Crypto Intelligence Gathering Appeal:
I want to put a practical and theoretical question out on the fresh opening of this Cafe.
It’s been in the back of my mind since I heard a certain nearly private “insider” statement by Dan Larimer described as “a bomb” in this very short video update from Kyle of the Awakenment you tube channel:
https://youtu.be/WAJXegf8DtM?t=236
I have a lot of leads to follow and not enough time availability to follow up on them all individually or in depth. I wanted to put this in the last cafe, but I didn’t have the time or energy to do so…….Therefore, just as I was encouraged to write on the subject, I encourage persons in addition to Mujo and GrandmaR (cafe that just closed) to not only jump in with questions on theory and practice, but to step up and explain what they do know….when I or anyone else writing on this subject admits to what they do not know, or can’t adequately explain.
Kyle (in Britain….not Australia….I’m rusty on national origin of some native English Speaker accents) specializes in commentary, news and education on the EOS platform. In the above link, he describes a very recent chance encounter in some sort of online EOS community chat room or live audio video sort of thing with Dan Larimer himself. which Kyle characterizes as a rare treat, a very infrequent occurrence.
So, this is like overhearing Steve Jobs in Apple Headquarters, informally, 20 or more years ago, I take it. Only a few diehard EOS followers were likely to have heard what Dan said, live, along with Kyle:
“This will enable BItcoin to move on to the EOS platform.”, is the sentence that Dan offhandedly uttered, before getting back to work, according to Kyle.
Kyle thinks this is HUGE.
I think he’s probably right, but I can’t explain exactly how or why. Let’s see if someone out there who has more free time than Amarynth can educate us as to the answer to these sorts of questions:
1. How difficult, or surprising is it that Larimer and his team might have pulled of the software engineering feat of “allowing Bitcoin to move on to the EOS platform”?? It sounds like no one else has achieved this or is even aiming to achieve this?? In fact I had no idea EOS was even aiming to achieve this BTC accomodating capacity or characteristic.
2. EOS is still in the test phase, yet is in the top ten in capitalization of all crypto currencies. Apparently, it goes operational June 1, 2018…….but has been tradeable in advance of that date by many months…….Assuming Larimer speaks the truth, does the EOS platform succeeding in accomodating Bitcoin mean it is not only seriously challenging to become # 2 (in place of Etherium) but even has a shot at # 1??? That’s what such language suggests to me: A platform being more fundamental than what fits or rests on top of it!
But I am just guessing, flying by the seat of my pants and instincts, on this technical matter.
Just as I have done on this subject, in general, intuiting that The Internet of Money may be becoming a disruptive new flank, not only in business and as an assset class, but as fairly important terrain (but lkely amongst the topographies least understood!) in the struggle for a Multi-Polar ( more decentralized, freer, saner, more moral and just) World…..terrain that should under no circumstances be conceded to the Empire through ignorance or lack of will to comprehend and act on as much of the global strategic terrain as possible..
That’s why I post this, not to pretend to advise anyone on anything other than you might want to get a couple hundred dollars or Euros worth of the 2-4 cryptocurrencies just so you know something more about this than you do now. I do it primarily for the possible macro-effect on current and future world history, finance and economics.
If, on the other hand, you picked up on Amarynth’s clear point (NOW is a far, far better entry point than Nov/Dec 2017……at about half the price of what BTC was then) and want to act on your own little microcosm…..to maybe have more time to be able to make more of a difference on the macrocosm…..all I can do is relate what I did—-and that advisory service may be closed to new subscribers now.
Which Is why Christopher Greene caught my eye.
His deal is WAY cheaper than what I subscribed to and continue to learn from, but it may be OK….as well as being available.
But I haven’t had time yet to even review 5 minutes of video # 1…..of “Bitcoin Rich” Maybe this weekend. Yeah, yeah, I dislike the name of the course as well as the next person. I’d call it “Time and Freedom Rich” if I endorsed it. Which I haven’t yet.
I just bring Christopher Greene’s (Alternative Media TV….”hard-hitting and in your face”) crypto instructional courseup for the following reasons:
1) His material (good or lousy, I will review it soon!) is available. Whereas I have no such course materials to offer…. nor will I ever!
2) But more importantly Greene says even if you never invest in even $100 of any cryptocurrency, you owe it to yourself and the world to get educated on what is civilization changing about The Internet of Money. That, at least, is the right spirit, because it (the macrosphere) is approximately 8 billion times bigger, and more importantto understand than your or my personal finances.
3)At the same time, I realized 40 years ago, that while I am more interested in the world than I am in myself, I am the only person on earth that is going to do one single thing for me. I imagine the same holds true for you. LOL.
That’s how I look at it.
I was able to gain the time to learn quite a bit about the world a long time ago, because I went out to hunt financial independence in my twenties (Alaska) and quit my first well paying job after 4 years and have not had to seek another one since, in the intervening 40 years.
Time is the real currency. Gaining more of it as your own is a good thing to strive for and achieve . Gaining more of it for the entirety of humanity is a much better thing to strive for and achieve.
Again quickly, I don’t know exactly what EOS is doing. It is to be remembered that they still have to write their code in the main, and code does strange things .. it has this habit of being buggy! But, by what we know today, we can classify EOS as Blockchain 2 and a half. The proof of the pudding is in the eating though, and the EOS pudding is not fully mixed. It is only the very insane and the very brave (or deluded, pick you poison) that will get some EOS tokens now. (I am both of those! grins).
Again, exactly how they are attempting to ride on the Bitcoin blockchain I have not checked but here is your word: Atomic Swops.
What do you know — I went to look for the link to the updated white paper and low and behold, what do I find? Atomic Swops.
Updated Whitepaper : https://github.com/EOSIO/Documentation/blob/TWPv2/TechnicalWhitePaper.md
Piece on Atomic Swops : https://github.com/EOSIO/Documentation/blob/TWPv2/TechnicalWhitePaper.md#atomic-transactions-with-multiple-accounts
It is known that Blockchain interoperability is a must have going forward. Its going to put a whole lot of bad crypto exchanges out of business and it has been done successfully blockchain to different blockchain. Imagine that .. I have X crypto, and swop or change it for Y crypto right on the blockchain. End of Uncle Scrooge that wants to charge me up the yahoo for a simple swop.
I’m with you. But all I can say is that you have to test and trust your instincts, regularly, in life, IMHO
I am not a techie and don’t rely on technology like GPS. It makes me know an area better than listening to some stupid robot voice coming out of my phone.
I’m a sailor and I always know where North, South East and West are. Where the sun is, where the moon is, where one landmark is relative to another, etc, etc. etc. Occasionally it takes me longer to find an address, but sometimes I find it faster….than when GPS gives you a wrong turn, for example LOL…….and at the end of the day you that can’t do without GPS would be lost without your GPS…while I never want to get that dependant on ANY one thing
If you never test your instincts you will never know whether they can serve you or not. Simple!
If you test them and you lose something, gain something from the loss! Get to know yourself and your instincts better! Refine them. Keep testing. If you wait until you know everything, then more than likely “The Cow Will Already Have Left the Barn.”
In other words, you will have been right, but too late to significantly benefit.
What is Dan Doing With Eos?
I don’t know either, but I stopped in here this morning to test my instincts:
https://busy.org/@eosgo/eos-telegram-summary-3-22-18-dan-s-best-q-and-a-to-date
As I was going through it, I thought, “THAT is a response from Larimer I find significant! If I were taking notes, I would put THAT in the Cafe or tell my partner about it!”
But I was too busy to take notes or come back here until the end of the day.
Sometimes I will do work for others, like my partner or Vineyarders……. This time, all I have time to tell you is that the above link is worth reading, IMHO. If you want to find out more about how Larimer thinks read it. If you don’t care, don’t read it. No problem! If you find something like that or better, please share it. Simple!
Not on any old crypto-currency. LOL. There are too many of them! But perhaps on foundational up and comers like EOS or its competitors NEO, Cardano…and so forth.THAT has some potential benefit strategically and civilizationally to know about………besides just filling this or that individual’s little speculative pocket…
Cheers!
@Bro
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Much catching up necessary for me, so my remarks will be kind of general. I’ve just read the EOS white paper, some documentation for app developers, and a few other things on their site. The roadmap is currently 404, so I’m not yet clear on where things stand as of today.
I see word that EOS is coming to Bittrex, which suggests it is gaining momentum:
https://cryptotrends.in/eos-on-bittrex-soon/
I haven’t yet listened to the Dan Larimer video you posted, as I need to understand what EOS aims to be before I can parse the statements of gurus, insiders, etc. I have some technical background in distributed systems and so many of the underlying issues in the EOS white paper are familiar. That said, there is much about the world/ecology of cryptos that I don’t understand. Like you, I am trying to inform myself.
From what i’ve read thus far, I’m in agreement with amarynth‘s overall take on EOS (“the EOS pudding is not fully mixed”). I will try to post a more focused set of impressions tomorrow.
Related, from the same site, and of potential interest to those following crypto currencies:
https://cryptotrends.in/how-coinmarketcap-manipulates-the-market/
I’m back with a little more. I watched the YT vid with Kyle of the Awakenment, but while it sounds promising details are of course very sketchy.
Bro, to try to speak to your questions, here’s how it looks to me. I hope Amarynth or others might jump in here because I’m operating on very limited knowledge.
In principle, I don’t see that EOS has to do much except to get their project going as already planned. The EOS blockchain infrastructure is much higher performance and could solve one of the lingering problems with Bitcoin (I assume(?) transaction speed remains an issue). Functionally, EOS sounds like a superset of BTC, so they could probably encapsulate BTC blocks on the EOS blockchain without much fuss. As for your second question, I don’t know. There are lots of second and third generation blockchain projects out there, and it’s possible that some of them have a similar goal. Reading the white paper, I didn’t see anything about interoperability with BTC. Maybe it’s there but I didn’t get it. I looked at the section that Amarynth flagged about atomic transactions but it strikes me as kind of vague and not necessarily about interoperability with BTC. My gut feeling is that this functionality is something that was only recently hatched by the EOS team and they are sort of floating a trial balloon right now. The cynic in me also wonders if this isn’t being floated as a bit of extra splash just in advance of their rollout.
In practice, I also assume, the code base for BTC nodes would have to be modified to use the EOS blockchain. This would be non-trivial and there would need to be developers onboard with EOS and with pull to convince their peers — who will have significant investment as BTC devs — that it’s a good idea (I.e., as opposed to their own in house plans, like the Lightening network or whatever). It would entail a fork that is much more dramatic than SegWit or the debates over block sizes, etc., and forks are always political. A number of comments on Kyle’s video question this as well, e.g., “The miners will never agree to shift to DPOS as it puts their profitable business out of business.“ Here, recall that EOS is being billed as a blockchain platform that is free to use. I must admit that I don’t yet really understand the revenue model of EOS, but for this magic to come to pass it would need to be in some way compatible with that of BTC, to incentivize BTC miners and developers to pursue this.
Assuming Larimer speaks the truth, does the EOS platform succeeding in accomodating Bitcoin mean it is not only seriously challenging to become # 2 (in place of Etherium) but even has a shot at # 1???
Based on my guess as expressed above, I would think this really depends on BTC miners and node developers. More broadly, from reading the white papers, it sounds to me as if EOS is already aiming to be #1, though not by having EOS developers working on the BTC code base to enable BTC onto its platform. The EOS team can design in the possibility but beyond that it’s up to the BTC developers to pursue it.
I will try to write more impressions tomorrow. Again, please keep in mind that I’m very new to EOS and so my comments here are highly speculative.
A man is a man for a’ that to quote Auld Rab-VVP and DT are obviously and of essence the samo.As are we all Bro.your posts are very informative ,in as much that you know that vindictiveness or bitterness don’t cut any ice.
@ Bro
I have re-read the EOS white papers and some other documents, and will try to summarize my findings.
First, I’d like to draw attention to the fact that EOS is described as “an operating system for building large-scale consumer-facing distributed applications”. It is not simply a cryptocurrency or Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). It is an OS, an “Extensible Operating System” (one way of parsing the acronym EOS), an “operating system-like construct” or, in current parlance, a “platform”. This means, first, that it is a much larger and more ambitious project than Bitcoin or any of the altcoins that were forked from the BTC code base. My sense is that it is more ambitious and therefore more complicated than Ethereum, though this latter point is debatable.
