Welcome to the ‘Moveable Feast Cafe’. The ‘Moveable Feast’ is an open thread where readers can post wide ranging observations, articles, rants, off topic and have animate discussions of the issues of the day.
The ‘Moveable Feast Cafe’ will have two new open threads each week.
The Saker stated moderation policy will apply eg ‘no caps’, no obscenity … etc to all post.
The Cafe is now open for business … come on in and have a good time.
Saker Webmaster
To the Saker- I agree that Tillerson will probably share John Kerry’s utter derangement: being civil and diplomatic in the face of true old world diplomats and as soon as he is no longer in the presence of Lavrov, he will spit venom about the evil Russians and satanic Assad.
So when will US policy be back in the control of “the adults in the room”?
But now that Trump has been NeoCon-ized I fear that the Chickenhawks will unleash a kind of “crumbling attack” of multiple wars of aggression happening nearly simultaneously- Ukraine, Syria/Jordan/Iraq, Korea maybe even Venezuela, Bolivia and Cuba to boot.
Interesting times these are…
First you have to find adults in the room.
I don’t see any.
Actually sitting in a cafe, about to catch up with what I missed at previous cafe, and trawl back over comments on items of the last week.
It’s been a big geopolitical lurch, but I think the narrative is now settling on the “false flag” side of the Hollywood Helmets chemical charade.
Brilliant debunking on The Duran. I think most here already scan that site meticulously already.
Speaking of Duran, Lavelle and Mercouris are on Brian Becker’s Loud and Clear

On today’s episode of Loud & Clear, Brian Becker is joined by Peter Lavelle, host of RT’s flagship program CrossTalk, and Alexander Mercouris, editor-in-chief of The Duran.
Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is in Moscow today for talks with foreign minister Sergei Lavrov. The meeting comes as tensions between the US and Russia reach new heights after the Trump administration launched cruise missile attacks on Syria last week and the Trump administration shifts to more traditional neoconservative approach. So much for the supposed Trump-Russia relationship — the new cold war is back on.

Three high performing analysts for an hour.
July 7-8, G 20, Hamburg, Germany
This will be the first meeting of Trump and Putin.
What will be the state of the world by then?
North Korea?
Syria?
ISIS?
And won’t the terrorists want to hit Germany or Brussels or Paris about that time?
And what will the photo look like? Merkel, the host, there will be a new French leader, Trump, President Xi and Putin.
Trump with the vassals licking at him.
Xi and Putin most likely together, though Putin may be positioned away from this cluster. They would want to show they have China and Russia is isolated.
However, if things don’t go well in these 100 days or so until then, they probably won’t have gone well for Trump. And then he will need to have more than a picture of himself standing in the middle, leader of the whole melange. He will need some solid result of some kind.
He would want to get a missiles and nuclear forces treaty talks going, and if they want that to be something Trump can claim as his doing, he will need to prepare such a decision with the Russians long before Hamburg.
So, thinking ahead, we may have some common sense to try to mitigate the onset of the Cold War 2 we see forming.
But no one, China nor Russia will sit and bargain with the Hegemon. That is an unequal partner for any topic.
The rise of the Hegemon, resuscitated by the Syrian episode of cruise missile firings, complicates any bi-lateral talks. All the prior treaties over nuclear and WMDs came when the globe was evenly bi-polar, USA vs USSR. Now, a Hegemon roams the globe demanding to be obeyed.
Russia and China will have none of it.
Thy Will Be Done
Cry, oh, Mary, cry…
Your eyes will never dry,
Your tears are pouring to the ground
Your cry is silent, the world is blind
Your soul is screaming in a bitter pain,
Your Son is dying on the Cross in rain
“Oh God, why did You left me?”
Were His words…
Still resonating, far beyond the worlds
“Thy Will Be Done…”
And gave His soul to Him,
Without a crime, without a sin.

As someone has pointed out somewhere on the site Russia must cease and desist from using the term ‘regime’ when reffering to its ally, the Syrian Government.
Why?
The term is a Western construct deliberately used to undermine and erode legitimacy.
Therefore, effort should be made by Russia’s politicians and media – RT and Sputnik are also guilty of this – to not use the term ‘regime’ when referring to the Syrian government.
The term is a loaded one and has been weaponized by the West and the MSM to use exclusively in reference to any government or adminstration that they want to portray as illegitimate.
It carries a negative context and is used as a tool of demonization.
And invariably, these ‘regimes’ are the targets of ‘regime-change’ by the West.
Hence the:
The Iraqi Regime or the Regime of Saddam Hussein
The Gadaffi Regime in Libya
The Ayatollah Regime in Iran/Tehran
The Regime in Pyongyang
The Syrian Regime etc.
It is also used as a term of disrespect and to denigrate snd cast doubt upon the legitimacy of the administration in question.
You will find that once the US displays hostility to any government worldwide, this term is quickly applied by operatives of the administration and the MSM then follows suit.
It is definately not a term you use to refer to an ally.
Well said. Language is magic.
But maybe it wasn’t Lavrov who used the ‘regime’ word, but only the Zionist translators working for Zionist media distributing their spells via the Zionist owned internet.
@Mad as Hell. The “regime” remark. That was me. For all the reasons who have articulated.
It makes me “mad-as-he’ll” when I read RT + Sputnik and even(!) TASS and they fall into these devious linguistic/narrative controlling traps.
Like when they refer to Russia “annexing” Crimea. Really, RT?, really Sputnik?
@_smr. Based on your comment, I went back and checked. The first transcript I read I believe I linked to from Saker. I’ve gone back to check, and what that links to no long says “regime”. (Now, I could,be wrong, and have linked to the transcript from elsewhere.) But the Sakers link now only says “Syria” not regime.
The Duran link goes to the official Russian FM site, and that has Lavrov referring to the Syrian “government”…..
So you may well be correct, and what I originally saw, and what made me wince and thus post, was indeed a poor and unofficial translation.
Lavrov:
We drew attention to the official letter of the Syrian ***government*** to the UN and OPCW asking for an immediate dispatch of a group of inspectors to carry out an impartial and objective investigation at the sites of the incidents in Idlib Province and at the airfield which has been struck.

Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s remarks and answers to media questions at a joint news conference following talks with US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, Moscow, April 12, 2017
I even heard Peter Lavelle on Cross Talk once inadvertently refer to the Syrian “regime”, I think it’s just a natural reaction towards the brainwashing of a most insidious nature in the MSM, and is only simple repititio. He probably thought to himself at the time what have I just said, damn! A lot of this language is like walking across a linguistic tight-rope. Have a listen to the number of scientists who begin their sentences with “so”; it has caught on now and is considered by very many (including journalists) to be an appropriate beginning to any so called “factual” reply. Without doubt its most accurate use is for the Kiev “regime” or Kiev “junta”. Incidentally, Lavrov at the press conference also spoke of “dictators” and their “ousting” in his historical vignette from Yugoslavia to Syria, and I wonder if he said that for the benefit of Tillerson and the Anglo-American audience, because it also sounded as if he implied Assad was a dictator as well? I listened to the simultaneous translation in English maybe in Russian he used another term?
Syrian army says U.S.-led air strike on Wednesday hit IS poison gas depot, killing hundreds
The Syrian army said that an air strike late on Wednesday by the U.S.-led coalition hit poison gas supplies belonging to Islamic State, releasing a toxic substance that killed “hundreds including many civilians.”
The incident in the eastern Deir al-Zor province proved that Islamic State and al Qaeda-linked militants “possess chemical weapons”, a statement by the army flashed on Thursday by Syrian state TV said.
The report could not immediately be independently verified.

