The blog received a very special photo from the meeting of Pres. Putin and Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. The deep regard that these two men display toward one another in a photo not really used by the press, is palpable and it reminds me of the iconic photo of President Raisi praying in the Kremlin.
The commentary accompanying the photo describes so well the hopes of those that consider themselves part of Zone B, or in the multi polar sphere.
The weight and excitement of the current historical moment is at times just too great that it forces me to go in there and cover crucial stories that are not sufficiently being covered!
The Putin meeting with Ayatollah Khamenei, how eloquently does it encapsulate the new world, doesn’t it?! The image I’ve attached speaks a thousand words, I’m sure you would agree. And was so good to read Ayatollah Khamenei’s latest comments on Russia’s decision to carry out the special operation in Ukraine. Please read if you haven’t already: https://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2022/07/19/685902/Iran-Russia-Khamenei-Putin-Raeisi-Leader-Islamic-Revolution These comments draw the two independent civilizations (Iran-led Islamic world & Russian Orthodox) even closer together and consolidate the growing alliance and friendship between the two like no other moment in history.
The coming days and weeks will be awe-inspiring to experience (and actively be a part of, in any way that we can). In this vein, we will hopefully help in the extent that is possible, to usher in the new multi-polar world of independent, powerful, and friendly nations.
I published the PressTV link yesterday underneath Mr Putin’s speech. But, it did not draw attention. So, let us look at the major excerpts:
Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei describes the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) as “dangerous,” saying that the US-led military alliance knows no boundaries and had to be stopped in Ukraine or it would have eventually started war using Crimea as a pretext.
Ayatollah Khamenei made the remarks in a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who arrived in Tehran earlier on Tuesday to take part in a three-way summit with Iranian and Turkish presidents Ebrahim Raeisi and Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the Syria peace process.
“War is a harsh and difficult reality, and the Islamic Republic will in no way be happy if it entangles ordinary people,” the Leader said.
“In the case of Ukraine, however, if you had not taken the initiative, the opposite side would have caused [the outbreak] of war with its own initiative,” the Leader added, addressing the Russian president.
Ayatollah Khamenei stated that Western countries resolutely oppose a strong and independent Russia, adding that if NATO had not been stopped in Ukraine, it would have started the same war using Crimea as a pretext.
The Leader said the US and West have become weaker than before, adding that despite great efforts and spending, “their policies in regional countries, including Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Palestine, are being less effective.”
‘Iran, Russia need to be vigilant in face of West’s deception’
The Leader said Iran and Russia must maintain their vigilance in the face of the West’s deceptive policies.
Ayatollah Khamenei also emphasized that economic cooperation between Tehran and Moscow is a necessity and will serve the two sides’ interests, particularly in the wake of the West’s sanctions against them. “Long-term cooperation between Iran and Russia will be deeply beneficial to both countries.”
The Leader said it was paramount that the oil and gas agreements currently in the works between the two energy-rich countries are “followed through to the end and become operational.”
The Leader also stressed the importance of launching Rasht-Astara railway in an effort to complete the North-South Transport Corridor and benefit both countries.
Ayatollah Khamenei voiced support for the policy of replacing the US dollar with national currencies in bilateral trade ties, saying, “The dollar should be gradually removed from global transactions.”
Mr Putin’s comments follow and ends with:
Iran and Russia are fighting a joint fight against terrorism in Syria, the Russian president also noted, adding that in the military sphere too the countries would try to increase their cooperation and also try to increase their cooperation and trilateral military drills with China.
This is where our attention must go! Toward this new multi-polar world of independent, powerful, and friendly nations.
It just takes my breathe away looking at the picture. A true Christian nation, like Russia, trying to lead the rest of the world to stability and peace, while the so called “collective West” being lead by the US, much like Nephilim, is leading humanity to self destruction and death
How poignant your words!
Dunno what imaginary deity has to do with all this. There is of course The Creation.. explained here.. theyfly.com.
Youre error in critical thinking is because you don’t believe that something exists, it doesn’t exist.
