Hi Simon,
The video for clash between Chinese and India in Kashmir has posted by a Indian. it seems like Indian want a war even if Chinese do not:
Yes, The video is on Weibo, It was in military section top items before, now it is in top items. Strange it is posted by a retired Indian general. Sensitive video like this not usually be leaked. I wonder who decide it and why.
J, looks like the Indians desperately want war at this time. But China will likely not obliged, It will be China’s call unless the Indians force their hand by an invasion in force somewhere along the LAC. They will then rely on fake news (aided by the western MSM) to paint a picture of Chinese aggression.
But by now, no impartial party will believe the Indians. However for China to carry the day, being on the side of truth is not enough since the world (except China) is living in a post truth world.
China will have to fight the war competently and quickly, having achieved victory first before the fight.
The Indians meanwhile knows that they have not got victory in hand but have initiated a fight which China has decline so far.
China will bide her time when victory is already in hand and then will fight.
Both sides are now manouevring for victory with India extending the fight into the Indian Ocean where she thinks she has the advantage. But that won’t help India as any interdiction of commercial vessels will get many nations’ backs up since such vessels are usually under the flags of neutral countries.
But for the fight to be worth it for China, China will have to at least grab back South Tibet, Ladakh and free Kashmir. Freeing Kashmir will win China the support of the Muslim world. In fact the Muslim in Kashmir AND India are looking to China to free them from the Indian yoke.
India may use nuclear weapons to avert defeat. If so, at a minimum, New Delhi willl disappear from the map, along with the British colonial left-over called India. The nations of South Asia will be glad.
Hi Simon,
It maybe sign of Indian is pulling back. Of cause we have to wait and see:

What, no patrons? I swear I heard a cricket chirp moments ago.
Could it be people are going on with their lives, enjoying the last of the summer wine, at cottages or closer to home, unwilling to partake in the great unwindinding Zionist shakedown and crisis.
My question is — are paid colour revolutionaries, and their CIA controlled white power antagonists, capable of sparking a revolution made in the perfect image of October 1917?
Oh, there it is again, the cricket.
I understand if no one answers, after all normal people have better things to do.
I personally look more at similarities between the current Zion-orchestrated fake-confrontation between alt-left and alt-right, both sides deeply infiltrated, if not controlled by ZionIntel, of course, and the Weimar Republic mayhem, where Zion let their Communist militias (today’s Antifa) battle their militias of the Nationalsozialisten (Alt-right) to great box office success.
But enough of that nonsense. Now I’ll go down to the river for a swim, enjoying the golden morning sun rays on my skin.
Good morning. As of now, there are three comments. Lumpentroll’s is the last one. S/he asks if anyone cares that Oct. 1917 may be happening again, with another Communist revolution.
I went to bed at 9 and woke at 12 midnight. I l lay in bed for over an hour, thinking of this vineyard and the news over the last couple of days. It sure isn’t looking good. Sure looks like we’re building up for an October Surprise. We got one last year with Trump. This October it may not have to do with elections but with selections to proceed with the final solution.
I was asking myself what I can do about it? The Dylan song, “Up to Me” came to mind. I’ve been partial to that song for a long time, especially the line: “She ain’t gonna make a move; I guess it must be up to me.”
What I do to stop the empire’s war on Russia is to practice the Ten Commandments of Love, as given by the Love Army, as well as I can. The ten commandments were first introduced by the Love Government, and more closely developed Moses’ ten commandments.
Jesus developed Moses’ commandments by condensing them into one new commandment: “love one another.” The Love Army develops Jesus’ commandment into ten new commandments of love.
I believe that the Love Army has given us a gift by which we can stop war itself, and therefore the war on Russia. The Love Army has chosen this vineyard to accomplish this mission because the vineyard invited it by its slogan of “stopping the war on Russia.” The vineyard also has a strong Orthodox tradition at its base of operations.
Analysis, prayer, good deeds and a virtuous life all help but the evidence of war indicates that it is not enough. These things have been going on for millenia, and yet war advances on all fronts. War is not limited to the military sphere. It reaches into all aspects of our lives. In fact, information is said to be the chief war component.
The Love Army changes that formulation by saying that love itself is the main ingredient to stop war. War advances in the vacuum of true love. War now threatens our species with extinction, or failing that, into a slow death by imprisonment on a global scale.
The Love Government tells the sad story of how this happened, grounded in historical and herstorical facts. Very few want to hear this story because it comes too close to home. If it is true, it would mean radical changes for individuals and society. Therefore, the truth of it is simply denied, and war proceeds apace.
I have come to the conclusion that it is “up to me.” This seems to be delusional, and therefore I have resisted it myself. However, in a holistic universe it is not only possible but probable. Jesus was one man who proved the principle by changing the course of history. He was quickly co-opted by the empire of the time.
Am I setting myself up for a similar fall? Who knows? But I’ve got to act as if it is “up to me,” and me alone. I have the power to stop war. The means have been given to me with the ten new commandments of love. Jesus himself said that “these things that I do, you too shall do and even greater.” (John, 14:12).
I am counselled to change my tune. I have the choice to serve the love inside me, or to serve the collective that attempts to change me into what it wants. Jesus spoke to individuals like himself. From this stance arose the Christian emphasis on the salvation of individual souls on this planet, rather than a communist workers’ paradise on earth.
The Eden myth is true in my view. We are individual lovers first and a species second. We were given paradise and turned it into a war-vice. We rejected love and sought power. Well, we are getting what we wanted: a war to end all wars.
The Love Army will end all wars all right but not by any kind of collective action. The war takes place within individual souls and projects itself outwardly into society. The elites are not solely to blame. Each person is responsible for the whole; thus the doctrine of holism; or holiness if you prefer.
It’s not an all or nothing proposition. Any move in accordance with the ten commandments of love helps. It could be as tenuous as a passing thought, even a negative one. My own history vouches for a meandering path of mistakes and miscalculations.
The Love Army’s first division advocates to “think love.” As long as I do that simple act, I am protected. Thinking love can be a mere four letter word, or a whole philosophy, theology or psychology. That’s easy enough, but the rubber meets the road with the other nine specifications of love. That’s where the traction occurs, or the slipping off the road.
100,000 years ago we were given the gift of paradise. Now we are given the means to restore our natural home on this planet, in the Ten Commandments of Love. “I am hanging in the balance of the reality of man; like every sparrow falling, like every grain of sand.” (Dylan).
If I have the strength and good sense to do it, I can stop war, and save this planet, despite its tendency toward self-suicide. Even if every other person chooses to die, I can choose to live. This was Jesus’ message which he proved by his example. “What does it profit you to gain the whole world and lose your soul?”
My own mode of thinking is more circular than linear. I spiral around the central idea of love. I am repetitious and boring, because love keeps repeating herself and simultaneously boring deeper into reality.
My website follows suit in that method, only broader and deeper. It is now entering another phase into the depths of love and sex. This process is impossible to grasp with the mind alone; it is a whole body experience, requiring radical changes from the culture we currently inhabit.
My own experience of 77 years has been a slow and uneven course of changes, some large and most small. I’ve always been attracted to the idea of love, which I got primarily from Jesus as a child. But most of the time I look for love in all the wrong places. Even now, I may be totally wrong about everything.
But the only way I’ll ever win, is to go on in, sink or swim. This week in the Love Calendar is about “Cor and War.” In honor of that, here are a couple of poems in that stream of consciousness mode:
———————
Cor and War
This house is built around a central Cor
Love herself is the all around metaphor
At the heart of consciousness is a sacred circle
A curving compass line to enfold him and her
Fold the circle and look up and see
The hidden heart of love’s mystery
All the power of heaven and earth
From this central point takes its birth
The Holy of Holies was entered once a year
The veil was parted with trembling and fear
For Mars and Thor stand at the door
With the blood and gore of ancient lore
The Cor Godus is a mass of sacrifice
She wins the war at a massive price
The Gods of war think the Cor’s a bore
Their thirst for blood is the story of the tyrannosaur
The thrill of power and the glory of a tyrant’s war
The God of war uses a front man like Hitler
And even Satan needs a numb man like Himmler
Love herself shines through the soldier’s gore
Love himself sighs through the mother’s door
Love itself signs through the Lover’s Cor
Genghis Khan warred across the steppes of Asia
Napoleon had his visions of four steps to fantasia
The warlords and their sore swords end in Auschwitz
The tables will turn and fables burn when the cards switch
The white houses will burn with the bushes
When love cleans her house with scrubbers and brushes
Those who live by the sword will die by the sword
I pray, let me die in the love of my lady and lord
I’ll use every means at my disposal
To fulfill my vow and original proposal
I set my sights on the Cor of your house
And claim my rights to be your true spouse
I’ll be a Mars to win the soul of love and heart above
I’ll walk the straight and narrow path you have trod
All is fair in love and war
I can’t forswear you anymore
I prepare to come through your door
To find what I’m looking for
To take joy in you more and more
To make love with you forever more
And mate with your sweet and loving Cor