Calling Bigly BS on this ^ duplicitous US “misdirection”/ ie: lie.
This post has been up for a few days.
Reflecting on all that has happened since April 4 (the Hollywood Helmets charade) and April 7 ( Trumps treacherous 59-tomahawk tweet), I’ve had time to process, and move from the shock/ reactionary anger to a much deeper, slow seething anger.
I cannot now just let this post sit, uncontested.
I’m calling Bigly BS on the duplicitous narrative of ***good***/”friendly” terrorists.
The terrorists being referred to here ^^^ are FSA – Free Syrian Army.
They are ISUS.
Previously their “JV” (joint venture, as Obama referred to the US-ISIS “partnership” in 2014) was hidden and “plausibly denied”.
The devious relationship between the US and ISIS is what Lavrov and John Kerry /remember him? spent many months and thousands of hours “negotiating”.
The US wanted to “protect” these “JV” terrorists, and the RF wanted them dead.
Since Kerry left the scene, the Syrian Arab Republic has proceeded to sign
Reconciliation Agreements (ceasefires). Since Feb 27, 2016
136 armed formations have stopped fighting.
1,374 cities, towns and villages are peaceful because leaders have signed and abide by the Agreement.
This progress towards peace has been skilfully and patiently negotiated/brokered by the RF.
The FSA has refused to negotiate with the legitimate government of Syria.
The FSA is a proxy mercenary force sponsored by the US to achieve the partition of Syria, allowing for construction of a “US interests” pipeline from Qatar to Turkey/Mediterranean>>>Europe.
Since the intervention of the RF and instigation of the Astana peace process, the masks have been ripped away. The FSA is revealed as openly “partnering” with the US to advance the ubiquitous “US interests”.
So, please, be alert and not imbibe the sweet, sugary Kool-aid of misdirection.
As VVP says: to forgive the terrorists is up to God. To send them to him is up to me.
If, in this incident ^^^ the US inadvertently assisted in despatching some terrorists to their Judgement, ….. …. Allahu Akbar

Thierry Meyssan has finally woken up from his sweet dreams about there being a Good Guy in the White House. Well, not quite, actually. He still thinks Trump has been pushed and realigned under pressure from the Brits. Anyway, must have been a very rude awakening.
Well, I, for one, think it’s been a charade all along. Engdahl has been right from the beginning.
Meyssan had faith in Obama, and also in Trump. He still has faith in nukes, but will be disappointed once more.

Good song. When the singer started to sing, the song was completely familiar to me even if I listened to it for the first time. Then I remembered. It is the same melody at least for a couple of lines of text as in Полюшко-поле -Polyushko-polye. Many performed it. The similarity, at least to my ears, is very noticeable here for example:

Tack Kent, thank you Kent. Very good. I only want to add that our Nordic tradition of trolls may have a simple explanation. The Vikings said “thralls” when they talked about “trelar” (simplified spelling). Trelar meaning slaves. Some of them ran away and hid in the forests. They were physically strong, were assumed to have magical capabilities and riches. The women feared their offspring in the old class society. A troll musical pipe has been kept to this day in Skane in southern Sweden. It must never leave the castle. Destruction will come if it is moved.
Anonymous 9.51, enthralled by the thrall of trolls enslavement, I always wondered about the ‘troll’ word. . .What is the complicated spelling of ‘trelar, and it’s roots I wonder . . .
The Nordic languages have letters that do not exist in English and that is why I used simplified spelling. Thanks for reminding me that Englishspeakers do understand the word thrall, like the Vikings did. English is basically a sort of Norwegian, thought it has adopted many other foreign words and has many more words than other languages. You can see it in the way sentences are built. This is information from Norway and it was confirmed by British linguists.
I will try to answer you and hope what I write is readable. The word thrall was changed to the word träl (trael) over time. One träl, two trälar. To träla still means to work very hard.
The Nordic languages and English changed dramatically at about the time of the Vikings. There are several theories about it. According to one, Low German may have been a sort of Lingua Franca. According to another, we simplified our languages to communicate better. If the Vikings had a linguistic impact on the English language, that is what we should expect. A pidgin. At that time, some linguists say we were still able to communicate with the Russians more or less. Probably using ancient words. Slavic “ljuba” can still be understood as Swedish “ljuva”. B and v stand for the same. The famous British Star Trek Picard actor said he never asked his friends to play, he said shall we go “leiking”. A Scandinavian word for play. I sent a text written in Swedish by St. Bridget to a friend in America and he understood most of it.
Much is hidden from the past and some do not want us to know the truth. I have met English speakers who think common Nordic words were imported from English. This is not so.
I can go on and on about this. How did Russian Alexander Nevsky and Swedish Birger Jarl (Earl) communicate and get a peace treaty? I speak some Russian and find several words we have in common, words I do not find in other languages. English ceorl is Nordic karl.
Thank you, too. This is a very important discussion. We learn new things and are brought together.
Estonians speak a Finno-Ugric language. They understand Finnish. There is an interesting theory about the name Estonia. In Finland there are some stones called hest(häst)in Swedish. The Vikings called a horse a hors or horse, as English speakers do. Now we say häst. Estonia is the land of stones (hestar, hästar). English speakers also see the similarity. The hest I saw was a big stone at an old religious site, where young women visited a nearby labyrinth. The h is often dropped in some dialects, so perhaps the theory is correct. Much is hidden in old words and names.
There was a Samland, togetherland, in Estonia in the past. It is less wellknown there also was a Samland in southern Sweden in a part now called Småland, the small lands. I am certain Slavs and Balts lived there. They most probably also lived in Svealand, which was a new settlement not far from Stockholm. There you find Roslagen (the law of the Ros, the team of the Ros). They may have come to Kiev speaking a language that was easily understood. This theory is not backed up yet, but I hope it will be. It is somewhat supported by the fact that Orthodoxy was strong in the area until the 13th century.
Prussia. The place was multicultural until the Germanic knights arrived. Bad things happened. The Prussians mostly survived, but others did not. They were Slavic, as were the inhabitants on German Rugen, which the Vikings were in contact with. Their god was called Svantevit (white Svante) and Svante is a male name in the North. Our researchers avoided this language subject for centuries because of the many wars. Now I see them post on small internet forums, where the media can not accuse them.
The Finnish forest dwellers in western Russia were many when Russia expanded. Finns say president Putin looks Finnish and he has commented on the many Finns.
For several years, I wondered why Norge, the Kingdom of the north, was called Norway, Norwegen, Norwege in other languages (the Northern way). Now I know. When the Baltic was not safe, Novgorod sent its goods from the White Sea along the Norwegian coast. It was a life line. Much is hidden in the languages.
I cannot comment on the other Baltic languages, but I can tell you lands we went to were always called lands. Tyskland (Germany), Finland, Ryssland (Russia), England. In contrast, Nordic countries have other names. Norge (Nordic Kingdom), Sverige(Swedish Kingdom), Danmark(Denmark), which possibly means border territory. France is called Frankrike (rige, rike), Kingdom of France, and that tells you we never dominated the country. It also tells us about the mystical Rig, which was honoured both in Scandinavia and Tibet. Rik means rich nowadays, but so it was not in the old times.
Rig was a sort of creator, who fathered the different castes in Nordic mytology. He is believed to be a very ancient deity and he is mentioned in Tibet. From his name, we got rike, Reich and perhaps French roi, king. The Finns are very conservative and have kept some old Nordic words. They say kuningaz (king of the as, the Aser)and we say konung, kung or kong. My theory is kun, kung, comes from the first Chinese emperor. Perhaps, since the dragons on the viking ships are recognized in China.
Slovenians and Swedes used to dry winter food for the animals in exactly the same way, which is surprising. Slovenia was made an integrated part of the Third Reich, so perhaps we are closely related. A Scandinavian nationalist I know says the people of the Balkan have strong Gothic roots. The Goths moved from Sweden to Poland and Germany almost 2000 years ago. 200 years later they had multiplied and expanded. They were present on Krim/Krimu/Crimea, became Christians and expanded one more time (big time), as you know.
Scandinavia was inhabited by three different groups. The hunters, the farmers and the goat herders. The herders gave us the language and the religion more or less. They came from the East, from Russia and Ukraine more exactly. They had bronze weapons and horses. This was known already in the 1930s in Germany, but only spoken openly about in our time when we have genetics. There is a place called Azov in present day Ukraine. It is possibly Nordic Ashov (hof), the court of the Aser. Thor Heyerdahl looked into the theory.
Scandinavia sent out wave after wave of settlers on the continent. We could not feed all the people in a cold climate. They had to go somewhere else to survive.
The Frisians in Holland and Germany speak a language I can understand with a little help. We are obviously closely related. Low german is also easier to understand that high German, a language I struggled with in school.
The stones are seen on the Estonian coast. I can well believe they gave the name to the country. I can’t explain the name change. Finnish Maa means land.
It is good we have this discussion. You make me remember things. Swedish Svealand was called Svithjod at the time of the Vikings. The word means burned earth. The settlers, who I suspect came from Russia, burned down the forest to get arable land. I wrote a book about how they did it, but of course it was never published.
Sweden was little Svithjod while Russia was big Svithjod. The Russians also expanded and needed land and among them were Scandinavians. We had very good relations. Finnish Rääkkyllä in Karelia was such a settlement and it is remembered to this day. Much of what we thought we know is wrong.
I found one of the missing pieces of my soul in this beautiful place.
Thankful!

