Recently Marie Krarup, a member of the Danish Parliament for the Danish People’s Party – contacted me to say that the EU task force East Stratcom has placed me on a list branding me as a pro-Russian propagandist and is accusing me of spreading Russian disinformation.
This organisation was set up in March 2015 by the European Council to implement an action plan on strategic communication to address what it labels ”Russia’s on-going disinformation campaigns”, allegedly aiming to destabilize European democracy. To this end, East StratCom ”publishes two public weekly newsletters to stay up to date with the latest disinformation stores and narratives”. Have a look at EastStratcoms website.
This was shocking news to me. Marie Krarup requested a consultation with Danish Minister for Foreign Affairs Anders Samuelsen. She found that the task force accusation violated my constitutional rights under Danish law to exercise freedom of speech, and found this to be stark evidence of the EU usurping undemocratic and totalitarian privilege to list commentators, pundits and journalists that criticize EU policies and EU leaders.
The minister disagreed. He stated that Iben Thranholm deserved her listing as a pro-Russian agent and should remain so listed. He indicated that I was hired by the Kremlin to destabilize Europe. Despite the consultation, this remains his position. No action has been taken to amend the list. No further comment has been offered on the case in the media.
The consequences may be dire. If the conflict with Russia escalates, the state will have the right to imprison me as an enemy of the state. Already now I have been branded a traitor and unpatriotic. Many opinion leaders and colleagues have composed and published an open letter criticizing the ministry. Social media have been brimming with support, but my government remains stubborn in its accusation that I am a Russian agent. This means that I am no longer protected by the state of which I am a national.
For the last couple of years, I have used Russian English-language media like RT op-ed section and Russia Insider for publishing my thoughts on the way the Western elites’ hatred of Christianity weakens and undermines Western culture.
My choice of non-Western media like RT as a platform is certainly not motivated by any payment from Putin. No, it is rooted in the fact that as a conservative Christian Catholic, my thoughts and views are simply increasingly difficult to get published in Europe.
For years now I have had to work as an independent journalist. No editor will take on the risk of employing a person who is open and outspoken about his or her Christian faith, let alone Catholic faith, the way I am. Christians are socially marginalized, derided, and viewed with suspicion if not actually as mentally disturbed. The few Christians left are either secularized – gone native by agreeing with the establishment – or have taken a vow of silence for fear of the political correctness storm troopers. They have no impact on European culture. Their salt has lost its power to keep society from putrefaction.
The article that landed me on the East Stratcom list dealt precisely with the way the elite abused arguments of Christian charity to abandon registration of the identity of who entered which country and for adopting a blanket open-border policy when the tsunami of refugees and immigrants flooded across Europe’s borders in 2015. Their hatred of Christianity certainly does not keep them from abusing arguments of Christian charity divorced from its context when it suits their own agenda.
Allow me to quote some passages from the article, entitled “Misguided Compassion Threatens to Become the Downfall of Europe”

