On December 1, the Free Syrian Army’s central command agree to a permanent ceasefire and evacuation for the remaining rebels inside of Al-Wa’er with the Governor of Homs – Talal Al-Barazi. The evacuation includes two phases:
• 1st is to allow humanitarian aid to any remaining civilians living inside the district
• 2nd is the transportation of the 600 rebel fighters from Al-Wa’er to the Idlib Governorate. The plan is supposed to take about two months. After this, the Syrian Government will be in full control of the city of Homs. The agreement has become possible due to a strategic initiative taken by the pro-government forces after the start of the Russian military operations in Syria.
Earlier, SouthFront: Analysis & Intelligence has noted that despite the terrorists’ counter-attacks, the Syrian Arab Army and its allies supported by the Russian warplanes, intelligence assistance and material support has a significant edge in a fire power and the command.
ISIS claimed control of al-Kafrah in a statement and are moving towards Azaz. If ISIS takes Azaz it will extend the ISIS control of bordering areas which allows greater access to smuggling routes for potential recruits and arms. It will also break the Army of Conquest military operations room, which includes Al Nusra, supply routes to the Aleppo city.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has presented evidences of the Turkish involvement in the ISIS oil business. It includes photos and videos of oil delivery convoys passing the border between Syria and Turkey and information about the routes of oil smuggling from Syria and Iraq to Turkey. There are three main oil routes:
1.The western route leads to the Turkish ports in the Mediterranean
2.The northern — to Patma oil refinery
3.The eastern — to Dzhazri transfer point
The town of Dier ez-Zor is one of the largest centers of oil extraction. The delivery route runs from Eastern Syria to the Batman refinery in Turkey. The size of the illegal oil trade is impressive.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said he’ll resign if Moscow can prove the Turkish participation in ISIS oil trade. Here it’s.
It is highly likely that also Greek businessmen are involved in the business with the smuggled Isis oil.
In addition, the government of Tsipras has very close relations with Davutoglu and Israelis. Tsipras supports massive illegal immigration and has stopped all controls for illegal immigrants and has withdrawn police officers from the islands. “Volunteers” of various NGOs (of Soros and the Syriza party) welcome all Muslims and gave to them documents to move in to Greece and Europe.
Greek tycoons own the majority of oil tankers in the world and these oil tankers of the Greek shipping tycoons could be used to transfer the oil from turkish ports into Greece and other countries. The main oil refineries in Greece are private and owned by the billionaire banking and ship tycoon Latsis family. There are many scandals with smuggled oil used into these refineries. Latsis also owns the Eurobank bank, a bank involved in money laundering and many scandals.
Another mafia shipping tycoon is Melisanidis. One of his tankers was bombed in Libyan waters, transferring smuggled weapons for the rebels.
Cypriot banks are also used for Operations of money laundering.
Peoples smugglers, drug traffickers, and oil smugglers have established operations in Greece and have the protection of the government and the high ranked chiefs of the Police.
They’re all in on it!
QATAR

TEHRAN (FNA)- Sources close to the ISIL have confirmed that Ankara supplies the Takfiri militants with weapons and ammunition through Qatari brokers in lieu of the oil the Takfiri terrorist group sells to Turkey through the same channel, media reports disclosed on Frdiay.
“The ISIL regularly sells crude it obtains from Iraqi and Syrian oil wells to Turkey through some Qatari middlemen,” the Arabic-language Al-Akhbar newspaper quoted unnamed sources inside ISIL as saying.
The sources reiterated that Turkey also sells part of the oil it buys from the ISIL at cheap price to some East European countries.
The academic implicated Saudi Arabia and Qatar, in addition to Turkey, all members of a US-led coalition in Iraq and Syria, in providing other forms of backing to ISIL. The terrorist group, notorious for human rights violations and killings, is outlawed in Russia.

Hi South Front, detailed info about new developments in Turnkey and Syria…I wish Ergoslime would resign..but not really likely…
The “two month” period is too long. I smell a rat there. It doesn’t take even a week for 600 men under a flag of truce to be transported out of Homs to Idlib Governorate. Even if they are allowed to take their weaponry and any heavy military equipment they might have. I’d think they are stalling for time. Hoping the battlefield will change. And they’ll be able to break the agreement and fight on in Homs. The SAA should tell them they have a week or the attack continues until they are crushed. Until the area is occupied and secured it holds up advances elsewhere. And ties up SAA ground troops just waiting and watching them. As pressed as the SAA is for troops,a holdup like that is a problem.
A good article from RT. Harry Fear (an RT reporter) did interviews in Istanbul. People told him “everybody” knows about the dealings with the oil smuggling and ISIS. But the press is to terrified of Erdogan to report it. I think for his “health”,Fear should get out of Turkey. After that report it might not be safe for him there:

This is what people who expect too much from Peter Lavelle and other journalists should think about before bitching so much.
Close in time to this latest episode of Thug Life: Turkey related theme, humorous actually:
After a poll showed that Turkish Twitter users believe that Turkey gets oil from Erdogan-ISIL ties and the Russian Embassy reposted the results for discussion, the Erdogan-linked pundit who made the poll panicked, disabling his account and blaming Russia for ‘sabotage’ a day later.