Ironies abound. On or shortly after the election Trump went of Infowars thanking Alex Jones for his work against fake news and “the globalists”.
Today Infowars posts this article on the Syria blunder. Been busy travelling, but I could swear I saw it in the Vineyard first??
Info wars says,
Editor’s note: This article was authored under a pseudonym by a high level source.
The article I thought I saw HERE. Or didn’t I?
“Donald Trump’s decision to launch cruise missile strikes on a Syrian Air Force Base was based on a lie. In the coming days the American people will learn that the Intelligence Community knew that Syria did not drop a military chemical weapon on innocent civilians in Idlib. Here is what happened:
1. The Russians briefed the United States on the proposed target. This is a process that started more than two months ago. There is a dedicated phone line that is being used to coordinate and deconflict (i.e., prevent US and Russian air assets from shooting at each other) the upcoming operation.
2. The United States was fully briefed on the fact that there was a target in Idlib that the Russians believes was a weapons/explosives depot for Islamic rebels.
3. The Syrian Air Force hit the target with conventional weapons. All involved expected to see a massive secondary explosion. That did not happen. Instead, smoke, chemical smoke, began billowing from the site. It turns out that the Islamic rebels used that site to store chemicals, not sarin, that were deadly. The chemicals included organic phosphates and chlorine and they followed the wind and killed civilians.
4. There was a strong wind blowing that day and the cloud was driven to a nearby village and caused casualties.
5. We know it was not sarin. How? Very simple. The so-called “first responders” handled the victims without gloves. If this had been sarin they would have died. Sarin on the skin will kill you. How do I know? I went through “Live Agent” training at Fort McClellan in Alabama.
There are members of the U.S. military who were aware this strike would occur and it was recorded. There is a film record. At least the Defense Intelligence Agency knows that this was not a chemical weapon attack. In fact, Syrian military chemical weapons were destroyed with the help of Russia.
This is Gulf of Tonkin 2. How ironic. Donald Trump correctly castigated George W. Bush for launching an unprovoked, unjustified attack on Iraq in 2003. Now we have President Donald Trump doing the same damn thing. Worse in fact. Because the intelligence community had information showing that there was no chemical weapon launched by the Syrian Air Force.
Here’s the good news. The Russians and Syrians were informed, or at least were aware, that the attack was coming. They were able to remove a large number of their assets. The base the United States hit was something of a backwater. Donald Trump gets to pretend that he is a tough guy. He is not. He is a fool.
This attack was violation of international law. Donald Trump authorized an unjustified attack on a sovereign country. What is even more disturbing is that people like Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis, CIA Director Mike Pompeo and NSA Director General McMaster went along with this charade. Front line troops know the truth. These facts will eventually come out. Donald Trump will most likely not finish his term as President. He will be impeached, I believe, once Congress is presented with irrefutable proof that he ignored and rejected intelligence that did not support the myth that Syria attacked with chemical weapons.
It should also alarm American taxpayers that we launched $100 million dollars of missiles to blow up sand and camel shit. The Russians were aware that a strike was coming. I’m hoping that they and the Syrians withdrew their forces and aircraft from the base. Whatever hope I had that Donald Trump would be a new kind of President, that hope is extinguished. He is a child and a moron. He committed an act of war without justification. But the fault is not his alone. Those who sit atop the NSC, the DOD, the CIA, the Department of State should have resigned in protest. They did not. They are complicit in a war crime.”
Jones may have to face his aversion to the Z word soon. He rants about Kushner but pulls his punches, attacking Kushner as a “liberal Democrat”, rather than a zionist/globalist.
Nope. Right to the right of the article above, on infowars.com poor Alex serves up the chocolate cake story, where Trump claims all 59 missiles hit their targets and Xi agrees that the strike was OK.
Perception, deception, emotional instability. Not good. Not reliable.
David Robert Steele is doing much better, IMHO:
https://youtu.be/8UfYLA7FCqQ
In the above interview just out (only 80 views when I saw It) he says he and Cynthia McKinney and others he names are giving Turmp til May 1 to “get a grip” that he’s dead without his base and his base elected an idea, “not the man with the bouffant hairdo”.
@Bro93
2. The United States was fully briefed on the fact that there was a target in Idlib that the Russians believes was a weapons/explosives depot for Islamic rebels.
What I find fascinating is that USS Ross was dockside in “home port” Spain on March 29.
April 4: the vessel is sitting in off the coast of Syria, within strike distance, but out of harm’s way of the “sophisticated”(quote USNI) RF defence.
April 4: the “sarin” gas event {false flag?} happens! right in front of the Hollywood Helmets and their cameras.
April 5:US military responses are “evaluated”.
April 6: USS Porter and Ross are advised they will be in combat and the tomahawks are prepared.
April 7:3am local time the attack is launched on al-Shayrat airbase.
The USN immediately reports 58/59 missiles hit their target AND a sarin depot was *definitely*! on the base and destroyed.
April 11: USS Porter is back docked in “home port” Spain and *female* Commander receives a congratulatory phone call from President Trump. (Adding a heart-warming, patriotic sub_plot to the script)
So let’s recap.
The US knew *exactly* what was going to targeted by the SAAF, and exactly *when* the target was to be hit.
And coincidentally, with just amazing serendipity, two USN vessels capable of launching tomahawks were in the precise ideal location at precisely the right time to launch a “punishment” to Assad.
If you’re buying all that ^^^, I will add bonus steak-knives.
White Whale: Like I said, I’m travelling, have had 1/10 the normal time available to bear down on all details and above I posted simultaneous wildly conflicting items on the same Infowars webpage..
I am not “buying” anything. I am checking up on what is going on out there among many diverse perceptions and “spins”. And I conclude (in my very limited amount of time available) that our dear old Alex is spinning around in circles bouncing off one wall in his studio and then careening and spinning over to the opposite wall, and bouncing off it as well.
As to the mystery author of the article you excerpt from my first post (” 2. The United States was fully briefed on the fact that there was a target in Idlib that the Russians believes was a weapons/explosives depot for Islamic rebels.”) I don’t know who that is, nor can I divine from your comment what you object to in that article denouncing Trump’s missile attack. All I know is that that article is one very negative appraisal of Trump’s military action, right on the same page of Jones flip-flopping and acting very unstable, now reaffirming his “faith in the president”..
Interestingly, Robert David Steele, in the interview I posted last, cites some MIT professor who totally contradicts what happened to release killing gas……and if true, that would even add further to your informative post’s details……
However you don’t catch that detail but go on to somehow conclude that I am “buying” something? What, exactly are you (mis) perceiving that I might be buying?? Ummmm??
@bro93.
Oh dear.
I think what you and I have here is the challenge of the internet, where it can be difficult to make clear what is intended.

