The following is a translation of breaking news notes from a speech delivered by Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah hours ago marking one week after the assassination of former Iranian General Qasim Soleimani and former Deputy Head of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.

Transcript:
Hezbollah’s Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah:
– Martyr Qasim Soleimani was a major partner (of ours) in liberation of Lebanon in year 2000, it is my obligation to reveal this after his martyrdom
– When Israeli war against Lebanon began in year 2006, martyr Qasim Soleimani came to us and remained with us in operations room till end of war
– Iran facilitated to large degree via martyr Qasim Soleimani the return of displaced (Lebanese) after end of Israeli war against Lebanon in 2006
– The Islamic Republic of Iran has huge role in current power of Lebanese Resistance, which Israel views as an existential threat
– Martyr Soleimani never asked anything from the Lebanese Resistance for Iran’s interests throughout all these years
– One of the most dangerous threats that Iraq experienced was Daesh, & so Soleimani came to help Iraq, & Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis was a major commander in this confrontation
– That a person or state or nation stands beside the oppressed nations of the world is the example provided by the (true) Islamic state (of Iran)
– One significant consequence of Hajj Soleimani’s martyrdom is the funeral procession in Iraq and its effects in reviving the situation in the country and confronting the (plots) being prepared for it
– The people of the region & its states must thank Iraq’s PMF, its leaders, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis & Hajj Qasim Soleimani, because they protected the region
– Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis worked till last moments of his life in PMF to confront Daesh, if Daesh had gained victory in Iraq the whole region would have been in danger
– The great funeral procession in Iran for martyrs and Hajj Qasim, especially in Tehran, was a incredible gathering that has no comparison in human history apart from funeral procession for late Imam Khomeini
– The funeral processions in Ahwaz were a message to certain Gulf regimes who seek to stir up plots (in Iran) via the Ahwaz region
– The huge funeral processions for Hajj Qasim Soleimani terrified Trump and his administration
– Every single suicide bomb operation carried out by Daesh against our people (in the region) and in every mosque and church, must be labelled with ‘Made in America’
– America is the number one threat and Israel is merely a US tool and military outpost planted in our region
– The response to America’s crime (in killing Soleimani & Muhandis) is not one operation, but rather a long track which must lead to US forces leaving the region
– What happened in Ain Al-Assad is only a slap & not the (entire) revenge for the assassination. It is a strong military beginning. It is the first step that will lead to the withdrawal of US from the region
– The main target (of Iran’s missile attack) was Ain al-Assad, the missiles reached the heart of the base and struck their targets
– When (certain) media began to say there were no deaths or injuries & downplayed the attack, we knew Trump will not go to war
– The decision to respond (to America) reflects unparalleled courage & audacity on part of Iran
– The (Iranian missile) attack was a message for Israel also, that they take Iranian threats seriously… let the idiotic Netanyahu know the wrong position he put his entity in
– The Iranian missile strikes landed in the Ain al-Assad (base) in Iraq, yet the mourning gatherings began in the Zionist entity
– The strike on Ain al-Assad shattered America’s prestige
– Sayyed Nasrallah to Trump: You big hypocrite, you are asking Iran for cooperation to fight ISIS? You don’t want to fight ISIS, you killed the main two leaders who were fighting it!
– Trump is the most US president who makes up lies, they are all liars, but he is the worst. Haj Qasim Soleimani was never planning to attack US embassies! Trump just wanted to make up an excuse for his crime
– Trump’s resorting to sanctions without a (military) response to the Iranian targeting of Ain al-Assad is due to Iran’s power
– Sayyed Nasrallah to Massoud Barzani: You should show gratitude for Haj Qasim, when the whole world refused to help you, Hajj Qasim came to help you along with his companions (among whom were members of Hezbollah) while you where shivering from fear
– Trump put the Iraqis before two choices, either he leaves and takes their wealth, or stays and takes their oil
– If the Americans do not leave Iraq, the Iraqi nation is the one that will decide how to deal with the occupation forces
– The resistance must now begin its work, and on the other hand, the Americans must withdraw their soldiers & warships & leave the region
– As I said (days ago), the Americans came (to the region) vertically, but they must know that they will leave it horizontally (if they do not withdraw)
– Time will reveal that after Qasim Soleimani there will be no place for these arrogant and tyrannical (powers)
As usual, a frank assessment of events in the region, but from the perespective of one of the region’s most influential and promenient players.