EC Secretary Discloses Iran’s Access to Evidence Showing Turkey’s Oil Deals with ISIL
TEHRAN (FNA)- Secretary of Iran’s Expediency Council (EC) Mohsen Rezayee announced on Friday that the country’s military advisors in Syria have collected evidence and documents showing Turkey’s involvement in purchase of oil from the ISIL Takfiri terrorists.
“Iranian military advisors in Syria have taken photos and filmed all the routes used by ISIL’s oil tankers to Turkey; these documents can be published,” Rezayee told reporters on Friday.
Asked about the Turkish officials’ denial of purchasing oil from the ISIL, he said, “If the Turkish government is not aware of ISIL’s oil sales in their country, we can provide it with such intelligence.”
Can anybody confirm any of this info?
Supposedly S-300 systems in syrian possesion (with all the legal implications) to interdict Syrian airspace soon, 4000 more IRGC troops sent in and Iran providing air support with two squadrons of non defined sukhois stationed near palmyra alledgedly, 100 plus Russian aircraft total, supposed Russian ground involvement and an extra military airport ‘Al-Sha’ayrat’ or ‘Ash Sha’irat’ (directly south east of Homms) set aside for Russian operations.

Would be some significant developments if true, combined with the developments around Aleppo (possible Kurdish involvement and terrorist infighting Aleppo on the balance, not stated by this report) things could start accelerating.
Well lets see, the guy who brought you this report posted that the Russian navigator was rescued 2 hours before anyone else and the role of hizbolla in the rescue which only came out 3 days later.. He also posted a while ago about that 4 major airports woudl be used and another 6 or so usable ones wouldalso have some russian aircraft..maybe on loan to the SAAF.. Now at least 3 airports are confirmed as beign worked on by Russian crews so we will see about the 4th whcih is still being cleared of IS cells…

NATO forces are building up in and around Syria for what seems to be an attack on Russia in support of ISIS. It is starting to look like the US will send in its NATO vassals to start a war, the the US cavalry will come charging in to the rescue.
How different would it be if China stated that it was solidly behind Russia in Syria? China has been making statements that it believes in a political solution which is very vague. Would the vassals be so keen if they see China standing solidly beside Russia in Syria?
My opinion of China is now starting to change as China appear to be missing in action when Russia is making its stand. Perhaps China will still side with Russia when the nukes hit the fan, but China taking a stance now in Syria would make the NATO vassals think twice about backing ISIS and al Nusra.
Totally agree.
China’s reticence, though typical of how they normally operate, is at present unhelpful to Russia.
As Russia’s “strategic partner” – to use their words- they need to now, be unequivocal in both words and deeds.
And while Putin would welcome a more robust display from his Chinese partners, I dont think he will press them about it. He will leave it up to them to make that call. And rightfully so.
This is of course unlike the US- who by now is twisting arms and threating anyone not commiting troops and aircrafts…….
China is economically dependent to the Western multinationals for foreign investment. The Chinese economic miracle was made possible after the dismantling of the Chinese state planned economy, the expansion of economic globalisation and the mass transfer of western industries into low cost China. All this was a disaster for many chinese workers who ended up to work as slaves. .
The post-Mao Chinese communist party political elites have close ties with western businesses and the chinese economy is deeply integrated with the western economy (foreign investment, imports/exports, manufacturing, etc). Thats the reason why China is not very supportive to Russia. Nevertheless, China and US have geopolitical differences and thats the reason for the tension in the China sea.
The following analysis is very interesting,
GLOBAL RESEARCH – Michel Chossudovsky: “How the West Re-colonized China”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxFSvPUY_oc
People get China wrong all the time. Both on the “Left” and on the “Right”.
China is not some weak, 3rd World Country that is totally dependent on Western finance and corporations. This is a patently false impression. China is many times more powerful than Russia in economic/financial/industrial terms. I would even argue that China is in some economic respects even more powerful than the USA.
Deng’s economic reforms have created the most astonishing economic achievement the world has ever known. From a totally underdeveloped economy, China is now a clear number 2 in terms of nominal GDP, number one in terms of actual economic output, and easily number one in terms of industrial production. The only negative I would point out about China’s economy in recent years is that in fact wages have risen more than they should have had, and that has retarded economic growth in the last 2-3 years. Western corporations are not in a position to blackmail China, rather China is in a position to blackmail them, as has been demonstrated recently with Google, western and Japanese carmakers, etc. Also, the average Chinese today lives infinitely better than the average Chinese of a few decades ago.
As for why China is not overt in her support for Russia. Many reasons for that:
a) Keep your enemies guessing.
b) Save your strongest card till the end. It is better for the Bear & the Dragon to wait for the NATO alliance to fully commit first.
c) Give your enemies dilemmas, something to think/worry about.
Another thing. China is not taking Russia’s side due to some ideological and moral imperative, China is compelled to take Russia’s side due to necessity. As the global alignment of forces dictates, if China does not succeed along with Russia in crushing the latest NATO-Japan (that’s what it is from the Japanese point of view) offensive, they are simply doomed. They will be utterly surrounded, and destroyed. Do not for a second think that the Chinese are not aware of this.
Yes indeedy, China had better wake up, & soon.