Our politicians promote the forces of evil and utterly abandon their victims. This is merely an extension of the policies of the West in the Middle East since the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan. Western politicians consistently identify evil as good, and good as evil. They unleash destructive forces to rampage unimpeded and oppress good wherever the West enters the scene with its military or economic warfare.”
“The fierce hatred of the Western political elite for Christianity has robbed Europe of its moral compass. Using Christian arguments for waging war on Christianity and Christian culture is a vile demonic parody. From a spiritual perspective, it is clear that Europe has made an unholy alliance with islamism in order to annihilate its Christian civilisation. This diabolical scam wears a cloak of goodness and humanitarianism, but it is really a manifestation of moral decay and false altruism that threatens to bring about Die Untergang des Abendlandes, the end of Christian Europe”.
At the consultation in the parliamentary committee meeting, the minister alleged that my article contained lies and myths that fitted into a Kremlin narrative of the decline of the West, and that my arguments bore no relation to reality.
One may agree or disagree with this interpretation. The question is whether this makes me a Russian agent or an enemy of the state. The task force offers no proof of an agreement between the Kremlin and me. For the good reason that no such contract exists. It is an allegation, pure and simple. At the consultation, the minister refuses to take a position on the matter of principle involved in placing participants in the social debate on the list. He merely dismisses my statements as lies.
It is highly revealing that the task force pounces on this article on this subject, because it deals precisely with distinguishing between the truth and lies, and points out that the political elite has entirely lost its ability to distinguish between the truth and lies. This abandonment of truth is far and away the greatest threat to world peace in this day. Russia is not.
Today’s politics are entirely beyond the irrelevant left/right and red/blue paradigm.The real issue is truth v lies, good v evil, right v wrong.
The American election campaign blew this truth wide open. There was hardly any real policy debate, but reams of lies were revealed as masquerading as truth. In its wake, the unspeak designers launched the phenomenon of “fake news” in order to regain control of the narrative. The EU task force has also been set up for achieving a monopoly for the EU version of acceptable reality. The war on truth rages on after President Trump’s inauguration, and the presstitute media now intensify their campaign to brand Trump as a liar.
What irony that a very long epoch of relativism of values, during which the political elite and intellectuals decided that there is no truth, has now ended abruptly with a frenzied claim that truth is all that matters. What immense irony that those who taught young people that there is no truth now exalt themselves as truth tellers, and then hurls accusations of lying against any who does not toe the line of their pragmatic version of truth. The pinnacle of sad irony is that generations reared on the absence of truth from reality now clamor for truth. They have lost faith in the assumption that the media they trusted blindly are telling them the truth.
The media have been roundly exposed as liars. Yet the media claim that the exposure of their lies is a lie and that people who want the truth are lying. Those who tell the truth are blamed as liars, while the media adamantly maintain that they are the truth tellers. Confused? The world has moved from the usual conflicts in the realm of geopolitics and economics to moral and spiritual warfare. The world now witnesses an epic confrontation between the truth and lies, light and darkness, that was kept invisible for so long. A spiritual war is raging between those who choose good and those who choose to call good what is evil.
Yet who is prepared and equipped for this epic battle of our day? Relativism of values has rendered many, if not most, completely without solid ground and the first idea of what is good and what is evil, utterly unable to recognize truth and defend themselves against lies. They have learned no rudiments on discerning because they have grown up with no spiritual foundation and no inkling of Christian truth. This is a big problem, as it is impossible to understand the world today if one has no spiritual eyes with which to see.
No one can fight for truth, which is spiritual without the ability to recognize truth and distinguish it from the lie. Without the spiritual understanding, no one has the weapons to fight against evil and lies. The chaotic struggle raging in journalism and social media today is a visible expression of this spiritual war.
Alexander Solzhenitsyn said that “godlessness is the first step to the Gulag”. When EU politicians adopt unconstitutional methods for listing political opponents or people who publish moral truth, they declare their godlessness before God and man, and wage war against Christianity and Christian culture. When the state and its ideology place themselves in God’s seat, all hell breaks loose. Democracy offers no guarantee: collectivism can exercise totalitarianism under democracy’s banner. The freedom of speech is now violated in Europe and there is now no freedom for journalists to speak the truth as they see it.
In the 1940s, George Orwell wrote “during times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.” This is our precise position today. Journalists must therefore accept it as a badge of honor and courage when the establishment brands them as liars and pro-Russian propagandists, for this is the highest evidence that they are speaking the truth. They must see themselves as freedom fighters and find comfort and strength in the words of Christ in the Gospel: “truth will set you free.”

This is a very important observation that is rarely spelled out.
I think it could be very helpful to analyze the comparative psychopathology of certain cultures and traditions – and perhaps it is particularly the Talmudic and Calvinist ones that stick out in this regard, ergo, we thus have the Anglo-Zionist Empire to deal with.
Whether it is through counting the ethnic or religious proportions of slave ship owners, weapons smugglers, pornography distributers, pedophiles, organ trading rings, etc., etc. or simply by looking at the demographics of the entire financial and media elites, the statistics seem hard to overlook.
The strong emphasis that the “crime syndicates” have historically put on keeping the bloodlines pure might indicate that they are aware of these traits, which most of us would call sociopathic/psychopathic, and that they consider them to be hereditary or at least epigenetic in nature – and worth preserving.

