Description:
In a recent press conference, Yahya Sinwar, the leader of the Hamas movement in Gaza, said that ‘all thanks goes to Iran for its total support’ for his group and ‘the other Palestinian resistance factions’.
Sinwar further explained that Iran provided Hamas and the other Palestinian factions every form of support and aid that it possibly could throughout the years, and that this enabled the Palestinians of Gaza to ‘rock and shake the Israeli enemy’ in the latest conflict.

Yahya Sinwar, Leader of Hamas in the Gaza Strip:
We will open up the way for anyone who seeks to (help) rebuild Gaza, and to (help) remedy the economic situation or bring about an economic recovery in Gaza. The Egyptian brothers, whom we thank, announced an initiative and are prepared in this regard – (we completely) welcome them. The Qatari brothers are renowned for their support in such situations; we are sure they will keep supporting us and we welcomed them. The Turkish brothers…or our Kuwaiti brothers, who launched a great initiative and collected a huge amount of funds, and we trust our Kuwaiti people and others from the Arab and Muslim (world).
We will open up to all possibilities of participation in reviving the economic situation and giving our people in the Gaza Strip the chance to live. We will not inconvenience or ask anyone to give Hamas or al-Qassam “a single cent”. Hamas and al-Qassam have their own sources and income; they do not need to take anything from the funds intended for reconstruction and humanitarian efforts.
And in this regard, we have something that must be said; (our) thanks – all (our) thanks – goes to the Islamic Republic of Iran, which offered us unsparing and free-handed (support, aid & help) throughout all these years, whether to us (Hamas) or the other Palestinian resistance factions. By the Grace of Allah, (Iran freely provided us) with money, weapons, and training; and support in all areas. By the Grace of Almighty Allah – and (the Iranians) were with us even if they were not present on the ground (in Gaza); they were present through the capabilities they (granted us) to attack and rock the (Israeli) enemy.
Any chance they will have UN or foreign observers dig out a few of those high rise apartment buildings that Israel claims were being used to store ‘rocket launchers’ or as ‘missile factories’?
Both Israel and the U.S. should be eager for that in order to show the world how Hamas was using the civilian infrastructure to shield terror weapons to attack civilians. I bet Nikki Haley would even come out of retirement to do the presentation before the U.S. Security Council.
[I do hope that the people here realize that I am being sarcastic. But is there an opportunity to document and prove that the IAF was just doing reprisals on behalf of Netanyahu by having foreign workers / observers aid in the debris removal?]
I see your sarcasm and raise you a cynical. And would anybody believe the “proof” when they offered it? Why bother? As Karl Rove famously asserted: “We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality.” Nothing much has changed – in their minds at least – since then.
Karl Rove, God’s Emissary: Aaaaand “… while you’re studying that reality — judiciously, as you will — we’ll act again, creating other new realities.”
And there’s nothing you great unwashed can do about it). Divine justice is questionable, but otherwise I’d like to have witnessed Karl’s Creator’s final verdict.
Rove was right, so far at least. He exposed our democracy for what it really is: a travesty of a mockery of a sham. The depravity of Washington (and Tel Aviv) and the complete takeover of government, the media, and the public square by hegemonic monied interests all make resigned cynicism inevitable. But I also believe that Karl’s view of history was as limited as his own lifespan. The serial debt crises and financier bailouts, imperial terrorism, bio-warfare, and endless wars will face a final reckoning, maybe sooner than now seems possible. Israel even now faces an existential crisis as its assault on the dome, illegal evictions, and criminal bombing of Gaza have exposed it’s racist agenda and now its vulnerability more widely than ever.
Remember, the “Second Intifada” was kicked off by Israel’s attack on al-Quds. Netanyahu knew the Palestinians would be enraged by that attack, which they were. This was all calculated to solidify his Likud base before the upcoming elections. Those Hamas missiles that rained down on Haifa and Tel Aviv shut down all oil imports and international flights for many days. Israel’s stock exchange tanked. It gave Netanyahu the excuse he needed to continue with the ethnic cleansing of Palestine.
Also remember, Biden’s pathetic reaction to all of this is nothing compared to the full-on support of Republicans in Congress for anything Netanyahu wants. If it’s more billions to rebuild the so-called Iron Dome, they will have it. If it’s more bombs to drop on innocent civilians, they will have them. Trump’s “spiritual” advisor, Pastor John Hagee, even went so far as to say that an IDF spokesman had assured him during a briefing that all deaths in Gaza were the result of Hamas rocket misfires – “It’s the terrorists that are killing their own people!”
50 million of these folks almost re-elected Trump last November. They’re the heart and soul of the Republican Party. It’s because of them that no version of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action will ever pass Congress. It’s for them that Trump and Pompeo almost started WWIII by attacking Iran. It’s because of them that Israel will never be held to account for its crimes against humanity.
It’s really quite vomit-inducing the way Republicants and most Demorats – esp. Republicants – fawn over the immoral, genocidal, inhuman, apartheid state of Israhell.
That kind of moral rot does translate into what has become of the US.
Zionism in the USA is definitely a bi-partison enterprise. All of them embrace the political concept that God divided the world between the elected and the unelected, that is, between His “chosen” few and everyone else deserving of eternal damnation. Netanyahu has his hand out to all of them, smiling and shaking his head at their naiveté.
We’ve all got the message. You hate born-again Christians. And they did re-elect Trump last November, but the election was stolen (you ended up with far more votes cast in total than there were electors to cast them, all on a 60% turnout). And while you pour scorn on them, they will stick with the people who seem to speak their language. In the 1990s, while the Left was idolising Clinton, those very same Christians developed a very powerful critique of globalism – remember Cliff Ford’s “Blood, Money and Greed”? They were looking in the right place.
None of us are gods. We are all humbly born of mortal man and woman. Only a fragment of the world is revealed to us. If you made an effort to understand them, you might be surprised by how much common ground you share. Remember how the Angolan resistance converted the Portuguese army into overthrowing Fascism?
