The Birdsville Track runs from Birdsville in southwest Queensland to Marree in the far north of South Australia.
It traverses a distance of approximately 500 kilometers through some of Australia’s most remote, but beautiful country.
Afghan cameleers walked their cargo carrying camels through here until the railway came.
Their old rustic mosque survives at Marree.

You are right – it is stunning country, yet harsh and unforgiving.
It’s great that you posted this.
Looks like it took Muslims to open up the “outback”
And btw they intermarried with local native people – relations were good.
My wife and I used to teach at place called Ali-curing, about 350 north of Alice Springs, and there was a family which hailed from such a mixed marriage. Very smart kids and all gorgeous.
Not to say that native people are lacking in talent and appearance – just that this family was a beautiful example of real peaceful co-existence – and very highly regarded by the entire community.
Were the world such a place…
So different to the Anglo culture that followed.
… yes Yuri, and the Afghans being Muslims would have abstained from alcohol use and sales.

In Alice Springs, The Ghan railway train runs too close to the road which always causes me to sweat a bit from my truck’s driving seat, when I look across and see railway wheels rolling along at eye level.
I always pray this train does not derail onto road traffic when travelling alongside.
The mountainous terrain in the Alice did make rail and road difficult, but now with modern equipment there are ways and means to improve this situation.

We were in Ali curing in 1981 – music was always a big part of the community. Gus Williams was the community president and he ran a country and western band.
It’s amazing that you drove trucks on the Stuart Hwy – we went up and down that road quite few times – wonder if our paths ever crossed?
Actually we had to be alert in those days for the road trains because the Highway was virtually a one lane road and you’d have to completely go off the road which was steep and gravelled in many places when one of the road trains came towards you – otherwise you’d get blown off the road. Everything is too easy and sanitised these days, just like many people.
Elon Musk switches on the big battery in Jamestown in the mid-north of South Australia at the Hornsdale wind farm. Let’s hope it works. The preliminary turbine layout provides for 105 x 3MW turbines which generate electricity which is stored in a big Tesla battery, designed and produced by Elon Musk’s Tesla mega factory.
https://www.msn.com/en-au/news/australia/tesla-switches-on-giant-battery-to-shore-up-australias-grid/ar-BBFZq3f?li=AAgfYrC&ocid=mailsignout
Tesla Inc. switched on the world’s biggest lithium ion battery on Friday in time to feed Australia’s shaky power grid for the first day of summer, meeting a promise by Elon Musk to build it in 100 days or give it free.
South Australia is going crazy with electricity producing windmills. When driving there is need to give way to long wide loads transporting the mill towers and blades … but it is interesting !
I like windmills in Holland and the plains of Spain, which have large, slow sails our flying friends can easily steer clear of. They were developed to mill grains or move water……at low revolutions.
I do not like the high revolution ones in Altamont Pass (between Livermore and Stockton, near Tracy) and near Banning/Beaumont and the Morongo Casino, Interstate 10 west of Palm Springs, which chop a lot of avians to pieces.
Musk is a Wall St darling and I am suspicious of him. Seems to be a globalists’ “fair-haired boy”.
What has he really got to do with Tesla’s reputedly little understood “free energy” discoveries?? Very, very little, IMHO! All those batteries in his cars need to be charged up, at cost, from the electrical grid.
“Crazy” may be the right word……
I don’t think Elon Musk has anything to do with the claims of an Edison-era scientist named Tesla. He picked a popularly known name which has to do vaguely with energy as a name for a company. Its called marketing. It happens.
And no, I don’t trust Elon Musk either, but for very different reasons. What he is is a very succesful marketer who has gotten lots of people to invest lots of money into a company that constantly loses money and which seems like it always will. What’s the Price to Earnings ratio of a company that never has any earnings? Tesla is basically a pyramid scheme where the current bunch being fooled into buying stock are the ones raising the prices of the stock by the previous bunch fooled into buying stock. Or maybe they were smart, if they take their profits and get out before it collapses.
Tesla was promising his investors that he’d be making some 5000 cars a month by now of his latest model. But he can’t get his manufacturing lines to work, and he’s making the cars by hand at a rate of a few hundred a month. Yet people keep buying his stock at very inflated prices. Tesla now has a higher market capitalization than Ford or GM because so many people have bought his stock and the prices are so inflated. But all of that will come crashing down when people finally figure out that he doesn’t actually make any cars or money.
Like Uber stock, its a classic rip-off.
But if along the way if some stuff we need like high capacity batteries for electricity created by renewable means get developed, well that’s a good thing.
But otherwise, you sound like the same type who’d rather build nuclear power plants to create power than dam up a mountain river. We need power somehow, and windmills seem like a decent way to do it. Eventually natural selection should come up with some birds that have enough bird-brains not to fly into the windmills.
Since its a choice between power sources, and not just a yes-no on windmills or any other technology that some critic might come up with a complaint against, I’d chose windmills and hydro dams over changing the climate by burning carbons or creating cherynobly like exclusions zones around nuclear power plants and waste dumps.
Besides, if you dig deep, you might just find that the ‘news’ about birds flying into windmills is really being paid for and brought to you by the deep pockets of the coal and oil companies who want the world to stick with their dirty but profitable products.
Nothing against hydro-electric.
Windmills are silly (cost more to manufacture and maintain than they yield, and can never be reliable 24/7 even with all the subsidies in the world…..).
For very limited applications way too far off the grid to connect….sure. Anywhere else? NYET!!
Russia exports nuclear plant tech and I am fine with that, but fusion will be better……onward and upward!
You flushed out another one :-)
cf ” . . . changing the climate by burning carbons . . .”
Heh!. Nice one Bro.

Musk is all scent and no substance. He will be history and bust in a decade. Lithium ion is dangerous antique tech shite.

… when Elon Musk sold PayPal off I became suspicious ! … and this talk of going to Mars which require many billions of taxpayers money … and going to Mars is a big fairytale when we consider the Moon mission claims are all a hoax … as has been admitted to with plenty of evidence.
Yes … very suspicious of this con artist. The South Australian government refuses to declare what Musk is being paid … so there is no transparency. Australia could have developed and installed this technology with a citizen funded campaign, but note how the French were already there waiting to move on this.
I’ve seen this “moon landing was a hoax” meme has taken on viral levels in different venues.

