Wimminz – celebrating skank ho's everywhere

Freedom, Tolerance, Equality.

Filed under: Wimminz — wimminz @ 12:16 pm

Just an example of three things that are always sought (reasonable sane calm pleading mode on…) by people who know that without them, their own shit would be subjected to the whim of other people’s CHOICE to be free and tolerant and equal to them.

The world is full of people who will start off by saying “I defend your right to….” and the truth is, they have never defended or stood up for anything their entire lives.

So I’m not going to sit here and say “I defend”

I *am* going to sit here and say I don’t have a problem with you if you want to cover your body with tattoos, for example.

I am also going to sit here and say that I do not have a problem if someone else wants to give you a job as a sales droid in a cafe or anywhere else.

You, collectively, better not have a fucking problem with me choosing not to be served by someone that looks like they escaped from an ink convention, or from someone who employs such people.

And now we get down to the root of everyone who ever lived on the planet and pleaded and preached tolerance and equality, THE VERY FIRST THING THEY WANT TO SACRIFICE is my own freedom to make my own choices.

I’m a small business man, I have customers that aren’t white, I don’t care, their money is green, as the saying goes, and they are free to shop anywhere they want, if the do or do not choose to shop with me, that is their choice.

On the flipside, I do not employ anyone who is black or brown or female, I do not shop with anyone who is black or brown or female, and if you want to call me a racist misogynist motherfucker, go right ahead, if you want to ask me how that comes about and becomes self sustaining, I’ll tell you.

It’s easier, faster, and less hassle, I always get what I want, I’m in and out with no hassle, if I’m not in a rush I can shoot the shit and nobody complains about my language or attitude, and they are basically good people that I can go to and say guys I need some half mil thick 100 mil dia polished 304 stainless disks cut, I’m not in a rush, I’m not going to tell you how to do it, I can come and collect them, and here is 100 quid, just do me as many as you can, and call me when you’re done… and four days later I have 400 *perfect* pieces cut and individually wrapped in workshop blue tissue.

That would not have happened if I had been dealing with wogs or wimminz, life is too short to explain why, but the fact is it only happens when dealing with white men, *some* white men, so there is always always always an “opportunity cost” in dealing with wogs and kikes and wimminz, why should I burden myself with that?

Here in the UK we had a thing called YTS, or Youth Training Service, it probably still exists under another name, basically the state paid you the wages of a young person so you could employ that young person for six months at no payroll cost, and the young person got industry experience.

The reality was they all made tea or stacked shit.

I’m free to joke that the only wimminz I will employ will be some young girl with big tits on a YTS scheme, it’s a good joke, it’s good because it amuses me.

The reality is what are the chances the YTS would supply a kid who actually wanted to learn, zero, so it ends there.

The business has been running properly a couple of years now, it has a great website that tell you everything you need to know, in that time I have had three “cold call” enquiries from people seeking employment or training or work experience.

1/ was a mid forties guy who has loads of experience in the laser industry, but who managed to send me a three page letter that did not signify any single point that made me think he had ever actually operated a laser or associated software, in fact I was left with the impression that he thought the company had 50 employees and there might be some managerial or sales role going… seeing as the website in question also has an associated blog that gets posted to every week or so, it was obvious he has not read the blog, letter into recycle bin, ignore.

2/ was a uni student girl asking for work experience and, along with current guidelines, sending me a three page letter bigging herself up, I was sat there twiddling my thumbs for three hours watching a job, so I took the time to reply, explaining clearly and concisely how the world looks from an employers perspective, and everything she was doing wrong… I never heard back.

3/ was a young person, I forget now if it was male or female, but it was a form letter from someone desperately keen to work in the industry, bigging themselves up academically, but nothing there that made me want to reply, round filing cabinet.

Now, on the one hand, I can’t actually afford any additional employees at the moment, machinery is more productive than staff, and staff can run more than one machine at once, so extra machinery (and the workshop space to install it, a whole other question) is first on my list of priorities.

So let’s set that to one side and say the staff are free, they work for nothing, well, I still can’t give them a job, because to be any use at all, you have to have an easy familiarity with a bunch of CAD software, an easy familiarity with mechanical stuff, good with computers and fundamental understanding of cnc, etc etc etc etc etc.

Sure, I can TRAIN you in all that, but who is going to pay me to do that?

My dad was apprenticed back in the day, age 15, and his mum and dad had to pay his employers for the first year, (and his books and day release tuition at college one day a week) the second year he got peanuts, the third year he got a basic wage, the fourth year he got a basic plus wage, and the fifth year he was qualified and experienced and on a pretty good wage, or he would have been, except for national service, (deferred up to then as an apprentice) which meant he went to Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers on draft and got sent to Singapore, which changed his outlook from the country bumpkin somewhat.

