It was difficult for me to follow. The idea is simple, Russia was being framed, but the proof was not clear. They have outlined their evidence (1) the Ukrainian government showed a surprising lack of interest in recovering the wreckage of MH 17. The very first step of a crash investigation is to control the crash site so that all the parts can be recovered and reconstructed as well as it can be. It was in Donetsk, so the Ukrainian government did not control the territory, so the solution was simple: Neutral parties, particularly the Malaysian government should have led the investigation. The Ukrainian government instead blocked an open investigation.
(2) The JIT obviously was more interested in stifling the obvious inconsistencies in the investigation than they were in considering what they might have missed.
(3) the voice recording used to claim a suspect was obviously edited. The man was being framed and so the party who presents the edited phone conversation – the Ukrainian government – is again suspect.
Or something like that.
If they are going to post a video as important as the MH 17 massacre, they should called out each point and they should have posted an clear transcription in whatever language they wished to target. It was very poorly translated into English. This video would not convince anyone less interested than I am that the official news was fake.
The players are above governments and above the law.
There is a long list of such crimes including major wars.

The whole JIT investigation is too vile, outrageously scandalous, abominable, and so blatantly deceitful! It is unimaginable that a civilian plane load of men, women, & children are fair game to be blasted from the air to further an evil purpose. Those involved in this MH17 massacre, and a pretentious investigation to cover-up the real perpetrators, and assign guilt arbitrarily – to scapegoat innocents with evidence that does not stand scrutiny is simply the works of very dark minds. They can only be understood as soulless creatures from the deep dark abyss!
There is form in such atrocities by very dark and unconscionable actors, who do not blink when they push the buttons to bomb homes in the dead of night, to terrorize, to maim and/or to kill in their illegal wars.
Then there was the civilian airliner that exploded and crashed in the Sinai desert not too long after Russia, from Sept 2015 upon Assad’s request, effectively helped Syria stem the ISIS scourge. The dead were mostly Russians, more than 200 of them.
There were also the bombings of civilian and makeshift hospitals, schools, and water resource areas in Syria by US and allied forces. Yes, there were other atrocities against humanity in Yemen currently, and previously in Iraq and Libya in the second decade of the 21st century.
