Today I underwent a small medical procedure, all went well, but I need a few days to rest. I will be at home, and I will work on blog-issues, but I might take a few days longer than usual to answer emails. Keep them to a minimum please, just until next week, ok? As for submissions, they can go to both me and Amarynth (just do like you have done until now). Try not to anger moderators as until next week their decisions will be final, I will approve them all unless I see something clearly wrong with their decision (that does not happen very often, but it can happen).

Hi there Saker. Just want to say that I love checking your site everyday and wish you a speedy recovery. However, judging from past posts it seems that you’ve experienced a number of minor health issues. Good health is number one and with good health anything is achievable and the path to victory continues.
I suggest for 2021 you take up an action plan to ensure you maintain optimal health and reverse any issues you may have. This is what I would do:
1. Find a medical doctor who also practices
holistic and natural medicine.
2. Stay outdoors as much as possible. The
Chinese say if you want to live a long life
stay outside.
3. Buy an infra-red sauna.
4. Juice everyday and consume healthy
smoothies.
5. Educate yourself on natural medicine by
listening to podcasts by Gary Null, Dr Mercola
Dr Ronald Hoffman etc. Look at sites like
NaturalNews, Extreme Health Radio etc.
6. Exercise – not in a gym but outside. At least
go for a 60 minute walk each day. Or take up
boxing – best exercise for fitness and weight
loss. Try Tai Chi
7. Fast each day. Consider the16/8 method
8. Get on a practitioner approved supplement
program.
9. Look at your diet. Read the China Study or
try being a pesceterian.
10. Try grounding – walking barefoot on grass
or the earth.
11. Meditate
12. Look up Wim Hof. It’s amazing what cold
showers and breathing practice can do.
13. If you have mercury fillings take them out
and replace them with ceramics.
14. Consider a liver flush. Info on the net. And
do regular detoxes.
15. Chinese medicine and acupuncture work
wonders.
16. And finally, please consider doing podcasts
instead of writing your amazing articles. It
would be less stressful.
Just some little tips that can actually turn your whole life around for the better. We must all be responsible for our own health in these troubling times so we can push back successfully against the evil forces. All the best Saker.

Sugar? Yuk!
Think outside the box mate. Lots of sugar free juices and smoothies are available. In fact, sugar is a big no no.
No it does not. Could you give some example in that case?
Sure. Celery juice is probably one of the healthiest juices you could drink. Bitter melon is another though you need to add other vegetables to soften the bitterness. Cabbage juice is good too. With smoothies avocado should be the main ingredient. Add berries. They’re low in sugar. Both juices and smoothies can be sweetened with stevia – a non sugar alternative which is quite good for you, natural and safe compared to artificial sweeteners. There are hundreds of recipes of non or low sugar recipes not just for juices and smoothies but desserts as well if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth. Sugar is evil.
