hahaha – what a great answer – I can’t believe how many so called alternative media journo and readers too – are saying that – and that he should ‘just walk out’ of the embassy – grrr…do I hear Julian talking bad about them ? No – he’s busy doing the good – and they are attacking the VICTIM
I suspected that was true of Wikileaks, which started out as a tool to attack China, but I think Assange ‘went off reservation’, and began biting the hand that fed him, hence the insane fury of Thanatopolis DC’s hatred for him now. Assange does seem to have underestimated just how viciously dangerous his enemies are, and his falling for a ‘honey trap’ in Sweden was remarkably naive.
Of course he is, that why he stayed in Ecuadorian Embassy for seven years, and being unsatisfied with accommodation, asked for transfer to USA prison instead, hearing that there he can be accommodated according to his wishes!
Assange is part of the rolling show that is ‘the bogus news’. There is no more truth in the Assange narrative than in any other storyline put out to dominate discourse. [Take note I-heard-it-from-a-friend-Saker.]

USSA Senator Joe Manchin said today on CNN: “He’s our property…..” Indeed, that is the purpose of passport numbers, social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, etc.: to number and catalogue the “property.”
What the rest of the herd has yet to grok is that they, too, can be just as easily sold, indeed, they already have been.
Today is a very dark day.
By the way, Julian Assange is legally a naturalized Ecuadorean citizen. The implications of his ordeal are fully as grim for all Ecuadorean citizens and residents, as they are for all USSA and U.K. citizens and residents.
There is no “law” anymore, and even if there were, no one in the U.K., USSA or Ecuador any longer has any standing under it.
The bully will use your own insecurities and complexes against you, encourage incompetence and corruption… and selectively pick off any decent leadership…………as John Perskins detailed in the case of assassinated Ecuadorian President Jaime Roldos:
It is the predicament of peoples too small and weak to overcome their underdevelopment and enslavement….some say by British Empire design that Simon Bolivar later rued falling for.
Since Sucre was “Venezuelan” but an Ecuadorian hero, perhaps there might be a revival of a larger entity that was just an idea, never a formally established nation: Gran Colombia:
I take that back: Gran Colombia existed for 12 years 1819-1831 I just learned!

No offense intended to Arabs or Melanin-Richly Hued Human Beings anywhere.
His mother’s words sum up how I felt about the snivelling traitor/Judas Moreno – yes he has his 30 pieces of IMF silver. His FM and the Ambassador who allowed the British fascists into the Embassy to carry out a frail and helpless man also deserve the same level of disgust!
The pathetic charges they have put forward to extradite him are laughable…..as one interviewee on Crosstalk said today – people need to be reminded what Wikileaks exposed nearly 10 years ago. Many legal minds/practitioners around the world are in uproar too.
I hope his mother can go to the UK and see her son. A dreadful day.
Mr. Assange, who has never been accused of publishing anything that was not entirely truthful, is now experiencing what happens to whistleblowers who present all of us with the painful reality of today’s world.
Which is precisely why the presstitute vermin of the Western fakestream media hate Assange so ferociously. They are lying, vicious, hypocritical propagandists who work for their Masters with total servility. Assange doesn’t lie, ergo the liars hate him, and it is what their owners expect. I’ve just watched a little bimbo on the local ABC ‘interviewing’ a blubberous ‘academic’ thug, combining an attack on Assange with one on Corbyn for defending him. The bimbo has not yet learned the art of not allowing one’s facial expressions to give away your biases, so her little face was contorted with disdain and disgust, as required, when discussing that ‘rapist’ Assange. It’s almost like pantomime, and all the feminazi hacks are calling the transparently false and politically motivated Swedish charges of ‘sexual assault’, ‘rape’. And there were no charges either, but that fact never enters the diatribe, of course.
We are out maned, we are not out gunned. That’s what i dont like about majority rule, the majority can be dead wrong about so many things, and its only sustainable because, they are the majority.
To this day I don’t understand why Assange didn’t apply for asylum at the Russian embassy. Surely he would have realized that his future woild be uncertain seeking protection from a small South American country. I’d appreciate any explanations from our readers. Also I hope Mr Putin will condemn the arrest of this true hero.