Hi there! I lived much of my life in the Soviet Union and i can testify: lying was outlawed. People who lied were despised, exposed, and peer pressured into mending their ways. It was shameful to lie. We, as kids, read, watched and heard political news and thought the Soviet media was lying to us, showing the west exactly how it really was (now i understand that they told the truth, but we, kids, thought it was BORING, we were into shiny wrappers and rock music). That’s because we, many of us, got ensnared by the big Lie, coming from the west: we listened to their music, we thought everything coming from the west was holy, later on we also read western books in english (which were available in the Soviet Union, by the way, and maybe they should not have been). Anyway, there was a country in recent history, a great country, where honesty was prized above anything.
A fantastic and courageous woman. She is the model we should support for truly “empowered” women who stand up to censorship and destructive government policies to protect their families and homelands. Iben Thranholm’s blog post is an irrefutable testimony to the long overdue collapse of the West all along the line. Gleefully, I think they could be quite right there, albeit for entirely different reasons. Firstly, being the more or less congenital liars that they are, plain truth and honesty are perceived precisely as ‘disinformation’ by them as it hurts appreciably. Secondly, and this is even more significant, the impact of aforesaid ‘disinformation’ — even if there were no political intents involved whatsoever — evidently does destabilize ‘European democracy’ (which is just another hollow platitude modeled on ‘European values’). In plain language: Truthful and honest information as provided by the Russian State infuriates the Zionazi fraternity in charge of the West because it challenges the power of their omnipresent State/Corporate Mindrot and, consequently, their very rule.

I am deeply impressed by this lady’s insight and wisdom and stating the truth fearlessly. If this is to be considered by the nearly dead souls in the West as being a “Russian Agent” then one should consider that to be a medal of honor! After all, Orthodox Russia is now clearly “the shining city on the hill” when compared to the effeminate political and cultural “life” of the West. We all should fight and speak for truth against falsehood, and be proud “Russian Agents”!
Iben you are a dissident. You are critical of the progressive totalitarian establishment and that makes you their enemy, as am I. We could say that we didn’t see this coming but actually dark forces have been working tirelessly for a global democracy, which we know to mean world rule by a ruthless, evil elite. I believe every facet of our lives will be micro managed under this system and prior to that a depopulation program will be implemented. This is why, as an ethno nationalist, I have a grown my lot in with the Right.
These days our cards are being marked and dossiers opened on us. Danish people, and their king Christian X, are one of the few who resisted Nazis during WWII, in spite of its small size. Serbs and Greeks did the same on a bit larger scale.
Danish revulsion against Nazi occupation was such that they openly defied gestapo’s order and saved their Jewish community by transporting them on boats overnight to Sweden. You certainly know that. But here is a little personal story.
When my mother visited one of Denmark’s medical laboratory in 1956 she was told, by the head of personnel: “please do not speak German here, French or English is ok”. Such was the intensity of feelings … 11 years after liberation. She befriended a Danish woman who told her that she took care of an abandoned Jewish home and when owners came back in 1945 they found everything intact except for few wilted flowers. It is hard to generalize, but for me, this story is the best description of the essence of Danish people.
I do not think Danish people changed their spirit. However, state institutions did and do change under the “international” pressure, as exemplified by East StratCom newspaper and its website.
My suggestion is this: start a mass movement whereby all the Danish people write to Mary Krarup and East StratCom , expressing their desire to be put on their black list of Russian propagandists, because they think it is true. That is: we are all Russian propagandists. This is similar to (not confirmed story) that most of the Danes, king Christian X too, put on yellow star of David when gestapo ordered Danish Jews to do so.
On the other hand, Icelanders gave us a wonderful example how to deal with those crypto-fascists: Lock those banksters and fake politicians behind bars, using real laws.

It has twenty-eight members, all of them PMs of EU member-states.