Mildly distracting but not to be taken seriously.
Considering a Mars mission, first a daft practical problem has to be solved. The astronauts are dead from cosmic radiation before reaching Mars. That can be shielded off with lots of lead, but then the rocket will not come off earth…
The moon hoax, well, I don’t know.
Ever heard of the ´lunar laser ranging experiment´? On the moon laser reflectors are present, that are used for years to measure exactly distance and speed of the moon respective to earth, by many people: https://science.nasa.gov/science-news/science-at-nasa/2004/21jul_llr
If we haven’t been to the moon, I’m just wondering then who the hell put them there?
Cheers, Rob
I went to bed at 10, slept til 1, rose at 333, and did my religious rounds from shrine to circles to triangles to altar with large phallus-necked round vase, reminiscent of late stone age artifacts to greenhouse with large sexual simulation hovering over it outside.
The night was warm at 65, the golden moon was full as she lowered into the western ocean, the stars were at their stations of the crest, and I was thinking of love and you.
Last night I read the very long link that Paul posted regarding the Zionist Jews in China, written by Captain Ajit Vadakayil, at Abundant Hope. It confirmed my intuition and instinct that the Zionists run China. Even Zio Google retains several articles in the same vein. The Zios now flaunt their power openly to test their advancing strength.
I wish Bro would read this article, and debunk it if he can. I doubt he will since he usually ignores any evidence contrary to his OBOR dream. The case for a ZioSinoChina is irrefutable, except in the minds of dreamers who pine for a world savior, so they don’t have to take a risky personal stand, a la Tony’s link to Caitin Johnstone regarding one’s own authority.
Caitin’s worldview is the typical “trust yourself, love yourself” slogan of Empire’s bag of tricks. True, I trust myself but only when I’m engaged with the Love Bower, Army and Government. There is a God alright, but her/his name is LOve, Lover and Lovers. The Empire has us divided up into discrete Selfish Selves, riding the new Highway to Hell, called obor.
Why did the ZioChino Jews change obor to bri? Because obor reversed is robo, a code name for the new world order; too many folks like me were catching on to the robo-cop game of good cop/bad cop, a cop-out from the truth.
In his response to Tony, Bro approvingly cites Shakespeare, not realizing that the “Shakespeare” project was Zionist owned and operated. It sure changed the English culture and make English an international language.
Paul Pavel is rapidly becoming my chief source of information, to complement the old-timers here like myself: ioan, teranam, Bro and mundomaniac. Regarding the latter, I don’t understand astrology but I think I can pick up the Jungian unconscious and collective unconscious vibes; I can’t logically comprehend them because they are unconscious. The newbies are bringing a whole new dimension to my vineyard vocabulary.
Thanks, Paul, for the video on Ojai, from an ultralight. I once had a pilot’s license, and wanted to build an ultralight or VeriEasy, but never did. Good thing as I might have killed myself. I once got lost in a single engine Cessna over a city, looking for an airport. Good thing I could call on the radio, and get directions back from the tower. It was one of my first “solos,” and convinced me to eventually stop flying. I’ve made videos myself about Ojai, but I tossed them some time ago.
Paul interprets Ojai as Oh Jai, meaning heart, mind, spirit and many other nuances in Thai. I’ve heard the Hindu chanting of Jia, Jia, or Gia Gia, with the “i” long, but don’t know how it’s spelled. I think it means “Joy.” I’ll have to ask the Brahman priest about it on Tuesday.
Paul linked to James Corbett’s take on China and the New World Order. Excellent. Another nail in the obor coffin. The fact that Corbett is now allowed to say such things attests to the confidence of the Zios that there is nothing that can be done to stop them, which they are testing step by careful step.
I also listened to Corbett’s “Deal with the Devil: How the Global Elite Re-colonized China.” Another nail in the ZioSino coffin. The ZioChino’s are extremely confident; I think over-confident, so they allow these Corbett kind of reports to twist the knife, as if to say: “What are you going to do about it?”
Groupies like Bro still don’t get it but they will when the payments come due.
Russia is still allowed to play the “controlled opposition” role. Putin is the shining example of resistance, and I think he truly is. But he’s not going to be there forever, and the RussoZios play the long game. Both Russia and China want to sit at the SDR table and help keep the usury dice game going. Until they stop violating the Love Army fifth commandment, they are playing into the ZioChinoRusso hand, which, unless they pick new cards, will trump them in the end, on their fat assets.
By the way, I think the “AngloZionist” tag is very accurate as far as it goes. But it neglects a powerful hidden Fifth Column, the Vatican. I prefer the designation “Romanist” or “Neo/paleo Roman,” after the Roman and Holy Roman Empires, now morphed into the Roman Catholic Church.
I would guess that the Orthodox Church would agree but it’s stymied by its ponderous patriarchal weight. The True Orthodox Church is much lighter and truer, but lacks the weight to be a good counter-weight to the Empire, not to mention its own rigor mortis. In Ali’s immortal words: “Float like a butterfly and sting like a bee.” That’s the Love Army motto of asymmetrical warfare of love, a variation on the theme of Saint John’s “God is Love” revelation.
Bro, bless his soul, is my alter-ego, and bellwether canary in the mine-mind. When he finally sees which way the wind is blowing, the Catalytic Cafe will be on its way to whole New Day. In the meantime, brothers and sister, pray. Do I hear an “Amen”?
It’s now 6 am, the moon is below the horizon, sailing the western ocean, the last stars are fading out, the dawn is breaking and the rooster crowing. What will I do today? I’m in court Tuesday. I don’t have a tie or dress shirt but thought I might get them today. I must court the court like a lover, and dress for the occasion. Am I a hypocrite or a politician?
I wrote an article for the local paper about the swallowing up of our local bank by bigger fish. They published it to the chagrin of half the folks here I suspect. It’s a crazy idea, but I keep getting the message that I’ll be the next mayor, if the economy goes south. I keep mentioning that possibility, with my platform if that happens; so the citizens may recall that I was right, and recall the recidivists. I watched the video of me talking at the last city council, and I’m learning how to be entertaining while I get my scary predictions across.
It’s a scary world out there outside the Ojai Bubble, but if that baby pops, Ojai might wake up. I just hope it has a soft landing, and my pension does not land in the dumpster, as Bro wisely points out. I’d hate to be back on the street again at my advanced age, but love will provide.
Paul of the never-ending links, linked to railroads, like the longest train in the world in Australia. Man, that was long! I love taking the Southwest Chief on a 2200 mile trek from here to Chicago, and then Wisconsin. At my age (I’ll be 78 next Sunday) I now get a sleeper, which is like a luxury berth, compared to my coach class days, which is really exhausting.
See, Bro, these locally owned and operated trains retain their character. Obor is a McDonalds-like cookie-cutter, one size fits all usury scheme of debt slavery. When we stop drinking this “made in China” kool-aid, we can cool down our economies with love, and smell the roses on our way through life. Did you never hear the “Small is Beautiful” lullaby as a child?
This week in the Love Calendar is number 50, dedicated to Joy. I’ll end with a poem I wrote many years ago for the Love Government. Enjoy.
A tickle in the heart
Stops the breath
Presses head to breast
The joker’s on the run
The jester’s having fun
Smiling every lip
Watering every eye
I drink in the sun
Warm sups going down
Laughter bubbling up
My cup overflows
Pieces fall into place
The stops are pulled
All systems are on go
It’s a run for the roses
The winner sliding home
A crescendo of ecstasy
In a cry of delight
Oh, what a sight
The joker’s wild
The joyer’s a child
Love, Dennis, Ojai Ojoy, 633 am, 3 hours post my rising at 333, God, how I love 3’s, especially 39 and 93 forever…
Dennis, you wrote, “I wish Bro would read this article, and debunk it if he can.”
The reason for the posting is, that this information can be debunked … waiting … waiting … ?
OMG! The intelligent ´wappies´ are the worst!
´Wappie´ was Dutch slang for totally confused long term drug users. Nowadays, it means Very Alternative people, almost wearing tin foil hats.
Dennis, … Zionists or Jews would not have promoted The Merchant Of Venice … would they ? … !
While it is interesting to read alternative history everything requires examination.

Disabled Muslim boy branded ‘terrorist’ by teacher in US – reports
https://www.rt.com/usa/411724-disabled-child-terrorist-teacher/
“A 6-year-old Texas boy with Down’s Syndrome was allegedly called a terrorist by a teacher. The teacher at C. J. Harris Elementary School in Pearland reportedly told police the student, who has speech difficulties, had said “Allah” and “boom” in class.
“It’s not true, he doesn’t speak at all,” the boy’s father Maher Suleiman told local outlet KRIV, adding that “He needs care all the time,” owing to both speech and intellectual disabilities.
“She claimed he was a terrorist,” Maher said. “This is so stupid, it’s discrimination. Actually, it’s not implied discrimination, it’s actual discrimination.”
Land of the free? Land of sodding bigots would be a much more accurate description.