When has anything ever stopped existing, just because we don’t happen to believe in it?
Give yourself the freedom, the permission to just allow yourself to have the experience
Russian President’s recent trip to Iran is one those accomplishments when the world will grasp fully its importance in the near future. In my opinion it marked the official end of the American era. People here in Iran regard Russia as a god-sent savior not only with respect to Eurasia but for all of mankind. It’s hard to imagine the world where the neonazi proxies in Ukraine and their NATO handlers were allowed to grow bigger and stronger, threatening the entire world according to WEF ominous plans. We hope and pray that Russia would defeat the NATO-backed enemies on her Western borders and free the historic land called Novorossiya. Also hope to see exemplary Russian athletes in all the fields participate in international sporting events soon. Believe it or not, but Russian wrestlers who by far have the highest ratings in the world are not going to join in the next World Championship, which frankly is a total disaster for the sport.
To Maskazer
You say “here in Iran,” suggesting that you are a native. If so, you may be able to contribute to my explanation below to DiamondDee.
I like most in America have an image of Iran as being oppressed by Islam fanatics, their hatred for Isreal, their hatred for America, and of course their desire to have a nucular bomb. A terrible place and an even worse people. That’s the picture painted to us Americans by our government and the news media. Sadly for years I believed it. I was one of those ignorant blind Christians who thought America was the greatest and Isreal was the chosen ones of God. Heck even the churches preach it. But it’s all lies and propoganda. I truly believe that today. The grace of God and events in my life woke me up. I’ll try an d stay on topic here. Even today I know little about Iran. But I’m learning more. It’s said the people are oppressed. I’ve read peices where tney show and talk about Iran at one point where women dressed different and had more freedom. I say to myself thank God for Islam then becuase what we think is freedom and all today here in the America and west is not freedom at all. I enjoy seeing a beautiful woman just as much as the next man but wbat we have in America today is not female God fearing beauty. It’s filth. Our culture today is filth and depravity. It’s suffocating. It’s makes a good person that desires moral rule and values want to puke. So today I think differnt about Iran. I thank God in heaven Iran and Russia have friendship. Like I said I’m an American but I’m grateful to God in heaven for the man, President Putin, leading Russia and friends in making a new world where theres fairness, respect, responsibility, and justice. The new light of the world as I say. So yes that picture makes me smile too. God bless Russia and Iran both. God bless.
One more thing. Maybe the day will come when Iran and America can be friends, too. Yes much change is needed or America’s part but once those who rule use are removed by the will of God then just maybe we Americans can also be proud again of our leaders.
Hello Pennsylvania Chuck,
You wrote;
“I like most in America have an image of Iran as being oppressed by Islam fanatics, their hatred for Isreal, their hatred for America…”
America and Israel are liars.
The people of Iran, indeed people anywhere, do not hate Israel and America. What we all hate are Israeli and American crimes and atrocities. What we hate is the theft, plunder and slaughter of defenseless men women and children that America and the fascist Zionist regime are good at.
@Ali
I agree with you. Please notice I wrote those who rule America, our government, that it was/is lies and propoganda they spew about Iran, Russia, and China.
I have been to Iran. i arrived expecting India. Rather poor, a little dirty, beggars everywhere and things falling apart.
How very, very very wrong i was. The place was clean and very well cared for. ancient sites preserved with loving care.
While some older women wore the black gowns, the younger women dressed beautifully, with hair in a token scarf that dangle, showed most of their hair and face and in fact was extremely pretty. They wore bright colours too. while you rarely saw a woman alone, you saw lots of pairs of young women tripping off to work or study. you saw old men pushing their wives in wheelchairs around a park. We were even taken by our guide to the “gay” area in one city. Did not have much time for shopping but there was clearly high fashion including what seemed to be beautiful leather work – bags and shoes.
There were some signs of economic distress. Cars were very old (but well kept) and there were signs building construction has halted.
One other thing that is perhaps remarkable. There was NO sign of police or military – not where we were anyway. I see more military when i go to the shops than i saw in Iran.
