“In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
In Part I of this topic (See here), the inception of the Islamic Republic of Iran under the leadership of Imam Khomeini was referenced as a specific example of a system in governance based on Imamat and Wilayat as interpreted, implemented, and practiced in Shi’a Islam. Iran was a nation pegged and primed to become a model for a fully secularized, westernized, and liberalized society in a Muslim majority land. This was a nation endowed with lucrative material wealth and natural resources, several millennia of civilization, culture, and written history but headed by a darling pro-Western puppet regime brought about through series of costly overt and covert schemes and operations.
As well it was stated in the article that the inception of this system was to bring the Word of God into the governance of people exactly when supercilious Western elites, that is, the sorts of elites who have this delusion that history begins and ends with them, were gleefully celebrating an envisioned modern Atlantis in which the Word of God has no place in its systems of governance. Still, the Islamic Republic of Iran happened. Not only did the Islamic Republic of Iran happen, it became a significant, enduring, and dynamic force to reckon with despite all options on and under the table that were thrown at it. Talk about the showing of a heavenly middle phalange. Metaphorically speaking, of course.
Before attending to the next segment, I would like to address here a question posed in the comment section of the part I of the essay since the response to that helps with specific points in the overall argument of the essays. “daniel” on October 02, 2020 · at 4:46 am EST/EDT wrote:
“99.25% of the participants voted “yes” to an Islamic Republic system of government in Iran[1] replacing a system of monarchy based on an inherited position transfer from a king to his eldest son.”
Was the Iran 1979 referendum (results shown above) a once off thing & considered binding for life or was it set up as a recurring probing exercise which follows some regular interval, say a 50 years cycle?
Until 1979, any major movement, like the Constitutional Movement of 1906 or any systematic mechanism that could have legitimately and authentically admitted the will of the people into the system of governance had often been violently suppressed. I addressed some of that in another essay last year titled “Willfully and Consciously Demonizing Shia: the Leadership of the Pious.” Please see here.
The revolution of 1979 happened because for hundreds of years almost all major and minor movements to reform the system of governance according to authentic desires and will of the people of Iran had failed. The referendum in 1979 was the first and the ONLY straight forward mechanism at that time to get the voices of the people heard, clearly documented, and actualized. After some revisions to the constitution 10 years later, another nationwide referendum was held and 97.38% of the participants approved the revised version of the constitution. Furthermore, through direct election of their representatives into Majlis Shoraye Islami (an assembly of 290 seats) and Majlis Khobregah Rahbari, the Assembly of Experts for Leadership (consisting of 88 seats), the people of Iran could make decisions about the constitution and the Wali Faqih, respectively.
When there are already appropriate, effective, and functioning venues and mechanisms in place, the need for a referendum becomes null and void unless either all of those systems become so corrupt and dysfunctional that the will of the people can no longer be genuinely manifested, or the issue in question is so novel that the approval of which does not fall within the realm of the established mechanisms and requires a nationwide referendum. So far, we have had neither of those situations occurring in Iran.
I would like to add a comment that I thought the answer provided by another commenter “arash” a good use of the instrument of jadal—a form of argument when one uses already accepted conventions of the opponent as proof and/or refutation of one’s own argument. Although I think “daniel” may have asked the question out of sincere curiosity, I do understand the sensitivity of the question and what may have prompted that response. A repeated ad nauseam favorite false statement by the Zionist West, Inc. has often been that a democratic referendum can work in a Muslim land only once: to bring about an Islamic State into power (often referencing Egypt and Muslim Brotherhood experience of 1950s as example); then it is stopped for good. Nevertheless, we are glad that the democratic processes work so very well and in an exemplary manner at least in the US, France, UK, and elsewhere in the West. Electoral College Votes. Two Party Systems. AIPAC. Industry Lobbies. Yellow Vests. Brexit. Arbitrary Lockdowns…
People. Glass Houses. Stones.
Now, in continuing with our topic in this follow-up essay, we start with defining the terms and concepts related to the topic of wilayat and Imamat. The term wilayat is derived from tri-literal root word “wāw lām yā,” literally meaning “something that comes very closely on the heels of another of a similar essence without distance and separation between the two.”[1] Depending on the context, the word wali could take different (but related) meanings. Prominent among the meanings are guardian, protector, friend, ally, encouraging, aiding, assisting, heeding, following, parent, and offspring.[2] The common denominator and implicit in all these meanings of wali and its derivatives are two conjectures: 1) a spiritual and devotional nearness, intimacy, and companionship; 2) a reciprocal and mutual relationship both in theory and in practice.
Generally speaking, anyone and anything can become anyone’s wali and/or one can choose him/her/it as his wali, be it an informal choice and/or a formal declaration though laws and conventions. If you want to know who your wali is, you must take an inventory of who and what your closest allies, companions, influencers, friends, masters, and followers are and how you spend most of your time. While at it, you should examine what credentials those awlia (plural form of wali) have, where they are leading you, what the final destination and ultimate consequence of the path in which you are following that wali are. Let’s make the meaning of the term more palpable and empirical.
An alcoholic has chosen alcohol and its colleagues –that is, anything and anyone connected to it by way of selling, serving, producing, distributing, and more – as his awlia. He spends part of his time chasing after getting that alcohol and the remainder of his time following where that alcohol takes him (in mind, body, and soul). Obedient to his wali to the bone. Ditto with a drug addict, sex addict, food addict, fame addict, internet addict, and you name it. For capitalists, capital et al. are their awlia. For Satan worshippers, Satan is their wali. They chase to find it and they follow where it leads, a downward spiral to be sure. For some Trump and his handlers are their wali/awlia; for others Biden and his handlers are their wali/awlia. Some choose Muhammad bin Salman as their wali, and some do the same with Abul Fattah el-Sisi. Sultan Erdogan Jr. is wali to some and Netanyahu is wali to others. Zionism, imperialism, globalism, and more are all awlia to this, that, and the other. For some, their ego is their wali and for some others their wants, lusts, ambitions and greed.
A troupe of wretched examples to be sure. The reality of our world is such that hopeless examples of wali far exceed the worthy and upright ones. As Molana Jalal-iddin Muhammad (Molavi) in Mathnavi reminds us: رشته ای بر گردنم افکنده دوست — می کشد هر جا که خاطرخواه اوست“A bridle around my neck placed by the beloved – Taking me place to place wherever s/he desires.” So, it behooves us to choose wisely that/s/he which/who we choose as our wali. Generally speaking, that is.