re: closed consulate in San Francisco: I’d have to go to Vancouver, Canada to get a Visa to Russia which is the closest one now. Grrrr. Give the neocons a big legal hassle, please!
And get back money due to denial of use…tick, tick each day $$$$ increasing because that area of SF is very, very wonderfully beautifully pricey. Has great views of the bay.
LOL ….. rents are sky-high in SF from what I hear. So, yeah, the Russians should send a bill based on current rents for the denial of use of their lawful property.
An interesting angle on the Flynn caper I had not seen before:
Why did Israel betray its Russian ally using team Trump?
http://theduran.com/israel-betray-russian-ally-using-team-trump/
“Interestingly, rather than trying to lobby multiple-nations directly, Israel used members of the then incoming Trump administration to do its lobbying for them.
In this sense Mike Flynn and almost certainly Jared Kushner, were acting as Israel lobbyists not just in the US but among many nations of the world.
Because of this, Benjamin Netanyahu will have know in advance that Russia’s vote in favour of UN United Nations Security Council Resolution 2334, condemning the building of illegal settlements in Palestine was going to be automatic.
So the country that influenced US policy through Michael Flynn is Israel, not Russia. But Flynn did try to influence Russia, not the other way around. Ha-ha. This is the smoking gun? What a farce. https://t.co/VLw3wOLCCG pic.twitter.com/cZ3JBUxd4s
— Yasha Levine (@yashalevine) December 1, 2017
But if Israel was assured that Russia would support the Palestinian position at the UN, why has information come out showing that Benjamin Netanyahu personally asked members of Donald Trump’s team, first and foremost almost certainly Jared Kushner, to ask Mike Flynn to lobby countries, including Russia, to either delay the vote on UNSC Resolution 2334 or otherwise block the resolution?
The answer is that Israel clearly puts its agenda above protocol and loyalty to allies and I’m not saying this as a value judgement. The facts speak for themselves.
But the point remains that Israel used the Trump team as a go-between in respect of Israel-Russia relations when such a thing was not only unnecessary and easily foreseeable as useless, but was also subtly insulting to Russia.
Adding insult to injury (or is it the other way around?), Flynn and Kushner dutifully followed Israel’s orders, not even stopping to think that if Israel, a partner of Russia, cannot change Russia’s mind, how can a US which was then and which remains now openly hostile to Russia, do so?
Clearly, Israel is underestimating its own position vis-a-vis Russia while overestimating the power of the US to meddle in Russia’s foreign policy.
On top of this, Flynn and Kushner have overestimated the ability of their own country to meddle in Russia’s foreign policy.
Putin once rhetorically asked if the mighty US is really a “banana republic” that can be easily manipulated. While the US can be easily manipulated by Israel as the facts clearly show, no other country has had this kind of success in this area.
The greatest irony is that of all the countries involved in the Israel-Flynn-Kushner triangle, the only state whose diplomats never interfered in policy making of another nation is Russia.
Russia did not tell the US, Israel or anyone else what to do. It simply did what anyone with a brain, knew it would always do: vote for the Palestinian position at the United Nations.”
Since sites like “the Duran” and “TASS” are linked via the menus at the top of the screen, I don’t really see where its useful to have a feature like the ‘Reader Newswire’ constantly be filled with a very small number of people posting what seems like every article that appears there.
I can certainly find TASS. And I used to read the Duran before I decided it was a useless waste of time (at best).
The Reader Newswire seems like a useful idea. But when it always just lists a bunch of articles from the Duran it becomes less useful.
Might be a good moderator rule to
1) Not approve articles on the reader newswire from sites that any reader can reach via the menus at the top of the page. Or perhaps at most 1 a day if you want to remind people that trash like The Duran still exists.
2) Might want to limit links to any other site just in case other trolls start to use the reader newswire feature to flood that feature with links to a particular site. If there are lets say 3 links to a site, that’s more than enough to possibly tempt me there and if I like the site I can of course bookmark it and return.
I like the idea of the Reader Newswire. But when the entire list is filled with a few people posting many links to the same sites over and over and over and over, it quickly becomes useless and a waste of time to visit.
And no, I don’t like the Duran. We might disagree on that. But even so, you should consisder some general rules to improve the usefulness of the Reader Newswire feature.
An anonymous commenter demanding censorship of a site critical of zionazis. Gee, where have I seen that before…

Hey, good man, I just wanted to skip this cafe, having some other things to do but your offer has brought me in. Wonderful songs, wonderful voice, thanks for sharing !
I was at a party a little while ago and there was a woman there that I found quite abrasive. She was quite opinionated and when she started talking about the 340 in her Dodge Demon, I figured out she was actually a man. She was drinking a bottle of Crown Royal Northern Harvest and getting belligerent. She kept asking people if they have a problem with transgender people and then she went on and on about how it is discrimination to refer to her as he, him, his etc. And that it is a form of discrimination and hate not to treat her like a woman. Then, quite drunk, she started talking about the restaurant that her kids took her to for Father’s Day. I had to laugh.

A little conspiracy pondering for the weekend! Jim Stone (jimstonefreelance.com) claims that a small nuke was detonated underground in Washington, DC causing a tell-tale earthquake a couple days back.
Then, yesterday, the Empire’s most-favorite Canadian, General Vance gave a year-end interview to the Canadian media. (Dec. 1st year-end? I guess it could be.) In response to a question about North Korea firing a nuclear missile Canada-ward, he replies:
“The consequences for the use of force, particularly a nuclear weapon, would be severe not just on the part of Canada but on the part of many,” he said noting multiple world leaders have made that clear.
“The decision to use it would be facing almost certain destruction of much of their military capability in the short or long-term. The U.S. is certainly on record saying that. Canada would be very involved in terms of its interest in this and again, decisions would be made [by the government] on the specifics. We all need to know that part of what holds back North Korea or any country that has a nuclear force at it’s disposal is deterrence, and that’s very much in place.”

All you know, and All you didn’t know about:
Nikola Tesla: Father of Free Energy
Excerpt Intro:
“Nikola Tesla was one of the most brilliant inventors of history and was of an unusual intellectual vision. He is affectionately refered to as the “Father of Free Energy“. Tesla was a world-renowned Serbian-American inventor, physicist, mechanical engineer and electrical engineer, born in Smiljan, Austrian Empire (present day Croatia). Tesla is regarded as one of the most important inventors in history. He is also well known for his contributions to the discipline of electricity and magnetism in the late 19th and early 20th century. His patents and theoretical work form the basis of modern alternating current electric power (AC) systems, including the polyphase power distribution systems and the AC motor, with which he helped usher in the Second Industrial Revolution.
In the United States, Tesla’s fame rivaled that of any other inventor or scientist in history or popular culture. After his demonstration of wireless communication in 1893 and after being the victor in the “War of Currents”, he was widely respected as America’s greatest electrical engineer. Much of his early work pioneered modern electrical engineering and many of his discoveries were of groundbreaking importance. In 1947, the United States Supreme Court credited him as being the inventor of the radio. Never putting much focus on his finances, Tesla died impoverished and forgotten at the age of 86.
Tesla’s legacy can be seen across modern civilization wherever electricity is used. Aside from his work on electromagnetism and engineering, Tesla is said to have contributed in varying degrees to the fields of robotics, ballistics, computer science, nuclear physics, and theoretical physics. In his later years, Tesla was regarded as a mad scientist and became noted for making bizarre claims about possible scientific developments. Many of his achievements have been used, with some controversy, to support various pseudosciences, UFO theories, and New Age occultism. Many contemporary admirers of Tesla have deemed him the man who invented the twentieth century.
The following is quoted from http://sacred-texts.com/nth/mks/mks10.htm#page_81
Nikola Tesla, he with the giant intellect, one of the greatest inventors of all ages, the man who has brought forth the most amazing realities, always visualizes his inventions before attempting to work them out. He does not rush to embody them in form and then spend his time in correcting defects. Having first built up the idea in his imagination, he holds it there as a mental picture, to be reconstructed and improved by his thought. “In this way,” he writes in the Electrical Experimenter, “I am enabled to rapidly develop and perfect a conception without touching anything. When I have gone so far as to embody in the invention every possible improvement I can think of, and see no fault anywhere, I put into concrete form the product of my brain. Invariably my device works as I conceived it should; in twenty years there has not been a single exception.”

Everything you didn’t know about dinosaurs., and beyond.
Long read, many chapters, but nevertheless rewarding.
Intro.
“When we go back in time to the Mesozoic era, the world of dinosaurs becomes a magical place. It is as if the laws of physics no longer apply so as to allow the dinosaurs to grow to gigantic size.
The bone fossils giving evidence of the previous existence of monstrous terrestrial vertebrates has confused the science community. In all likelihood, if dinosaur fossils had never been discovered the science community would have long ago 1) included and emphasized in science education the teaching of Galileo’s Square-Cube Law showing how size matters, and 2) concluded that the largest terrestrial animals of today are pushing the limit in regards to size.
The brightest scientists strongly feel that our reality is rational, and so they become intrigued if ever the evidence does not seem to make sense. Their curiosity as to why something seems out of place often leads them to making great discoveries. One might say that the first step on the road to a Nobel Prize in science begins with the statement “that’s odd”.
The exceptionally large size of the terrestrial animals of the Mesozoic era is not a subtle oddity to be dismissed but rather it is a glaring paradox that must be investigated. The essence of science – our belief that we exist in a rational reality – is at stake here.
Something must have been different about the world during the Mesozoic era so as to allow terrestrial animals to grow so much larger. This line of reasoning should make us wonder if there is other evidence indicating that during the Mesozoic era that the world was a dramatically different place. While we do not want to get too far ahead of ourselves the author will address the immediate curiosity by stating that yes there are other indicators that the world during the Mesozoic era was quite different from the present. To give one example, consider the global climate of Mesozoic era. For all practical purposes, everywhere on the Earth’s surface the temperature was the same. There was no ice at the poles nor was there ice at the top of the highest mountains. From the equator to the poles, and from the lowest dry valley to the highest mountain, there was no more than a few degrees difference in temperature. There are other sets of evidence as well. The gigantic dinosaurs and pterosaurs is just one of several sets of evidence giving testimony indicating that the Earth during the Mesozoic era was a very different world.
The focus of this chapter is to explain the physical limitations restricting the size of the terrestrial animals of today, thus clarifying why the gigantic animals of the Mesozoic era presents a scientific paradox. Below is a list of specific issues this chapter will address. The first three issues give the evidence clarifying the anomaly of the dinosaurs being so large. The last listed issue regarding the flight of pterosaurs will be taken up in the next chapter since the paradox of how the pterosaurs flew only becomes clear after a discussion of the science of flight.
There are four problem areas illustrating why the largest dinosaurs and pterosaurs present a paradox to science:
Inadequate bone strength to support the largest dinosaurs
Inadequate muscle strength to lift and move the largest dinosaurs
Unacceptable high blood pressure and stress on the heart of the tallest dinosaurs
Aerodynamics principles showing that the pterosaurs should not have flown
Before starting on the first issue listed above, there needs to be a discussion of what is the mass of various dinosaurs. It would be most helpful to have accurate mass estimates of the largest dinosaurs, the sauropods.”