21 Line Poem
O Wisdom, gentle lady
With the eyes of knowing
Make smooth the troubled waters
Buffeting our battered ships
Winding their way
Through the pathways of learning
Steer us clear
Of rocks and whirlpools
That catch and toss us
Into delays and dangers
Divining wand of guidance
Show us the dance steps
That lift us up the staircase
Of our own delight
Be a lighthouse on the shore
Of the starry sky above
Reach into the small eddies
Of our experience, teaching
To set or strike our sails
O Wisdom, gentle lady
With the eyes of knowing

There were a surprising number of comments over the past week that were anti-Communist and pro-neonazi. If I didn’t know better, I’d think this was an anti-Donbass website…
We have seen the great benefits Russia has had by legislating insult against traditional religious groups. It’s disturbing to see “free speech” being used as a justification for supporting Nazis at home. There were definitely US gov’t agents among these Nazis, specifically trying to turn the US right towards open support of ethnic supremacy.

America has a tattoo problem. Why does the rest of the world still want to become like the USA?
http://thefederalist.com/2017/08/04/need-admit-america-tattoo-problem/
Nice! The tattoo removal cream video ad cuts to the quick.
The only tattoos I ever liked seeing (none!) or even reading about were Queequeg the South Sea Island harpooner described by Ishmael in Moby Dick.
They do aid in setting the tone for the sinister side of the human psyche Melville was inspecting with a high powered microscope.
Otherwise, they come 99.999% under the “What were they thinking?” category of mental lapses and WORST value expenditures, IMHO.
Except for the fact that tattoos did pay off handsomely in this dryly sarcastic sportscaster’s remark I heard about 15 years ago about the Denver Nuggets high scoring but losing NBA team:
Sportscaster: “Yeah, I don’t think Denver will be getting back into this game tonight. They lead the NBA in tattoos and points allowed. They don’t know how to defend the basket or their bodies..
That’s a “keeper”.
One of their starters then was The Birdman, Chris Andersen.
He is tattooed completely up to his jaw line…and the back of his head.
https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=The+Birdman+Chris+Anderson+NBA+tattoos&qpvt=The+Birdman+Chris+Anderson+NBA+tattoos&qpvt=The+Birdman+Chris+Anderson+NBA+tattoos&qpvt=The+Birdman+Chris+Anderson+NBA+tattoos&FORM=IGRE
Another sportscaster, years later, just before Andersen got his ring with the Miami Heat was liberally neutral to positive in his attitude toward “ink” in the NBA. But he did feel compelled to disclaim any approval of The Birdman’s “Ink”:
“I’m ok with tattoos in the NBA. But Andersen’s are just…..just plain alarming!”, the sportscaster warned.
Tattoos are just another of hundreds of markers of societal illness, IMHO. They don’t quite fill the bill of “The “Ultimate Indictment of a Sick Society” formulation I read in a counter-culture rag in 1970…..(Also a “keeper” IMHO).. Hitlery probably takes first place there, with “We came, we saw, he Died Hahaha!’
Or Madelyn Albright “Yes, I think it was worth it.” (to kill 500,000 Iraqi children).
Yet, all these sorts of lessers markers are connected.
The occultocracy that runs witches and warlocks like those two and the neocons need the tattooed dummies—and many other diverse sorts of small identity fetishists….. (that never even thought about their responsibility in the whole equation) to remain enthralled and distracted by such “art”, among, many, many other mostly useless things,
I found a very controversial article about Turkey’s policy with Iran regarding Russia, on the common plans in the gas business and beyond. Maybe I’m not understand it very well, but seems as a move to get rid of Russia’s influence in that region, at least, economically, in the energy sector. Here is the article : http://www.pravdareport.com/world/asia/18-08-2017/138454-turkey_iran-0/

For those not already saturated with US Civil War discussion from the Charlottesville threads, I wanted to add a bit more about the basis for President Lincoln’s decision to go to war. I believe that this information is not simply relevant to students of US history but to secessionist movements in any country with significant foreign debt (Scotland, Quebec, Catalonia, etc.).
What follows are the actual arguments cited by President Lincoln himself during his July 4, 1861 speech to Congress. By that time, Lincoln had already laid the groundwork for war. But his speech makes clear he simply did not have the resources to prosecute the war. In his address, the President asks for authorization for a force of 400,000 men. The entire white male population of the United States at that time was less than 14 million.
I have seen it claimed that Lincoln opposed secession on the basis of preventing a potential vulnerability of the US to foreign interference. Possibly, but the President does not make this argument. Instead he states:
The forbearance of this government had been so extraordinary, and so long continued, as to lead some foreign nations to shape their action as if they supposed the early destruction of our national Union was probable. While this, on discovery, gave the Executive some concern, he is now happy to say that the sovereignty, and rights of the United States, are now everywhere practically respected by foreign powers; and a general sympathy with the country is manifested throughout the world.
Some posters have expressed puzzlement over the importance of the war being referred to as a “Civil War”. In fact, this is a key legal point. If a “Civil War” then the actions taken against Federal property in the South as well as the declarations of secession can be legally considered an insurrection which the President would be justified in the use of force to suppress. If secession were legal, however, then Federal forts would need to be considered as occupying the sovereign territory of a foreign state.
Lincoln attacks the legality of secession:
They invented an ingenious sophism, which, if conceded, was followed by perfectly logical steps, through all the incidents, to the complete destruction of the Union. The sophism itself is, that any state of the Union may, consistently with the national Constitution, and therefore lawfully, and peacefully, withdraw from the Union, without the consent of the Union, or of any other state.
This sophism derives much—perhaps the whole—of its currency, from the assumption, that there is some omnipotent, and sacred supremacy, pertaining to a State—to each State of our Federal Union. Our States have neither more, nor less power, than that reserved to them, in the Union, by the Constitution
This is a debatable argument since the 10th amendment states: powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Lincoln is stating the exact opposite: that States have no powers not granted by the Constitution.
Finally, though, Lincoln rejects the legality of secession by another peculiar argument. He states:
What is now combatted, is the position that secession is consistent with the Constitution—is lawful, and peaceful. It is not contended that there is any express law for it; and nothing should ever be implied as law, which leads to unjust, or absurd consequences.
Lincoln thus rejects the legality of secession since it would lead to unjust, or absurd consequences and what are these consquences?
The nation is now in debt for money applied to the benefit of these so-called seceding States, in common with the rest. Is it just, either that creditors shall go unpaid, or the remaining States pay the whole? A part of the present national debt was contracted to pay the old debts of Texas. Is it just that she shall leave, and pay no part of this herself?
Again, if one State may secede, so may another; and when all shall have seceded, none is left to pay the debts. Is this quite just to creditors? Did we notify them of this sage view of ours, when we borrowed their money? If we now recognize this doctrine, by allowing the seceders to go in peace, it is difficult to see what we can do, if others choose to go, or to extort terms upon which they will promise to remain.