Let’s now consider the EOS Vision Statement, a.k.a. “The Big Idea” (from Ian Grigg’s “EOS — An Introduction” (05 July 2017 – v0.4):
“[T]he promise of universal peer to peer contracting and money has been excluded to the wider Internet. Bitcoin is too unsafe, and its smart contracts opaque. Ethereum is too scary, too hard, too geeky. Corda is ‘big corporate.’ Other systems have their weaknesses, all of them are restricted to the elite coder, and everyone has a different view.”
“What is needed is smart business for the everyday person. An everyday distributed application needs to live in a global blockchain that handles the open entry treasured by the Bitcoin discovery, has enough performance to build big business, is connected enough to bring people together and is safe and secure enough that Wall Street’s Gordon Gecko can trade alongside Africa’s Mama Biashara. Without drama, without fear, without missing out.”
From other parts of the white paper, we discover that the use cases being envisioned for EOS include: “supply chain, resource management, user-messaging such as social media, asset issuance and trading, accounting for remittances, and gaming.” Uber is offered as an example of an application that could be built using EOS. Needless to say, these go beyond cryptocurrency, and in fact I would say that a crypto is only a part of what EOS is really about. My sense is that really EOS is more an attempt to realize one of the holy grails of computer science: a fully distributed, decentralized operating system, open source, governed by a consortium of stakeholders, not by a single corporate entity.
Note also that while the vision statement imagines “smart business for the everyday person”, the audience for EOS is not “the everyday person”. In fact, the hope is that the everyday person wouldn’t even be aware they are using EOS. Rather: “We assume that the target user is the web entrepreneur”. EOS is intended to be a services-level system, It will provide APIs to web application developers who will in turn build the actual applications that “everyday people” use. These developers are separate from the core group who are now building the EOS infrastructure. In this sense, the division of labor in the creation of EOS is not really very different from that of BTC or Ethereum. The “big idea” is that it will be less geeky, but I think really that depends on the application developers, on how well they do their job, and again they are not part of the core initiative to build the infrastructure. In any case, we’re not talking about Africa’s Mama Biashara, at least not directly.
As a system designed primarily by engineers (not finance people), EOS is really distinguished from its competitors (BTC and ETH, for example), at an architectural level. The white paper identifies six axes of comparison. (1) Consensus (i.e., blockchain is a distributed system for achieving and maintaining consensus over a shared ledger of transactions; (2) Value (i.e., there are different mechanisms for establishing value, i.e., creating a currency); (3) State Transitions (i.e., the mechanics of how values/assets transition from one state to another, e.g., when you spend or transfer your coins); (4) Contracts (i.e., how is the business logic for contracting and negotiating contracts represented?); (5) Performance (i.e., how fast is the blockchain? how many transactions per second are possible? this will determine the applications); (6) Governance (i.e., how are smart contract disputes resolved? how are forks handled? what constitutes the unity of the whole platform, given all the different stakeholders?). (An additional axe is “Use Cases” but I’ve already summarized that.)
Regarding these six axes of comparison, I note the following: (1) Consensus — the problem with BTC and ETH is simply that their technology for achieving consensus is too slow, the overhead is too high, they cannot scale and provide acceptable performance for end-user applications; EOS aims to use more recent, state-of-the-art technology to achieve high-performance consensus (e..g, consensus over events (messages) vs. consensus over state, and Byzantine Fault Tolerance + Delegated Proof of Stake (DPOS), etc.); (2) Value — the EOS team notes there are several different ways of representing the value of a currency, but my feeling is that this is not a problem that is of particular interest to them (more about this, below); (3) State Transitions — this is important for getting higher performance, but very technical, so I will skip over this; (4) Contracts — Bitcoin implements this poorly, Ethereum does a better job but there are also problems with its approach; EOS aims to use WASM for this; contracts will be written in higher-level languages and compiled into WASM code; the EOS platform thus incorporates a virtual machine for running WASM; (5) Performance — as a solution designed by engineers, a lot of attention is given to demonstrating that the performance of EOS will be very high, though this remains to be proven in the field; (6) Governance — this is one part of EOS that seems better thought-out that any of the other cryptos that I have seen; i.e., all who use the EOS blockchain “are members under a short Constitution” and “all members form a Community subject to the Constitution”. There’s a lot about governance in the EOS plan, the aim being to build a system that can survive because it anticipates conflicts and provides means for resolving them.
So, the EOS initiative aims to provide “a web-based toolkit that provides a fully-serviced framework on which to build applications as distributed web-based systems coordinating over the blockchain. Accounts, naming, permissioning, recovery, database storage, scheduling, authentication and inter-app asynchronous communication are all built in. A goal of the architecture is to provide a fully-provisioned operating system for the builder of apps, focussed to the web because that’s where the bulk of the users are.”
Needless to say, this is really a lot to imagine building in a year or so. How much of it they have finished or even spec’d out, I cannot say. It sounds very ambitious to me, though the authors say on numerous occasions that much of the technology is prior art. Nevertheless, there will be implementation details to sort out, performance tuning, and unforeseen bugs — those are all givens of a software project of this scale. I would also note that incorporating a very sophisticated definition of accounts and permissions directly into EOS opens the possibility for security issues. Even if their implementation is itself secure, the added complexity makes it easier for pilot/user error. I’m not sure that it eliminates the current weak link of exchanges and exchange-based wallets being hackable.
Regarding your previous question about inter-operability with Bitcoin, I think I found the relevant discussion. It is in the second white paper, under the heading Inter Blockchain Communication. I believe the passage that Amarynth noted only concerns atomic transactions between accounts within EOS, whereas “inter-blockchain communication” is the phrase for interoperating between EOS and BTC. The discussion is technical, so I won’t try to summarize it, except to say that it underscores my earlier feeling that the EOS team would not be the ones to make this happen. EOS can enable it and they have some interest in doing so, it seems, but inter-operability with BTC would only happen if the BTC node developers chose to implement it. Of course, I can only guess their intentions, but this is my sense of it.
Let us now turn to the question of money, and how all of this is to be financed and later to sustain itself. I haven’t found a concise discussion of how this is supposed to happen, and my feeling is that the engineers behind this project don’t see this as an interesting problem in itself (i.e., “raise VC, apply liberally, repeat as necessary”). The overall goal to realize the potential of blockchain is salutary (e.g., “Existing blockchain platforms are burdened by large fees and limited computational capacity that prevent widespread blockchain adoption”), but of course the devil is in the details. It is possible to piece together a sense of how revenue flows through the EOS platform from a number of statements in the white papers, but I must confess I don’t really understand it yet.
For example, in the white papers, we find: “DPOS avoids the tax of mining, releasing that substantial value back to stakeholders.” And: “By constitution, the long term reward for producing blocks can be limited to for example 5% per annum (Larimer 2017-2). By custom, we suggest that the bulk of the value be returned to the community for the common good — software improvements, dispute resolution, and the like can be entertained.” One explicit requirement in the second white paper is “free usage”, defined as follows: “A blockchain platform that is free to use for users will likely gain more widespread adoption. Developers and businesses can then create effective monetization strategies.”
So, this sounds like there will be no mining or incentive to mine EOS, though we also find this passage: “A blockchain that adopts the EOS.IO software will award new tokens to a block producer every time a block is produced. In these circumstances, the number of tokens created is determined by the median of the desired pay published by all block producers. The EOS.IO software may be configured to enforce a cap on producer awards such that the total annual increase in token supply does not exceed 5%.”
Note the phrase “may be configured”. The figure of “5%” resurfaces near the end of the EOS FAQ, with a slightly different explanation:
“Blockchains that adopt the EOS.IO Software do not require a foundation or a non-profit organization to help grow or maintain the network because such blockchains will be self-funding. Based on the EOS.IO Software, it is intended that any blockchain that adopts the EOS.IO Software will generate natural inflation in such blockchain tokens at a rate of five percent per year to be distributed to the platform’s block producers in connection with their confirmation of transactions on the platform and to the top three smart contracts or proposals that receive the most amount of votes from holders of such tokens. In this case, such a blockchain will not be reliant on any one foundation, organization, or individual for its growth, development or maintenance.”
I would be curious what you or Amarynth think about this, but personally I feel uncomfortable with these statements. Certainly, they need to be clarified, but reading through all of these documents, I have not found any statement of a cap on the number of EOS tokens (i.e., like BTC being capped at 21 million), or any sustained discussion of how the value of the tokens would fare over time. Nor have I found any statement of how the extreme volatility that has been a feature of all cryptos would not be a feature of EOS as well. In the passage cited above, the mention of “natural inflation in such blockchain tokens at a rate of five percent per year to be distributed to the platform’s block producers” is unclear to me, but seems somewhat at odds with the idea familiar from Bitcoin that the value of the currency cannot be debased in the same why that fiat currencies are debased by central banks. I don’t find much in the EOS vision that jibes with the discourse of alternate finance. If anything, it seems very much of a piece with the Silicon Valley rhetoric of “disruptive technology” that is financed with tons of venture capital.
In that regard, and as for how all of this coding is to be financed, it seems that EOS has gathered formidable resources. Initial investment revenue was generated by an ICO of “EOS tokens” via the Ethereum network starting last year. Note that these are not the same as the tokens that will be used on the to-be-announced EOS blockchain, though it seems they are convertible. Proceeds are revenue of Block.one, a private company registered in the Cayman Islands, which announced it intends to allocate $1 billion of the proceeds to support the development of projects on EOS. There was some controversy around this, which I won’t try to summarize.
In addition to that $1 billion promised, since January of this year, Block.one has announced three partnerships with VC firms to create funds in support of developing EOS blockchains: “Block. One And Tomorrow Blockchain Opportunities announce formation of EOS.IO Blockchain Focused Fund” of $55 million (16 January 2018); “Block. One and Mike Novogratz’s Galaxy Digital Announce Joint Venture for New $325 million EOS.IO Fund” (24 January 2018); and “FinLab AG and Block.one Announce $100 million Joint Venture to Accelerate Development of EOS.IO Projects in Europe” (21 March, 2018).
In addition to the up-to-$1-billion from the ICO of EOS tokens, these three funds tally to $480 million. These announcements all struck me as more than vague on how the funds would be allocated in practice. It might be worth mentioning that the first investor was Tomorrow Blockchain Opportunities, whose managing partner, Derek Rundell, is also a managing partner of Eric Schmidt’s venture capital firm, TomorrowVentures (yes, that Eric Schmidt, who recently stepped down as CEO of Google, supporter of the DNC, Obama-era holdover, and chairman of the Defense Innovation Board (DIB) sponsored by the US Department of Defense). Make of this what you will.
One last point regarding the purchase of EOS tokens. I find this statement in several places: “U.S. citizens, residents and entities have been excluded from purchasing EOS tokens in the token distribution. This decision was made because of some of the logistical challenges associated with differing regulations in the many states of the United States of America, including, without limitation, BitLicense legislation in New York State.” I have read there are ways around this (there always are), but I have not read any statement from Block. One to the effect that this exclusion will be lifted when the EOS blockchain goes live.
Anyway, I am still digesting all of this, and thus it is hard to draw larger conclusions. My gut feeling, though, is that we’re talking about a very ambitious project that sounds great on paper but may take years to implement. Yes, there will be announcements of milestones and lots of activity on GitHub (actually, I haven’t looked there yet), but a fully functioning system with a substantial user base could be several years off.