That dino theory site was interesting in an infowars/eric von danikan sort of way. When the author claimed large dinosaur exhibits were being consciously “hidden” from public view, I figured as much. Claiming large dinos would not be able to get up if they fell down is evolutionary a nonstarter. Such mutations simply wouldn’t survive long, and large dinos were around longer than 100 mil years.
As for an atmospheric density of 2/3rds that of water the author claimed for the Mesozoic (or was the claim 3/4?), I’ve never seen such a claim before. That seems rather excessive and something postulated to support a bogus theory.
The discussion here is more down to earth ;-) :

“Cloudbusting” Anyone?
Amazing story, including the initial request from Kate Bush to Donald Sutherland to participate in this video. He’d never even heard of her until that moment.
Mr. Sutherland is quite a big man, (a former friend of mine who’ve met him referred to him as a giant), Kate Bush is a very delicately formed woman, and small, so the height/size difference in this video is not exaggerated.
Enjoy.

A clear decision on giving DPRK a helping hand would greatly facilitate an American demise by providing a ‘soft-landing’. A solid, fair, and defeat-admitting peace treaty would be the expression of a clear decision in the US national interest.

Still falling
Breathless and on again
Inside today
Beside me today
Around, broken in two
Till your eyes shed
Into dust
Like two strangers
Turning into dust
Till my hand shook
With the way I fear
I could possibly be fading
Or have something more to gain
I could feel myself growing colder
I could feel myself under your fate
Under your fate
It was you
Breathless and tall
I could feel my eyes turning into dust
And two strangers
Turning into dust

Russia needs to teach some young Russians how to speak Chinese:
“The situation in the “silovik” agencies is, if anything, even worse. In Russia’s military intelligence, the GRU, there is precisely one (!) analyst working on the Chinese military (before Serdyukov’s reforms, there were two). During the Russian-Chinese military exercises “Maritime Cooperation 2012,” the Chinese had nearly 200 young officers with a solid knowledge of Russian at hand to provide linguistic support; the Russians could only muster three translators. Evidently, the Chinese military has made efforts to build up a large base of Russia expertise, unlike Russia with respect to China. So do bear this in mind whenever you read the next Andrei Martyanov article about Russia’s supposed military dominance over China. Even if that is an accurate assessment – and I have my doubts – do note that there would be almost no-one to translate intercepted Chinese communications within the Russian Army (hopefully the Americans don’t block access to Google Translate).”

Most, if not all of us has very little actual/factual knowledge of various scenarios of cometary impacts on our planet in the past, and have some fairly simple (promoted by the MSM) ideas, tending on the romantic side of what might happen or has happened in the past. (the big one making a crater, causing tsunamis etc.)
In reality some of the previous cataclysms (in fact quite a few of them) are quite different, and much more devastating.
Here is an example.
A Comet Storm!!
Imagine along with me for a moment. What say we take a great big comet, say 50 to 100 km wide, out of the Oort Cloud, or the Kuiper belt, and inject it into the inner solar system. And we park it an elliptical, Earth crossing orbit, and break it up into not so little pieces. Let’s give it enough time for tidal forces to break it up completely, and stretch it out a bit. Our average fragment Should be about the size of the Tunguska object. But they ranged from more than a half mile wide, all the way down to clouds of dust.
As the Earth’s orbit brings it across orbital path of the giant, fragmented comet’s debris streams , the fragments begin to fall into the atmosphere from the south at a low angle. And more than 30 km/sec. The first fragments to hit will produce atmospheric temps well over 100,000 degrees C. And they’re just cheerleaders, twirling batons in front of a parade. The rest fall into already superheated atmosphere, and just crank up the heat, and pressure. In this way, almost 100% of the kinetic energy of the fragments gets translated to heat, and pressure in the atmosphere. And that heat, and pressure, hit’s the ground as an almost continuous, supersonic, stream of airbursts, hotter than the surface sun.
With just a few short minutes of that, I’ll bet we could sterilize the whole lush, African Savanna, and make it look just like central Mexico, and the American Southwest. And in fact, according to the fossil record, every mega-faunal ecological niche we see in the African Savanna, and more, is represented in the fossils below the Younger Dryas Boundary layer. But not above it. All that astonishing biodiversity was burned, and blown away in seconds.
Some time between 20,000, and 30,000 years ago a great comet 50 km to 100 km wide was thrown into the inner solar system. And it immediately began to break up. That disintegrating comet was the progenitor of the Taurid Complex. A family of objects in related, short period, Earth crossing orbits. And 12,900 years ago, just after the end of the last ice age, two large clusters of fragments from that monster, both with the fragment size, density, and distribution like we see in comets Linear, or SW-3. Had a celestial train wreck with this fair world of ours. The individual fragments of each cluster were so close, that in the heart of their respective impact zones, only the first fragments to fall, fell into cold atmosphere. The rest fell into the already superheated impact plumes of those that had gone before. And they just cranked up the heat And pressure.
Something like 1.1 billion tons of material fell in those two clusters. And the event lasted a little over an hour. The progression of the event was a result of the Earth’s movement along it’s orbital path, as it crossed through the orbital path of the giant comet’s debris stream. Not a product of the Earth’s rotation. So that, if it was a daytime event, the fragments would’ve been outbound from perihelion. And as the Earth Crossed the debris stream, the airburst storms would’ve began in the west, and progressed to the east. In a night time event, the debris stream would be inbound towards their perihelion, and the opposite would be true. You get a better idea of the progression of the event if you consider how fast the Earth itself is traveling.
Assuming that the Earth’s orbit is roughly circular, we can work out it’s orbital speed with some fairly simple algebra. Since the average distance from the Earth to the Sun is 149,597,890 km., the Earth travels a distance of 2*Pi*(149,597,890), or 949,951,264.43 km per year. But I can’t wrap my brain around that number when you write it that way. I need it broken down a little more. There are 365 days in a year, and 24 hours per day. So we get a velocity of 107,300 km/h, or if you prefer, 67,062 miles per hour. So what? How do we put that into a scale that makes some sense?
We need to put that number into some kind of subjective context to make sense of it.
Consider this: Earth’s Diameter at the Equator is something like 7,926.28 miles, or 12,756.1 km. Which means we’re riding the Earth through space along her own orbital path at a little more than 8.41 times her own width every hour. So, as the Earth crossed the orbit of the Taurid progenitor’s still concentrated debris streams, she would have only been in the path of that stuff for about an hour. And the two large clusters of fragments would have fell within a few short minutes of each other.
The eastern end of the Laurentide Ice sheet got hit in an area from Northern Minnesota, and the Great Lakes to the Arctic Circle. When the down-blasts of thermal impact plasma hit the Laurentide Ice sheet, they caused titanic hydrothermal explosions (steam) that lofted huge icebergs hundreds of miles in all directions. In a matter of minutes, much of the eastern end of the LIS was obliterated. Much of which probably went into the atmosphere as steam.
The ice sheet impacts evaporated millions of acre feet of ice directly into the atmosphere as steam. There was probably much more of the ice sheet that went up as steam, only to rain down in the days, and weeks, that followed than was melted to flow into the sea. As North America burned, the storms around the world raged. There were probably torrential rains everywhere in the northern hemisphere for weeks afterward. How long exactly? Who knows? We can only estimate. But for a good ball park figure to start from, the biblical 40 days, and 40 nights, sounds about right to me.
And the signs of massive flooding that have been attributed by generations of geologists to the bursting of ice damns holding back Glacial lake Agassiz are very probably the flood effects of the flash melting of major portions of the eastern end of the Laurentide ice sheet. And the outflows from the resulting floods would’ve been to the north into the Arctic ocean, and the North Atlantic. There would also have been armadas of icebergs after the event in both areas. And I expect that the glacial till in those bergs must have been deposited on the ocean floor below as they melted. So I’d expect to see some evidence of that armada of icebergs in ocean cores.
Sea levels rose as the blasted, and melted, ice sheet flowed in mega floods to the sea. And just as today, most of the larger populations would have been in low lying areas. The seas would’ve risen too fast or anyone, and anything, living in coastal areas anywhere in the world, to escape. Every coastline all over the world was effected. And everywhere it would have been much like a giant tsunami. But this time, the flood waters rose and never receded.
Much of an ice sheet bigger than the Continental United States was destroyed. The whole world was shaken to the core. And, like taking weight from a floating barge, the sudden shift of the weight of so much ice caused a massive uplift of the middle of the continent. Coupled with the powerful detonations of so many exploding comet fragments , it caused earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions all over the world. And global seismic activity was the worst in many millions of years.
Out of tens of thousands of large, air-bursting, fragments there is not one single impact structure the northeast impact zone that bares any resemblance to what standard impact theory might expect. There are a few hundred normal craters averaging about 100 meters width, in the southwest, on the outskirts of the primary impact zone there. And that have been pretty much ignored by the academic community. But for the most part, all of the planetary scarring of the event has been mis-defined as ancient volcanogenic. And most of the ages of those blast effected materials have been over estimated by orders of magnitude.
The other much larger cluster of fragments hit in central Mexico, and the American southwest. And it produced the most devastating geo-ablative effects of the two.
The Mexican cluster was approximately 500 miles wide. As the first of the fragments hit, they detonated high in the atmosphere. But the explosions retained their downwards momentum. And they hit the ground as devastating supersonic down blasts hotter than the surface of the sun. And as I said, Only the very first fell into cold atmosphere. The rest of the fragments just piled on in, and added to the heat, and pressure. Mexico didn’t have an ice sheet to protect the surface by exploding on impact like reactive armor on a battle tank. And there, the overpressures from the blast waves were so powerful they blasted whole mountain ranges aside like clumps of flour on a bakers table.
As the comet’s debris continued to pile in, the heat, and overpressures, continued to build. In seconds all of North Central Mexico was pulverized into a surreal, and blasted, landscape of heavily ablated, and melted terrains, like a Salvador Dali painting. It generated a post impact storm front, hundreds of miles wide, and hundreds of miles from front to back. And it rushed downrange to the northwest at supersonic speeds, sterilizing the western half of the continent on a swath from Mexico to the Arctic, along a storm front extending from California to the great plains.