#USSJohnSMcCain involved in collision with a merchant vessel while east of the Strait of Malacca.
The collision was reported at 6:24 a.m. Japan Standard Time, while the ship was transiting to a routine port visit in Singapore. Initial reports indicate the warship sustained damage to its port side aft. No immediate word on any casualties. Search and rescue efforts are under way in coordination with local authorities, the Navy said.
The collision at sea sounds serious:
“…at least 10 sailors are missing.
The Navy said five others were hurt.”

They probably shouldn’t have named the ship for someone notorious for causing an accident on another Naval ship. It was “bad mojo” for that ship. You’d also think so soon after another ship collision which cost lives and the careers of several Naval Officers they would have been much more careful.
“They probably shouldn’t have named the ship for someone notorious for causing an accident on another Naval ship.”
Curious, what are you rattling on about here?
This should explain about what I was talking about. It’s been talked about here in the past. You might not have seen it: https://www.theburningplatform.com/2015/07/23/mccain-the-hero-nearly-sunk-an-aircraft-carrier-killed-134-sailors/

His dad was an admiral, chief of the navy? (I’m a Brit so unsure about his rank) at the time so the spin and cover-up was swift. This version is backed by other pilots and matelots on the ship at the time. He was speedily removed from the ship as the bosses were worried he would might get lynched. I read up on McBrain when he first took a shot at the presidency with Palin, scary reading.

The ship is not named after senator mccain, genious.
So it was his family instead. Big deal,my joke fell flat,I “beg forgiveness” for that. Is that good enough for you,or do you need more contrition from me to make you feel better.
That is a fairly new ship too.
Also:
“You’d also think so soon after another ship collision which cost lives and the careers of several Naval Officers they would have been much more careful.”
What are rattling about here, as well? The USS John S. McCain was commissioned in 1994.

I said “another ship collision”, genius. I didn’t say it was the same ship. Your zeal to find something to attack me over led you to an error in reading comprehension.Since the Fitzgerald case has been talked about dozens of times here (probably by you too if I remember right). I’d think you would have known what I was talking about. And not come out looking clueless.
From the way you formatted your comment, sunshine:
“They probably shouldn’t have named the ship for someone notorious for causing an accident on another Naval ship. It was “bad mojo” for that ship. You’d also think so soon after another ship collision which cost lives and the careers of several Naval Officers they would have been much more careful.”
It looked like you were talking about being more careful about naming the ship. Given you were “clueless” enough to rattle on about the ship being named after senator mccain in the first place, who knows what nonsense you might have meant. :-D
You really are a piece of work.
“You really are a piece of work.”
Back at you bub. A prefect case of the “pot and the kettle”. Are you about ready to stop your “stalking” or do I need a restraining order, lol.
Citing citizen concerns about nautical safety, and especially amid recent multiple violations by supposed nautical experts -US Navy- an automated system is mandated bypassing the time-honoured naval tradition captain’s orders (who may be asleep and have to be woken up first) and chain of sailors (turn 10 degrees to starboard, Aye, turn 10 degrees to starboard, Aye, turn 10 degrees to starboard, Aye….) who eventually actually command the boat to turn and engine room to respond.
Similar to the airborne collision avoidance system (ACAS) on passenger jets this will lessen the US navy’s tendency to bang into things bigger and smaller with monotonous regularity.
SO
Or have the automatic system shut down the usn ship’s forward momentum and set off internal sirens to wake the crew.

The comments below this vid ring true for me.
yup , is USA version of “freedom of navigation”…..collide and destroy.
Which could describe all their policies perhaps.
Yes,
The problem seems to be with the US naval ships ignoring (as in the arrogance of ‘might is right’) long established maritime customs, rules and procedures, amusingly illustrated here in a controversial clip which might or might not be apocryphal–but makes a valid point regardless. Genuine accidents do happen at sea, thus the universal rules established to minimise their occurrence. Close the ads to read the subtitles clearly:

Reminds me also of the old story of King Canute sitting on a throne on the English shore and ordering the incoming tide to go back. He wanted to prove that he was the master of the universe.
All he got for his trouble was wet feet and a hasty retreat.
Great comment. It was a bit ironic of him to talk about foreign debt and the South benefiting from it. Since most of the money from tariffs ,something like 70 out of 80 million of it came from Southern exports. From which they received little in return. From Lincoln’s own words there ,he doesn’t list slavery as a reason for the opposition to secession by the Federal Government, interesting. There is another historical fact overlooked by the anti-Southern historical revisionists. On April 4th the Virginia state legislature voted “against” secession from the Union,by around 2/3 of the vote. And so not to join some states that had already seceded. But then Lincoln called for the states to provide 75,000 Federal troops to invade the states that seceded and force their obedience to the Union. On April 17,an outraged Virginia held another vote and joined the seceding states. If the issue had been only slavery as many claim today. Virginia would have seceded on April 4th. And not waited until threatened with having to provide troops for attacking their neighboring states to join in secession.
US Navy Destroyer Collides With Merchant Ship Near Singapore
https://sputniknews.com/asia/201708211056634201-US-navy-ship-collides-merchant-vessel/
“The USS John McCain collided with a merchant ship early August 21 near Singapore and the Strait of Malacca.
The US guided-missile destroyer crashed into the merchant vessel Alnic MC while underway east of Singapore and the Strait of Malacca in the South China Sea, the US Navy 7th Fleet reports.
The incident occurred at 6:24 a.m. local time as the ship was on its way to make a routine visit in Singapore. Early reports hold that the McCain has been damaged on its port side aft, and the latest US Navy update says the ship is sailing under her own power and is on her way to port.
The USS John McCain is an Arleigh-Burke class destroyer belonging to the US Navy’s 7th Fleet, and is home ported at the US Navy base in Yokosuka, Japan. The Alnic MC is described as a Liberian-flagged, 30,000 ton, 183-meter oil and chemical tanker by the Marine Traffic website. It appears to have been on its way to Singapore from Pyeongtaek port in South Korea.”
Sounds like that pindo exceptionalism at work again. Perhaps a reflection of that vaunted, dominate role of american southern influence in the u.s. military.
Hopefully no one is injured or worse on the Alnic, looks like nobody injured on the usn ship. The name of the pindo ship is afte his father, not everybody’s favourite midget neanderthal, a usn officer involved in the cover up of the zionazi attack on the Liberty. Still ironic, though.
Update: looks like the usn ship did sustain casualties. No word yet about those aboard the merchant vessel.

