well, perhaps VP has until next OSCE meeting 4/5 Dec to declare Minsk is dead, NATO, EU, USA UKR have totally abrogated any sense of humanity, care, human rights for a populace under increasing attack from the above supporting a neo nazi government-people for generations and a way of life facing genocide, starvation, murder, torture, suffering. There was never any intention by the west to support Rus in any movement towards peace, it was a lie, because of their own political and economic agendas at local and international levels.
OSCE perhaps not as yet, but UN, PACE, EU have shown total neglect of these events. Geneva Articles also broken, crimes against humanity-that in fact western ideals and aspirations we thought “governed” our moralities that we wished for ,have shown to be broken, irreparable and useless. Just 100 years since start of WW1 -so it continues, mercilessly.
Have only seen headlines today re VP speech, but very much hope there is a response to yesterdays speech/comments by Obama-that indicated to me in such words as USA/NATO is to separate from any meaningful dialogue with Rus and so should the rest of the world, that ‘Rus “nationalism” is clearly a threat , that Rus is guilty of letting VP be president and Rus needs to get rid of VP so the west can talk to anyone else who might fit their own agenda, because of what we have done to it, to abuse it, to manipulate it, to attempt to destroy it, sabotage it, its values, culture, and international being’.
MOSCOW, December 1 (Sputnik) — More countries should join the United States, the European Union and their allies by imposing economic sanctions on Russia, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said Monday. MOSCOW, November 27 (Sputnik) – NATO would like to reestablish normal relations with Russia, which aspires to a partnership, the Director of NATO Information Office in Moscow, Robert Pszczel told Sputnik radio Thursday. “I’m not simply sure, I know that all NATO countries, from a political point of view, of course, would like to return to the path of normal, full-fledged and partnership-oriented relations with Russia,” Pszczel said.
BRUSSELS, December 2 (Sputnik) — NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on Tuesday he believes that Russia has replaced “the rule of law” with “the law of force” and that “instability is creeping closer” to NATO’s borders. “Instability is creeping closer. Russia is trying to replace the rule of law with the law of force,” Stoltenberg said before beginning a closed-door NATO foreign ministerial meeting.
Earlier today, Stoltenberg has accused Russia and eastern Ukrainian independence supporters of violating the Minsk protocol and praised Ukraine’s efforts to implement the agreements. He noted that NATO was supporting Kiev both politically and practically and was eager to announce the trust funds established to help Ukraine overcome the ongoing crisis.
so, what sense do these statements from NATO make????/ Beyond me.
Hmm – what have they done? Why aren’t the proper nuclear authorities there checking everything? Did they put those Westinghouse rods in? It is reported nearly a week later – hmm.
did anyone catch on cassad tv of yesterday the information report—–a Kiev person offering two slaves for sale-people “captured” from east ukraine……tried to re-open video today but not working……….I just see a black square-also ann-news videos are blank screens-can anyone contact them to ensure video up-loads work, tell them to get subtiles in english, this would surely help to spread the word about the situations……..or perhaps the rus saker guys can “transfer” these videos to their own part of their site?
Is there persecution of russians in Lithuania? Stories reported yesterday of children being arrested for treasonable offences against Lit, but denied-not sure what is going on.
Ah thought Churkin would be in the news soon UNITED NATIONS, December 5 (Sputnik) – Russia’s envoy to the United Nations Vitaly Churkin has called for an investigation into reported corruption among members of the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX).

I don’t know about the children, but I can tell you russianspeakers have felt like secondclass citizens for a long time in the Baltic countries. Their language is not a EU language and some have trouble passing the tests for citizenship, meaning they don’t have EU passports. Some young people had to move to Russia to find work in St. Petersburg and some young Russians in Russia proper also do that when they can’t find work in their hometowns or villages. The economic wheels have turned fast in St. Petersburg.
It must be understood all the Baltic countries are small and felt culturally threatened in Sovjet times when many Russians settled in their countries, but this problem must be solved. The EU never cared for it.
Today I don’t know, but my experience a couple of years ago was you still get a long way speaking russian in Estonia and Latvia without problems. People in the Baltic countries are peaceful and that is what has saved them from internal strife so far. At the fall of the USSR, the Estonians sang themselves to freedom for three days and three nights. It was a mighty manifestation. There was very little violence.
I have never been to Lithuania, but if you go to Estonia, don’t miss the old town in Tallin and pay attention to the good beer. Riga is a pearl.

Lawmaker: Kosovo’s Decision to Introduce Sanctions Against Russia “Raises Smile”
“…we express our serious concern regarding information that high ranking staff members of EULEX were implicated in corruption, while these are the very individuals who should be encouraging Kosovar-Albanians to commit to the rule of law. We urge impartial investigations into these cases,” Churkin said at a UN Security Council meeting on Thursday.