[I’m back after sheltering in my motor home for three days of much needed rain. I more or less caught up with the comments at the last cafe, and took some notes which I will get to later; but for now I want to post my backlog of thoughts on theology.]
Armchair Cafe Theology (ACT) part 16
Theology means literally the “logos of God.” Logos is order, word, God’s organizing principle. It is God’s Word, applied to Christ. Saint John begins his gospel with the words: “In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God.” In time there developed the doctrine of the Holy Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Ghost, a patriarchal rewrite of the natural trinity of Womam, Man and Child; or Mother, Father and Children.
Saint John also said: “God is Love,” and therefore so is Christ and the Holy Spirit. Logically, in John’s formula, God is the subject and Love is the predicate. As in “the oak is a tree,” oak is the particular and tree is the universal. The terms can be reversed, but that is not the way John expressed it. This is a very relevant proposition for theology, which has many important applications.
My own thinking is love centered. I believe in God as the first expression of Love. The word or order of God is Love’s creation. Saying it this way shows the greatest respect for God, and gives him the greatest of honors. It also places theology on a firm natural foundation, with God as a providential development.
This is an armchair cafe theology which may be upsetting to some people, who have been raised to think of God as almighty, supernatural, the being of beings, the first cause, the essence of existence, the creator of all and an authority not to questioned; if the latter, then there is no theology, which has been nothing less than questions and development. A God who cannot be questioned is a God who is dead.
It is a wonderful feeling when God is restored to his natural place in theology. We come to know the real import of the doctrine of the Incarnation, whereby God has flesh and blood like us. We then share in God’s sovereignty of being whole and complete in ourselves; we too are almighty, all knowing, holy and good. God becomes a reflection of us and we of God.
Patriarchy hates this kind of theology; it wants a separated, class based God, to reinforce its power position of a master class and an obedient slave class. The first patriarchs were jealous of the powers of womem to conceive, birth and nurse children, to enjoy greater and longer periods of sexual ecstasy, to bleed monthly without dying, to interphase with moon cycles, to communicate intuitively with each other, to possess greater multi-focal minds and to govern the small communities with love.
Real men supported this system since they had all the love and sex they could desire; they felt like real men whose purpose was to enhance the pleasure of womem and assist in the raising and nurturing of the children. Patriarchs rebelled against the love system, and gradually over 75,000 years have all but destroyed it. The Patrix (Patriarchy) does everything in its power to distract and misdirect us away from these facts of history.
The Imperial Empire of today is doing what it has always done: destroy our minds so that we endlessly analyze its evil deeds, thereby augmenting them, and never, never understand the true causes of its evil in the first place. The empire not only divides us from the truth, and therefore conquers us, but pushes a policy of “paralysis by analysis,” surreptitiously feeding us its analysis by making us think it’s ours.
Luciferian Intelligence has been playing this game ever since Lucifer, the “Light Bearer” rebelled against the God of Love, and substituted his God of Power, a fake god made in Lucifer’s own image. Intelligence rebelled against Love, and necessarily caused the consequence of becoming killers rather than lovers. After 78 years of hard knocks and hard rocks, interspersed with hopes, dreams and transient pleasures, I find myself in this vineyard. Is it providential or detrimental?
You decide, as you always have. I have decided to go with a Love Government, Army, Bower and Vineyard, since they give me theological clarity and moral certainty. Time and Justice will be the arbiter of all. “Time will tell who has won and who has fell, and who’s been left behind, when you go your way and I go mine.” Dylan.
In my search for Love, I need God; hence, my interest in theology. The numerous doctrines surrounding God are stepping stones on my journey. For too long they have been dormant in me, and as I perceive it, also for the world. As Saint John says, we need to go back to “In the beginning…” and understand God in the context of nature and natural development.
This is heresy, and not long ago would have got me burned at the stake or worse. But times change and things develop, even if now in our culture, we are dis-developing rapidly into a fascist world of power. I want to stem the tide of immorality, chaos, disintegration and corruption that threatens us like the plague. A true understanding of God and theology will assist us in that restoration project, which we call stopping the empire’s war on Russia.
My method of achieving this goal is to understand and fully connect with love. I haven’t watched a movie in a theater, on TV or on a computer for years; but a couple of weeks ago, on a hunch that it might help me to know love, I ordered five dvd’s. I have now watched four of them, and think it has helped me see what love is, and is not. I don’t trust anything coming out of mainstream culture but I think I’ve matured enough not to be sucked into it.
The first one I watched was Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austin. I’ve seen it and read the text several times. It takes place in England around 1800. I’m fascinated by her writing style and the characters, especially the two main lovers. Although I detest the British empire of the time and the stratified class society, I am inspired by the lovers, who have moral character within those limiting conditions. I, too, live in a corrupt culture, and have to do my best despite it. It’s the one romantic novel I enjoy, although I think romance is used by empire to distract us from what the masters and managers are doing and turn our minds to mush; if we lack countering resources.
The second one I watched is very odd; it’s not one that would interest me, except that Miles Mathis liked it, and he doesn’t like any contemporary movies. It’s called Black Swan, came out in 2010 and is a play on Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake. It’s about a perfectionist ballet dancer who loses her mind and commits suicide in a surprise ending, with the words “It is perfect.”
I think Miles likes it because it’s realistic, based on his experiences with 500 women he dated, his wife of six years and the few he had sex with. Like me, he is looking for love and is very selective in who he goes to bed with. He can’t find a woman to love and neither can I since my divorce eleven years ago. As in the movie, he finds women obsessed with perfection, frigid, wounded and filled with resentment for men; or acting out their repressions as sluts or brainwashed liberals; notwithstanding the rare passionate marriages lasting to “death do us part,” and the “stay-togethers” for the sake of the children, conformity, fear, security or just plain ennui.
I don’t entirely agree with him but haven’t had his experiences. I was married for eighteen years and had sexual relations with several women prior to my marriage, including in groups and kinky situations, but none since my marriage. From my reading and observations, I think many women have been ruined by the empire, and because of their misery, have taken up consumption of products in compensation, which fill the coffers of the overlords, in addition to the taxes that women achievers pay.
The industrialists, military, banking, entertainment and media need power like air. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. It turns women into Black Swans and men into Black Pawns of obedient servility. Another black plague is now turning on Russia, the final solution to the empire’s black swan dreams. The movie is a “canary in the mine’ warning that military might is not enough when people grow soft on “bread and circuses,” and Russian military top brass look too well fed with inflated money of foreign and domestic investors.
The third movie I watched was Brother Sun, Sister Moon about Francis of Assisi. I have seen it several times before. I was in his order of Franciscans for a dozen years. After a youth as a troubadour and womanizer, and a brief stint as a warrior who was captured and imprisoned for a year, nearly dying, he had a vision of Christ Crucified, and subsequently embraced Lady Poverty and the natural world of beauty.
He found a way to work within the all powerful church and transform it, but after his death the empire undermined his work and prevented any kind of real change. I, too, am looking for a way to transform the empire; and avoid Francis’ mistakes. My son was named after Francis and a grandfather of that name. I want my son to live in world of love, and will do my part in making that happen.
The fourth movie was Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy. I’ve seen the movie once before, and have read the book once, as well as a biography of Tolstoy and a dozen articles about him. I am currently reading it again online. He is Russia’s most popular writer, with Dostoevsky next; many think he’s shallow compared to Dostoevsky but I don’t agree. He didn’t like the book himself but I think it’s because he showed himself in Anna Karenina and didn’t like what he saw.
Tolstoy is not what he’s portrayed to be. His own life turned out to be tragic, dying in a lonely railroad station, estranged from his wife and family. He was unfaithful to her, having several children with the serfs on his plantation. He was probably a paid agent of the state, to co-opt the burgeoning land reform movements of the time. Leo had his own plan which turned out to be a failure, just what the state intended, to convey their propaganda through a world renowned author.
I liked the movie, despite its heavy handed romance. It illustrated the problems with monogamy, and the restrictions placed upon passionate lovers. It ends tragically as it did for Leo but there’s another character who portrays the other side of Tolstoy, who is a married man, an unreal idealist like me and is in awe of his first child. The movie has a depth to it that I have not found in reading half of Dostoevsky’s Crime and Punishment, which is way too negative for me. I’ll probably watch Anna again and again, with Russia in the background.
All four movies reminded me that we’re all looking for love, which is the very quest of theology. I have no idea of how this is going to go. One day it doesn’t seem to be going anywhere and the next day it’s back on track; one day I want to give up, and the next I’m back at it; one day I feel like a hypocrite and the next day it’s ok to be one as long as the work gets done; one day it rains and the next it’s sunny. I guess that’s what the Incarnation is all about, but, oh, how I wish my back pain would heal. Maybe it’s teaching me about Salvation, a very faint partaking in the Sacrifice of Christ on the Cross, and in the stigmata of Francis of Assisi. Compared to that, or to the horrible suffering of some people now, I’ve got it easy.
The older I get, the more I think of the lovers of our origins on earth, and of the deep lovers in the spiritual realms. I look forward to rejoining them in an earthly-heavenly paradise. I think that’s what the Resurrection portends. But, oh, how I wish the pain would end, and my discouragement and frustration with it. I want to live to be 101, I’ve got so much I want to do and say. I think of Jesus saying: “Not my will but yours be done.”
Love, Dennis
Sorry Dennis but Tolstoy was not a “paid agent of the state”. Actually, he was in his last days driven to find redemption in forgiveness and surrender ( a hard one with the pride that he had) and if he died alone in a railway station it was probably either on going to or from a monastery where he would visit leading healer monks of the times.
despite your addiction to the keyboard you are still a bloody good man Dennie Boy.
Armchair Cafe Theology (ACT) Part 17
Sex is not part of the theological lexicon, although it is indirectly included with the Sacrament of Marriage. Its relative absence speaks volumes about its suppressed power and indirect influence. I’m speaking of Christian theology, the one I was brought up in. Other theologies of the “gods,” as in the pagan and Hindu stories of gods, feature sex more openly. The Christian Trinity reveals a Father, Son and nondescript Spirit, none of whom exhibit sexuality of men and women.
This suppression of sex conserves and stores energy, resulting in focused patriarchal power. Jewish and Christian circumcision serves the same purpose, as does celibacy in the Catholic clergy. Warriors and athletes used to forgo sex on the eve of battle or field of sport. Now they act out war porn as they pilot drones from thousands of miles away, support feminism by kneeling during a national anthem and entertain loose women in pre-game hotel rooms or war camp brothels; all part of the feminization of men, to prevent resistance to the governors and managers of empire.
I am not immune from sexual suppression. I think I have “monk’s disease” right now with my sore back: years of suppression in my formative years are now showing up as pain, seeking to be released. When I left the monastery, I went from “repressism” to “excessism” for some ten years, after which I once again returned to suppression of sex in my marriage of frigidity versus rigidity.
I often find myself saying: “sex is where it’s at.” I don’t know what that means, which indicates it’s coming from below the mind, from a suppressed region, all tied up with religion. I might mean that we all got here by sex, or it’s that we are one or the other sex. That’s no doubt true but it goes much deeper than that. In terms of what we’re doing here in stopping war on Russia, the repressing or excessing of the blessing of sex is the very cause of war. Don’t those rockets and missiles remind you of manhood? No? Check your repression level.
I also find myself linking sex to love, as if sex were too raw, blunt, disturbing and dangerous to stand by itself. Love is safer and less intimidating, especially in the form of romance, sentiment and compensatory mechanisms like pethood. So much easier to ga-ga and goo-goo over a pet than discuss problems in the marriage bed or patriarchal head. A safety-valve fake love releases the pressure of a failed or frustrating sexual life; and so the wars continue, driven by the non-fulfillment of real sex.
Yesterday I watched Anna Karenina: two contrasting scenes illustrate what I’m talking about. In the first, Anna is lying in bed, covers to her chin. Her husband is doing the same thing he’s done two thousand times before, being the bureaucratic, pedantic, mechanistic man he is. He removes a five inch ornate lid-hinged box from a dresser, takes out a condom and silently approaches the bed to fulfill his marriage rights, missionary style with him on top.
The second scene is with Anna and her lover; a typical sex scene, but professionally and tastefully done. They are over the top passionate with each other. Later, he proves to be a cad, from an over-controlling mother, which leads Anna to suicide. She risks all for true love; he’s gaming her. I like the lovers in Pride and Prejudice, although Jane Austin keeps miles away from any explicit sex talk. I love their characters and their thorny path to true love; we hope they had a decent sex life, amidst the repressed British culture and excessed brutal colonialism of that time.
People used to wish the newly married joy, by saying “God give you joy.” Sex is all about joy, the joy of release into love. In the communal sex practices of our original love culture, joy of sex was the fruit of a standard procedure, honed to an art of sex over thousands of years. After a “Camelot Moment” of 25,000 years, patriarchy raised its ugly head and destroyed natural love rites, because it needed hunters, killers and warriors, not lovers, for its New World Order. Now, 75,000 years later, we stew in the swamp of that rabid rebellion and rejection of love.
The “war of the sexes” is a misnomer and misdirection ploy of patriarchy; a 75,000 year war of patrix males on the womam sex. Now there is a blowback from females, who have been turned into “femen” by the masters of this war. The terms “matriarchy” and “the matrix” are more misdirection and lies to disempower mothers (mater) and their daughters. Certainly, women-femen now are seething with resentment against men and expecially white males, not on their own initiative, but from the machinations of pseudo-men, the same kind of men that have always been calling the shots. Big shot cowards hiding behind mama’s apron still.
The industrious Robber Barons are no Robin Hoods, stealing from the rich to give to the poor. No, they drive decency to death with open larceny by flipping morality like pancakes. They need frustrated and miserable women to buy their products, pay their taxes and provide soldiers for their armies. Glass-Steagall has turned into a glass ceiling from which hang fake women dolls, the likes of kooky Nikki Haley and the cookie lady Victoria Nuland, to name a couple out of thousand others.
We are a long way from genuine love and true sex, are we not? Ok, ok, you are the exception that proves the rule. I generalize, true, but when you have empire generals breathing down your neck, you don’t have time to count all the trees to prove it’s a forest. Patrix Sex is the hidden general behind all the particular generals. Genitals rule Gentiles since Jews figured out money and marriage go together like horse and carriage. They marry for money; it takes money to marry rich girls or wealthy earls.
Marriage is the mortar of the rich, who are now mortaring those not in the phony-crony club, by destroying marriages of potential fighters against empire, and pushing marriages and children of proxies who populate for empire. Sex is being used as a tool for political gain, proving in a negative way that “sex is where it is at.”
Physical sex is a sign of Emotional sex–>is a symbol of Fantasy sex–>is a sacrament of Dream sex–>is a signal of Mind sex–>is a pointer to Will sex–>is a prelude to Justice sex–>is a stepping-stone to Joy sex–>is a door to Whole sex–>is a key to Holy sex. This all-in-all system is integrated into Love Sex, with Love being the center and circumference, the O that stands for everything and nothing and the Lover who is all of us as lovers.