In 1985 or 86 I spent a month in China, when males had the option to choose between Green, Brown, and Blue Mao coats (the children, 1-per-family, were dressed in the most vibrant colors imaginable). However, the population was fed and housed; there were no homeless in the big cities. And there were almost no cars, so the population was more fit, because they all rode bicycles. I would like to point out that the economic progress made by the populace in general was predicated on the ground-level assumption of a healthy, fed, housed, and clothed population. Such a base of social welfare is sorely lacking in India, and the differences are indeed very stark: 42% childhood malnutrition below age 5, etc, etc.
Yes, by some metrics, the Chinese are better off now than in ‘previous decades’. But by other standards, they were not hurting, either. Their societal economic progress could not have happened in the absence of their basic needs being attended to as a policy matter. The people demanded that, I feel.
thanks Stavros…I agree that China operates in a way westerners don’t understand….an Eastern way.
In the west everyone thinks that you should fight with your fists to get ahead….this is a historical behaviour…Vikings for example….
In the East people don’t fight like that. Its more secret….
Good comment, Peter.
I agree 100%.
One other thing… China could have done more to devalue the $USD.
China should act now before the Empire attacks Russia and then targets China in much the same way that Russia is acting in Syria now before the ISIS juggernaut gained enough momentum to be used against Russia.
Russia + China would dispose of NATO in a couple of days. The US then wouldn’t dare continue the war.
China gets 10.92% “weighting” in IMF SDR Nov30/2015, but 2 very key points:
NOTE says takes effect in 11 months, around OCT/2016!
USD 41.73%
EUR 30.93%
JPY 8.33%
GBP 8.09%
This deal in no way affects the voting in IMF meetings, which stays at a US veto because the other side needs 85% of all numbers, but US has a 17% vote power, so the other side can only ever get to 83%

Surprisingly, 78% of Turks believe that the oil from LIH Erdogan buys it (SURVEY RESULTS) | Russian Spring
Columnist for the Turkish newspaper Radical Islamist “Akyt” Abdurrahman Dilipak, known for his closeness to the president Erdogan, published on the eve of his Twitter page survey on the topic “Who buys crude oil from LIH *?”.
An hour in the survey attended by about 18 thousand. Users. It proposed three possible answers: “Erdoganovskaya Turkey”, “Putin’s Russia” and “Assad Syria.”
If the past two voted 12% and 10% respectively, over the “Erdoganovskuyu Turkey” – 78%. After this, a poll observer removed from your account, but the Russian Embassy in Turkey has managed to make a screenshot of the page Dilipaka.
In turn Dilipak accused Turkey’s ruling Justice and Development Party that it was “not sufficiently inform the public on the issue of Turkey’s oil purchases from LIH.”

Deadly flesh-eating disease spreads throughout the Islamic State ranks and civilian population
Large numbers of Islamic State fighters have become ill with a deadly flesh-eating disease known as Leishmaniases
Due to the lack of poor hygiene and pollution in Islamic State territory, those at the highest risk are in Raqqa, so-called Islamic State’s capital. Since the Islamic State moved into territories most medical organizations got up and left, one of those NGO’s are Medcins Sans Frontieres who were initially trying to fight the deadly diseases.

i do not feel comfortable with the idea of other countries joining in to fight ISIS without so much as an excuse me can I join in to the Syrian government, and were the Brits invited, or don’t the Syrians get a say at all, all these people secretly have their own agenda, I think the USA along with the UK are playing a double game here, it is beginning to look like REGIME CHANGE by stealth, lets be frank here they are two of the most treacherous dishonest nations to have any kind of a deal with, and what is CAMERON just an American donkey like TONY BLAIR. and surely BRITAIN cannot still have delusions of grandeur, the BRITISH EMPIRE has gone and their army and their weapons are obsolete along with their nuclear submarine’s which is nearly 40 years out of date. and plus RUSSIA IS DOING A BETTER JOB WITHOUT THEIR HELP.
Yes, and does the UN resolution against Daesh support the bombing of such installations as the Batman oil refineries? Of course not. No more than it supports the raiding and seizure of dirty oil money bank accounts . Maybe the US can put their world soccer legal team on it.
The Coming War with Qatar
December 2nd, 2015 –
Its economy is based in oil and gas extraction. From an economic perspective, Qatar is a primary American ally in its energy strategy. The geo-economic goal is to decrease Europe’s dependence on Russian and Iranian oil and gas supplies. Before the Syrian War, Qatar planned to construct a major gas pipeline to Turkey and Europe, through Syria, but that proposal was rejected by the Syrian government. Syrians preferred the analogous Iranian plan, and this decision was one of the pretexts of the war.