“Singapore’s Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) said in a statement on Monday that none of the crew members aboard Liberian-flagged merchant vessel were injured after its collision with US guided-missile destroyer east of Singapore.
“ALNIC MC sustained damage to her Fore Peak Tank 7m [23 feet] above the waterline, with no crew injuries,” the statement read.”
WOW, I wonder what is all those generals going to do with their navy, or armed force in general….
No wonder they want war with someone, they live in backwards world. The peace kill them more than war…
Nice tongue in cheek sense of humour with more than a smidgeon of painful truth if you look at Vietnam combat mortality rates and compare them with later veteran peace-time suicide rates.
The conn on Destroyers have a bad habit of overestimating their ship’s speed and maneuverability. HMAS Voyager – sliced in two by HMAS Melbourne (82 dead). USS Frank E. Evans – sliced in two by HMAS Melbourne (74 dead). USS Fitzgerald and a container ship (7 dead). And now the USS John S McCain and a tanker (10 missing, 5 injured).
It kind of makes you wonder when a destroyer with good maneuverability and bristling with multiple sets of radar, sonar, electronic warfare systems and potentially 280 or so sets of eyes cannot see or avoid a far less maneuverable 600 foot long, 50,000 ton massive lump of radar reflecting steel.
Captain Hancock sure gets around and it might be best if he avoids any hostilities or anything requiring tactical abilities. Stick with a rowing boat.
@ mundanomaniac,
Thanks for your thought provoking and emotional probing reply. Whereas I begin with thinking; you start with feeling. You can see it that way, and I often start with feeling also.
However, the context I was dealing with is the Love Army and the problem of war. Armies run on orders, commandments, discipline and strength. Emotions are involved but in a war, strategy depends on thought. We speak of an information war.
That is one reason that I start with thought. It depends on the situation. The Love Bower starts with feeling, and is protected by clear thinking and strong warriors. Generally speaking, good feelings follow upon right actions, which are determined by proper order.
I read the link to Jung that you provided. It is very valuable, and reminds me of Jordan Peterson, who is conversant with Jung, and the psychological literature. I think both are brilliant thinkers who have their hearts in the right place.
In the Love Government “map of meaning,” to use Jordan’s psychology, faculties are ranked or ordered according to their relative strengths. I know this rankles some people but it’s a choice I make. In my view, there are seven ascending orders of strength in the human being: body, feeling, fantasy, dream, mind, intuition and an overall order of justice. There are higher levels but they need not detain us here. We can also go into the depths of reality, in which case the terminology is reversed.
Notice that I rank mind above emotion in relative strength. We are named “homo sapiens” rather than “femina sentiens.” That fits our culture of patriarchy but I think it is a mistake that produces war and its discontents. A love army has to start where most people are, and the plain fact is that we are immersed in war.
I start with thinking in a war context, also because of physiology. Humans have a neo-cortex with is concerned with thinking. Feelings are more associated with animals and the lower parts of the brain. Both are important, but if we are to have a civilization at all, the preference must go to reason as the guide of feeling.
But it doesn’t stop there. There are broader, deeper and higher powers. I choose to call them “love.” But that’s a whole different train of thought, and feeling, as well as spirituality. I have concluded that love is the most useful word to use as a center-point and circumference. It is popular and profound. It is absolute and relative, man and woman; and is congruent with all virtues and vices.
Ok, enough. I want to eat and prepare for sleep. Thanks so much for engaging in these matters so critical to our times. We think and we feel. There is no contradiction between these two powers. We each make our choices, and in a cafe like this, share our likes and dislikes, and various philosophies and psychologies, as well as much else. What more can we ask for, other than the cessation of war?
Love, Dennis
Dennis is right about love being the answer, but stubbornly wrong on some applications of love, some proofs in the pudding, as it were.
This stubborness and disorientation gets downright annoying when one knows with certainty that his error serves the Empire.
For example, months ago, he looked askance at Abraham Lincoln’s involvement in the promotion of railroad development, first in Illinois, and by extension, then trans-continentally during his presidency.
I’m sorry, but there is more love in increasing the physical power of human life to sustain itself at higher levels, than there is in some New Age Greenie softness for strangling development of that sort, just because one has no personal experience or ego-identification with advancements in industry or transport.
So OBOR becomes in the Leery Leary La La Land “Chinese Economic Expansion” as though that were some loveless evil rather than a long delayed improvement in per capita well being and capacity lessening the gap between Dennis and the average person in China, that a loving person would normally desire that other human beings achieve, if he loved them, and wished them the best.
Not even to speak off countless hundreds of millions of others in Asia and Africa??
Where’s real. effective “love” for them coming from?
China or Dennis???
Really! Seriously!!
AND: You haven’t notice that if it were not for China’s economic power Russia might already have been isolated and devoured???
You haven’t noticed that almost every guest writer and most knowledgeable commenter here comprehends these basic FACTS, and feels positive about OBOR, unlike yourself???
I just have a soft spot for Dennis, so I have persisted, and given him more opportunities to join the human race and stop being an Irish slave to his British overlords, unconsciously, than perhaps any other visitor here!
Those other commenters don’t bother with Dennis’ gross errors of strategic judgment.
I can certainly see why!!
But I do patiently bother, when I have the time.
Now THAT’S Brotherly Love!
Because, he could be a much more valuable person in stopping the empire’s War on Russia if some basic errors were quietly outgrown and no longer adhered to.
Maybe some cuffs about the ears when your brother is being a dolt, will help.
More probably not. No matter. It might help someone a little less dense on some of these basic points that cannot dent the Learian Ego.
There’s a point at which esoteric capacities and proclamations of love ring quite hollow and daft when such basic errors in assessing strategic realities are stubbornly repeated over, and over and over again.
He’s not ALL wrong but the Devil is in the Details in getting from Here to There (Eden, Nirvana, etc, etc) and you can’t make such gross errors of strategic judgment and be called a competent “Commander” of anything.
Even a “Love Army” IMHO.
Love your lovely ideas (some of which I buy!) but love the prospects of half the global population achieving half your standard of living just a wee bit more (sic …..so far you evidence zero interest in that improvement occurring) and I would say your capacity to love humanity rather than get your rocks off, erotically, is on the increase!
Bro, I thought Dennis is a Indian with a white manas name with his hating OBOR, and China, and meatless love… are you sure you are not mistaking? I have never seen a white man talking like him. on the other hand, I see Indian all over internet proclaim superiority of meatless love, and all others…
I think we should have a dare or debate on this…
I’ll debate you, J. (not really, joke)…….
………in a similar spirit of ‘Fish are people too!’ ;-)
Where do you draw the line and who gets to decide where that line is and who gets to enforce it?
We could go on forever and never get that OBOR built, or anything left that is acceptable to eat for dinner either. The painful contradictions of living—- should we solve them by imposing fascism for all or by learning to tolerate each others differences of opinion while still recognising our mutual humanity?
Its a tough one, that. :)
OM,
LOL. Let me give a shot.
I think t is the last one. ” by learning to tolerate each others differences of opinion while still recognising our mutual humanity”.
There is not much one can do but good intention, good track record, and common interest. Plus good dose of fair competition. No one want to be told what to do, and put eggs in one basket.
If they see the project suit their country, and they have a good choice, it will likely happen. You can not stop people being nationalistic. You can not impose your will on people. People do not like it if they think you want to impose yourself on them.
Even Iron brother Pakistan is trying to attract money and factory, and buying military supplies from no Chinese source. It is perfect understandable.
If Iran had a choice, the west will be their first choice, but they are on OBOR according to NYtimes:
For China’s Global Ambitions, ‘Iran Is at the Center of Everything’
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/25/world/middleeast/iran-china-business-ties.html
South east Asia has lived with China for 1000s years, and know what to expect.
One example is Myanmar, even Chinese was the only support of their country in their military rule, Myanmar was not thrill with China, and thought China would annex their land when the conflicts near borders flared up, and thought Chinese was giving them raw deals, and blocked many projects. Now they are different, but it did take time and effort.
Hopefully CPEC will be finished soon, and other countries can look to it as template for their own development. It will be a lot more useful in persuading countries on the silk road.
Here is two projects on road of CPEC just last week:
Chinese companies to assemble trucks, buses in Pakistan