Armchair Cafe Theology (ACT) Part 18
I suspect that I’m blocking awareness of my own sexual hang-ups and it has something to do with my current back pain. There’s something stuck “back” there in my unconscious that is manifesting itself in an indirect way instead of through a clear consciousness. I can’t say what it is consciously, but I can explore the symptoms that might bring the fears to the surface so that I can deal with them with a clear conscience.
This personal endeavor relates to theology, based on my intuition that theology harbors similar hang-ups as my own. In fact, the kind of theology I was raised on probably contributed in a major way to my blockages. If I can loosen the logjam personally, it may also free up stagnation theologically. And as a bonus, I may help stop the war on Russia by stopping the war in me.
I have the feeling that something is not right personally or politically, and the cause of the frustration and lack of fulfillment is suppression of true sexuality. I still feel ashamed of my sexuality, like I did growing up, despite having a variety of sexual experiences, and being married for eighteen years. Mentally, I can see clearly what I want, but viscerally, I don’t measure up to that ideal.
My body is a mess, as if to second that assessment. My emotions are definitely not passionately in love. My mind bravely tries to carry the whole load. My dreams have changed from foul to fair, which is promising but not fulfilling physically-feelingly. My spirit wanly looks on like the Mona Lisa, waiting for me to catch up, or so I conjecture. I would welcome a miracle but something tells me it’s not going to be that easy.
I keep beating around the bush and spinning my wheels. I’m tempted to give up my ideals and settle into a disappointed but well-adjusted realist–but that doesn’t feel real at all. Should I act my age and forget about a passionate and meaningful sex life on earth, and pin my hopes on heaven? But that sounds like a cop-out, besides being illogical since the afterlife is a continuation of this life, if there’s any justice at all.
I became an idealist because the real world was so confusing and frightening, and I was therefore unreal which made me pathetic and powerless. I was able to function quite well as a student, priest, nurse, husband, father and provider, although I had a few close calls due to my unrealism; but I never had an ideal-real life that measured up to my ideas of what that would be. Over the years, I’ve become more realistic but I miss the joy, enthusiasm and fulfillment promised by my ideals.
My back pain is urging me to “get it together,” to integrate what’s “back there,” the things I can’t see without a mirror. Something tells me I need to pay more attention to my body and emotions rather than depend so much on my “id”eas (ideas), which in Freudian terms have the “id” hidden within them, and too often make me an “id-iot.” This vineyard is a good mirror, as are my daily experiences, rightly viewed and interpreted.
I’m beginning to feel that my mind-body, ideal-real and think-feel dichotomies are fake distinctions, arising out of the fake class system of patriarchy. There’s a missing element in the middle, without which everything becomes a muddle, if not a mud puddle. That middle, center, circumference and everything in between is Love. Love distributes that undistributed, unacknowledged middle, making all lovely. Love is ever so slowly distributing herself into the nooks and crannies of my life, cleaning them out not without nit and grit scrubbing which can be irritating and down-right painful.
I’m more and more convinced that magic and miracles are everywhere, waiting only for me to recognize and activate them. Real magic and miracle are but science and art that we do not yet understand–but we will in time. I am continually receiving these “minor miracles of perfect timing and spacing,” although my scepticism and fear do their best to deny it.
A thousand faint and fleeting intimations tell me love is protecting me even as she tests me every step of the way. I am so conditioned by materiality and false spirituality that I doubt love also every step of the way. I am given just enough to handle, without being pushed too far so that I exceed the breaking point.
I just read Tolstoy say in his novel, Anna Karenina, that all revolves around the fulcrum of woman; that’s the idea(l) and the real, however the dozens of translations from Russian put it. But what is a real woman? That’s the question and quest of a lifetime. As a start, I distinguish “womam” from “woman,” the former a “mam” and the latter a “wee-man,” a feman in a fee-male body, having paid too high a fee to be part of the male club of war upon her sex.
Theology honors Mary, the virgin mother of God, an ideal to be sure, but also a living reality as every true womam in this world, assisted by every real man with a hardy Anima within him.