You might learn something from the South-east Asian nations’ approach. Instead of picking fights and demanding victory, they say, “right, we all agree we loathe each other’s guts on Issues A, B and C, and will never see eye-to-eye on D – G, which is great, because now we can all really get cracking on everything from H to Z together”.
All these words and not one about the topic at hand: The slavish support by US Christian Zionists for what the Ashkenazim are doing in Palestine. I don’t hate anyone, but I have little in common with a pseudo-Christianity that justifies the racist notion that Europeans have the right to descend on that benighted land and grab what they want because because supposedly God gave it to them millenniums ago. Likud is playing you folks like a cheap piano and all you have to say is that your fearless leader Trump was wronged, the election stolen, and it’s all Clinton’s fault. Please…
Three chambered reptilian hearts, limbic system-limited cerebella; micro-minnie diseased cerebral hemispheres (cerebralis fecalosis – commonly known as shit for brains”). And, as for “souls” when rational people see these creatures they whisper, “Ah, souls!”
Israel’s very existence constitutes a crime against humanity.
Al-Jazeera Report on Hamas Anti-Tank Capabilities:
https://toranja-mecanica.blogspot.com/2021/06/reportagem-da-al-jazeera-sobre-as.html
For some reason, in the latest military clash between Palestine and Israel, the Zionist generals, at the moment of truth, did not “have the stomach” to invade the Gaza Strip by land, as they knew that the Hamas tank hunters that you can see in the video above, were patiently waiting for the Merkava. In a densely populated territory such as the Gaza Strip, with narrow streets and tunnels all around, any military invasion by land, wherever it happens, will always necessarily turn into a nightmare and a bloodbath.
Apparently Nasrallah has died. https://southfront.org/nasrallah-pronounced-dead-by-msm/
What an incredibly irresponsible statement.
Based on a statement that is equally irresponsible and designed for clickbait.
Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah will deliver a speech next Tuesday 8/6/2021 at 5:30 p.m. Beirut time celebrating 30 years since the launch of Al-Manar TV.
I wonder which topics he will talk about. For the moment it is of utmost importance not to show all the cards at his hands, but I guess this interview is meant to show his followers that his health is ok. Nchallah he is ok. All the free men of this world need him at this critical time.
The other side of the coin.
The exceptionalists give Israel 750 million in weapons and Iran gives Gaza arms, some money and training.
The gap is huge.
But the most primitive and volcanically eruptive instinct of human nature – survival – will cover the difference either now or later.
The only thing we (the U.S.) knows how to do is to spin a narrative. We ‘replenished Iron Dome’. Note how benign and protective that sounds. I can practically see ships filled with an emergency stash of ABM missiles being loaded onto Liberty transport ships … but wait. The U.S. doesn’t manufacture these missiles. We ‘replenished’ Israel’s bank account so that they could build their own missiles without dipping into their budget.
It’s a stimulus program for their economy. Israel could easily have raised the money themselves but U.S. Congressman are angry that we are giving a pittance to Gaza to rebuild their homes.
With a final agreement having been reached by the Yesh Atid party led by Yair Lapid, and the Yamina party led by Naftali Bennet, for the first time in 12 years, Israel is about to be run by a cabinet that is not headed by Netanyahu.
In Israel, some believe that when Netanyahu steps down as prime minister, his political career will be over. With the criminal investigation against him, and the general lack of favor towards him by Israelis, many believe that he is finished.
Others point to 1996 and the fact that this is already Netanyahu’s second time around as prime minister, having clawed his way back into power once after having been ousted, he may well do so again. He has many supporters who would help him to do such a thing.
Looking at Netanyahu’s track record in the Zionist regime, whenever he has hit a dead end, he has created some kind of crisis to remain in power. This time some are predicting that he might start another war with Gaza, assassinate someone important in the Zionist regime like Yitzhak Rabin, attack Iranian nuclear installations or engage Iran militarily, announce the annexation of the West Bank, reveal secrets about his political opponents in Israel, etc. If Netanyahu attempts to create a crisis, it may well lead to civil war in Israel.
There are some in the Zionist regime that want to see Netanyahu prosecuted. There is precedent in Israel for such a thing, eg. former President Moshe Katsav and former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert. If Netanyahu becomes a danger to the Zionist state, he may well be prosecuted by the law.
Netanyahu is an expert at sowing disagreement and discord among his opponents, and for 12 long years he has been crushing his rivals and causing division among those who oppose him. It seems likely that he is going to do whatever is in his power to break up the new cabinet.
There was a time when Netanyahu was considered a point of strength in Israeli politics. Now he is a source of division and discord. The members of the new cabinet were all his friends and allies once upon a time, but have all turned away from him because of his hardline unilateralism and extremism. He is the main reason for the dead end that Israeli politics is in today.
Meanwhile, Iran has demonstrated that the Resistance has the ability to strike at the Dimona nuclear installations from Gaza if necessary, eg. if Israel targets Iranian nuclear infrastructure, which they have threatened to do in case all else fails to contain Iranian nuclear activity.
Iran appears poised to go nuclear now, with proper deterrence established against Israel. The only thing that can prevent this is the US lifting all sanctions against Iran, ie. returning to the JCPOA deal that they signed. A move that Israel also vehemently opposes. Israel believes that if sanctions are lifted, Iranian support to Hezbollah, Hamas, et al, will increase significantly, which will make the Resistance even more formidable than it already is.
Both AIPACers on the left and ReTrumplicans on the right are against lifting sanctions on Iran. Also, there is no way that any version of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action would ever pass Congress. 50 million US Christian Zionists see an attack on Iran as the beginning of Armageddon, the last battle between “good” and “evil” before the Day of Judgment. They have supported Netanyahu in the past and will continue to support him in the future. Like you said, “Netanyahu is an expert at sowing disagreement and discord among his opponents…” Just like Trump, he will never go to prison for his crimes.
