Hunting down Russian citizens is classic bullying. It is done with a glee and passion that is clearly a sickness oozing from the deep infection of Russophobia.
The Russian government is patiently waiting for a change in the US policy.
That change will never come from waiting patiently.
There is no cost for Russophobia and all the illegalities it generates. It rolls on and on.
If these kidnappings are to stop, the US has to pay a price.
