Welcome to the ‘Moveable Feast Cafe’. The ‘Moveable Feast’ is an open thread where readers can post wide ranging observations, articles, rants, off topic and have animate discussions of the issues of the day.
The ‘Moveable Feast Cafe’ will have two new open threads each week.
The Saker stated moderation policy will apply eg ‘no caps’, no obscenity … etc to all post.
The Cafe is now open for business … come on in and have a good time.
Saker Webmaster
Paul Craig Roberts explains what the American Civil War was all about.
It has nothing to do with the version we are used to hearing, which consists mostly of lies. Very informative article.
http://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2017/08/15/america-propaganda-vanquished-truth/
Obama armed and used neo-Nazis to install a puppet regime in the Ukraine and the media doesn’t report it, Trump makes an honest statement about both groups of radicals being guilty and the media accuses him of supporting neo-Nazis.
His history is pretty accurate. Maybe exaggerated slightly. But probably at least 90% spot on.He’s right about the soil dying out for cotton and that that would have ended slavery. Which is why the slave owners were constantly trying to extend slavery into the West. They weren’t aware that most of the West ,before modern science, didn’t have soil suited to cotton farming. So even had they been able to expand slavery further West it wouldn’t have been economic for them. And he was right about immigrants. But with so much of the land not available for small farms it was harder to attract immigrants in mass to the South. They needed to invest in industry. But the agreements they had with the North were a problem with that. Most of US foreign trade was Southern cotton (King Cotton as it was called). And it was carried to Europe on Northern ships. As the money that financed the slave trade and starting of the cotton plantations was mostly Northern money. Just like the slave ships and slavers were also almost all Northerners (many of them Jewish) .They say the victors write the history. That is certainly true of the US Civil War. A lot of the Northern connections with slavery are “airbrushed out” and the blame laid only on the South. The fact that the Spanish in Cuba ,and that Brazil (which had more slaves than the US South) ended slavery over 20 years “after” the US did. Seems to be somehow “overlooked” in most of history.
Good morning, cafe connoisseurs, and a new one it is. I’d like to remark on the previous cafe, just to tie together loose ends.
I made one long post there, to which a person responded with interest, concerning the Love Army’s Ten Commandments. Immediately he or she was warned off from Leary as some kind of persona non grata. One defender of the vineyard said “oh no, not again…” with telling eye-rolls and wagging finger. Another spoke of tackling Leary and bringing him down. Another said he or she had tried to silence him but to no avail. Even Lucy was called upon to snatch the football away just as Charlie Brown was about to kick it, and another wanted to save a dead horse from more beating. Stalwart defenders all.
I don’t mind this sophomoric behavior. I find it entertaining and revealing, and I expect no less. But I am concerned that a newcomer is subjected to this kind of prejudice, just for asking for information. Such thought police are hardly needed when we have moderators for defending reasonable rules of behavior.
If any of my ideas were addressed with reason, that would be one thing. But to be automatically dismissed without being addressed is another. It augurs for repression rather than for freedom, which is a dangerous tendency. There are some who have expressed some qualified interest in my ideas in the past, but anytime I get too close to home regarding my way of actually stopping war, silence ensues.
Of course, I bring up controversial methods of stopping war. If the other methods used were effective in stopping war, they would have done it by now. No doubt analysis, poetry, conversation, music and others help but they can also hinder by distracting from what needs to be done.
It’s a bitter pill to swallow when our shadows show that we are actually promoting war unconsciously by our unexamined behavior. I include myself in this diagnosis. Any unwarranted violence upon life is part of the empire’s war on Russia. How any rational or loving person can justify the slaughter of animals, making them pet slaves to human neurosis, the wholesale practice of usury, and what the ten commandments of love generally oppose is understandable in our war culture, but cannot be justified when scrutinized with love and reason.
I am aware that we as a community, from the Saker on down, are doing what I am describing as war-like actions. So what? No one can hold to the standards of love perfectly. That is no excuse for doing nothing that the Love Army suggests as solutions, much less actively working against them.
If such negative and irrational reactions did not occur, I would suspect that truth was not being presented. We live in a war culture where truth is the enemy and freedom is the threat. If truth does appear, lies will double down in defense and denial will be the first defensive mechanism. I expect no less.
In answer to the person who asked for more information regarding the ten commandments of love, am I to deny his or her request and cave in the the pressure of prejudice? Would that serve his or her interest? Would it serve yours or mine? I think not. It might save us from having to deal with our fears and discomfort, but is that the way to stop war? I think not.
The Love Government starts with the ten commandments of Moses, advances to the new commandment of Jesus and the teachings of Paul, the Apostles and especially John, the Beloved Disciple of Jesus. It proceeds to the Fathers of the Church and down to this present day. This site after all is founded on the principles of Orthodox Christianity.
It is a process of development which Jesus advocated for. Of course there are other traditions that pursue truth and justice. I use ones that I was brought up in, without denying the value in others if it is present. This vineyard honors Orthodox truth, and so do I. I would dishonor truth, if I did not use my talents, as Jesus directed, rather than bury them.
We each have our talents which we can share or bury. This vineyard is no different. It has a choice: to develop or die. The Love Army with its ten commandments of love appeared first in this vineyard cafe. As with any new and controversial idea, it initially meets resistance due to unfamiliarity, fear and perceived threat. If it is true and serviceable in stopping war, it will eventually be accepted.
Time will tell. Tests need to be passed. Trials have to be endured. This is natural in our human condition. War threatens our very existence. Something is not working and is terribly wrong, causing incredible suffering. To deny a possible solution is to deny love, and the very foundations of this vineyard.
Complaints are voiced that what I am saying is repetitive, as if life itself were not repetitive but a once only event. The best things in life repeat themselves, with small differences, like the sun, moon and stars. I am criticized for “beating a dead horse.” That’s not an argument but a dead ad hominem. I am called names. That is not an argument either.
I argue for love, but more than a sentimental love. I advocate for a sacramental love, as in the Orthodox tradition. I stand with Jesus, who stood for love. That does not make me special. It’s the most natural thing in the world, and the only thing that will actually do what this site is about.
The devil is in the details, and that’s why ten commandments are necessary. Moses found it so, and I don’t think he would object to the idea of development of doctrine, since he himself did it. So did Jesus. So did the Fathers. So must we. The Love Army and its ten divisions or commands are part of that process. The proof will be when war stops for good. I want to live to be 101, so I can see that day.
I will see that day if this cafe holds to its purpose. If you hold a course different than love, I’d love to hear about it, in detail and with iteration. There is much fine analysis here. That’s necessary as far as it goes. But I also want catalysis that gets the job done, that fixes what is broken and cures causes rather than applying band-aids where surgery is required.
I share what I know, or think I know, here and at my website. It’s a widow’s mite in comparison with the vast universe of available knowledge. And knowledge itself is a mote or speck of dust in the eye of love. That’s not my idea. It’s God’s idea, if there is any truth at all in John’s statement that “God is Love.”
If my role is to be that irritating speck of dust in your eye, so be it. But when some of you, with a beam in your own eye, try to warn some one else away from truth, well, that gets my Irish up. You might say I lie, or do not speak truth. Fine, say what you want but put the matter on the table of conversation cafe style. Calling me names and avoiding my arguments is not conversation.
For example, I say slaughtering and eating animals is a sin, and a major cause of war, and is a slippery slope to the killing of people. I could say a lot more on that point, and have, but what is the point if no one wants to hear it and closes their ears to any resemblance to that argument?
The point is that it needs to be said, even if no person is listening. As Jesus said, the stones will listen to truth if people do not. Truth sets up a vibration that reaches to the stars and beyond. It can be amplified in a cafe and result in the cessation of war, or it can me muted at its inception.
But I reiterate, and that apparently is a cardinal sin for some here who do not want to hear it. Some say I am an annoying child who comes uninvited into a room of adults. That’s a false argument. A child in a room cannot not be heard. Here you can scroll on by. And I am invited in, by reason of the masthead motto of “stop the war…” You asked for my participation by your own participation in a site like this.
I see it’s 4:44 am. 4 is a structural number and 3 x 4 is 12. Reality has a structure to it. Love has a structure. The Love Army has a structure of ten commandments, which act as a whole. Remove one of ten, and the structure weakens. Remove love and reality goes down at the same move. Maybe you’re a relativist who abhors anything that smacks of the absolute, oh say, like God or A=A. Fine make your move and proof.
But I over-simplify and overstate the “let your eye be single” metaphor. Fine, let’s talk about it over coffee or plain water. But when you brush them off the table, or overthrow the table itself, who is going to clean up the mess? The world is in a mess; who is going to clean it up? Given half a chance, the Love Army will do just that.
Enough of this holy chant, which will be interpreted as an unholy rant by those who cant their can’ts. Such is life in the obor fast lane where we go out on a rail to everlasting prosperity for everyone. I have no problem with that if those rails are grounded on the solid bedrock of love. But that is the question which can only be answered by the test of time. “By their fruits you will know them.”
Well, it’s 5 am and time to go watch the river flow in my dreams, both day and night ones. Thanks for everything, especially the missed tackles and dissembling football holder, Lucy by name, and for Lucy in the Sky fame.
Love, Dennis
Here you go , Dennis:
http://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/flog-a-dead-horse
If you read more carefully I described engaging with you, or ‘tackling’ some of your ideas (as another poster put it) as akin to flogging a dead horse. Hardly an ad hominen or name-calling. Many here have tried to engage with you and given up as you simply dial your megaphone up to 11 and repeat your vague and woolly words of ‘love’ that will magically transport us from this wicked world to some fantasy Eden where we will all do as Dennis commands. Dennis has the answer (he has even improved on the work of Moses!) to whatever ails you, without even knowing what ails you, just like those snake-oil salesmen of old!
It isn’t possible to have a constructive dialogue with you, many have tried and all have failed.
There’s a great informative article, newly up today, where the author picks apart and examines the concept of ‘freedom’. If you could bring a similar clarity to your concept of ‘love’ we might all be a bit more enlightened as to what exactly you are going on about at such great and repetitive length.
Dennis’ ten commands are true, but the problem with them is
like with the old Moses 10: ‘the yoke has been
proved too heavy’, as we are sinners, that’s the state of things
in Jesus’ time. Was it different Jesus, deeply lovin suffering man’, his
word: ‘as long as not becoming like a child again you will not see heaven’
would be senseless, but it’s heart’s truth as we all have to come back
in the innocence of our early days by returning into the dough of which
God and nature are creating.
Adding to the 10 zodiac adds the 12. Months a year or doubble-hours a day.
The yoke of the 10 and of the 12
“my yoke is soft” (Jesus, Matth. 11.30)
So, nice place this cafe, sometimes like a Jahrbuch of Goethe, Schiller, the Romantiker
where else could one find a living Dennis,
sinner in himself carrying our yoke but confessing his heart’s burning
in a way reminding me of the Scorpio’s way of cutting out the form
by waiver of everything outside of it. Waiver is a power in mind
strong enough to uphold with the resonances of Taurus consumption,
Leo’ s lust and Aquarius’ independance.
I called your 10 the ‘mantra’ but be it that way in your kingdom
paint it like poets did theirs and be a ling symbol of individuation and
their boring and their beauty moments.
I appreciate you as neighbour and again will find gems of
self-reflection in your reasoning and invite you to come again into my
mind an to share your mirror.
My reserve is, we live in two different houses same time and the
falling ill or recovering everyday surely is a flow or antiflow over generations
generating results, and looking at everone as witness at God’s (spark in one’s heart)
creation seem to be enough for as a Psalm 82,2 branch of the religious soul-tree
of mankind while Putin and his team are giving a daily example of living as a human
And sometimes I seem not to be in a cafe but in a News Agency, the
ongoing noise of information-clutter – but finally one can scroll
but sometimes a hunger remains in need of some warmth by some personal
poesy of one or two of us, not only in the form of a poem but in a way of thinking
or linking.
Wonderful affirmation of life Dennis. Straight up and straight ahead! All your banners are brightly flying! Anagogy addressed to the intellectual power.
Trump upsets the Bolsheviks… sorry, the propagandists…, excuse me, the journalists with a few – quite measured – sentences about what he referred to as the alt-lefts : ) who were, according to him, equally to blame for the Charlottesville hoax… I mean, tragedy. The good news: no Molotov cocktails were thrown.