The fifth round of JCPOA restoration talks is now in recess. The Iranian and US negotiators are heading back to Tehran and Washington DC, to relay some points to their respective governments. The negotiations are set to resume in Vienna, in no later than a week’s time, as what they are calling a continuation of the fifth round of talks.
Araghchi says that there is still some way to go until a comprehensive agreement, but he stresses that it is not far now. There are some issues over which there are disagreements, but solutions have been suggested which are going to be relayed to the capitals of the parties to the negotiations. Araghchi notes that any agreement will take place in Tehran and Washington DC, and not Vienna.
Meanwhile, Iranians have just broken their all time electricity consumption record, with over 59,000 MgW recorded on Tuesday at noon. I don’t remember the record being broken in spring before. This must be a first. Khuzestan province, and its capital Ahvaz, are already experiencing temperatures close to 50° C, with Tehran at just below 40° C today. I’m afraid cheap Chinese solar cells, which will be superheated by the extreme temperatures, and covered over with the perpetual dust of the Iranian desert in a matter of days, is just not going to cut it.
I think what complicates the issue even further is China’s position in labelling the US sanctions against Iran as “illegal”. What happens if at the end of the negotiations, the US decides not to lift sanctions, and China decides not to follow US unilateral sanctions anymore? And what if Russia follows suit with China? (The Europeans have no spine, and nobody expects them to grow one now suddenly, so they will just do whatever the US tell them, of course.)
So, whether the US lifts sanctions, or China decides to unilaterally ‘lift’ sanctions on Iran, US hegemony is eroded.
And, whether the US lifts sanctions, or doesn’t, Iran gets something, eg. a huge economic boom, or nuclear power and everything else that comes with it.
And on the lighter side of all this, the Iranians are refusing to be in the same room with the Americans. The Europeans, Moscow, and Beijing will sit with the Iranians in the conference hall of one hotel, and then go across the street to another hotel, where they relay what was said by the Iranians, to the Americans.
Personally, as a capitalist, I want these negotiations to succeed and for sanctions to be lifted, so I can trade and do business with people outside of Iran, and not worry about the US confiscating my bank accounts. But in the grand scheme of things, attaining nuclear power is strategically more important right now for Iran and the Resistance. There are many in the Iranian establishment that are hoping these negotiations will fail, because they see any concession to the enemy, especially something as absurd as conceding the right to nuclear power as per the de facto JCPOA, as a needless humiliating defeat.
What will happen, I wonder, if the Palestinians got a few nuclear weapons to further deter Israel? I’m sure they’d really like that. And the Yemenis too, and of course Hezbollah.
Is it really so bad if Congress lifts sanctions so that I can sell some rugs and handicrafts, some pistachio and saffron, in Europe?
I sincerely hope that what you say comes to pass. Iran has been patient and resolute in the face of continual bullying by the AngloZionist Empire. However, no matter which major party controls Congress, the chance that they will ever lift sanctions is remote. Attacking Iran was always a major US Christian Zionist objective. It figures into their crazy end-times eschatology. Just as they will never believe that Trump actually lost the election, they see attacking Iran as the kick-off to Armageddon. That these dominionists have wormed their way into the US military is the most ominous development of this century. The insurrection of January 6th is nothing compared to the coming coup that will be the end of the US Constitution and the USA as we know it. May Heaven save us all from the wrath of the dominionists and the chosenites.
I don’t want to say that I am sure that we will defeat the US in any attempt against Iran, because that would be hubris.
I can only point to Yemen where a miniaturized version of the Iran-US war is playing out between Yemen and Saudi Arabia, respective “proxies” of Iran and the US.
Yemen is impoverished and under siege, like Iran. Saudi Arabia has endless money and high end military equipment coming out of their ears, like the US.
Who is winning the war in Yemen?
And lest we forget, Miami is a mere 2000km away from Venezuela, where a couple of Iranian Navy ships appear to be headed right now. If the US believes that Venezuela has been sitting on its hands all these years since Hugo Chavez, they are in for a rude awakening. Venezuela is a friend of Iran. Ask Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis what that means.
Iran does not boast and brag about its capabilities. Modesty is a matter of principle for the Islamic Republic. Let me just say that I would not want to go up against the Resistance, no matter how advanced my weapons are.
Iran vs the US will be some real apocalyptic stuff, for sure. But I’m not too worried about it. What is the worst thing that can happen? We die? We will all die anyway. May as well die fighting the Great Satan, eh?
On another note, Israeli media is reporting that a massive fire has broken out around Kiryat Bilalik, near Haifa, and 8 fire and rescue units are making their way to the area.
The scale of the fire is so large that all roads leading to the area have been closed, and extra firefighters have had to be called in from Haifa and other neighboring cities.
Zionist firefighters have been spraying firefighting foam from the air on to Israeli homes, to prevent them from burning down.
A few hours before this, another fire in the Ganot region burned through some power lines and has stopped trains from running in the area until further notice.
https://www.jpost.com/breaking-news/forest-fire-breaks-out-in-northern-israel-homes-evacuated-670012 — more details here.
To the Zionist trolls who come here to brag about setting fires in Iran and such, take this as a warning. Do not test our patience. Your presence here, and your lies, are disrespectful. I, personally, am not impressed.
And to those who may be concerned, Nasrallah is just fine.
Those Zionist trolls, Christian, Jewish, or otherwise, are an apocalyptic death cult. Their faith-based belief system has divided humanity into the “chosen” few and the rest of us who are only deserving of eternal damnation. Dominionists in the US military have been scheming for decades to overthrow the US Constitution and turn the USA into some kind of Zionist theocracy. Thankfully, others in the US military are onto them and won’t let them anywhere near nuclear weapons.
In the end, God will not be mocked. Lord Jesus told us, “The Kingdom of Heaven will not come with observable signs. Nor will people say, ‘Look, here it is,’ or ‘There it is.’ For you see, the Kingdom of Heaven is in your midst.”
How is IRCG going to put the Mossad fires out?