The RF Gen Konashenkov said immediately after the US missile attack that “specialists” (meaning military) would know such an attack had been planned “well before” the April 4 Hollywood Helmet’s charade.
Konashenko’s statement intrigued me and I have been alert to timelines and other inconsistencies in the US narrative.
For me, the movement and placement of the USS Porter and USS Ross are two major/obviousness examples that I believe support Konashenkov.
Why suddenly move the USS Ross from Spain to the coast of Syria? Interesting that such a vessel should in position right at the exact time to launch tomahawks.
From my timeline, Ross and Porter arrived at positions at the same time as the chemical charade. Convenient, huh?
The next point is that – and this is where I was endorsing and elaborating on the point in your post – the RF had used the deconfliction hotline to advise the US they would be striking the Khan Sheikhoun site.
The US had 60-days+/- warning.
They knew what was targeted and when it would be hit.
So – on the day, the Hollywood Helmets are on duty, filming and “saving” people, AND the USN is sitting off the coast, all primed to fire.
Apologies for the sarcasm, it wasn’t directed at you – it was directed (clumsily, I can see!) for the “narrative” we are being “sold”: ie/ that the “sarin” attack was Assad; that it was “sarin” at all, and that the US made a spontaneous “humanitarian” decision to strike.
Whereas in fact it was – I think the evidence shows – a premeditated, planned + coordinated war-crime.
Namaste. ):
No problem, White Whale. I get it now. You (singular) meant the proverbial “You” (plural) imbibing the Kool Aid that is currently dripping down Alex Jones’ chin.
Poor guy. I actually like most of our deplorables. It’s just that we need to increase the wattage on some of those dimmer bulbs like Donald and his fan boy Alex from about 2 watts to @ 200 watts.
Ego, the Stupifier.
It’s not all about you, Donald. Nor you Alex. Now wipe that Kool-Aid off your chin, Infowarriors.
Cynthia McKinney and Robert David Steele have got it 1000 times better than you (plural) two (and many, many more), at the current time.
As for catching up, your (singular) timeline, white whale, on the movements of the USS Ross are much appreciated and very, very telling. Thanks! When time is short I’ll slow down on your comments and read them carefully………
Thanks for the sobering, relevant post, Anonymous! There is a video over at StormCloudsGathering.com that also highlights the critical dates.
Here in Canada, I contacted the International Buddhist Temple in Richmond this morning, to see if the Venerable Guan Chang would provide some kind of anti-war message (which I would then post here). Although not Buddhist myself, I love that temple and have attended a few Saturday meditation classes. I respect the Venerable’s teachings – and it would be nice to show some solidarity with Buddhists too, given the tensions with China and Korea.
While I think I can agree with the last paragraphs after the video of the Trumpster the earlier stuff is slimy, albeit, combined, earning points for above average propaganda and manipulation. A notch up from the usual BBC yellow tabloid.
“Asked if the Russians need “help” to move away from Assad, Brenton said: “I think that is exactly it. I think if we can get together with the Russians they have a real interest in moving away from Assad as well.” Gag.
Yes, do let’s get your moderate head choppers elected to permanently destabilise and fragment Syria just like your manifestly destined masters want.

Often on comments I see where people write: ROFLMFAOFF.
And I think: really? such an insipid, banal, vapid comment provoked *ROFL*?
But when I read your sign-off line to me, I ***DID*** actually, truly ROFLMFAOFF. (Well maybe not on the actual floor, but….
I’ll finish by agreeing with you: Indeed, why play along to get along when you can – let’s just say, be a burr in someone’s sock.
Hello White Whale: Glad I could brighten your day…
I have made it my on-line goal to comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable.
“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends upon the unreasonable man.” George Bernard Shaw
A wise old family friend who had known me since childhood put it in a much pithier way. He said I was “a wart on the ass of progress.”
I have mentioned to the mods that I will simply post a “notice to meet in the Cafe” in any thread where I find myself moved to critique the intellectual/social/geopolitical inadequacies of modern humans accepting the ancient “holy” scribblings and their resulting belief systems as anything more than… outdated and erroneous beliefs based on ancient scribblings. Or other worthy topics I’m sure will be immensely annoying to certain sensibilities.

Mike Whitney on Vladimir Putins response to the syria incident…
” Putin’s response to Trump’s missile attack has been subdued to say the least. He did issue a perfunctory presidential press statement on the incident, but the tone of the statement was neither incendiary or belligerent. If anything, it sounded like he found the whole matter irritating, like the man who sits down to a picnic lunch and finds he has to deal with pesky mosquito before he can eat. But, of course, this is the way that Putin handles most matters. He’s a master of understatement who is not easily given to emotional outbursts or displays of rage. He’s more apt to scratch himself, roll his eyes and give a shrug of the shoulders, than wave his fist and issue threats.
But from a strategic point of view, Putin’s measured response makes perfect sense, after all, the real battle isn’t going to be won or lost in Syria. It’s much bigger than that. Putin is challenging the present world order in which a disproportionate amount of political and economic power has accrued to one unipolar center of authority, a global hegemon that imposes its economic model wherever it goes and topples sovereign states with a wave of the hand. Putin’s task is to build resistance among the vassals, form new alliances, and strengthen the collective resolve for a different world where national sovereignty and borders are guaranteed under an impartial set of international laws that protect the weak as well as the strong.
That’s Putin’s real objective, to rebuild the system of global security based on a solid foundation of respect for the vital interests of each and every country. To accomplish that, Putin must seem like a reasonable and trustworthy ally who honors his commitments and stands by his friends even when they are under attack. That’s why Putin won’t abandon Assad. It’s because he can’t.
Syria is the battlefield where competing visions of the future meet head on. It’s where the rubber meets the road. ”

The very specific Russian response, to withdraw the information-sharing on military attacks in syria, is interesting. Given the emerging reports that the Russians had given the US 24hours advance notice on an attack on a munitions warehouse in Khan Sheikhoun, do the Russians think the Americans may have used that information to set up falseflag chemical attack ?

@Anon. Precisely.
The deconfliction line was abused. Now it’s gone.
USAF almost grounded over Syria. *
The US have the “no-fly” zone they’ve been whinging after for the past 2-3 years.
*they’re able bomb Deir ez ezzor as it’s pretty much ISUS territory.
**April 7: RF General Igor :______ stated straight off the bat the US attack had been “preplanned” well ahead of the missile strike.
Find his statements at TASS from April 7.
@anon – regarding the Khan Sheikhoun ammo-depot target.
The RF provided the US with 60-days+- notice via the deconfliction hotline.
It was 10xx more notice than 24 hours.
The US provided the RF with – some say 24 – some say 2 hours notice of the tomahawk attack on al-Shayrat airbase. This came via the deconfliction line ( so military to military) and hence that is why Tillerson is saying they didn’t contact Putin.