Many thanks for posting this. Truth will out, and it warms the chambers of my heart.
Great link, Donald the patient educator,
nothing is more precious within the hysterical establishment
of mind-washed mind-washers, trying to sell their hysteria
as the American alternative to the cool Russian way.
Great Donalds to the hysterics: “Let’s try to play it nice”
“The historical lands of Malorossia and Novorossia need to be returned to Russia, otherwise these territories, occupied by pro-American puppets, will constantly threaten Russia’s security.
This was stated by Putin’s adviser Sergei Glazyev.”

could be a very important strategic policy objective ie the decision has been made?
“”The people never recognized in any form the current Ukrainian Nazism. Thanks to the wise decision of our president, the Crimea returned bloodlessly, legitimately, with triumph. But, unfortunately, we could not do justice to the rest of the Russian world … I want to say that until we return Little Russia and Novorossia to Russia, we will live with this decaying wound – the captured part of the Russian world where millions of people are trained in anti-Russian hysteria. We will always be under the threat of security and escalation of this hybrid war on the front that is most vulnerable to us, ” he said during the international patriotic camp-forum Donuzlav-2017.
“Today Ukraine is an occupied territory. There is no legitimate power, there is no one to talk to, there are no people who can take responsibility for the implementation of political agreements. There are only servicemen of American aggressors who receive instructions from the American embassy, from there they receive funding and, in fact, serve American interests in Ukraine, ” the presidential adviser said….”.
Wow.
Go Sergei. I hope you’re economic and financial sage advice is soon heeded to a greater extent.
The Vietnamese deal with drug dealers–zero tolerance: Russia needs to beware because corruption of the young comes in many forms
http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/2017-08/16/c_136530101.htm
Drug dealing runs broad and deep. If the medicine cabinets of the world were emptied and put in one pile, it would be a mountain. In our corrupted state, some drugs have become life-sustaining. Better to be drug-free, as the Love Army advocates, so the mind can be clear and free as well. Thanks.

OK PCR I understand your exasperation … you did not cover how after a period called reconstruction, the Northern banker-industrialist class struck a deal with the tattered Southern 1% to reconstitute slavery in the form of agricultural wage slavery called tenant farming, and, to enforce this, allow the formation of paramilitaries called the KKK etc. Poor whites were scorned only slightly less than poor blacks, were given guns and the few meager bones of “white skin privilege”, and, as we can see in
To Kill a Mockingbird were used as the fall guy when the face of racial and economic oppression needed to be masked i.e.
See, it is those “bad” white people who are to be blamed not us “good” white people. And the race blame and shame game goes on while the 1% takes us all to the bank.