“There used to be a time when if you wanted to read authoritative opinion, you bought a piece of paper from an organization that had a printing press that was three stories high and four football fields long and had a really great name, like The New York Times. That organization could buy ink by the barrel, and through that ownership of this enormous manufacturing facility, they had the weight of authority. Weimbued authority into these institutions, and we used that authority to decide which opinions matteredand which opinions didn’t. We used then as gatekeepers of authority to give us guidance in understanding opinion.
Then, the internet destroyed all of that, because suddenly anyone could print, anyone could publish.
……..We shifted from a world in which authority and opinion came from the issuer, from the authority of the publisher by proxy, into a world where we had to look at opinionon its own merits on the content of that opinion. We arrived at a world where the New York Times prints bullshit that sends an entire nation into war, and an Egyptian blogger on the front lines of a revolution prints the truth that nobody wants to hear. Suddenly, the world is upside down. Authority is no longer the person who owns the printing press. Now the person who has the content matters. We just did this to currency.
………..As a fanciful thought: Imagine a decade from now, in a rural village detached from developed nations, villagers exchanging two currencies. One has a Shiba Inu, a Japanese breed of dog on the front and it is pronounced Dogecoin……….you can buy a half dozen eggs with it. The other villagers are trading another currency that has an old white lady named Elizabeth on it. They have no idea who Elizabeth is. They don’t know why she got her picture on the coin. Maybe she wrote a nioce song. Maybe she won Canadian Teen Idol. Nobody remembers anymore, but you can buy six eggs with it.
To those people, it doesn’t matter who issued the currency; what matters is whether it has purchasing power or not. The currency is now evaluated purely on its monetary basis, because of adoption, because of use. There is one fundamental difference between those two currencies. One has a predictable, stable, algorithmic monetary supply. The other has an old white lady named Elizabeth on it. So, in fact one of them has some real intrinsic value because it has removed some of the uncertainty of the monetary system from it. The other one doesn’t, really…..
……..On the internet, email was the granddaddy of them all. Or the grandma of them all. Email. like bitcoin, was the killer app that allowed us all to see the power of decentralized communications and adopt this new platform. It was enough to create utility to spread this network all around the world, but it was only the first app…….
Currency as an App
I think that’s what’s going to happen with currency. We are going to start treating currency as an application, and in order to do that we’re going to need interfaces that allow us a unified currency experience, that allow us to have a single wallet with perhaps 150 different currencies in it……..
( I didn’t edit that out…as many I know would like to blow off some steam right now………Bro 93)
….and that comes back to the original point: that currency, in the end, is really a form of language. It’s a lnguage by which we communicate our expectations and desires of value, and now that we can do it on such a massive scale, now that everyone can create currency, our choices will really matter. We’re past the zero-sum game. This ins’t about nation states anymore. This isn’t about who adopts bitcoin first or who adopts cryptocurrencies first, because the internet is adopting cryptocurrencies, and the internet is the world’s largest economy. It is the first transnational economy, and it needs a transnational currency.”
Now if that doesn’t blow the conspiracy theorista’s paranoia gaskets….what will??? LOL.
But let’s end on a comforting note and let our dreams, our subconscious (Jung????) work on these issues in our sleep. (I’m about to doze off again, you see…….but I ain’t tellin’ y’all when I wake up…….some things are private……):
Currency Creates Sovereignty
To summarize, we’ve inverted the very basic and most fundamental equation of currency. For millennia, until 2008, sovereignty defined currency……The monopolistic control of currency is the basis of sovereignty. Now, the internet has a currency. The internet is going to use that currency to create sovereignty.”

No, you see Pavel, you may relax knowing that I haven’t even had the time to consider offending you by taking anything of yours out of context in an ironical way, as Dennis has supplied me with half a lifetime of such material!. and so far, I have barely scratched the surface, in ironic response.

I remember some towns used to take 2 and half days to get to before modern road was build. Government did not have money to build road, so they encouraged private business to build the road, and let them collect toll as payment. I remember my brother always wanted to go to side road to avoid the toll, but the farmers was able to bring their produce to market in about half day. They also opened up companies. They made money despite had to pay toll. and after certain time, the toll was no longer needed.

Meanwhile, leaving Ziochin in its wake, here’s what a real Communist Union was achieving:

How poor was it really though? Guaranteed healthcare, guaranteed place to live, guaranteed job, guaranteed off time, etc … A lot less poor compared to the Tsarist epoch and modern Russia, thats for sure…
Seems like living standards and life expectancy peaked in the Khrushchev years and then began to wane during Brezhnev and stagnation.
Life expectancy and infant mortality
After the communist takeover of power the life expectancy for all age groups went up. A newborn child in 1926-27 had a life expectancy of 44.4 years, up from 32.3 years thirty years before. In 1958-59 the life expectancy for newborns went up to 68.6 years. This improvement was used by Soviet authorities to prove that the socialist system was superior to the capitalist system.[7]
The trend continued into the 1960s, when the life expectancy in the Soviet Union went beyond the life expectancy in the United States. The life expectancy in Soviet Union were fairly stable during most years, although in the 1970s went slightly down probably because of alcohol abuse. Most western sources put the blame on the growing alcohol abuse and poor health care, and this theory was also implicitly accepted by the Soviet authorities.
The improvement in infant mortality leveled out eventually, and after a while infant mortality began to rise. After 1974 the government stopped publishing statistics on this. This trend can be partly explained by the number of pregnancies went drastically up in the Asian part of the country where infant mortality was highest, while the number of pregnancies was markedly down in the more developed European part of the Soviet Union. For example, the number of births per citizens of Tajikistan went up from 1.92 in 1958-59 to 2.91 in 1979-80, while the number in Latvia was down to 0.91 in 1979-80.