We read and/or heard from some source in the past, we recall, that at one point Israel was providing support
to Hamas as a counterweight to the secular nationalist and secular leftwing Palestinians. So Hamas was originally a “creature” of Israel,—just like it is said that Daesh/ISIS is now a “creature” of the West.
Conclusion from this:—the whole Middle East is morally and spiritually a black hole on this planet. It pulls in and destroys all light, and gives off no light from there whatsoever. The typical strategy over there is to defeat one given “great satan” by conjuring up another “bigger, stronger, greater satan-demon”. The only way for any cessation of this pattern, in our opinion, is for all parties involved, Israelis, Arabs, Iranians, to drop loyalty to their respective warlord prophets, like Moses or Mohammad, and come to the eminent prophet teaching harmony-love-liberty-creativity in His concept of “kingdom of heaven within and among humans” through grace-energy from God and Holy Spirit,—and build up a joint congregation from scratch, looking to none
of the past denominations.
One other very off-beat far-out accusation is made against the Roman Catholic Church, by some 7th Day Adventists, claiming that Islam was actually a movement conceived and early-on supported by the Roman Church as a violent assault against rival old apostolic churches, like the patriarchate churches in Jerusalem, Alexandria, Antioch, and of course in Constantinople-Byzantium.—This really looks far fetched. However,
we found out a bit of remarkably strange fact, that Mohammad sent several demand letters to various potentates of his time, demanding their submission to him as prophet of God. Documentably he sent a letter
to Persia, to Byzantium, to Ethiopia, to several other local rulers, yet he never sent one to the Pope of Rome.
That stands as a remarkably strange omission. Or could it be because the Pope was indeed Mohammad’s boss at that time? But granted, this is no conclusive evidence or proof of such a far-fetched notion. Of course, Islam did overwhelm all those old rival churches, even eventually the Orthodox church of Byzantium, —through the Muslim Ottoman Turks.—The monk-like and nun-like self-presentation of the supposedly truly pious Muslims would be in considerable harmony with the monastic cadres leading the Roman Church.
As a Muslim, I believe in the Lord Jesus, and I believe that God spoke through his tongue, and he was the Messiah, and his teachings are the true religion, and he was one with God, filled with the holy spirit. And before the Final Conflict, the Lord Jesus will return, and he shall stand with the Shia Imam Mahdi, as brothers.
Let the Jews (eg. the commentator above) now profess what they believe.
“And before the Final Conflict, the Lord Jesus will return, and he shall stand with the Shia Imam Mahdi, as brothers.”
Although the specific details might diverge a little, Catholic mystics such as Saint Anne Catherine Emerich agree with you on this. In the End Times, Muslims and Christians will unite to oppose the AntiChrist.
The Saker is making a valuable effort to bring this about. I hope that all Muslims and Christians, and all the other freedom-loving people here, note this, and take up the call for unity.
Even if the Ashkenazim were actually descended from the “Israelites” of old, which they aren’t, their claim to Palestine is about the same as that of other Europeans rampaging around the planet displacing the indigenous, stealing their land and resources, and engaging in all manner of ethnic cleansing in other centuries. The rest of the world is sick and tired of it. China and Russia in particular won’t put up with it anymore.
he never sent one to the Pope of Rome.
Probably because the Pope was a minor cleric a long way from Mecca? Mohammad probably never knew he even existed.
That stands as a remarkably strange omission. Or could it be because the Pope was indeed Mohammad’s boss at that time?
Muhammad didn’t write to the Chinese Emperor either. Could he have been in cahoots with the Tang Emperor or the Japanese Empress for that matter, to work against Eastern Roman churches, do you think?
There was a Pope in Rome of course but we are talking about pre-Schism Christianity here. In his time, Roman popes were subservient to the Byzantine Emperor — in this case Heraclius, whom Muhammad sent a letter to. They, the Roman popes, were also venerated by Orthodox Christians then. Muhammad only wrote to the leaders of the main powers near Arabia — the Christian Empire of ‘Rum’ or Byzantium, the Copts in Egypt, Christians in Abyssinia and the Persian Empire.
You say the notion of Muhammad working for the Pope is far-fetched, yet you spend three paragraphs exploring the matter. A slip of the (typing) hand perhaps? Try reflecting on history a bit so that your two cents’ opinion would be worth more than, well, two cents.
Leader of Hamas says Hamas is because financed by Resistance member Iran. But he adds that Gaza itself is financed by Rothschild oil companies Qatar and Kuweit, and by NATZO member Turkey (plus British secret society the Muslim Brotherhood). This contradiction has crippled the Resistance in Gaza, causing them to side with NATZO and ISIS in the war against Syria. Until now.
Now things are changing. I hope the people of Qatar, Kuweit and Turkey have learnt the same lesson that the leadership of Gaza have learnt: the real Resistance to Anglo Zionazi Capitalism in the ME comes from Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Russia and China. Gaza badly needs money for daily life as well as for rebuilding. But more importantly, Gaza needs international pressure to force NATZO (the IDF and the Royal Navy) to lift their siege of Gaza’s historic port, and allow Gaza’s airport to reopen so that its people can lead a normal life. Gaza is a huge concentration camp set up by NATZO — much bigger than the concentration camps which the British colonizers set up for Afrikaaners around 1900; even bigger than the Nazi concentration camps of 1933-1945.
Longer lasting as well. Long years in the Gaza concentration camp, a long suffering to its inhabitants, a long running sore that breaks out in wars, and a standing disgrace to humanity.
The world, countries and their policies (especially in the Middle-East) is more complex than simply grouping them in NATZO vs Resistance.
Right, Harry, the world is an ever-shifting complexity of groupings. But right now the main division is Group A vs Group B: the one group has NATZO as its armed wing, the other has Axis of Resistance.
Some of the money that Qatar and Kuwait and others give to Gaza is charitable aid gathered from regular people. Some of it is money that the rulers of these ultra-rich Arab monarchies give to the Palestinians, because they feel ashamed and guilty about the situation, and they are trying to salve their own conscience.
