So, um, I have heard no review of Ukraine elections so far from any pro-Russian site? What is that about? How did it go? All I read is from BBC/CNN and they seem to say that Porky did alright in the center, Svoboda did alright in the west and Opposition block did alright in the south-east.
Well at least the “voters” in West Ukraine “elected” the correct candidate to represent them:
“Dead candidate wins local elections in western Ukraine
on: October 29, 2015”
A candidate who died five days before Sunday’s local polls in Ukraine has been elected to represent the country’s western Rivne region, Segodnya newspaper reported on Thursday.
“The candidate from the Batkivschyna (Fatherland) party died five days before the elections but no one bothered to mark him as ‘deceased’ in the ballot papers,” the newspaper said. “Paradoxically, the dead candidate won the voting in his district.”
Party members told the newspaper that people were asked to vote for him at the funeral, to pay last respects to the deceased.
Electing dead politicians is something Americans are adept at, as well. Sometimes they’ve been dead for months before the election. Often by dead voters helping out by taking the place of deleted undesirables on the approved voting lists.
But that is mostly in the past, diebold fixes things electronically now so such clumsy voting practices can be usually avoided to get the “correct” results on pindoland.
The “Fatherland” party is Yulia “kill the Russians” Tymoshenko’s party. Some of the Western Ukrainians voted for her party. But I think Svoboda (fascist) party, and the mayor of Lvov’s party also won Western Ukrainian voters.
This article on RI explains that the US plotted the destruction of Syria’s government a long time ago.Sounds very much like today:
” Documents Reveal: West Plotted False Flag to Justify War Against Syria…In 1957!
Britain and America sought a secretive “regime change” in Syria involving false flags and the assassination of key government officials…in 1957″
If you are a dutiful western television viewer, you might think that moderate, amphetamine-fueled foreign fighters only recently began to cry out for democracy in Syria. But you are dreadfully mistaken. Syria has demanded freedom from its oppressive legitimate leaders for more than fifty years. According to a 2003 report in the Guardian, Syria has been on Democracy’s “to-do list” for a long-ass time! Check this out:
Newly discovered documents show how in 1957 Harold Macmillan and President Dwight Eisenhower approved a CIA-MI6 plan to stage fake border incidents as an excuse for an invasion by Syria’s pro-western neighbours, and then to “eliminate” the most influential triumvirate in Damascus.
…
The report said that once the necessary degree of fear had been created, frontier incidents and border clashes would be staged to provide a pretext for Iraqi and Jordanian military intervention. Syria had to be “made to appear as the sponsor of plots, sabotage and violence directed against neighbouring governments,” the report says. “CIA and SIS should use their capabilities in both the psychological and action fields to augment tension.” That meant operations in Jordan, Iraq, and Lebanon, taking the form of “sabotage, national conspiracies and various strong-arm activities” to be blamed on Damascus.
The plan called for funding of a “Free Syria Committee”, and the arming of “political factions with paramilitary or other actionist capabilities” within Syria. The CIA and MI6 would instigate internal uprisings, for instance by the Druze in the south, help to free political prisoners held in the Mezze prison, and stir up the Muslim Brotherhood in Damascus.
Ah, history. In 1957, it was PG-13 “border clashes”. Now we have “government chemical weapons attacks against orphans”, which, despite whatever evidence Bellingcat found on Facebook, have been completely debunked, and by actual experts. Instead of the “Free Syria Committee”, we now have the “Free Syrian Army”. Oh, and we saved the best for last. Here’s why the 1957 plan fell apart:
The plan was never used, chiefly because Syria’s Arab neighbours could not be persuaded to take action and an attack from Turkey alone was thought to be unacceptable.
Acceptable in 2015, though! Good heavens, nothing changes.
Our current nightmare is nothing more than a poorly-conceived lie gathering dust in a CIA archive.
Does anyone know what Ukrainian WikiLeaks is and how reliable they are ? A very interesting report from them was published today in Fortruss, a must read. It took a couple of weeks before the hegemons responses began to filter through, they are tentative and unsure but also maniacally determined to prevail and this will be their downfall. Russia and her allies are going to deal a blow or blows so powerful that they will shatter and smash the liver scoffers and if their sponsors react then they too will get the fright of their lives. I think the hegemon is worried, yeah they’re salivating at the thought of creating an Afghanesque trap for Russia but i don’t believe that was the plan from the get go, they’re thinking and acting on the hoof now and valiantly believing that their own deluded propaganda and bluster is the truth. Thing is VVP has outsmarted them at every pivotal moment and they’re terrified that when the stakes get even higher he’ll do so again and again. I believe Putins Russia at a certain point will act so quickly and so decisively that it will become apparent to the hegemons populations just what the craic is in reality.