Eimear, there is hardly any technical discussion about this as nobody is worried. We call it spreading FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt). My email gets spammed more than the blockchain. I worry about it about as much as I worry about ‘hidden images’ that I cannot see on an email. As long as users use data, some people will spam and store “illegal content.” True for something like Google Docs, true for blockchains. In any event, I have not needed to download a blockchain for many years. We use SPV wallets these days .. running a local blockchain is just not necessary for the average joe. Let the miners worry about spam on the blockchain. People store all kinds of things there – even wedding vows or business agreements.
Only in a conference with the keynote from Goldman Sachs would they draw attention to a a very few instances (I think something like 3) of highly encoded imaging for which nobody knows what decoder to use or how, and nobody has a decoder anyways. Unadulterated FUD. Not to worry about this.
I actually saw the same link. I took notice of it, but skeptically and openly! I didn’t dismiss it, but neither did I react quickly as though it were the God’s Honest Truth.
. That is the routine habit with such things. Someone more on top of the technology or the law or the politics invariably comes out with a very different spin that quickly puts the first report probability into considerable doubt….within hours!
React slowly. Bask in both the FUD and the FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) simultaneously!
See which feels more instinctively right….for you and your instincts! LOL.
Same with political/ strategic matters. You here mostly know that MSM mind control is at work out there and are veterans at making up your own minds.
That’s already a competitive advantage you might consider putting to work on this little flank.
If your instincts are pretty good, and you have 4 or 5 figures USD to play with that would not change your life if you lost it (control risk….sleep at night!) I predict you will soon be able to help Saker or Southfront or other allies far more substantially and comfortably than you can March 2018.
While I was writing this I joined another training webinar for crypto beginners “Keys to Freedom”
They just finished their 5th coin recommendation. I can’t subscribe to everything in terms of either Time or Money.
But it wasn’t bad! The 5th recommendation was NEO…the Chinese competitor to EOS. And the Aussie and American were clear that SINO phobic nonsense about “China banning bitcoin”…is just that Nonsense!
I won’t subscribe but one of you might. Then you can help Amarynth on the Internet of Money flank and give me and my partner more “data points” to sharpen our instincts with.
Ending webinar quote:
“Fear is temporary. Regret is forever.” KEYS TO FREEDOM.COM
Not bad!
HOWEVER….Now I will start on my little $199 course with Christopher Greene and review that for you…thumbs up or down or sideways…..
This one just ending is more. By about 10 times. Sorry, I already have enough advisory service to mandate against the logic of getting another 4 figure one. Even if it turns out to be one of the best! C’est la vie!
$199 I can do, and I did do and will review for you. Give me a few days
Cheers!

