It should be one of Russia’s and China’s priorities to provide alternative tools where this work can be done and continued if the empire shuts off all dissenting sites, something which the US can do with supreme ease.
It does make you wonder about the real strength of the commitment to a “multipolar” world, when this most basic necessity is not being advanced.

If the have the money they could build their own site in iceland on a platform like flokinet etc.
If someone knows of a video host that is not based or parented in the us or Europe i would also be interested.