I read a couple of articles on RT today that gives me pause to again disclaim on the idiocy rampant through parts of Eastern Europe. In particular I’m going to discus the Baltic States and Poland. The most Russophobic areas (there are others but those “take the prize”). Most people know little of the history of those areas. And it seems they themselves know little of it.Estonia and Latvia, for hundreds of years were ruled as a conquered territory by a German order of Knights (the compadres of the Teutonic Knights). The people we know as Estonians and Latvians were peasant serfs. The land was divided into great estates by German noble families (known as the “Baltic Barons”).The state language was German, and the local Estonian and Latvian languages were considered peasant dialects with no standing. They were then acquired by the Kingdom of Sweden (with an area of Latvia going to the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth). The social order remained the same. With the Baltic Barons still in charge of the country. The Russian Empire acquired part of them after defeating Sweden, other parts by inheritance, other parts by sale. And the final area during the partitions of Poland. At no time, from the Middle Ages until WWI, did they form independent states under the native populations rule.
The only reason that the Estonian and Latvian languages survived and became national languages was because Russia allowed that. They relaxed the laws having German as the only legal language.Freed the serfs earlier than serfs were freed in other parts of the Empire. And permitted the local languages to be used. With WWI, and during the Russian Revolution, those areas were first occupied by German armies. And then with the German retreat the local peoples declared independence.During the days of the Ribbentrop-Molotov Treaty the Soviets made a huge mistake. The mistake was not in re-occupying those areas. If they hadn’t the Germans certainly would have,as they did after Barbarossa. And their nearness to the heart of the USSR was a danger at that time. But the mistake instead was in making them part of the USSR.It would have been better if they had installed pro-Russian governments and left them independent. But at that time there were large numbers of Latvian and Estonian communists inside the USSR. And the USSR believed that since they had been part of the Russian Empire, and with many communists they would be returned easily. But the interwar years had given those two states a desire to be independent. And it was those two states, along with the third, Lithuania that led the breakup of the USSR.
The times of the Soviet takeover, and then the war years were very hard in those two states. The Soviets deported thousands of people that they considered would oppose them. Some were killed, but others returned after the war years.During the German WWII occupation many men joined with the nazis, and others were with the Red Army. The society was deeply split. After the war, for years there was a US backed guerrilla movement in those areas.During the independent years there had been little industry there. And what there was was mostly destroyed in the war.The Soviets after the war build a large number of factories and other industrial projects in those states. But with the war losses of population many people from the Slav regions of the USSR immigrated to those areas to staff the new plants. Though the USSR developed those regions above what they did inside the other republics. And they had the highest living standards in the USSR because of that. They were never to be loyal to the USSR.
Its ironic that those states who complained about personal freedoms, after their new independence forgot all that and started to treat their Slav citizens worse than they themselves had been treated in the last years of the USSR. Pro-nazi groups have begun to flourish.and they have lost far more people through immigration than they lost in the Soviet takeover and war years.Instead of being happy to use the industrial and educational benefits they gained during the Soviet period. They destroyed the industries, and squandered there location as a gateway for the trade of huge Russia. If they weren’t so Russophopic I would feel sad for them.
Lithuania is a slightly different case.I have even less sympathy for them. They were always a small population. But they gained large areas of land from Rus states during the “Tatar Yoke” period of the breakup of Russia. In the late Middle Ages they merged with Poland to form a joint state. That decision almost destroyed them as an ethnic people. Many Poles immigrated to their border areas. Some native Lithuanians assimilated to become Poles. Including almost the entirety of their ruling elite.By the time of the the partitions of Poland ,when they fell in the Russian sphere, they were reduced to only the serf peasants still speaking Lithuanian. And Southern Lithuania ,and largest cities in Lithuania being Polonized. Had they passed another 100 ruled by Poland it would be unlikely that the Lithuanian ethnicity could have been saved. But just as with the other Baltic languages it was under the Russian Empire that they were reborn. And because of that today,an ethnic Lithuania exists.
Just as with the other two Baltic States Lithuania fell to Germany in WWI. And when the Germans retreated local Lithuanians declared independence. But it wasn’t the Lithuania we see today.South Eastern Lithuania including the capital Vilnius was seized by Poland. And it was only given to Lithuania by the Soviets when they took over in 1940.And then again after WWII when Lithuania was freed from the nazis. The same scenario I described above for the other Baltic States, the Soviet takeover, the war years, and the aftermath during the Soviet period is true for Lithuania as well. There were a couple of exceptions though, unique to Lithuania. There was less immigration from other areas of the USSR. And Lithuania gained around a quarter more territory from their being a Soviet republic. Had they “not” been part of the USSR.Its almost certain that those territories today would be part of Belarus, or even still part of Poland. They owe their current state borders to Soviet “largess”.Since those territories at that time were far from being inhabited by “Lithuanians”.So their Russophobia and pro-nazi and US affiliations are particularly repulsive.
Coming to discus Poland makes me sad. There is much in Polish history and culture I admire. But their Russophobia is at least as great if not greater than in the Baltic States. And has existed far longer. When Rus and Poland both formed they seemed to be fairly peaceful towards each other. In fact DNA studies show that as far as Moscow they shared an early ethnic kinship. Above that from both being Slavic. But once Rus adopted Orthodox Christianity, and Poland adopted Latin Christianity, relations soured. They began to war with each other. And during the Mongol Invasion of Russia the Poles took advantage of that period to seize large Rus Orthodox territory in today’s Ukraine. As I can recall, until the 18th Century there was never an occasion when Russia seized any Polish Catholic territory. When Poland joined in a joint state with Lithuania they gained much more ancient Rus territory. And over the years assimilated many people into Poles. Including much of the elite classes of that land.Instead of protecting their Western lands from German rule they instead chose to try and take over Rus lands. So that by the late 17th Century many areas of today’s Western Poland had been entirely or mostly Germanized. And they were locked in almost constant war with a reborn Russia. The Rus territories in “Eastern Poland” (Ukraine and Belarus today) rebelled against Poland in those years and joined Russia. So that by the 18th Century, while still holding vast Rus territories Poland had declined from a great power to almost a satellite of Imperial Russia. When they tried to ally with German Prussia to betray Russia. The Prussians instead allied with Russia and the Austrian Empire to partition Poland. With the Prussians gaining at first mixed German and Polish ethnic lands,Austria gaining Polish and Rus ethnic lands. And Russia gaining only Rus ethnic lands. There were in all three partitions of Poland. And of those three, almost all the lands Russia acquired were ethnic Rus. Napoleon after defeating Prussia and Austria recreated a Polish state from some of their Polish lands. But with the fall of Napoleon his Polish creation was formed into a Kingdom of Poland ruled by the Russian Tsar as King of Poland. The Poles in those years enjoyed much more freedom than was found in Russia itself. And the Polish noble class was privileged in the Rus lands that Russia had reacquired. That ended when the Poles revolted against the Tsar in 1830. And many Poles in the ethnic Rus lands sided with the rebellion.Polish rights in the Rus lands was abolished. And the “Kingdom” put under stricter rule. After an 1863 revolt against Russia all the remaining rights of the Poles were withdraw. The Kingdom abolished and those lands integrated into Russia.Even with those troubles the ex-Kingdom lands advanced economically. And many factories were developed and Poles traded throughout the vast Russian Empire. When WWI broke out many Poles sided with the Austrians and Germans against Russia. Many battles were found in those territories. With the Russian Revolution and the defeat of Germany and the Austrians. The Poles declared independence.
With independence instead of being satisfied with gaining Polish ethnic lands ,the Poles over reached themselves and sought to recreate their ancient Kingdom’s borders. They seized vast regions of today’s Belarus and Ukraine.Lands they held uneasily until WWII. At which time the USSR acquired those lands and united them to Belarus and Ukraine (with a part also going to Lithuania). At the final end of WWII Poland was officially stripped of those non-Polish Rus lands. And instead given lands taken from Germany that hadn’t been part of a Poland since the Middle Ages. And that were almost totally German by that time. Only some areas such as Upper Silesia,Eastern Pomerania, and Southern East Prussia ,could Poland have any ethnic claim to. Had the Soviets been smarter at the time they would have only given those lands to Poland. But instead they wanted to ease the Poles feelings of loss over the reclaimed Rus lands. So they gave them the maximum territories that could be given them in the West.
Did that gift ease Polish hatred of Russia (to Poles the Soviets were just “Russians”. Forgetting that Russians weren’t the main ethnic group ruling the USSR for much of its existence). The answer is no.They gladly took the German lands. While forever hating the Soviets for stripping them of the Rus lands. They blamed them for all Poland’s problems.Even if the USSR gave Poland more say in their own rule than almost any satellite state.Even if almost that entire period local Polish communists completely ruled Poland. Even if 600,000 Soviet soldiers died freeing them from the nazis, who had killed almost 6,000,000 Polish citizens during the war.It was still all “Russia’s fault”.Even though “people’s Poland” was far more developed and the citizens far more educated than pre-WWII Poland.Nothing would ease the Russophobia. With the collapse of the USSR,and Russia and Poland both no longer communist. One would think the hatred would end. But no,Poland (at least the governing classes) refuses to ditch there Russophobia. At a time where they could have build great trade relations, building their economy with Russian trade and resources. Instead they would prefer to shoot themselves in the foot and hate Russia.Probably only the Bandera Ukrainians show a more pathological hatred towards Russia.Their boot licking of NATO even reaches levels surpassing communist Poland’s vassalage to the USSR.But no level of disgrace is too much if its against Russia.
A great history lessons n UB1. Thank-you. You are the uncle I always wanted!