Which “Christians”? What are you talking about when you conflate all of Christianity into one category? (This is as misguided as conflating all of Islam into one category too, by the way). Freedom is universal and existed long before the last Big Bang. It definitely isn’t a christian thing alone. Besides, christian/church dogmas and freedom (of thought) don’t and didn’t go together too well, ask Galilei.
In the Netherlands true freedom of speech arrived not until after the humanist musings of Erasmus and like-minded thinkers. Since his era it were humanists that did the hard work of improving human rights in our society, often right against the wishes of so-called christians and their churches, whether catholic, protestant or reformist. These humanists were definitely not anti-theist, but mostly a mix of agnostic-atheists, agnostics or plain atheists.
After the occupation of the Netherlands by das Dritte Reich an early organisation of these people named ” De Dageraad” (Aurora), was the first and only official organisation to openly attack Hitler’s policies against civil rights and deportations all whilst the churches blessed his armies. They were outlawed and prosecuted but many of their members joined or were helpful to partisan ‘underground’ organisations.
In my country atheism and humanism have gone hand-in-hand for a long time and I have to agree with Franz that the total indifference and lack of brotherly responsibility we see nowadays is not an atheism caused matter, but satanist or luciferian, plotted and introduced by our zio-gay nazist leaders.

However:
We are in the 21st century, and Christians do not have a monopoly on the idea of freedom of speech and one does not have to be a Christian or esp. a Roman Catholic, like Iben, whose religious belief has been formed by exorcism, etc., to uphold and be a believer in the fundamental importance of freedom of speech in all societies. This right does not depend on religious belief.
If we were back in Palestine in the first century, which is where you I guess would “happy” to be and consider me “sad” for not dwelling there, fine, maybe Christ was the first to emphasize that the truth will set you free. Not sure that actually equates with the idea of “freedom of speech,” but let’s say that it does.
Still, contemporary Christians sure can say whatever they want.

I find it ironic, given that Iben’s entire conception of what truth is, is based on her Catholicism, to suggest that she drop the religious perspective and to claim that her religion “muddies the waters.”
As a practicing Catholic, I see the world from the same perspective. For me the litmus test is whether one is for or against abortion. Essentially, to be against abortion amounts to believing that human life transcends time. For those who accept or promote abortion, the developing human is regarded in materialistic terms as mere tissue, particularily for early abortions. Therefore, aborting simply amounts to stopping development of biological tissue. Presumably, human beings after birth continue to be mere tissue, but somehow the process of developing socially represents “value added” that justifies their continued existence. I don’t quite get the logic of that.
In other words, the abortion issue is the issue of spirit vs materialism, transcendence vs nihilism. These are mutually exclusive categories.
Now what if your own daughter got brutally raped by a crazy serial killer and fell pregnant. Would you really want her to have that child no matter what?

And Jeremy, your basic assumption that the material world and the physical world is fundamentally different, which is questioned in thoughts of the immanent god as well as mentalist continuum. Spirit and material are not mutually exclusive in numerous ways of thinking. There is also an assumption that reincanation does not exist and a ‘soul’ gets only one chance at physical life.
Point is, your view is fine for you to hold, of course, but it is not universal and should not be considered as “Truth”.
The problem is that the materialist view is privileged in our society. This is the result of a centuries long process of increasing denial of and indoctrination against spirituality that finds its culmination in the promotion of abortion. The word spirituality itself has become devalued and has become part of the New Age vocabulary.
Essentially, the materialist view is that a human being is tissue with software. Most people are not philosophers and tend to go with the dominant meme. Generally, people are uncomfortable with this nihilistic point of view and want their lives to have transcendence even if they can’t articulate that desire. It is natural to be uneasy about obtaining an abortion, because thinking about eliminating a whole life that could last 80 years and could be replete with love and accomplishment is hard to put out of one’s head. Do I really want to play God? But wait, I must remind myself that God doesn’t exist! Second and third abortions are always easier than the first and any qualms of conscience can be extinguished by following such luminaries as Gloria Steinem.
I don’t believe spiritual and material are mutually exclusive. The physical too is an integral part of the person. When we love someone, we love all of that person. Conversely, when a person that we love dies, we tend to feel that that person still exists, but has passed into a different world or a different dimension of this world. Nevertheless, diehard evolutionists are apt to consider such mere wishful thinking. They take pride in being mentally tough. People more open to the mystery of existence and less willing to dispense wholesale with the accumulated wisdom of the past, as well as their own personal experiences of the supernatural, tend to be more humble. The point is to be humble and not believe that one has a corner on truth. That is not incompatible with being religious.