You have your finger on the pulse of the times, like no one else. You know where the rabbit holes are and follow where they lead. My mother died of alcohol and nicotine. It ain’t a pretty party. I helped take care of her in her desperate final disintegration. At the end she seemed to see the light and expired while I held her hand. Redemption comes in strange ways.
Jordan Peterson has some awesome feelings about Dostoevsky and Crime and Punishment. He also had his finger on the pulse of the problem but lacked a Love Army for the times. Believe it or not, I appreciate your criticism of myself. I need mentors like you with a different point of view. Truth comes in strange ways.
Ohhhhh Dennis that was hard, heart work of Love/service what you did in compassionate witness to your mother. Bless you.
Dedicated to Someone whose integrity I believed in once:
Madea Benjamin, how could you be such a fool
to become a patsy, a neocon tool?
It’s your self righteous pride
taking you for this sad ride
Strutting so cocky with peace signs raised
behind you howls Antifa utterly crazed
Meanwhile, The Mayor the President does blame
But then Who calls out his duplicitous game?
Not you, holy one of righteous quest
Not only good, but one of the best!
Meanwhile the blood of the dead
stains your oh so fine name
when you who know better
don’t put an end to this game
Medea Benjamin is part of the Empire. Many times, she disrupted working sessions of Congressional committees, and she would have to be thrown out by the police. But later, (((she))) would return, sitting behind some VIP, like she belongs there – which she does in the Zio-owned Congress. Any regular person, disrupting a session once would earn at least a 6 month ban, and two disruptions would earn a years-long ban. Different rules apply for this “peace activist” for a good reason that you are not supposed to recognize. Code Pink, Move On, and UFPJ were all 100% fake, all with “Jewish” leaders. Just by chance, of course.
The following poem is dedicated for everyone in age who feel that way – more or less – including Dennis. The picture above on today’s Cafe, has been made probably after the war war two, the hope is clearly visible on their faces. Do we need another war to feel again that way ? maybe yes, maybe not…
But Why Should I Cry
Deep in my mind, I found some trash,
A little hope, in darkness, before a crash
An aging man with pain, in body and soul,
Kicking his borders, like kicking a ball.
But why should I cry and look in the mirror,
Then scrolling my mind, shutting the window ?
My life has just gone, I live like a rabbit,
My heart is in tremor, and that is my habit.
I’m rich in my soul but poor like a mouse,
Battered by fate, or blessed in my house
Carrying the cross, as many are doing,
Taking the wounds and still, pursuing…
But why should I cry and look in the mirror,
Midnight is coming, with shadowed color
Life is my meal, with sweet and with sour,
With days and hours to strengthen my soul.
Curses and blessings, playing around
Cheering and dancing, with heavy sound,
Passed is that time, new days and hours
The kid in me, still waiting for wonders.
But why should I cry and look in the mirror,
When in the world, there’s no lack of horror
Curses and blessing are playing around,
Cheering and dancing on every ground.
Ioan, Ivan, Juan, Johanna’s male counterpart, only now did I realize the unconscious (on my part, not yours….) power of quoting for Schiiler’s “Maid of Orleans” to support you in your difficult times afew months ago.
For her name was Joan. Or in French Jean d’Arc.
How oblivious is that?
I was subliminally, synchronistically unconscious!
He That Can Do No Harm
This not crying poem, ioan is fine!
None, See I, of Errors of The Blind.
Yet it retains the Romanian charm
Of He That Never Will Do Harm!
To Cry or Not to Cry?, that is sometimes the Question.
And there is vindictive crying and making cry, also, in the vast spectrum of Lacrimosa:
96 Tears:

Why 96?
3 X 32? 4 X 24?? 6 X 16??? 8 X 12????
I prefer the classics (No, I am NOT referring to the Sixties…..LOL} but this next one seems 98.6% synchronous with Charlottesville Week, USA:

I dedicate it to Michael Signer and Richard Spencer, two FBI stringers, and all the assorted Estupidos, caught in the middle of the Gang/Counter Gang NWO Mind Control in Charlotesville:
Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress
Saturday night I was down town
Working for the F.B.I.
Sitting in a nest of bad men
Whiskey bottles piling high
Boot legging boozer on the west side
Full of people who are doing wrong
Just about to call up the D.A. man
When I heard this woman singing a song.
A pair of forty fives made me open my eyes
My temperature started to rise
She was a long cool woman in a black dress
Just a five nine
Beautiful
Tall
With just one look I was a bad mess
Cause that long cool woman had it all.
Saw her heading to the table
Well a tall walking big black cat
When Charlie said “I hope that you’re able
Boy”
Well
I’m telling you she knows where it’s at
Well suddenly we heard a siren
And every body started to run
A jumping out of doors and tables
Well I heard somebody shooting a gun.
Well the D.A. was pumping my left hand
And a she a holding my right
And I told her don’t get scared
Cause you’re gonna be spared
I gotta be forgiven
If I want to spend my living with
A long cool woman in a black dress
Just a five nine
Beautiful
Tall
With just one look I was a bad mess
‘Cause that long cool woman had it all
Had it all
Had it all
Had it all
Thanks for your kind reply and for your wonderful poem. The famous DPS (deadly poets society) is not letting down the muses. See teranam 13 above as another great example. In the last cafe anonymous wrote a good poem too, let me thank him now also. The news commentators are also great and I love them for having such a great spirit in these troubled days. As for the question “if we can stop the Empire’s war” not just on Russia but anywhere, I don’t know. But one thing is clear : our voices here, can be heard in many places all around the globe and many are becoming less and less dull. What would be with all of us if the hope will die ? Never think on that !
Better deadly poets, than deadly snake charmers and snake oil salesmen, or deadly nightshade Leary love potions. Here is a riddle while we fiddle diddle dee with words– what are the deadly poet rattle snakes rattling on about ?
A Riddle
I’m a strange contradiction; I’m new and I’m old,
I’m often in tatters, and oft decked with gold.
Though I never could read, yet lettered I’m found ;
Though blind, I enlighten ; though loose, I am bound.
I’m always black and always in white ;
I am grave and gay, I am heavy and light –
In form, too, I differ,– I’m thick and I’m thin,
I’ve no flesh and no bones, yet I’m covered with skin ;
I’ve more points than a compass, more stops than the flute ;
I sing without voice, without speaking confute.
I’m English, I’m German, I’m French and I’m Dutch ;
Some love me too fondly, some slightly too much;
I often die soon, though I sometimes live ages,
And no monarch alive has so many pages.
Anyone know ?
My take
Man, you scattered my mind
For a while, but that’s fine
Many thanks for the riddle
It took me some time,
and not just a little
Reading it, again and again
Now I think I got the game :
No, it’s not about a famous cook
It must be : A Book !
When is boring, is dying soon,
When is good, read until noon,
With no flesh yet new and old,
Covered with a skin of gold.
That’s my take, hope is not fake…
Intense times we live in here in the USA: On a lighter note I post: Whaaa?

Time for a climate change update.

Time for a quick rebuttal of the NWO, Empire Line on AGW:
………………….”Russian climate expert and astrophysicist Habibullo Abdussamatov goes one step further and states that we are at the very beginning of a new ice age.
Dr. Abdussamatov points out that Earth has experienced such occurrences five times over the last 1,000 years, and that:
“A global freeze will come about regardless of whether or not industrialized countries put a cap on their greenhouse gas emissions. The common view of Man’s industrial activity as a deciding factor in global warming has emerged from a misinterpretation of cause and effect.” (source)