That was because Putin knew Snowden was/is a CIA asset implanted into the NSA to bring it down (there is a secret war being fought between the globalist CIA and the patriot NSA)
Makedonia; That question does not confuse me. For all of his wonderful courage and virtues, and his global awareness, Julian is still at root a Westerner and an Australian. One only has understand how deeply the depth, duration and ongoing severity of the Western “Russia is very very bad and no more than a horrible prison” propaganda has had its effect on the Western mass mind to appreciate that a person like Julian would have in his subconscious a built in reflex that Russia is no happy place to get stuck in. I am not saying this is the truth at all. All I am saying is that I find it hard to imagine any Australian, no matter how aware they may be, being able to shake themselves free of such a multilayered depth of propaganda.
There is another feature of Julian that I believe compounds this point. If I had to characterize his personal political outlook, I would call it anarchist libertarian. Very common among what they call computer hacker freaks. The point being for individuals with this hyper individualist, total and unrestricted freedom for the individual basic starting point, the tendency would be to automatically prejudicially judge Russia as an environment inimically hostile to such an outlook. Perhaps he would make the Western individualist’s automatic a priori assumption that he could just not breathe in Russia. This would be his “bourgeois” streak that is so vulnerable to anti-Russian propaganda
I also take note of the fact that so many of the revelations concerning the moral and spiritual regeneration of Russia, and the positive contributions it now offers humanity have been forthcoming AFTER Julian was forced to choose a place of asylum.
My personal feeling is that he made a serious mistake choosing a country in which to seek asylum that was so vulnerable to imperialist pressure, rather than going to Russia. Now he must pay for this and accept his new role as an awakener through the role of a martyr. He is now on stage in that role. This he can make work.
Was it not the case with Edward Snowden that he ended up in Russia by pressure of circumstances rather than deliberate choice? Others may be able to correct me on that.
Julian Assange actually strongly advised Edward Snowden to seek asylum in Russia and NOT somewhere in South America, if I remember the history correctly. Maybe Assange learned from his mistake, but by then he was already stuck in the Ecuadorian embassy.
Christine Assange should excoriate Australia’s PM as well – the swine would not lift a finger let alone exercise their duty to intervene on behalf of a citizen the whole time. Being a citizen of a vassal state – risky business telling the truth while outing the criminals in charge of it all.
The timing is interesting. Assange was removed within a day of Aussie PM ScoMo calling a general election. My prediction is that Assange will be rendered to the US before May 18th, which is tha actual election date. This would effectively deprive any in Australia who might demand their government act of a Minister to whom the demand can be put.
Not that the election outcome will make a difference neither side do anything but make common whores look like reasonable people.
Before the election, if Scummo’s deranged lying and fear campaigning doesn’t work, I expect either a refugee boat to appear, miraculously, on the horizon, or a terrorist attack as ‘revenge’ for Christchurch to occur. The current hard Right, sub-Trumpian, Austfailian regime is the most Evil, demented and rabid that we have seen, so far. They get worse, very much worse, every new generation. Scummo itself is a Pentecostalist thug who worshipped his ‘Lord’ by locking up refugee children until they went mad, amongst other atrocities.
One of the biggest enemies of Assange, from the beginning of his ordeal, was our former PM Julia Gillard. Gillard was our first ‘female’ PM, and, in my opinion, set back the women’s cause by decades. She was the victim of a truly villainous campaign of misogyny by the Right, but when it came to policy, she was a thorough idiot, and a complete stooge of the USA. She was in on the plot to knife Kevin Rudd, himself a charmless narcissist, when he annoyed Talmudistan and refused to join the Crusade against China. Gillard, in contrast, allowed Obama to declare war on China in our Parliament in 2011, announcing the ‘pivot (ie war) to Asia’ in our House of Representatives, as she sat, doe-eyed in admiration, at his side. And she and the blood-soaked Harpy, Clinton, are very great friends, too.
Australia is ruled by a banana republic style political class a feudal mining oligarchy with low caliber politicians to do their bidding; shame is something alien to them.
And now the Labor candidate for Curtin, Melissa Parkes, has been purged on orders of the local, ever-demanding, Zionazi Lobby, for telling the truth about Israel and its barbaric oppression of the Palestinians. Parkes had served as an International Lawyer for UNRWA in Gaza, so she’s an eye-witness to the barbarity, but you just cannot tell the truth about Talmudistan in this slave country, or they’ll get you, one way or another. But, then Parkes blotted her copy-book by comparing Talmudistan’s illegal colonies in the West Bank to China’s bases in the South China Sea, an idiotic comparison, so good riddance to her. As ever, from horizon to horizon, politics and public life in this country is a desert, a waste-land, populated by scuttling invertebrates in semi-hominid form.