I also don’t see a problem with thinking ‘god’ does exist even if ‘spiritual’ does, and is emergent and self-organizing from the basic nature of existence — and even perhaps sprouting some ‘gods’ along the way. There are many different cosmologies and creation myths around which can echo these ideas.
The problem is not science but technology (or badly educated scientists who are little more than technologists), and with capitalism which centered on profits — material profits — preferably accountable for the last quarter.
One problem with technology, as well as some of the , particularly older, scientific ideas, is linear time and causality. Causality makes no sense within standard logic because there can be no accounting within it for a first cause, so we should be looking at this issue in other ways, such as patterns and feedback loops. Think of the way a painting or music is made: it is developed and revised in many areas to form a pattern, with relationships between elements but where no element is caused by another – just placed so as to better relate to the overall pattern — and this can occur through a set of rules and probability without an external creator, emerging as an expression of the basic nature of the reality system. There can be many variations for this sort of model, of course.
Another example is math. It is not that 2 + 3 = 5 so that five does exist until 2 and 3 exists. It is all of a whole, and once 1 and addition exists all the numbers and all the other operations must be part of the whole, and none of it can exist as a closed system. I’ll venture that the same is with the ‘physical’ world, or the spiritual world: they can not be a closed system, and each implies the existence of the other, and of many other system — a virtually infinity of them, with no actual center but only apparent centers for observers, each perceiving itself to be the center of its own universe. ‘Spiritual’, then is just the stuff on and beyond the fuzzy edge of the observer’s limited subjective reality system, and religion an artistic depiction of the observer’s situation and awareness of the fuzzy edges.
I am educated enough in science to see the explanatory power of evolution. As I understand it, based on my discussions with PhDs in fields such as evolutionary biology and anthropology, much research is based on trying to account for the mechanisms of evolution. For instance, by looking at the total environment in detail within which evolutionary change occurs, involving all conceivable interactions of species at all different scales from microflora to vegetation and animals, in an attempt to flesh out the process as opposed to hand waving about random mutations. Just about eveyone who can claim to be intelligent “believes” in evolution. At the same time, however, at least in my experience, these people are generally atheists and regard religion as atavistic.
They will admit that religion does have survival value for those who truly believe, even though they tend to regard the actual belief system with, what can I say, disdain.
The big thing now seems mostly to be epigenetics and gene expression or activation by subtle chemical interactions (internal and environmental), like methylation and such, which gets very complicated.
I can’t say it’s atheistic, but largely just separated into different modes of thinking, with churches often supporting evolution as a real mechanism. Most scientists do practice some sort of religious mode as well as scientific, and don’t worry that much about resolving the two where it’s contradictory.
Aside from randomness there are other mechanisms at work, such as probability of reproduction to pass on the genes, which includes adapting to the environment. Yet, the concept of evolution is applicable to other areas than biology. It’s a fundamental way of thinking, and I see no problem with applying it to ‘spiritual evolution’ given assumptions about there being a ‘spiritual’ or non-material reality (or a non-material aspect to total reality).
Thing is, trying to say that truth or morality can’t lie outside of a religious context, particularly in some specific religion, is looking at existence through a very narrow aperture.
At this point it isn’t even very clear what ‘random’ means beyond things which are not predictable or computable for us, but seem to be chaotic. Maybe there are things which are inherently chaotic, and maybe not — maybe ‘god’ is chaotic, and maybe not: there’s a lot of reality out there, apparently, which we don’t know about.
I would rather abstain from discussing my daughter. There is a saying in the legal field, “Extreme cases make bad law.” You have proposed an extreme case. As you undoubtedly know, abortion advocates originally sold their minority genocide (I am thinking of how abortion clinics were first introduced into black neighbourhoods) using the rape/incest argument. The same thing was recently done in Ireland, which was also based on an extreme case where a woman actually died because she was denied an abortion. Here we are today in the US at over 58,000,000 abortions after Roe v Wade. How many of those cases were due to the brutal rape you claim could happen to my daughter? If you believe, as I do and the Church does, that unborn babies are complete human beings with an inherent right to life, could you really say à la Madeline Albright, “We believe it was worth it”, i.e.,aborting 58,000,000 babies was worth it for the sake of the presumably small percentage of cases of brutal rape? Additionally, there are mothers who brought babies to term under those horrifying circumstances and manage to love the child they brought into the world. Your attitude is an insult to those mothers.
Nor is this just an abstract matter or a fine point of theology. Abortion is a brutal procedure and the baby being aborted suffers ISIS level torture. Abortion is the modern equivalent of the ancients tossing their babies into Moloch’s brazier. They did this to guarantee a good harvest, that is, in modern terms, for economic reasons. Similarly, I would guess that the vast majority of those 58,000,000 abortions were for economic reasons. I have spoken to women who have had abortions who will freely admit that they had their abortions because it would interfere with their jobs, or they just couldn’t afford to have a baby at that time.
Then there is the whole matter of the unborn child’s rights. Since an unborn child is unable to express an opinion in the matter, it seems reasonable to wait until the child reaches the age of reason to ask the child if he/she would prefer to have been killed in the womb. Unfortunately for abortion advocates, that would be too late in case the child says “yes”.
You don’t have to be religious to believe in the transcendent value of human life. When you abort you are aborting a whole life. But abortion advocates are members of the church of materialism, and they force their beliefs on a defenseless population in a macabre form of apartheid.
For me, while people can believe what they want, to equate truth in some universal way with mythology, such as religious dogma, is oxymoronic.
Saker: I don’t what ‘truth’ is supposed to set one free in that phrase, since it’s in a context of what I consider to be only an art form, so it’s like saying some painted depiction of a thing is the true thing itself, or an actor in a play about some historical character is the actual person.
I have no shortage of personal experience with truth being repressed by Christianity and Christian belief — which is a major reason I left the church as I entered my teens — I was looking to understand the world and reality and all I got from the church (Episcopal) was more convoluted myth, even worse than in the public school system on the TV. Is ‘truth’ then relative, as she argues against, with Buddhist or Wiccan truth being something different? Or not relative but true only for some Christian sect — Catholic, but not Orthodox or Methodist? Is she or her particular religion, or her experience of ‘spiritual’ the arbitrator of truth? This makes no sense. She is half way to censoring others by claiming herself and her own religion as the standard of truth (and that can be found in the history and currency of Christianity and many other religions).
Such dogma cannot be the criteria for truth, and is a great detriment to determining what is true. Truth and belief is not what religion is about — no more than any other art form. That’s what epistemology and ontology is for.