For most of humanity’s jurors, observing contending arguments and evidence from Plaintiff Attorney’s and Defense Attorneys alike, “the jury is still out”. And there is considerable confusion.
On the basis of knowledge of political motivations and the weighing of the 100% absent moral character of Al Gore, the British Royal Family and their favorite anti-human German (Shoenhuber) plus observances of the early August snowbanks on hillsides in Yosemite, I’m kind of with the Defense of Humanity.
A couple of months ago Dr Steve Pieczenik was analyzed here, critically. I had some very unkind things to say about him, because his past CIA record struck me as one of nothing but a hired gun, up for hire to the highest bidder, with no regard for right or wrong.
Since then some things he has said and written resonate well with me, others much less so.
A lot of people ARE changing…… Is Steve P. one of those?
Is he part of what some on the more “esoteric” wing of the Deplorables call “The Alliance” against “The Empire”, an alliance whose most experienced, most informed leaders and members are said to be from the military and intelligence services, who have seen the evil future up close and personal?
The following article on INFOWARS seems to me much better than most material there:
PIECZENIK: CONTROLLED OPPOSITION BEHIND CHARLOTTESVILLE RALLY
Deep state rally designed to paint all Trump supporters as “white nationalists”
Charlottesville’s Michael Signer colludes with Richard Spencer to create a pre-planned, staged confrontation [FBI/CIA]!
The recent tragedy in Charlottesville, Virginia, where fully armed Neo-Nazis and white supremacists marched in unison to protest the withdrawal of the Robert E. Lee statue. This protest was planned months ago (see recent posts).
The fact that these individuals shouted ‘racist’ and ‘anti-Semitic’ slurs belied one simple fact. Like any movement which supposedly represents so-called American Nationalism or pro-Trump sentiments, Richard Spencer’s influence was quite apparent to me. Spencer’s cohort is the has been Grand Wizard of the KKK David Duke. By now, David has been on the payroll of the FBI and several other federal organizations for decades.
What caught my attention in the recent blusterous moment of faux-history was that the two antagonists facing off in this Civil War Wrestlemania have almost identical backgrounds! Let me be more specific.
This “confrontation” is a highly staged event by two men who have rapacious political ambitions but are seemingly at opposite ends of the political spectrum.
In reality, these two men are far more similar than different. Both are born of wealth. Each is a spoiled, effete intellectual who has never served our country other than reaching into the bowels of local and national politics in order to promote their narcissism.
Richard Spencer, the supposed intellectual backbone of a gang of pro-Nazi losers, was born in the highly liberal town of Boston, Mass. Get this: He was born to the exceedingly wealthy, liberal ophthalmologist Dr. Rand Spencer MD and Sherry Dickenhorst, the heiress to cotton farms in Louisiana. No fool be he! Spencer went on to the University of Virginia studying English Literature and Music where he received High Distinctions. Does this sound like a manly type of Nazi He-Man?
Spencer has daddy issues and needed to prove that he was smarter than his highly professional father. So Spencer then went on to the University of Chicago where this ‘she-man’ received a M.A. in Humanities.[All Wikipedia]. Not content to be completely self-feminized, he traveled to Vienna International Summer University. Did he want to waltz or stroll through the Vienna Woods on a leisurely day?
We have no evidence that he did anything that would make him a representative of the white-working class: working in construction, building a company, or serving in our military. God forbid! It was too much bother! Still feeling inadequate, Spencer we went on to get another degree at the University of Chicago to study Modern European Intellectual History. He furthered his worthless life by ‘pursuing a life of thought [crime]’. Whatever that means?
Next, Spencer fled to Whitefish, Montana because he could not find a real job like the working class deplorables that he supposedly represents. BTW, WhiteFish is a tony, antique shop laden very expensive place to fish but nothing is off the table when it comes to luxury for our man Spencer. At the same time, he would commute to another house in Arlington, Va. [also expensive].
Spencer then married and divorced a Russian-American wife, Nina Kouprianova, a political analyst of contemporary Russian and U. S. Foreign Policy. What do you want to make a bet that she and he are connected to the [CIA]?
On the other side of the political spectrum, we have an equally laissez –faire, useless intellectual named Michael Signer. Interesting that Signer worked for John Podesta the Molesta and was in Obama’s State Department Transition Team. Hmmm.
This prissy she-man just like Spencer lived in Arlington Va. and graduated Magnum Cum Laude from Princeton University in political science. Just like Spencer, he went on to the University of California, Berkley and received his law degree from guess where? Yes, the University of Virginia Law School. So both opponents went to the same school and lived in the same places?
Coincidences?
Nothing in psychological profiling/intelligence/HUMINT is ever accidental. Signer went on to found the UVA Coalition for Progress on Race. He taught a course at Washington D.C.’s Politics and Prose, a very liberal bookstore that refused to carry any of my Tom Clancy novels. Oh yeah that’s the same bookstore that’s down the block from Comet Ping Pong and Besta Pizza. Remember what happened there….
There is no question that each man was working for some federal agency [CIA, FBI], coordinating their activities with their respective political parties [Rep./Dems.], always maintaining hidden agendas writ in covert languages.
Americans will not be duped into thinking that this is more than a dangerous ‘theater of the absurd.’ It’s time for our military officers surrounding Trump to step in and demand some sense of law and order in this country without any prejudice or negligence.
Any further contrived future confrontations should be eliminated or pre-empted by the Trump Administration. Our present military should eliminate any form of Agitation Propaganda [CIA/FBI-agit-prop].
Friedrich Nietzsche, the German philosopher wrote the following:
“Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you.”
Dr. Steve Pieczenik is a world-renowned expert in psychological warfare, political psychology, regime change, intelligence, counterintelligence and covert operations.
The End.
All the techniques Dr P describes above I have been familiar with for decades. They were used in Ukraine in 2014. Now they are coming home. But there is more of a battle here than in the hapless Ukraine. But much less so, here, in terms of crystal clarity than in Crimea!
Shift it in that direction, and The Empire (and all their paid actors) loses!
It sounds to me as if Dr Pieczenic is calling for the imposition of martial law if not a military coup, which strikes me as a heavy-handed route to stirring the pot even further. What worked for Al Sisi is unlikely to go down as well in the US though it might give the rest of the world a break.
That would be suspect, OM. I didn’t get that in a first reading. Care to point out exactly what indicated that, to you?
Or was it somewhere else? Link, please.
I read it as exposing the gang / counter gang nature of the event, which I already smelled, a continent away, but I’ll go back and read more carefully, with your caveat in mind.
‘It’s time for our military officers surrounding Trump to step in and demand some sense of law and order in this country without any prejudice or negligence.
Any further contrived future confrontations should be eliminated or pre-empted by the Trump Administration. Our present military should eliminate any form of Agitation Propaganda [CIA/FBI-agit-prop]. ‘
The ‘demand’ has to be an imposition backed up by serious muscle, the CIA being a paramilitary organisation itself, experienced in skulduggery and considering itself beyond the law so unlikely to respond meekly to a demand.
It had me wondering if Dr P is still on the payroll, serving as a conduit for confusion and misinformation, with an occasional bone of truth tossed in for chum, the way Gordon Duff has admitted/claimed to operate.
Whatever, imposing some ‘sense of law and order’ martial or otherwise, on the US in its current volatile state would require a far more canny and subtle operator than Trump, with or without the generals, has so far shown himself to be.

GT has a new article that sums up Chinese government thinking right now. I assume you have read from Indian news that Chinese and Indian army was in stone throwing contest yesterday:
Indian media provokes border peace, escalates tensions
“A new clash broke out between Chinese and Indian soldiers in Ladakh Tuesday, Indian media quoted officials as saying on Wednesday. Indian troops prevented the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) from entering Indian territory twice, and soldiers pelted each other with stones, resulting in some injuries, according to the report.
But the Indian army refused to verify the report, and the Chinese military hasn’t revealed any information either. ” …
“The Indian media often hyped up these incidents, claiming that Indian soldiers thwarted the incursion of the Chinese military. But Beijing has no interest in fighting a war of words with New Delhi.
Friction along the Ladakh LAC is different from the Doklam face-off in nature, as the Sino-Indian border in the Sikkim section where Doklam is has long been demarcated. China’s military strength far outweighs that of India. This fact cannot be changed by hyping up a few border incidents and adopting a provocative posture.
Beijing has the full capability to send forces across the LAC at other points besides Doklam, and pressure New Delhi to pull its troops back to Indian territory in the Sikkim section. If China takes this action, the Indian military will have to withdraw from the Doklam area in exchange for China’s retreat.
The PLA is still reluctant to take measures against India’s provocations. This is our goodwill to the Indian people. Objectively speaking, China has no reason to be awed by India. But Beijing hopes that New Delhi can wake up, and therefore while preparing for military action, Beijing wants to give peace a chance.”
…
“India cannot ensure that it can stay unpunished for keeping its forces on Chinese territory. Its immediate withdrawal is the most reliable way to safeguard national security.
”