China plans petrochemical complex near Karachi
https://www.dawn.com/news/1351945
India’s trouble, or looking for trouble with China is god send opportunity for Pakistan and south Asia. Chinese company will send more plants to other countries.
J and minion and Dennis:
I’ll bite!
De-bait on!
I actually think Dennis (and the yogis) has some merit to his Vegan spirit.
The plant “meat” would go a lot further if animal meat didn’t eat it first, and then we, the animals.
Meat is more concentrated food.
Trouble is, it is more concentrated in toxins (and pesticides, hormones and who knows what else!) as well. We are omnivores by occasional necessity, but I do think that picking stationary leaves, seeds, nuts and digging up some nice thick juicy roots and bulbs was preferred in prehistoric antiquity over the energy intensity of killing rabbits or fish or endangering life and limb to bring down bigger game, with antlers, claws that can rip your abdomen open, or hooves that can crack your skull open.
Yet, I am not going to go lecture the Inuit, as Dennis might be wont to do….LOL. What are they supposed to do, strain plankton from the frozen Arctic seas?? Move south? Or continue to hunt and kill those adorable seals with sad eyes?? That eat the fish that eat the shrimp and krill that eat the plankton?
I eliminated beef, lamb and pork, but I’d kill one of those critters if I had to, to survive, without a doubt. But that dilemma is unlikely. In former, more precarious times, it was far more likely.
Then, with domestication, we took the danger out of killing animals. Even game animals. With a high powered rifle and animal fear of armed or even unarmed humans, the risk of injury today is practically nil.
Its hard for a fisherman to quit eating fish. But I did cut way down. Most meals are meatless now, but not all. Yet this (recent!) difference in diet was seen by one commenter here as quite a suspicious and even threatening difference from his own carnal diet.
I found his fear (not even directly expressed, just referenced far away, to someone else, on another Vineyard thread!) just plain amusing and slightly pathetic.
Sensitivity to all life is a good thing. But I did kill a rat last year.
My eleven year old wept over half his brightly collored shrimp dying. The aquarium water got too dirty. But I observed that I had just had Shrimp Pad Thai and each shrimp weighed more than all his miniature aquarium ones put together. He looked at me disapprovingly but he eats a lot more meat and shrimp than I do. Until he started raising and breeding shrimp, that is.
Early on, when he was about 5-6 he pronounced himself a vegetarian. That lasted a few months.
We tolerate whatever choices we adopt or abandon, no sweat, in our family.
I don’t think Dennis would hurt a fly, but I still will.
Little Guy bred mosquito larvae to feed his aquarium fish. I felt no remorse somehow, when I netted a bunch of them and then turned the net inside out in the aquarium and watched the fishes feed on them, alive.
I did provoke Little Guy by observing that he was “playing God” with the little creatures, both prey and predators. His eyes narrowed in thought, as he looked at me slightly askance, and said nothing.
LOL.
My daughter actually spent one year to be a vegetarian after watching video of how McDonald treating animals. It was hard work for me to get her to eat enough nutrition since she was a very picky.
It is well know fact in China, as people getting older, they get more religious, and actually many of them do not eat meat at all.
As results of my mother’s illness, I found out that old people actually need more protein since their system is less efficient. So being vegetarian is wrong thing to do at old age.
There are talks of vegetarian are smarter, which I found misleading as the meat eater achieve just as much.
There is nothing wrong eating meat, just not waste it by over eating or otherwise.
Human are omnivores, There is no reason of making it a moral or ideology issue. It should be choice for the individual.
Bro 93 & J,
I was a vegetarian for about 3 years some 40+ years ago, for ‘ethical’ reasons. Then I found myself looking at my dinner of greenery and thinking ‘Plants are people too, aren’t they, living things and not deserving of being eaten?’
Some time and thought later I bought some sausages and became an omnivore again for many years.
After a lot of experimentation and lots of research I eat minimal meat and carbohydrate now and fill up with green veg, fish, eggs, cheese, due to age and medical problems. I wouldn’t impose what works for me on anyone else and have had ding-dong verbal battles with some of my medics who are aghast that I don’t follow their prescribed way.
Speaking of medics and ding-dongs, I woke up from a month in a coma in the ICU, plugged into every life preserving machine known to man (complete system failure) and had one nurse decide it was the right time to proselytise me, telling me that I was going to Hell for refusing to listen. I haven’t tolerated that from anyone since I was about 8 years old.
Irish Roman Catholicism can have that effect on some.
I ripped off (slowly, I was all but immobile) my CPap mask and politely explained that I would prefer an eternity in Hell to listening to her any further. She went into the incoherent spitting rage that I was so familiar with from my childhood and then into full Irma Grese mode, also familiar. IRC’s have much in common with fascists. She complained about the un-cooperative patient–I had her removed from my room, never to darken my door again.
I mean it when I say I would prefer death.
I try to practice live and let live, right up the point where someone is trying relentlessly to shove their views down my throat. Then……
I spent a couple of months travelling around China before I got sick and was mighty impressed. Why not new Chinese economic overlords? We already have economic overlords and a change is sometimes as good as a rest.
Bro,
I am actually on same path as you: green veg, fish, eggs, except I do eat some meat as well. Less is more right now.
I am not sure about what do you mean of “Chinese economic overlords”, I hope if you mean a natural recession, I feel they have a lot to learn in that front…
OM,
Sorry, The previous message regarding green veg, fish, eggs, meat diet was for you. My apologies.
I was ready to be a vegetarian, then my mom got sick, and I found out people of old age should eat protein rich diet since their system no longer efficient, and vegetarian diet does not have enough nutrition to begin with. So eat better food, but small portion is way to go as people getting older.
J,
I eat a small amount of meat as well. Three years on, I have heart, liver and kidney damage from the system failure and the natural aging process and still get blood tests taken vey few weeks for monitoring. Because of my research and experimentation I can and do adjust things like protein intake, amounts of various meds etc. for optimal outcome, depending on the always changing results of the bloods.
‘Its life, Jim, but not as we know it’