These war reports seem like deja vu all over again, as noted by a commenter referring to 1957.
But to me when I view these videos I feel like I’m before some Medieval stage morphed into a computer screen where Virtue defeats Vice and Good trounces the Devil.
Particularly in war our thinking becomes simplistic and our emotions solipsistic. Symptoms are treated like causes.
For those few who suggest causes it’s like a voice crying in the wilderness.
For example, the breakdown of the family by bad-culturism is treated like a cause of the war of cultures.
But what kind of family is meant? The human family or the atomistic nuclear family of father and mother and their electron kids?
To generalize, the more open our minds and broad our perception, other things being equal, the more fact based is our thinking. Putin has these qualities and serves as a role model for those cheering for the good guys; while the ones with the black hats demonize him as Satan.
Language and meta-story is the way to change a culture. Again Putin will serve as a way-shower with the liars of the West as lemming leaders.
If I want mystery, romance and violence I can go see our cultural icons, the movies. If I want facts on the ground I can watch your war reports. Keep them coming; they help me tune my mind to causes.
Back to the family. Domestic violence in nuclear families is a major source of violence; not just the physical injuries of spouses and children but sexual abuse and suppression of their spirits. Violence is largely nurtured in nuclear and mafia-like families.
Violence kills biolence. Violence has a thousand disguises and an invisibility cloak. War is but one of its manifestations, so obvious that it can hardly be missed which is not true of its causes which are not just missed but dismissed.
My point is that unless we cast light on cockroach causes we remain thralled with mystery plays like serf and vassal children who cannot read much less connect logical dots.
Putin calls for dialogue which implies two parties. We need a multilogue of all voices who wish to participate as long as we are not violent but biolent.
I like this vineyard for various reasons, not the least of which is the multilogue that is encouraged here under the watchful eye of the Saker and his moderating gatekeepers.

October 30, 2015 “Information Clearing House” – “Counterpunch” – Why is John Kerry so eager to convene an emergency summit on Syria now when the war has been dragging on for four and a half years?
Is he worried that Russia’s air campaign is wiping out too many US-backed jihadis and sabotaging Washington’s plan to topple Syrian President Bashar al Assad?
You bet, he is. No one who’s been following events in Syria for the last three weeks should have any doubt about what’s really going on. Russia has been methodically wiping out Washington’s mercenaries on the ground while recapturing large swathes of land that had been lost to the terrorists. That, in turn, has strengthened Assad’s position in Damascus and left the administration’s policy in tatters. And that’s why Kerry wants another meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov pronto even though the two diplomats met less than a week ago. The Secretary of State is hoping to cobble together some kind of makeshift deal that will stop the killing and salvage what’s left of Uncle Sam’s threadbare Syrian project.