… to really understand the mindset of losers of DNC and its mainstream media. It’s useful to understand why not facing the facts is the key to control masses. Knowledge is indeed dangerous for ruling class. Instead of believing in conspiracy theories you just had to reason. Why Yeltsin was unpopular? Why Obama as a person might have been liked by majority of Americans while his policy not so much?
There were lots of reasons why DNC hates Putin so much. After all he has destroyed their wet dream likely for ever.
I don’t recommend watching that nonsense from Frontline on PBS, posted above by Erno Linnola, The Revenge Of Putin. Why should we watch yet more of the crap propaganda which is only too available everywhere everyday on American tv?
… this FrontLine garbage has made them BackLine. The voice of the narrator in the past seemed to be of an intelligent person, but this garbage with the same voice is proof of an idiot with no self respect. I could not watch more than one minute of this crap. The program is slanderous and I hope they have to FrontLine a law court on slander charges and have to payout millions of dollars.
A story about a court case against several Turkish financial wizards which may in fact be the Empire continuing its attack on the Erdogan Pasha.
“Significantly, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson quietly digressed during a speech on trans-Atlantic relations in Washington on Tuesday to pose a riddle to no one in particular – whether Turkey would be better off partnering with Russia and Iran or aligning with the West.”

Here is what we have from our very own Indian lefty M K Bhadrakumar:
Maldives is testing India’s patience
http://blogs.rediff.com/mkbhadrakumar/2017/12/03/maldives-is-testing-indias-patience/
“The parliament in Male held a special session on Wednesday to approve their Free Trade Agreement with China. The government was in a rush. Male wanted to be ahead of the imminent FTA between Sri Lanka and China, which threatens to overtake it like a black Porsche coming from behind on a German autobahn in the grey afternoon with steady drizzle drifting in from the dark woods, and zipping past.
The stakes are high. Both countries hope to attract Chinese investments in their respective special economic zones. The factors of advantage favor Sri Lanka, which has a domestic market. Maldives’ exportable surplus is fish, for which the FTA may help gain preferential access to the Chinese market. The compulsions are pitiable.
Provided, of course, we are capable of the milk of human kindness. But we have stony hearts. We won’t have an FTA with either Sri Lanka or the Maldives, but disapprove if China has with those countries. Male’s decision ruffles Delhi’s self-esteem too, because its lawmakers met in the afternoon when our spooks and diplomats were taking siesta. Inevitably, we have taken to geopolitical heights to vent our mounting irritation with the Maldives, a country, which PM hasn’t yet visited.”..
I have to say he has to be sarcastic:
“he ongoing US-Indian consultations to discipline the Maldivian ruling elite aren’t really working. Our Foreign Secretary keeps meeting the ethnic Indian-American US ambassador to Sri Lanka and Maldives, but the Male elite remain fiercely independent. The Foreign Secretary could be mandated to implement the Diego Garcia formula and hand over Maldives to the Americans. Just think it — a “Quad” Secretariat could also be established in Male.
Simply airlift Male’s current rulers and dispatch them to Guantanamo Bay. Former president Nasheed can settle down in Goa. As for remaining 417492 Maldivians, they can be evacuated to India and settled in the southern states, which won’t even make a drop in the Indian bucket.
The Diego Garcia formula will breathe life into India’s globalization too. Where will the GIs go for R&R when they are alone and feel lonely but to the teeming Indian cities? Which in turn can give a big boost to our services sector – as the Philippines and Thailand once discovered. India too will have secured its due place in the global supply chain, finally.
Delhi should act quickly. The CPEC was bad enough. Now we are to cope with a potential CMEC (China-Myanmar Economic Corridor). On top, the CLMEC (China-Lanka-Maldives Economic Corridor) threatens to sail into view. If these economic corridors keep mutating, it can only bring disrepute to our unique “vikaswaad” based economic growth without jobs. Read the apocalyptic Economic Times report here.”
However, in one of his article, he did feel very certain that US will punish Pakistan if it doe snot comply to it command. But in a few days, US made another U turn…

Sorry my mistake. How steel was tempered was wrote by Nikolai Ostrovsky.

We can say he wrote it. I am not sure how to explain the grammar. I will look for a rule.

For an older than me :
A brave old man
Brave old man, unimpressed by the mob
As a priest who’s doing his daily job,
Calmly and clear, expressed his view
As on the stage, in Theater’s revue :
You call me fool, you call me ill
You call me everything you will;
Disciple of the past, loser of today
Shadow of tomorrow, a ghost of a day
My heart is on my mouth and I’m not even clever
If I were, if I could, I’ll be richer than ever
I accept that I’m old, I accept that I’m slow
I accept what you say but simply, I can’t bow
i like it.
Kevin Spacey is a psychopath being able to perfectly play the psychopathic roles. I personally like his House of Cards performance (sad, but real political reality show). And his psychopathic movie-wife there is an intelligent cold-hot femme fatale… :)
His brother’s interview (if true, but why not) is kind of revealing about the influences that shaped this pretty unique character:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5032809/Kevin-Spacey-s-father-Nazi-child-rapist-brother-says.html
I checked some old photos of Kevin (after reading the article) to see, how his cynical psychopathic appearance developed during the years. And, wow, what a statistical coincidence of such a hand gesture, as we can see on the photos no. 5, 6 & 7. These guys are all Faust-characters, who for whatever reason decided to sell out. Spiritually, of course…

Scott,
Flynn was a mole from the outset. His job was always to ensnare Trump. Obama and Co knew years before Trump decision to enter the race that Trump would run. Obama taunted him to do it at the White House press dinner every year of Trump attendance. Flynn was the positioned radical against the intel state apparatus. But he was always the plant. He was attempting to enmeshed Trump in a condpiracy . Trump twihgrd that if he had lied to Pence there was a very high likelihood his action would have been recorded and ejected Flynn instantly. They are trying to retire the Flynn attack by combining Flynn with Comey around the claim made by Comey that Trump had asked him to if there is some way to let the Flynn issue go. Flynn will be wheeled in to corroborate that. A sincere motion.

That is two standard websayanim trolling techniques in one line. First misrepresenting what the person wrote in order to smear them by falsely claiming they hold a position they obviously do not. And second, employ an alt name or have one of “the team” gang bang them. Very clever. ;-D

Hate is not a good word to use as it is a very strong word which non-English peoples do not understand.
This word is getting misused nowadays.
Whatever hate translates to or from in other languages is most likely incorrect.
In my teens I was talking of moving to Russia to live but my father talked me out of it.

Your irrational response is close to following diagnosis:
A Circumstantial ad Hominem is a fallacy in which one attempts to attack a claim by asserting that the person making the claim is making it simply out of self interest. In some cases, this fallacy involves substituting an attack on a person’s circumstances (such as the person’s religion, political affiliation, ethnic background, etc.). The fallacy has the following forms:
1. Person A makes claim X.
2. Person B asserts that A makes claim X because it is in A’s interest to claim X.
3. Therefore claim X is false.
1. Person A makes claim X.
2. Person B makes an attack on A’s circumstances.
3. Therefore X is false.

Russian Deputy PM: WADA Informant’s Doping Diaries Edited to Match Certain Facts
https://sputniknews.com/sport/201712041059663925-rodchenkov-wrote-doping-usa/
“Grigory Rodchenkov, the informant of the World Anti-Doping Agency, wrote his diaries mentioning Russia’s alleged doping program after he fled to the United States, Russian Deputy Prime Minister said on Sunday.
“I am absolutely sure that the diaries were written during his six-month stay in the United States, and then also were edited. It was edited to match certain facts … Today, [Rodchenkov] is an instrument, which is very wisely used against Russia,” Mutko told the Russian NTV broadcaster.
The situation may result in the ban of Russia from participation in the upcoming Olympics by the International Olympic Committee or in necessity for Russia to perform under the neutral flag, the deputy prime minister noted.
“That would be very bad if the politics take over common sense. We will protect our athletes both legally, financially, organizationally and physically. Legal procedures will follow any decision of the IOC,” Mutko told the broadcaster.”
The zionazi sport doping psywar is the same sort of thing as their Russia stole the elections bs. A zionazi “full court press” against Russia where the right wing sods weaponize everything they possibility can as part of their full spectrum dominance doctrine.
Clinton mega-donor Saban thanks Kushner for ‘collusion’ on Israel’s behalf
https://www.rt.com/usa/411818-kushner-saban-thanks-israeli-settlement/
“Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump’s senior advisor – and the man who allegedly ordered Gen. Michael Flynn’s “collusion” calls to Russia – has appeared at pro-Israeli donor Haim Saban’s event where he has been thanked for his lobbying on behalf of Israel.
Speaking at the three-day conference, prominent Clinton Foundation donor Saban thanked Kusher for “taking steps to try and get the UN Security Council to not go along with what ended up being an abstention by the US against a 50-year-old tradition.”
The multibillionaire was referring to Flynn’s admission that he had been told to ask Russia to delay a December 2016 UN Security Council vote on Israeli settlements. It has since been reported that Flynn was acting on Kushner’s orders, and that Israeli officials had contacted Trump’s team to ask for their help to veto the resolution, Reuters reports.
Saban’s words put allegations of the Trump campaign’s alleged “colluding with the Russians” into perspective.
Although news that Flynn had spoken to Kislyak exploded across the media, claimed to be evidence of alleged Russian meddling in US politics, and prompted Flynn’s resignation last year, his charge sheet reveals the Trump transition team was doing the bidding of an entirely different government.
The extent of Saban’s influence in US politics was illuminated in the WikiLeaks release of emails from Clinton campaign chair John Podesta, including one in which he told the campaign to “not allow them to steel [sic] the Jewish vote from us.”
Kushner recalled assuring Saban during the election that Trump would be the best person for the Israeli-US relationship. “You should hope that Trump wins if you care about the US-Israel relationship.” he said.”
The trump vs clinton circus was, and still is under the rep vs dem deception, a competition between quislings about whose butt gets to be used by israel.