The ‘Chinese overlords’ thing was a bit of a joke on a common net meme, given that we have absolutely no control over our present economic overlords, I, personally, welcome them:
http://www.todayifoundout.com/index.php/2012/10/where-the-expression-i-for-one-welcome-our-new-x-overlords-came-from/
Hi OM,
I hear you.
My mom actually had heart, and kidney problems too. Now she is on dialysis, Her heart for some reason become as strong as a young person. She has to watch her intake of food for a few elements that dialysis can not remove, and make sure she has enough nutrition. Now I make sure she has some good fish and meat.
She however is not healthy as she should be. I believe it is because she like to eat all kinds of snacks. It is hard to stop her because I know how those salty, spicy things seem calling my name all the time. One only live once any way…
Find some Chili Sea Bass. It is fatty, and tasty. It is expensive, but you do not need a lot of it either.
Hi J,
Best wishes to your mum, and you’re so right about the ‘only live once’. A life designed only to make an entry into the Guinness Book of Records is not worth living to me. Better to drink the odd Guinness along with a salty snack if that’s what you desperately want.
When I first regained consciousness, desperately thirsty, I was denied water. I begged, pleaded and schemed to get some. Eventually my nurse that day (a different one) gave me 5 millilitres as a demonstration and I choked horribly as it went into my lungs instead of my stomach. When I did get a proper drink of water (vintage chateau du tap) some time later, it was the best tasting drink of my life, ever.
Something I found out that has only recently been discovered is that the heart muscle is the only muscle tissue in the body that can regenerate to some degree. It pays to exercise it.
Still wont make us immortal anytime soon, though— thank the gods.
“We think and we feel. There is no contradiction between these two powers”
Jung called these “powers” functions of orientation, and stated the contradiction
of feeling and thinking, as each one of them is disturbing the other …
To think love is the aproach of a ‘thinker’, to feel love the aproach of a ‘feeler’
like me, but they have got to mirror each other like Sagittarius is to be mirrored
by Cancer.
An interesting story on RT. The petition on the White House “We the people” site.To label Antifa as a terrorist organization has, after only three days, got the 100,000 signatures needed for the Trump administration to consider it. Trump has in the past wanted to shut the site down. But in this case he might want to use it to stop this group’s constant protests and violence. That are directed more at him than anything else.If I was advising him I’d say let it go on and see how many signatures it can get. And if there are many more. Use it as an excuse for taking action against that group. He’s sure to get “flack” over it. But that group is one of his most violent enemies. So the benefit might out-way the problems for him of taking action. Especially if backed by a large enough number of citizens.

Spain’s Far-Right Group Targets Granada Mosque After Barcelona, Cambrils Attacks
https://sputniknews.com/europe/201708211056633926-spain-far-right-granada-mosque/
“Members of the far-right group used smoke grenades and shouted xenophobic slogans, accusing Muslims of terrorism and ties with the Islamic State terrorist group (IS, banned in Russia), the Europa Press news agency reported on Saturday. The group was eventually dispersed by police forces.
Similarly, Seville Mosque Foundation’s center was attacked with anti-muslim graffiti.
Meanwhile, the authorities of Catalonia urged the public on Sunday against regarding the whole local Muslim community as criminal in the wake of the attacks. On Saturday, dozens of Muslims living in Barcelona went out on Las Ramblas street in order to express their protest against deadly terrorist attacks.”
Spain has their zionazi puppet-stringed confederates, as well.
The US is stopping the processing of non-immigrant visas in Russian until after September 1st (ie Russians tourist visas to the US). Its obvious its a ploy to make it hard for Russians to visit the US. Hoping to get Russians to blame the Russian government for the travel difficulties. It will probably work on the liberal 5th column Russians. Which I would imagine are the ones that would most likely be stupid enough to want to go to the US. But my opinion is that is a good thing for Russia. Their citizens shouldn’t be traveling to the US and being propagandized over there. The sooner people realize that the US isn’t their friend the better for Russia:
https://www.rt.com/news/400346-us-embassy-russia-visas/
Just spotted this related news on Fort Russ. “US pushes Russia to abandon the Donbass in ultimatum”
State Dept is acting on its own authority and ignoring the President. The bureaucratic/deep state runs amok.
http://www.fort-russ.com/2017/08/us-pushes-russia-to-abandon-donbass-in.html
The Deep State isn’t their friend or any human being’s of good will, but beware of falling into the profiling when discussing ordinary people.
Remember, only the talking head presstitutes and 6% of the population still believed Rusia runs US elections, a month ago.
More recently the gold fish bowl of mind control people are supposed to be confined in was shattered by the VIPS forensic proof of the fraud of the Clapper/Brennan/Mueller/Podesta/ Hitlery/McCain narrative.
So now race-baiting is the leading edge of the attempted Deep State mass-manipulation. A shift has happened. The stench of Deep State anti-Russia farting can potentially blow away with a little fresh breeze. It lingers where there is no breeze.
However, a new-all-too-familiar odor of methane is being released.
I was never a great fan of Mr Young, but if non Trump voters like him can put out statements like this, we just may escape the Empire mind clutches that have been so highly refined here in the Homeland:
Former UN Ambassador and civil rights leader Andrew Young cut through the maze of lies in an NBC interview Sunday:
“Most of the issues that we’re dealing with now are related to poverty. But we still want to put everything in a racial context,” Amb. Young said.
“The reason I feel uncomfortable condemning the Klan types is, they are almost the poorest of the poor. They are the forgotten Americans. And, they have been used and abused and neglected. Instead of giving them affordable health care, they give them black lung jobs…. Our job [in the Civil Rights Movement] was not to put down white people. Our job was to lift everybody up together, so that we would learn to live together as brothers and sisters rather than perish together as fools.”
NOW: There’s a bit of consciousness rising that cannot be pleasing to the Empire’s occult profilers of hate and violence and fear!!
Yet, a lot of people on Russia’s and the Truth’s side act like the glass walls of dead asleep unconsciousness are still there and they swim around in tight little circles confined by the Enemy’s narrative. This is a sort of mirroring that should be dispensed with.
Less solid people tend to react to, or mirror the “wind” in their environment, and bend with it, like reeds. Don’t expect them to buck it and denounce lies or Russophobia when they encounter it. But if the air is still and you say “Russia” in a non-fearful or non-paranoid way, what I have encountered is an immediate openess and curiosity and even positivity ready to emerge, if given half the chance!
I can immediately pick out Russian soft speech in a crowd of less cautious tourists from all around the world, as in Yosemite, recently. And I was glad they were over here……..Deferential as I was to their caution, on one high elevation view point I offered to take the family shot so all, including camera wielder, would stand with El Capitan behind them, across the valley. Yet, I understood immediately when the adult English speaking son declined the offer, and left them in their privacy.
For every day a pinch of good humor, so today:

I think maybe I will buy the book and skip this site. Perhaps that was the intention?
I am using my firefox right now. I see the same. :-) I wonder if clean the cache helps?

Here is something interesting for those who may have the curiosity to read and search on this matter, namely Konstantin Korotkov, Russian scientist who developed technology for a form of Kirlian photography known as Gas Discharge Visualization (GDV) . here some links :
http://www.disclose.tv/news/russian_scientist_konstantin_korotkov_capture_image_of_a_soul_leaving_the_body/119438
http://suprememastertv.com/ss/?wr_id=127
interesting Ioan. gas discharge photography? I have not the slightly clue what that is, but one year long ago when I was living in an ashram, several us stalwart mediators trooped down to have our supposedly Kirilian photos taken at the local new age fair .
It turns out that several of us had entities ( very colorful, nice looking orb-like creatures) around us When one of us went back to do an hour of yoga and then had her picture retaken , the colors around her had changed to yellow and red …more blood flow? rather than the more pastel like colors of relaxation and fun.
The yogis have theories of soul departure and energy bodies—etheric, astral etc. When we had to take my husband, brain dead, off the ventilator which was keeping him alive, I positioned myself and held his feet so that if he were confused in some way he would seek a higher energy point for departure. It felt like it was the solar plexus. sigh. He was in a hurry to leave actually and how he did it was part of his last assignment.