@watcher
Very interesting, thank you for that little peice of insight. I hope Iran through friendship with Russia will blossom. Lord willing the sick and evil sanctions A,Erica feels has the right to impose are crushed finally.
Ain’t going to happen Iran and America being friends for we inherited the old British Empire and that has never died away it just crossed the ocean. We are like a rabid dog that needs to be put down before we infect others, but most Americans believe we are the shinning light upon the hill and that’s an inborn infection that will never change, any more than the infection of the old British Empire still infect those over there.
I see genuine love and respect in that incredible photo — two souls united in the cause to save humanity from the USUKWEF agenda. It reminds me of the pain that I heard on YT in the voice of Martin Luther King in many of his speeches. In both cases (the photo and the speech), it is an ethereal element not easily captured in picture, sound, or art. Yet, there it is in that photo. Putin using 2 hands to hold Ali’s left hand (right one having been rendered unfunctional due to terrorist attack on him), the look in their eyes, their smiles. It causes a uniting of spirits. And I experienced a uniting of my spirit with that of Ali when I watched the incredible video called, Game Changer, published by Tehran Times after Trump’s and the Zionists’ assassination of General Soleimani. The grief felt by Ali went through to me and I cried. A video well worth the view. Even the woman who is singing therein gets to you. What a voice. The quality of her sound. Well, it’s just all so overwhelming, so moving emotionally.
Thank you, Amaryanth, for posting this.
What a beautiful photo ! The sincere look of joy is so nice! These brave souls uniting to lead our world out of darkness. I wish the usa use an the fake israelis would leave the region already.
Amarynth, Mehr News has this photo with just Putin & Ali. It is even more powerful and intimate than the one above. Worth adding to your permanent collection. Have a look. I tried to copy & paste it here from a text message but did not work.
As you say. A perfect lesson in polar opposites is, to compare this picture of VVP and the Ayatollah to the recent photo of the fist bump between Brandon and MBS.
To Hodad: Brilliant connection. Good job.
The warmth in the picture in the article got to me too. I shall treasure the feelings for eternity.
‘Putin using 2 hands to hold Ali’s left hand (right one having been rendered unfunctional due to terrorist attack on him),’
I missed the news of terrorist attack on Ali. When was that? I have always thought that I was up to date on news since the last 5 years! Educate me, someone.
To DiamondDee re the hands.
I learned of the attack on Ali from a native Iranian, living there at the time. My understanding is the following. In the early-mid 1980’s, Khomeni was the Leader and times were turbulent. #2 person under him was assassinated by bomb. Ali was #3 person. At the time, a group called MKO was trying to get control of the government. Khomeni made a public announcement that Ali shall be the next Leader. MKO did not like this and apparently thought that if they killed Ali, then they would have a better shot at getting control of the gov’t. So they planted a bomb in a location where they knew Ali would be visiting. The bomb went off but there was some failure in the explosion. Ali got hit with shrapnel in right side of neck, severing the nerve to his right arm. He thus lost use of it. He was right hand dominate, so it was a huge challenge. He is a figure well worth studying, as he has been the spirit and force behind the egregious aggression by the Izzizionists against the Palestinian people. He has also helped the poor people of Yemen and Lebanon.
Note that I intend no disrespect in referring to him as Ali. I just feel so close to him spiritually that to refer to him as “Leader” feels too formal and distancing. It’s kind of like referring to President Kennedy as “jfk” or to MLK as ‘Martin.’ People in Iran call him “Rahbar,” which means Leader, which is how I would refer to him if I were ever in Iran. Referring to him here as ‘Ali’ is just a private little thing I do here but would never do if there. I guess it just makes me feel closer to his goodness.
Please go to Tehran Times and search for “The Game Changer.” See if it moves you as it did with me.
Correction to an unclarity in my post
I said, He is a figure well worth studying, as he has been the spirit and force behind the egregious aggression by the Izzizionists against the Palestinian…
What I meant was: He has been the spirit and force behind the poor peoples’ resistance to the aggression by the izzi-zionist-nazi occupiers….