I liked that article,I hope its accurate and works out that way.I especially agree with his ending analysis:
“Unfortunately, the problem Obama is going to encounter is that Putin can’t simply turn off the war machine with the flip of a switch. It took Moscow a long time to decide to intervene in Syria, just like it took a long time to marshal the forces that would be deployed, build the coalition and draft the battleplan. The Russians don’t take war lightly, so now that they’ve put the ball into motion they’re not going to stop until the job is done and the bulk of the terrorists have been exterminated. That means there’s not going to be a ceasefire in the immediate future. Putin needs to demonstrate that once Moscow commits its forces, it will persevere until it achieves victory. That victory could come in the form of “liberating Aleppo” and a subsequent sealing off of the Turkish-Syria border or he might have some other goal in mind. But it’s a matter of credibility as much as anything. If Putin pulls back, hesitates or shows even the slightest lack of resolve, Washington will see it as a sign of weakness and try to exploit it. So Putin has no choice but to see this thing through to the bitter end. At the very least, he needs to prove to Washington that when Russia gets involved, Russia wins.
And while they negotiate walking in the front door they are jimmying the lock on the back door at the same time. Always remember that when entering talks with the West. They deal in bad faith unless made to comply which is what Russia is doing. Tightening the grip around their necks in the ME and in Ukraine I might add as it is imploding as is the EU just as we predicted. Had Russia marched in Donbass all of EU would have become barricade against Russia. Now Russia is slowly peeling off member states one by one to return to Russian orbit and establishing “normal” relations…well not normal really-the Eurasian project is gaining momentum slow and steady like a tide. Moldova just elected anti NATO government gas deal with Georgia…arms deal with Serbia-the near abroad is slowly returning home to Mother Russia.

It appears even some on our own side haven’t understood Putin’s UN speech fully.I just saw a quote from a EU official that was reported on by RT without them even bringing up the “obvious” stupidity of it.She stated that all the “relevant” parties involved in discussing how to settle the Syrian War were now assembled at Vienna,Russia,Saudi Arabia, the US,Turkey, and now Iran. The most important party of all was totally left out,”Syria” itself. That would be as if in discussing what to do about “Russia” or “the US”,those countries wouldn’t be at the meeting. The hubris on all sides there, you could cut with a knife.
Probably just more of a slap for going to withdraw. That actually should sped that withdrawal I figure.Trudeau can say “See,I knew no good would come of Harper’s getting Canada involved over there”.
Yes this will turn off people and demand they come home. We have had a blackout on operations over there by the former government. Can’t talk about operational details pat answer. Why we would have oiperational details on a training mission for the legitimate government I do not know.

“Both Turkey and Saudi Arabia are in a grave danger now. It could even be said that both are in a danger of decomposition in the nearest future, in the Syrian-Iraqi style, though time will only tell how much stamina they have. At the same time, their main regional adversary – Iran is in a geopolitical growth and may rise as the main regional power, as the result of the wars in Syria, Iraq and Yemen which are all are proxy wars of Turkey, Saudi and other minor Sunni Muslim courtiers against the Shia Iran.
The Iranian nuclear deal of Vienna will show its results in the near future, so it remains to be seen if Persia will cooperate with the US on the expense of Turkey and Saudi Arabia, but also on the expense of their own ties with their ally Bashar Assad, as French Middle East expert Thierry Meyssan suggests.
So, what is the connection with the Balkans? All three of these sides have supported the Bosnian Muslims during the 1990-ies wars in Bosnia-Herzegovina and all were sending arms, money and fighters to Alija Izetbegović in the name of the Muslim cause. It seems, however, that Iranians have regretted, as the Bosnian Sunni Muslim leadership gave much more influence to Turkey and Saudi Arabia after the war.
Furthermore, the Muslim leadership of Bosnia and Herzegovina, now headed by Bakir Izetbegović (Alija’s son) made some directly anti-Iranian moves. They have voted for a UN resolution that was condemning Syria (Iran’s greatest friend in the Middle East), which was logically seen as a treason in the eyes of Teheran. Regardless of the obvious rise of their regional influence, Iran can hardly take the leading role among the Balkan Muslims, for a simple fact that most of them are Sunnis and Turkophiles.
Yet the shift of power in the Middle East will in one way or another influence the relations in more remote regions with Muslim populations such as the Balkan Peninsula. The danger is ever more serious if Turkey gets more frustrated and desperate and tries to gain some success in the Balkans to compensate for defeats in the Middle East. This goes for Saudi Arabia too. ”
Guess this what made Putin speed up deployment of RuAF.. So Osama was going to a Libya again! The US president has reportedly authorized the Air Force to protect Syrian rebels trained by Washington to fight against Islamic State by bombing any force attacking them, including Syrian regular troops.
“We won’t get into the specifics of our rules of engagement, but have said all along that we would take the steps necessary to ensure that these forces could successfully carry out their mission,” said White House National Security Council spokesman Alistair Baskey, stressing that so far only US-trained forces have being provided with a wide range of support, including “defensive fires support to protect them.”