More specifically, however, about the term wali (and its plural form awlia), Quran issues certain caveats. There is a verse in Quran (2:255) called Ayatul Kursi which is memorized and often recited by Muslims with the two verses that follow it, verse 256 and verse 257.[3] The trio offer many blessings and bounties for those who recite them regularly. So, they are quite well-known among those who are blessed enough to have chosen Quran as their regular companion. All three verses and their translations are in the reference sections. Here, however, I would like to restate first Verse 257 in which the word Wali with a specific meaning of Protecting Guardian and its plural form awlia meaning guardians are used:
“Allah is Wali [Protecting Guardian] of those who have believed. He brings them out of the darkness(es) toward the light. And those who disbelieved, their awlia [guardians] are the Taghut [transgressing oppressor and evildoers] who bring them out of the light toward the darkness(es). Those are the companions of the fire and they abide therein forever.”
Thus there is only One True Wali for humanity and that is God, the Protecting Guardian. If a person or a collective (an Ummah) chooses anyone and anything other than God as his/her/their guardians, then they are eventually led into nothing but all sorts of darkness: Oppression, misery, ignorance, transgression and more. The choice is clear: Choose One True Wali, or become slaves to many masters and false gods and their self-serving impulses. If a nation does not choose God as One True Wali, it appears that any good-for-nothing two-bit jerk with some capital, fire power, and conniving skills would dare to imagine himself as qualified to be their master and make decision for them. I am just saying.
Logic, reason, wisdom, common sense, and intelligence all dictate that we, as individuals and/or as collectives choose the best and the most qualified for guardianship, administration, and caretaking of our affairs according to our beliefs and ideals. And nobody is putting a gun/sword over anyone’s head to choose God as their Wali.
I can see an explosion of fiery questions in so many minds. Wasn’t Islam spread by sword?! Didn’t Allah-fearing Muslims attack nations and forced people to convert to Islam or get decapitated?! Does the word Daesh/ISIS mean anything?! I am very grateful that you are asking all these questions, notwithstanding the questionable assumptions. The key to answering all these questions is following all the intricate details that one way or another link to the concept of wali and use concrete and true examples to distinguish true from false, which by the end of these essays we will have done, Inshallah.
Verse 256 of Chapter 2 (Baqarah) that we mentioned above states that:
“There is no compulsion in the religion. Certainly a distinction has been clearly made between the right and the wrong. Therefore, whoever disbelieves in false idols/evildoing transgressors and believes in Allah, then certainly he has grasped onto a robust anchor that will not break. And Allah is All-Hearing and All-Knowing.”
Since there is no (read, must not be any) compulsion in this religion and the distinction between right and wrong has been clearly made, our job is to first reject all false awlia and then accept One True Wali. If we do not, our punishment/the consequence is to fall into dizzying vortices of fear and regret. If we succeed in doing this though, then we have grasped onto a “robust anchor”—an unbreakable, firm, unwavering, and lasting chain and handhold. Again, the choice is clear and is ours.
Now, we need to follow up on two clues: 1) How God as Wali translates into the concept of wilayat of a person, which means guardianship, stewardship, caretaking, safekeeping, and supervision by other than God; 2) What/who the bands in the unbreakable chain of “robust anchor” are.
As Muslims, we believe the Almighty God has absolute Wilayat, the Absolute Protecting Guardianship, of all creation, including the human beings. This Wilayat takes two inter-linked and inter-related types of laws that govern us (humans) and the world in which we live. One form relates to the laws of Taqwin, or the innate laws of nature. Everyone and everything from a speck of dust to electrons to multi-cellular complex beings to the universe at large submits to, or is a Muslim to, these laws of Taqwin.
We are able to study the chemistry of water because the electrons, the protons, the neutrons, the atoms, the molecules, the hydrogen bonds, and every drop of water, every stream, river, lake, and ocean all faithfully submit to the laws of Taqwin. Because there is a law, we can learn from the repeated patterns made possible by that law and try to manipulate observable things around us. It does not really matter if someone believes in God or s/he is an agnostic or an atheist. Every ounce of his/her existence submits, or is a Muslim to the laws of Taqwin set by God, the Creator. When we study biology, anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, parasitology, microbiology, immunology, virology, ecology, and whatever else, we are in fact trying to understand the laws of Taqwin regardless of whether we fully understand or willingly admit this fact or not.
Most of these laws could be observed, learned, experimented with, and from them countless lessons could be drawn. God’s Wilayat in Taqwin is Absolute. That we can manipulate a gene, for example, it does not mean that somehow we have gained some sort of a veto power to overwrite the laws of Taqwin. It only means the laws of Taqwin that govern the genes offer a level of flexibility to be “interpreted,” to a certain point, in practice. So, those “scientists” with a tiny bit of knowledge but huge propensity for arrogance should exercise caution not to get too cocky since they do not really know when their arrogance might just force them to nosedive into abyss. Wilayat over Taqwin is not our topic of discussion here, so we leave it be.
The other form of God’s Wilayat relate to the laws of Tashri’e. These are laws that are sent to people by God through His great Messengers and Prophets (May peace be upon them all) to guide humanity in this life and prepare/educate/equip them with the appropriate knowledge and skill for the Hereafter. The first prophet, we are taught by Quran, was Adam (peace be upon him) and the last one was Prophet Muhammad. However, great prophets of God were not merely some post office employees given a piece of mail to deliver. They were also given the responsibility and mandate to govern the societies of believers in accordance to the laws set by God Almighty. In other words, they were delegated by God to govern; an authorized or deputized Wilayat. In this regard then a prophet is Wali of God, and all prophets are Awlia of God, Awlia-Allah.
Why? Because the one who knows and understands the laws best, the one who has been trained and assisted by the Law Maker the best, the one who is the most truthful, honest, trustworthy, pious, and pure and behaves most authentically in accordance with the laws of God and obeys him in heart, body, mind, and soul is the best qualified person to govern the believers of God based on His laws. It is not an unreasonable and illogical concept that would be hard to grasp. It is rather simple.
Is it stated in Quran that the prophets of God have guardianship over the believers’ affairs? Yes. A few examples are helpful. During the time of Prophet Abraham (peace be upon him), he had the legitimate Wilayat and guardianship to govern and lead the society of the believers. During the time of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him), he had the legitimate Wilayat and guardianship to govern and arbitrate the affairs of the believers. Likewise with Prophet Isa Son of Maryam (peace be upon him), Prophet David (peace be upon him), Prophet Issac (peace be upon him), Prophet Muhammad and all other prophets of God. Relevant verses abound in Quran but here are a few examples:
In Chapter 4 (Nisaa), Verse 64:1-8, it is stated: “And We did not send any Messengers except for them to be obeyed by Permission from God.”
Chapter 4, Verse 59:1-10 reads: “O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those among you who have the guardianship of your affairs.”
Chapter 26 (Shu’ara), Verses 105-110: “The people of Noah denied the Messengers. When their brother Noah said to them, ‘Will you not fear God? Indeed, I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. Therefore, fear God and obey me. And I do not ask of you any payment for it. My payment is not but from the Lord of the Worlds. So, fear God and obey me.”
