When it comes to the two verifiable uses of sarin or sarin-like substances in Syria, namely the 2013 Ghouta attack and the 2017 Khan Sheykhoun attack, nearly all the available evidence points to them being used by the rebels. An MIT study of the Ghouta attack that examined the ballistics of the rockets used to deliver chemical agents concluded that they came from areas at the time held by the rebels. When it comes to Khan Sheykhoun, even the photos and videos made available by the rebels put into doubt the claim the munitions were delivered by Syrian aircraft, as there is no evidence of air-delivered munitions and moreover the symptoms displayed by the victims and the behavior of the first responders suggests exposure to a toxic industrial chemical rather than a highly lethal agent like Sarin. And, possibly most importantly, such sporadic use of chemical weapons would represent the worst of both worlds for the government of Syria: on the one hand it would be violating one of the biggest taboos in today’s international politics, and on the other it would not be reaping any tangible military benefits from it. Chemical weapons in order to have significant effect must be used en masse, World War 1 style. Sporadic uses, particularly after recent Western warnings not to use them, make zero political or military sense. Such attacks, however, make perfect sense for various rebel groups whose only hope of victory or even merely survival is in provoking a Western military intervention that would turn the tide of the war. So why is the dominant Western narrative of placing the blame squarely on the Syrian government (and indirectly on Russia), even though no international investigator has set foot in Khan Sheykhoun?
The sad fact is that Western elites, if not Western nations, are for all intents and purposes still at war with Syria and their rhetoric, as well as fawning media coverage, must reflect this preference lest the masses begin to suspect something is amiss. Therefore it is no accident or coincidence that every atrocity or questionable incident not only in Syria but also Ukraine is attributed to Syria or Russia within the first half hour of its occurrence, before anything even remotely resembling an investigation has taken place. On the other hand, atrocities where the evidence overwhelmingly points at Western-backed forces, such as the 2014 massacre in Odessa or the beheading of a young boy by a US-armed “moderate rebels” in Aleppo are suppressed, reported in a distorted fashion, or barefacedly described as a regrettable exception that in no way undermines the motives of the perpetrators. What amounts to Western covering up for the rebel use of chemical weapons in Syria is also reminiscent of how the West turned a blind eye on Saddam Hussein’s use of sarin against Iran and later against the Kurds, as long as he was seen as a useful counterweight to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
While their project to overthrow the Syrian government has demonstrably failed, they have de-facto painted themselves into the corner so thoroughly that they cannot very well change their rhetoric, since doing so would be an admission of having pursued cynical and criminal policies all along.
The Russian government has time and again called for a transparent investigation of these incidents, but its requests are yet to be heeded by Western governments, and unfortunately the supposed investigations of the chemical weapons attacks by international organizations such as UN or OPCW unfortunately bear all the hallmarks of political influence by Western powers. This, too, is not an isolated phenomenon. As a result, these supposed investigations have been conducted without on-site visits and contain passages which display a high degree of ignorance of chemical weapon effects and behavior, but which are necessary in order to arrive at the pre-ordained conclusion. Thus, for example, the recent UN Commission of Inquiry report blaming Syria argued that the Russian claim the toxic agents could have been released by a conventional bomb targeting the rebel chemical stockpile was not backed by evidence, since the conventional explosives would have incinerated the chemicals thus rendering them impotent. However, it is a firmly established fact that conventional explosives do not generate the temperatures necessary to decompose, let alone incinerate, chemical agents.
The deterioration of international organizations is linked to the decline of the West, which is now using every tool at its disposal to avert the emergence of a multipolar world order. International organizations are part of that tool set, in that they legitimize Western political and military dominance. The problem with using them in this fashion is that it threatens to strip the international institutions of whatever veneer of legitimacy they still have. Ironically, this could pave the way for a new set of international institutions more reflective of a world order rebalanced to reflect the growing role of other regions of the planet.
The Decline of Institutions is linked to a decline in personal honesty. “Don’t lie, don’t steal, don’t kill”. The British Prime Minister, Tony B.Liar lied, and his lies misled his country into a frenzy of killing and stealing that shames his country to this day: Iraq, Libya, Syria to name but a few. Do the British people put him in gaol for his crimes? No, they stand back and watch him rewarded with “a modest fortune” of 80 million and, without protest, see him promoted to the highest rank yet attained by a British prime minister namely: Non-voting Director in House of Rothschild. A people whose private morality was up to par would never stand for that. They say, You cannot make bricks without straw. I say, you cannot make honest institutions from dishonest people.
Last sentence should read: You cannot make honest institutions wiithout an honest people.

Just as the world was seeing the fullextent of the destruction of Raqqa, in Neocon Propaganda Radio’s (NPR) first news hour on 10-17-17, two different “reporters” attributed the destruction and civilian loss of life in Raqqa to “US and Russian air strikes!”
Referring to “…….. lest the masses begin to suspect something is amiss”, try to imagine what the American people will do to their DeepState when they realize that over 3,000 of their own people were slaughtered to add spice to the effect of the 9-11 show!
Game theory- people here should really do a little research into this very new branch of mathematics.
The recent ‘sarin’ attack falls prey to game theory. The British arranged the false flag- but did so for the impact the event would have afterwards. Thus the press, informed by British agents, had to be able to dismiss all reasonable explanations with ‘proof’ far too early. For the game move to be ‘powerful’ it had to give away too much information as to what really lay behind it- the very basis of game theory (which states that if you make a ‘strong move’ you have to reveal information about your ‘hand’- to put it simply). Why do you think Russia’s explanations about what likely really happened were so definitively dismissed right from the beginning?
And why do I say it was a British false flag. Well a million reasons- means, motive, opportunity, previous form, the press trail etc. The (ex?)British Empire has been doing such for the longest time, but WW2 was when such British tactics were taken to the next level.
But here’s the thing about ‘game theory’- less than 0.01% of Humans are capable of even thinking about this form of analysis when such a play occurs. And such thinkers already know how the Deep State operates anyway. So the people behind such false flags couldn’t care less that experts can spot the false flags by their signature. False flags are propaganda aimed at the hard of thinking.
99.9% of all the politicians of the West world ‘accept’ Assad has used chemical weapon strikes against civilians. Truth just doesn’t come into it. Politics has always been a game of perception- and most people in politics operate on a purely tribal mechanism.
The sarin false flag stank of desperation, but that was a surface thing. The operation was clearly targeted at other than the general public- so we must assume the operation hit its goals perfectly. The fall of the wahhabi project in Syria was assured long before this date- and American military planners ain’t morons- being well aware of how swiftly Russia was going to kick them and their proxies out of Syria.
Some might think the false flag was another pin prick in Putin’s side- but it has the character of something more ambitious. I’m sure behind the scenes it allowed serious anti-russian people to be hammered into place by Team Blair in all sorts of organisations. You see a lot of this has to do with demonising the ‘neutrals’ and ‘pro-russians’ in thousands of very different power structures across the planet. Say, for instance, in the bodies that can take away the upcoming football world cup competition from Russia.
What far too many people on our side think of as ‘petty’ is actually the real means by which one does lasting damage to a nation and its reputation. “Putin uses sarin against civilians- he mustn’t be allowed, Hitler-like, to benefit from a great sporting event held in his homeland” is heard at meetings of senior sporting bodies everywhere Team Blair has an input.
And people on our side who ‘claim’ to be pro-Russian are all prepared to write long articles telling you why it doesn’t matter that the World Cup is cancelled in Russia- just like they told you sanctions would “be over by Christmas”, and when that ‘prediction’ failed told you sanctions don’t do damage anyway.
Putin is currently bulldozing the Kurds and ‘good’ rebels at a record pace in Syria- as I’ve mentioned many times there is no doubt the Russians are returning the whole of Syria to its people. The ‘armed’ opposition that claims to be on the opposite site to the wahhabis is folding very quickly indeed. But this merely reaffirms that the West (very sensibly) has moved on. The West fights on battlefields of its own choosing- a lesson it learned from the mongol invasions.
And yes, in truth, operations by the West have fatally damaged the reputation of MI6’s Amnesty International and the CIA’s Human Rights Watch. But these fake NGOs were poor at reaching to ‘right’ people with their propaganda anyway.
The ‘new’ media is at the forefront of pushing the sarin lie and similar. And the people that swallow the crude lying guff from the new media are in the ‘governmental’ management class. What Tony Blair calls his “Common Purpose” recruits that have now had time to rise in position. These dullards look for ‘education’ and they find it in the new media (like ‘vice’ and ‘dailybeast’).
Interestingly, and by no coincidence, it was the new media that were able to ***safely*** send their ‘journalists’ into the large towns and cities captured by ISIS in the early days, and work with ISIS officials in order to create their multi-part news stories. Many many foolish young muslims flocked to these ISIS strongholds because of the new media coverage.
Anyway the sarin saga is almost done. Putin is going to be humiliated at the UN, for the umpteenth time, on Monday, when only his veto will prevent a UN vote officially blaming Russia. And Putin, once again, is going to stand around puzzled, bemused and dazed cos only a few weeks back he forced Russia, in the most servile way imaginable, to back the sick vile anti- N Korean resolutions at the UN crafted by the British and Americans. The more the West kicks Russia, the more Putin makes Russia support the UN resolutions of the West.
They say the definition of ***insanity*** is making the same mistake over and over again in the face of the clear proof that it is a mistake. Putin keeps saying Russia must work with the West in its pro-Israel, pro-Saudi, anti-Human Rights projects. Putin is too concerned with ‘impressing’ the other people at the ‘big table’. When you think true power is defined by being a member of an exclusive club, you’ve already lost.
Everyone here sees the degree to which all power structures of the West demonise Russia and Putin to a most shocking position. Does any of us think that any possible servile act by Putin will end this? Russia thinks it can ‘co-operate’ its way to victory. Russia could not be more wrong.
The sarin false flag may seem light a damp squib, but it presages far bigger, nastier projects in the future. The ‘Common Purpose’ nature of most international bodies makes them operate to a single drum beat. And if you pay attention, the flavour is one of religious bigotry- you ***must*** believe in this doctrine (like gay ‘marraige’) else you are a monster that must be burnt at the stake.
All dangerous political movements are based on locating and destroying ‘heretics’. Oh for sure we at the ‘bottom’ can still safely engage in ‘heresy’ for the time being- but if you hold a position of power in the West- any position (not just political)- you have to self-censor and express your devotion to the orthodoxy. Just like in that novel 1984. And all those around you assume you believe what you say- so ‘heretics’ in such bodies believe they exist as an ‘army of one’, and thus exist in terror and fear of exposure.
And, I’m afraid, “Russia is a clear and present danger and must be dealt with” is now part of that orthodoxy.
Liberation of Raqqa a Puppet Show Allowing US to Extend Influence in the Region
https://sputniknews.com/middleeast/201710211058433968-us-syria-raqqa-liberation/
“The recent military activities in the area have been purely theatrical, with the US manipulating both the SDF and Daesh like puppets. Washington’s goal is to set up a Kurdish enclave there and settle into the area for the long term, Turkish and Russian military analysts told Sputnik.”
How much basis is there of emotional against rational reasons when people make decisions? Emotional as in “incubator babies”, of Iraq, “Viagra enhanced soldiers” from Libya, and “poisoned kids” in Syria. Rational as in Assad has got no reason to gas his own people when he is winning the war.
From the way the propaganda machine churn out these emotional themes, saturating the airwaves, newsprint and the like, it seems that it does work. Most people do make decisions based on emotions, and are unable to add 1 plus 1, because that’s rational, and even if they can, it will not affect their decision, unless emotion can counter emotion.
Sitting outside the US, it seems very strange, surreal and downright stupid the Russophobia that’s going on there. Seems like the emotion that’s being cultivated there is fear and hatred. Strong emotions for sure. Countering that with fact-based analysis is not working. Too rational. It would work for people whose emotions are strongly based on truth and justice. These people are strongly motivated to find answers anyway, but not the masses. But that is really the emotional answer, the counter “propaganda”.
The masses are stuck in the fear and hatred groove. So how would the early Christians or Muslims overcome this? (Early Muslims were as persecuted as the Christians were, though the timescale was much shorter).
Love for the truth, love of justice, compassion and empathy for all things. Sounds religious, doesn’t it? Yes, it is. It worked so well that the originally persecuted Christians and Muslims are all over the globe.
I do detect a lack of the “love” aspect in the counter narrative to the MSM. Maybe love and compassion is not as sexy as “incubator babies”. Settling refugees down in their own homes and sending kids to school can never be as sexy as incubator babies or poisoned kids. But better PR on the SAA could. Nothing more sexy than a Syrian Rambo wiping the floor off the terrorists. Or a western style PR on the stern and truth telling Nasrallah as a Che Guevarra freedom fighter or a Malcolm X figure. It would help if he was slimmer, but that’s details.
We really need better PR for truth telling to the masses.
Speaking of PR, there is a PR firm named Hill and Knowlton, the largest such firm in the world, which has a track record of selling wars on precisely that basis.
One article about how they emotionally manipulated people to start the Kuwait War in 1991:
https://www.prwatch.org/books/tsigfy10.html?page=1
They received $12,000,000 in fees and had 117 people on a massive PR project to cause the emotional rush based on total lies. One strategy that they used, which was such a powerful story that even now people quote it as justification for the deaths of a million Iraqis, was the “testimony” before a “Congressional committee” of a “young girl” about “babies dumped from incubators by Iraqi troops”.
Except that 1) no such event ever happened and was an absolute lie; 2) it was based on the successful use model of false identical charges against Germans in World War One to whip up patriotic fervor; 3) it wasn’t even an actual Congressional committee, just an ad hoc group (i.e. not under oath, so free to lie); 4) the girl was the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador; 5) so much more. And this was just ONE example of the tissue of lies.
Later on, since that was so successful, Hill and Knowlton was paid a few million dollars to do the same in whipping up emotional force against Serbia in 1995 and 1999. It was so successful that to this day people actually believe the fabrications created against the Serbs, no matter how much proof you can bring forth to counteract them. These ideas never go away after they are embedded.
Now it is the turn of the actual Syrians and their legitimate elected government to be the target of paid advertising companies. No wonder Hitler’s propaganda chief gave credit to the ideas he had learned from the American advertising industry.
One cannot be, what they have never been.
International Organizations have NEVER been truthful/honest, or constructed for mankind’s benefit. They are constructed to enhance the goals of the world’s Uber EL-ites, which I am sure is obvious by now. TOTAL control of the Planet (resources) and it Humans (slaves) for the pleasure and benefit of a few.
This modern day Orwellian insanity has been in existence for a long time.
The anti-Human “League of Nations” for one. Its off-spring the UN is on of the most Orwellian/anti-Human sociopathic and psychopathic Organization on the Planet. It is responsible for more death and destruction than any modern day international organization. Pretty good for a group that was supposed to STOP war, massive human death and destruction, alas nothing is further from the truth. Starting with the insane slaughter in Korea (a test bed for the Orwellian Cabal) to the many war fronts in todays anti-Human insanity- Syria, Iraq, Libya, other parts of Africa, parts of Europe, Latin and South America to mention a few.
I would conclude by simply stating ALL modern day Organizations are complete FAILURES when it come to protecting Humans and advancing a peaceful way of life. In fact just the opposite.
Puck the UN.