He touched all the base points:
The martyrdom of Major General Qassem Solemanei’s and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandi of the PMU revived the Resistance and well not be in vain
The millions that turned out to mourn sent an unmistakable message of strength and unity to Iran’s enemies
The IRGC’s missile attack on 2 US bases in Iraq was brave, defiant – remember how Trump vowed to target 52 sites if Iran responded – and historical, and the slap it delivered to the face of Trump/US reverberated across the region and around the world – regardless of what the MSM is saying.
The IRGC’s missile attack against US assets in Iraq also served to demonstrate Iran’s impressive capability and technological know-how – sending a clear message to the US, its Gulf lackeys and the blood-soaked Zionist entity.
US military brass betrayed their fear of Iran’s capabilties by the freaked-out look on their faces, in wake of the IRGC’s precision missile strike on 2 US bases.
Iraq has a duty to regain its dignity by expelling the US from its soil.
The weeks and months ahead will be critical
If the US fails the leave the region vertically, they will do so horizontally.
Selah
So much has been said about Soleimani. My question is, why is no one talking about his great efforts and contribution in helping the US murder tens of thousands of Afghans? Why does Iran not support a truly Sunni nation? They want to be seen as the leaders of the Muslims against our oppressors. Yet they facilitate the murder of other Muslims (Taliban and Saddam’s forces) By the US. Iran deserves everything the US is doing to them and I feel no pity towards Iran for all the hardship it is going through.
And don’t tell me they couldn’t help Saddam because he gassed thousands of their people. Saddam did wrong, but Iran is also greatly to blame. Saddam invaded Iran because Iran was trying to instigate a revolution in Iraq to overthrow Saddam. Throughout history, Shiites tend to be less patient with any government that is not their own, and they are very prone to violent revolution. Since the Islamic revolution, they have tried to precipitate similar revolutions in a number of countries to overthrow Sunni Muslim rulers regardless of the chaos, suffering and death that may befall the local Sunni population. The Sunni rulers like those in the G.C.C are evil, but so is Iran. Only that Iran is a more sophisticated player and its contribution to the slaying of thousands of Sunni Muslims is less obvious than that of its clueless Arab rivals.
Soleimani’s actions against the Taliban started long before the US invasion. He had been supporting Shiite militias in Afghanistan to fight the Taliban. It was during one of those battles that the Taliban captured and killed several Iranians who claim to be diplomats, though Taliban accused them of smuggling weapons to the opposition. Iran amassed hundreds of thousands of troops along the border with Afghanistan for an invasion. They decided to change their mind when they realized things might not work out as planned.
Many people say Iran has never invaded any nation for over 200 years. I dispute this claim. Iran does invade countries through Shiites. The fact that the have fought a hot and cold war with Saddam and Taliban (their neighbors) says a lot about a country which is only moderately strong compared to others.
I have posted before on this forum that what Iran wants is the Hejaz (the area west of Saudi Arabia which contains Mecca and Medina). The saker community’s moderators refused to post that comment, and I am hopping they will let this one through and also inform me why my previous comment never showed up.
By taking over the Hejaz, they will control the two holiest sites of Islam. This will allow them to spread Shiism and take over leadership of the Muslim world. But America stands in the way. Should America leave the Middle East today, it won’t be long before Iran instigates a revolt or warn (probably through Yemen) that will spread death and destruction in Saudi Arabia. Sunni Muslims will bear the brunt of that war, but Iran will be quick to cross over and secure the Hejaz.
For those who question my viewpoint, I have a question for you. If Iran’s true goal in the region is only to kick the Americans out, why did they have to support America’s wars in Afghanistan and Iraq? Truly Saddam and the Taliban are America’s foes. Why not set aside their differences and grievances with their neighbors and work together to expel the Americans? Because even with America gone, Sunni Islam is still a problem for Iran. Iran does not allow the Sunnis to build a mosque in Tehran, but America does allow a Mosque in Washington D.C for both Shiite and Sunni. So does Russia and China. So who do you thing hate the Sunnis more? Is it because they conceal this murderous hatred? Observe Iran’s actions carefully and you will see through this thing veil of brotherhood they use to deceive other Sunni Muslims and the world. They commit a lot of atrocities against even moderate Sunnis in Iran, including ransacking their prayer houses.
I used to support Iran and even pray for them, until I did some thorough research on their actions after 1979. I ask every Sunni Muslim to do the same and I am sure they will arrive at the same conclusion. Whether America wins or Iran wins is still bad for the Sunnis. Frankly, I think Iran is worse. Why? Because they will try to infiltrate and distort the Sunni faith far far beyond anything America and Israel have done.
I hope the saker allows this post through. It will enlighten a lot of people who may want to do their own research.
Yes, back in the day when Iraq was ‘fighting’ Iran, and USA was providing tools of death to both sides, the ‘martyr’ was great pals’ with the CIA-Mossad, funny just like bin-laden, remember what they say “Once CIA, Always CIA”, its not like they forget that you were on the meter, once an asset, always an asset.
The problem here is that everything is J-Hollywood script good-guys/bad-guys, and the “martyr”, long ago played into the Mossad plan of “Total Genocide” for the region, aka “Greater Israel”.
Modern Iran is not much different that USA, both are targetted for Genocide, and both are played by NEO-CON, and NEO-LIB, the protest’s in Iran are largely NEO-LIB finance by people like Soros, ties back to Ukraine
Much of the Movie we’re watching in Iran-Iraq right now was scripted 50 years ago. All the players were carefully ‘created’ and ‘celebrity’s’ long in the making. Even in the Muslim world Soleimani was called the “Celebrity General”, who made him? Israel MSM, made him bigger than life.
Just like the USA, Iran will largely see a civil-war to accomplish much of the desired genocide.
Under the “Shah” USA/Israel filled Iran with its own team for decades, just like they did in Iraq.
I really think the people who died on the “Ukraine Plane” were being air-lifted out in an emergency, as there is no other explanation why they flew through a declared war-zone, somebody wanted that plane hit, wanted those people silenced. Given they were returning to Ukraine, they were probably the same people who had made cookies for Nuland & Hillary.
you say:
Yet they (iran) facilitate the murder of other Muslims (Taliban and Saddam’s forces) By the US
Saddam did wrong, but Iran is also greatly to blame
according to you: 1. saddam was a muslim
2. saddam did wrong
Implies: saddam was a muslim who did wrong.
Then why do you expect Iran to save him?
you say:
why is no one talking about his great efforts and contribution in helping the US murder tens of thousands of Afghans? Why does Iran not support a truly Sunni nation?
according to you: Taliban is muslim
it’s a common knowledge that: Taliban was created and funded by USA, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan to serve their aim of driving out the Soviets (who had invaded because they feared the then fresh Iranian Islamic revolution would happen in Afghanistan).
Then why do you expect Iran to cooperate with the Taliban
Frankly, I think Iran is worse
Then:
Who created, funded and installed saddam and taliban?
USA or Iran?
Who supported the Phalange who killed 460 – 3,500 muslim civilians in Sabra and Shatila massacre?
Israel/USA or Iran?
Who created chaos in Libya and overthrew Gaddafi? By whose actions did 2,500 – 25,000 civilians got killed in the Libyan civil war?
USA/NATO (which also includes Turkey which is majority sunni) or Iran.
Whose actions led to the death of 100,000 – 200,000 civilians in the 1st gulf war?
USA or Iran
183,535 – 206,107 iraqis killed during invasion and occupation of Iraq.
Who invaded and occupied Iraq, USA/NATO or Iran?
over 111,000 afghans killed during the invasion and occupation of Afghanistan.
Who invaded and occupied Afghanistan, USA/NATO or Iran?
about 400,000 syrians killed in syrian civil war.
Who started it? NATO/USA/Israel or Iran?
who killed 10,000 killed in yemen civil war?
Saudi coalition or Iran?
Who created, funded and armed ISIS, al-Qaeda, al-shabaab, boko haram (and God knows how many of these fake groups)?
NATO/USA/Saudi Arabia or Iran?
who killed more sunni muslims?
USA/NATO or Iran?
whose infiltration is bad? Iran’s shia sect which is fighting against USA/NATO occupation or the takfiri fanatics funded by the anglozionist allies, the sauds?
who supports the Palestine (which consists of majority sunnis) cause with money, military and martyrs more?
Sunni states or Iran?