I very much enjoy reading your excellent historical overviews.

North Korea should not (never) give up its Nuclear weapons. It must not bow to US pressure now. And very importantly it shouldn’t fire any missile at all while the US strike group are still around. They will attempt to intercept the missile(s) in order to know how good their defense against a Korean attack would be. Kim should keep talking tough and avoid been provoked into a war for now. Just my opinion.
@ Hamis:
“North Korea should not (never) give up its Nuclear weapons [..]”
^ I agree. What worries me, in the comment sections of articles about a possible war between US and NK is that a lot of posters going USA! USA! Rah! Rah! Rah! Seem to be under the deluded impression that NK doesn’t have nukes, their line of thinking is: ‘yeah, let’s go get them before they get the bomb.’ Chances are they’re confusing North Korea with Iran, and we all know how “educated” the Yanks are, they probably think North Korea is in Greenland or someplace, either that or they are complete and total brain-dead morons. But those morons are the kind that are gonna rally around the flag and support a war with NK, if it comes to that.
These idiots are gonna get us all killed!
At least on matters like Russia, Ukraine, Syria [etc] those same idiots seem to be fairly informed – thanks to RT and the Alt-Media – but on North Korea they have no clue what they’re talking about, and that, in combination with their foaming-at-the mouth hatred for anything “commie” and their blind support for Trump can prove itself to be deadly cocktail…

START
The Korean peninsula now has a very strict situation as a reckless military light bulb of the new Trumpian government.
It is a fact that the world knows that the Trump administration has tackled the Obama administration’s policy of abstinence, known as the “Strategic Moment”, as an unsuccessful policy, an “end-of-life” policy, and various countermeasures policies.
From this, our troops and the people have not been officially declared in the United States for some time, but these extraordinary movements related to us have been revealed and they have been watching “Obama Administration” as a “Road Obama administration” with a high self-control and patience.
However, the Trump Administration began to reveal its true nature in the same way as the “Key Resolve” and “Eagle” nuclear war exercises that are being implemented throughout South Korea.
Now, the Trump administration ‘s policy is to launch high – intensity sanctions and pressures with anyone, and secondly, to develop tactical nuclear weapons at all times in South Korea. Thirdly, Preemptive strike “as the contents of the independent military action is said.
Realistically, the Trumpian government, which launched an unfortunate cruise-guided weapon strike against Syria on April 6th, entered the path of intimidating threats to us by advertising it as a “powerful warning message” to us.
South Korea and around it, with special operational groups capable of entering into military action at any time, and with strategic underwater, maritime and airborne nuclear hacking arrangements, to change the route to the nuclear carrier “Calvin Son” It is a simple example that emergency dispatch is carried out.
Right now, US Secretary of Defense, Defense Secretary, and other US security officials are struggling with American military action against us.
In the situation that the Trump administration’s strict military light emitters are approaching a dangerous stage that can not be tolerated, the General Staff of the Korean People’s Army proclaims our principle accumulation to the world once again according to delegation.
1. We will thoroughly destroy all day-to-day political, economic, and military provocations in accordance with the US hostile policies of the Republic of Korea, with the super-hard actions of our troops and people.
Our super-tactical response includes various ideas including our unreasonable preemptive strike with ground, marine, underwater, and aerial maneuvers.
The kind of provocative response that we have to match the type and level of provocation that the United States is going to take will immediately follow.
It is our army and people who are constantly maintaining the turbulent state of the bantan so that we can follow all super-hard response, including nuclear strike measures.
Iraq and Libya, who are victims of US dominance and aggression and suffering miserable destiny, will not have a bigger mistake if they treat us like Sulia without immediate response.
2. Our ultra-tough response to the United States and its followers will be mercilessly targeted with a catastrophic punishment that does not allow for survival.
The bases of evil including South Osan, Osan, Gunsan, Pyeongtaek, and US military bases and Cheong Wa Dae do not hide that they will be destroyed in a few minutes.
The larger the targets, including the nuclear carrier, get closer and closer, and the more effective the destructive blow will be.
It should be remembered that our strategic rochet groups are in the sights of the US mainland, the Okinawa, the Guam Islands, as well as the US military bases in the Pacific bulb, as well as the US mainland.
Our supercritical response is an unprecedented conclusion of the unfolding of the victory over the honor and dignity of Chosun Chosun.
3. With regard to the seriousness of the situation, the United States will have to make the right choice of problem solving with the sane mind.
The tension of the ongoing Korean peninsula is rooted in the American anachronistic anti-hostility policy and its subsequent military provocation.
We need to recall that the strong nuclear deterrent we have is that the persistent nuclear threat and intimidation of the United States against us has provided the cause and that the misguided choices have been made by the following governments.
It will be up to the United States to look back on the steady turn of the century and continue to make the right choice.
Our troops and peoples will continue to confront fearlessly with those who violate our dignity and sovereignty, and will always ruthlessly crush all the provocative choices of America with our super-tough response.

Ask me, baby, why I’m sad

Don’t tell me different, know it’s a lie
Come kill me, honey, see how I cry
Why must you hurt me, do what you do
Listen here, Donnie, can’t you see I love you
Make a little effort, try to be true
I’ll be happy, not so blue
Liar, liar, pants on fire
Your nose is longer than a telephone wire
If you keep on tellin’ me those lies
Still goin’ out with other guys
There’ll come a day I’ll be gone
Take my advice, won’t be long
When that day comes, won’t be mad
Be free of you, but I’ll still be sad
In spite of your cheatin’, still love you so
I’ll be unhappy if I let you go

As far as I know it is highly metaphorical, and in that sense not at all kooky
I haven’t watched more than an hour of David Icke. That show was on the reasons for pedophilia and child sacrifice among the globalist elites and lapdogs and was quite sober and courageous. But I do know others who have had the time to delve much deeper into Icke’s work.
The “reptile” business refers primarily, according to my information, to beings whose mentality is 100% run by the R-complex of their brain/nervous system. and left brain intellect.
R stands (evolutionarily speaking) for the Reptile Brain which is the lower portion that controls breathing, heart rate and other necessary but unconscious functions of the body. Including “fight or flight” responses necessary for physical survival.
We all have the R Complex and we need it, but the idea is that the psychopathic elites (the primary psychopaths, that is…..) are born without the “driver” needed to run the normal empathetic, loving, caring portion of the Lymbic Brain (mammalian evolutionary, later addition to the nervous systems of normal humans…..and even dogs and cats…or wolves and lions!)
This enables them to “gain advantage” over those hindered by conscience, which they consider a pathetic weakeness that makes the majority of the human race inferior, while their cold blooded ruthlessness, incapacity to love anything but more power and control, etc, clearly makes them “born to rule” by virtue of lacking that “driver” for the right brain, which does sit in their cranium 100% inert and inactive and not interfering with left brain guile and dominance characteristics. .
The “primary psychopaths” can’t do their world domination and slavery gig alone, so they specialize in techniques of mind control through fear to recruit and enslave “secondary psychopaths” through sexual blackmail, pedophilia, millions/billions of dollars in subtle and not so subtle bribes, etc. Just think Hilary Clinton, John McCain, Madeliene Albright, Dick Cheney and the neocons….etc….
So, viewed metaphorically, it is not so kooky to state that we are up against a bunch of evil lizards. Neurologically, at least in very apt metaphor, that just might be precisely the case!!!
@Bro93
Yes, I can see how the Lizard people is a useful metaphor,,,, and there he is, John McCain
He really made it onto my radar when he went to Ukraine at Christmas/ New Year 2016-2017.
I’d known he was “best buddies” with ISIS – but then, everywhere I looked and found diabolical “US interests”, there was John McCain.
I want to type “why does he get media coverage _ why is he not thoroughly unmasked and annihilated _ but I know why _ he doing the work of Demons and the demon-controlled media play their part also.
I wish someone like John Pilger would really turn a laser on this guy, and his career at the epicentre of every war/conflict in the last 60+ years.