Long overdue Russia waking up to checkmating US-Israeli relations with their joint chaos/genocidal practices in the region.
The cancer spread by the US in Ukraine is the same cancer Iran has heroically fought (at great cost in resources, human and financial ) for decades against US pet mongrel Israel.
US, Israel and assorted western vassals will be having kittens watching Russia & Iran cement relations fully in ‘all’ the spheres.
Victoria Nuland’s counterpart in Iran was overheard talking on the phone ‘Fuck JCPOA ‘ (in Farsi).
Well said!
Russian Orthodox Christianity and Usooli Shia Islam are closer in many ways than what they share with other Christians and Muslims. Russia is mentioned in Qur’an as an ally of Islam…
I prepared a paper in 2016 for a seminar in Qom between an Islamic Institute and a Romanian delegation of Orthodox scholars and an ex President of Romania. I’ll post it here, if I may…
Dear friends , I wanted to refrain to reflect my thoughts here , as it might be somehow considered as ridiculous, but I swear to God Almighty that when the SMO started , I started to think of VVP as the true and front ‘SOLDIER’ of the 12th Hidden Imam and Jesus Christ (PBUH) , thus Mr.Putin in addition to be protected by the Hidden Imam, will also be under the spiritual umbrella and protection of the Supreme leader of Iran .
Nothing will happen to the brave nation of Russia under the wise leadership of Mr.Putin , which is now triple protected . I don’t want elaborate further, Amen….
A good Muslim finds God the Father, Allah to them, through the prophet Muhammad. A good Christian finds the same God the Father through His highborn Son, the Son of God, in that Sons incarnation as one of us, the Son of Man. Differences aside between cultural understandings arising from the paths that Muslims and Christians find the Father they understand that they are the equally valued children of that same God. The key takeaway of all civilizing religions is the Fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of man. In the regard, all Muslims and Christians who sincerely respect the Father of Existence are truly brothers. This of course terrifies the culture of the antichrist.

Thanks, Amarynth.
You have a keen eye, no doubt.
I went through the main Iranian news media, Press TV, Fars News, Tasnim News, etc., and the best summary of the meeting between Putin and Khamenei was on Press TV, the one you posted here. However, the pics posted by Press TV were different, Putin and Khamenei already meeting in formal settings, some pictures added President Raisi, who was sitting to the left of Putin, in others he was cut off.
The warmth of their personal relationship was not revealed in those pics, regardless, the statements of Khamenei were an enormous blessing and a message of approval for Russia’s new course.
This meeting marks a historical moment, a masterstroke for both Iran and Russia. A few days before Putin’s visit, the International North-South Corridor, signed in 2002 between Russia, Iran, and India, was officially launched with the first cargo coming by train from Moscow to Iran via Kazakhstan/Turkmenistan, on the way to India.
I posted about it in one of the threads, don’t remember where, here is the link to the news,
https://tvbrics.com/en/news/first-russian-rail-transit-cargo-to-india-arrives-in-iran/
Additionally, Iran has officially applied to add an “I” to the BRICS, and come September will become a full member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), with all that this new step implies for the new Eurasia. Iran will be under the umbrella of the SCO, making it untouchable, while transforming itself into a modern hub for the new Silk Road.
Many roads lead to Iran, a gateway northeast and northwest to the Caucasus, China, Russia, the Baltics, and Europe (if they ever clean up their act), and southeast/southwest, to the Indian sub-continent, Asia, Africa, and beyond.
The historical and revolutionary moment we are living is reflected in the warmth and affective looks and body language of these two powerful men, linking two ancient cultures in the struggle for a better humanity’s future.
Lone Wolf
PS: I keep the picture of Raisi praying at the Kremlin in my personal collection. Having visited Iran just recently, I could see Iran’s potential in their people, their vibrant economy, their pride, and their defiance of the Empire of Lies for decades. Like the Russians, they are unconquerable, invincible, a warrior culture, smart and wise at the same time.