Chapter 26, Verses 142-145: “When said to them their brother Saleh, ‘Will you not fear God? Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy Messenger. So, fear God and obey me. And I do not ask of you any payment for it. My payment is not but from the Lord of the Worlds.”
Chapter 26, Verses 160-164: “People of Lut denied the Messengers. When said to them their brother Lut, ‘Will you not fear God? Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy Messenger. So, fear God and obey me. And I do not ask of you any payment for it. My payment is not but from the Lord of the Worlds.”
Therefore, this guardianship, this delegated (by God) system of governance is entrusted to Prophets who are trustworthy and get their wages/salary directly from God. They are not there to fill their pockets, accumulate wealth, and fulfill their lofty desires at the expense of people and under the guise of governing them. They have primacy over any other person for that position.
These are all Prophets of God and we are saying that Prophet Muhmmad was the last of the Prophets. Then, what happened after him? Was the world left without a Wali? Were people and the believers left on their own to find someone, anyone, to govern their affairs? Was there any criterion? Did the Prophet leave the people stranded to fight and divide? Would that even be a responsible and wise thing to do?
It is quite evident that we Shi’a Muslims believe that Wilayat did not end with the Prophet and the guardianship of the society of the believers, the Muslim Ummah, had a clear path to take. This brings us to the next phase of the essay in which we explore the term Imamat and how a major division occurred as soon as the Prophet passed away. We are entering into a very complex territory and a minefield and, with God’s Help, I will need to do some major mine neutralization. So, stay tuned, please.

I don’t think there’s any doubt that there is a power and magic about Shia Islam and Iran. In this crucial juncture of history, Shia Iran is the only place in the world where you hear chants of death to Israel and death to Zionism.
In “normal” countries – wink at Mike Pompeo – the average person has no idea about any Zionist bankers. Iran is a nation that knows all about them, collectively, and has risen up against them. What is more, Iran has had amazing success against them, even though they have all the zombie nations of the world lined up against it.
The Zionists have used Sunni Islam to demonize and discredit Islam, and they portray all Islamic ideology as some kind of hostile threat to freedom and sanity. Sunni Islam has a serious problem if it has become a tool of the Zionists, the devil by all accounts.
Imamat, the note that the OP left off on, is what separates Shia and Sunni. I will cut to the chase. The Shia believe that Mohamad named his son-in-law, Ali, to be his successor who should lead the Ummah. This happened at Khumm in 632 AD at a sermon, an event which is undisputed. But a friend of the prophet, Abu Bakr, who was also the prophet’s father-in-law, usurped the leadership after Mohamad’s death, and all but proclaimed himself king.
Ali was a spiritual leader, and a great warrior. He was thwarted at every turn and eventually murdered. His son Hasan, the second imam, was also murdered. His other son Hosein was famously martyred at the Battle of Karbala, if you can call five thousand against seventy two thirsty, hungry travelers, including a six month old baby, a battle.
Hosein, the third imam was murdered in this cowardly manner by Yazid, the Caliph, the one who sat on Mohamad’s “throne”.
Ali’s grandson, the son of Hosein was the fourth imam, and was also murdered. There are twelve imams, eleven of them were murdered. They were all murdered by “the establishment”, by the usurpers of Mohamad’s kingdom.
The twelfth imam disappeared, or rather, was taken away, as Enoch the great grandfather of Noah was taken away. He is expected to return at the same time as the second coming of Jesus, and the two shall be allies.
i think its a bit extreme to call Abu Bakr and the rest as usurper. He is close friend of the prophet. You might as well said that the prophet failed to pick his close friend and failed to guide him. this is a fitnah for a reason. it is a sign that from now on on the timeline of history, fitnah will come and it will get worse day by day…. thanks for your contribution in other conversation. good read
I don’t think it is extreme. I am not interested in secterianism, only the truth.
Do you deny that Mohamad proclaimed his son-in-law, Ali son of Abu Taleb, who was the first man to accept Mohamad as the prophet and who fought many battles for the prophet’s cause, his heir and successor?
Do you deny that as soon as Ali became Caliph after the death of Uthman, Aisha, the daughter of Abu Bakr and Mohamad’s widow, went to war against him in the battle of jamel?
Do you deny that after the battle of jamel, Muawiya son of Abu Sufyan, went to war against Ali at Siffin? And when Ali sent envoys and attempted to avert the conflict and make peace, did Muawiya not say “Go away from here, only the sword will decide between us”? And when Muawiya was losing the battle, did he not command his troops to impale Qurans on their lances so that Ali would stop fighting?
Did Muawiya not proclaim himself Caliph a few years after Siffin, when he forced Hasan son of Ali to abdicate? And did Yazid, son of Muawiya, not murder Hosein son of Ali?
Did the Caliphs then not go on to murder all of Mohamad’s posterity, right up to the eleventh generation Imam Hasan son of Ali al-Askari, who was poisoned by the coward Al-Mu’tamid, the Abbasid Caliph?
I am sorry, but I cannot hold back my tongue; these people, these so called Muslims were scum in my opinion. The murderers of Mohamad’s ahlulbayt. The murderers of children.
I am not surprised at all that their descendents are in league with the Zionists today. It is most fitting.
Salam alykum. Good job sister, always enjoy your work. You picked a fascinating topic to write on.
looking forward to the third part, and i hope you will do a eschatology series in the future.

Brilliant and succinct, you will never know how much this mean to people like me. Genuine literatures in English language about Iran is like air to me, may Almighty Allah reward you abundantly. Looking forward to the next part with eagerness to.
Yk,
The price of chicken has gone up from 12,000 tomans per kilo a couple of months ago, to 22,000 tomans today. The chicken shop guy says to expect 27,000 tomans by the time the strike is over.
There is a chicken strike right now. Chicken farmers are refusing to sell their chicken. The government says chicken has to reach the consumer at 19,500 tomans per kilo. The chicken farmers say that production costs are already over 20,000 tomans per kilo, hence the strike.
Chicken feed, mainly soybean, must be imported to Iran, because it is a water intensive crop, and Iran is a dry country going through a drought right now. Iran needs US dollars to import it.
The US dollar is a commodity in Iran. The price fluctuates with supply and demand. Sanctions have all but stopped the influx of US dollars to Iran, and yet Iranian importers need it to import all kinds of basic necessities.
There are no banking transactions between Iran and the rest of the world, which is why sanctions are effective. You need physical US dollars, but you can’t get them anymore.
The US dollar is around 30,000 tomans now, up from 3,000 tomans 5-6 years ago. A couple of months ago it was 25,000. The US dollar price is going up daily now because there is so little of it left here. So, importing chicken feed gets more expensive by the day, which means so does chicken.