But the point still stands, even an apt and diligent apprentice is a fucking burden for the first year at least.

I often tell people, I’m the youngest person you’ll ever meet who had an old fashioned apprenticeship, old fashioned meant the guy you were apprentice to could beat some sense into your skull, or respect, or anything else he saw fit, and if you think you are a hard man because you kicked *everyone*s ass down at the school or local dojo or wherever, the skinny old cunt who has been wielding tools for 20 years has a thing or two to teach you.

Of course it’s all appalling and disgusting and testosterone fuelled and anachronistic, and none of it was necessary to learn… well, I walked in those shoes mother fucker, you didn’t… I learned a trade, you didn’t… your opinion on what was needed means as much to me as a sparrow’s fart in the wind… quite apart from anything else, quite apart from what I learned, quite apart from the trade skills themselves, I have a body free from defects or major scars or missing bits, and I can say that nobody else suffered any of that because of anything I was doing or working on either, and that alone makes all those “hard” lessons worthwhile. (you either get where I am coming from with that one, brother, or you don’t… if you walked in those shoes you get it, if you didn’t you never will)

You can all for freedom and tolerance and equality all you want, rotating machinery is a stone cold bitch, so is laser energy, it’s looking for ways to fuck you up and bypass your defences 24/7.

Youtube lathe accidents if you want.

Your freedoms and tolerance and tatts and all your other shit put together doesn’t even mean nothing to a meat grinder, in fact it all makes you about 1,000 times more likely to get drawn into one.

At approaching 60 years of age, let me tell you something, go look at those youtube lathe accident vids, know what I see and think.

Stupid cunt, now someone else has to clean all that shit up and re-check all ways and tooling for straightness and accuracy and maybe even re-do the job you were doing from scratch.

We won’t go to your funeral, or speak to your wife or kids, or anything else, because all we can see is a stupid cunt, what we are concerned about is what stupid cunt gave THAT dead stupid cunt the job, and of he is in our line of command, it’s time to talk with the boss, he walks or I do.

number of times I have seen that happen, some dork gets wiped out on a job and half a dozen staff walk two days later, and all the assholes think it is in solidarity with the dead guy, fuck no, they are just transferring out of that shit hole.

That was always my canned response when some management asshole complained, there are the keys / vehicle / equipment, now either you can show me how it’s done, or you can leave me to do my job…. most did neither and I’d hand in my notice… btw my saved up holiday pay means seeya… but what about our primo customers order??? you’re the expert, you fucking fulfil it.

The real problem is this, humanity comes in two varieties, there are engineers, and there is everyone else.

Talk to an engineer about freedom and tolerance and equality, it’s not a problem, we have those words in our lexicon, and we understand them intimately, freedom of movement or rotation, yup, but we can’t have more than a thou end float when up to temp and rotation is defined both in degrees and accelerations and loads, same goes for tolerances, we want to know about finishes too, and what other things are going to meet / touch / interface with those things, so you want 2 micron tolerances on the mains and fuck it 50 or 60 is good enough for the bearings? that right??… equality is a given mr newton.

It always breaks down because everyone else who isn’t an engineer doesn’t like that, and when I say *that’ specifically I mean CONSEQUENCES, do you want bluetooth climate control euro ncap 5 star, or 100 mpg 1 passenger max and 0-60 in never?

Choose.

And that ultimately is what it always comes down to, people want to be free to make choices while simultaneously being freed and protected from all the consequences. If consequences are ever shown to them, they start wailing and crying that they would never have made those choices if only the consequences were truly explained to them, what, do you think they are nuts?

Explaining the consequences is of course rayciss or something…. basically it’s illegal and *you* will get punished for it.

So when you come to me and ask for work, and my response is “Fuck off, you are fucking unemployable” it isn’t because you are LGBTQ+ or because I am a rayciss white nazi misogynist bastard, or because you are female or black or ugly or have small tits.

It’s because you do not have an engineering mind set, and you think that choices and consequences can be separated.

Engineer joke.

What’s the difference between a lorry load of babies, and a lorry load of marbles?

You can’t unload the marbles with a pitchfork.

  1. I’ve been traveling around a while, I get what you mean. I’ve found some east Asians to be quite good and reliable people though. Especially in Taiwan and Japan. But I’ve talked to a few people who said they’re quite intelligent and reliable, they just can’t think out of the box.

They still bill westerners as the best employees when it comes to anything technical. One rock star western programmers is better than 50 mediocre Indians they reckon. Not saying it’s a skillset that can be shipped and dropped anywhere though. If there’s anything I’ve learned from traveling, it’s that the locals do things for reasons. It can be foolish to think you know better than the locals if you can’t see the big picture. Better to sit around, observe, and figure out why they do the things they do.

Market research is never wasted time. I get what you said about marketing and websites a few posts back now. Cheers.