“CNN’s Stan Grant…Stan Grant is a highly respected indigenous Australian journalist.”
Who just happens to work for the zionazi propaganda machine at cnn. Yeah, sure.
… okay, but he was or is a newsreader for Australian’s SBS television and had or has his very own television current affairs show. I do not watch television for a very long time now. SBS used to be factual news and worth watching.
Paul. It was 2012. Find something newer. Chinese knew they worked for peanuts. Back then, one tour guide said when Chinese no longer paid pennies for their work, it will be the time china successful.
Try to find how much the foxconn worker make now. Five years is a long time in fast developing china. No need to bring out 2012 air pollution, or 2012 salary to make a point about today unless you also has data point for today..
@ … J, yes, you make a valid point about dealing with the situation as it is today.
Hopefully lessons have been learned.
“Hopefully lessons have been learned.”
They certainly have:
“Foxconn Electronics is automating production at its factories in China in three phases, aiming to fully automate entire factories eventually, according to general manager Dai Jia-peng for Foxconn’s Automation Technology Development Committee.”
If Foxconn’s Chinese Factories Are Now Automating Then Those Apple Jobs Are Never Coming Back
Guess who’s getting all the profit?
… I’m reading Foxconn is a Taiwanese industrial giant, so Taiwanese industrialists with some taxes going to the Chinese government ? Nothing for the Chinese people !
“Nothing for the Chinese people !”
True, unless you are young & upwardly mobile (“Yuppie”) or already wheel heeled.
The (extra) profits go to the owners of its shares or the owners of the shares of its customers (Apple) if they have struck a hard bargain with Foxconn.
In any case, it is primarily the existing owners of capital that benefit as wealth becomes ever more concentrated.
Meanwhile the Chinese elite (like Trump has just done) say Corporation Tax is already too high which will exacerbate the inequity even more:
Quote:
“The fact is, with or without Trump our tax rate is too high,” said Sheng Hong, director of the Unirule Institute of Economics, an independent think-tank. Unirule’s report issued late last year on China’s “death tax rate” found that Chinese corporate taxes reached as high as 45.6 per cent when factoring in additional fees levied by local governments, social security payments and other royalties.

The race to the bottom gathers pace globally. Don’t expect a robot tax any time soon – Elysium awaits the few only.
Paul, you are getting more and more ideologism by day.
In china, there are plenty of stories of people work hard, and made it in the end, let it be saving the country, or a new idea.
Of cause, a lot of Confucius scholar are very aloft, and will not do thing beneath them too.
1. I know for a fact that foxconn workers were buying apple phone before 2012. Someone I know from Taiwan who worked in foxconn in Shenzhen told me the workers were buying apple phone even they are clear out of their range.
2. If a person or a country do not have any skill, know how, or equipment, one will have to take what ever job he can find, or stay home do what he always doing.
3. after learning the skill, then you have an option of looking for better pay. That is what the country, and people did. Know China and Chinese people all moved up the value chain, and that is why Foxconn are using robot, because it cost more to hire, and even so, not many people want that job.
4. Chinese tradition of dare to eat bitterness for bright future is one of the characters set Chinese apart. We do not expect saviors.
It is obvious a lot more than nothing, otherwise, Aussies would have not able to see so many Chinese tourists.
J … what do you know about the ghost cities … newly built empty cities … what is going on ?
Empty structure decay rapidly, so it would make sense to allow people occupy … how do you see this ?
Paul, From what I heard, the cities are filled up with residents already as result of urbanization. Chinese government think it is more efficient to urbanize, I think the other countries also agree.
Fighting Israel’s Wars
http://www.unz.com/pgiraldi/fighting-israels-wars/
“No one but the Mueller commission has considered contact with a Hungarian citizen to be a potential threat to American democracy. But then again, no one has really made the case in any kind of credible fashion that meeting with a Russian is either ipso facto criminal or treasonous, or that Moscow’s media does anything beyond what other state-owned broadcasters tend to do, but you wouldn’t know that from reading the mainstream press or from watching MSNBC and CNN.
An independent observer might well note that there is more than a whiff of hypocrisy in all of this. Case in point, the latest globalist-interventionist-neocon think tank the Alliance to Secure Democracy is currently being funded by a bundle of foreign governments, presumably doing so without any interference from Mueller or from those who run the Foreign Agents Registration desk at the Department of the Treasury.
And one other thing you can bet on is that Mueller will not be looking at the country that actually does interfere in American politics most, which is our best friend in the whole world and greatest ally Israel, the beneficiary of roughly one billion dollars-worth of lobbying carried out by hundreds of full time staff on its behalf.
Punish Israel for corrupting our politicians and media? On the contrary, now that we are officially into the holiday season, a whole bunch of goodies designed to make Benjamin Netanyahu’s eyes sparkle are pending. The highest priority item is the Trump Administration’s cooperation with the Israeli government in a frantic effort to bury a United Nations report that includes a database of all the companies that operate in Israel’s illegal settlements. Also regarding the U.N., Congress is considering a bill that would block U.S. aid to any country that opposes “the position of the United States.” Lest there be any confusion, Ambassador Nikki Haley has made it clear the American “position” would pretty much consist of never criticizing or voting against Israel.
Congress is meanwhile also making a list and checking it twice, looking into the vexing issue of how to make any and all criticism of Israel equate to anti-Semitism as a step forward to turning such activity into a hate crime with actual criminal penalties. The House Judiciary Committee has been holding meetings to try to decide how exactly one might do that without completely jettisoning the First Amendment, which once upon a time was intended to guarantee free speech. On November 8th, nine experts, seven of whom were Jewish, were summoned to address the issue of “codify[ing] a definition of anti-Semitism that incorporates a controversial component addressing attacks on Israel…[as] a necessary means of stemming anti-Semitism on campuses.”
The proposed amendment to the Civil Rights Act would use language being considered for the still pending Anti-Semitism Awareness Act to considerably expand the currently accepted government acceptance of anti-Semitism as “demonization” of Israel and/or its policies. A broader definition would have real world consequences as it would potentially block federal funding for colleges and universities where students are allowed to organize events critical of Israel. Fortunately, the hearing did not produce the result desired by Israel. To their credit, four of the witnesses, all Jewish, opposed expanding the definition of anti-Semitism and even some congressmen uncharacteristically indicated that to do so might be a bridge to far.
Indeed, one might argue that there is a tendency in Washington to see the world and even domestic policies through Israel’s eyes. One might even suggest that the United States government is being progressively Zionized because of the free hand that Israel and its supporters have, which gives them the ability to seek benefits for Israel that they would be unlikely to pursue for the United States. To cite only one example, an Israel Victory Caucus was launched in the House of Representatives in April advocating Israeli defeat of all its neighbors. The keynote speaker at the event, noted Islamophobe Daniel Pipes, explained “Victory means imposing your will on your enemy so he no longer wants to continue to fight,” before demanding “What I want the U.S. government to do is say, ‘Israel, do what you need to do to win your war.’”
Israel has been uniquely successful at imposing its will over Congress and the White House. Every freshman class in Congress, plus spouses, is automatically whisked off for a deluxe all expenses paid propaganda trip to Israel, which is funded by an affiliate of the American Israel Political Action Committee (AIPAC). That is supplemented frequently throughout the year through taxpayer funded CODELS by established politicians to find out the “facts” on what is going on in the Middle East. During congressional recesses Congressmen are sometimes more likely to be found visiting Israel than dealing with problems in their own districts and they routinely return spouting whatever line is being promoted by the Israeli government.
There is also the training of American police in “Israeli methods,” which is funded both by government and foundations set up for that purpose. Less well known is the inroads Israel has made with the American military establishment. Shoshana Bryen, former executive director of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA) and currently affiliated with the Jewish Policy Center, who has been involved in hosting the indoctrination of U.S. national security personnel, recently described it this way: “I have taken more than 400 American security professionals – primarily retired American Admirals and Generals – to Israel in more than 30 trips. And at the other end of their careers, I have sent more than 500 cadets and midshipmen of our service academies to Israel before they received their commissions. And I can say that they all understood the fundamental and profound principles that guide both the United States and Israel. They don’t always agree with Israel’s politics – or Israel’s defense choices – or any other single aspect of Israeli political, military and social life, but I never found one that didn’t believe in the relationship between Jews and the land of Israel. The United States military, then, is a Zionist institution.”
And he is just getting started about the zio-problem.
Very good article. If somebody does not see this reality it is clearly out of touch. The tail waggs the dog, very well decribed above. The question however, raised by many, is how long this situation will last, will be any changes in the forseeable future ? In my judgment no, at least not in a peaceful way.
One of his better ones.