The price of everything in Iran is going up at an astronomical rate. Last winter a truckload of manure cost 1.8 million tomans. Last week it was 3.8 million. You can apply this same pattern to everything, and this has been the situation here for the last 40 years, more or less.
Ordinary Iranians are under tremendous financial stress. Just imagine if the price of chicken, and everything else, nearly doubled in your country over a couple of months, but your salary stayed the same. How would you survive? How would everyone else survive?
If the sanctions against Iran were applied against any other country, that country would very quickly succumb, in my opinion. Iran is going on 41 years now.
Many, including the Zionist overlords, must be wondering how this is possible? How is Iran thriving and fighting wars on multiple fronts, propping up the governments of neighboring countries, while under sanctions that are historically unprecedented?
It is true that Iran has the largest natural gas reserves and the third largest oil reserves in the world, making Iran’s energy reserves the largest in the world. It is also true that Iran has vast mineral resources, a total of 7% of the world’s mineral reserves. But these statistics only explain why the Zionists need to conquer Iran so badly, they do not entirely explain why Iran has not faltered against the combined force of every country in the world.
It is true, every country is with the enemy today. We know this because they are all de facto against us. Some say that China and Russia have been helping Iran. If by help they mean Russia turning off missile defense systems in Syria whenever Israel wants to bomb Iranian targets, then sure, Russia is a big help to us in the fight against the Zionists.
They brought Russia in at the very end to conduct a few air raids against ISIS and take the glory of victory away from Iran, and to make sure Iran does not entirely take over the place. As long as Russia is in Syria, Israel can do whatever it wants there with impunity. But make no mistake, it was Iranian boots on the ground that defeated ISIS.
No, Iran’s survival is not because of vast resources or Russian-Chinese help. China is simply using Iran as leverage against the West. No Chinese help has been forthcoming as long as I have been alive, which is 32 years now.
No, if Iran had any help, Israel would have been obliterated by now. We are all alone, and many look to us for help, which we provide at great expense.
Iran is the country of the Mahdi, the twelfth imam, the wali. All attempts against Iran will fail, as they have been failing for the last 40 years.
A kilo of chicken for 27,000 tomans will not bring Iran down. We will simply stop eating chicken. Mayhap we stop eating altogether, but we will not stop fighting.
Jamshyd,
To say that we empathize with IR of Iran and feel your pain is to be economical with the truth because one have to walk in your shoes to really get a feel of what you are going through, what Iranian populace is experiencing right now is barbarism at its worst with a deafening silence of the world.
Jamshyd we are proud of the IR of Iran for not just going toe to toe against the world taghutis but also helping those in need to keep going without religious bais, a true display of Shiiatu Ahlul-byt Islamic spirit of steadfastness. Make no mistake, for people like me the likes of Russia and China are a capitalist ideology in another form, if they cannot dominate you through there soft power they wait until you are down and then come in to take over in a take it or leave it terms.
Someone on twitter asked about what could happen in Syria next, I replied him that Syria will remain hostage to major powers whims as long as Syria government remain beholden to Russia’s help. Russia came into Syria did some heavy lifting through airstrikes no doubt, but they have been using Syria as bargain chip since then in her contest with the US in other arena especially as they are implicitly helping Trump to get reelected.
But Alhamdulilah IR of Iran have come this far with little help from these nations, and I believe the worst is over for Iran because Trump has done everything possible except war and have failed woefully. This is an attestation to the status the IR of Iran has attained in the world today which Iranians like you and people like me I’m sure are very proud of and I hope with the upcoming new presidential election Iranians will elect an individual who really understand the new dynamics and advantages the IR of Iran have gained through its strategic resilience to propel the nation forward economically, scientifically, culturally and militarily to make the IR of Iran immune to sanctions.
May the Almighty Allah hasten the reappearance of the Imam of the age (as).
Jamshyd I will like to have your insight on the upcoming presidential election in Iran.
All I can say about the upcoming election is that 80 million people will be relieved that Rouhani is going away. In the last few years, I have not heard a single soul in Iran speak of Rouhani with anything but utter contempt.
Let me tell you about the last two elections.
Rouhani ran for President with the promise that he would restore good relations with the West, make a deal with them, and save the Iranian people from their economic hell.
Let me tell you a bit more about this economic hell first. Let’s say you are looking to buy a car, or a house, first things first, Iranian banks are not like global Zionist banks in that they will not buy the car or house for you and then you pay them back in installments. If you want to buy something in Iran, you have to pay for it in cash. So, you price a car, the cheapest car on the market is a Kia pride, made in Iran, and a few years ago they went for 10 million tomans.
You work all year, you save up your money, and if you’re lucky, at the end of the year you have your 10 million tomans. You go to buy yourself the car, but you are told that it now costs 20 million. You work another year, save up, but this time they tell you that a Kia pride is going for 40 million.
That was last year, if I’m not mistaken. Today a Kia pride costs 140 million tomans. Put yourself in the shoes of an Iranian who wants to buy a car. Frustrating, no?
Five years ago, you could have bought a small apartment in a good neighborhood in Tehran for 500 million tomans. Today that same apartment will set you back 2.4 billion tomans. The average minimum wage worker earns 3-4 million tomans a month. Iranians today will take the dream of owning their own home to the grave with them. A dream that was not so far-fetched a generation ago.
A little bit about the Iranian banking system, the Islamic banking system that was brought about to rival the Jewish usurers. Iranian banks are institutions that provide a public service. They will keep your money for you, and in return they will pay you up to 20% yearly interest.
The Iranian bank pools everyone’s money, and invests it in the development of the country. For example, let’s say you have a business idea. You go to the bank and request a loan to start a business, if approved, you will receive money that actually belongs to the people. You work with that money and generate a profit, and you pay some of your profits back to the bank as interest on the loan, and the bank distributes that interest among the people whose money it is holding. The people get richer, the businessmen flourish, and the country gets developed, all together.
This, in a nutshell, is the adversary of Jewish banking, which in turn is based on printing money as debt. The Zionists are very scared of Islamic banking, this I have no doubt about.
Anyway, let’s go back again. Economic hell; a situation where no matter how hard you work or how much you save, you can never get ahead because the dollar exchange rate is being manipulated to cause inflation. And Rouhani claimed that the only way forward was to mend fences with the West, and with the rest of the world, from which we have been estranged.
Every Iranian home has a satellite TV that streams Persian language ziomedia programming directly to their living room. Decades ago the government made many efforts to eradicate satellite TV, but was faced with public resistance, people crying “freedom!” because the satellite TV was telling them to. So, the government backed down.
When Rouhani was campaigning for his first term, the Persian language ziomedia was constantly airing stuff that showed Rouhani in a very favorable light, and his opponent as an irrational lunatic. The ziomedia promised the Iranian people that if they made a deal with the West, things would get better for them.
Khamenei was opposed to any deals with the west from the beginning, and he made his position clear. He said the West is untrustworthy. The people, led by satellite TV, overruled him, voted for Rouhani and sat in anticipation of sanctions being lifted and things getting better. Many were saying that because China and Russia are part of the P5+1 group that were negotiating the nuclear deal, there would be no Western domination. They said we were negotiating with all the world powers.
The deal went through. Sanctions were lifted. A few European companies came to Iran pretending to be interested in doing business. And Israeli spies came to Iran dressed as IAEA inspectors. They learned all they needed to know about the ins and outs of how the Iranian economy works. Then the US pulled out of the deal and imposed new and improved sanctions based on what they has spied here.
The Iranian currency jumped from around 3,000-4,000 tomans per dollar to nearly triple that. Everyone looked to Rouhani, then they looked to the satellite TV.
The satellite TV said to people: the Europeans and China and Russia are still with you, elect Rouhani for a second term and watch how the USA will become isolated, and the Europeans and China and Russia will be on your side and the sanctions will fail, trust in Rouhani.
Rouhani’s second term has been a disaster for Iran economically. The Europeans have not helped, Russia has not helped, and now China is dangling some deal in front of a desperate Iran.
Yk, what you said about Russia doing the heavy lifting in Syria is not completely accurate. It is what the Western media reported, true. But what actually happened in Syria was that as soon as it became apparent that ISIS was going to lose, the Zionists called in their ally Russia to come and take the place of ISIS as a buffer between Iran and Israel.
The Russian presence in Syria is not as the Western media makes it seem. They are really not helping to stabilize the situation, in my opinion. The Russian military is powerful enough to completely obliterate all the rebels in a heartbeat, so what are they doing?
I will end this with an anecdote. In the summer of 2016, a friend was the sniper involved in a battle to liberate a couple hundred women who were being kept in a compound in Syria by ISIS as sex slaves. My friend relates how the Russians, who were never keen on such moral missions, stayed on the sidelines that night, until the girls were freed, at which point they wanted to get in on the action and share the “spoils”, which is what they imagined the girls to be. Suffice to say we all found it very distasteful.

You stated, “Decades ago the government made many efforts to eradicate satellite TV, but was faced with public resistance, people crying “freedom!” because the satellite TV was telling them to. … The people, led by satellite TV, overruled him (Imam Khamenei), voted for Rouhani and sat in anticipation of sanctions being lifted and things getting better.”
What happened to the Iranian people who withstood Saddam and his world backers, the Iranians who willingly became martyrs for the Revolution? How did the mentality of the people change so quickly? Why wasn’t the Revolutionary vanguard able to check the infiltration of Western influence under Khatami et al., including in the cultural, educational, and media spheres?
Also, what about this theory below?
““A psychotronic generator can influence an individual or a whole crowd of people. It can affect a person’s psyche mentally and emotionally. It can affect memory and attention span. A psychotronic device can cause physical fatigue, disorientation, and alter a person’s behaviour,” asserts the Soviet biologist Edward Naumov. According to Ostrander and Schroeder, “certain generators can arouse fear, anxiety, anger, insomnia, depressions and suicidal thoughts and even lead to cerebral thrombosis.” …
Apparently, using an array of giant transmitters, the (CIA? – ed.) began to beam extremely low frequency (ELF) modulated signals all over Western Europe, Australia, North America and the Middle East. These transmissions, claims Tim Rifat, were designed to “permanently rewire the neural networks in the brains of the entire Western population, thereby destroying their social cohesiveness…” … This technology was allegedly used against the Soviet Union, in an attempt to bring about its destruction. …”

If the Zionists have this weapon—and they certainly do, given that they have HAARP, DUMBs, and all manner of black-budget technology—then how can we hope to fight back if even our minds and bodies are being remotely and involuntarily controlled by them without our knowledge, much less our consent?
Daniel,
The revolutionaries either died in the Iran-Iraq war, or they were assassinated. Khamenei lost his hand in a bombing/assassination attempt.
It took eight years of war for the ranks of Iranian
warrior revolutionaries to be decimated. There were quite a few of them back then. Only a handful are left today, but still enough to defeat ISIS, liberate Iraq and Syria, back Hezbollah against Israel, and support Yemeni resistance against Saudi Arabia.
The mentality of the Iranian people has changed because of the enemy’s lies. American TV shows and movies portray life in the West as some kind of paradise where people live in huge houses, drive the best cars, and seemingly nobody ever has to work. Or at least that is what the average Iranian gleans from watching them.
When the learned elders of Zion were drawing up comprehensive roadmaps to world domination, Iranians were, for the most part, herding goats and sheep in the hills, and the “revolutionary vanguard” was not able to check their infiltration because, in addition to the presence of a fifth column element, Iranians simply were not familiar with the enemy’s machinations. They did not know, for example, that a smartphone is actually a brainwashing-spying device, and so they let Iranian children have them.
With the content that is out there, smartphones have turned the human race homogenously into idiots. Iranians are being fed specially tailored lies by the ziomedia, just like people in the West.
The other day a shepherd was telling me that he wants to move to Australia, because there’s a lot of sheep there, he says. I had to explain to him that you can’t just take a bunch of sheep into national lands in Australia, and let them graze, like you can in Iran. He didn’t really believe me. He is semi-literate, does not speak a word of English, and convinced by the ziomedia that if he moves to a Western country, his life will be better.
Iranians do not understand what it takes to hold down a job in a Western country. Iranians do not really work. People here sitting around in offices sipping tea all day, think they’re working. This is because they live in a free country, where resources are nationalized and the income they generate runs the country, not taxed slave labor like in Zionist-controlled countries.
Semi-literate Iranians have the opportunity to make a living doing the absolute bare minimum. Iranian shepherds just mostly sit around all day while the sheep graze, or they walk. They imagine that they can make a better living in Australia just sitting and walking around.
Young Iranians today have so many more opportunities than their parents and grandparents had. Most old rural people in Iran are semi-literate or almost illiterate. But a lot of young rural folk go off to the cities to university nowadays, and either settle there, or return to their village enriched, educated, and create new opportunities there in turn. Young rural Iranians even go abroad now.
It would have been unthinkable for their grandparents to go abroad. Iranian rural areas did not have gas, electricity, running water or asphalt roads before the revolution. When the road work vehicles first came to my village, the villagers stared at them in awe and put food and water in front of them, thinking them to be strange exotic beasts. Today pretty much everyone in the village has at least one car. It is a miracle that Iranians can afford to buy cars at all since Trump, and yet more or less every Iranian family has a car now.
Iranians today don’t appreciate how good they have it, and even more so, how good they’ve had it so far, because they look to the West and compare Iran with the West, and an idealized image of the West at that, when they should be comparing the Iran of today and 40 years ago, 100 years ago, etc. Sure, chicken is expensive now since a few months ago, but Iranians were 20-30 centimeters shorter in height just a few generations ago, because they were so malnourished and underfed. In my village a man worked one day from dawn to dusk for one flat bread. Chicken? No. Travel abroad? Heh
By comparison, today Iran sits at the negotiation table with the world’s top six powers, in the framework of the UN, and what is more, gets cheated and tricked and lied to there. In my book this shows Iranian strength, and weakness of the global enemy who has to sink so low and resort to the kind of petty and barbaric behavior like pulling out of the nuclear deal, or assassinating Soleimani.
This is why the enemy must resort to psychological warfare, media warfare, economic warfare, to trick the Iranian people and bring down their morale. Many Iranians do not appreciate their nation’s struggle against the Zionist enemy at all. All they know is what the Persian language ziomedia and social media tells them.
I don’t know anything about the weapons you are talking about, but I don’t think it is necessary to invoke them to understand what’s happened to the Iranian people.
It is true the enemy has dreadful weapons and unthinkable resources and means, and I think it is long since any here have had much hope, but we continue to resist, continue to fight. And who knows, maybe we get lucky and defeat Israel, and break the new world order, and free all the nations of the world from slavery, and then we can all sit around together and sip tea all day, and no one will have to fight anyone anymore.
That is what I fight for.
Jamshyd
I don’t think any more needs to be said. Nor can your feelings, or mine, be adequately invoked in text.
You can probably imagine how lonely it is to be a Westerner posting here: one who knows the truth better than 99.9% of the sheep, including his own family. As dusk fades into darkness, in the vortex of a pandemic, this eerie moment is certainly an existential one—experienced on a personal level. I have many regrets: that I was born here and now rather than then and there. By then and there, I am referring to all the lands that are resisting, however futilely, the New World Order even at this final moment. I feel atomised, in deep agony, for others, myself, and those closest to me. The experience is a religious one, strangely devoid of religion itself, on the very threshold of the abyss. I wish I could do something about it, but I can’t, or can’t seem to find a way.
I really wish we were together, shoulder to shoulder, on the frontline, and not disconnected, fading dots.
Regarding the Zionists’ covert weaponry: I mentioned psychotronic devices because the precipitous, global decline of what was then left of human intelligence and morality since the 1960s—and, to be honest, since the end of the Second World War—almost exactly coincides with the deployment of psychotronic devices noted in the article. In this period television and the basis of the Internet became widespread, as global communications underwent quantum leaps, and the usual suspects also began rolling out GMOs vis-à-vis the so-called “Green Revolution,” patented by the Zionist bankers and other big capitalists, in order to perpetuate neocolonial dependency on cash-crop monocultures, of which I’m sure you’re well aware. Based on my view of history, nothing happens by accident, and far more goes on than even the most cynical observers are aware of.
At this point, we really can’t take reality for granted, or even be sure that anything is true besides perception.
Yet it was not always like this, even in the dank heart of the Western “beast.” Back in the Great Depression people, even in the West, still had some sense of high culture and personal ethics. There were real mass movements for higher material and spiritual values, such as the fight against capitalism, imperialism, and fascism. Sexual deviance was frowned upon, as was pornography, prostitution, and all forms of spiritual and material exploitation, even among the enlightened sections of the intelligentsia. An industrial working class, militant too, actually existed, Marxism-Leninism was a real thing, internationalism was a living force, and small mom-and-pop stores and family-owned farms were still around. Life still had substance, families and communities were glued together, usually for several or more generations, even to some extent in urban, industrial areas.
Now all those little glimmers of humanity, that tiny thread, are utterly vanished, as if they never existed.
You speak of luck—“maybe we will get lucky”—which is a rather interesting thing to say, since it goes against the very foundation of Islam, certainly Shia Islam, given that all creation is the domain of Allah. I myself have done quite a bit of research on Islam, and more importantly have thought long, hard, and deep about the nature of reality, existence, history, and being, across all disciplines and subjects, on my own time and at my own pace, though I am not a degreed specialist. (I think specialism is the last thing this world needs, especially at this very moment. Nor is a multidisciplinary approach enough, or sufficient. Wisdom of the most exalted calibre is needed, and I’m not going to claim the honour for myself, or anyone else, for that matter, save God, the Creator, or the Absolute, however one may define Him/It.)
Do you ever suspect that this world was designed to be an existential test, and that our response to this test is but an articulation of our very being, is our very being, in fact, and being is the very foundation of the Hereafter, or rather the centre of all things, the thread-centre that unites and transcends, beyond space and time? Maybe our articulation of being is the End, the End that transcends space and time, and carries over into the Hereafter. Only this could, in my view, explain why an All-Powerful God has permitted things to come to this state, for goodness to be vanquished by evil on this plane of existence: because ultimately our response should not be predicated on the outcome, whether in this world or the next, because goodness is the ground of being, creation is but the face and attribute of Absolute Being, and unites Past, Present, and Future in and of itself.
At this point, do you still see the Imam of Our Time in the wings, or will the last good men (and women) be vanquished before then? (I do not personally identify as a Muslim, nor do I claim to be one.) I have surveyed many of the eschatological traditions that comprise mankind’s collective spiritual heritage, and I find that the state of the world thus far, as bad as it is, seems to be turning out even worse than the most dire prophecies have indicated, even in Islam. Certainly, if psychotronic control is as entrenched as it seems to be, then it’s “game over” for humanity, even before Armageddon or Zuhoor.
Greetings from an autist with Asperger’s syndrome living in the West,
Daniel,
Do not be overly concerned with the fate of the world, it is only of secondary importance. The primary issue we are faced with is our mortality, and as such our primary concern should be attaining liberation and salvation.
Materialism is a lie. There is no world of objects out there. What is out there is energy. A portion of this energy hits our eyes. Our eyes then relay the energy to our brain in the form of electrical impulses. The brain then analyses the incoming data, distinguishing shapes and patterns we are familiar with, and projects that as an image, which is what we see. Thus, what we see is not what is actually out there, it is a processed product, two-steps removed from the real thing.
And what we do see is only a very small part of the whole, if we were to see the whole, we would “crash” as a computer crashes when faced with too much data. And in fact, the entire spectrum of energy that our organic sensory equipment is capable of perceiving, is no more than a tiny fraction of all the energy of the universe.
Let me reiterate. There is a universe made of flowing energy out there. We have been designed to handle only a certain band of that energy, out of the whole spectrum. And in our lives we perceive only a fraction of that. And what we do in fact perceive is not even the real thing, but rather an interpretation of sensory data, which we call the world.
The first time in my life that I went to an orchard, I knew absolutely nothing about trees. I couldn’t tell an almond tree apart from a walnut or apple. I distinctly remember that they all looked the same to me. They just looked like all the cartoons and drawings of trees that I had seen. But when I learned the description of each tree, then as if by magic, suddenly they looked different and I could distinguish between them. The things that we perceive are all things that we have been taught to perceive.
As an infant, we are engulfed in the flowing energy of the universe. To human babies, all is one. All is one endless dance of energy. But then we learn to isolate and distinguish mama and dada. At first, all non human things that moved looked the same to me, just like the trees, but then I learned to differentiate and distinguish cats and birds and dogs and mice, etc.
There are no cats and dogs and birds and people out there. There is only a singular massive flow of energy that is seemingly infinite and eternal, constantly in motion, and yet forever unchanged. We, as people, live inside a hallucinatory dream. And we are so misguided that we think arguing over whether Peter or Paul was Jesus’ favorite is a religious debate.
The universe is infinite, and it is of a predatory nature. As such good and bad are relative concepts, relative to whose interest. The predator or the prey? Look at cows, for example, a species that we have dominated and enslaved, and it is good for us, but for the most part it is not good for the cows because people do not treat them with love and kindness, rather, they hold them in industrial concentration camps and milk and slaughter and eat them.
God has no interest in our world or the plight of the cow. There is no “our world” out there, it is an illusion. The cow will never be free as a race, as long as we live. The universe is too large, and our place in it too small for it to matter. And predatory behavior is part of the world. We cannot expect God to save us from the enemy that has enslaved the human race, any more than the cow can. I think as a race, we were conquered ages ago.
Do not have hope for this world. It does not belong to you or me, we are transitory here. Have hope instead for your own liberation and salvation, and work tirelessly for that. There is very little time, a lifetime is barely enough time to discover all the secrets and mysteries of getting to the afterlife. When you die, the floodgates of the universe are going to open and you will be blasted with the entire energy of the universe, you better not “crash.”
Fighting the Ahrimanic enemy is of secondary importance. We do that for sport and for entertainment, and we love the enemy, because he has given us this chance to give the best of our selves and get creative and fight him and perhaps be so lucky as to die fighting him.
The Zionist elite are nothing more than a bunch of buffoons. Let them have the world. They are king of what? Psychotic-hallucination-land? Bravo to them.
It does not matter what happens in this world. And if an Imam is to come, surely he will come to offer a path to liberation and salvation for souls, and not for pointless, petty materialist worldly affairs.

Thanks for your reply, I am overwhelmed by the sheer magnitude of what ordinary Iranians have to face on daily basis but most and short of words on how to express my appreciation for this honourable Resistance Nation of Islam, however I cannot hide my disappointment at the ignorance and arrogance of the Rouhani clique which allowed the infliction of this pain on this dear nation through indecent agreement with capitalism.
For a clergy to be this haughty and blind expecting salvation to his nations economic problems through dilly dally with nations of savages behooves me, alhamdulilah that his ignoramus term will soon come to an end. This is nevertheless an evidence that IR of Iran is democratic because the Supreme Leader could have veto Rouhani on the deal but he nevertheless allowed the wish of the people to prevail. So they can only blame themselves for obeying the westoxicated elites in the garb of clergy instead of listening to the Rabhar.
As for Syria the likes of Assad even though faced lots of complexities internally which had to be balanced, but if he had listened and had wane his administration of the delusion of reaching an agreement with the West as the Resistance Axis led by IR of Iran had been advising him long before the international war on Syria, he would have saved his nation the bitterness of watching Russia reducing it into a bargain chip through his cold blooded pretense interference to save Syria and not its interest. Russia just like Saker used to say hold no nation any responsibility to rescue it, though Russia may be a Orthodox Christian dominated nation, its governance is divorced from any Christian ideology and rest on capitalist secular perspectives.
So to Russia, if more Syrians have to die for Russia to succeed in her bargain in other theaters of competition against the US so be it. As regards China I believe the IR of Iran through well thought out policy and vigilance can reach an economic deal with the Chinese based strictly on mutual benefits, but any collaboration with the Chinese on the political scene will end up in big disappointment for the IR of Iran. Russia and China, especially Russia just like the Western powers are opposed to the emergency of the IR of Iran as another major international power and would try to sabotage the IR of Iran anytime the opportunity present itself as the support for UNSC sanctions by Russia and China in the past have demonstrated.
This chapter I believe is a blessing in disguise for the IR of Iran to jolt the populace back to reality, the world arrogant nations only recognize power and might as the retaliated seizure of the UK oil tankers and busting of Venezuela siege by the IR of Iran have revealed. And as the Rahbar have stated on many occasions: if you give the arrogant nations an inch they will take a mile and it will bring setback the Iranian nation.
I wish the Iranian nation a better choice of president in the future, however, Jamshyd what is your perspective of the way the economic pressures can be turned into an advantage for the IR of Iran? I would really appreciate your view as I have appreciated and enjoy our exchanges so far. Thanks.
You are wrong about the deal with China. But I think you are spot on with China and Russia not wanting Iran to become more powerful.
Largest energy reserves in the world, coupled with 7% of the world’s mineral reserves is enough to make any country a great international power, especially if it is located at such a strategically important place as Iran.
The Iranian revolution was all about independence and self-sufficiency. Iran must become completely self-sufficient now, or see the dream of the revolution die. It is not easy, though.
A few weeks ago the government announced that they will be demanding that banks hand over everyone’s financial data, and anyone with over 5 billion tomans yearly turnover in their bank accounts will be taxed.
Taxes have never been a serious thing in Iran. A government that has nationalized oil and gas should not tax its citizens. But now there is no oil and gas income.
So, the government has demanded that everyone’s financial details be handed over, and the banks have refused, stating that customers’ financial details are confidential and require a court order. Now the tax department has taken over a dozen banks to court. As a result of this, many people have pulled their money out of the bank and put it in gold and dollars, for fear of the banks losing in court. This has caused the price of gold and US dollars to rise even further these past couple of weeks, obviously, because of a sudden spike in demand.
A lot of that gold and USD is being shipped out of the country as we speak, so that the government can’t take it.
Or, take Iranian car manufacturers, for example. Years ago, they were producing everything here, down to the smallest nuts and bolts. But China came forward and started offering some standard parts at a cheaper price than what was being produced here. So, of course, Iranian manufacturers started buying them from China to bring down production costs. Many factories that were producing those parts were shut down here as a result. Fast forward to US dollar exchange rate going up out of control, and suddenly the Chinese parts aren’t so cheap anymore. In fact, they are many times more expensive than what Iran was originally producing.
But alas, the factories were shut down and sold for scrap. And now we have the price of Iranian made cars going up with the US dollar.
Complete self-sufficiency. If we can achieve it quickly, Iran will continue to stand and oppose the Zionists. If we can’t, we will be defeated and made an example of, much more horrific than what was done to Germany after the war I’m sure.