Totally agree. Meanwhile Biden tries to find the back door to every place he goes
Per Capita Income (nominal)

and them stringing up homosexuals on cranes….
yes. But Iran offers gays free transition and gender reassignment. Doesn’t that make them the global center for trans-sexual rights?
@posa: ->”Doesn’t that make them the global center for trans-sexual rights?”
Of course not!
The hormonal and surgical procedure is considered a “cure” for homosexuality, which is illegal and punishable by death in Iran.
Homosexuality and trans-sexuality are quite different forms of expression of sexuality.
It is also obvious that there is a very high rate of unavowed homosexuality in the country, as is common in every rigidly patriarchal society.
To better understand the issue, if there were a political equivalent to the “gay cure” in Iran, it would be as if opposition to the regime were considered a kind of “mental disorder”.
In order to be “accepted”, each oppositionist would need to undergo physical and psychological “therapy”, which would evidently make him de facto insane in order to be able to “freely” exercise his political position.
But in the case of the oppositionists, the Iranian therapy is still the cranes…
Paradoxically, the repugnant autocratic regime of the ayatollahs is only maintained because of the sanctions, when these are suspended it will have a short survival.
In fact, in the rise of the ayatollahs there is the fingerprint of the CIA and the USA, since they were the ones who articulated the overthrow of Mossadegh, implanting the dictatorship of Reza Palavi.
Iranian society was destroyed by this dictatorship, and the most politically advanced part of the population was either exiled or assassinated.
It was in this annihilation, generated by 26 years of massacre, that Khomeini landed. Since then the annihilation continues.
@Lone Wolf
Thankyou so much for your regular comments here Lone Wolf. You’re terrific at joining the dots for casual commenters such as myself.
Totally agree with your assessment: “This meeting marks a historical moment, a masterstroke for both Iran and Russia”. (Also China, given its previous 25 year $40billion deal with Iran).
Also great to see the Astara–Rasht–Qazvin railway mentioned. A transport corridor connecting existing railways of Russia, Azerbaijan & Iran (within the framework of the International North–South Transport Corridor, NSTC). Integrating transport and information routes of Russia, Azerbaijan, Iran and India is critical to accelerating the economic integration of Asia, Africa & (at least) eastern Europe – and eventually expelling the US imperialists from Halford Mackinder’s ” World Island”, aka Afro-Eurasia.
With respect to Andean America (aka S. America) this week MERCOSUR of Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay & Uruguay have declined an invitation for US/NATO puppet Zelensky to speak.
The times they are a’changin’
So, I feel this week that a critical mass has been reached – and whatever happens to the collective West in the near-to-long-term future – whether its slow decline (witness the last days of he Roman Empire) or whether its an implosion, in the very least, what this means for the vast bulk (85%) of humanity, is there is now a credible alternative economic development model of trade for mutual benefit .
If Russia, who has lifted 46million of her people out of poverty over ~20 years, & China, who has lifted 800million of her people out of poverty over ~40 years can replicate those successes in the nations of the Global South, we, all of us, have the chance of ending World Hunger & World Poverty – once and for all.
Al around Good news for Iran, Russia and India. – THE MOSCOW-BOMBAY CORRIDOR
Paraphrasing, blessed are these three who come in the name of the Lord!
The two images are worth millions of words, thank you Amaynth!
Beautiful photo! Thank you Amarynth…
I read something a short while ago that, if true, gives me great hope.
From an interview with Tom Luongo & Alex Krainer:
* Under Trump, backchannels with weekly conferences were ongoing between US & Russia. They believe they are still ongoing (under Blinken’s nose).
There is a “bankster war” going on with Goldman/JP Morgan/Jerome Powell/others on one side and Blackrock/Wef/Davos on the other.
* Powell raised interest rates to crush WEF financing & break the hold Bank of my London has had on the US since early 20th century
Basically, UK got stranglehold on our banking system on early 29th century, & Nazi”s infiltrated post WW2.
So at the top levels, there is a fight to end the “American Empire”, while holding the US together & turning us back into respectable members of society.
