Besides being guilty of the murder of two Russian journalist, Nadazhda Savchenko is also famous for torturing POWs and even civilians (though for some reason, the Russian courts are not prosecuting her for that). But who cares, they were just Russian subhumans after all, and she is still the hero of the western human rights groups and other EU and US organizations who demand her unconditional release. Typical.
This being said (and sad), having listened for her during her speeches in court, I think that in terms of personality, intellect and drive, she stands heads and shoulders above the Urkonazis politicians in Kiev. She will probably be exchanged at some point in time, to my great personal regret, as I would prefer her to remain productively employed somewhere north of Norilsk for the rest of her sentence, and she will no doubt return as hero in Ukronaziland. At which point the rest of the overcooked noodles à la Porochenko or Iatseniuk better be very careful because even of Nadazha Savchenko is a bloodthirsty and sadistic maniac – a least she is a real man!

But looking the issue better, as she seems full of hatred, you can see it in her face and in her eyes, why let that she could extend her bad wave in Russia, better all her bad milk to be brought to the Rada in Kiev. I think that one can wait with this. Chodorkowski was also not exchanged immediately, but released only after some years.
Because I see a strong similarity between the two cases, I expect a similar policy. Above have been sued not for their morally worst deads, and I think, with some intention. In above cases, one will be interested to have them after their release on the top of the Western opposition to Russia, thus, some longer time in prison is fine to be sure about this. In above cases, what really discredits them in the eyes of everybody (the murder of Petuchov as a birthday present to Chodorkowski, the torture by Savchenko) was not used in court, thus, the Western propaganda will avoid this instead of claiming this as wrong.
To place after Chodorkowski a complete sadist on the top of the anti-Russian opposition is a great chance, something one has to handle in a very careful way. To wait a few years before releasing her to the top of Western opposition seems a good idea here – it makes it harder for the West not to give her a top position in the opposition.

From a justice point of view, yes, she should do her sentence in Russia.
From practical point of view, she has the potential to be a pain in the Junta’s behind if they send her back to Kiev.
Just think about it:
1. In Ukraine, she has been elevated to saintly status. A kind of Joan of Arc.
2. While detained, they gave her a seat in the Rada, which they will have to let her occupy.
3. She is fanatically patriotic in a very reckless and unpredictable way (probably half insane, in fact), so she is unlikely to be very passive to seeing Ukraine looted by a colaborative effort between local authorities and foreign interests.
Of one thing I am certain. For Poroshenko and his buddies, she is infinitely more useful in a Russian jail than pretty much anywhere else. They especially don’t want her in the Rada.
Putin is likely to manoever things so that Kiev cannot refuse the gracious and benevolent return of an Ukrainian saint back to her homeland. Just watch.

I think it is a good idea to exchange her. And I think that this will be done. And I think the reason for not suing Savchenko for torture is the same as not suing Chodorkowski for murder. Their role is another one: To discredit the Western opposition.
The West was so stupid to use Chodorkowski as their main guy, their replacement for Putin. A person who, as every Russian known, was a mafia boss, who has received, as a birthday present, the murder of his enemy.
The same role is for Savchenko. Her job is to discredit the Western opposition, which will – given the propaganda campaign we already see – give her a major position. And everybody knows that she likes to torture prisoners.
This is, I think, a subtle point in informational warfare not to sue them for this. Because in Western propaganda, a Russian conviction would be zero, nothing at all, only evidence that the Russian judges do what Putin tells them to do. So, with a conviction, the Western propaganda would claim all the time that these accusations are Russian propaganda, false. But now? The natural reaction of the Western propaganda is to be silent about this. So, all what the Russian side has to do is to have sources with sufficient evidence for this – so, thanks, I will bookmark this link for future use – and there will be only our side which tells about this, without any open propaganda claims from the Western mass media that this information is wrong.