Trump Approves Sending 4K More Troops to Afghanistan, Official Says
http://www.military.com/daily-news/2017/08/22/trump-approves-sending-4k-more-troops-afghanistan-official-says.html
Overthrowing the government and taking control of the Ukraine was a neo-conservative victory, but it is nothing compared to the way they have managed to overthrow Donald Trump and take control of the USA.
He hasn’t mentioned any troop level.
They will need far more than 4K.
His calculus is facts on the ground. How much turf do we control and how many terrorists have we killed?
Sounds to me like what I heard for 12 years in Vietnam.
Also, Trump expects India to assist. That is laughable.
The secret sauce was in his statement the US would recoup its costs by “participating in economic development of Afghanistan”. That means we will take your minerals.
Pretty much a Hegemon staying in the middle of South Asia so he can block China and Russia and Iran.
Pakis have not been fighting for the West or Arabs for years. They have plenty of manpower to work with Russia and China. The ISI is not about to stop being what they are and have been. They probably have 2 or 3 more Mumbais ready to launch if India sticks its nose into the war.
We’ll see how many jihadis from Syria and Iraq are moved into the war to fight for the CIA against the Taliban.
Should be a few months before Trump’s generals drop some more MOABs.
This should be a very huge mess shortly.
Larchmonter,
I think you are right about troop level will be far more than 4000.
With batted breath, I am waiting to find out Indians involvement. There is nothing a few flattering words from Mr Trump can not do.
I think ISI will preserve itself for Kashmir than Mumbai. But one never know. There are other players too as you stated.
I think this ISIS stuff will spread in south Asia. It always does when Us is involved, or more involved.
We will find it out soon enough.
I also wondering the new found love for peace with its neighbors by it home minster has anything to do with Trump’s Afghanistan strategy.
After all, it can not tying up 100,000 Indian army in Himalayas, and send another 10,000s to hills of Afghanistan… So it mountain divisions could be found in Afghanistan to support Afghans economical development and earn big buck from US for a change than fighting Chinese losing money…
If it is the case, I say win (for US), win (for India), and win (for China). If it even pull its troops out of Bhutan, Bhutan will be a winner too. Except Afghanistanis…
The US Hegemon strategy unfolding calls for only the US to win.
India has a useful tool at the top, willing to be fondled as long as he gets something for himself.
Trump intends to crush China, not even allow it regional influence.
President Xi knows. Chinese also know that they need asymmetry to control the Hegemon.
Only Russia has strategies that allow it to operate in Hegemon’s face.
Putin, however, doesn’t directly confront the US. He lets his moves be shocks to the system, disrupting the Hegemony.
What Trump is trying to do is subtract India from SCO and BRICS, as well as balk and stall Belts and Roads Initiatives.
Also, Iran and India are getting together on natural gas. US will want that stopped or very limited.
Though Trump was anti-globalist, he always was a triumphalist and hegemonist economically.
He is using India and Japan to keep China off-balance.
It should be interesting to see China’s moves over the next six months.
One thing certain, the North Korean thing will never go the way Trump wants.
When the vast majority of Chinese young and business entrepreneurs realize the US is intent on destroying the ascent of China, a reverse brain drain and wealth drain will sap the US economy.
Chinese will choose to come home and defend their nation against hegemonic containment.
Afghanistan, also known as ‘the graveyard of Empires’.
The terrain alone defeated the Brits 3 times in the 19th century, the Soviets in the 20th and now the US and its coalition of willing vassals in the 21st century.
Those primitive mountain tribesmen with their rusty AK’s must understand a thing or two that we don’t yet acknowledge.

7 reasons why by comparison with the USSR the US is losing in Afghanistan
http://theduran.com/7-reasons-comparison-ussr-us-losing-afghanistan/
“(7) The USSR withdrew from Afghanistan in 1989 after the Soviet backed government there had been stabilised and when it was in secure control of all of Afghanistan’s main towns and cities.
Contrary to widespread predictions the Afghan government survived the Soviet withdrawal and only finally collapsed in the spring of 1992, several months after the USSR had itself collapsed, and only after Soviet aid to Afghanistan was stopped.
Even then the final collapse of the Soviet backed government was not caused by a Mujahedeen military victory but by factional infighting within the government which led to an internal coup.”

“Pretty much a Hegemon staying in the middle of South Asia so he can block China and Russia and Iran.”
That has been the main reason israeloamerica went into Afghanistan and their efforts there were never to create a stable country (outside of the poppy fields for the Jewish mafia). They deliberately kept the country in chaos so it would be a hub for destabilisation efforts throughout the region.
This latest plan is directed at Russia, Iran and China, to counter their recent work at stabilising the country and throw a monkey wrench into the works.
The secrecy on the israeloamerican plan is not to protect the invading troops and suits, but to keep people in the usa in the dark to limit counter reaction. It will also hide the sort of operation, which will include a lot of work recruiting and training more terrorists.
I suspect the main short term target of the israeloamerican terrorists will be Iran. The lame coalition the israeloamericans recently created around their saudi gofers is mainly to fight Iran and taking down Iran appears to be the main goal short term goal of the israeloamericans. More terrorist mercs and troops in Afghanistan provides an “eastern front” against Iran.
At least, this is my take on it. Not sure what India is supposed to be doing in Afghanistan, or Indian motives for being there. The announcement by “eddie munster” took me by surprise.
India to Be Key US Partner in Modernizing Afghanistan – Tillerson
https://sputniknews.com/politics/201708221056667868-india-tillerson-key-partner-afghanistan/
And, not sure what India may suppose to gain in Afghanistan, what kind of strategy they may follow when the US will be the one who decides on each step. The US interests are clear: to block OBOR and to split the BRICS.
There many things nationalists Indian can gain from going to Afghanistan if you spend time dig into it:
1. The greater India should be stretched from Burma to Afghanistan. (to Myanmar, it is a snowball chance in hell, but Indian north east was based mostly on Myanmar’s expense)
2. A second front against Pakistan (it already has numerous “consulate not far from Pakistan border”)
3. Another front against China
4. a foot step into Iran, and central asia
5, but not least, make India to US as Japan is to US (if you pay attention to comments on line).
There will be quite some benefit for Russians too:
1. a lot more weapons sell to India.
2. have lovely India as neighbor after India win over Afganistan, and started to consider central asia and Iran as part of greater India.
3. The population problem of Russia will be solved over night..
Additionally, Pakistan has been increasingly leaning towards the China-Russian alliance. Preventing this and either turning Pakistan back towards the zpc/nwo, or making it a failed state will be another goal of the israeloamericans. Many of those new terrorists this surge is designed to create will be sent to Pakistan.
VT,
Yes, Nothing more important than to disrupt OBOA, more importantly CPEC to stop China from transit from Pakistan, and for Russia and China to unite Eurasia.
As brutal as it going to be, it may not be better to play it out now than slow motion it and spread it during all those road building.
Iran’s military brass need to have right attitude toward Pakistan or if Pakistan falls, Iran will be a front line state.
Sorry I meant to say “As brutal as it going to be, it maybe better to play it out now than slow motion it and spread it during all those road building.