I’m wondering if this is a ‘shot across the bows’ from those who currently stand to lose the most.
We’ll see if this meme gets traction, if politicians start spouting about the ‘dangers’ of the new technology to ‘children’ or any other such ploy.
I can get any number of links to porn sites of whatever persuasion just with a browser (Yandex doesn’t censor them).
So yeah, FUD is the likely motivation behind this.
I suspect FUDD.

I am thoroughly entertained by what I call “geopolitical hallucinations,” comprising the many possible permutations of the connections of sundry dots, by both professional pundits and amateur commentators alike, which are to be found in the vast blogosphere. I am not being judgmental. I do enjoy the intricacies of the apparent thought processes. Although, I am amused by the passion with which some of these opinions are attacked and defended, notwithstanding their essentially being speculation anyway. Nonetheless, I find much to cogitate about in the information provided, which is, as often as not, addressed in detail, if at all, only within the blogosphere.
Allow me to present one of my own “geopolitical hallucinations” for your entertainment. I prefer that term to the alternative, “conspiracy theories.” I have no interest in defending it, or in any way arguing about it. I have no illusions about my having any gift of prescience, or of divine revelation, that would incline me to believe myself to be any fount of prophetic truth. This is just fun.
There have been numerous articles, since President Trump was elected, relating his behaviour to “kayfabe,” which was once a strictly-oral-tradition word of the “professional” wrestling community, and which referred to the art of convincing the audience to suspend disbelief, and instead to believe in fantasy. It has occurred to a few commentators in online forums that maybe Trump was trying to spell “kayfabe” phonetically, when he wrote his notorious tweet, “Despite the constant negative press covfefe,” in May 2017. Substitute “kayfabe” for “covfefe,” and the tweet is quite coherent, his meaning clear. It is likely that, while Trump heard the word spoken many times, during his celebrity-promoter involvement with the WWF/WWE Inc., he never actually saw it written down. Hence a clumsy phonetic spelling attempt. It also speaks to Trump’s clear understanding of the process that he is following in balancing the various pressures on him, while pursuing his campaign promises, as does his follow-up tweet.
Trump’s base in the midwest is the major market for “professional” wrestling. The people of this region have not only suffered impoverishment from de-industrialisation, but have also borne the brunt of military casualties, deaths and maiming in mind and body, with the accompanying homelessness and opioid addiction epidemics. Trump spoke to all these problems in his campaign, and the electorate responded, perhaps suspending disbelief as they did. If Trump wishes to be re-elected, then he cannot count on suspended disbelief for long. Sooner or later “kayfabe” must be “broken.” Trump has to deliver sooner, rather than later, especially to retain Republican control of Congress in November this year.
How can he do this? Well, to paraphrase the Beatles, “With a little help from his friends.” In my imagination, the original initiative probably came from Russian Intelligence profiling of Trump for Putin, who recognised that one of Trump’s prime ego trips is to outshine his predecessor, Obama, in every way possible. Putin is quite conversant in English, although he has a rather strange accent. Each time that Putin sat or stood beside Trump, one would see him lean over and whisper something in Trump’s ear, with Trump nodding or smiling. At a recent G20 meeting, Trump, Tillerson, Putin and Lavrov met together for two and a half hours, alone without interpreters. I suppose that Lavrov could interpret for both, but I doubt that was his role. Sometime, soon after Trump’s election, I speculate, Putin asked him if he would like to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for real, not fake like for Obama. That was an offer that Trump could not refuse.
Then, Putin brought in President Xi Jinping of China, and later Presidents Kim Jong Un and Moon Jae-in. The plan is to make Trump look like a hero, in imposing peace on North Korea, while he appears to be acting from strength and not capitulating in any way. So, the “kayfabe” started in classic pro-wrestling style. Kim tested nuclear weapons, which may not even have been his own, but supplied for the purpose, and ballistic missiles. Trump promised, “fire, fury and frankly power, the likes of which the world has never seen before.” He referred to Kim as “little rocket man.” Kim responded that Trump was a “mentally deranged US dotard,” and so on. Such breast-beating and invective is typical of when two pro-wrestlers prepare to engage in the ring, where they will perform a highly choreographed, but admittedly very athletic and acrobatic, simulation of combat. That skill in combat simulation has been transferred very effectively to the movie screen, as can be seen by comparing fight scenes from movies of many decades ago. Meanwhile, the preparations that Putin had advised Trump to wait for were being quietly put in place.
The neighbours of Korea all want a de-nuclearized North Korea, and peace in the peninsula, but, for various reasons, none want actual unification just yet. North Korea would immediately lose its population as economic refugees to the south. The south certainly doesn’t want that huge flood of émigrés. Kim would lose his hold on power, and perhaps risk even more. China and Japan fear not a united Korean military, but they do fear the mercantile competition from a unified peninsula, given that South Korea is probably the most technologically advanced and innovative industrial society on the planet. A unified Korea, with its homogenous culture and its population size, would soon blow past Japan, Germany, and probably even the USA, in GDP.
In the deal being worked out, Russia will take control over North Korea’s strategic weapons. China and South Korea will invest in the north to develop its economy eventually to the point that it could possibly integrate with the south, in the distant future. March 1 was a key date. Putin described the deployment of advanced strategic weapons, and also announced protection for “allies” from nuclear attack. Kim is convinced that he can rely on Russia and its weapons for protection, especially with the hypersonic Kinzhal cruise missiles launched from MIG 31 interceptors, which are designed to keep Carrier Battle Groups at least 3000 km offshore, and far beyond the range of a carrier air group, without air refuelling twice both ways, or of Tomahawk missiles.
Kim does desire an end to the armed standoff, so as to concentrate on his economic development, without which he might eventually be the victim of an internal coup. US and South Korean military exercises, which are always conducted in a most threatening way, occur in both spring and fall, coincident with the major agricultural activities of seeding and harvesting respectively. The activation of North Korea’s military reserves, during these exercises in the south, draws labour away from the fields and compromises the north’s food security.
So, just a week after Putin’s announcement, Kim offered to meet Trump “in the ring, face to face,” so to speak, as trash-talking pro-wrestlers do when they have raised enough fan excitement about the potential of such a match. Naturally, Trump readily agreed. A ‘kayfabe” challenge must be accepted. Kim is also conversant in English. He attended a Swiss “international” school, where instruction is in English, and he doesn’t use an interpreter when chatting with Dennis Rodman. He can have very “private” conversations with Trump, just as Putin does.
More steps have been taken in recent days. Trump has threatened to pull the US forces out of South Korea, if trade concessions are not made, a useful excuse. Trump imposed tariffs on China, to which China made a very tepid response. Trump wins! Everything is being done to present Trump as forcefully driving the issue. Russia has initiated talks with Japan, with the promise of a de-nuclearised Korea. To maintain the “kayfabe” for home consumption by certain elements, Trump has brought in a histrionic blowhard as his National Security Advisor, and a new Secretary of State, who will be out of his depth and virtually impotent in obstructing the plan.
Trump, the “conquering hero,” will drag his lightweight SoS over to a meeting with Kim, and be seen to impose his will on all and sundry, by appearing to make Russia responsible for control and de-commissioning of the north’s strategic weapons (trust but verify), by appearing to make China guarantee the peace militarily, and by appearing to make the two Koreas play nice. He’ll remove all but a few troops afterwards, over the trade dispute with the south, and boast about bringing “our boys” home, forgetting about the female contingent. China will make a few more trade concessions. South Korea won’t, until some time has passed, after which trade concessions and much gratitude for the peace will be expressed at a time suitable for Trump’s re-election campaign. With Russia, China, the Koreas, and the USA all in collusion, Norway will have no option in the prize awarding.
Then, comes the Middle East, Afghanistan and Europe. Again, Russia will play a prime role in making Trump look the triumphant peacemaker. The first move was for the US to accept Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. That kills the two-state solution for good, although it had long passed its “best by date,” with the atomisation of the West Bank into a myriad of Palestinian Bantustans. The next step will be to negotiate the annexation of the West Bank from Jordan. It is still legally Jordanian territory, occupied by Israel. There will be a lot of horse-trading. Israel will have to make a lot of concessions, but it will also make some significant gains.
Putin has shown in may ways that he is very protective of the Russian diaspora resulting from the breakup of the USSR. That sentiment applies equally to the more than a million Russian citizens now living in Israel. So, Russia will be the guarantor of peace for Israel with its neighbours, especially with Lebanon, Syria and Iran. All are now very dependent on Russia, militarily and economically, and China will also play a role economically. Israel will have to withdraw from all Lebanese and Syrian territory for the peace treaties to be signed, and to take away the military threats from the north. In exchange, Russia will assist Israel in transporting and marketing its offshore, natural-gas reserves to Europe. Israel will have to start working on how to integrate the West Bank Palestinians into the political life of Israel. The world will not continue to tolerate either apartheid or ethnic cleansing, with Israel made safe from military threat.
Gaza will be turned over to Egypt. Egypt will welcome the offshore, natural-gas reserves in Gaza’s exclusive, maritime, economic zone. Turkey will have to withdraw from Syria, with Syria guaranteeing that the Kurdish threat to Turkey will not be nurtured on Syrian territory. Turkey will be compensated by pipeline transit fees from Russia, Iran and Qatar, and economic benefits from China’s BRI.. With increasing natural gas sales to China, Russia can afford to share the European market with others, and at the same time meet EU requirements with respect to pipeline sharing. In all of this, Trump will be presented as the driving force bringing about peace and progress to the world. He might even insist on a second peace prize, so as to one up Obama yet again.
Afghanistan will be totally surrounded by the Shanghai Cooperation Organization soon. Then, Trump will announce that this is a very good thing, and, since the SCO is very capable of dealing with any terrorism in Afghanistan by themselves, there is no need for the USA to have to do it for them without any compensation. Declare success and leave. Finally, in Europe, most countries will fail to meet Trump’s demands for increased spending on NATO. So, he will pull out of there too, and allow NATO to collapse, as it should have done in 1991.
Well, that’s my “geopolitical hallucination.” Trump gets the isolation for a self-sufficient USA that he desires, he wins the Nobel Peace Prize, peace actually reigns in the world, and he has his face carved on Mount Rushmore as one of the greatest US presidents ever. Well, I have certainly enjoyed this hallucination, and the illusion of a little light at the end of the geopolitical tunnel.
A most intelligent and nuanced comment!
When a “hallucination” like your own neatly ties up more loose ends that simply don’t fit in more doctrinaire, less playful nightmare scenarios…….it should be seriously entertained!
I have entertained very similar but more general hypotheses regarding The Donald’s baffling contradictions.
Your far greater detail gives me some assurance that I haven’t been dreaming….or hallucinating.
I’m not real big on games of “pretend”, like Pro Wrestling (puleeese!) but let’s face it: A great deal of humanity operates and behaves as the priests of Ammon (Egypt) described the early Greeks before their Classical Period was ruined by less well-wishing older forces further east:
“You Greeks are like children.”
And the current task is to use the imagination of these billions to safely bring them to maturity (real, positive civilization) without the disaster of a New Dark Age.
Not only fun…but necessary!
Dear Anonymous 2,
Bro 93 foisted your latest geopolitical “hallucination” upon me.
An excellent “read-between-the-lines” analysis of current events and dream of an orderly and just New World Order.
Bring on this new Yalta Accord… organized by the WWF!
While you may not be a gifted Nostradamus, perhaps you’ll accept the possibility of being a medium of consonant or dissonant resonance? No special gift there. We all have it. Few use it. I’m guessing yours is operational… or you’re Roger Stone :)
No offense but Roger would love to help set-up The Donald to win TWO Nobel Peace prizes. The ultimate “dirty” trick with a fabulous outcome for humanity.
Anyway, thanks Anonymous 2. Keep spreading your hopeful and very entertainng “hallucinations”.