The Zionazis are following candidates in our coming election around to concoct accusations of ‘antisemitism’. Not content with lynching Parkes for the root ‘antisemitic’ crime of telling the truth about Zionazi barbarity, they have now targeted another Labor candidate because he spoke at a meeting of the abuse that Palestinians suffer from the ‘Gods Upon the Earth’ at the hundreds or road-blocks in the West Bank Bantustans. As ever the truth is irredeemably ‘antisemitic’. And Michael Danby, in my very firm opinion the most vicious Zionazi thug ever elected to our Parliament, and a constant defender of every Zionazi atrocity inflicted on the Palestinians (and a leading pro-Dalai clique Sinophobe, a core Zionazi project as they detest China for racial, geo-political and ‘religious’ reasons)greeted the lynching of Melissa Parkes with a ‘good riddance’. So the cancer of fraudulent accusations of ‘antisemitism’ is infecting our polity, such as it is, too.
Thank you Snow Leopard and Tom Walsh for your responses to my query why Assange didn’t choose the Russian embassy for asylum. Excellent points and I certainly agree.
As for the words of Assange’s mother they also apply to another traitor – Zoran Zaev – usurper to the office pf Prime Minister of Macedonia. Like Moreno he is a traitor to his people, a follower of evil and the Macedonian people are Julian Assange.
Did so many of the readers of this site actually expect that the Australian government would stand by one of its citizens against the criminal actions of the United States?
If then they have extremely short memories as the Australian government did exactly the same for David Hicks, the Australian captured in Afghanistan.
Moreno is a lowlife scum for allowing Ecuador’s honor to be defiled in this manner, and most Ecuadorians, like the previous president Rafael Correa, are understandably outraged by this abject and treacherous act perpetrated in Ecuador’s name.
We expect the Ecuadorian people to rid themselves of this US stooge and restore the country’s honor at the earliest opportunity.
The Australian government is also guilty however, because although Julian Assange received Ecuadorian citizenship, he remained an Australian citizen, and as such, was entitled to representation and protection but this he never received.
Julian was betrayed by both Australia and Ecuador today.
“Good evening. Welcome to channel x news”
(This is OUR news, not THE news. It has been doctored, edited, spliced, diced, dumbed down, dressed up, censored, corporatised and hung out to dry before we ALLOW you shit kickers to see it).
(Dissent and Truth will not be tolerated).
Perhaps in the not too distant future, Ecuadorean people will be celebrating a holiday called Lenin Moreno Day. A holiday marking the day moreno was hanged for treason. A holiday much like Guy Faulks Day in the uk.
According to ‘Twitter’ of which I do not have an account, Julian Assange has been found guilty of breaching Bail conditions.
Let’s see now, originally Assange fled from Sweden or wherever after a female with whom he had consensual sex with decided that he had committed rape due to the fact that had not worn a contraceptive during intercourse. Assange then fled Sweden before being arrested and arrived in England where the matter was debated in the usual MSM.
Again, if I remember correctly Assange then sought sanctuary in the Ecuador Embassy prior to being arrested.
And now apparently a Westminster Magistrates Court has found him guilty of Breaching Bail Conditions and could face up to a year in prison.
I always thought that Assange had been one step ahead of being arrested, as he realised had he been arrested then the US would have instigated extradition proceedings against him for exposing the truth.
Assange’s ego, and his libido, got the better of common sense. A person in his position must beware the ‘honey trap’. I suppose he sees himself as irresistible.
The woman who claimed rape went to israel to live shortly after Assange was first persecuted by the swedish quislings. A very questionable action that exposes who she was working for in general, though not in detail. Don’t know if she still lives there.
And the Blairite vermin in UK Labour have published a letter demanding that Assange be renditioned to Sweden to face these phony charges, so blatantly political as they are, and, as far as I know, not criminal behaviour in the UK. All the eleven Zionazi and Sabbat Goy scum of the ‘Gang of Eleven’ defectors signed, of course, and it makes a nice contrast to Corbyn’s brave (for a change) and principled support for Assange, and, undoubtedly a chance for a new attack on Corbyn. And, surely there must be some evidence, somewhere, that Assange is ‘antisemitic’. If not, they’ll cook it up.
