Эксперт: Разногласия России и НАТО из-за Украины сорвали проект по антитеррору (Expert: Disagreements between Russia and NATO for Ukraine disrupted the project on anti-terrorism)
“In the result of the partial termination of cooperation between Russia and the North Atlantic Alliance because of the situation in Ukraine was suspended the project in the sphere of anti-terror designed to ensure the safety of places of a mass congestion of people, said former Deputy assistant NATO Secretary General for strategic communications Michael Stopford.
“Science for peace and security” became the largest civil programme, NATO established to work on new challenges in the field of security. This cyber-security, nuclear issues and mainly terrorism. The most important project in the framework of this programme, for which I was responsible, was called STANDEX, it was the development of means of remote detection of explosives and suicide bombers,” said Stopford, reports RIA “Novosti”.
According to him, for the detection of explosives in a crowded places in real-time, it was proposed to apply the latest technologies. The system could protect from terrorists subway station and a sports arena, vulnerable to terrorist attacks. The political mechanism of the Council Russia-NATO combining the best researchers from Poland, Germany, Italy and Russia, said the ex-official.
“The project was successfully tested a year ago in the Paris metro, the following tests were planned in St. Petersburg. Then it was supposed to go to the second stage – from detection to prevention. Now this project is frozen, like the rest of the cooperation between Russia and NATO. The result of this decision sad,” said Stopford…”
The zionazis rely upon the use of terror in their wars. It’s their staple. Breaking the connections between Russia and NATO (in this instance, European) in the realm of terrorist prevention works to zionazi interests.
It also means the zionazis will probably be using terror once again in Europe (and will blame it on Russia, like they did the USSR with their gladio and other covert terror ops).
Recent events show the transition NATO strategists, managers junta, a new tactic of warfare.
The main immediate goal is the creation of the boiler with the environment militias from all sides of the troops of the junta.
Card guards with their nearest plans: (see map at site)
For its implementation the junta tasks:
– coverage DND and LNR junta troops from all directions, primarily on the East side,
– seizure and blocking of the state border of the Russian Federation with the purpose to cut the possible flow of weapons, ammunition, volunteers, humanitarian aid,
– cessation of the flow of refugees from surrounded by settlements to create panic, the huge number of victims and through the unbearable conditions of existence of the population coercion militias to surrender.
After creating completely surrounded boiler destruction, local goals in the form of systematic environment for one city in minimally. Execution of large-caliber artillery, combat aircraft residential areas, hospitals, communications and life support systems (light, water, gas, communications, transportation products, etc .). After the destruction of the armed militia, cleaning of cities of the special task forcescreated from violent sadists and criminals. The suppression of the will of resistance of the inhabitants of the occupied cities of mass executions and repression.
Performed by the example of Mariupol. Partially implemented in Slavyansk, Kramatorsk.

The latest trend from NATO advisers, leading the planning, organization and conduct of hostilities with the people of Donbas and Lugansk region is the denial of direct confrontations with militia and the transition to the use of long-range artillery. Thus the junta wants to avoid losses of its personnel to remote war, as always liked to do NATO and the Anglo-Saxons.
In addition equipped with artillery positions on mount Karachun, the goal of capturing the dominant height Saur – Grave and other strategic heights. The battle for Saur – Grave
Heavy artillery junta:
Msta With…Tulip S…Hyacinth S”
For videos and photos, see site. The “NATO tactics” are Israeli-American tactics where the cowardly arsefucks concentrate on terrorising civilians and avoid combat with those who can actually shoot back.
Churkin also commented on insulting remarks made by Ukraine’s acting foreign minister with regard to the Russian president. “As to Mr. [Andriy] Deshchytsia – he does not exist for us anymore. Anyway, his only function was to translate American instructions into Ukrainian. So it’s not much of a loss…” Churkin said.
Ban-Ki Moon – outed – the man is an utter disgrace (and should be fired) and the Lithuanians! Maybe there is some truth about Lithuanian snipers being on the plane…..
The situation in Iraq is a godsend for Russia and the Ukraine situation. The junta will still continue with its attempts to provoke Russia but their overseers were blindsided by ISIS and now face essentially a two-front war.
Ukraine, compared to Iraq, is a war of choice whereas Iraq is an anchor tied around both the Democratic and Republican parties’ necks. It cuts straight to national pride and is tethered directly to the aftermath of 9/11 and ensuing war on terror. ISIS gives the republicans the opportunity to make Iraq Obama’s fault instead of Bush’s fault and they’re going to push it relentlessly. As such Iraq is now going to suck all the oxygen out of the room for conversation, debate, messaging, planning etc in the US. There will still be the CIA/State/FBI teams working Ukraine ops but they’re now back burner as Iraq is, again, the main event for the foreseeable future. Depending on how hot Iraq goes some of the assets in Ukraine may get pulled to deal with Iraq overflow.
You have to remember that US citizens can’t walk and chew bubblegum at the same time. Effectively there’s only room for one foreign adventure at a time in their mind. Remember how Afghan got pushed out the airlock for year after year while Iraq was the front page story? That just happened again but this time with Ukraine as the “forgotten war”, and since it is a lukewarm war it will go even further to the back of the paper.
As a result Russia now has much more breathing room as the western media blitz just got completely derailed. The US media will now be completely pre-occupied with Iraq. The European media will likely still cover Ukraine since it’s their near-abroad but that works against US interests as the many junta indiscretions will continue to come to light while the big dogs of US media messaging and speech writing teams will be manufacturing consent on Iraq instead of Ukraine.
If Russia wanted it could now seriously escalate the rate and openness of arming their kin in Eastern Ukraine. The west would howl but it will get very, very limited air time in the US for as long as Iraq is front and center. Europe would cover it more but they’re not the ones driving the train for conflict with Russia anyway. As for NATO, they’ll be lucky to avoid getting sucked into Iraq if ISIS can hold the cities they’ve gained.
The average US voter will not be any mood to hear about Ukraine now, a country they’re not even sure which continent it’s on, for as long as the US is debating sending troops BACK to Iraq or opening an air offensive there.
Thank you to the most beautiful anna. She makes western and american females look like so much white trash. Long live our mother russia. Together we will end this imperial war on russia. Knowledge is power.