I used to support Iran and even pray for them, until I did some thorough research on their actions after 1979. I ask every Sunni Muslim to do the same and I am sure they will arrive at the same conclusion.
While researching Iran you probably forgot to research about USA and NATO.
I advice you to total the number of deaths I presented above since they are mostly sunni and gasp at the number if you have even an iota of shame left in you.
Great post Parabellum…….No denying what you wrote. It’s unfortunate a lot of Sunni’s display willful ignorance and bigotry on Iran, but they are happy to be neo-colonized and subjugated under the IMF and Zionist yoke. On that they got no qualms, because each and every Sunni country has no legs to stand on. They are all compromised and firmly under Western control.
Another key point was the accidental downing of the Ukranian aircraft :
Iran admitted it was an error, apologized and takes full responsibility. This is unprecedented and is commendable under the circumstances – though some will try to weaponize the tragic incident and try to use it against Iran.

Former CIA high-ranking official accidentally reveals the type of the false flag operation that the US imperialists will orchestrate to start a war with Iran

Plain aND simply said…They speak the truth! Thanks for breaking it down
Very much appreciated.
” America is the number one threat and Israel is merely a US tool and military outpost planted in our region”
If you add that there is no Jewish lobby in the U.S., you have the essence of Chomsky’s political line.
I dont think they need a lobby, if the Fed chair is not jewish he is certainly heavily influenced by them, the Treasury secretary is jewish. In the past these institutions have been filled by Jewish people that have continued a systematic formula created by the formation of the Federal Reserve and upheld by law makers. By not having a lobby they never have to respond to citizen complaints, if citizens did have a justification to complain.
Israel doesn’t have a US lobby?? What???
It’s called AIPAC, and most Americans are aware of its influence in the US Congress and among major donors.
Also, it is widely denounced…..
its also the only lobby presdiential candidates go and beg before.
Yes, the airliner.
Steep learning curve for Iran; no more civilian air traffic during military operations. (Btw, that pilot made a very bad call not delaying take off under the circumstances.)
But how, as a practical matter, will the airliner mishap change the conflict dynamic. This remains to be seen.
Nasrallah, full of calm, like an eerie reserve, briefs all the historic truths of Soleimani’s work in behalf of Lebanon, Hezbollah, Iraq and all the resistance forces.
Everyone must know that Nasrallah is on the US target list. With the US staying in Iraq and Syria, they must try to destroy Hezbollah. And clearly, their approach strategically in the war against the Axis of Resistance is de-capitation.
Reaper Drones will be search for Nasrallah day and night.
The Israelis killed the predecessor of Nasrallah, Abbas al-Musawi. Fat lot of good that did to them.
By assassinating people, they are demonstrating their impotence. These individuals have little strategic value. In fact, they may be more useful as martyrs.
Not much would have been made of Hussein (the grandchild of the Prophet) had he not been attacked and killed by forces 50 times greater.
“yet the mourning gatherings took place in the Zionist entity” well now, anyone want to translate that into foggy war talk. Looks like no one of real human importance was hurt or …………………..killed in the Iranian strike.
Atzmon: Clauswitz, Trump and Soleimani
American politics is a continuation of Israel’s wars by different means
By Gilad Atzmon – January 9, 2020
Numerous academic studies have established that American foreign policy is dominated by the Israel
Lobby. The devastating truth is that America has been fighting Israel’s wars for decades. Until now this
has entailed fighting inferior military forces. But a battle with Iran may prove far more complicated.

After reading this astounding article one must really ask some serious questions about what exactly is taking place behind closed doors? That Soleimani could have been a freemason due to that red ring which apparently many top elites wear is troubling news. just this one paragraph alone is mind bending and the pics wow?
Add to the intrigue and mystery is the discovery by eagle-eyed netizens like Mimi B that American celebrities (Oprah Winfrey, Tom Hanks) and political elites (Hillary Clinton, Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee, John Podesta), as well as the current president of Iran, Hassan Rouhani, have also been seen wearing rings with a large oval red stone similar to Soleimani’s.
According to the jewelry website La Blingz, Soleimani’s ring is a Free Masons ring — the Sterling Silver Masonic Masonic Red Onyx Statement Ring, now marked down from $150 to $69.99.

Maybe its time to start asking how deep do the lies go?