The Guardian trotted out another feminazi presstitute to vilify Assange over the transparently fraudulent accusations of ‘sexual assault’ or rape today. Apparently the torn condom proffered as evidence of Assange’s bestial attack on a ‘sleeping’ victim ( sound sleepers these Swedes)contained no traces of Assange or the victim’s DNA. Such little details are of no account to Blairite, Imperial propagandist, MeToo maniacs, of course, who also give no thought to how their Crusade against male violence will be harmed by the use of such fraudulent accusations to enable the Empire to lynch its enemies. And today’s slanderer forgot to mention the very many massacres by their beloved Exceptional Empire that Assange helped reveal, but what is a million dead Iraqis in comparison to the use, or not, of a condom, in otherwise consensual sex?
What you have forgotten is that Assange was arrested first on a European arrest warrant for the Swedish nonsense. He went to court and appealed the warrant and lost. He was then on police bail pending his extradition to Sweden and under house arrest, spent at a well-wishers home in the country for some months before fleeing to the Ecuador Embassy when rumours of the US having convened a Grand Jury in expectation of Sweden shipping him on to the US. He was genuinely in fear of his life at that point, so skipped bail. Incidentally, it is not a crime in the UK to skip bail, the crime is to fail to surrender to a police station at the appointed time.
He had a number of backers who guaranteed his bail to the sum of £200.000 at the time. They had to pay up and most took it on the chin. A few luvvies who were in it for the PR benefits rather than being true backers lost their money and then gnashed their teeth and wailed for months in the gossip mags, as the demonization got under way for real.
Ecuador has been under the thumb of the CIA for many decades. This was Phillip Agee’s first posting as CIA officer. If you haven’t read his books, here’s a video interview.
During a brief opportunity Agee had to return to the US, I met him one evening in LA.
Ecuador under President Moreno: Rethinking the U.S. relationship
The inauguration of Lenin Moreno as Ecuador’s new President on May 24th creates an opportunity
for the United States to reconstruct its relationship with Latin America’s left. It’s a new relationship
that the U.S. should pursue with a combination of respect and great caution. ………
………Yet the remarkably educated, civil, and democratic political culture of Ecuador, and the thought-
fulness and decency that Moreno has manifested as a person, suggest that if there is any place in the
region that such a bold U.S. approach could succeed, it is in Ecuador, at the present time, with its new
president.
This is all Kabuki theatre. Assange was effectively a prisoner in the Embassy and his health was suffering. He is a vital witness for the patriots to fight the Deep State. His trial will be the icing on the cake that brings down said Deep State actors.
Yes, I know what the so-called patriots say at this stage. They are thrilled for Assange to be arrested and will sacrifice him on the altar of Lock Her Up without a feeling. There is also no sense of what the real issues are and the first one is freedom of speech.
What is missing in their reason, is that Assange lived in an embassy with a cat for company for 7 years in order not to be renditioned to the US. He did not run out of the Embassy for the opportunity to be renditioned to the US. He was dragged out.
The ones that are happy to see this happen to Assange for their own purpose make me as disgusted as what the situation of Assange makes me. The misjudgement and miscalculation of these Patriots will surely be revisited upon them, because their own rights will become similar to nothing – as is being done to Assange now.
Those still hoping in and making excuses for Trump looked for his reaction to this. Well, he went from “I love Wikileaks” on the campaign trail to “I know nothing about Wikileaks” yesterday. “It’s not my thing” he said. So, there you have it. He doesn’t have any moral principles to stand on which, given the ongoing actions of the empire, puts the world in a very dangerous place.
The Draft Dodger FOLDS like always: https://www.rt.com/usa/456270-trump-on-assanges-arrest/
US President Donald Trump, who said he loved WikiLeaks during his election campaign, tried to distance himself from the arrest of Julian Assange, which was carried out by Britain on the request of the US.
Speaking to journalists in the Oval Office on Thursday, hours after the arrest of Assange in London, Trump said:
“I know nothing about WikiLeaks. It’s not my thing.”
Trump was far less reluctant to speak about the transparency site in 2016, when it played a major role in the US presidential election after it published a number of documents leaked from the Hillary Clinton campaign.
Then-candidate Trump called the work of the site “amazing” and said he “loved” what it was being doing.