Petr Lvov on the Ukrainian/Russian tensions and the US orchestrated provocations:
[…] [I]t’s also clear that the acts of vandalism carried out by several hundred Ukrainian nationalists against the Russian Embassy in Ukraine Friday night June 14 at the moment that Gazprom was holding negotiations with Ukraine’s Naftogaz, was a carefully orchestrated operation organized by a third party – namely, Washington. No wonder then that dozens of law enforcement officers stood silently witnessing an assault on the Russian Embassy. But the gamble didn’t pay off. The US pushed Kiev to go even further – to start publicly insulting Russia’s President Vladimir Putin in front of TV cameras. This act of despair was carried out by the Ukranian Foreign Minister that was quick to join the crowd of vandals assaulting Russia’s Embassy in Kiev, it seems that he was taking advantage of the piece of advice the US ambassador to Ukraine had given him. In turn the United States ambassador praised the actions of the Ukranian Minister of Foreign Affairs in his Twitter (an indirect confirmation that he was the one to provide Ukranian authorities with the idea of resorting to foul play), since the latter was shounting obscene phrases in front of a hooligan crowd and calling Russia’s President names. The aim of this buffoonery was quite clear — to force Moscow to lose temper and break off negotiations with Kiev, this would give the EU an opportunity to claim that the gas negotiations were derailed by Moscow for political reasons. But Americans have miscalculated yet again — the nerve of Russian diplomats, negotiators and politicians was stone solid.
The provocations don’t stop, and in fact are increasing. I am getting a bad feeling about the course of events. Dead reporters, cutting off water supplies, unilateral border demarcation with the possibility of mining sections of it, refusal to deal on gas issues, trying to sabotage south stream, embassy attacks, and probably much more beneath the surface.
I wonder if involving Iran in the Iraq affair will heat up regional conflicts there. The Kurds seem intent of walling off and cementing control of their region and letting events play out – at least overtly.
Then there is the NYT piece ‘what the world needs is a good BIG war’…
The US’s ‘Ukraine project’ is pure evil in my book, and becoming more so by the day.
What? You mean the US is acting like a schoolyard bully? Again?
I’m just the messenger, so please don’t shoot ;-)
However, the author’s interpretation of the events sounds consistent with the imperial US history. If the US, as run by its vanguard and presented to the rest of the world, were a person, a psychologist would probably diagnose a severe form of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. This includes all the projections on mother Russia, accusing her of all the things the Empire does and bully others into submission to parrot the same line (after all threats of economic terror in the form of sanctions works wonders for finding an almost voluntary consensus). Or take all the compulsive lying and plotting to its own end, reducing partners to useful idiots to be discarded after usage.
In the end, you’ll get what you have fought for. A schoolyard bully may feel all powerful, but simultaneously, he/she/it is probably the most paranoid and loneliest person in his/her/its neighbourhood.
Finnian Cunningham on “the Empire’s man” Yats’ notion of Untermenschen:
Yatsenyuk’s statement was made in English, but the reference to «sub-human» has an unmistakable Nazi connotation, harking back to the Third Reich’s description of «Untermenschen» for populations whom that erstwhile regime targeted for extermination. Foremost among the victims of historic Nazi genocide were the Slavic people of Russia, Ukraine and other Eastern European countries, as well as Jews and Romany.
It seems significant that Yatsenyuk’s abhorrent rhetoric was published on the website of the Ukrainian embassy in the United States. It is just the latest in a long list of provocations emanating from the Kiev regime that appear to be directed under Washington’s tutelage to maximize aggression towards Russia.
Worthless drivel it may be, but published by the NYT (and yeah they publish lots of crap and propaganda but they represent an important public voice/opinion maker). I’m not aware that obsolete ideas disappear from use for being so either.
(Reuters) – Russia said on Monday that more than 100,000 people have fled across its border to escape violence in eastern Ukraine and signalled that it has been delivering humanitarian assistance to the region without Kiev’s consent.
As U.N. Security Council members mull a draft resolution to approve cross-border aid access in Syria without government consent – where the U.N. says 9.3 million people need help – Russian Ambassador Vitaly Churkin said Moscow had found “ways and means” to get humanitarian help into neighboring Ukraine.
“There are people who come across the border, get Russian humanitarian assistance and bring it back to their families,” he said after U.N. aid chief Valerie Amos briefed the Security Council behind closed doors on Ukraine at the request of Russia.
He said Russia attempted to work with Ukrainian authorities in delivering aid but they rejected the proposal “so we found ways and means in order to deliver humanitarian assistance to people in need.”
When asked if the same measures could be replicated by the United Nations and other countries to deliver humanitarian assistance in Syria, Churkin said: “We are surprised that more is not done by people who conceivably could do it, but they keep asking questions instead of going ahead and doing it.”
The United Nations says it can only deliver aid into Syria without government approval under a Chapter 7 resolution, which would be legally binding and enforceable with military action or other coercive measures such as sanctions.
For the past two weeks veto-wielding council members – the United States, Britain, France, China and Russia – have been holding discussions on a draft text to allow cross-border aid deliveries in Syria without government consent. The resolution has been drafted by Australia, Luxembourg and Jordan.
But Russia has said it is opposed to the delivery of aid in Syria without the consent of Damascus and that it is against a Chapter 7 resolution. Russia, supported by China, has previously vetoed four resolutions threatening any action against its ally, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
“It’s tough. It’s moving forward, but very slowly,” French U.N. Ambassador Gerard Araud said on Monday about the negotiations.
The Security Council achieved rare unity in unanimously approving a resolution in February that demanded rapid, safe and unhindered aid access in Syria, where a three-year civil war has killed more than 150,000 people.
But that resolution – which was binding but not enforceable – has failed to make a difference, U.N. officials said.
Russia has put forward its own draft resolution on Ukraine that calls for an end to violence, implementation of a road map to peace and greater humanitarian aid access.
Western council members say they will consider Russia’s draft resolution but do not believe there is a humanitarian crisis that requires Security Council action.
Ukraine and its Western allies accuse Moscow of fuelling a pro-Russian uprising that threatens to break up the former Soviet republic of 46 million people. Russia denies orchestrating the unrest and says Ukraine’s attempts to end it by military force are making the situation worse.

