First videos of militants being evacuated from Homs Syria
Russia’s FAN Federal News agency reports on the first day of the operation during which 2.500 militants of the terror organizations Jabhat al-Nusra and Harakat Ahrar al-Sham and members of their families will be evacuated from Syrian Homs.
On Monday, the Iranian news source PressTV reported that “Syria militants reach Homs evacuation deal with government”
“Foreign-sponsored Takfiri militants have reached an agreement with the Syrian government for the imminent evacuation of civilians and extremists from the western Syrian city of Homs.
Provincial Governor Talal Barrazi said the militants would be allowed to leave al-Waer neighborhood in Homs, located 162 kilometers north of the capital, Damascus, under a Russia-backed deal signed on Monday.
Barrazi added that the deal would be carried out within six to eight weeks, with the first group leaving on Friday.
The militants who renounce violence can stay in Homs and benefit from an amnesty law issued by President Bashar al-Assad, he added.
Al-Waer is the last militant-held neighborhood in Homs. It is home to about 75,000 people and has been under a government siege since 2013.”
The so-called Homs Media Center has said that between 10,000-15,000 people would leave in groups over the coming weeks. The initial batch would reportedly include about 1,500 people.”
where are they being evacuated to ?
Russian diplomacy arranged this solution. One report I saw today indicated the fighters would be going to Turkey.
The important thing is it ends the local conflict. With the terrorists gone, local politics can form and normal life can return.
Russian military, humanitarian aid and diplomacy are winning this devastating war.
Wisdom, strategy and tactics are brilliantly played by the Russian Federation.
The lessons of the Chechen Wars are still valid solutions.
In Dmitry Rogozin’s book, The Hawks of Peace, he tells the story of how these principles were used by the RF with the Chechens to gain the trust of the Kadyrovs and to win the war against the Wahhabis.
For russian speakers I recommend ‘Крутые Нулевые’ , 6 hours but worth it.
ive watched it many times but not since comming upon Sakers site.
Puts in perspective how VVP operates, how he was able to solve the Chechin debacle and so much more. R really helped me see current russian operations in Syria.
Worth watching and studying.
Any ideas on how to add english sub titles?
thanks for info – yes it would be great to see that film – I love VVP – and learning how he operates…he is such an unreadable person – except that he’s always honorable.
When I see him responding to questions and debates, his face tells me nothing of what’s going on inside his mind…and yet he is the most powerful person – outwardly and perhaps also inwardly – in the world today.
Ann,
let me know what you think.
It covers russia from 2000 to 2011.
LOTS of info.
Ann, maybe you are a bit idealizing VVP. He is human, he is not perfect.
Personally, I highly value him and hope he is honest. I also need heroes (with the awareness of them being faulty).
But I do not agree with your VVP “poker face” characteristics. I’ve just posted in last Cafe a comment about VVP – Netanyahu meeting and their body language:

Not at all a poker marble. Just a moving and very talkative biological avatar driven by common human psyche (so far no indication of him being an alien…;)
Cheers.
PS: I love these diplomatic rituals. You can enjoy the formal/symbolic story, which is funny enough. But the real juice is in the personal interactions of the VIPs involved. There are a lot of rituals as well, but it’s far from total control (thx God!)… :D
I put his unease down to being forced , by virtue of diplomaric protocol, to deal smilingly with a psychopathic and deceitful politician like Netanyahu.
Putin is a straight shooter , so the cognitive dissonance must be immense.
I’m sure he’d rather go a few judo rounds with the Israeli fascist before throwing him hard – face-first – on the (preferably concrete) floor….
PaT1 – do you have a link for it ?
Do a search for крутые нулквые , lots of entries. Again, theyre all in russian.
hahaha I don’t even have a key board in Russian and I don’t understand it either…oh well.

Rublev – so I watched your link from the Cafe thread and I see what you mean…that handshake looked horrible and Putin rubbed his hand for a few minutes afterwards…Nety is so aggressive eh ?
And I agree with you that Putin is very human compared with that mouth sitting across from him….
This very good news. Expect another provocation from israel or the americans soon.
The second part of the PressTV articles is titled:
‘Second Daesh terrorist group emerging in Syria’
And claims they are being reinforced from outside.
“Padnos also pointed out that the “second Daesh” was active in close proximity to Europe’s borders, adding, “It’s right on the Turkish border. To get to this second Daesh from any European country, it’s a couple of days on the bus. Young kids are going every day; that’s what the guys on the ground in Syria are telling me: ‘Oh yes, we have new French people, new English people every day.”