J, I am not quite sure now that Xi will start a fight. There is too much, economic and political-wise for China to lose. I guess now that Xi will allow the stand-off to continue ad infinitum.
Simon,
I think Indian will be off the land, but not sure if they will be pushed or carried off…
However, DF 17 is seen going west, and more live exercises if I am not mistaking.
Chinese public are tired of no action. In1962, that war was prepared for 3 years, and the material was used up in one month. The war was two day late of schedule, the person in charge of bring things up materials to front was almost executed for that.
I think Chinese is caught off Gard by Indian this time as chinese are focus on US and eastern seas.
I also think Chinese government was naive with their unrealistic view of a friendly and cooperative India. The government was not objective in the face of fact how Indian treating its neighbors, hatred of China by its government, msm and elites, how disruptive they are. Before this stand off, all weibo spoke about was bringing India to OBOR, cooperation, and etc. Even in the face of their obvious disruptive behaviors. Chinese in general really do not pay attention to the country, and not aware of what is going on. So I think Chinese may caught under maned and under armed at the borders. There also a few important event coming up.
India has spent 30 years prepare for a fight. So in some sense I think it will be done without a shot. Chinese already said they will notify Indian first before the action.
I am thinking there going to be war in future, maybe in Kashmir. The south we can support some rebels and weaken them first if not totally break them up.
Break off Kashmir, break off northeast, otherwise, with uncontrollable Hindu population, and off hinge mindset, India is going to be great threat to China and the neighborhood.
J, I think if there is to be a war, it need to be done thoroughly. Kashmir should get independence, Ladakh and South Tibet should be taken back especially Tawang and India’s north east should be allowed Independence – the Assamese, Nagas, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, etc should break off. The inhabitants there are racially more akin to China than Indians. Better still if India’s Dravidian south breaks off from the Aryan north. India is just a colonial leftover from the British. It’s a pity they are trying to emulate the colonial British hegemonism. And their mindset, short of a drastic revolution, will not change.
I also think it would be a good chance for China to test her new weapons. E.g. India is bound to try to interdict Chinese shipping in the Indian Ocean. If successful, India can doom the Maritime portion of Xi’s BRI. India has the US Poseidon P-8 submarine hunters (8 of them) and also the surveilance drones. Also the US’s C-17 giant transport aircraft that can be used to rapidly ramp up troops and supplies in the Himalayas for India.
I wonder how would China counter all these US weaponry and logistic support. What ever China’s bottom line, China cannot lose control of the Indian Ocean to India. If so, Xi’s BRI will be doomed – exactly what the US wants. India would then have demonstrated that she is in charge of Asia’s future and China’s initiatives cannot succeed without her say so!
Simon, There is a different way of thinking. Some one pointed out that PLA started live fire practice, or test out new tanks a month before stand off. If you recall, Chinese said they notified India about road construction one month ago too. So Chinese was expecting the over reaction from India that India is losing grip of Bhutan.
IMHO,it is also possible that instead of Chinese caught by surprise, Chinese could also think it is time to call out India, let her people and world know what India is doing to its neighbors, and prepare for the inevitable. Chinese government is obviously not blind to the India’s records in South Asia, and feed up with its threats to CPEC and destabilization of Pakistan. China use this event to signal of change of direction of dealing with India, and prepare the world for it.
On the other hand, I wonder if Chinese government/media will ever make up their mind on where to consider India.
Simon,
I hope Chinese government realize it and act on it too. I some time think they are too naive in thinking of India.
The drastic revolution for India will be balkanization. That may still not enough.
For some reason after a few days of low key, GT are coming out swinging. I am not sure if there is going to be war or not, if yes, how big it going to be, but I think the ground work is being laid for future time.
This is the beginning, not the end. I can bet China now will put big chunk of money into secure south and western borders, and prepare for future confrontation that now seems inevitable.
Here is a new article that gives background of the China India relation:
India haunted by innocent victim mentality
http://www.globaltimes.cn/content/1061815.shtml
“GT: China and India have been locked in border disputes for decades. In your opinion, what are the differences between the two countries’ attitudes over the border issue?
Maxwell: The border between China and India has never been settled. This is the fundamental point you have to keep in mind.
There is a diplomatic process by which a border or frontier is turned into a boundary.
Now, in all the thousands of kilometers between India and China, there is no agreed sector as most of it was unsettled and all of it is disputed.
Both sides have different views of where the border should lie.
India maintains that it has the right to decide where its borders lie by consulting history, myth and the current situation. It hopes the line they actual control becomes the border.
China, on the other hand, has many more neighbors. China has 14 different states bordering it. And very early on, China determined that it must negotiate with its neighbors to find agreed compromise lines. That was the opposite approach to the one which India followed.
India decided it would itself find its borders and impose them. The Chinese much more wisely decided we must discuss with our neighbors and agree by a process of compromise where our boundary lies.
Now the result is that of the 14 different nation states which border China, 12 of them have settled their borders with China, and the two outstanding ones are India and Bhutan.
Why? Because they refuse to negotiate. Each one insists, “We will tell you where the border lies,” which makes a settlement unreachable. The border quarrel between India and China has never been resolved.”
The Chinese and the Russians often had fist fights and rock throwing fights along their border in the 50s and 60s, without any war.
Anon,
China and Russia government did not need to fan hatred of each other to stay in power either. India is not rational actor. Comparing to India, US and Japan are rational, and know when to stop.
Between China and India would be lose/lose. No war would be win/win. So if they want to destroy themselves and remain third world-ish, jingoism and war is the way to do it. Hopefully there are some smarter thinkers in both country’s leadership.
Like I said, rational thinking does not apply with Indians. Chinese is not looking for a war, but not afraid of one. If you think Indian can take one inch of Chinese land without consequences, you are badly mistaking.
I wish you suggest to Indian army to squat on Russian far east after exercise next month, and see how kind and un-jingoistic Russians will deal with you losers.
J and Chow, what a wonderful show. Thanks for both, good to have you on this boat.
Thanks ioan. Appreciated. Thanks for open the cafe for open discussions. Once or twice I did try to write a poem, but decide it was last cause…. or lost in translation.:-)
ioan, glad you appreciate this thread. I tried to be as objective and informative as possible. But I was not sure whether the Russians here appreciate the opinions on India and China. After all, Russia is arming the Indian elites who are allied to the US-Zion elites. I even suspect that Russia, India and the US have a common and an existential interest in containing the long-term development of China.
E.g., having full-blown war games with India in what was formerly China’s Outer Manchuria and at a time when India is gunning for war with China is very, very insensitive of Putin! This of course will be registered in the Chinese psyche, if not officially.
But the US seems to have acted fast to try to drive a wedge between Russia and China – notice the very warm visit of the Chairman of of US joint chiefs of staff, General Dunford. Emotionally, the US and China seems to have more in common than Russia and China.
Anon, the former USSR and China did have a fight on Zhenbau island in 1969. So fist fights can and likely culminate in the real thing if not stopped in time.
Simon,
Just read one article on Weibo, and think there will not be a war:
1. When the Diao Yu island was in crisis, many people want war, but PLA did not use one bullet, now Japanese does not even protest when PLA “enter Japanese area”.
2. Philippines crisis was same. Things settled without firing one shot.
While CNN reporting Indian is adding army to borders, Chinese media was broadcasting 3 big live fire exercise on the plateau. US media was also said Chinese army has been exercising for 3 months, coincidence with the time that Chinese notified India about road building…So Chinese had anticipated the Indian’s reaction, and step by step turning up heat (according to author’s opinion). India was trying to take advantage the situation, and went one step too far, now it is 骑虎难下, no matter what it does, it does not look good. It is also burning a lot of money too.
The road will be build to Bhutan and Nepal, and train will follow.
(I have to omit a bunch of topic/text here)
When the stand off started, Indian invited head of Myanmar army to India, and treated him like a king.On 8/8 Myanmar ordered 2000 buses from China.
…
So China is likely working toward getting back South Tibet, and a break up of north east without firing a shot. I wonder if there is same goal with Kashmir/little Tibet.
J, its quite easy to break up the Indian north east. Just train and supply the guerrilla armies opposing India and provide safe haven across the border. Also Kashmir. The Kashmiris already want to throw off the Indian yoke. They need the training and arms to make it too costly for the Indians to stay.
The main issue in a war with India is a possible nuclear exchange since we are dealing with irrational mad men. But that is a price that needs to be countenance, otherwise China will live under nuclear black-mail.
I believe that a country like China can recover rapidly from nuclear war. Afterall, there were thousands of nuclear testing in the atmosphere (including the 58 megatons “czar” bomb in Kazakhstan) without climate change, nuclear winter etc.
India for the US is to China as North Korea for China is to the US. China should recognise this now.
Simon,
The one big problem is Indian’s mass uneducated, unemployed youth. It is much better to have their focus on other lands, than have them roaming around looking for victim internally for Modi government. Unless, of cause if the price is too high, and too much blood shed and the youth will vote with their boat, or unrest to resist to be deployed to the borders.
Think about 3/4 million man deployed in Kashmir, and 100,000s on the border with China, how much Indian is spending to support the 40 odd soldiers in DongLang. How much does it cost Indian, let not talking about buying up all fancy weapons.
Think about how many times the Saker has been talking about having 20 years peace so Russia can progress, and Indian on the other hand, actively creating frictions in the neighborhood for past 70 years. More than 30 years, there has been no shots fired at Chinese borders, we have achieved a enormously at this period of time. It is right time to direct attention to these borders with someone actively seeking a fight.