Busted! US Mainstream Media Ends Up Supporting Daesh in Syria
There’s a battle for the ear of President Trump as Team Bannon dukes it out with the New York Democrats led by first daughter Ivanka and her husband Jaren Kushner, and meanwhile, a New York Times columnist is saying the US should STOP fighting Daesh. It’s all part of the media’s bizarro world, where it’s harder to tell real news from fake new and even harder to tell the difference between reporters and mental patients.…
Good morning. It’s now 4:22 am for me, 12:22 pm UTC. I took time off from here at vineyard news and am just catching up on the vinegard (whoops a typo but it fits) news. I am in a new living situation. I have moved out of my motorhome and am living almost entirely outside now. My son wants to save $9000 per year on rent to help pay for his back to school time. He’s gone back to where he started with engineering, before he became a deep sea diver for a couple years. I suggested to him that he could save the money by living with me for free; I move out of the motorhome but I’ll be nearby which should be great. I am already giving him $1000 a month.
I was fearful that I might have made a mistake but it’s working out great. I live under a tarp in a corner of this three acre property where I rent. It’s a small community of like minded people and out in nature, next to a preserve where a river runs through. I pay low rent and have many benefits.
Now my desk (a light door off my motorhome bathroom which I haven’t used in awhile is right next to my bed, so I can go from bed to desk easily. I woke at 2 am after about 4.5 hours of sleep. The moon overhead is beginning to wane and the temp is 60 which for my thin frame is chilly but with a winter jacket, two sweaters, a sweatshirt and T shirt with a blanket over my legs it is reasonably comfortable. On my right is an electric bug fryer given to me by my ex, which she finds for free or is given to her as is practically all the furniture here, which I’m storing for her after she moved out of her house when she bought some cheap land in the boonies three hours north of here next to an Indian preserve; living in a trailer on 2.5 acres. My point is that lately I’m really getting how dependent on am on other people that love and at least take an interest in me, this vineyard and its inhabitants being on my short list of people to whom I am grateful.
Where is this going and what has it do with anything? I don’t know. I started out wanting to write about Good Friday yesterday but got sidetracked as usual with transplanting another tree, the fourth, from pot to real ground; no easy matter since I live on what used to be the river. Imagine for millions of years water gushing down canyons from mountains between a mini Grand Canyon, pushing rounded stones, some quite huge, to a relatively flat area 750 feet above the Pacific fifteen miles away where I now live. I usually have to dig out river stones and some are too big so I have to give up and find another place. That happened yesterday transplanting the birch but fortunately I used the same hole but just had to move a bit to the side.
Today is Holy Saturday within Holy Week for Catholics, Orthodox and Jews. In the story and its recapitulation and current development Jesus is dead to this world, off visiting other places like hell to set the souls free. In other words it’s down time before the big event of Resurrection which is already featured on the sidebar here. Saker is probably getting ready for the day of days, the famous eighth day for Christians.
When I was in the monastery Holy Saturday was a day of retreat, fasting and prayer prior to the Midnight Mass. After Mass we gathered in the refectory for sweet breads and drink to break our fast and celebrate Jesus’ resurrection. The emotional release was also very sweet and religious, some of the most joyous and fraternal feelings I’ve ever had, nurtured by the weeks of discipline and fasting.
We’ve gone from Ash Wednesday to Palm Sunday to Holy Thursday to Good Friday, to today’s Holy Saturday and are on the cusp of Easter. The Orthodox have different names but the game is the same. It’s religious through and through which we have lost, even the churches today due to the prevailing culture. Oh, the stories I could tell from those days.
But we are in a new age with a new story. Unfortunately it isn’t working out very well. War is breaking out all over and is it an accident that it is happening in Holy Week? When the saker falcon is away, the mice will play. I.e., we need a new story that does not throw out the old story with the bathwater. For most of us, if not all, change is threatening because…well, we have to change and we don’t like that one bit.
Let me elaborate. The last thing I heard here at the cafe, the heart of the vineyard in my opinion, was the podcast by Fault Lines, kindly linked by blue. So I’m kind of up to speed now but kind of not because I skim over the war room news in the interests of time and sanity, even when it appears here in cafe time and space.
I never heard of Fault Lines or Garland Nixon and Lee Stranahan before but I was immediately taken with the Irish name, showing my bias. Eventually I managed to distinguish who was who. Each is upfront about their bias. I myself am biased toward Trump. Some here go the other way and are biased against Trump. That’s just life but acknowledging one’s bias is often hidden, and that’s a problem because it is withholding information.
I’m working back in time, hitting the main points of what hit me in the current one cup cafe. Bro commented on the dynamic between love scorned and angry men at war as portrayed by Clint Eastwood but also singers like Ray Charles on the forlorn and forsaken side. It reminded me of my last days as a priest when I fell in love with Ray and Mahalia and in lust with a woman while I was still a priest, a real no-no sin that would damn me to hell if I took it seriously like when I was a child.
I’m trying to work my way carefully to where I think I’m going. Kinterra’s reply to Bro about Christ is “of the essence” of where I’m going, and is where the rubber meets the road and the pedal meets the metal floor. We need to develop the story of Christ Jesus which since it started has been developed by Paul and the Apostles and the Fathers and the schism of 1054 to Saker’s work today on Orthodoxy.
We develop or we die. It’s that simple. And it’s been quite a long time, a thousand years, since there’s been a real development in Christology which sort of crystallized at the Council of Nicea in 325, presided over by the Roman Emperor. Empire has always co-opted religion and that’s still true. For Jesus that was certainly true. Yesterday some one linked to that movie about Jesus’ crucifixion (why is that word red-lined? Are they blacking out religion or am I paranoid? [I am paranoid, I just saw upon proofing that I put in an erroneous t]), and it brought back memories and tears. Jesus had a huge impact on my life and still does, but should I say that his story has been developed in my case?
Oh, if I could only get into that but I can’t yet. The ground has to be prepared for development or folks freak out with fear. Take my meme of “communal sex” for an example, or monogamy and many other areas that are stuck in a rut, exactly where I’ve been stuck for most of my life so I’ve got to chill or I will alienate everyone and get myself banned like Bannon. [The cat is back on the root [whoops, I meant roof but it also fits] in emphasis].
It’s not a black and white world but a rainbow world. Take Miles Mathis for another example. I first wrote him off because of my bias to Bob Dylan. Later I reread his article on Dylan and others and became pro Mathis. Later I read criticism of Mathis and now believe he is a paid troll of deep state, but and this is an important “but,” a spook of the good guys within the deep state and many others like Trump and Alex Jones. But that’s my bias so you have to consider the source and make up your own mind. A rainbow world, remember? And remember Miles has written about rainbows in his science phase, or should I say he and his backers? And I love his main art piece with the poem, so have separate the wheat from the chaff so to speak.
So in the case of MM and Trump I have to see the difference in their two sides. I have MM’s main art piece upfront on my computer because it resonates so much with me. It’s of Harriet Shelly and I think projects MM’s own different sides; with her as both Venus and Jesus. I doubt that even MM is consciously aware of this aspect; I’ve never seen him mention it anyway–maybe some of you have.
Another way of saying it is “Deep State Bad vs. Trump State Good. [A cat just wandered in here and a key kept sticking, and I was feeling “oh no, my computer is going bad” but it was me hitting two incompatible keys]; now is that coincidence or something to with Schrodinger’s cat?
So what am I doing to stop war? [The cat’s now on my tarp roof]. Is she trying to tell me something? My bias [and now he or she cat is at my feet, checking me out]. Pets really like me even though I wish they were free and not human slaves. I mean a wild cat that was not fed and enslaved by humans could do the same thing but I would not feed them or surgically cut them or cut them off from their freedom, and do the same to myself: make me a pet of empire and take away my freedom. But that’s a whole other track which the cat brought up, not me. Pets talk to me and tell me what they cannot tell their masters for fear of abandonment or death. Maybe that’s why they like me; I talk truth, the wild and free animal kind.
So what am I doing to stop war? I do what the Love Army recommends in its ten commendments or new commandments. Right now I am sending love to Trump specifically and to the world facing war generally. If N. Korea oversteps a line today which they said they were going to do, WWIII is on big time.
In my mind the only thing that is holding back full-on war is the Love Army and the Love Bower with the LOve Government having their back. I’m can’t prove it and I am thought of as a foolish kook for it but let it be. A council person once called me a “nut case from the fringe element” in council. I thanked her for the compliment but said she was violating the Brown Act by not putting it on the agenda in due time and noticing it. So what? The powers that be are above the law. Oh, oh, the cat is back as if to highlight for all you pet lovers that what I’m saying is true.
So I tell you upfront that I have a bias towards Trump and Putin and Xi, and Alex. But I could be wrong. In fact, the odds are that I am wrong but my instinct says I am not. Quite awhile back I said Trump is holding back his trump in order to flush out his enemies. The big problem is that his family could be threatened by the deep state bad guys and through them they are threatening Trump. What is he to do? It’s like the Gestapo telling you that if you don’t go along, your daughter, son and wife will be tortured and killed before yourself.
It’s the Jesus story in real time. Jesus said “screw you,” and so he was killed first and then gradually over the centuries his apostles and followers cooked slowly like frogs in a slow-cooker pot so they don’t know what’s happening. Can you see what I’m saying about development for good or evil? [Now I discover that there is a sticking key after all; see what I’m saying about development in real time?]
It’s now exactly 6 am and the gray light is dawning outside. A rooster is crowing like the one that crowed three times to signal Peter’s betrayal. Again pets like chickens can tell truth; I’m not saying that cannot. There is deep bond of love there but it is not free or truly love in my opinion; there is something much more valuable and that is sovereign freedom for all with cooperation.
Before I quit for now, I want to thank you all, especially Bro for his llnks to Robert David Steele and all the others. Also to ioan for the Easter poem and the Vangelis link. And Kent for all his links to Hell Broke Luce and so many others. And to whoever talked about Min Mooir, “my mother,” as a Viking man in old times–it fits my bias towards womem being in men as their anima as well as their natural centrality. And so many others of you, including the analysts of war, that are contributing to my education. The vineyard is now replacing what used to be my main news feed with Information Clearing House. Not only do we clear information but within our house but we have a cafe of energy unleashed.
I still have not gotten [it’s the G key that is sticking; wouldn’t you know it? G for God] to what I want to say but I need to break to take yet another tree out of her pot and into the ground on this side of my motorhome and between here and said vehicle, so I can enjoy the sight of tree development as my own.
Oh, one more thing before I go “to the valley below,” actually I am on a slightly higher spot (perhaps the highest) on this property. The cat is back as if to again tell me I’m on the right track (always in my opinion which could be wrong). Going out on a limb like with Trump can backfire because it will reflect on the Love Army too which would be unfortunate. Because one thing goes sidewise, it is a non sequitur, does not follow, that everything else I say is also wrong.
Like this for a closer: I’m picking up from the Love Army, through some other source, that there is a widening split in deep state between the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers; with the former offering Trump $20 billion to go with them. Maybe you heard it too. Maybe this relates to the Anglo-Zio split Saker talks about; maybe not. Maybe it relates to Miles Mathis; maybe not. Or to Alex Jones as Bill Hicks (google it, there’s plenty of info).
Regarding Trump and the Deep State vs.Trump State view, I guess only time will tell. And remember that Trump may change to protect his most loved ones from death, despite the secret service protection. We see how they backed off with JFK so why not Trump? (because now Trump, unlike JFK, has a good portion of the deep state backing him [Rothschilds?], and they are mostly trained killer ex-military types). That’s why Trump wants his own security too, and is even rumored to have hired 300 Russians. Who knows in this fake world of made up everything?
I deal with this epistemological snafu in the Count Khazar episodes of Love and War. There’s a split there between the Count Khazar Jews with the Count and the old non-khazars with the Countess plus the other main players. There is black and white at the extremes but there are no extremes with the huge rainbow middle of the bell/hell curve. [The cat is now on the roof again playing “cat on a hot tin roof”]. My back is beginning to feel strained sitting on a stool. So guess the cat is saying “shut the f up.”
Love you all. Send love to Trump and the world at war; it’s the first order of the Love Army; for the sensitive, the first recommendation: “think love.” [Ojai Hotel California, 7:28 am PST]