Sounds like the israeloamerican/eu recruiting ops are still running at full capacity. Consider that info when trading the following article:
The West’s sights are now clearly set on Iran
https://www.rt.com/op-edge/381243-iran-mosul-iraq-us-trump/
That should have been reading, not trading – forgot to kill the JavaScript…
NATO is accelerating recruitment and deployment vot tak, since the election of Donald J. Trump.
The project is essentially the same as World War 1 and follow up WW2. The war in Syria and Iraq is a cull.
The objectives of zionists are many including profit, debasement and degradation of the human herd and especially a reduction in revolutionary energy, which could threaten zionist power if it is permitted to simmer or left unattended. Zionists know what they are doing and how to deal with the consequences of their violent behaviour against innocents. Young men who want to do something important or fight injustice are misled and sent to the front — to be broken down and destroyed.
All parties agree they will be a problem if they return: Chechens to Russia, Franco-Algerians to Marseille, which is 40% Arab and Muslim, or outraged young suburbanites from greater Toronto. These people must be killed off everyone in power agrees. The Turks have their own problem with Kurdish demographics so there is yet another aspect or more of the same. This is how we have been ‘civilized’ since the begining of recorded history.
Syrians have had no choice in the matter. Russian support is not for the winning but preservation of Syria — which requires the war be continued under present conditions for as long as possible. Unfortunately this is the best Putin can do and the zio-bolsheviks who sorround him are still the real power in Russia, like everywhere else.
We do still believe in Putin, don’t we? I suppose a dialectical struggle is formed when you defend yourself, as undoubtedly Russia must.
My question is always the same: when will We the People learn to defend ourselves by ourselves by recognizing the process and refusing to tolerate the behaviour of our zionist overlords.
“Young kids are going every day; that’s what the guys on the ground in Syria are telling me: ‘Oh yes, we have new French people, new English people every day.”
Very funny. Even Jewish humor isn’t anymore what it used to be.
The handful of girly boys from France, Britain and who knows where who supposedly dream of becoming raping and killing jihadis for Zion exist for the most part only in Zionist media’s wet dreams.
Like attacking Iran. What a laugh. Unless, of course, Trump plans to write a sequel to his ‘The Art of the Deal’ entitled ‘The Art of Harakiri – the Kosher Way”.
“Trump plans to write a sequel to his ‘The Art of the Deal’ entitled ‘The Art of Harakiri – the Kosher Way”
Ha ha. Thanks for the laugh (coffee on monitor screen).

Sputnik has an article on this, with some additional details:
Operation to Withdraw First Group of Militants From Syrian Homs Completed
https://sputniknews.com/middleeast/201703181051726364-syria-homs-alwaer/
“The operation aimed at withdrawing the first group of militants and members of their families from the al-Waer neighborhood of the Syria city of Homs has been completed, Homs Governor Talal Barazi told Sputnik on Saturday.
“The operation was absolutely successful. A total of 300 militants and 1,065 civilians, who are members of their families, left al-Waer,” Barazi said.”
I missed this news when it happened. Rand Paul has introduced a bill into the senate similar to the bill Tulsi Gabbard created for the house. No wonder mccain lost it earlier this week and accused Paul of working for Putin.
Lawmakers Want the U.S to Stop Arming Terrorists
http://theantimedia.org/rand-paul-gabbard-arming-terrorists/
“According to a press release released Friday by the office of Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, Sen. Rand Paul has introduced their bill, the Stop Arming Terrorists Act, in the U.S. Senate. The bipartisan legislation (H.R.608 and S.532) aims to prohibit any federal agency from using taxpayer dollars to provide weapons, cash, intelligence, or any support to al-Qaeda, ISIS, and other terrorist groups. It would also prohibit the government from funneling money and weapons through other countries that are directly or indirectly supporting terrorists.
The legislation [Gabbard – house bill] is currently co-sponsored by Reps. John Conyers (D-MI); Scott Perry (R-PA); Peter Welch (D-VT; Tom Garrett (R-VA); Thomas Massie (R-KY); Barbara Lee (D-CA); Walter Jones (R-NC); Ted Yoho (R-FL); and Paul Gosar (R-AZ). It is endorsed by Progressive Democrats of America (PDA), Veterans for Peace, and the U.S. Peace Council.”
Great sitrep by Canthama )over at SyrPer.
http://syrianperspective.com/2017/03/defensive-lines-quickly-collapsing-in-deir-hafer-isis-on-the-verge-of-a-major-defeat.html
(Would be great to see Canthama writing for The Saker. He is the man as far as the Syrian conflict is concerned. Humble, always calm and kind, very knowledgeable, very dedicated – short: a shining light.)
What Canthama does at Syrper is relay unconfirmable ‘facts’ derived from Twitter. ISIS has been on the verge of a major defeat for 4 years according to this sophisticated sayanim sage.
What Canthama does not ever do is discuss root causes. His modus operandi is to keep all discussion at the shallowest possible level. He is a cheerleader, the same as you find at a football game and while I can excuse Ziad Fadel for wanting to stomp jihadis or the few remaining traitors fighting in NATO-Israeli terrorist proxy gangs, the blood thirsty tone of his website ultimately degrades his audience to a level not too far above Syria’s true enemy which is always and forever the Zionist Entity and the incredibly devious people who created it:
Anglo_Zionists.
How is it possible that Syrian Perspective never discusses the recruitment of Western born and bred young men, their delivery to Turkey and subsequent training by NATO or how they end up as captagon soaked junkies terrorizing locals on the devastated streets of Syria? _smr I know you well and there is no question in my mind that you are an integral part of this crew.
If you want to see the forrest, do not stand 6 inches infront of a tree. Canthama will keep you there and this is because he is employing a sophisticated strategy. Syrian Perspective might otherwise seem like a free for all but a careful observer will eventually discern the truth given sufficient time. I note that there are almost no intelligent commenters left at Syrper and this is a result of careful management by a symphony of brutalizing Zionist trolls, not to mention the sycophant-gymnastics of his fellow conspirators.
Quick, everyone, name a sayanim troll you encounter almost every day? Can you? I bet you can not and that is because they are good at what they do. There are hundreds if not thousands of these people and they are paid to keep discussion completely off track. Meanwhile there are a paltry few websites which pay close attention to the war in Syria or geopolitics in general. How hard do you think it is to dominate and manage your perceptions?
Almost all supposedly free and open discussion in alternative media is now managed by sayanim specialists like Canthama at Syrian Perspective or PavewayIV at Moon of Alabama.
Nothing wrong with ‘trees’ and intensely studying a single tree leaf reveals so much, not only about leafs, or trees, or biology per se, but about all kind of other puzzling and mysterious things, including the nature of the whole universe itself.
I visit SyrPer only for Canthama’s contributions, and have found them, over the last 18 months, to be the most useful intel on the Syrian conflict I have come across. Exactly for the fact that Canthama isn’t making grand statements about ‘the forest’, as so many do, but instead presents a lot of minutiae on the day to day action on the ground.
p.s.
To tell you the truth, AlfaAlfalfa, I am no part of no crew. How could I be as a street yogi and Taugenichts? Not to get caught in seductive illusions, imaginations & ideologies is the trick of my trade.

OFF TOPIC:
Q:
What is the Samson option?
A:
It is the cry-baby option.
Example:
If I don’t get the cookie, I mean all cookies, I will burn the house down. Hand me the matches, uncle Sam!
I think USA is creating Kurdistan from Zagros mountain to the euphrates river. If you call every opposition group as wahhabi or terrorist in the end you wont see people in Syria except Apoist Kurds and Alawites. This will make USA and Israel very happy. I dont know if Russia would be happy as well. In order to avoid this problem west of euphrates river should be secure zone for refugees and oppositions for a while.
Apoist Kurds should move to east of euphrates river, which makes Turkey happy and in conclusion they will lessen their support to opposition.
Bad, bad, bad, Stalin ! Never allowed the evacuation of the VI Army from Stalingrad ?? Not Cricket Vozhd ??
I do not understandwhy they evecuate them?! What will prevent them of going back? And second… what is going to happen in Turkey with this crazy people there?! Are they going to make another wore? They are going with their guns! What does it mean? How many people are walking armed on the streets?!
It’s to stop close combat with further destruction and loss of life, especially civilian life and suffering. Once the area is secured it’s will be very hard for them to get back in, or even stay organized or reorganize.
Not all of the militants are dedicated to fighting, but got caught up in circumstances and would prefer to return to ordinary life. As long as they are stuck in the area, defensively, what choice do they have but to fight? So this is a way out for those who don’t want to continue fighting.