Is this not the definition of relativism? There is an objective truth which is more reliable and provable than ‘subjective’ truth – Which does not exist.
Whatever objective truth there may be humans cannot access it — we can only guess and make models.
Good and evil are relative — relative to one’s beliefs, what criteria are used, the culture and law, and various other things which vary among people. Relativism cannot be fully escaped, but that doesn’t mean all notions are of equal validity, or equally accepted by different people. A context must be established in which judgements are made, and not all people — or even all data from experiment and empirical data — supports all contexts equally. A Newtonian model works well until one approaches the speed of light or delves into quantum phenomena. Eating pork is fine for Christians, but not for Jews or Muslims. There are things which are accepted as true by people in pretty much any religious or cultural system, but many things which some take exception to, and even those accepted by all humans are still limited to the human species and context.
Nothing exists outside of some context, and what is real is judged by consistency with one’s own, or shared, expectations or narratives, and perceptions, Relative does not mean there is no context, or that all contexts are equal, but that no knowledge can be absolute and truly objective. In fact, humans have a very hard time getting even close to something we might imagine to be objective — even rigorous science (with relativity vs quantum mechanics, e.g.), for all it’s efforts, miss the mark. Relativism is not ignorance except to the ignorant — ignorant of how complex, problematic, and uncertain existence is for humans.

In the Christian paradigm, Judas betrayed Christ, arguably acting as an agent for the will of God, but, in fact, he was sooner a ‘free’ agent. Comes the moment, comes the man.
So, what might appear relative to those that way inclined, appears absolute to others.

We can try to secularize the terms, and I am willing to do that, but, the shorthand of ‘evil’ is a perfectly adequate way to go. Call it an absence of good if you like as some progressive theologians do but the experience of ‘evil’ in the Russian Lands, especially in the last century, has knocked the idea of realtivism forever out of clear heads. The last people to try that line were Pussy Riot. They were championed in the West and pitied and/or scorned in Russia.

I don’t what the teacher did was evil but ignorant, crazy, stupid, and counterproductive. If I were there I would have walked out of the classroom, but I don’t see evil intent in her action. That’s not secularization of terms but a different judgement. I believe that I have been given a huge surprise in what you have written. It is so accurate when you state we live in topsy-turvey land. White is black. Left is right. Up is down, etc. I am not a Catholic and have had a lifelong running war with Catholics of my superficial acquaintance. The fact that her views on the destruction of Christianity in Europe concur with similar views in Russia, but also in France and elsewhere, do not make her an agent of Putin, but rather an agent of Hope.

In fact TEPSA is an association of EU research institutes from most member states which apparently endorses the activities of East Stratcom, but it is not the source. The real source until December 2016 was Mogherini’s EEAS, or the EU External Action Services, i.e. the EU’s Foreign Affairs Department (as part of the EU Commission). The Russian ‘hacking’ story was almost dead-on-arrival precisely because of such investigative ‘forensics.’
We need to trace to sources, name the names, and stop using vague generalities/terms, both cultural (‘Christianity’) and institutional (‘EU’). They only serve to marginalize the victims of censorship as simply being the losers in some ‘spontaneous’ zeitgeist.
It is not ‘spontaneous’, it is specific and it is calculated.
Pinpointing the operatives – funding, nationalites etc – will do much to bring what is being occluded by generalities into the open.
It was by this means that the Russian ‘hack ‘ story was traced back to Dimitri Alperovich, and ultimately the Atlantic Council (NATO-affiliated and Clinton-endorsing). So much for ‘independent’ investigation.
Similarly, the malware was exposed as open source, old and Ukrainian – not Russian. Though one of the leads traced back to a Vontake account, the Russian ‘Facebook,’ the account was traced to a Ukrainian IT student.
Thanks for this information – let’s hope Iben uses it and forms a counter-strategy with like-minded opinion leaders on the nexus of hidden operatives burying themselves within the labyrinth of EU bureaucracy.

No one can fight for truth, which is spiritual without the ability to recognize truth and distinguish it from the lie. Without the spiritual understanding, no one has the weapons to fight against evil and lies. The chaotic struggle raging in journalism and social media today is a visible expression of this spiritual war.
I’m concerned that what I am about to say is going to sound jingoistic. It isn’t.
A solution to this problem lies in the founding documents of the American experiment. The Declaration of Independence makes certain assumptions about the nature, value and rights of the individual that are indispensable to the American political system. While they may be questioned privately, they may not be questioned politically.
We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Self-evident truth is necessarily spiritual — which is to say, transcendent — in nature. The truths proclaimed in the Declaration concerning man’s nature, value and rights thus have a spiritual source, which that document calls man’s “Creator.” It doesn’t matter how you define or otherwise describe this reality; it is sufficient to say that it is the transcendent source of these axioms about man upon which the political system is built. I suggest, parenthetically, that this is what the word “God” means in the American political context — not the Christian deity, per se, but the Creator of the Declaration, which, of course, Christians and Jews will identify with the God of the Bible.
With this as a foundation, Progressivism is a dead philosophy walking. It consistently attacks the equal value of the individual and his unalienable rights; indeed, it stands in diametric opposition to them. This foundation also makes it easy to dispense with abortion-on-demand — though not, however, abortion to save the life of the mother — and this without citing any specific religious creed or proof of the personhood of the fetus as a basis.
I think a proper understanding and application of these founding assumptions, upon which the American political system rests, makes possible a reintroduction of spiritual morality into public life and discourse in the United States. And “God,” seen as foundational to the political system, becomes an indispensable topic in public venues rather than something that may not be talked about in schools and government offices.
Why these things are not already obvious suggests that, somewhere along the line, a subtle trick of language and/or thought was played on an unobservant or inattentive public — a cancer, which has now metastasized. I don’t know if we can go back to these foundational principles; there may be too much inertia behind the forces that mean to destroy us. But I think this is a way back.
I see no more reason to introduce spirituality into understanding equal rights and government by the people than the music of the spheres is needed to understand planetary laws of motion. Lack of equal rights necessarily introduces internal inconsistencies, strife, and gross inefficiency. This is quite pragmatic and rational.A system with structural inequality of rights is not stable or even metastable over time, and not sustainable, but will always involve class war.
The need exists in that, without the transcendent — which you may find less uncomfortable than “spirituality” — there can be no absolutes; and, if individual rights are not absolute, then they are granted by the society in which one lives and may be taken away by that society.
This is a need imposed by the nature of reason, not by any particular point-of-view. Transcendence is indispensable to the view of man upon which the American political system is based. You can localize this transcendence in a deity or not; but denying it results inevitably in tyranny. Contemporary American society is characterized by some as “post-Christian.” I am not a Christian, or a Jew; but, for most Americans, the Judeo-Christian matrix is the only sort of transcendence they know — and, with the passing of its influence as a significant cultural voice (at least, openly), the result is a spiritual vacuum. And we are watching tyranny unfold before our eyes. This is the root cause.
It would not mean anything to me being listed as a traitor by any state: Because they are all based on a huge fraud:

She is of course right in the lack of clarity between evil and good in this post-modern world of nothingness. But what is frightful is that our reaction is clearly an evil one too, leaving us with nothing but evil fighting evil as oblivion steps back from whence it came.
The migrant problem wouldn’t exist with the intensity it does if the people integrated the migrants into their societies. But of course, there is even less of a society to integrate anyone into because our values, our public land, our fraternities and volunteer organizations have all been dismantled.
We live in a void of speculation and greed our selves. I don’t know one business-owner that doesn’t cook the books and I live in one of the Nordic countries. Yet they bitch and whine when politicians like Mona Sahlin (whom I have nothing good to say about otherwise) pay for a taxi or a chocolate with state money.
Talk about the pot calling the kettle back.
If our value does not embrace all people, it is inherently valueless. This is an easy rule to apply, but watch resistance rise when we attempt to apply its principle of non-judgment. Nietzsche spoke of the terror in recognizing that we are one and that the values of the world are wrong. This is terrifying because we are still identified with the body and the self that is identified with the world’s values of guilt and specialness, and we do not want to let them go.
What we need to question is not only a specific value or thing in the world, but the very self that is doing the questioning. This is the ultimate source of fear. It is very helpful to understand why the world is so resistant to this type of questioning in general, and why we are so resistant to it as individuals. The temptation that comes with this realization is to feel like fools for believing everything we have believed in. But we need to avoid that judgment. After all, simply coming here makes us fools. Recall the book that came out many years ago, Ship Of Fools. We are all on that ship because we think there is a ship and an ocean, and that real things occur there. Yet it is all illusion, what the great Gnostic teacher Valentinus called a phantasmagoria. Sure, what we do here is foolish, insane, and cruel. Still, the world remains an illusion that we share-the thought that we could be happy outside of love. We know we believe this because we think we are here. This is why any undoing takes time, which is considerably shortened when we meet such evident insanity in ourselves and others with kindness and forgiveness.
Judgment is a great part of who we are. It is an inherent part of the ego thought system of separation, wherein we believe we are separate from God because we judged that we would be better off without Him. We therefore judge against love because, by its nature of total inclusion and oneness, it would undo our judgmental, special self. The ego tells us that we need to break away from the threat of Oneness, leading us to judge against our Source, which in turn leads us to judge against ourselves for having done so. This guilt becomes projected, and we end up judging everyone and everything, magically hoping to be free of the pain of judgment.
The ego’s untruth limits us, for we are now part of a limited self that is no longer part of the All, the Oneness. Freedom will never be found in the body. It will never be found in a world of bodies. It will only be found where the body is not, in the mind where God’s Son is one-in illusion and truth. When we look out from our ‘collective right mind’ to the world, we see that everyone is the same. Beyond the disparate forms, the good and bad people are the same; people who suffer and those who inflict the suffering are the same. We know that everyone is the same because everyone believes he or she is a body. This is the height of insanity because it emanates from the one insane thought that we are separated from our Source…