this morning I dreamt being deep down in a large construction-site with a master explaining me everything,. At last we were at an exit and on a small base was a head-great glas-dome with a red light in it. The master was saying/praying a sentence, something with God/Order/Music and I was deeply addressed in this moment the master received a stroke and fell to the left … and I hasted to the telefone to doo the 112 but i didn’t know any address …. and realized: i’ve forgotten the essential sentence.
when I awoke the Mars was at 25° Taurus on my Mars
the archetypes are stirring in us. God has become man in effort to help man with his Order giving him the golden rule behind all appearances.
Astrology is medicine but one has to wish to become healthy and remember,
the medicine is not the food.
And this week is different to all of us and this Easter while cows and sheep keep chewing
And the chronicle keeps telling the invisible and the visible
and here we are now on the day after to cheer the baby

Thanks. I was impressed by the presence of Venus and Sagittarius, of Venus because I recognize her planet so close to the moon and of Sagittarius because I am one. Also because I believe in the primacy of love and centrality of womam with a man like Sagittarius who is a helper and enhancer for Womam.
I looked up 1217 because of your 800 year reference that has something to do with my Sign. I recognized some of the big events that I am from familiar with from being a Franciscan friar. It’s the time of the fifth Crusade and of Francis’ visit to the Sultan. Also reminded me of the movie “Brother Sun Sister Moon,” which featured Pope Innocent III. In those days Christianity had not yet split into Orthodox and Papist. Rome and Constantinople were still together.
Most of the news of 1217 was about wars and still is 800 years later, only global and worse with the possibility of extinction in a war to end all wars. My passion here is to stop war itself by going to its roots. This morning I dug out a rock with a root going deep like a tooth. I thought of getting to the root of patriarchy and cutting it, or in the case of a stone lifting it out of the ground like a tooth extraction.
Tonight I’ll view the stars with a new interest, especially with it being the start of Easter. Happy Easter to all us Easter bunnies. Go easy on the chocolate and other cravings lest you fall into a Venus trap or become a Sag arrow target.
Love and Easter regards, Dennis

Sorry, I have to correct you, the schisma was 1054

The thing with the “about 800 years” is the time, a Kingsconjunction’s constellation rules.
The last one in air element, decisive for thinking, before 1980 was at 1186.
I dealed with it here:

And today I came with a new one, dealing with the current revelation in America

I can almost “guarantee” that Erdogon is going to be “livid” next week (more than normal for him). On April 21th a movie is coming out about the Armenian Genocide. And Erdogon is going to go crazy abut it. It sort of warms my heart just thinking about that, lol:
