Et tu, SouthFront? Who would have thought SouthFront would join the international conspiracy to falsify the casualty figures of this war? What do they think they are doing?
The Kiev International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) has just published a 31-page survey of Ukrainian opinion by region. A majority of Ukrainians want the war ended by negotiations with whatever concessions it takes given to the breakaway republics, including their own armies.
If they knew what it was costing them, this majority could grow. Why don’t we tell them?
Cassandra, I doubt there would’ve been a war in the first place if the people’s opinion counted for much more than a propaganda prop. Even the local governments opinions count for very little at this stage. This is big stakes and geopolitics, and the “people” will unfortunately have to grin and bear whatever their overlords dish out. Those polls and statistics are meaningless as things stand, so south front might as well state whatever sounds fashionable at the moment.
Iran Rejects UN Human Rights Report on Executions
May 11, 2015 – 12:32
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Foreign Ministry rejected as “downright lie” a recent report prepared by the UN special rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Iran, Ahmed Shaheed, and Christof Heyns, the UN rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions.

The report on the alleged unreported executions in Iran or the execution of political prisoners is a downright lie, Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Marziyeh Afkham said on Sunday, stressing that such untrue claims run counter to the professional responsibilities of Shaheed and Heyns.
An Iranian ship carrying humanitarian supplies has left the southern Iranian port city of Bandar Abbas for war-torn Yemen as Saudi Arabia continues to pound the neighboring Arab state with deadly air raids.
The Nejat (Rescue) cargo ship, containing 2,500 tons of much-needed aid, including food, medical supplies and tents, set sail for Yemen on Monday.
The aid consignment was donated by the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS).
The ship will sail through the Persian Gulf, the Sea of Oman, the Indian Ocean and the Gulf of Aden. After its arrival in the Bab el-Mandeb strait, the vessel will enter the Red Sea and is set to unload its cargo in southern Yemeni city of Aden or al-Hudaydah port.
The navies of Russia and China have begun their first-ever joint naval drills in the Mediterranean Sea, officials say.
The Russian and Chinese navies began a 10-day training exercise in the Mediterranean Sea on Monday.
Commenting on the drills, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov has said that the naval training missions were not directed at any third country.
Sources say groups of nine vessels from the two countries are taking part in the maneuvers. The ships involved in the drills had already been participating in international anti-piracy escort missions in the Gulf of Aden and off the Somali coast.
President Obama was scheduled to meet with the Arab leaders at the White House on May 13 and at Camp David, Maryland, on May 14.
They were expected to discuss nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1 countries — the US, Britain, Russia, China, France and Germany — and the crisis in Syria and Yemen.
TEHRAN (FNA)- Arab media reports said the facilities of the Saudi giant oil firm, Aramco, have come under attack by the Yemeni forces minutes ago.
The Arabic-language Al-Mayadeen television reported minutes ago that Aramco’s oil facilities in Zahran have come under attack by Yemen’s tribal forces.
Meantime, a tribal source said his tribe has pounded “Aramco’s facilities in Zahran Asir in the Southern parts of Saudi Arabia”.
Local people residing in nearby area said they have heard loud blasts at Aramco’s oil installations and “smoke is spiralling up from the facilities”.
TEHRAN (FNA)- The Persian language Spokesman for the US State Department, Alan Eyre, said Saudi Arabia had promised not to use Washington-supplied cluster munitions against civilians, escaping responsibility as to why the US is not standing against Riyadh’s use of such weapons.
“The US, as part of its rule and policy, only exports cluster munitions that meet the strict requirements of the amount of unexploded ordnance, i.e. 1 percent. Additionally, the receiving country of such weapons must give commitment that cluster munitions will only be used against specific military targets and will not be used where civilians are known to be present or in areas normally inhabited by civilians,” said Alan Eyre in an exclusive interview with Fars News Agency’s Persian-language website.
He also didn’t deny the reports that the US has supplied Riyadh with internationally-banned weapons.
Excellent report. The bandera nazis continue to move heavy equipment forward. I suppose the next zionazi major attack on Novorussia is near, and will be preceded with the usual false flag incident with plenty of zionazi media hype.
It seems that even more people in Lugansk want freedom from Kiev…its too bad this region doesn’t seem to be as organized as Donetsk…I wish that Zakharchenko could be the top leader in Lugansk as well as Donetsk….
OSCE told the republics they are in breech of Minsk for taking some heavy weapons inside the “line” for the parades.
I wonder if they’ll tell Kiev they’re in breech taking MISSILES up the line?
OSCE are sock puppets. In fact, they are socks used for other things.

God I hope the ship makes it.

Maybe this is why those 4 Arab countries just now cancelled their “summit” with Lord O this week.