Breaking it up will be good for the South Asia. Because with India’s mindset, and demographic, the war is future, and better let them fight among themselves in their area than let them have their way at other people’s expense, let the other people be Kashmir, North eastern tribes, or other nations.
By the way, Russian has upgrade the exercise with Indian at far east, I have to imaging Russian must talk to Chinese before it did, it does not go down well in Chinese public. But Russian need that big pie of weapon purchase, and a proud indian claim that Indian told Russian it will only buy their stuff if they up grade the exercise, so Indian has the gun on their heads so to speak.
Russian-Indian military drills not against China: Russian FM
http://en.people.cn/n3/2017/0818/c90000-9257292.html
Yeah, but the Russians are pushing the envelope on their relations with China. China can buy up all the weapons that Russia can produce and more. So I think that there is another reason for what Russia is doing – building up the Indian-Zion military for the long term containment of China’s development – which is also a US-Japanese objective.
Putin is too smart for his own good in this regard. He is showing an aspect of bloody-mindedness that the neocons (and the majority of Americans) love to hate!
Yeah, India’s mass of uneducated youths. Maybe that’s why Modi wants war, even nuclear war – to help get rid of some of the masses of uneducated Hindu youth. What a pity because there is another solution – economic development concentrating on providing jobs.China is still willing to help in this regard as she is exporting the low cost jobs to other countries – tens of millions even hundreds of millions of such jobs. China is creating other higher value-added jobs with innovation, especially driven by AI.
A nuclear war with China will help to (hopefully) cut China down to size (something that Russia and the neocons want) while getting rid of the millions of youths of the new lumpen Indian masses. India is more than willing to be cannon-fodder for the new alliance between Russia, Zionists, India, US and the Japanese!
What a pity. Russia and the Anglo-Zionists intends to be the ones left standing after a Sino-Indian nuclear exchange.
But I am not so sure about Russia. After all, as I have posted before, the only Russian men of ‘peace’ that the US warmongerers like are the nice ‘peaceful’ ones in the cemetery.
J, on another topic, India is boasting that she has developed the world’s first thorium fast-breeder reactor. How far is China progressing in developing this type of reactors that use thorium instead of uranium and produces more energy than it uses? Any articles on this?
Hi Simon,
All the articles are from 2016. This one is from September.
Chinese has master Thorium battery technology, and will use it to power 4th lunar module.
The plan is to create world first 10 megawatts solid state and a 2 liquid state megawatts Thorium reactors for research by 2020. Chinese currently has already have basic technology. Four oem research progress smoothly. .2030 will be first 100 megawatts solid state reactor, and first industrial use. the last will be 100 mega watts liquid state reactor and did not say when.
It did say Indian is very advanced on this regard, it will be first one to build heavy water reactor with thorium before 2020.
J, so the Indians can at least boast of something. I am glad for them. Then they shouldn’t be so insecure. Thanks for the update. I hope China can catch up. India said they will produce the world’s first fast-breeder Thorium reactor by 2020 – 500 megavolt reactor.
Not really Simon. It does not use Thorium.
Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prototype_Fast_Breeder_Reactor
“As of 2007 the reactor was expected to begin functioning in 2010 but now it is not expected to achieve first criticality before October 2017.[2] The Kalpakkam PFBR is using uranium-238 not thorium, to breed new fissile material, in a sodium-cooled fast reactor design. The power island of this project is being engineered by Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, largest power equipment utility of India.
The surplus plutonium (or uranium-233 for thorium reactors) from each fast reactor can be used to set up more such reactors and grow the nuclear capacity in tune with India’s needs for power. The PFBR is part of the three-stage nuclear power program.
India has the capability to use thorium cycle based processes to extract nuclear fuel. This is of special significance to the Indian nuclear power generation strategy as India has one of the world’s largest reserves of thorium, which could provide power for more than 10,000 years,[3][4] and perhaps as long as 60,000 years.[5][6]
The design of this reactor was started in the 1980s, as a prototype for a 600 MW FBR. Construction of the first two FBR are planned at Kalpakkam, after a year of successful operation of the PFBR. Other four FBR are planned to follow beyond 2030, at sites to be defined.[7]
As of July 2017 the reactor is in final preparation to go critical.[8]”
It is not new technology, but dangerous one according to comments here. a few country has it already but not safe:
India nearing completion of 500 MW commercial fast breeder reactor
https://www.nextbigfuture.com/2017/07/india-nearing-completion-of-500-mw-commercial-fast-breeder-reactor.html
Thanks J for the links on thorium fast breeder reactors. It seems that even the Indian ones are not pure thorium. I hope not only China and India, but all the advance countries are able to make breakthroughs in this area. The vast amounts of thorium deposits world-wide are a great source of relatively clean nuclear power.
Love Army? Good way to lose a war. Wars are usually fought because someone or their representative were violating the 10 basic laws; or not. I was sent to war at 19 (I’m 70 now) and had no clue who was violating what. Now I know that it was MY representatives who were violating the “ten” and not who I was sent to kill. Luckily I survived “in your face combat” with bone damage that only affects how I hold a fork. The leg wound is little problem. The “War on Russia” is.
Love is a great thing to me, but it represents loyalty to those who deserve it. We do have enemies and they do not deserve my “love”. They deserve my awareness of their treachery.
Putin deserves my love. Someone has to “enforce” the 10 “rules” and he seems to do that. I once heard that diplomacy is saying “nice doggy, while you search for a rock”. Putin has done such while collecting rocks.
I’ve been a physical champion on several levels and also a rifle marksmanship State Champion. I never consider myself the toughest man in the room; but, I will fight him if I have to. This is how Putin thinks.
Dennis L. “Love” has it’s place as defined by you. It won’t stop or win a war. We ARE at war because the “ten” have and are being violated. I’m betting on the omnivores.
After seeing the insanity taking hold in the US this last year (yes it was always here. Just not as over the top). I’m more convinced than ever that the World and especially Russia and China must ,as quickly as possible, cut their ties with the US dollar. There is a lot of talk, but slow action. At the rate they are going it will be many years if they ever do. While each year they “slow walk” on it allows the US more ability to harm them.
There is an article on RT talking positively about the progress made on de-dollarizing the Russian economy. But I see it differently. I think it highlights after years of talking about it. What little progress they have actually made with it. The article tout’s that “only” 60% of Russia’s external debt was in US dollars. That is 6 out of every 10 ,not something to open champagne over. Why isn’t it 10% or less by now. The Euro,Pound, and Yuan, are available to be using in reserve currency. They also praise that Russia only holds $101.9 billion in US treasuries. As if that is great. Why do they hold even $1.00 in US treasuries. Helping the US to continue their global domination by holding US treasuries isn’t something to be proud of. And certainly not over holding a 100 billion dollars worth of them.
Also mentioned is that 23% of retail deposits are in foreign currency, and steady at that rate over the year. That means that much of Russia’s internal trade payment is in foreign currency. That is simply outrages to even think about. So while not meaning too. The article is showing that like much else,we see a lot of talk, and little action in making those needed changes.
https://www.rt.com/business/399790-russia-ruble-dollar-economy/
one minion, thanks for engaging. Allow me to continue the engagement.
In your words, tackling some of my ideas is akin to flogging a dead horse, which is a metaphor for failing to raise the dead. You imply that my ideas are dead. Is this an argument based on reason? If so, how so? If not, what is it based on? I gave the example of slaughtering animals and eating them as morally wrong. As an opposite example, if someone had argued with reasons for the killing and eating of animals, that would be a counter argument.
Show me where, anywhere, you or others have directly answered the ten principles for stopping war with counter-arguments based on reason. In my perception, they just aren’t there. I could be wrong but so could these many others you refer to. This is a matter of principle, not popularity.
How does “dialing a megaphone” apply to me more than you? You’re the one choosing such an image. Repeating “vague and woolly words of love” is hardly compatible with listing ten very specific practices like meat eating and pet keeping that I claim are deeply hidden causes of war.
I believe that love is an art and a science that gives the appearance of magic. But magic is only a science that we have yet to understand. Eden is more real than this world which for us ends in apparent death. Eden outlasts death and has been in our awareness since we gained consciousness, as attested by the Garden of Eden and Elysium stories.
Dennis is not “commanding” anything. He is merely the messenger for the Love Army which is ultimately all of us as lovers. For the same reason, I don’t have the answer for anyone other than myself; and as for Moses, Jesus improved on him, not I. If calling me a “snake oil salesman” is not an ad hominem, and very likely a slander, I don’t know what is.
A “constructive dialogue” is predicated on reason and affectionate feelings. You may deny it but I do feel compassion for our suffering world, caught in the throes of war. At the very least, the Love Government program works for me. I offer it freely without force, unless it is twisted by a predetermined prejudice against it.
I consider this a constructive dialogue, even though you don’t and assert that many have tried and all have failed. In my view that is an unwarranted assumption. None of us can speak for all in this community. I speak for myself, and on behalf of the Love Army. No one can know what I’m talking about without practicing in some small measure the ten commandments in question.
Action starts the process of truth in a reciprocal relationship with words. Actions speak louder than words. The Love Army has nine action focused principles and one that suggests “think love.” We have to be honest if we are to have a constructive dialogue. I have tried to respond honestly, while maintaining respect and affection.
Love, Dennis
Stirring the History Stew
One Minion caught something in the Dr Steve Pieczenik article on Charlottesville that I missed. I still haven’t caught up to that suspected “martial law” gambit. I don’t get how that works yet.
But then Dr Steve went on video to break down how agitprop works and how both the left and right agent provocateur “leaders” are stupid: After their “moment of fame” both Michael Signer and Richard Spencer should now fear for their lives, as they are more useful to their intelligence community controllers dead than alive:

I saw that. For some reason, American seems trying to put most incompetent people to decision making position. So American has been losing physical wars, now without a viable industrial base, a vision for future development, it want to win trade war? But I think if American government change their mind set, it will be win win in cooperation. Ont the other hand, if they are smart, they would not get into confrontation with Russian either.

Tartini Violin Sonata in G minor ”Devil’s Trill Sonata”
The story behind “Devil’s Trill” starts with a dream. Tartini allegedly told the French astronomer Jérôme Lalande that he dreamed that The Devil appeared to him and asked to be his servant. At the end of their lessons Tartini handed the devil his violin to test his skill—the devil immediately began to play with such virtuosity that Tartini felt his breath taken away. When the composer awoke he immediately jotted down the sonata, desperately trying to recapture what he had heard in the dream. Despite the sonata being successful with his audiences, Tartini lamented that the piece was still far from what he had heard in his dream. What he had written was, in his own words: “so inferior to what I had heard, that if I could have subsisted on other means, I would have broken my violin and abandoned music forever.”

One of the legends I have been fortunate to meet.
He was 81 when I took this picture: http://fotovision.no/GLP1/BluesfestivalJohn%20Mayall%202013002adjBW.jpg

Very nice man, no primadonna at all (like Eric Clapton or others I could mention). I won’t.

One matter the JSM is not talking about much is radioactivity in cities across the country.
Radioactivity is measured with a Geiger Counter and reported in CPM (counts per minute).
Background radiation is 20 – 30 CPM, and alert/warning status starts at 100 CPM.
Consult the following web site for radioactivity in a city near you.

Warning and Disclaimer
Dennis Leary is dangerous, as many here have observed. He causes a predominantly negative reaction, with some exceptions. Dennis is not dangerous in himself, but in the company he keeps. He claims to be a liaison or link between this vineyard and the Love Government, Love Army and Love Bower. Proceed at your own risk. Dennis is not responsible for what happens to you in these realms of love.
———————-
Last evening at a discussion group with long time friends and acquaintances, I began to feel anxious. I tried to trace where it was coming from. The fear was accompanied by a slew of negative judgments against myself. This state of psychic pain was present through the night and into the morning.
While watering the trees and plants this mid-morning, the cause revealed itself and I felt love strengthening me again. The problem came from my engagement with one minion. S/he hit a nerve by saying Dennis was the commander of the love army, and wanted to tell others what to do.
Was this true? Was all my work an ego power trip? My personality and character argues against such an assertion. The evidence of my history says that I’m anything but a commander. At the least provocation, anxiety overcomes me and I inwardly collapse.
I think the Love Army uses me precisely because of my weakness; and so I don’t confuse who is doing what. The Love Army idea itself is provocative, and produces continual mood swings of fear mixed with strange strength. Over the years, I have quit hundreds, if not thousands of times, only to continue when the mood swings back.
When the dark mood is upon me, I think it is some kind of addiction. I don’t seem to have the power to control it. As with addictions, it controls me. This vineyard plays the roles of devil’s advocate and angel’s protagonist. I fear this vineyard cafe and I desire it. It harbors angels and devils, and sometimes I can’t tell which is which.
This vineyard, and especially the cafe, mirrors the real world, whatever that is. I just finished catching up with the comments here. What a strange concoction of witches’ brew and angels’ paradise. War is constantly humming in the background, intruding whenever it wants into this cafe, uninvited.
For example, take Kent’s latest barrage of “beauty and the beast.” There’s those movie stars of old, projecting their unfulfilled sexual desires. There’s the seductive “Devil Trill,” the reverse side of Sade Satanism’s “thrill.” There’s Rachmaninov’s Russian dance with Dostoevsky on the “Isle of the Dead.” Rachmaninov is the only classical composer who touches my soul. There’s the Dogs of War with war gore men and far gone women. And there’s dressed in black Johnny Cash with “God’s Gonna Cut You Down,” and “When the Man Comes In.” He used to live just down the road from here.
If all that is not enough to alter my mood to a somber session with the devil, I don’t know what is; except when “that long black cloud comes pullin’ down.”
Fortunately, there’s another side. mundanomaniac says that “Thursday evening (four hours from now here) Moon enters…her watery ‘home’ of feeling.” I do a lot of watering here, and frequent gazing at the moon. I associate the waters of the moon with sexual fluids (amrita or nectar of the gods) in the rites of communal sacramental sex. [Don’t say I did not warn you right up front with the warning and disclaimer that you’re entering dangerous waters, where if you’re not protected with your own respect and reverence, you can and will go down in the flood]. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.
Steve Pahs doubts that the Love Army, even with its Ten Commandments, can stop war. It’s good to have doubt. I have it too. But doubt can quickly be turned to a shout of victory. Since entering this vineyard, the Love Army along with “we brave few” vineyarders and cafe-archers are removing my doubts. We’re not yet up to Jesus’s “faith that moves mountains,” but we’re getting there.
Doubt, confusion, pain, suffering, denial, conflict and many other virtues confused with vices are part of the process of tough and tender love, represented by the Love Army and Love Bower. If we stay on the straight and narrow Ontological Orthodox path, we’ll be fine.
I go off the track all the time, like with my anxiety attack last night. When that happens I keep on practicing the Love Army’s Ten Commandments as well as I can, and I somehow get off the side track onto the obor main line home.
OK, it’s time to draw the hose’s hot water and prepare my ritual daily baptismal bath. More moon waters if you will. Whatever I do, it’s the same trill still.
Love, Dennis

You only have to change “Love Army” with ” Army of angels” or devils aka fallen angels, in is an invisible thing that is a real God or not- God.
Remaining are the walking circles in space and time aka funnels to speak fourdimensional. And it’s a mighty funnel walkin’ around this weeks Venus – center around 20° Cancer mirroring around 10° Sagittarius
and their ‘enacted’ resonances … and Venus now in Cancer is psychic = ‘water’ aka flow, inner flow.
And the resonances traveling with our ‘space’-family are coming from Jupiter in Libra = encounter your weight and from Pluto in Capricorn = from beyond the bonds of life to the true family aka for a whole bunch of good people demonstratin’ but also a bunch of bad people – and it’s the same on the other side, very bad people and very good people… and then the black ones with the batons … (as I remember his great speach) …
This was the Charlotteville moment, in rhythm with the Polish/ Ukrainian polishing of history …