This aid does not buy them any kind of political influence, as the Hamas statement makes quite clear, I think.
The Arab countries in the Middle East are all modern arbitrary creations. The region was mostly Ottoman Empire territory, and the populations considered themselves as just Arabs and Muslims, and not Kuwaitis and Saudis and Palestinians, etc, like today.
The roll of the dice by some asshole in London decided that the people of Kuwait should enjoy the highest standard of living in the world, while the Palestinians should endure the lowest. Of course, the ruler of Kuwait and Qatar can’t help but feel deep guilt and shame, especially because it has been made clear to them that if they try and realistically help the Palestinian cause, they themselves will join the Palestinians and Iranians and Yemenis under siege and sanctions.
Kuwaitis and Qataris, living in such luxury, will not do well under the kind of resistance economy that Iranians and Yemenis are living under. Their rulers are thinking of what is best for their own people, which is of course the right thing to do, and is commendable in its own right.
It takes a special kind of courage to sacrifice your own comfort to help the Palestinians, like Iran has done.
When confronted with the choice to sit quietly and enjoy having the world’s most powerful currency (Kuwait) and all the comforts which that brings, or talk about freedom for Palestinians and Israel’s lack of right to exist, and watch your currency become the weakest in the world (Iran) and endure the hardships which come with that, who will choose to be in Iran’s position rather than Kuwait’s? I will tell you: not a single country so far.
Palestine has exactly one supporter, which Hamas has given all their thanks to here.
For better or worse, Iran has thrown in its lot with Palestine, while the rest of the world have thought it wiser to link their fate to Israel and Global Zionism, in this critical juncture in human history.
I myself am watching breathlessly as the Fates slowly unveil this story of the destiny of mankind.
“It takes a special kind of courage to sacrifice your own comfort to help the Palestinians, like Iran has done.”
That special kind of courage turns up here and there throughout history, and I think it can redeem the race “in this critical juncture in human history” as you say.
Abraham pleaded with God, if I can find for the Lord a handful of just people will the Lord spare this city despite their sin?

Sayyed Abdul Malek Badr al-Din al-Houthi, leader of the Ansarollah, made a speech yesterday, in which he stated that, the US used the events of September 11th as an excuse and justification for domination over the fate and wealth of Arab and Muslim countries.
He added: the Americans and the Israelis tried at that time to destroy the Arabic-Islamic identity. The Resistance and Iran stood against the US, and were firm and unyielding in their position of disagreement with an imposed American-Israeli rule over the region.
The head of Ansarollah pointed out that: the “war on terror” was an excuse for the US to meddle in cultural, political, and economic affairs, and the affairs of the media and the thoughts of people, on all levels.
Some of the crucial points of his speech:
Faced with the US-Zionist assault, Sayyed Hosein al-Houthi took up the cause against the oppressors. [shouted at the oppressors]
He took up the cause at a time when our nation was already faced with danger and US attacks, but with very little resources available to do anything.
The point [of his shouting] was to awaken the Yemeni people from their lack of awareness, to rise up and take responsibility for their fate.
We must all do as Iran and Syria have done and support the resistance in Palestine and Lebanon, with everything we have.
The Saudi and Emirati regimes are very overtly attempting to sway the Arabic-Islamic peoples to adopt a position of servile loyalty to the Americans and the Israelis, and animosity towards the Resistance.
The Palestinian and Lebanese resistance is what has stopped the advance of the Zionist enemy.
Hezbollah and the Palestinian Resistance are two successful examples, that have no support from anyone except Iran and Syria. No other Arab country supports the resistance against Israeli land theft in the region.
The ‘takfiri’ conspiracy which embroiled Syria and Hezbollah and Iraq, was a war in service to the US and Israel.
The victories of the Resistance in Gaza are important, and they contain signs and portends which are clear and apparent.
The Saudi and Emirati media have taken a stance opposite to the Palestinian Resistance, which makes it look like they are on the side of the US and Israel.
During the battle of the Sword of Jerusalem, the Saudi and Emirati media spoke against the Resistance and tried to belittle their achievements.
Some regimes and governments are attempting to normalize ties to Israel even on a cultural level, and this is an act in service of Zionism and its domination over the Islamic-Arabic people. [the Umma]
The Zionists are attempting to create official political ties with Arab countries.
There is no justification for those who have shown themselves as servile mercenaries for the Zionists, and assist them in furthering their cause.
The need for action against the US-Israeli threat is clear and self-evident.
The people of Yemen will not forgo their right to freedom and independence, and they shall defeat all US-Israeli conspiracies in Yemen.
When you hear the people of Yemen shouting “death to US, death to Israel”, it means they are actively moving to defeat Us-Israeli conspiracies.
The Yemeni nation will continue in its current path in battling the US-Israeli enemy, in coordination with the Resistance, no effort shall be spared.
Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah was deeply moved by the Yemeni people’s help to the Palestinians, because he knows that this help comes at a time of the most desperate crisis in Yemen.
We shall continue to stand with the Resistance, and we will redouble our efforts in coordination with the needs of the Resistance.
Iran’s position in regard to the Islamic peoples [the Umma], is very “responsible” and praiseworthy.
We would like to insist that we are an inseparable part of the regional equation of Nasrallah, the equation which states that any threat to Jerusalem will be met with regional war by the Resistance Axis.
What we seek now is for the Saudi coalition to lift the siege of Yemen, and to stop violating Yemeni territorial integrity. If these demands are met, we will in turn give the Saudi coalition peace.
The US secretary of defense met with the Zionist regime’s minister of war yesterday, where he reaffirmed the US commitment to maintaining Israeli military superiority in the region.
According to the Washington Post, in this meeting Lloyd Austin told Benny Gantz that Washington remains committed to ensuring that Israeli defense capabilities can meet the challenge of, what he dubbed, “the Iranian threat.”