I want to bring up something important. Many of us who come to the Vineyard have learned English with great difficulty. I learned some in school, but never became somewhat fluent before I started reading lots of books and traveled around. In school, some of us spoke better German than English. French was another obstacle and it required a couple of years in France.
I bring this up because I see people taken down for their spelling and choice of words. In my country, and in another, I meet English speakers who do not even bother to learn the local language. Some Americans called me a native when I was young. When I called the British embassy and met a French diplomat, I was treated like an idiot. This should not happen here at the Vineyard.
Another important thing. The Russian language is complicated in a way English speakers cannot imagine. The word “mir” means both peace and the Russian world. Another word means both council and cathedral. Am I right? This logic cannot easily be translated to English. I am not Russian, but this I think I know. Have mercy on the Russians and many other Europeans.
I, and a Russian I know, have never visited an Englishspeaking country, but we are able to discuss scientific theory in English. That is as if you, if you are an Englishspeaker, could discuss such things in German, French, Spanish, Russian or whatever. Please overlook the mistakes we make.
… when I am accused of hate … hating, I cannot overlook this and have to respond.
As a TESOL teacher (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) combined with a number of foreign language skills I am aware of many language problems and difficulties.
Regarding that incident, it occurred to me that the writer had completely misunderstood, but because a false claim has been made public toward me, then I am obligated to react in the way I did.
Regarding my use of foreign language, I always want to be corrected and the sooner the better.
It does seem some people are using machine translators without understanding the translation.
Yes, language is difficult. Chinese is straightforward and Russian is extremely complicated in my experience.
My friend, I did not have you in mind. On this new blog, I am unable to read all comments. I have been here for years and seen Englishspeakers attack the smallest language mistakes. Well, my Englishspeakers, come here and I can take you down in several languages. I want a decent debate, nothing else.

A song not far behind.
When I’m working on the car
Or digging ditches deep
I sing the blues
Or move to house
My soul is hers to keep.
Oh she’s got me in her thrall
She knows my heart so well
She’s my shining, shining light
The one I love so well

What a good comeback with a beautiful poem, I’m always happy and honored to have such friends here !
Regarding the concern over DPRK, here’s a poem from last year (2016.11.02) which some still remember :
Stress and Chess
Play Chess, unless you want to have less stress
Than watch yourself and watch under your dress
Cause the stress could be the cause for a mess
That’s why myself is getting confused, I confess
Maybe it’s because I don’t like to play Chess
I feel my inner stress, they feel their success
Falling in apathy and becoming careless,
When there is stress behind the consciousness ?
Oh, what a trap, I need to ask or just to guess
Why is this or why is that, why is more and why is less
Less stress, more chess, careless mess on my dress
ioan, that’s a fine address — written with your usual finesse.
Words gently caressed, beautifully express
Like Bro’s goddess, or a Broadway actress.
As for me, I confess,
New York can keep all that stress!!
It’s giving me a complex
And leaves me perplexed.
Time for some bed rest.
Nice reply from you, my friend, I’m happy that you’re so inspired, thanks !
Dec. 4 – Putin resurfaces. Calls Kazakhstan’s Nazarbayev. Here in Canada, uranium company stocks rise on news that Kazakhstan’s state-owned uranium company will limit production (Mines in Canada restricted production earlier. This type of collusion is accepted, as with oil production, I take it?) He meets with the CEO of Norilsk Nickel, who announces major investments in cleaning up sites in Russia’s Arctic. This may reflect on trade negotiations — many TPP and ASEAN nations are facing frontline effects of climate change, and may lobby for cleaner mining as part of a progressive trade deal. Or it may be unrelated! Great news on a cleaner Arctic, anyway!
I see Lavrov was also unaccounted for over the weekend. Mysterious. No more interviews with Vance or reports about the largest explosion prior to the atomic bomb (Halifax explosion of Dec. 6, 1917). Trudeau’s in China and is meeting with many leaders:
– John Flannery, CEO of General Electric (prior to departure from Ottawa)
– William Ford Jr., Executive Chairman of Ford Motor Company
– Alibaba’s Jack Ma
– Henry Kravis, Co-founder of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and Co.
– Paul Fang, Chairman of Midea Group
– Shoei Yamana, CEO of Konica Minolta
– Joe Almeida, Chairman and CEO of Baxter International
– Charles Robbins, CEO of CISCO Systems
He will have some time to meet with President Xi Jinping, and other key Chinese officials, too. :-) What does it all mean… beats me.
There hasn’t been much comment on health and healing lately although we did have a spate of discussion in the summer. ummmm it is said that if one has a yin or yang kidney imbalance that the practice of amaroli other wise know a shivampu will help one return to the original blueprint ?

A few interesting notes in the morning’s empire news: Syrian air defenses successfully shot down half of the latest missiles which Israel fired at Damascus.
On the other hand, five Saudi Patriot missiles failed to shoot down the one crude missile which the Houthis aimed at Riyhad.
And from Germany:
“American dominance ‘becoming history,’ Berlin can no longer simply react to US policy – German FM”
The Kiev evil cown show continues. Today Shakashvilli was arrested on the roof of his apartment by the Poroshenko regime, then violently freed by his team from the police van that was taking the foreigner to jail:

Remember the slight turmoil, when Russian special services noticed that foreign NGO’s were harvesting Russian DNA? https://www.rt.com/news/408350-russia-intelligence-biological-samples/
Now, there might be an obscure answer to what purpose: https://www.globalresearch.ca/us-military-invests-in-doomsday-genetics-technology-my-main-worry-is-that-we-do-something-irreversible/5621651
“Amid United Nations fears that genetic extinction technology could be used by militaries, a United States military agency has invested $100 million in the doomsday biological technology that can wipe out an entire species.”
I wouldn’t call the Russian people a ‘species’, and this highly speculative, but I wouldn’t count it out either.
And messing with Mother Nature is a bad idea. No scientist or engineer is more clever than Mother Nature.
Cheers, Rob
While waiting for the IOC verdict on the participation of Russian athletes in next year’s Winter Olympics, one cannot help but reflect on how far from the Olympic ideals the current Olympic Movement has deviated, and how much the international sporting federations have become politicized and apply double-standards, in contravention of the quintessential Olympic principle. Do they need to be reminded that the Games are a celebration of multinational and multicultural YOUTH – and therefore of the FUTURE of humanity? That during the course of the games the Olympic Truce was in force and wars were interrupted? That contestants at the games could possibly be antagonists on the battlefield a few days later? The ancients who were inspired by these ideals must be turning in their graves from the commercialization and politicization of what was a celebration of body and mind. The dwarfs who now hold the future of world sport in their dirty little hands, are nothing more than pawns of the multinationals, but they risk been exposed and thereby discrediting the Olympic movement, doing the sporting world a great disservice.I hope that even at this late hour, they shall find a modicum of moral courage and integrity, to stand up for the ideals they purportedly represent. Otherwise, I suggest that the holy flame not be transported from ancient Olympia to their crude little festival – a representative of Nike or Adidas can light the torch with a bic lighter, to the strains, not of the Olympic Anthem, but to some American hip-hop!