To Mary:
Other than some vague comments in one interview, do you have any facts or sites that back up your 3 claims that:
1. That “there is a “bankster war” going on with Goldman/JP Morgan/Jerome Powell/others on one side and Blackrock/Wef/Davos on the other.”
What is your proof that the first collection of banksters shun the WEF agenda of the second collection? Seems implausible to me.
2. That “Powell raised interest rates to crush WEF financing & break the hold Bank of my London has had on the US since early 20th century.”
Proof? Powell, el grande bankster of them all, has goal to crush WEF and is betraying his Oath of Office in manipulating interest rates to achieve a personal agenda to destroy WEF? Surely implausible on its face. Not the part of betraying his Oath for personal agenda but to destroy the organization to which all his banksters have membership. So, again, any proof?
3. That “at the top levels, there is a fight to end the “American Empire”, while holding the US together & turning us back into respectable members of society.”
Who are the “us” here and who are the ones allegedly at “the top levels”? And who are the ones who are going to turn which “unrespectable members of society” into respectable ones and by what method? And what exactly does being ‘respectable’ entail here? Are you saying that a disreputable person (whatever that means) can suddenly be transformed into an honorable one?
Show me how that would work using, say, Victoria Nuland or Hitlary Clinton as an example. I truly want to hear your theory.
Soleii ~ thanks for your post. I too will be interested in looking at any evidence.
@Mary
I find that pretty hard to believe. Sounds mpre like a high hopes or dreaming.. I believe all the talk of a planned destruction is just to put an excuse out tnere incase and just more propoganda. Basically what we see is the ones running America and the west are basically incompetent. Simp,e as that. They are not as superior as they believe they are.
“You are sure to find that the most hostile to the believers are the Jews and those who associate other deities with God; you are sure to find that the closest in affection towards the believers are those who say, ‘We are Christians’ for there are among them people devoted to learning and ascetics. These people are not given to arrogance,” The Holy Quran: chapter 5, verse 82. I have no doubt that Allah is talking about the Orthodox Christians led by Russia.
“The dollar should be gradually removed from global transactions.”
Putin and Xi sound more circumspect on this, but they would admit “it’s supreme leadership.” All the “glory” of his Islamic revolution is behind it.
“To Caesar what belongs to Caesar” (credit where credit is due).
Compare this epic handshake to Dementeous Biden’s fist bumping Butcher bin Salman!
Importantly, Russia and Iran must remain super vigilant until SCO membership because the ZioNazi Scab can now use commercial plains flying to Yahudi Arabia as radar cover or an attack, maybe a C-130 carrying hundreds of drones, big and small…
A good picture , good meeting , nice relationship between the two countries, they discussed Syria file with the idiot Erdogan the Turkish president, but Syria still struggling with the northwest terrorists and the Turkish military supporting the terrorists.not to mention the American bases and their Kurds , the dishonest ungrateful people along with the American stealing the oil and wheat from Syrian lands .
Also the Tanf base at the Syrian Iraqi borders , the American setting there training and supporting ISIS .
It is shame , shame .
The NY Times has been spinning the Iran/Russia/Turkey warmth as “poor little isolated countries who finally found a friend.”
I see it as resource rich Giants meeting as their collaboration and respect grows. (Turkey’s wealth is the Bospurus. A foot in both Europe and Asia. And, often, opinions that go everywhere at once)
The old order is changing. I await the BRICS century happily. A new world being born.
Today Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay turned down Zelensky’s offer to address their conference.

Agree.
A hundred percent.
Besides many other significant, revolutionary meanings ascribed to this meeting, the message is loud and clear: Iran & Russia are independent, sovereign, countries, pioneering a new course for humanity, and their meeting in the context of the Astana process marks a giant step in the motion of the pole of power from west to east.
As you well said, “critical mass has been reached.”
Bingo.
The Collective West will continue to sink in drugs, sex, and degeneracy, there is no future for the C.W. Just look at their schizoid decisions re: gas for their masses, their economies, their survival. Their decision-making process is, to quote a favorite phrase from Andrei Martyanov, absolutely sophomoric. You wonder how the German “greens” got to be so stupid, in their search to “improve the environment.” How could millions of people show such a degree of stupidity that endangers their own survival? They look like lemmings, running to the nearest cliff.