These words from the US secretary of defense come at a time when only a few days have passed since the 12 day battle between the Zionist regime and the Palestinian resistance groups, the first battle where Hamas and the Islamic Jihad movements have utilized rockets with longer range, and more precision and destructive power compared to the past, which presented a serious challenge to the Iron Dome defense system.

It seems that the US vow to keep the Zionist regime’s military superiority comes amid some uncertainties. Just two months ago, CENTCOM Commander Frank McKenzie admitted that US air superiority in West Asia has been lost to Iranian drones.
On February 14, 2018, Donald Trump stated that the US has basically ‘wasted’ 7000 billion dollars in the Middle East, and that more importantly, many have lost their lives.
On the other hand, the US has accelerated its troop withdrawal from the region, and after almost 20 years since the invasion of Afghanistan, they are now being forced to leave that country, while the Taliban still control large areas of Afghanistan.
And just a few days ago, after the location of a CIA aircraft was struck in Erbil, Iraq, an American official stated that the evolving drone threat is very alarming, and it is the US Army’s biggest concern in Iraq.
Perhaps it could be said that the last time US support led to the Zionist regime winning a war in the region, was the 1973 war between the Arabs and Israel. During that war, US arms deliveries to the Zionist regime prevented Syria and Egypt from achieving their goals, and as a result, the Zionists succeeded in occupying the Golan heights and the Sinai.

Since 2006 and the defeat of the IDF in the 33 Day War, the military power of the Zionist regime has diminished noticably. The IDF was forced to retreat out of Southern Lebanon in 2000, was defeated in 2006, followed by three wars with Gaza which also failed to achieve their objectives.

And in the latest conflict, in spite of their massive airstrikes, the IDF failed to neutralize the rocket threat from Hamas and Islamic Jihad, and the Zionists also refrained from entering into a ground battle with the Palestinian Resistance groups.
Meanwhile, and particularly in recent years, the Resistance has developed various new weapons, including advanced drones, and is busy building up its power and military superiority in the region. By all accounts, the Resistance has been remarkably successful in this regard.
Saudi Arabia, a US ally in the region, despite all the US support which it has received, has failed to achieve any kind of success in Yemen, and is desperate to end the war as soon as possible.

Extensive precision drone attacks against sensitive Saudi infrastructure such as Aramco oil installations and Saudi military bases, and the inability of their air defenses in confronting the Yemeni drones is one of Saudi Arabia’s serious problems today. And on the ground front, the Saudis are failing to make progress against the Yemenis, in spite of all the expensive equipment which they have bought.

In the meantime, Iran has played a significant role in strengthening the Resistance and challenging the US and its allies’ military superiority in the region, a fact which US officials acknowledge, and cite as the source of Iran’s growing influence in the region.
The messages of thanks by Hamas and Islamic Jihad commanders are perhaps testament to Iran’s role in strengthening the resistance there.

Examining the current course and trend, it is apparent that the US and its allies’ military superiority is faced with a serious challenge, and US power and presence in the region is on the wane. Can the US save its military superiority, and that of its allies, in the Middle East?
https://newsmedia.tasnimnews.com/Tasnim/Uploaded/Image/1400/03/16/1400031617224661322921894.jpg — Palestinian activist Muna El Kurd, 23, was arrested today when the Zionist regime’s security forces burst into her home in Sheikh Jarrah.
Muna’s family are one of the families that the Zionist regime is seeking to evict from their home in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
The last few days have seen numerous arrests of Palestinians by Zionist security forces.
Zionist extremists are organizing a massive demonstration in Jerusalem for next Thursday, aka Flag March. Zionist security forces believe that the demonstration is very likely ti lead to renewed conflict with the Palestinians.
Yahya Sinwar, Hamas’ leader in Gaza, has warned that any violation of the al-Aqsa mosque by the Zionists will mean immediate war
The Palestinians are calling for a mass rally in Jerusalem to confront the flag march. They are advising everyone to keep their shops closed, and groups of Palestinian youth have been charged with guarding the shops to make sure the Israeli mob doesn’t destroy them.
Hamas and Islamic Jihad have warned the Zionist regime to cancel the march. They have reaffirmed their position that should any Jews violate the al-Aqsa mosque during the flag march, Gaza will rain hell on the Zionist state.
Benny Gantz has reportedly asked the Zionist security forces to prevent the flag march.
The Camp Victory Base, near the Baghdad Airport, was struck with rockets today. Sirens were heard from the base.
The Ayn Al Assad airbase in Al Anbar was attacked by two drones. Sirens were heard there also.
The Iraqi Resistance has been escalating their attacks against US positions in recent days.
Meanwhile, in Israel, Netanyahu is claiming election fraud, inciting extremists to violence against Palestinians, and making every attempt to break up the new coalition.
Netanyahu stated earlier today, “We are witnessing the greatest election fraud in the history of the country, in my opinion in the history of any democracy.”
The Guardian reports that, “On Saturday, the head of Israel’s Shin Bet internal security agency, Nadav Argaman, issued a rare public statement warning of a “severe escalation in violent and inciting discourse” on social media.”
Times of Israel reports, “Leaders of the left-wing Labor, Meretz and Joint List parties warned Saturday of the potential negative consequences of a parade planned for next week in Jerusalem’s Old City by right-wing and national religious groups, and indicated they believed it could be a deliberate attempt to thwart the formation of the so-called “change government.””
And, “The controversial march is set to take place in Jerusalem’s Old City on June 10, after police canceled the annual Jerusalem Day march mid-event May 10 when Hamas fired a barrage of rockets toward the city.”
Hamas is threatening to start firing missiles again if al-Aqsa is violated. Nasrallah has threatened to go to war as well in such a scenario, as has Abdul Malek Houthi.
https://newsmedia.tasnimnews.com/Tasnim/Uploaded/Image/1400/03/17/1400031713584497022926664.jpg — the Zionist regime has blocked off the road entering Beita, and seven other cities have also been blocked off with iron gates and concrete blocks.