When Trump was running for president, Mark Cuban was giving him a lot of negative trash talk. Trump responded, “You are not smart enough to understand what “we” are doing”. When reading this Anonymous post I could not help but think of Qanon which I pay attention to and try to decode. Some like Jerome Corsi think (know) that the Qanons are military intelligence (Army) and have been planning these moves we now see but don’t necessarily understand because , I think it is a world move that this Cafe’s anonymous is “hallucinating about.” Trump is the vehicle the Q’s have been looking for. Mark Cuban has been quiet recently. May be he caught a glimpse of the “wrestlers”?
I enjoyed it too, except for the Mount Rushmore finale. I have already rashly committed to hold the chisels whilst a fellow Vineyard denizen does the carving–a good job I had the foresight to renew my expiring passport for another 10 years .

To aid any eager and curious person to quickly graduate to a higher level of comprehension of what is involved, let’s hear from some familiar as well as unfamiliar faces:
Catherine Austine Fitts, for one. Who Amarynth referenced in her Vineyard artilcle “The Internet Of Money” Sept 1, 2017 as “not quite getting it” or something to that effect. Well, Catherine is a smart but cautious lady, and the evidence is that she is making progress!
https://youtu.be/SSWSO3cf1-M
You’ll see some other familiar faces as well.
Now, like I have said from Day One of My Dawning Comprehension of This Rising Phenomenon: “It’s up for grabs., guys..”
I might add, “You snooze, you lose.”
But in more macrosperic terms, “Too many of you snooze, we ALL lose!”
Now the above link has THE best quick overview I have yet to run across for this Vineyard Virtual Place.
And I have only watched half, so far. I’m going to finish!
Just as I am going to finish Christopher Greene’s nice MASS Affordable course.
But right now (Time’s A-Wastin’!) you get the Preview Review.
I watched two hours of his course last night, and it is likely (IMHO) the best suited practical entry point for most Vineyarders. Because of:
1. Price low 3 figures USD
2. Plausibly anti-Empire (doesn’t fall for the Brit Skripal false flag….) anti-Deep State and even Anti Wall Street which Mr Greene worked on for 10 years. Defection can be a very good thing. Sometimes.
3. Not boring. But seems to cover all the practical steps, clearly.
4. Greene personally does hand holding for the frustrated newbies who are as bad as I am with computers and such. When this is easy .BTW…90% of the opportunity (personal, life changing) will be gone. We are only in the Second Inning………..it’s NOT easy yet. Be glad!
5. And to repeat, he speaks the truth on my main point: This evolution in money will likely change a very great deal of what we are concerned with here: The MACROSPHERE! Therefore, even if you intend to stand pat in your personal economic situation, microsphere, perhaps get educated in terms of affecting or at least understanding the Bigger Picture on this intriguing flank.
6. Mr Greene may not be a perfect being, but he is no dummy. His low cost entrypoint to the education will most probably build him a very much larger and more prosperous base, in the future. His lower range entry point he will give advice to? Twenty dollars a month. One or two ofr you can maybe do that, to learn how this affects the macrosphere, ummmm?
And in doing so and possibly turing a losing or shall we say “pinched” (as in the need to “pinch pennies”, lest they escape….) perosnal situation into something a bit looser, freer I will supply one”get started” tip that doesn’t even coast a pinched penny:
A). If you are in the AADF (Anglo-American Dollar Faction) apply for a Gemini Exchange account. Exchanges are for getting out of and back into fiat currencies. While you are waiting for Gemini (what do you think the congestion means for prices, most likely, later this year???) get on the probably much quicker (but in my opinion probably much less desirable, longer term) Coinbase.
B) If you are in the Eurozone I think Kraken may be an exchange into and out of Euros. It is a trading platform I have used a little for coins/tokens that could not be gotten on Bittrex Trading Platform or Binance. Oh, apply to both of those also. Costs Nothing!
Cheers!
I will finish all hours of Greene’s (wince) Bitcoinrich.com affordable instructional videos and report back….with my final review. Unless someone beats me to it. Be my guest, by the way. You might better serve others than I could ever do!