On the same October day that the “Access Hollywood” tape emerged, revealing that Trump had bragged in 2005 about groping women, WikiLeaks began releasing damaging emails from Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, John Podesta. Trump and his allies, facing a tough battle in the campaign’s final month, seized on the illegal dumps and weaponized them.
“WikiLeaks, I love WikiLeaks,” Trump said in Pennsylvania.
“This WikiLeaks is like a treasure trove,” Trump said in Michigan.
“Boy, I love reading WikiLeaks,” Trump said in Ohio.
All told, Trump extolled WikiLeaks more than 100 times, and a poster of Assange hung backstage at the Republican’s debate war room. At no point from a rally stage did Trump express any misgivings about how WikiLeaks obtained the emails from the Clinton campaign or about the accusations of stealing sensitive U.S. government information, which led to the charges against Assange on Thursday.
When asked about Assange in 2017, Trump said he did not “support or unsupport” WikiLeaks’ move to release hacked emails and that he would not be involved in any decision for the U.S. government to arrest Assange.
“I am not involved in that decision,” whether or not to arrest Assange, Trump told The Associated Press then, “but if they want to do it, it’s OK with me.”
That is the SAME betrayal tRUMP pulled with “LOCK HER UP” https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/onpolitics/2016/11/22/donald-trump-hillary-clinton/94266466/
Now that he’s won the election, the president-elect is sending a signal both to Congress and, perhaps even his incoming attorney general, that it’s no longer politically beneficial to try to prosecute the former Democratic presidential nominee. In a Tuesday meeting with editors and reporters at the New York Times, Trump said he doesn’t “want to hurt the Clintons, I really don’t. She went through a lot and suffered greatly in many different ways.”
god damn coward
There will be hell to pay for all of those who have betrayed humanity in their mad, insane, demonic, and evil quest for power.
Their lust for power shall be their undoing, and I will be there, to watch every single last one of their pathetic souls burn and write in agony.

Mr. Assange, who has never been accused of publishing anything that was not entirely truthful, is now experiencing what happens to whistleblowers who present all of us with the painful reality of today’s world.

Do not mess with Mama Bear !!
Assange’s only crime was to tell the truth, the one thing our rulers are most afraid of.
The Australian Government did absolutely nothing to help Julian Assange. SHAME ON THEM!
No, Andrew, I certainly did not. I doubt many did. Does that excuse the gangrenous lack of any redeeming qualities? Of course not!

Isn’t highly symbolic that “The hand of ‘democracy’ chokes the neck of freedom” in Lenin’s name?
Unfortunately, egomaniacs like Lenin rarely have sleepless nights.
“Good evening. Welcome to channel x news”
(This is OUR news, not THE news. It has been doctored, edited, spliced, diced, dumbed down, dressed up, censored, corporatised and hung out to dry before we ALLOW you shit kickers to see it).
(Dissent and Truth will not be tolerated).
what a perfect thing she has said – bless her mother’s soul – bless her suffering son –
Perhaps in the not too distant future, Ecuadorean people will be celebrating a holiday called Lenin Moreno Day. A holiday marking the day moreno was hanged for treason. A holiday much like Guy Faulks Day in the uk.
Except that Guy Fawkes was the patsy of James and his conspirator Lord Salisbury aka Richard Cecil, the ancestor of Arthur James Balfour.
Have I forgotten something?
Assange’s ego, and his libido, got the better of common sense. A person in his position must beware the ‘honey trap’. I suppose he sees himself as irresistible.
I think you have it spot on Mulga, a honey trap.
Very self-effacing man.

His judicial lynching will be in secret, in good old Star Chamber style.
Nominate Assange for the Nobel Peace Prize https://jessescrossroadscafe.blogspot.com/2019/04/the-controversial-nobel-peace-prize.html
The Draft Dodger FOLDS like always:
https://www.rt.com/usa/456270-trump-on-assanges-arrest/
That is the SAME betrayal tRUMP pulled with “LOCK HER UP”

Now that he’s won the election, the president-elect is sending a signal both to Congress and, perhaps even his incoming attorney general, that it’s no longer politically beneficial to try to prosecute the former Democratic presidential nominee. In a Tuesday meeting with editors and reporters at the New York Times, Trump said he doesn’t “want to hurt the Clintons, I really don’t. She went through a lot and suffered greatly in many different ways.”
god damn coward