A gathering of Palestinians showing sympathy for the soon to be homeless Sheikh Jarrah residents was attacked by Zionist security forces. Tear gas was used to disperse the crowd who were calling for international help to stop the evictions.
Meanwhile, the Zionist police have announced today that the flag march has been cancelled.
The head of the Religious Zionist Party has called the cancellation of the flag march “surrender to Hamas’ threats.”
Hamas in another statement today has called for the international community to rein in Israel. The statement adds that, “We do not take pleasure in war, but we will not forgo our right to freedom and independence and stability in our own country”.
The Palestinian Resistance Joint Operations Room has issued a statement today. These are the main points which were emphasized regarding the current situation in Sheikh Jarrah and Jerusalem:
Firstly, the Commanders of the Joint Operations Room wish to express that they are following the Zionist regime’s moves in Jerusalem very closely, and if the enemy attempts to revert to its pre-May 11 behavior, they will step in, and will not allow the Zionist regime’s internal turmoil to be transmitted to the Palestinian people.
Second, we thank the Palestinian people for their resistance and endurance against the Zionist enemy, whose plots and conspiracies to annihilate Palestine will never come to fruition while the Palestinian people continue their vigilance and resistance.
Third, we call on all Palestinians living in Jerusalem, the West Bank, and the Occupied Territories of 1948 to confront and oppose the Israeli occupiers in any way they can, to prevent the Zionist regime’s designs of Judaisation and settlement-building in the occupied territories. We emphasize that the Resistance is prepared to defend them at the proper moment.
Iraqi Intelligence operatives have captured “Abu Elias”, a head of the ISIS “Ayn Jalut” army, in a village West of Nineveh.
Hashd al-Shaabi (PMUs) are reporting fierce fighting against ISIS forces south of Khanaqin.
One ISIS fighter was killed in skirmishes in the orchards of Shafiq south of Khanaqin. One Hashd al-Shabi Resistance fighter has also fallen in the fighting.
Hadi Al-Jazayeri, a Hashd al-Shaabi Commander, has stated that the US Army is smuggling terrorists into Iraq from Al Bukamal in Syria and positioning them on the Iraqi border.
He added: the Iraqi government has no place in US calculations and the Americans freely transport terrorists into Iraq.
Al-Jazayeri emphasized that US Army operations happen away from the eyes of the media, and the Iraqi government is supposedly not aware of them, and this is not good for Iraq and its security forces, as it leads to the interpretation that the government is subservient to the US occupying forces.
Mohamad Al Tamimi, another Hashd al-Shaabi Commander, reports that the operation in the Nahr Alwand region near Khanaqin in the Diyala province is completed, and the whole region has been meticulously scoured inch by inch by Hashd al-Shaabi and Iraqi armed forces over many hours.
He added that, in this operation one terrorist was killed, three terrorist hideouts were destroyed, four bombs were defused, and large tracts have been swept clean, and agricultural access roads have been reopened.
Al Tamimi stated: this operation has achieved its objective of bringing security to the area, and Hashd al-Shaabi outposts have been established to keep the peace.

He had been charged with attacking the Ayn Al Asad base, and assassinating social activists.
Abdolamir Al-Dabi, the representative of the Sadeghun faction in the Iraqi Parliament had stated at the time Mosleh was arrested, that the US was planning to move ISIS terrorists to Iraq.
https://newsmedia.tasnimnews.com/Tasnim/Uploaded/Image/1395/06/14/139506141145569928562764.jpg — In Afghanistan, the government is reporting that there is fighting happening in 26 out of 34 Afghan provinces, where 157 Afghan security forces have been killed by Taliban attacks in the past 24 hours.
The Taliban have escalated their attacks on an unprecedented scale, and yesterday the cities of Shahrak, Gheisar, and Gizab were captured from Afghan security forces, which were forced to flee to nearby villages.
On Sunday a suicide attack against Balkh Police killed 4, and wounded over 50.
On the same day, the Taliban attacked Gheisar in the Faryab province, where dozens of Afghan security forces were killed and wounded.
Peace talks between the Afghan government and the Taliban have stopped at the same time with the withdrawal of US and NATO troops from Afghanistan. Both sides accuse the other of trying to undermine the peace talks.
In the city of Manbij, in the North of Syria, the people are continuing their protests against US-backed Qasad militants. The Manbij residents stress that they want the militants kicked out of their city. Nomadic groups and other patriots in Aleppo are calling for support for the efforts of the people of Manbij to kick out the criminal militants and the US and Turkish occupiers.
Sources within Manbij are reporting that the populace there are committed to continue with their protests until the militants leave.
The sources report that ninety percent of the population in the city are Arabs, and they wish to be part of Syria, and they will not allow the occupiers to threaten them into submission.
Meanwhile, the Qasad militants have been trying to make deals with some parties in the city, offering encouragement to make the uprising of the residents and the nomads stop. They continue to impose a state of lockdown where all comings and goings are controlled and forbidden, and they are preventing food from reaching the city, in order to starve the inhabitants to submission.
The Qasad militants have noticeably increased their presence in the streets, for fear of protests, and the number of checkpoints across the city have been doubled, especially in the center and the entrances to the northern neighborhoods of the city.
In the east of the city, a protest was attacked with live ammo assault rifles, by the Qasad militants. Eight people were killed, and dozens wounded.
https://newsmedia.tasnimnews.com/Tasnim/Uploaded/Image/1400/03/18/1400031808142944522930134.jpg – Demonstrators from Aleppo have gathered at Al Tayeha, Southwest of Manbij, in support of the uprising of the people of Manbij against the Turkish and American occupiers and the Qasad militia.
The demonstrators have issued a statement: “We support the protestors in Manbij, and if the Qasad militants do not withdraw from the city with all their supporters, we will enter Manbij to stand with its residents. We will not negotiate with murderous mercenaries. The blood of martyrs will surely evict the militants and their supporters from the city.”