And at this critical moment of desperation, China is coming forward with the deal of the century, all but completely undermining Iranian impetus for self-sufficiency.
Jamshyd
I’m not delusional as to think China is doing the IR of Iran a favor but we must understand that no nation can reach its full potential in isolation, IR of Iran not being an exception. Problems abound no doubt but these are man made and some are due to internal mismanagement. Sometimes we have to cautiously work with the enemy, it’s not as if the arrogant nations see eye to eye on all issues so we have to work often with especially the Asian ones based on area of mutual benefits and survival is basic instinct as yourself have said in your reply the IR of Iran have to live to continue to fight on.
Look not that it is all rosy for the empire too in fact it is witness the most difficult contradictions in its polity and her elites are more polarized than ever with a debt ridden economy to butt, but through the media they’re able to cover it up better. Self-sufficiency doesn’t mean we can eschew cooperation remember we live on the same planet and most definitely interact. It’s not that the IR of Iran is not progressing just that it is paying a heavy cost which it chose instead of becoming another “our stomach is important than our dignity” nation, if not the IR of Iran would have been more economically vibrant than Germany. But no, it choose to be true to Shi’ism the best but difficult choice.
I think what the IR of Iran really need right now is a president that believe and think in terms of developing the Iranian internal economic strength to the hilt with an eye on self-sufficiency just like the armed forces have achieved with the local armament industries and have build trusted and loyal allies which have made the IR of Iran the envy of the world and has kept America and its minions at bay for the past 41 years.
With such drive the surplus can be exported to Iran friendly nations with an arrangement of exchange in local currency and gold and sometimes through trade by barter. I believe in the victory Allah has promise to those who struggle in His way. May Allah manifest the victory of the IR of Iran over the taghutis in the not too distant future amin.
The kind of economic growth that China has experienced in recent decades indicates the presence of the Zionist entity.
There is no way any country can make progress in the post world war ii world, unless the Zionist overlords allow it.
Look at the sanctions and trade tarriffs that the USA is throwing at China and Russia. They are “fake”. They are part of a Zionist strategy to make East and West compete, and to make it seem that the East is not part of the gang. Nonsense. China-US trade volume is over 600 billion dollars annually, making China the number one trading partner of the USA. Enemies? Sure.
If the Zionist empire at any point did not want China to make progress, they would have cut it off from their banking network, like Iran. China does not have anywhere near the resources of Iran, no country in the world does. Under the same sanctions, China would have starved ages ago.
China is just another province of the empire, like the USA. And the deal that China is offering Iran in reality comes from Zion, not Beijing. Another JCPOA.
This deal is meant to ensure that Iran is part of Zioglobalisation, if not under the West, then under the East.
Take a good look at the USA’s sanctions and trade war with Russia and China. They are not in the same league as the sanctions and war against Iran, because the US does not have the authority to impose Iran-style sanctions. Only the Zionist imperial overlords can do that.
If I hear the Russian or Chinese top tier so much as whisper the word Zionist, I will believe that they are not under the yoke.
The whole world is delusional, except a few. This is Prophetic and unavoidable. The Beast which calls fire down from heaven is wasting the Olive Grove of the Most High Eloah. This is Prophetic and unavoidable. In wesrern pseudo-christ religion they teach about a coming antichrist, but the book says antichrist already abounded in the apostles’ lifetime. It would seem, to a Casual Observer, that the Goat is posing as a Lamb and will go to His Destruction. Lambs go baaaaa, and die…(no they can’t kill Us All) Lambs don’t rule the world till Messiah comes. You can quote me on this. No Fear, in Truth and Love.
1……Was the world left without a Wali? Were people and the believers left on their own to find someone, anyone, to govern their affairs?………If God is omnipotent and omnipresent, why did He give His physically perfect but mentally imperfect child creation the opportunity to choose between good and evil? Isn’t that what requires a conscious, more perfect mind with more experience? Not to go through transitions of falls and ascents full of suffering? Why, after so many years of experience, spiritual leaders has child not found a way to live in peace with himself and other people?
2. Can anyone explain the attitude of Sunni Kurds and Afghans or Assyrian Christians who are of the same origin as the Iranians I would say, towards the Iranian Shiites and vice versa? Is there bitterness, something similar to what we see in the Balkans and the Caucasus and for whose interest?
1. Who here can speak for God?
We must not conflate the unknown and the unknowable. In fact, wisdom is the ability to distinguish between the two.
There are limits to human perception, just as there are limits to human vision. There are wavelengths of light that our eyes will never see, and there are things out there that we will never know. Why God does the things he does would definitely be one of those things, I imagine.
2. No, there is no bitterness. I don’t know many Assyrian Christians, but I know many Armenian Christians who are Iranian citizens. Armenians whose grandfathers escaped from the genocide and sought refuge here, and never left There is no systemic racism or religious intolerance in Iran.
When I was in primary school, I had classmates who were Zoroastrian, Kalimi (Persian Jews), Armenian, and Muslim.
There are 2.5 million Afghans living in Iran who sought refuge here from the war. They are still here, so I imagine there is certainly no bitterness there either. Doesn’t the fact that all these neighboring people come here in great numbers to escape war and persecution, and then decide to stay, say something about the atmosphere of tolerance here?
There is no bitterness with the Kurds either. The standard of living in Iranian Kurdish areas is much higher than other Kurdish areas in the region.
In recent years the Persian language ziomedia has been trying to sow secterianist sentiment among different Iranian groups, but they have been largely unsuccessful.
P.S. you forgot the Baluch Iranians, they are Sunni too.
I Love that!
1. Who HERE can speak for God?
I emphasized the “here” to bring the big picture into focus. My generations have been the guests of the native tribes of North America for over 400 years, so if I know anything at all, first I must acknowledge the facts.
Everything in my world has also been rocked by mass delusions. Here and now I realize most of what I assume is fact is actually artificial intelligence. The system of rule ,here in Canada is a Cult that dictates to it’s people what they can and cannot believe. Some around me tell me this is the case throughout the world. Lambs die daily, always have, for the diabolical rulers of This Here World! The Love and Mercy of the true God will not forever be Mocked by The They.
Balochi are more Arabized, but still part of your people. Much would be resolved through a more active role of India, Russia and Iran in the region. Anglo-Americans and Europeans, as colonial masters, have no interest in that part of the world being stable. And peace can only come through strong states in the region. Is this possible without a bigger war, I am not sure. Small, weak states formed on colonial borders are manipulated in different ways. We have already written about the Tajiks who are divided from their relatives in three states, Dardan and Kalash people. Not a topic, Saker warned us to write such things on the Cafe forum.
If one were to believe in what you iterate, djole, then you know what His New Agreement is/was/is. Enjoy, but more critically, overcome.
