“Civil servants salary increase 1%” that’s not hallmark of despotic government (unless presenter in this video used wrong term) civil servants such tax collectors, police certain unions and of course the politicians themselves never lag their wages begin “cost of living index” where deplorables get negative wage increase. Likely those French riot cops are getting all kinds of remunerations just to assure their fidelity to the establishment. Other than that it is well presented cause.
Here in Canada with new carbon tax which might be as high as 250%, how that grabs you?

The U.S. is trying to maintain its southern border with a wall. It is a shame that it has to be that way,
but, runaway immigration is not acceptable in a sovereign country.
If I were a Frenchman, I would be screaming to get out of the European Union. Macron and those like him need to be replaced. A new leader who hears the will of the Yellow Jackets and the citizens needs to be found.