Offering to others as only menu

I thought this was a Satire.
But no, these folk are for real.
It’s a good example of how the talent-free operate in the art world, and why shrinks are necessary :if these folk could afford them, maybe they’d quit making ‘art’.
Which would be great for the rest of us.
Meanwhile, enjoy this fusion of tooth enamel-stripping pseudo-intelectualism /meaningless codswallop, and pretentiousness :

Here is something you may happy to read:
Why Trump’s ‘fire and fury’ will have no effect, as Kim Jong-un plays chicken with the US
John Power says the North Korean leader’s Guam feint was a predictable act in the regime’s long-running theatre of brinkmanship, milking threats for concessions while doggedly pursuing nuclear ambitions
http://www.scmp.com/comment/insight-opinion/article/2107184/why-trumps-fire-and-fury-will-have-no-effect-kim-jong-un
I read a article on weibo a few days ago about one Taiwan retired general telling taiwan to forget about US come to rescue when in crisis. He basically said that China and NK manage to attract a lot of US forces, It can not save DiaoYu island, and can not get inroad in south east asia, it is not realistic to think US will be able to rescue Taiwan.
So basically Kim V3 + China has attract enough US force to north east asia, and keep Trump’s attention there. So I may be right after all for stating Kimv3 may help to reduce Russian’s burden, in this case even CHinese burden of taking back DiaoYu island, and negotiation with ASEAN.
I am wondering if Kimv3 and China are secret buddies.:-)
There is a false narrative being pushed in today’s Europe. It says that after all these terror attacks, including the one in Barcelona yesterday. That Europeans just have to get used to the attacks. That they can’t stop them. That’s a lot of hogwash. They can stop them,or at least most of them. If the European leaders had the will to do so. But they don’t have that will. They could stop the mass illegal immigration flooding Europe. They could start sending them back when they catch them coming in. They could deport or imprison anyone of the immigrants already there known to have jihadi ties. All these countries have claimed they have lists in the thousands of those people. And yet do nothing about them. You do those few things and the terror attacks will almost disappear. Commonsense alone should tell them, that without terrorists, there are no terrorist attacks. But they would rather stand by while their citizens are killed in the streets than take action to stop the attacks.
https://www.rt.com/news/400053-barcelona-terrorism-new-reality/
“If the European leaders had the will to do so” – that’s the argument. That lack of will, implies the question : why ? what kind of political benefits and strategy lies in their balance, what are the real motives behind the scene ? and above all, who are those who’s power dictates the leaders of EU to act how they act and not take those adequate measures necessary to put and end to this process of relentless state of fear ? Who will be next on the list ? Italy ? Is there something which is related with the tourism, to make people feel frustrated when they travel abroad making them to better stay at home because something else is prepared ? Machiavelli in action indeed, and these people are at lead, leading us by our noses till the theater gate closes.
Its not about lack of political will, the terrorism works in their favour and cements their power while eroding civil liberties and hard-won working class gains. Sane and well-informed people understand that.
You’d think that the all-encompassing surveillance state we now live under (all communications intercepted and stored) would be put to use to track and apprehend the perpetrators but the same logic applies as was exposed in Syria. The western coalition supposedly bombed Daesh for 3 years, Daesh multiplied and took ever more ground. Russia bombed for a few months and immediately began rolling them back.
NATO has long had form at this, you’ve doubtless heard of Gladio?

I am a trying to contact a friend in Barcelona and Cambrils, but no luck. She lived in the US and probably has a US passport. This is difficult.
I don’t think anyone here has mentioned this yet, it’s on RT. Once again there seems to be several different foreign policies going on at the same time, and trump doesn’t seem to be in control.
Mattis to back Kiev’s claim to Crimea during Ukraine visit
US Defense Secretary James Mattis will visit Ukraine next week and reassure the government in Kiev that the US still considers Crimea a part of the country’s territory, the Pentagon said. Mattis will tell Kiev the US is “firmly committed to the goal of restoring Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.”
Mattis will stop in Kiev on his way back from Jordan and Turkey.
maybe it is a connection that an Israeli delegation is meeting at , with the White House next week too over Syria….voltaire net article…… Heads of military and foreign intelligence plus Head of Defence political and military affairs…..hhhmmm.
I wrote about Barcelona and Cambrils. You answer me and write about other things. This has happened before.
My friend in Cambrils is safe, but in chock.
Reading all the articles and posts on Empire (Never Again) on the other pages today has given me an earworm but its a great song and fine lyric, Knopfler’s ‘Done with Bonaparte’. Worth sharing I hope:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKlSPPEaopE
Hey minion, we meet again!
I clicked on your link, and I will tell you very honestly that after 3 or 4 lines of Mark Knopfler’s singing, I could not, for the life of me, tell you what more than 3 or 4 words contained in those lines were.
I remember when Elvis came to our (American, but living in South America) attention 1959 or 1960.my dad playing one of his songs and asking all of us kids if we had any idea what the hell Elvis was singing about. It was such unfamiliar dialect, and so slurred, we hadn’t a clue!
It’s a common problem, especially in a language used so widely around the world as “English” (In some Cafe’s I have been in around the USA, I might as well have been Chinese, or in the Australian Outback, in terms of my chances of interpreting the speech I heard, among waitresses and patrons….!) with so much local variation.
The problem is quite often compounded with vocals set to music.
Imagine the difficulty non-Americans would face!
SOLUTION: The Lyrics!! (are almost always online…)
Done With Bonaparte
We’ve paid in hell since Moscow burned
As Cossacks tear us piece by piece
Our dead are strewn a hundred leagues
Though death would be a sweet release
And our grande arm¨¦e is dressed in rags
A frozen starving beggar band
Like rats we steal each other’s scraps
Fall to fighting hand to hand
Save my soul from evil, Lord
And heal this soldier’s heart
I’ll trust in thee to keep me, Lord
I’m done with Bonaparte
What dreams he made for us to dream
Spanish skies, Egyptian sands
The world was ours, we marched upon
Our little Corporal’s command
And I lost an eye at Austerlitz
The sabre slash yet gives me pain
My one true love awaits me still
The flower of the aquitaine
Save my soul from evil, Lord
And heal this soldier’s heart
I’ll trust in thee to keep me, Lord
I’m done with Bonaparte
I pray for her who prays for me
A safe return to my belle France
We prayed these wars would end all wars
In war we know is no romance
And I pray our child will never see
A little Corporal again
Point toward a foreign shore
Captivate the hearts of men
Save my soul from evil, Lord
And heal this soldier’s heart
I’ll trust in thee to keep me, Lord
I’m done with Bonaparte
Now those are lyrics worth printing out!
Especially on a site like The Vineyard of the Saker! LOL
In the spirit of 19th Century Russia: -yep, Napoleon even briefly considered making an”emancipation proclamation'” for the Russian serfs but was wisely told that that would make his situation even worse.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ko5Bz6h55us
That is interesting and new to me. I know that Tolstoy examined the various issues (from the perspective of the nobility) of the emancipation of serfs in ‘War and Peace’ but don’t remember anything about Napolean putting his oar in. Presumably he hoped they would, in gratitude, aid his war efforts or was he just interested in fomenting chaos in a closed system?
Do you have any references/links that cover that?
Bonaparte came up with one of my favourite maxims, ‘Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake’ —-and then fell into his own trap in 1812.
Thanks for that Bro 93,
I had that song, with lyrics, bookmarked but it was removed (copyright) hence the lyric-free version. I reasoned that anyone interested would look them up, not accounting for difficulties of understanding even among native English speakers.
I did reply to your question above re Dr P but events have moved swiftly on and my speculation is now moot, out of date, so not worth repeating, as the last non-military US government strategist has been removed.
