Bruder, I have questions about the balloons and theories of their technical purpose.. clearly another ritual, and apparently a nested multiparty one! We are all in a freefall inside the occultic rabbit-hole, in the Year of the Rabbit.. Please give me your insights.
Somehow it was anticipated these balloons would grab the MSM headlines exactly 40 years ago. (Ok that part is easy since they control both the arts and the MSM and are the perps.) There is the song “99 luftballoons” by the German band Nene. I was a kid in Germany at the time it came out. I remember the song vividly, a catchy tune. Peruse the lyrics of the song — simply astounding.
So how did they anticipate China would send balloons at this time? Are there factions within China working with them? There are Zionist 5th columns in every country without exception on the face of the Earth.
Or is the reason as you recently alluded to:
(1) balloons can actually be navigated nowadays, due to new technologies as you said “…Modern materials allow for balloons that float at a nearly constant height. Now then, an internal bladder inside such balloon might be inflated, or deflated, via simple pump using ambient air – as ballast, so to say. By this mechanism a balloon may fly for perhaps a year, and be steerable by selecting “best” altitude to use available winds. ” Macgregor’s FUD opinion can be ignored – they do not just drift around uncontrolled anymore on the currents of the air.. These new materials would allow tailored maneuverability.. That does call into question the Chinese role, if they are the ones controlling them.. fwiw Older Alex postulated interesting POV regarding the Chinese balloon.. a sweet semi-cold revenge for Pelosi’s visit last summer to TW island.. to induce the same humiliated impotence. It did have the effect of making the greatest fighting force in the galaxy a global laughing stock…
(2) or the usual suspects could be simply planting them in the air. Or shooting nonexistent crap and planting something convenient on the ground.. Then why would China play along, and not simply deny outright?
(3) Technologies could exist repurposing and commandeering these balloons by usual suspects OR a third interested party (ahemmm. zionists?) ..
Now assuming China is in control in scenario (1), and the typical lying western media optics are driving this entire story, this leads to two aspects that really interest me.
(Aspect A) the technical objectives. As we discussed recently, as with Chekhov’s gun, the criminals will use every tool in their filthy kit Including HAARP. So are these balloons linked to HAARP? This is what I recently posed elsewhere:

(Aspect B) the all-important spiritual layer. Btw, an astute youtuber linked the Ohio River chemical disaster to the Ukraine and to China. What is the traditional color to indicate a chemical hazard? What is the world-famous river in China? Or their skin color? And what do u know, iPet Goat 2 had meth-head son of POTUS sinking in a yellow morass.. The Father was predestined to atone for the sins of the son and rectify his record by being the one to attack the Middle Kingdom?
Further, a mutual Chinese part-time monk friend with whom you enjoyed many a conversation on this very Cafe (he’s currently preoccupied binge-watching YouTube videos of strutting nubile K-pop starlets and dominatrices) said I was headed in the general right direction when I mentioned the death balloons ritual of the Chinese Lantern Festivals, etc.. Complex matters and questions…and it will take me some time… Some practical matters arise to-day as well… Probably later to-day, or maybe on 18th… I want to do some reading on HAARP, not popular material, but the physics.
Coincidence is not always coincidence, but also not always deliberate or contrived… Imagine a set of diesel generators, all with consecutive serial numbers, all with the same hours on their clocks… When DG# 14, for example, starts showing tin in the oil analysis from bearings it would be coincidental and not occult to find the metal in all the engine oil analysis. Correspondingly, it might well be that finding tin in only one DG lube oil might imply nonuniform care, maintenance, or even occult agency, sabotage.
Thinking of spooky action at a distance, which happens, and the human assumption that spooky actions at distance must be linked by agency… as in just because you don’t know the mechanism doesn’t mean there isn’t one, or more. That and train wrecks.
Meantime, I see that The Great Philanthropic Saint, Soros, has got hizzself on the special list with Modi and the Indians. Unclear if “group W” or “DNR”…Männer, die für eine Sonderbehandlung gelistet sind, so to say.

Montana is home to one of the nation’s three nuclear missile silo fields at Malmstrom Air Force Base. Malmstrom Air Force Base is not top secret my neighbor’s dog even knows about it. In addition this was a series of top-secret nuclear weapons sites, that the balloon was tracking.

The US in an authenticated memo is predicted to go to war with China in 2025. For a major war, an event of great size, you don’t deplete your arsenal by donating weapons to Ukraine. 2025 is tomorrow in terms of replenishment regarding so huge an undertaking.
The only explanation is that the rumors are true more advanced first string weapons exist, Ukraine is getting second string. Analysts can’t wait to see how Russia fares toward the heavy stuff which does not carry that much weight if they are in fact second string. One example is Ukrainian Abrams will be neutered due to highly classified armor. First string Abrams are under wrap and I am surprised US kept its mouth shut.
This would appear so as the aging Minuteman III gets new technology and goes first string.

BILLINGS- Montana’s 341st Missile Wing at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls is responsible for 150 launch facilities across Montana.
It’s a historic and complex program with national security interest, and some are suspecting it’s the reason a Chinese surveillance balloon was seen floating above the state this week.
“I’d like to find an answer for why it’s hanging over our area,” Lewistown lawmaker Dan Bartel said Friday.
Bartel is a state senator representing a district in Fergus County, an area with some of Malmstrom’s missile sites.
The Department of Defense has referenced these critical zones in its media briefings on the balloon in recent days. Meanwhile, the Department of Defense has been making plans for a massive overhaul of the nuclear missiles scattered across the state.
The upgrades are something Bartel is familiar with because 50 of those missile locations are in Fergus County.
He says the upgrades were set to start in 2025. Now that’s been pushed back, and talks about upgrades with the Air Force suddenly became radio silent.
“We’ve been told that the project has been pushed out. It’s been pushed out two years,” he said. “They are having some redesign issues with the missiles themselves.”
The sites are spread across a 13,800-square-mile missile field that covers parts of eight counties: Cascade, Chouteau, Fergus, Judith Basin, Lewis and Clark, Meagher, Teton and Wheatland.
The project will replace the aging Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile system.
“The missiles have been around since the ’60s so now they are being upgraded to the new technology,” said Bartel.
It includes the complete renovation of all 450 existing missile launch facilities, and the construction of two dozen new missile alert facilities all over the northwest, including Malmstrom Air Force Base, Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota, and F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming.
Bartel says the presence of the military in town has been a big boom for the local economy and helped maintain county roads.
But when the construction starts for the missile upgrades, the town will grow even more.
“First estimates are there would be about 1,500 new people during construction moving in and around these missile areas,” he said.
Bartel said he hopes they can put permanent infrastructure in place for the Lewistown workforce hub so that after work is completed, it can be converted for community uses – whether housing or something else.
But as for the suspicious Chinese balloon, Bartel and others want answers.

Don’t over think this, it could just be testing faster chips, which means faster speeds during bad weather, and in a game where speed comes out on top, the Chinese would have an advantage.
Without over thinking I presume you mean yesterdays hypersonic weapons which travel more than five times the speed of sound.

The balloons, and there are thousands of balloons of all sorts of purposes and sizes, are not something new. Of course every individual machine is created for a reason, and most of the balloons are observation platforms- their spectra of interest is very wide. Some are probably purely military. The thing is, there’s big overlap between knowing stuff and military application. Bluntly, all balloons are “spy balloons”, but that’s always been the case…they used balloons in the US Civil War. I am sorry that my “Overton window” kept me from remembering the “picos”, which I had read about the in amateur publications…it simply didn’t occur to me that anybody would shoot at one. Evidently NORAD turned off the balloon discriminator circuit that heretofore simply ignored the little ones and passed on the slow moving big ones, normal good sense to pass on non-threatening gas bag. I have the idea that General Phatzo at NORAD said “ok you motherxxxxers, we’ll report everything, see how you like it…”
About HAARP. As with balloons, there’s overlap between physics and military application. Bluntly, HAARP is a weapon – that’s my view. So is a rifle, so is a microscope, or a magazine, it depends what you do with it… But the Air Force birdmen wanted… Quiz Friday.

