This information was posted on an anonymous blog Drakula’s blog: http://drakulablog.com/2015/04/01/west-and-ukraine-against-putin-and-his-politicians/. It looks very credible to me. Just take a look here for comparison purposes.
The Saker
——-
West and Ukraine against Putin and his politicians
Today I’ve got docs on Russia and Ukraine for you. The West got used to solving its problems using someone else to do the dirty work. Putin’s regime is an eyesore for the U.S., UK and NATO. Regardless whether it’s good or bad (everyone has his own opinion) Russia opposes the unipolar world order and western values exclusiveness. The West has a simple solution; it just needs to overthrow Putin and his close companions.
The West can’t do it openly and directly. Russia isn’t Yugoslavia, or Libya, or Iraq. That’s why they are acting via Ukraine which is undergoing dramatical changes now. Though they are using the old methods of ideological warfare, discredit of leaders, and society values erosion.
The attached docs show that NATO and the U.S. and UK military advisors are acting in Ukraine. Non-governmental organizations are working there under the auspices of the Western and Ukrainian special services.
For instance, here’s a NATO doc testifying that the popularity of the Russian leaders among the population of the Southern and Eastern regions is a challenge for Ukraine.
Download: COORDINATION MEETING ON STRATCOM TRAINING FOR UKRAINE, GEORGIA AND MOLDOVA
The Ukrainian non-governmental organizations mention the same issue in their docs drawn up to win the grant from the UK government.
Download: Conflict Pool Project
The Russian leaders such as Putin, Lavrov, Shoigu, etc. should be put under constant pressure. As you can see this task is included in the Free Donbass and Free Russia PSYOPs designed by the Ukrainian special services.
Download: FREE Donbass
Download: Free Russia
The later clearly defines primary targets for the information attack. These people are obviously those legs bearing Putin’s throne. And as I see it that will be perfect if the Russian President knock them out by himself.
So they plan to compromise defense minister Shoigu, who is extremely popular in Russia, through facilities management and economic activity of his subordinates as well as through corruption cases revealed by the defense ministry itself. Bortnikov, the head of the secret police, can be blamed for failing to preserve Yanukovich regime in Ukraine. And general Zolotov, the Russian National Guard commander, is to be presented before Putin as a dangerous successor, potential dictator and accuse him of military coup attempts.
Since Russia and Ukraine still have common media space the idea is that Russian liberal media and opposition should take on spreading all info in the net and press created by the Ukrainian and Western secret services. The leading Western mass media are to cover this info as well.
I don’t doubt that the West will initiate color revolution processes in Russia through Ukraine sooner or later.
“I don’t doubt that the West will initiate color revolution processes in Russia through Ukraine sooner or later.”
Will is different to have, and initiate infers prime agency.
Stratfor might “impress” some, but with others the impression is achieved by sitting on them.
Probably better not to discourage the can-do attitude of the exceptionalist.
http://quenelplus.com/videos/les-brigandes-laissez-vivre-la-russie.html
Not everyone in the west wants to overthrow Putin.
Of course, not everyone.
Who cares what the average John thinks?
It was only to give the link to that nice video. Nothing more.
Nice video indeed! It’s refreshing to be reminded that the whole West has not taken leave of its senses!
You are absolutely right, many poeple on the West are starting to see the hidden picture
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9fR7QcqxAQk
Yeahh, you are right, but after all(в конце концов), are these Johns who will have to go fight the war that the non-average Georges start. Would you, Mr John Nemo fight against Russia knowing beforehand your fate, just because the masters in your country say so?
“Not everyone in the west wants to overthrow Putin.”
That is understood very well.
It is also understood that west is a relationship, and since planet earth is roughly spherical the relationship aka west is dependent on position from which “westness” is derived.
However not everyone in “the west” understands that some wish to be exceptional and project that this can be achieved by overthrowing Mr. Putin.
Of the some who wish to be exceptiona somel understand that they are not exceptional, but try to assuage doubts/fears of lack of exceptionalism by bridging lacunae with their own projections.
The exceptionalist are seeking to “act” in the realm of holograms – an example of virtual reality.
Perhaps some of the experiences of “French” education will illuminate the above.
Since the Earth is spherical, we all are “the west”.
I hate that po-mo s**t.
‘The Gulf War Didn’t Happen?’ How consoling to the relatives of the dead, to paraphrase Francis Wheen.
There are always baselines – particularly in the realm of Justice, which resides in Reality. Facts are always real events, located in the temporal/spatial dimension. When aligned with the facts perception is truthful. When not, it is psychosis, not to confused with wishful thinking, which would not be wishful unless it acknowledged the current undesirability of reality.
“How consoling to the relatives of the dead, to paraphrase Francis Wheen.”
This partly reflects the logic underpinning notions that change is painful, sometimes used to posit that change is painful and hence best avoided, and/or that since change is painful you require “exceptional” people to “protect” you from pain, and/or you are merely imagining the pain – the stiff upper-lip gambit.
“There are always baselines – particularly in the realm of Justice, which resides in Reality.”
The “realm of Justice” is an ideological construct within a specific socio/economic system which is subject to lateral change – hence there are only ideological moment specific perceptions deemed to be baselines. Read Hamurrabi and compare and contrast as some are attracted to do, sometimes omitting notions of context, aka time.
“the realm of Justice, which resides in Reality.”
The realm of justice exists in perception and since omniscience doesn’t exist this cannot be conflated with reality. To deflect lateral challenge there are axioms such as “Justice must not only be done, but be seen to be done.” – as part of ideological immersion.
“I hate that po-mo s**t.”
Possibly your abbreviation is meant to signify post-modern. However this term is a logical fallacy because by definition this particular moment is modern.
As to some of the bases of the views expressed they have been informed by hypotheses/perceptions developed through history as part of a lateral process
“Naturally the common people don’t want war; neither in Russia, nor in England, nor in America, nor in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.”
Hermann Goering
“Hermann Goering”
What happened to Mr. Goering and the people whom he deemed to be common in the period from February 1942 to April 1945, and what lessons were drawn by the common people during that period when testing Mr. Goering’s hypotheses of “it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along”?
We all know what happened there. But still that hasn’t changed any since then.He was right then, and now, about how governments can drag their people to destruction.Though today we have more sophisticated methods of propaganda used on us.
“We all know what happened there”
It would appear that you don’t.
Perhaps reading SD and Gestapo records from the period Feb 1942 to April 1945 would help destroy your myth of
“He was right then, and now, about how governments can drag their people to destruction.”
If you prefer your dishes pre-masticated the works of Wildt and Rees amongst various others may illuminate.
@Gallier,
Merci for the video. It was beautifully done.
Carmel by the Sea
This can’t possibly be true. Jen Psaki over at the state department just said the U.S. has a long standing tradition of not overthrowing foreign governments. Obviously this is a Kremlin psyop.
Most people don’t realize this, but Jen Psyops is actually a comedian who is doing a brilliant and hilarious parody of an American regime mouthpiece.
Some of the stuff that comes out of her mouth is priceless, and her consistently irritated, condescendinly arrogant demeanor is pure comedy gold.
She’s better than Stephen Colbert.
I think she and her predecessor (and former CIA flack), Marie “make me barf” Harf, make a wonderful comedic duo.
They would also be swell together in a girl-on-girl porno flick! Call it State Department Sluts.
This is the Comment of the Week!

…The West has a simple solution; it just needs to overthrow Putin and his close companions….
I don’t agree.
“the solution” is fragmentation of Russia.
It will be achived according to the UKUSA plan through: isolation, destabilisation and then fragmentation.
Is it difficult to understand, once for all?
Than comes time to fragment US.50 different countries on the continent.Same goes for stupid Canada.
Than what.City states.That sounds good.
It is not “mutually exclusive”.Yes they want to fragment Russia. But first they must get rid of Russia’s defenders to accomplish that.So they first target Putin with their plots.
What I don’t understand is why do they target the strongest point of their enemy ? Didn’t Sun Tzu (or someone) say that the weakest link must be worked on ?
“Didn’t Sun Tzu (or someone) say that the weakest link must be worked on ?”
It was Kant who had notions of categorical imperatives not Sun Tzu, and both have been dead awhile.
Consequently their ideas were beneficial catalysts in formulating perceptions based on newer experiences, not devotional texts although perceived to be by some.
Funny… I was under the impression that they were still studying old Sun-Tzu and his younger buddy von Clausewitz in some of the warrior nurseries…
So you are saying that the newer experiences show that it’s better to atack the enemy’s strongest points ?
” I was under the impression that they were still studying old Sun-Tzu and his younger buddy von Clausewitz in some of the warrior nurseries…”
They are studied and have been studied, some studying them with the view to supercede them not to blindly emulate them.
There are no fixed strategies, strategies are always specific.
So you still think it’s better to attack the enemy’s strongest point ?
“So you still think it’s better to attack the enemy’s strongest point ?”
There are no fixed strategies, strategies are always specific.
Perhaps you would profit from exercises in English comprehension?
Yes, I see you are still of the opinion to attack the enemy’s strongest point. Well, anybody is entitled to his/her opinion of course, doesn’t mean he/she is right, of course, but how lateral can one get after all ?
OMG, highschool level of powerpoint presentation,
it´s an obvious fake…come on,
I am none of White House establisment´s grouppies,
but this whole matter is a poor provocation.
Use your brains.
I might be careful quickly dismissing it based on the quality of production.
I have witnessed poor quality documents such as these used in surprisingly ‘sophisdicated’ settings…
We all chuckle at Bibi’s and Powell’s use of props at the UN, yet surprising these people actually went ahead with such porous presentation aids, so…
“We all chuckle at Bibi’s and Powell’s use of props at the UN, yet surprising these people actually went ahead with such porous presentation aids, so…”
“We all”
Some don’t chuckle, they use such datastreams to facilitate purposes, so I suggest that we all is an exageration.
Laughter is often a displacement strategy that can be encouraged.
Some posit that some uses of Mr. Chaplin’s Great Dictator reflected such strategies.
Another interesting example is Mr. Capra’s Sullivans travels.
Anything is possible with these wackjobs.
Tony Bliar’s dodgy dossier about Iraqi Weapons of Mass Destruction was actually dirty pictures of Prince Harry prancing around in a Nazi S&M outfit.
“this whole matter is a poor provocation.
Use your brains.”
The opponents often think they fashion provocations on the bases of exceptionalism and its various projections, whilst others use these “efforts” for their own purposes by not resticting themselves to the uses of brains, uses of opportunity or datastreams, to stimulate and/or encourage premature ejaculation.
Depending on perceived targetted audiences “poor” quality, – evaluation always being a function of purpose which is a function of perception -, may be perceived as the “best” quality to facilitate the purpose.
Well, the allegation about the powerpoints is that they were prepared by Ukrainian, that is Kiev, special services. I’ve never gotten the impression that the shed that the Kiev govt. tools came from contained any sharpeners. If any of those guys is the “smartest guy in the room” it’s because the other guys are potted plants. So I wouldn’t be expecting anything too amazing.
Power-Point presentations are meant to be background while the speaker elaborates; they are typically just bullet points. It is impossible at this point to establish its provenance, but just because a Power-Point presentation is simple does not argue it is a fake at all – they are designed to feature simple, hard-hitting talking points only.
If you’re going to put something on a parallel with the Gettysburg Address on a handful of Power-Point slides, what would you need a speaker for?
“Power-Point presentations are meant to be background while the speaker elaborates;”
Let me suggest that perhaps it is a case of being attracted to the shiny precluding due consideration of other more illuminating documents.
This is also a way of increasing the noise/signal ratio having utility for various purposes.
Perhaps the following links are of more relevance

As to significance overall perhaps the key question is – Why this leak now?
Yes, why?
As Paul Craig Roberts said that if Russia fails to understand that west wants nothing short of destruction of Russia and China they will be destroyed.
West can not function with somebody being equal.
It doesn’t mater weather you believe it or you want to be liberal enough nothing will change the fact that you ALL are thought of as GOY.
There is a reason they were kicked out of every country they lived in.
I guess than people have to find out for them selfs.
By the way this is not or meant to be hate speech.
As someone said “if you want to find out who governs you, find out who you are not allowed to criticize.”
CSI.Facts always tell the story.They never,ever lie.
Until we wake up we will never be free.It has nothing to do with Jew in particular. It could be a Italian,Chinese or English.
It is always what these groups stand for that makes a difference.
I realy hope you post this. This anti Semitic shit has to stop.
Political correctness was created to stifle descution. You do or should know that.
Looking forward to your response. You do have my email and I encourage you to email me directly and shut me up if that is what you want. You can even make it one of those self destructing emails.remember those.lol

“descution”?
Glad someone gets it.
in this case, with somebody ‘superior” in mind and spirit….”!
Okay, these were simply hilarious. Seriously. From the thick jungles of bureaucratese of the first one to the lunatic propositions of the last. These feel like the Underpants Gnomes penned them, really. And the sad thing is that they’re indeed all representative of what “the grand plan” is like.
Seriously, putting trust in deeply discredited “political corpses”, ones which did all the discrediting of their own accord and required no extra help to “character-assassinate” themselves? To have them slander Putin’s most steadfast team members and himself? That’s a plan? That’s exactly what they’ve been doing all along, nonstop, so much that even if their wildest accusations were to be proven true by some dark miracle, they still would remain discredited. If they “initiate a colour revolution” with this, it’d be the equivalent of declaring total war on the world ocean – apart from making themselves look stupid and more than a little crazy, nothing would come of it.
And if we look at the other side of the spectrum – with what American officials keep on professing daily as their plans for Russia, with the nonstop threats, do they seriously expect the “patriot” camp to think they have Russia’s best interests in mind? They can read and listen too, after all. And they know what happened in the 90s and aren’t in a hurry to repeat that. There’s no bribe they can offer that would be bigger than the benefit from staying loyal, not only material but also immaterial, and there’s no way they can sell a rebellion or coup in an “enemy at the gates” situation to military strategists as “good for the country’s security”.
And then there’s also all the wishful thinking of the “I believe that is so, and so it shall be” kind, particularly in the last “plan” – all the ascribing of features to Putin or to his supporters that they never displayed before. Paranoia? Megalomania? Power-hunger? Sorry, that’s the MSM cliche that has nothing to do with reality. Evidently, the people in charge of these “plans” measure others were using themselves as the example when they wrote that bit.
And yet… they’re trying it all anyway. By all signs everywhere, this really IS their plan.
Indeed, the “Good Empire” has picked a fight it could not possibly hope to win, with a plan that could not possibly work.
Good thing I stocked up on popcorn.
P.S. Yes, I know, preaching to the choir, but it’s still funny as all get-out.
True enough. It makes you wonder how they ever succeeded in any of their other “colour revolutions”. What it comes down to is, enough money can make up for a lot of incompetence. Find some people who might be troublemakers, throw a wall of money at them. Repeat until someone actually uses the money to do something relevant. Throw more money at that one. Eventually, something gives.
Just goes to show, don’t underestimated people with no scruples and lots of resources. They can likely get quite a lot done even if they’re fools.
(The other thing it shows is, when fighting this kind of clown, track the money and take it away)
Had to answer this.MONEY.Everybody apparently has a price. Is it human nature or something else.
“Everybody apparently has a price.”
Your view is perhaps based on your lack of experience of offers, but I can assure you that you are wrong although yopu do condition your view by apparently.
However you are in “good” company since many of the opponents hold your view given that it is a projection of their ideological notions derived from and forming bases a specific socio-economic regime, leading to beliefs such as the end of history, they hate our freedom, all precluding alternative perceptions which are not deemed to be required since the holders of these notions believe that they are/were exceptional.
The exceptionalists tried to activate policies based on these hypotheses in Russia in the 1990’s, and on perception of “results/consequences” some increased myth-making to bridge the lacunae, whilst some denied it happened.
This is another example of Mr. Rove’s notions that the USA no longer operates in the realm of reality. Mr. Rove was correct but not for the reasons he stated, or to the effect which he posited.
Mr. Rumsfeld is more prescient in these matters by positing the existence of known unknowns.
well you do type better than I.Everything you said is right on the money.
Sorry I am not eloquent enough, but do try to read through my lines.lol
“Sorry I am not eloquent enough, but do try to read through my lines.lol”
Why do you perceive that what you suggest to try and other activities were not done?
What purpose do you ascribe to the response given in /documents-showing-how-the-empire-plans-to-overthrow-putin/comment-page-1/#comment-88955 ?

That would be useful in analysing reaction whilst minimising specific datastreams which exhibit little variance.
Thank you for your suggestion helping the data collection process.
I note that the ever-grounded F-35 Lemonjet flies extremely well -but only on a PowerPoint presentation.
It is hoped that this vile collection of treachery meets a similar fate.
@SancturayOne,
Q; It is hoped that this vile collection of treachery meets a similar fate.
R:Last year a new plant opened up shop in the Apartheid State [to produce wings for this contraption], so the answer would be a profound, “Hell, no!” I’m afraid.
Considering all those pathetic presentations leading up to the Iraq’s war, I’d say this “power point” crap is as good as it gets. Designed by the dumb idiots for some other dumb idiots.
Interesting find! – Relinked your article on: 8UNG!
Time is running short for the regime in Washington, as BRICS have announced their 100 Bill.$ funding recently and the AIIB is targeting the dominance of the US$ parity as well…
So it seems that both parties here have been pushed by the Financial International for further escalation, and the US military is still used as the premium racket for globalization. The amount of different theatres around the world leaves almost no choice for the planners of these heinous adventures than to create as much havoc as possibly or trying to destroy everything in their ways. They can’t “dominate” or occupy a country in the traditional way, they only can create more and more dependency on international institutions.
The governing U.d.S.S.A. elites are dangerous like cornered dogs now. They even managed to ruin their own country from within, similar as they did in Russia.

PS: What’s the correct procedure to use an AVATAR (Gravatar) here in the reply section?
FS3, BRICS New Development Bank is denominated in dollars. 60% of world central bank reserves are still in dollars or dollar-denominated financial instrument. Don’t know the % of trade still in dollars– worse I think. So we’ve still got a ways to go.
Here’s an article on China re IMF: 4/9/15 http://www.globalresearch.ca/chinas-defiance-before-the-imf-incorporate-the-yuan-into-the-special-drawing-rights/5441976 In March 2015, Li Keqiang, the Chinese prime minister, requested the incorporation of the yuan into the Special Drawing Rights (SDR).
I’m not certain that merely “reforming” the IMF system is enough.
Dear P, thank you. – It has to be in US$ for quite some time to go, as there are still a lot of T-Bonds in circulation among BRICS. The clue is who can use them in an adequate way. Why not using them inside the IMF, parallel to the BRICS? I think it has to do a lot with the SDRs – as these are represented by a “basket”, where every currency has a certain “weight” within. If you are able to manage enough of the US$-based flow in your hands (BRICS) as well as in the other channel (IMF) than you can play more creative ways of levering, without being dependant on the currency – but the currency will be dependant on your actions.

Why are you using dropbox?
Methinks not only Evgeny Federov and VVP are aware of this, but the many millions of Russians are also on to it, and ignore or laugh at it. These guys seem to think they are dealing with stupid Americans who might swallow this nonsense. Putin’s popularity not only frightens them, but utterly befuddles them — can’t understand that so many people of the world no longer trust the empire’s lies.
Thank you.
According to the schedule, DFID report is due 31st March 2015 and may be in evaluation.
A lot of it looks like post-coup boilerplate “wishful thinking”, adapted only somewhat to Ukrainian situation. Typical bureacratic jargon. Reminiscent, too, of the sort of thing higher echelon military requires lower-echelon to sign off on as “completed”. Yeah, sure– not enough hours in the day.
The anti-Russia stuff is exactly the techniques currently being used now in places like Brazil & Venezuela & Macedonia.
The evidence is overwhelming that that is the West’s plan.Whether this particular scheme is real or not is unimportant, the plan is real. What to do to prevent it is the question, and the only question. Now me,I’m an old fashioned man.I believe in the tried and true methods of ending plots by enemies. You eliminate the plotters, and the plot is eliminated. That is a 10,000 year old truism. And I see no reason in this “modern” age to try and change it.The threat of this plot could end with me,my family, you, the Novorossian people, the Russian,Ukrainian,European peoples killed by nuclear war.Trotsky and Bandera were threats in another time, and then they were not anymore. Yarosh,Kolomoisky,Poroshenko,Yatsenyuk,Pyatt,Nuland, etc, are threats today.
You insult the other guys by putting them in same group.Orks are totaly f…cked. But you see,it is not them.always look behind the lines. Now,you uncle Bob do know this.I like you.
“You eliminate the plotters, and the plot is eliminated. That is a 10,000 year old truism.”
It would appear that you neither understand why Russia is not the Soviet Union, nor why the slogan is “Glory to the heroes”.
Consequently it is unlikely that you know “What to do to prevent it” and fail to understand why others who have facility to encourage such, do not subscribe to your perspective.
It is a big shame that you let such language get through.
Well, I have not passed the comment, maybe not the most appropriate language, but I think the commentator is using this language as a metaphor, not to offend anyone. What is not acceptable is the vulgar and offensive language, but we can not censor people wanting to make a comparison including an organ or organ function of the human body. I am sorry that you feel shocked.
The same happens when someone uses the word “ass”, for example. Do you think we should censor all who use such words in an adult forum?
It is a shame that you “feel that way”. Such filthy language **is** offensive to anyone sensible, it is used by poorly brought-up adolescents and should be left on the street where it belongs, not in a forum for well educated adults. Shame on you.
Dear commentator, as worker in the industry assure you that this language is used every day in hospitals and medical practices and I do not think that these professionals are all “poorly brought-up adolescents” (some do, I assure you). I’m sorry you feel that way, the other moderators who work here do not seem so embarrassing and not me. As you might imagine, we can not moderate attending to every sensibility. Note also that in this forum might be less well educated adults than you but whose opinion is just as legitimate. If you do not like any comment just pass over and continue reading others.
Enough already. Maybe you should have been in bed for some time instead of browsing the net.

How do you say “futile” in Russian?
The US will go broke using Ukies to accomplish anything.
It is much more likely that Kiev will fall, the 35 million glorious citizens of Ukraine overthrows its own government, than any destabilization occurs in Moscow.
Think of 35 million starving Ukies. They may be deranged, but they will have no economy and they have guns, tanks, and no how to burn down buildings. All that will turn against itself soon.
The counter to any move against Russian and Putin will be actuated by Russian Intel inside the Ukrainian society. Fuses will be lit all over Ukraine.
It goes back to a simple maxim: Don’t poke the Bear.
@ Larchmonster445,
Q; …and no how to burn down buildings.
R; That’s funny, but in a very sad kind of way…
“Think of 35 million starving Ukies. They may be deranged, but they will have no economy and they have guns, tanks, and no how (sic) to burn down buildings. All that will turn against itself soon.”
Not all Ukranian citizens are deranged, they are quite a few amazing people, here an example of extraordinary art musicians

NATO will give them compasses so they can find Russia. If they do, they will get some food and money.
It is dangerous to ignore America’s ability to use authoritarian military regimes in unpopular ways. Russia and Novorossiya need to win on the battlefield, not just wait for a bad economy to make people angry.
Winning is defined in Putin’s book as keeping Ukriane unfit for EU and out of NATO and NATO missiles out of Ukraine.
The constant demand for a battlefield triumph and Kiev suing for peace is not going to happen unless the militia cracks and real Russian forces have to go in. Then it will be victory on the battlefield and disaster in the geopolitical realm with a full spectrum sanctions regime that even China would have trouble offsetting.
It is messy, bloody and tragic proxy war. Russia is winning it.
Some of us are not calling for Russian forces to go in openly. They are already in, as are NATO ones. The point is more that waiting as a strategy is risky. NATO has a good chance of creating a half-way decent army in the Ukraine and giving it better and better weapons. It seems that Russia made the decision in August that Novorossiya should be kept small for whatever reasons, perhaps negotiating purposes, and this means it could be bloodier and with more loss of infrastructure if and when the war restarts. All of the Kremlin’s actions are rational, but to ignore the downside is not a good idea.
As for Russia winning, well, that is the big question. Come up with a list of five or ten goals the US may have had, and ask how they are coming along. Some of them have probably already been achieved, such as destroying the Ukraine’s military-industrial integration with Russia or polarizing public opinion inside the Ukraine so they can’t live together in one country. But the big goals of expelling Russia from its Crimean bases or breaking EU-Russian relations have failed for the most part.
He,he.The only reason they are on the island is cause nobody else would take them. Here we go again.GOYIM.What does it take for people to understand.
It is like a cancer patient knowing what they have but protecting it and encouraging its growth.
Live it up,idiots.
Cognitive dissonance here.
Resolution?
It’s a judgement of degree. In this case, best kept to a minimum.
The coming war wasn’t entirely real to me, till I read http://fortruss.blogspot.com/2015/04/the-future-russian-european-war-balance.html.
It points out the vulnerability of the Kaliningrad area– because it’s not contiguous w the rest of the Russian Federation, since it lies between Poland and Lithuania on the Baltic Sea.
I suppose the US might want a controllably “small” war– just enough to insert a wedge between Russia and the EU to prevent their continued economic integration, but not enough to produce nuclear annihilation.
What better than to try to take Kaliningrad, which Germany has wanted for some time anyway; she’s been trying to persuade them that they are really “Prussian” and not Russian at all.
Kant was born there, when it was Prussian.
When I look at the Putin inner circle lineup of fourteen, with Putin the supreme leader atop, and I look for any 15 people anywhere on the planet (you get to pick them from not only the West, but anywhere, just collect 15 total) and we get to play a zero sum game.
I win. Hands down. 15 very gifted, highly educated, superbly motivated Russians who have 15 years experience playing together, with everything on the line.
It actually isn’t fair. It’s so lopsided I can’t stop laughing at the thought of the dunces and bozos and pinheads of the West.
Even China, which I’ve spent 14 years studying deeply, has only a Standing Committee of 7 and maybe 4 or 5 other very bright men and women, but non of the calibre and experience of the Russian set of leaders.
Add existential threat to the Russian group to sharpen their senses.
Add some insults.
Add the resurrection of nazi fascism rampaging next door.
Add the ethnic cleansing in Novorossiya and threatened in Kaliningrad, Baltics and other nearby places, Crimea for instance.
I’d say if you asked Vegas odds makers to create a betting line, you’d have to put up 1000 dollars to win a dime that the Russians would not win.
Just roll out the dullards from Lithuania, Poland, NATO, EU, London, Paris, Berlin, Washington, New York, Tokyo, Oslo, Rome, and Bucharest. You can’t find one who is up to the task. In another hundred years (which the West won’t exist as the Hegemonic power) the culture could not produce half a dozen quality minds like the Russian presently possess.
To quote Ninetendo’s brilliant lawyer-CEO: Game Over!
They may be brilliant or capable, but a brilliant general can’t give orders to a non-existent army. Russia didn’t have an NGO army, nor a propaganda/textbook/cultural one inside the Ukraine, so they lost that battle. Almost without a fight.
Your optimism is appreciated, and this is not trolling, but Russia needs to be very careful in the tough fight ahead. The Saker had a scorecard of how things have gone over the last year, and Russia has lost a number of important fights. For example, industry and the military-industrial industry in particular in the Ukraine have been crushed. This was one of the main goals of the war. The bad blood between the Donbass and most of the Ukraine is probably so bad now that they can never live together. The cost of rebuilding destroyed infrastructure and paying for refugees is a tremendous burden for Russia. Let’s face it: Pushkov was right when he Tweeted something like “Russia has spent $200bn in the Ukraine and the US $5bn; we need to think long and hard about who got more out of their money.”
But, yes, Russia has a very impressive leadership corps. No question.
The 200 Bln was not recent. It was over decades, infrastructure from long ago.
Russia does not need NGOs, it already has GRU sleeper agents in place, and have been for years. They are just awaiting for it…the order.
“who have 15 years experience playing together, with everything on the line.”
They have more.
This smacks of controlled release. It’s just for those who are searching for “Aha! I found classified docs!” Just one page of the master plan over time starting say 1970 would make the heart beat fast.
Through all this there should probably be two names for the West: EU and The West Across the Pond. I won’t quote Victoria Nuland again, but EU seems to be an ongoing step in the plan. The EU is certainly skeptical of all this and more than a little nervous. With EU’s open borders all the devastated countries’ citizens are/will be pouring into other ‘safer’ countries by the thousands. Once Putin is sufficiently threatened in country, a great war could begin with EU being European Theatre of Operations. It’s naive to think there isn’t much more to the final plan than this. Who says the Levant doesn’t include Europe in some of the models?
From the article:
So they plan to compromise defense minister Shoigu, who is extremely popular in Russia, through facilities management and economic activity of his subordinates as well as through corruption cases revealed by the defense ministry itself.
I don’t doubt Shoigu is a major problem to the zionazis. He’s been quite effective at making the Russian military an effective force. Cowards hate those most who nullify their their “backdoor” planning.
@highschool level of powerpoint presentation, it´s an obvious fake…
While it is always possible that these are fakes, it is the standard style of presentation nowadays, be it a University course or a sales seminar. It is addressed to the dumbest segment of the audience (which is almost always in majority, many barely going beyond high school) which need to be trained quickly (suggests that is a handbook for trolls and hasbaratchiks).
Compare with the reasons offered why a secret plan like the Oded Yinon’s Plan had to be written down (and why the most secret plans had eventually to be put in writing):
“The reason for publication is the dual nature of the Israeli-Jewish society: A very great measure of freedom and democracy, specially for Jews, combined with expansionism and racist discrimination. In such a situation the Israeli-Jewish elite (for the masses follow the TV and Begin’s speeches) has to be persuaded. The first steps in the process of persuasion are oral, as indicated above, but a time comes in which it becomes inconvenient. Written material must be produced for the benefit of the more stupid “persuaders” and “explainers” (for example medium-rank officers, who are, usually, remarkably stupid). They then “learn it,” more or less, and preach to others. It should be remarked that Israel, and even the Yishuv from the Twenties, has always functioned in this way. I myself well remember how (before I was “in opposition”) the necessity of war with was explained to me and others a year before the 1956 war, and the necessity of conquering “the rest of Western Palestine when we will have the opportunity” was explained in the years 1965-67”.
And also “Why is it assumed that there is no special risk from the outside in the publication of such plans?”
“Such risks can come from two sources, so long as the principled opposition inside Israel is very weak (a situation which may change as a consequence of the war on Lebanon) : The Arab World, including the Palestinians, and the United States. The Arab World has shown itself so far quite incapable of a detailed and rational analysis of Israeli-Jewish society, and the Palestinians have been, on the average, no better than the rest. In such a situation, even those who are shouting about the dangers of Israeli expansionism (which are real enough) are doing this not because of factual and detailed knowledge, but because of belief in myth. A good example is the very persistent belief in the non-existent writing on the wall of the Knesset of the Biblical verse about the Nile and the Euphrates. Another example is the persistent, and completely false declarations, which were made by some of the most important Arab leaders, that the two blue stripes of the Israeli flag symbolize the Nile and the Euphrates, while in fact they are taken from the stripes of the Jewish praying shawl (Talit). The Israeli specialists assume that, on the whole, the Arabs will pay no attention to their serious discussions of the future, and the Lebanon war has proved them right. So why should they not continue with their old methods of persuading other Israelis?”
The balance inclines towards the genuineness of such plans
PNAC, Wolfowitz doctrine, etc. are these directions on a strategic level, while the currently discussed documents are more an operational level: more specific, and yet not tactical plans such as specific operations. It’s all of a kind however: ‘Destroy Russia. Take over the world’.
Evgeny Federov has a good video out which discusses it more on a tactical level (link previous posted on this blog), right down to organizing a maidan on specific streets.

Perhaps the plan is to put people to sleep. I tried reading them and I can imagine the seminar — the spooks must have been in IV modafinil to stay awake.
“I tried reading them and I can imagine the seminar — the spooks must have been in IV modafinil to stay awake.”
I note you use imagine, and hence you cofirm that you don’t know.
Omniscience does not exist, but I put forward some additional hypotheses to consider.
Generally the “spooks”, who normally describe themselves as members of the “intelligence services”, don’t fall asleep since their positions/career paths are partly exhanced/protected by staying awake and having their attendance and contributions marked on their files.
The language used is partly to enhance notions of exceptionalism, in this case of being amongst the cognoscenti (the ones who know); this yearning to be an exception is a significant contribution/motivator in intelligence service recruitment and retention.
Let me also suggest that you are relating more to what appears as perceived and evaluated through your own prism of expectation, thereby rendering the likely most significant question opaque.
You are not alone in this as a significant number of comments on this blog appear to reflect your logical processes becoming deflected in some part towards concentration on appearances and filling lacunae of doubt by their own projections.
I suggest that the most significant question is – Why this particular leak at this time?
It is probable that the leaker is evaluating the environment including the noise/signal ratio, and hence perhaps a more useful response would be:
Thank you.
According to the schedule, DFID report is due 31st March 2015 and may be in evaluation.
re: US Subversion: I feel like Hermione in the “Goblet of Fire” book in the Harry Potter series as the twins try to force entry under false pretenses into the circle of protection. “It is not going to work!” she says holding a book like a wisdom-compassion Sophia figure. Just so Russia.
it is not going to work and there needs to be massive real speaking up of the greatest generation in Russia which fought in WWII and is now fading into history. Truth telling to the younger generation in a real but not hectoring way….it will be their last chance to chronicle it. May 9th. Each generation needs to share its dreams for a better future and honor the good in the previous one. Perhaps this very fecund head /heart process will begin in Russia?
@teranam
The WW11 generation are ‘speaking up’. RT is running a series of inter-generational vignettes between programmes in which a grand, sometime great-grand parent recalls their experiences of the GPW.
Then a young person, anything from eight to twenty speaks of their hopes and sometimes their perception of war. They conclude with the young person embracing the elder and viewers learn they are family.
They last approx five minutes and are absolutely brilliant. They pose the question: do you realise what war means?
It’s a question not just for the Russians.
I have been watching since 2013, then every day since 2014 January. I have seen the fires and other moves to remove Russian history through bringing down museums, the orders to Nazi Ukrainians to carefully mock the Russian victory parade and joy and sew lies about WW11, lies cooked up in Washington. Poland was taken over by the US when the US rented space in their forests to grow US pig farms. Not yet have human diseases been introduced. All the Caucusas, all Islam must be pressed into service from around the globe. Give them enough respect they will lay down their lives. This must be stopped.
I searched for an hour to find the Drakula’s blog about the plan of the West to bring Putin down. Drakula’s Blog came up but it did not respond to one request. Can you direct me where I could find it please?
A little sugar with coffee?

Since the US NSA scoops up all data, 100%, especially on the sanctioned intimates of Putin, they will be poisoned, so they get deathly sick as if from medical problems they already have. Routine dental procedures will be used to shoot things in the body or brain to slowly, openly destroy them as Putin watches etc…Each target will be carefully used to agonize the target and Putin. An educated guess.
The United States is now the carefully new Nazi police state. Angela’s cave in to the criminal US/UK needs of total surveillance have doomed Europe. The Northern EU states do as she says, she does as the US says. The US State Department coup of Ukraine could have been stopped by Germany alone.
I know what Europe will look like if the United States is not stopped, reversed.
Once allowed in, the US is sure it owns Ukraine to do with as it pleases, which so far it is still doing.
The only way to stop the US,UK, the EU and Israel is to clean them out of Ukraine. Since 2013 and before hundreds of US/UK/EU professional mercenaries have filtered in all over Russia.