The latest trend from NATO advisers, leading the planning, organization and conduct of hostilities with the people of Donbas and Lugansk region is the denial of direct confrontations with militia and the transition to the use of long-range artillery. Let me correct this:
“It said Novorussian Freedom Army fighters had fired mortar bombs on forces loyal to Poroshenko during the night near the city of Voroshilovgrad“

Dear The Saker,
Very sad news – the Russian journalist has died :(
http://rt.com/news/166496-journalist-dies-ukraine-shooting/
How many times has Russia gone on and on about protecting journalists :(.

Petr Lvov on the Ukrainian/Russian tensions and the US orchestrated provocations:
[…]
[I]t’s also clear that the acts of vandalism carried out by several hundred Ukrainian nationalists against the Russian Embassy in Ukraine Friday night June 14 at the moment that Gazprom was holding negotiations with Ukraine’s Naftogaz, was a carefully orchestrated operation organized by a third party – namely, Washington.
Russia Faces New Gas Challenges – NEO

Bakunin,
What? You mean the US is acting like a schoolyard bully? Again?
The better question, of course, is whether we even are capable of acting like sane, healthy, intelligent adults.
The evidence so far strongly suggests our peak behavior might be that of a (highly-spoiled and thoroughly obnoxious) five-year-old.
“pessimist”,
What is the name of the NYT article and who is the author?

“pessimist”,
Thanks. Just went through it. Worthless America-centric drivel. Works only for the USA, as it historically gets fat when other people are suffering.
Strategic nukes make this thinking obsolete, of course.

Crossvader,
Worthless drivel it may be, but published by the NYT (and yeah they publish lots of crap and propaganda but they represent an important public voice/opinion maker).