Something many of you may not be aware of is that Russia is holding a diplomatic Ace over Turkey that’s giving Erdogan the shivers.
In fact, the corner that Erdogan painted himself into, is driving him straight into Russia’s hands to do with as they please, but this Ace dates back to an agreement signed in 1921 and it concerns about 30% of the Turkish territory that’s bordering with Armenia. An agreement that has to be renewed, by mutual consent, every 25 years and the next time this comes up for renewal is in 2021.
To take it from the beginning and explain what this is about:
In 1921, the Russians in a display of Russo/Turko friendship, “gifted” these lands to Turkey, on the condition that the Turks remain friendly toward Russia, thus the 25 year renewal clause.
If, for any reason the Russians are displeased with Turkey, 30% of what we today consider Turkish territory, legally reverts back to Russia. This is known as the “Kars Treaty” and even though Turkey and Russia and the Soviet Union before it, have been on the opposite sides of the political spectrum, the Kremlin had continued renewing this throughout the Cold War, saving this advantage for a more appropriate time.
This territory that includes Mount Ararat (where the biblical Arc came to rest after the Flood) has deliberately been left sparsely populated by successive Turkish governments because of the uncertainty of its status and although any change in ownership will not cause great movements of populations, it will be a blow to Erdogan’s prestige to lose almost one third of Turkish territory at a time when he is promising his people “expansion.”
There is nothing in the Treaty of Moscow or Treaty of Kars calling for 25 year renewals. The USSR attempted to renegotiate them following WWII and it was these attempts that caused Turkey to join NATO. Armenian nationalists (in the US of course) repudiate the legality of the treaties. This article explains why there is little chance of Russia undertaking large revisions. http://www.russia-direct.org/analysis/how-treaty-1921-could-determine-future-arc-russian-turkish-relations
What does everyone make of the tech billionaires raising the alarm on “killer robots” (autonomous weapons systems)?
https://www.rt.com/uk/400511-mod-killer-robots-un/
Is it just me, or does this smell really bad?? If I’m not willing to believe these blindly faithful followers of neoliberal technocratic capitalism (“humans are just machines”) are acting in the interests of humanity, then what are they up to?
Does another tech-center, outside of California or the West Coast, have a decisive advantage in this area? (China? Russia? Germany?) Or are they planning to claim California or the West Coast for themselves and are concerned other predatory American oligarchs will unleash these weapons on them? Or maybe the US military possesses these weapons? (Weapons which these tech billionaires likely contributed to developing?) It must be some kind of political power play, if I assume (and I do) that no authentic concern for actual humans lies behind this.
To quote our proprietor, The Saker, this would almost be funny if it wasn’t so serious.

Yeah, Russia will pretty much shoot down those big ole swarms with this new gun. Which will be available for purchase by qualified buyers, I imagine.

A Thesis that USN (and (presumably) US DoD overall) is about to do a strategic retreat…don’t laugh.
Thesis makes sense. http://www.fort-russ.com/2017/08/breaking-us-navy-orders-halt-to-all.html
US DoD overall is not mentioned, but of course, as Xerxes knew at Salamis, without the navy, the army goes home…dadadadada… (as Comrade Vonnegut used to say)
So, the ECM and new Reality penetrates the delusional world of…ship captains…(where delusions do not last very long) and bang, bang, bang, bang, and so they twig to the implications…and seek to re-consider matters…and the navy decides…(whatever) and the Army has to obey…’cause it depends on the navy…
plausible…

There were suspects that survived in Barcelona probably because they were injured a few days earlier in the premature demolition of their bombs, but the 4 are being held and tried in secret proceedings in Madrid—so Spanish intel has their hands on them. Maybe they will be sent to Gitmo? This will be the last we hear of them.
By the way, remember the two supposed deaths from the downed helicopter in Charlesville? What ever happened to their story of service and martyrdom—just guys doing their job in an officially incompetent ( or deliberately chaotic) leadership situation.

Hi. It’s late and I’m tired but I wanted to say goodbye to the Gemini Sisters in our picture with a thousand faces. When I’m tired, I might say something I will regret.
In fact, it happened a few hours hence. I had a nice post in reply to J, one minion and Bro 93, thanking them for the feedback and questions they posed. Then it happened. I touched my touchy computational machine, and my masterpiece disappeared like a bat into hell.
Oh, you should have heard the cussing and mussing. I thought of blaming God but thought better of it, and resorted to a few “God—-them,” staying on the windward side of God. Then I saw who the dastard was: the commander of the Love Army’s ninth division, a joker from birth.
He wanted to teach me a lesson, and he did. I flashed back to my two year old’s temper tantrum when I didn’t get my way, my four year old’s violent kicking against the doctor trying inject me with allergy shots, and my six year old’s screams of resistance at going to kindergarten.
Well, my fighting days came to an end when I entered the domains of the black robed priests and nuns. They have a way, honed over thousands of years, to induce conformity. I became a saint of obedience, until my late twenties, when the Protestant biblical exegetes came knocking on my door, and right after my bible teacher who warned me of reading such-likes.
Where was I? I stopped in here for some reason. That Old Timer’s Disease must be advancing. Oh, how I long to talk Trump talk, but I must leave it to later. Oh, yah. I lost my previous post. Now I understand why the ninth commander acted the part of good parent with a very angry child. And I understand partially why since this morning the smallest things going wrong irritated the heaven out of me; if it had been hell, it wouldn’t have been so bad.
The Jungian serendipity symbol then happened. Either that, or mundanomaniac is bi-locating. Btw, thanks for your thought-piercing feelings in the comment you just made. What happened was that I knocked a hand-held mirror off my table and it shattered into a dozen pieces.
I didn’t even blink. I con the Love Army’s tricks now pretty well. Shatter the sob before his shadow shatters him. Like I said, when I’m tired, my second cylinder of sense misfires. As the hayseeds say: time to hit the hay. I just hit the caps key by mistake. Now it might be this Two Sisters cafe’s last day, and I would fall into a deep depression, from which the ninth commander would have to pull me up by my bootstraps. Sort of like he’s doing with the Donald; and if there, why not with the Dennis?
Love, the Dennis from Hotel California where you can always check in but never leave unless there’s a mighty tall tale you can weave…

Activist Explains Why US Democrats Squash Single-Payer Health Care Efforts
https://sputniknews.com/politics/201708231056704298-democrats-sabotage-single-payer-movement/
“Radio Sputnik’s Loud and Clear spoke with Dr. Margaret Flowers, co-director of Popular Resistance, about how the struggle for a single payer system feels all too familiar.
“It’s like being in 2009 all over again,” Flowers said, recalling pushback from Democrats under former President Barack Obama during his administration’s work toward health care reform. “As the push for a Medicare-for-all system gets louder, we’re seeing all these writers provide cover for Democrats by saying ‘You’re asking for too much, you can’t do this, you have to compromise from the beginning because this isn’t politically feasible.'”
She pointed out that the movement for single-payer healthcare has grown even as Democrats call on their base to focus only on stopping President Donald Trump’s ill-fated Repeal-and-Replace efforts, rather than pushing for further, real reform.
Flowers remarked, “That has really freaked them out because the people are way ahead of where they are. And so now how do they convince people, how do they disempower them and weaken them and make them think that they’re asking for too much? This is the same thing we’ve seen throughout the history of social movements: we’re always told that we’re asking too much.”
Loud and Clear host Brian Becker noted that a similar cry was heard during the Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s and 1960s.”
Meanwhile, Murica is getting in an uglier mood.
Dr P is getting pissed and I have to agree that the Donald is stepping in one cow pie after the other and really stinking up the joint almost as bad as Mattis and McMasters.
Stupid beyond belief.
Well, that’s what happens when you swallow the official lies of 911 and pretend such expediency will get you by, while your base is throwing up in disgust, and both right and left nazis prepare more street theater, determined to Make America Hate And Sin.
