugees is the cherry on top.
So Russia extracted the necessary concessions from Zone B partners to wield the brass knucklers on behalf of mankind. It has the depth of support in Asia to see to the necessary dirty task.

What does the starry vault of heaven convey on the last day of February 2022, and the correspondence with the time of the Founding of the USA ! How outdated those innocuous words ‘starry vault of heaven’, now sound, having been replaced with those of lesser, spiritual implications of freedom, or indication of their real meaning, than in 1776
Pluto is rather active now, so they say, and Mars and Venus are aligned, and in such a manner apparently, that jealousy and ambition work strongly, both on a global and on a micro scale….
Also streaming live in the starry firmament, one hears of harmonious planetary movement conveying potential higher orders of dawning awareness, as of Jupiter and Neptune. Being no astrologer, these insights are relayed by others, they do however, resonate with my experience, one being unfavourable to envy, both the micro human and macro-military.
What to do to find the balance, perhaps stop, calm down, open up, go for a walk and think and reflect, may be one good place to begin..
A small technical suggestion….
One thing that you can do to help deal with high-traffic is to make the front page smaller and easy to load. I’ve seen various other groups do this, including banks during times of financial crisis and they needed their customer pages to load faster in high traffic.
All you really need is the text and links …. I don’t know how much the pictures take up, or how fast the page would load if you stripped it down to just the links …. with of course the first link on the ‘high-traffic front page’ giving the visitor the option to load the ‘normal’ front page. But at least some of the traffic would probably go from the ‘high-traffic front page’ straight to an article, thus hopefully reducing the load by a bit.
Just a thought …. probably not worth even 2 pennies these days.