On the other side, the Nomads of Manbij have issued a statement in support of the uprising against the militants, emphasizing that there will be no agreement or compromise with separatist militants, and that Manbij is a Syrian Arab city.
The nomads stress that the blood which has been spilled in Manbij is sacred, and that no compromise shall be made with murderers who hold guns to our sons and daughters chests. And that the uprising will only end with the withdrawal of Turkish and American occupiers.
Meanwhile, the militants are attempting to manipulate the situation by causing a severe shortage of basic necessities, eg. fuel, fodder, cement, etc. The inhabitants are aware of the enemy’s ploys, and will not settle for anything less than complete freedom from the occupiers.
https://newsmedia.tasnimnews.com/Tasnim/Uploaded/Image/1400/03/18/1400031808135171122930124.jpg – The US-backed militants have been busy building tunnels and digging trenches in the areas under their control near lines of contact with Turkish-backed militants, fearing their surprise attacks.
The Qasad militants tunnel network stretches from the city of Ad Darbasiyah to the city of Al-Malikiyah. They pay the inhabitants $3-5 USD per day for labor, taking advantage of the poverty and lack of jobs caused by their own occupation and siege.
Their tunnels run through key areas, north of Hasaka, such as, the northern neighborhoods of Qamishli, around Amuda, Ad Darbasiyah, Al-Malikiyah, and Rmelan.
The construction materials are supplied by the Americans through Logistic Convoys from Iraq, for the officially stated purpose of fighting ISIS.
Three Turkish-backed militia fighters were killed, and more wounded, when US backed forces were able to slip through the lines and attack one of their positions near Ras al-Ayn.
Qasad militants, with US support, are building a base in the town of Markadah in the Hasaka Governorate. This base contains a whole regiment of Qasad militants, and their outposts stretch from Markadah to Tuyamin in the Hasaka Governorate on the border of Syria and Iraq.
Four vehicles belonging to the American occupiers have been roaming the area near Al-Khatuniyah lake, in the Al-Hawl region, East of the city of Hasaka, seemingly patrolling the border with Iraq.
The Zionist regime, faced with the threats made by the Resistance, was forced to cancel their annual flag march parade, which was supposed to take place on this upcoming Thursday. The cancellation has caused much confusion and worry among the Zionists, especially right wing parties, who believe that they were forced to surrender to the Resistance’ threats.
The annual Zionist flag march parade in Jerusalem was planned for about one month ago, which is its usual date. The battle of the Sword of Jerusalem cancelled and postponed the event. And now again the threat of the Resistance’ missiles has forced the Zionist regime to avoid provocative acts.
The decision to cancel the parade was made after the warning by the Resistance, which was repeated and emphasized by the Joint Operations Room:
The Resistance message to Tell Aviv is clear. Any provocation against Palestinians living in occupied Jerusalem shall be met with another Sword of Jerusalem battle. The Zionist regime’s flag march was set to take place in the Bab al-Amud area, which would have been a clear provocation of the Palestinians. The Zionists are afraid of another battle like the 12 day war breaking out again.
In addition to armed struggle, the popular resistance in Occupied Palestine and its endurance and perseverance is another major factor which made the Zionists retreat from holding the parade. The Palestinians living in the Occupied Territories of 1948 are the main players in this People’s Revolution in Palestine, and they have demonstrated how effective a united front is against the enemy.
Also, the Occupier regime retreated from holding its flag march, while the Saudi regime and the media and political groups in the West, were supporting the march, which makes its cancellation an even deeper defeat for Israel, and has furthermore revealed the divisions among the Zionists for all to see.
Mohamad al-Laham, member of Fatah, has stated in this regard, that the Zionists are terrified of the Palestinians’ national unity, and it is a major worry for them.
He emphasized that everyone must stay committed to national unity, and resistance and opposition to the plans of the Zionist regime must continue, and the opposition to Zionist projects must come from within the West Bank, and also from outside of it.
Mohamad Abu Asi of the Bulgarian Middle Eastern Studies Center has stated: Nobody can deny the achievements of the Resistance coupled with the intifada (uprising) in Palestine. The Palestinian people, all by themselves, stood up to the Zionist enemy and in 12 days achieved what 30 years of fruitless negotiations had not. They had no help from anyone except the Resistance.
He added: As things stand, only action can stop the Zionist violation of Jerusalem and al-Aqsa mosque.
Ibrahim Al-Madhoun, Palestinian author and political analyst has in his turn stated that, there is currently a mood of defeat which permeates the air in Israel, and not just among the elite and the politicians, but also the Zionist public opinion, and the Israeli settlers have all understood that Israel is eroding.
He reaffirmed that, the Resistance’ threat to Israel is real, and we see today that their influence has spread out from Gaza, and can now be felt in the West Bank, Jerusalem, and the Occupied Territories of 1948, which means that the Zionist regime will be made to pay a heavy price for any violation against the Palestinians.
Before this, Gabi Ashkenazi, Zionist regime foreign minister, had warned Netanyahu about the explosive situation in Jerusalem and the al-Aqsa mosque. Ehud Barak, former prime minister of the Zionist regime, described this parade as an effort to rekindle violence at a very sensitive time.
Israeli extemist right wing parties are accusing Netanyahu of stoking conflict in Jerusalem in order to stop the coalition government from forming. In light of the fact that Netanyahu was working towards preventing his own fall, his surrender to the Resistance is also his personal surrender against the threats of the Resistance, and just as the battle of the Sword of Jerusalem inflamed divisions in the Israeli political scene, and placed Netanyahu under heavy criticism, this same matter will also cause his downfall and elimination from the scene of power in Israel.
Also, the Supreme Court of the Zionist regime has been forced to delay its session for following the Sheikh Jarrah evictions proceedings, and this has coincided with a remarkable migration of Jewish families , moving away from the Occupied Territories of 1948, which is all testament to the fragile state of the domestic front of Israel.