I feel sure that the USA already has many more than that on the ground in Syria from alphabet agencies etc. in addition to ‘local assets’.
Whether this is just cover for those already there or whether far more are coming we will find out in the days and weeks ahead. It could be that they will act as a shield against Russian air attacks or as part of the plan to escalate towards Iran.
Yes, they must have various of those types there already. What they are really up to, one can only wait and see. The mangy beast feels cornered and may do crazy things.
Russia needs to take that airport to deny ISIS supplies and use it to expand operations in Kweiris
The amount of arms in ISIS possession is staggering-it looks to me like they wanted to use Syria to stage further attacks once they took over. All those munitions were not for Syria alone and so well dug in. No, they were heading for Iran next minimum. Which is common knowledge but so close to getting there with all those supplies.

Canadian fighter planes have now been connected to a second airstrike in Iraq that has been reviewed by the Pentagon for possible civilian casualties, CBC’s the fifth estate has learned.
Didn’t take long. I guess a regime change operation is now underway in Canada.
Why we would have oiperational details on a training mission for the legitimate government I do not know.

extract ” In both Central Asian capitals, they talked about regional security and the situation in Afghanistan, and, of course, lavished praise on Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, provide invaluable assistance in the fight against international extremism.
Washington is trying to solve two problems at once: to expand the coalition and at the same time to prevent the close integration of the countries of Central Asia and Russia.

rest of article is well worth reading
Guess this what made Putin speed up deployment of RuAF.. So Osama was going to a Libya again! First arm, train and fund terrorists into attacking a sovereign country, then attack the country defending itself.. Talk about blatant disregard for anything decent. We twist off a few hands but when necessary we pull off a few heads seems to the new American motto.. Bunch of gangsters who by any means extort from the entire global population. What is the difference between the romans? We even have the gladiator games.. Although only the privileged can witness the drone games at the moment.. But just wait.. like cops, you too can sit in front the tele every night and watch people in far off places get blown up into little bits..
Obama authorizes airstrikes ‘to defend’ US-trained rebels
The US president has reportedly authorized the Air Force to protect Syrian rebels trained by Washington to fight against Islamic State by bombing any force attacking them, including Syrian regular troops.
“We won’t get into the specifics of our rules of engagement, but have said all along that we would take the steps necessary to ensure that these forces could successfully carry out their mission,” said White House National Security Council spokesman Alistair Baskey, stressing that so far only US-trained forces have being provided with a wide range of support, including “defensive fires support to protect them.”

The Hegemon’s British vassal broadcasting bloviator is still at the full out lying and distortion game:

The oft quoted Syrian Observatory for Human Rights is run out of a two-bedroom terraced home in Coventry, UK by one person -Rami Abdulrahman (born Osama Suleiman).
There are 3 sentences mentioning SOHC in the BBC article, just in case you forget while reading it.
Count the lies, absences and distortions in that article.
I think what’s needed is a dedicated web site like Fraudbusters that would take articles like this and dissect them with truth. Obviously it would be a subset of all the highest readership villification out there but the more egregious lies, particularly those with phrases repeated ad nauseam, need exposing.