What you call a “credible alternative economic development model of trade for mutual benefit,” is the result of a new ethics and morals in which societies are not seen as target for exploitation, but as participatory builders of a better future.
The towering figures of Putin and Khamenei together are the moral cornerstone in the building of a more just and equitable future for all societies at large.

In addition to my previous comment re: economic integration of Eurasia, this is also B-I-G!
New EU envoy to China backs Taiwan reunification – Jorge Toledo Albiñana said EU supports the ‘peaceful reunification’ of the two nations and that there should be one China
Now unless the EU & US are playing good cop / bad cop, respectively, this is a slap in the face for US House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi’s ‘visit’ to Chinese Taipei (aka Taiwan) in August, whicg of course is a blatant act of provocation.
… and the Hungarian Foreign Minister has arrived in Russia which goes far beyond a courtesy call. which could be done over the phone.
Didn’t Mr Putin also have a warm tel. call with M -BS- of Saudi just today? Lets not get carried away friends.
What’s the problem with Putin having a call with MBS?
Russia has embarked on a dazzling diplomatic offensive and in a few weeks, has unified most of the Eurasian land mass into a burgeoning alliance– except of course, the degenerate, withered Western end of the World Island.
Also note the report above states
“the Russian president also noted, adding that in the military sphere too the countries would try to increase their cooperation and also try to increase their cooperation and trilateral military drills with China.”
Russia also needs to put some teeth into this and begin arming the Iranians with S-400s defensive weapons. With all the partners united, including China and India, both Iran and Russia can break the devastating economic warfare the West has maintained for decades.
Just maybe Russia through righteous strength help grow peace in the area. Seems remove or at least weaken the trouble makers then there can be respect. American government, my own country, has lost all credibility. Basically America is now a huge lie. We dont even have fair, honest elections. The news media is controlled by one force. There’s no ethics in professions. Confusion runs rampant. I hate downing my own country but truth its been near completly stolen. Yes, stolen. There’s no true representation of the people. I’m what the answer will be but may the Lord have some level of mercy on us.
I think there is a Muslim Shia tradition that before the appearance of Imam Mahdi A.S.
There will be a big war or wars
On one side the Sunni countries and the west
And on the other side the Shias and the Russians
Or something similar to this meaning
Thanks for posting this photo Amarynth. It does my heart good to see between these two men feelings of warmth and joy combined with mutual admiration and respect. Strong bonds are being formed in this relationship. Simpatico. I believe the benefits will also materialize in the areas of trade, energy production, and security. These benefits will be realized, not only for Iran and Russia, but for all of Zone B. IMO VVP is the glue that holds together the Eurasian Integration. His close relationships with both Modi and Xi show that he is held in high esteem. He gets deals done. He has courageously come to the defense of Syria, Kazakhstan, and LDNR. He is a master statesmen with a short term and long term vision. Full discloser, like The Saker, I too am a Putin fan boy. There has been no greater leader on the world stage in my lifetime.
Kudos to the Saker for putting together such a wonderful tribe of commenters. The best have seemingly turned out to weigh in on the significance of the meeting of Putin and Khamenei.
I am going to show up here daily, to take in the knowledge base of contributors hereto, and their depth of feelings! What a Tribe :)! Thank you gals & guys!
Iran has been plagued by the West (and the Soviet Union) for a long time. So it’s wonderful to see today’s Russia breaking from that past and becoming good friends with Iran. To remember what was done to Iran (one of many bad things) I’ll present this video. It’s from a source I wouldn’t normally use,as they seem anti-Russian. But on this occasion they are neutral. The video recounts the story of an event almost unknown to most people from Iranian history, the WWII Iranian famine during which several million people died. There is a lot of information available about the even worse WWI famine in Iran. But with the WWII famine,it’s almost unknown outside of Iran:
