Global South will be unimpressed by new B3W infrastructure scheme funded by private Western interests out for short-term profit
By Pepe Escobar with permission and first posted at Asia Times
It requires major suspension of disbelief to consider the G7, the self-described democracy’s most exclusive club, as relevant to the Raging Twenties. Real life dictates that even accounting for the inbuilt structural inequality of the current world system the G7’s economic output barely registers as 30% of the global total.
Cornwall was at best an embarrassing spectacle – complete with a mediocrity troupe impersonating “leaders” posing for masked elbow bump photo ops while on a private party with the 95-year-old Queen of England, everyone was maskless and merrily mingling about in an apotheosis of “shared values” and “human rights”.
Quarantine on arrival, masks enforced 24/7 and social distancing of course is only for the plebs.
The G7 final communique is the proverbial ocean littered with platitudes and promises. But it does contain a few nuggets. Starting with ‘Build Back Better’ – or B3 – showing up in the title. B3 is now official code for both The Great Reset and the New Green Deal.
Then there’s the Yellow Peril remixed, with the “our values” shock troops “calling on China to respect human rights and fundamental freedoms” with a special emphasis on Xinjiang and Hong Kong.
The story behind it was confirmed to me by a EU diplomatic source, a realist (yes, there are some in Brussels).
All hell broke loose inside the – exclusive – G7 room when the Anglo-American axis, backed by spineless Canada, tried to ramrod the EU-3 plus Japan into an explicit condemnation of China in the final communiqué over the absolute bogus concentration camp “evidence” in Xinjiang. In contrast to politicized accusations of “crimes against humanity”, the best analysis of what’s really going on in Xinjiang has been published by the Qiao collective.
Germany, France and Italy – Japan was nearly invisible – at least showed some spine. Internet was shut off to the room during the really harsh “dialogue”. Talk about realism – a true depiction of “leaders” vociferating inside a bubble.
The dispute essentially pitted Biden – actually his handlers – against Macron, who insisted that the EU-3 would not be dragged into the logic of a Cold War 2.0. That was something that Merkel and Mario ‘Goldman Sachs’ Draghi could easily agree upon.
In the end the divided G7 table chose to agree on a Build Back Better World – or B3W – “initiative” to counter-act the Chinese-driven Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
Reset or else
The White House, predictably, pre-empted the final G7 communiqué. A statement later retracted from their website, replaced by the official communique, made sure that, “the United States and our G7 partners remains deeply concerned by the use of all forms of forced labor in global supply chains, including state-sponsored forced labor of vulnerable groups and minorities and supply chains of the agricultural, solar, and garment sectors – the main supply chains of concern in Xinjiang.”
“Forced labor” is the new mantra handily connecting the overlapping demonization of both Xinjiang and BRI. Xinjiang is the crucial hub connecting BRI to Central Asia and beyond. The new “forced labor” mantra paves the way for B3W to enter the arena as the “savior” human rights package.
Here we have a benign G7 “offering” the developing world a vague infrastructure plan that reflects their “values”, their “high standards” and their way of business, in contrast to the Yellow Peril’s trademark lack of transparency, horrible labor and environmental practices, and coercion methods.
Translation: after nearly 8 years since BRI, then named OBOR (One Belt, One Road) was announced by President Xi, and subsequently ignored and/or demonized 24/7, the Global South is supposed to be marveling at a vague “initiative” funded by private Western interests whose priority is short-term profit.
As if the Global South would fall for this remixed IMF/World Bank-style debt abyss. As if the “West” would have the vision, the appeal, the reach and the funds to make this scheme a real “alternative”.
There are zero details on how B3W will work, its priorities and where capital is coming from. B3W idealizers could do worse than learn from BRI itself, via Professor Wang Yiwei.
B3W has nothing to do with a trade/sustainable development strategy geared for the Global South. It’s an illusionist carrot dangling over those foolish enough to buy the notion of a world divided between “our values” and “autocracies”.
We’re back to the same old theme: armed with the arrogance of ignorance, the “West” has no idea how to understand Chinese values. Confirmation bias applies. Hence China as a “threat to the West”.
We’re the builders of choice
More ominously, B3W is yet another arm of the Great Reset.
To dig deeper into it, one could do worse than examining Building a Better World For All, by Mark Carney.
Carney is a uniquely positioned player: former governor of the Bank of England, UN Special Envoy on Climate Action and Finance, adviser to PM Boris “Global Britain” Johnson and Canadian PM Justin Trudeau, and a trustee of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Translation: a major Great Reset, New Green Deal, B3W ideologue.
His book – which should be read in tandem with Herr Schwab’s opus on Covid-19 – preaches total control on personal freedoms as well as a reset on industry and corporate funding. Carney and Schwab treat Covid-19 as the perfect “opportunity” for the reset, whose benign, altruistic spin emphasizes a mere “regulation” of climate, business and social relations.
This Brave New Woke World brought to you by an alliance of technocrats and bankers – from the WEF and the UN to the handlers of hologram “Biden” – until recently seemed to be on a roll. But signs in the horizon reveal it’s far from a done deal.
Something uttered by B3W stalwart Tony Blair way back in January is quite an eye-opener: “It’s going to be a new world altogether… The sooner we grasp that and start to put in place the decisions [needed for a] deep impact over the coming years the better.”
So here Blair, in a Freudian slip, not only gives away the game (“deep impact over the coming years”, “new world altogether”) but also reveals his exasperation: the sheep are not being corralled as fast as necessary.
Well, Tony knows there’s always good old punishment: if you refuse the vaccine, you should remain under lockdown.
BBW, incidentally, accounts for a heterodox category of porn flics. B3W in the end may reveal itself as no more than toxic social porn.
Pepe links the ecology scam to the virology scam. A similar thread by Kit Knightly has been running on OffGuardian, called “Is Climate Lockdown on the Cards?”.
The ecology scam envisaged by today’s plutocrats seems very similar to the Land Clearances which were enforced at gunpoint in England a few hundred years ago: wealthy Greta Greenberg types all nature-lovers’ drove “the common people” off their “commons land” to make way for green lawns, sheep, and designer rusticity around palatial manor houses on greatly enlarged estates. The plebs were herded off the land into vile overcrowded slums, and became wage slaves for the 1st Industrial Revolution. Sounds familiar?
Humanity is safe. The G7 met, issued a communique, posed for photos, kept Sleepy Joe from wetting his chair, and then took turns pissing toward Eurasia, demonizing Russia and China. They will march in lock step to the abyss the US pronounces as their future.
They have healed the wounds left by Trump. Biden assures them they won’t have to proceed as sovereign states, nor will they have to provide a future for their people. The Future is exclusive property of the Liberal Cult, the Globalist billionaires and managers of wealth stolen from their people.
Larchmonter445, that’s an excellent condensed résumé of “the state of affairs” with USA and its allies.
I am awed at the so obvious lack of vision, fore-sight, understanding coming from all these “educated, knowledgeable professionals”. I used to “believe” that people “in charge” knew what they were doing and all is well with the world.
Well, I learned that errors are committed by those very people… Saw it in Switzerland, no less, at civil engineering levels! That’s when I realized … all there is left is to “pray”!!!
Slightly deviate from their plan and get hit by a mysterious virus. Italy was taught that lesson after joining the belt and road initiative. Imagine if afd beats the greens in Deutschland and le pen took the reins in France.
They’ll fix the elections
Yeah, but G7 is not Biden’s focus. It’s NATO, and it has just issued a most anti-Chinese statement, signed by all its 30 members, including the G7 members who are also NATO members.
So G7 won’t poke China economically but will do so militarily. And the purpose? To try to extort economic-political concessions from China via military means – shades of Opium War 3.0!
Are you sure about that Biden has been hounding Russia for a conference where they are going to try and drive a wedge between China and Russia, Biden says they don’t want an arms race because we can’t afford it and besides Russia’s years ahead in most fields including their land forces. The G-7 is nothing but a good old boys club, a way to get a free vacation and photo ops. and good for propaganda. As far as anything constructive that’s done by the G-20, the Eu is not going to do a thing that will hurt their trade with China as they say follow the money Germany has lost billions and thousands of good paying jobs by following the dictates of the U.S. and they won’t make the same mistake with China.
No problem with Germany under Merkel who got her head firmly on her shoulders and her heart in the right place. So has her likely successor. But Merkel will still be around as a sort of Chancellor emeritus to see the CAI through the EU parliament.
It is Putin that is the worry. Putin had a history that had shown that he can be made an offer that he can’t refuse. The latest evidence? The recent crisis in Ukraine. There was a very good chance of bogging the US and its vassals down in an ever more expensive (for the US that is) quagmire in Ukraine.
But Biden made a promise to withdraw US objections to Nord Stream 2 if Putin would withdraw his troops from the border with Ukraine. And Putin accepted the offer and withdrew i.e.stood down his troops.
Now Nord Stream 2 was already in Russia’s bag whether or not the US objects because the Germans will not have it otherwise. And if the US’ objection is so decisive, they could still shut down the pipeline even after completion and/or beginning of operation – which I think will be a card which the US will play after fixing the problem with China.
The withdrawal of Russian troops from the border with Ukraine freed the US’ and Nato’s hands to pivot hard east to apply military pressure on China – which they are now doing with alacrity.
And I have a hunch that Biden has another offer that Putin could not refuse. I also have a good hunch what that offer is. So watch the Biden-Putin summit carefully.
Let’s see if I am wrong. I predict that at the Biden-Putin summit, Biden will offer Putin membership of the G7 (thereby turning it into a G8) as a downpayment for the big one: A Europe from Lisbon to Vladivostok.
It was Biden who asked Putin for a summit. And Putin accepted. Now Biden will not (nor will any credible world leader) ask for a summit if he has nothing important to offer Putin. Neither will Putin agree to a summit with someone who publicly called him a “killer” if he is not offered something important i.e. something that he could not refuse.
The G8 already existed but they refuse to meet ie invite Russia
Biden is not a credible world leader…just a temporary . He aint gonna let go of Ukraine as he has so much tied up there however for his dynasty. Another 150m $ is pledged to Ukraine…so it is costing them….again.
See this for USA aint gonna let go against Russia…Bealarus etc.
https://www.moonofalabama.org/2021/06/us-uk-information-warfare-behind-regime-change-drive-in-belarus.html#more
Biden is just posturing…a temporary fill in his team (which actually is a team a figurehead for behind the scenes organised poltical mobs mafia style) desparately trying to hang to to their agenda and restablish some credibility while they try to find their next president.
Germany is at a crossroads…it has to secide whether politics or economic pragmatism. Many in EU are considering this too…the veneer of EU politics is being exposed just like the has been windbag Merkel with her vision of noble ideals that surely puzzled if not annoyed the industrialists eg political sanctions rather than pragmatism as some countries eg Hungary Austria are publicly saying. ….and who is at home inside the head of Macron. Surely Russia is hoping for better quality engaged leaders….who can actually sort out Minsk.
As far as Ukraine is concerned, who let go of Ukraine in the first place? Viktor Yanukovych the legally elected President of Ukraine just before the Maiden colour putsch, should have been supported like Assad of Syria. So much for kith and kin, Slavic style.
China was the first to betray the USSR during the 60s-70s, even with old man Mao shaking hands with Nixon in hope of getting back Taiwan.
With chinese state acting like that, I don’t think chinese have much to say regard betrayal.
There’s no friend or honor in geopolitics.
https://www.voltairenet.org/article213372.html
extracts from the article –
“The Pentagon has appointed a task force responsible for considering possible options vis-à-vis China ( DoD China Task Force ), which it fears more than Russia. Indeed, whatever Beijing recovers from its regional area of influence, it will do to the detriment of Washington’s positions in Asia.”
“The trips of various Washington special envoys suggest that the Biden Administration has already chosen to restore the Cold War duopoly. This is the only way for Washington to avoid a war against a Russian-Chinese alliance that it is unlikely to survive.”
“This option assumes that Washington recognizes China’s economic preeminence in the world. But it leaves him the possibility of politically containing “the Middle Empire” so that it never becomes a world power in the full sense of the term.
The only real loser would be China, still deprived of part of its area of influence and politically confined.”
Sudhi, your definition of “area of influence” or even “influence” itself is so Western-hegemonic. China won’t need to assert political influence like the US i.e. influence as in political primacy i.e. as No.1.
For China, “influence” should be positive and is given i.e. a gift like respect and not demanded by coercion like what the US is doing. That sort of influence ala the US hegemonic type the US can have.
China just wants Taiwan back and to live safely and not be threatened by anyone, including the US.
Are you pointing out to the earlier “tributary system of China” which was a network of loose international relations focused on China which facilitated trade and foreign relations by acknowledging China’s predominant role in East Asia. It involved multiple relationships of trade, military force, diplomacy and ritual. The other nations had to send a tributary envoy to China on schedule, who would kowtow to the Chinese emperor as a form of tribute, and acknowledge his superiority and precedence. The other countries followed China’s formal ritual in order to keep the peace with the more powerful neighbor and be eligible for diplomatic or military help under certain conditions. Political actors within the tributary system were largely autonomous and in almost all cases virtually independent.

“China just wants Taiwan back and to live safely and not be threatened by anyone, including the US.”
So also China treads on the right of self-determination of people, just like the USA? If the Taiwanese want to be autonomous they should be allowed.
One of my favourite anecdotes is the story of two friends, seated on a park bench. One is reading a newspaper.
“Here” says the paper reader. “It says here that the twin perils facing society today are ignorance and apathy…what do you make of that?”
His friend pauses to think, then replies “I don’t know and I don’t care.”
Pepe likes to refer to Biden as the hologram. Quite right too. Yet the so-called leaders of the west are likewise mere holograms, just younger versions — a more inept, narcissistic bunch of losers would be hard to assemble. Of course, those are just the right qualities for selection by the real wielders of power.
The west has lost the plot. And the people en masse have watched it happen, shrugged and ignored it, hoping it will all go away, that it isn’t all that bad. More concerned types might hope for “someone should do something”, or even pin their hopes on the next election, wishing that a fresh candidate might fix things.
Ignorance and apathy.
But the caravan rolls on. In this case, the Russian and Chinese caravans, plus the many countries who now see the writing on the wall for the erstwhile empire of thievery.
The west is cactus. The people in it (aside from the oligarchs in their gated manors) can look forward to a world that for them will closely resemble a kind of Orwell-meets-Hunger-Games existence.

“a more inept, narcissistic bunch of losers”
That is part of the reason they were picked, developed, and were “successful” in “representative democracies”; the developers largely being of the he-who-is-most-compromised-is-the-most-malleable school believing in forms of omniscience.
An example of preclusion by attempt can be found in the “Russian” Presidential election of 1996 and its various half-lives.
Consequently some had/have no reason and no inclination to “intervene” in elections, whilst being assigned the agency to potentially be capable of such agency, whilst leaving the efforts of intervention to others both internally and externally motivated in part by fear of starvation leading to gluttony, sometimes known as facilitating the complicity of opponents in their own transcendence.
Decades ago the meme was:
The optimists learn Russian
The pessimists Chinese
I agree with Pepe that “build back better” is part of the Great Reset. What exactly this will mean is very unclear…
Not sure if Bbw or b3w refers to porn, but I did see this on twitter:
build back better = b b b = 666
IMO, It will mean hubris, overreach and failure.
The G7 thing can never work, not as rival to OBOR. The West doesn’t make anything, it doesn’t have much to sell and its all super expensive compared to China, secondly the US is so broke and endebted and so disconnected from Europe it can’t possibly be relevant in this format. Sheer desperation. In fact even I am shocked just how desperate the Americans are since Biden came to power. Lots of tough talk, nothing to back it up and a whole host of negative economic markers all pointing downwards. It’s all falling apart, in fact unravelling, at an alarming speed, at home and abroad. Putin and Xi must be feeling good about the next 12/18 months.
Mouse, I don’t know about Xi but I know enough about Putin to say that VVP would not be “feeling good” on seeing a large part of the world unraveling. In my estimate his talk about “our partners” is genuine, Putin is a constructive type who loves his country but also likes to see other countries improving rather than falling apart.
The west is doing all it can, short of all out war, to get rid of Putin and turn Russia into a tool of empire. In these circumstances I see no reason why Putin would or should want the west to thrive, as a more prosperous west would only use its new found strength against Russia and its people.
Torn, he is. A chaotic, spiraling out of control west presents obvious problems on its way to disintegration, while a thriving west creates many others. That second option is no longer on the table, so managing the west’s dissolution it must be. A tall order for someone with no direct internal influence, but thank goodness Putin’s the one for the job. If there’s any history left to write after the dust settles on all this, Putin will be venerated as a giant among men for containing all this mess. Biden’s sham “election” in 2020 will also be recognized as the final nail in the US’ coffin. How did it happen? The old truism actually proved true once again: little by little, then all at once.
So what do a bunch of crybabies do about it?
Pepe and others
It might be wise to keep tabs on the Australian media – especially the ABC. Frankly I am scared.
The push for “kinetic”war is getting stronger daily.
just this morning an ex head of NATO forces now with some strategic institute was pretty blunt. he is clearly seeing war with Russia and calling for both Ukraine and Georgia to join. He seemed to be saying that war with Russia was imminent and the anti China stuff was mostly to prevent blocking of European railways and infrastructure needed for European troop movement.
Now he is former guy in charge but when teamed with the aggressive language of Stoltenberg I was quite alarmed.
Australia seems to be playing the role in the East that Poland plays in Europe. the terrior dog snarling and angering the big boys.
To me everything points to the plan by the west to get russia and China to bite first, giving them reason to attack. i doubt either will bite, so a false flag is probable.
Yes, it is time for the Big War, since the globalists have now “vaccinated” billions of people who will die before the end of the year from the poisonous fake vaccines, a gene therapy genocide program.
When the kinetic war starts, there will be mass censorship (more than now) and so much disorder that the mass dying will be hidden by the fake news media or else it will be called a new more deadly form of COVID created by the Chinese.
Just like the First world war with the Spanish Flu, which was not spanish and not the flu. That pandemic was started in a military camp in Kansas by “doctors” from the Rockefeller institute, who vaccinated young US soldiers with a pneumonia “vaccine”. The healthy 20-years old soldiers were dying like flies from the vaccine. No matter, they continued vaccinating until the pandemic was unstoppable. The satanists killed 100 millions with the “Spanish Flu”. Now they trying to improve their culling to billions of people.
Hmmmmm….
quietly quietly we each prepare according to what is available to us
… and the karmic wheele/ Yin&Yang spins and spins and spins and…

There is an interesting self-portrait of the famous Norwegian painter Edvard Munch suffering after a bout of Spanish Flu, he doesn’t look too good but he nonetheless survived.
To A Deplorable.
Here is one link,
https://freepress.org/article/true-story-1918-%E2%80%9Cso-called-viral-influenza%E2%80%9D-pandemic
And here are two others: https://www.history.com/news/spanish-flu-deaths-october-1918
and; www/history.com/news/Spanish-flu-second-wave-resurgence
But I find that the second two articles are mostly propaganda and made to create fear.
What is interesting in Gary Kohl’s article is that he called the vaccine ‘experimental’ but I find that hard to believe in that statement as the vaccine was exported to both Europe and Australia, and the Influenza initially broke out in the Australian Army barracks at Broadmeadows Victoria in August 1918.
Here is a time line I did based on ‘The Chronicle of the 20th Century’
1918: August 18: Victoria: Outbreak of Spanish Influenza reported at Broadmeadows army camp.
1918: September 13: US: 14 million men register for conscription
1918: September 30: Spanish flu takes it toll in Britain This month saw the first signs that the worldwide influenza epidemic had reached Britain. Absences from work rose; London’s central telegraph office was crippled because 700 people were absent through illness. The situation seems certain to get worse. Around the globe this virulent strain of influenza has already caused millions of deaths. So far attempts to develop a vaccine to combat the disease have failed and some doctors are predicting that more people could die of influenza than were killed by the war. The disease is known as Spanish flu, but it is by no means clear that it began in Spain. China and India have been hardest hit to date, with millions reported dead. Now it is spreading through Europe and the United States among people weakened by wartime hardships. The US Federal Bureau of Health says that more US servicemen have died of influenza than of wounds suffered in battle (-15/10).
1918: October 15: Sydney: Spanish flu on steamer off NSW coast; fumigation of the ship is taking place (-26)
October 17: Darwin; Steamer with 50 cases of Spanish flu is quarantined (-26).
October 26: London; 2,225 deaths from flu have been reported.
1918: November 17: US: Report says deaths from influenza exceeds war dead of 53,000 (-22)
November 22: New Zealand; More than 2,000 people have died from Spanish flu (-1/12).
November 30: Ten Million dead: human cost of a war to end war It was called the “Great War” and certainly there has never been anything like it in history. More countries were involved and more people perished – over ten million – than in any previous singled conflict. Three-quarters of a million men from Britain died, plus a further 200,000 from the Empire, of whom nearly a third were Indians. Yet the price of victory for other nations was even greater. France with a population smaller than Britain’s had a death toll almost twice as high. Psychologically, too, France has suffered the scars of occupation, as have Belgium and Russia. In addition to those who died directly from battle, gas, shell shock and in the Middle East, malaria have all claimed victims. No class of society has been immune from the war’s impact; casualties among junior officers were about three times higher than among ordinary soldiers and they included the eldest son of Herbert Asquith, the former British Prime Minister. No wonder people who now survive speak of “a lost generation”.
1918: December 1: Influenza brought back from the war More than 2,000 people have died of Spanish influenza in New Zealand as the full impact of the epidemic reaches into the Pacific from Europe and South Africa. More than 1,000 of the deaths have been in Auckland where soldiers returned from the war have suffered heavily. The troops have been most vulnerable while returning home by ship. At least 13 men have died aboard Australian transports. Although there appear to be signs of the epidemic abating in New Zealand, Australia is now bracing against a more calamitous outbreak. The ports of Sydney and Melbourne are under strict quarantine and there is alarm at the growing number of quarantined ships being held in Sydney Harbour. The Leader of the NSW Opposition, John Storey, said Sydney is in deadly peril, but while the epidemic does not touch Melbourne where the Federal politicians are, the matter is of small moment. The precautions against influenza include prohibiting children under 16 from entering picture theatres, and in Sydney even clergymen have been refused permission to visit quarantine stations, where ships arriving in Australia from infected ports are allowed to berth. The Commonwealth Serum Institute has prepared 1.5 million doses of vaccine in case of a full-scale outbreak (-5).
December 5: Sydney: Influenza epidemic has claimed 38 lives (- 1/2//19).
1919: February 1: Australia: Influenza Epidemic forces cancellation of race meetings in Sydney: Victorian schools and theatres closed (- 3).
February 3: Sydney: Wearing of masks to combat influenza is compulsory; fine of ten pounds for failing to do so on trains and trams ( – 18/3).
1919: March 26: Sydney: Easter Show is cancelled because of influenza epidemic; seven more deaths reported (- 6/4).
1919: April 6: Sydney: Influenza claims 33 more lives; 153 more cases.
1919: May 7. Melbourne: 628 deaths from influenza reported in first three months of year.
May 15: Sydney: Influenza restrictions lifted.
So what you have to consider is that the US Army vaccinations started in January 1918 until June 1918 as per Gary Kohl’s article, and yet the first outbreak in Australia was at the Army training camp at Broadmeadows in August, ergo the Australian outbreak could not have come via contact with American troops and thus only via a vaccination.
And again, I would doubt that the ‘Flu’ hit China or India as there were no known US interventions occurring in those countries at that time, so again propaganda for various reasons,
@Andrew S.MacGregor. Thanks for your interesting timeline, Links and local data from ANZ. None of the links seem to me a reputable source, nor do I trust the numbers. But the following item in Wikipedia seems reasonable to me:
“analysis of medical journals from the period of the pandemic found that the viral infection was no more aggressive than previous influenza strains.[9][10] Instead, malnourishment, overcrowded medical camps and hospitals, and poor hygiene, all exacerbated by the recent war, promoted bacterial infection. This bacterial infection killed most of the victims, typically after a somewhat prolonged death bed.[11][12]”.
It seems to me that in 1920 as in 2020 a virus is being blamed for death from pneumonia, the result of opportunistic bacterial infection in people whose health had already deteriorated from other conditions: in this case the age old trinity of War, Famine and Poor Sanitation.
This by no means exonerates those nefarious vaccines of the Rockefeller crime family, of which Bill Gates is a not to distant blood relation.
Dear A. Deplorable,
Please read Gary Kohl again, and focus on his comments in regard to health and sanitation. Then look at the numbers of men drafted into the American Armed Services; which I think was 6 million. Then consider exactly where these men were housed, trained and then moved to Europe. Did the US Army have accommodation for 6 million trainees in 1916? Of course not, most of that accommodation would have been newly built.
Sanitation? We are not talking about the Civil war, but in the early 1916’s when they did have sewerage and proper sanitation, and hygiene levels, and they also had drill sergeants to reinforce those health measures.
Now again, can you tell me just exactly what previous ‘Influenza’ strains were about at that time, and had it have been a ‘normal Influenza, then why go to all the trouble of inventing a name as in the ‘Spanish Flu’?
And were the American army camps ‘exacerbated by the recent war? My Godfather, the troops hadn’t even got out of training before the epidemic hit them, and again, it only hit after the troops were vaccinated
And as for ‘overcrowded medical camps’, again please think of it; these camps were not overcrowded prior to the outbreak, they were crowded because of the outbreaks
Now back in 1919, when the Australian troops were shipped home, that journey took 6 weeks. Please think about that for a moment, and then when did the Spanish Flu whack them? About the time they where in or near South Africa, you know that’s about three weeks on board before they got whacked, so when was the ‘bug caught? And of the 1000 plus troops on board, only 46 died. And of course there was only one transport ship where the troops were infected. only one; so why was there only one transport ship bringing troops home from Mother England that got whacked, if the story told about this epidemic was factual????
Again and again what we are told is that the main victims of the ‘Spanish Flu were military troops, even the troops at Broadmeadows who hadn’t even fired a shot in anger got whacked.
I wonder what the newspaper headlines would have read in Philadelphia back in October 1918? I’ll lay that there was very little reported on the greatest epidemic to strike that city, and then look at the photographs from the second and third ‘history’ articles, only army hospital tents, with no show of civilian casualties.
And the cries of “Bring out your Dead” reminds me of the Decameron times in Italy, but it only lasted for a month in Philadelphia. Think about that for a moment. It reminds me of an old Australian joke.
A sheepherder was talking with his two aboriginal workmates, lamenting his lack of intelligence. The older aboriginal said, “No worries boss, I know where there are some ‘Intelligence pills’ that can make you smarter.” That night after tea, the aborigine gave the sheepherder a couple of brown ‘pills’ and told his boss to eat them. On putting the ‘pills’ into his mouth and chewing them, the sheepherder, suddenly spat them out exclaiming. “That’s shit!” to which the aborigine replied, “You see Boss, you’re smarter already.”
And I guess people are smarter when they realise that they have been eating shit,
And for how long has our media been feeding us ‘shit’?
The pamphlet cited below was footnoted in another Kohl article:

From footnote 8 @ p.29 of the above article:
1919 DESCRIPTIVE PAMPHLET,
1919
The Rockefeller University
SPECIAL RESEACH WORK
Researches on pneumococcic and meningococcic vaccine and on meningitis carriers were carried on in the Institute in New York or in field studies in various military camps and cantonments.
SERUM PRODUCTION
In order to help meet the suddenly increased demand for the curative serums worked out at the Institute, a special stable for horses was quickly erected and a special and suitable laboratory staff assembled at the Department of Animal Pathology. In undertaking serum manufacture on a large scale, the officers of the Institute had another object in view; namely, the standardization of the product. This latter consideration became of high importance in establishing standards for the commercial produers. Three kinds of curative serums were manufactured in quantity; namely, antimeningococci, antipneumococcic Type I, and antidysenteric (polyvalent). Other serums intended for diagnostic purposes, such as Types I, II, III, and IV antimeningococcic, and Types II and III antipneumococcic serums were produced in smaller amounts. The quantities of the several kinds of serums distributed are as follows: 939.40 liters, or 46,970 bottles (20 cc.) of antimeningococcic serum; 344.79 liters, or 3,447 bottles (100 cc.) of antipneumococcic serum; 78 .36 liters, or 3,918 bottles (20 cc.) of antidysenteric serum. The amounts partiallyinclude the various diagnostic serums issued.
Reference should be made to the fact that before the United States entered the war, the Intitute had resumed the preparation of antimeningococcic serum, in order to meet the requests from England, France, Belgium, Italy, and other countries.
PS I said I do not trust Wikipedia’s numbers on Spanish flu because they suddenly changed by a factor of 10x without explanation. This was found out by OffGuardian at the start of the 2020 Con-19 scam:
https://off-guardian.org/2020/03/09/wikipedia-slashes-spanish-flu-death-rate/
“Pre-February 22nd 2020 opening paragraph of ‘Mortality’ on the Wiki page for Spanish flu:
“The global mortality rate from the 1918–1919 pandemic is not known, but an estimated 10% to 20% of those who were infected died (case-fatality ratio). About a third of the world population was infected, and 3% to 6% of the entire global population of over 1,800 million died. [ie, 50-100 million died out of 1,800 million]
This is how the same paragraph reads now:
About a third of the world population was infected, and World Health Organization estimates that 2–3% of those who were infected died. [ie, 10-15 million died out of 1,800 million]
That’s quite a big change in a pretty short time.
What’s going on? The WHO report which Wikipedia use as a source does indeed say 2-3% of those infected died, but gives no source for this, and also claims this represents 20-50 million people.” [whereas my arithmetic says 10-15M]
Truth is hard to find, even where its tracks have not been disturbed by vested interests. With regard to the true numbers on Climate and Flu one should bear in mind that the World Economic Forum represents two vested interests: Money and Power.
I am afraid Anonymous is largely correct. many epidemiologists and Doctors have finally been awaken and the horrible news about these mRNA vaccines is coming out. The “NWO’ will be overthrown or they will establish a Totalitarian dictatorship/
Oh FFS
Sorry moderator.
i have no other response.
I was talking about a possible war and you come back with the nonsense. I am always suspicious about this sort of distraction and think it quite possible you are a shill paid for by the warmongers.
I think the whole QANON nonsense is a put up job, designed to make those with genuine well founded questions or concerns, look like a pack of crazed nutters.
It is working. Having this sort of response to my comment makes me feel vaguely unclean.
@Watcher. I read your post, which I hope I summarize correctly below:
“It might be wise to keep tabs on the Australian media. Frankly I am scared. The push for war is getting stronger daily. NATO with some strategic institute is clearly seeing war with Russia and calling for both Ukraine and Georgia to join.”
I apologize in advance but this picture of The Wonderful Land of Oz joining together with Ukraine and Georgia to help NATO fight Russia reminded me of a telegram from WW2: “Go it, England! Barbados is with you”.
I appreciate the joke Deplorable, although putting on an Aussie hat for a second, there is a memorable comment from our PM at the Versaiiles meetings when the pompous Woodrow Wilson made a comment about the right of Australia to speak. Hughs replied sharply “I speak sir for 50,000 Australian dead”. Australia played a much, much much bigger role in WWI than the USA.
However more seriously the issue is about war with China, which NATO is shifting (slowly) towards. Australia is yapping at China and begging anyone to come help us because oddly enough China has responded to our yapping by blocking our exports.
@Watcher: “China has responded to our yapping by blocking our exports.”
Blocking your exports? I watched the videos of that storm in a wine cup and it seemed to revolve about autonomy. Australia exercised its perfect freedom to insult nearby China; then China exercised its perfect freedom to buy wine from South Africa halfway across the world. I did not see any blocking of Australian exports, just the exercise of perfect autonomy on both sides of a neighbourhood fence.
Really, why all this obfuscation about Europeans/Englishmen, etc.? I don’t find any truth in it but a lot of falsehood. Is there a nation/society that has contributed more to civilization and progress than the English— and Europeans in general? Shakespeare, common law, JH Newman, Thomas More, societal order, prosperity.
Putin will be a pushover compared to this …

“Empire of Clowns vs. Yellow Peril”
“It requires major suspension of disbelief to consider the G7, the self-described democracy’s most exclusive club, as relevant to the Raging Twenties.”
Their relevance is in their facilitation of preclusion by attempt for those not reliant on belief, enhanced by others reliant on belief.
Hence they are not clowns, but cooperators believing in verses/versus and pearls/perils.
Does anyone have a link to a translator app that makes this gibberish intelligible?
What buddy is saying is that the G7 summit is essentially an echo chamber, and thats all their good for, circle jerking themselves into.legitimacy.
Sorry mods for crude reference, i dont how else to say it in english.
Cheers.

“What buddy is saying is that the G7 summit is essentially an echo chamber, and thats all their good for, circle jerking themselves into.legitimacy.”
That is your interpretation/belief.
” i dont how else to say it”
That is probably correct in regard to your interpretation/belief.
However in respect of my text which apparently you do not understand, it is also currently probably correct in any language, whilst illustrating in practice a component part of the text namely :
“Their relevance is in their facilitation of preclusion by attempt for those not reliant on belief, enhanced by others reliant on belief.”
not restricted to the G7 summit.
A portal is a pathway not necessarily a destination.

RE: Weary Traveller on June 14, 2021 · at 3:36 pm EST/EDT
“An example of preclusion by attempt can be found in the “Russian” Presidential election of 1996 and its various half-lives.”
of which you may have your interpretation(s) pre-prepared predicated upon not understanding that :
“Their relevance is in their facilitation of preclusion by attempt for those not reliant on belief” is not restricted to is, but includes was.
A portal is from the Greek for doorway
RE: Andrew S MacGregor on June 15, 2021 · at 10:55 am EST/EDT
“A portal is from the Greek for doorway”
Quite so, and why “Broadcast through this portal” in MagdaTam on June 15, 2021 · at 7:59 am EST/EDT
Some however believe that a portal is a destination hence:
“A portal is a pathway (rendered so by broadcasting/passing through) not necessarily a destination.
A door is also multi-functional, but not necessarily limited to within a linear spectrum except momentarily, except in the beliefs/interpretations of those immersed in absolutes/binaries attempting to deny time.
Hence
“Their relevance is in their facilitation of preclusion by attempt for those not reliant on belief” is not restricted to is, but includes was.”
which was also facilitated by broadcast through this portal previously, (which) was/is another example with a designator of:
RE: Weary Traveller on June 14, 2021 · at 3:36 pm EST/EDT”
which through resort to pre-programmed connotations as a function of immersion in some social relations which emphasise which interpretation/beliefs are deemed plausible, and which are not deemed plausible, facilitated the interpretation/belief that the audience was/is them – in illustration of:
“Their relevance is in their facilitation of preclusion by attempt for those not reliant on belief” is not restricted to is, but includes was.”
The opponents’ have a predeliction for reliance on absolutes/binaries, including but not restricted to, win/lose: another illustration of:
“Their relevance is in their facilitation of preclusion by attempt for those not reliant on belief” through the closing of doors thereby precluding subsequent passages through portals, encouraging some to observe that the opponents live in a fantasyland, which some others interpret/believe to be in illustration of disappointment of all who so observe.
No…..would not want one either.
There seems little chance of human survival by way of war! Unless by that fact the war turns out to be naturally self limiting – China/Russia, the West, limit themselves to what passes for conventional weapons at this stage.
Still by such war masses and masses of people will be killed…hundreds of millions, billions? on top of those already vaccinated, where their numbers do not coincide?
Yet there will be a defeat in such warfare as well, likely for the West.
And defeat is what the West is fighting to avoid/prevent anyway, at all costs and on all relevant levels. Any such defeat will do them no good, face them up with what they cannot afford – total exposure, absolute condemnation with proof! therefore their loss and elimination
Then again what would defeat for any side actually mean at the end of such a war? Would anything we hold important currently still be….?
The logic of war is suicide! Yet the western elites do not appear suicidal to me, the opposite in fact. What else could they be up to by war, if they do not want to, or intend to be eliminated?
what is the game… or games… being played in the world by the events we are witnessing by our esteemed elites!?
Yet the western elites do not appear suicidal to me, the opposite in fact.
Not sure I totally agree with that statement. They may not be suicidal per se, but given the fact that systemic collapse is likely locked in now, they’re perfectly willing to go down with the ship if it comes to that. Hey, in for a penny, in for a pound as the Brits are fond of saying!
What else could they be up to by war, if they do not want to, or intend to be eliminated?
Same game they’ve always been up to. Wealth and power consolidation and massive population reduction. The industrial age is coming to a close and there are at least 5 billion superfluous people who were brought into being to serve it who are about to be given their “pink slips.” “But don’t take it personally,” they say in their unguarded moments, “it’s just business.”
Yes they are clowns, psychotic and criminal, and some of them have nuclear weapons but operate a very efficient propaganda media matrix.
This will only stop with WWIII, since their populations are unwilling or disabled to elect proper leaders.
“… made sure that, “the United States and our G7 partners remains deeply concerned by the use of all forms of forced labor in global supply chains, including state-sponsored forced labor of vulnerable groups and minorities and supply chains of the agricultural, solar, and garment sectors – the main supply chains of concern in Xinjiang.””
Have they not heard of the USA prision-industrial complex?
Oh, and btw, does old Tony Blair still hear those ‘voices’ over his breakfast wheatbix? Or has his mix of placebo catholicism and new medications reduced his god-bothering (something)-phrenia? This guy set the high-bar standard on ‘new labor’ sellouts. makes the Clinton’s look like mear deplorables…
” spineless Canada” – hey, we’re not so spineless, we stand up strong for everything the U.S. wants us to do!
And we are proud to take our rightful place in the world….
We (along with our little brothers in Aus and NZ) are the “-” in the Anglo-American Empire!
Pretty special, I must say.
What the G7 meeting demonstrated was that the west’s period of global hegemony is over but the leadership is too stupid to realize that – & instead of settling in for a more co-operative multipolar world system, what do the idiots do? Pretend, to themselves, that they have powers they do not have. I would not give a fig for what scum such as Tony Blair has to say, I remember back in the late 90s when this waste of bone marrow claimed “globalization is inevitable, & we all better get used to it.” Here we are 20+ years later & he’s saying the same thing in more contemporary terminology, but he is as clueless as ever. This is a group of wannabe Hitler’s who win the world war. What is really likely – no one knows what WILL happen – but the tendency seems to be the two world systems are going to develop in parallel, the Russia-Chinese axis increasingly in hostile opposition to a west that insists on conflict over cooperation. In the end the Russia-China axis will win, the west will – I expect – capitulate in total shame, & depending on the circumstances we may even see some kind of Nuremburg Tribunal with real teeth this time round, holding some of these filthy swine to account, such as the disgusting Blair, plus the Clintons, plus Bill Gates, although I am not holding my breath, it is a remote possibility when the final contest is won.
AUSTRALIA FAILS THE RCEP TEST
Australia could lose the benefits of RCEP Trading Bloc (10 ASEAN countries, + China, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, & Australia) — because Australia continues to follow the anti-China policies of the Anglo-American Empire. RCEP represents 30% of World Trade..
The RCEP accelerates the re-emergence of Asia as a strong trading block in its own right and not as a colonial outpost to be exploited by Western powers.
This is an opportunity for Australia to begin the process of resetting the trade relationship with China. Instead, in an apparently deliberate slap in the face for the RCEP, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison took a 24-hour trip to Japan to sign a non-urgent defense cooperation agreement that is clearly aimed at China.
History will look back at this as the period when Australia’s economic prosperity was destroyed by its own government.

Unfortunately, Realia changed.

He will not sell his resources for Frico, he adapted his policies to see external forces, put his own citizens in poverty to satisfy the possibilities of opportunities from G-7.
Opportunities for economic blocking uncorporable, coups state, inspired from outside revolutions, armed interventions, start drastically.
And this is the new order of the world, which they are doing not to notice Geronci from G-7 ……