Look up “Krytron”… And recall that Earth and the plasma and gases is one element in a solar system sized vacuum tube, with the several elements all emitting all sorts of radiation, and all to varying extent conductors moving in an “ethereal” flux…which means that with good timing and a bit of luck, and a cooperative solar state… yeas enhanced probability of all sorts of manifestations…including earthquakes, and weather…but it’s not precise…it’s limited. In a vague sense HAARP can act a bit like a “triggered arc”.
It is interesting to note that similar radio-machines can be built in many places. Logic dictates that the beams may be phase shifted to produce a local beat frequency that might well muddle thinking…but it’s a fussy gadget.
Maybe all that’s being done is responsible science… I would not want to bet on that…not serious money anyway.

I agree that HAARP is not there yet and is probably the wrong vehicle anyway. People would prefer to blame HAARP in their the US is 100 per cent wrong fog. My world tends to a little more grey so the US is, oh I dont know, 90 per cent wrong. That would mean that other countries have a small percentage of less than desireable traits at times and that cannot be tolerated on most boards.
HAARP can’t cause the kind of earthquakes we are reading about. Even if they could because of the interplay of one plate against another your own country or an ally could be destroyed. No control.

In some areas of California eagles were refusing to sit on eggs last week obviously bothered by something big.This is also rare. The quakes in Southern Calif are normal with sporadic quakes creeping up California. Those quakes heading north are the ones that have measurably increased. Looks like San Andreas is irritated.

Nik was 86 years old in January of 1943…when he died. I’d say that if he visited the fellas up on the Mesa it was because they expected Nik would be interested, and they all wanted to meet him…but they were at that time pretty far from pushing the bang-button…assuming that visit took place in ’42, it was a sort of social occasion.

A contemporary, Charles Steinmetz, in my opinion, probably contributed more to the evolution of commercial electrical applications and theoretical understanding. One problem was the development of highly efficient transformers, the steel used is really special steel, and metallurgy for such steels was previously not known… As I recall, they developed the silicon (?) transformer steels mostly by intuition and expensive trial and error at the level of the foundry, mill, and hearth. (if anybody has an old power transformer, prise it apart and note the thin laminated steel core – that’s an example of the steels in question…try filing or drilling a piece…)

The USC consists primarily of limitations upon the National Government, not general permissions…the people retain sovereignty. Good or bad, that’s the basic law. Lincoln’s inaugural spoke of “right to revolution”… Our Chinese Brothers have, evidently another view.
The key point that the same laws that created the US, also forbid the State from limiting the people’s rights to guns, can this error be accidental, or a product of cultural assumptions??
So…we see a contradiction in the most basic way of understanding Power and States…in both examples we have similar intent, but dissimilar methods, and assumptions.
Free people have access to, carry, weapons, that’s how we prove that they are free. That’s classical wisdom.
If their access proves to produce a lot of shooting, this indicates that the free are not “comfortable” with their Government nor with the policies thereof. Shootings are indicators of machine malfunction, bluntly “vice”.
The Second (and the First) amendments serve as indicators relative to the Quality of Government. If everybody’s got a gun, and nobody is shooting, then there is a condition of justice. Contrawise, if the courts and State do not maintain Justice, then people shoot. Justice including, naturally, prosperity, fair courts, good cops, doctors and happy fat babies…and so on…including rewarding jobs and safe secure pensions…
In USA domestic scene, in my youth, boys got a rifle when they turned 13…