Current downtrend to end or reverse at $5100.00 + or – $200.
Get your ducks in a row, mid April to early May entry.
Spread it around to 5 or 10 coins. Your choice, your due diligence.
Watch for a drop 2nd week of July or August. Look for parabolic move up. Sell some.

Sorry guys, I couldn’t resist. What could you wake up, an earthquake, a wonder, an accident, a bullet, what hurts you better than your wallet ?
Wallet
by ioan
Wallet, wallet, tell me true, am I hungry or it’s you ?
Do you want to feed you now, with green bucks like a cow,
Then I’ll milk your fat body for some cash, called money
Huh ! You tell me not to think, cause the money doesn’t stink
Wallet, wallet, I tell you what, time has changed for you, a lot
You are needed just for penny… and that’s what have the many
Those at high, don’t need you more, cause they’re rich,
from top to floor…
Wallet, wallet, you’re not smart, those at high, have changed you,
with a plastic card
They care for those claustrophobic, now you’re easy, electronic,
You can’t hide within a pocket, if they pleased so, you are locked
You can bark, you can scream, take your part, they take the cream,
You’re now in the hands, of a Team.
Who’s the owner of the owner ?
Those at high in honey bower
So, my wallet, don’t be sad
Lovely world is growing mad
They will take you in museum and replace with Ethereum.
Funny Money
One day my hips were way out of whack,
Sciatica down my leg and pain in my back.
“You need to see a really good chiropractor!”,
Someone said. (But money was a huge factor.)
So I delayed and most stoically, I put it off,
Until it hurt just to laugh, sneeze or cough!
Finally, I could no longer stand or bear it.
I could no longer eat nor sleep, I swear it!
Someone then drove me to the Chiro-quack
Who knew just how to crack my aching back.
I lay faced down on his long cool clinic table,
Wondering what, what could he do, if able.
He pulled one leg, said, “This one’s short”
“How can that be?” I asked. He gave a snort.
“It’s obvious,” he said, “It’s as clear as glass.”
And then he whacked me on my aching ass.
Swift went his hand on my left cheek pocket,
And deftly swift he withdrew my bulging wallet.
“This”, he cried, “is the cause of all your pain!”
“Never, ever wear it in back, never, ever again!”
The he twisted and cracked me like a pretzel.
Sweet relief! I was filled with gratitude, forgetful
Of all earthly and monetary cares, loss or profit.
I had prepaid, so I happily left without my wallet!
Friends, money is funny, (it’s a lot like food or sex…)
Too little makes us sad, too much, fat, tired wrecks!
If your life balance gets out of whack, like mine did,
Abstain, diet, slim your wallet down, share! Like I did.
This is a very great reply Bro, thank You ! (like in the old times)

Not sure how Vesti Eng managed it as I know of other translations, especially the World 2018 translated by InessaS for example, that are banned on YouTube in the West, and was removed from Vimeo also.
No knowing how long it will stay up, or maybe because they are in Russia they can get around it, but worth watching asap.
I also have YTD and it appears to have uploaded to that OK.
It gives history, some new takes on some old stories, more depth of Putin’s own family going back a long way – it’s very interesting and well put together. An interview with his very first teacher shows how the ability to lead, to show others how to behave was always a part of his character – even as a very young kid.
Fascinating viewing – settle in with your favourite “chil out ” treats and have a great 2 hours.

I like Lavrov, but if he’s leaving it means diplomacy is going to follow another pattern, doesn’t it?
There are numerous indicators of proximate violent conflict, this is just a tiny addition to the set.
“but if he’s leaving it means diplomacy is going to follow another pattern, doesn’t it?”
I read he is fatigued a couple of days ago, in another article of Lavrov’s seeking to retire. The man is 68, has been over worked for decades. Many in the Russian dip service are in the same state. This is due to the lost generation of the yeltsin degeneracy, when many in the Russian government simply chise another career out of disgust or necessity. This left a gap that dedicated souls such as Lavrov have been filling. The man is a living legend, let’s not forget the first word in that phrase.
A very sad story … many of us understand but here are reminded. Some might learn.

@ ioan … “wish me luck” is perhaps what most of us decide we hear, but “somethin’ to say”, which I hear very clearly could never be confused with “Saddam Hussein”, but then I’m a very native speaker and listener of many UK accents. Mishearing can be funny, as my Slavic friend explained she was the Union rep at a supermarket and found out after many years the word is Union and not Onion. She had been asking new employees to join the onion and to understand what the onion could do for them. The other day I learned some Russian by accident due to the new Russian weapon called “Dagger”, as I wanted to check on the Russian word and how to spell it. So typed “kinzal” into Yandex and got “cinema hall”. Was Yandex at fault or me, so I looked again. The romanisation was not “kinzal” but “kinzhal” and yes “kinzhal” is dagger. We are dealing with just one letter difference … кинозал … cinema hall (note that Yandex now has included “o” in the word as I thought it must be). The word for dagger is кинжал … kinzhal. So, two words that I have understood for years … kino (cinema) and zal (hall) now assist me to remember kinzhal (dagger). кинозал и кинжал … cinema-hall and dagger. If a Russian speaker wants to add or adjust something here, please do so !

The former Russian double agent left close to death after a nerve agent attack in Salisbury had written to President Vladimir Putin asking to be pardoned and to be allowed to visit his home country, a friend has claimed.
Vladimir Timoshkov, a friend of Sergei Skripal, said he regretted having spied for the British and wanted to return to Russia to visit his family.
Skripal wanted to go back to Russia to be with his daughter Please provide non-MSM news/Russian Govt. confirmation of this or it is questionable. Thx. Mod.
He knew he was a traitor and made the wrong decision. Only the Anglo benefit from the attack against him. They thought they can do a provocation against Russia before the world cup and election, while at the same time eliminate a spy about to defect back. It will become obvious even to the Anglo sheep people and maybe bring down this disgusting UK government. Corbyn is a Pro Russian and has the overwhelming support of young people and ethnic minorities.
Peskov Putins spokesperson said this week that this was not true.

This is off topic but may be of interest. Remote viewing data supports that the 9-11 attacks were an inside job. The work that the Farsight Institute has done in their Time Cross Project where they attempt to predict major news stories the month before they occur has produced some stunningly accurate results. For example accurately describing the June 2016 Pulse nightclub attack in May of 2016.

All right, all right I watched all instructional videos by Christopher Greene of Bitcoinrich.com
Since I obligated myself to a review of his very affordable regular video crypto instruction, I will get to that toward the end of this comment. Those who would like to stick their big toe in the water but do not have the infinite time to reinvent the wheel (lots and lots of minor hurdles!) I don’t think would be angry for me pointing them in Green’s direction.
But first I want thank the excellent input by mujo and others. But mujo in particular evidently has a tech background most of us lack, enabling him to drill down in more detail on matters I raised, questions I posed, above, etc.
Everett Griffin also makes good points. Has a level headed approach. Where and how he learned about this most intriguing “disruptive space” would be interesting to hear.
My business partner’s contractual CEO role in a medical technology firm in Silicon Valley ended a few short weeks ago, his excruciating wait for Gemini Exchange account approval finally came through after weeks of waiting and machine generated replies to his inquiries as to what the hell was taking so long……and in “retirement” he has never had so much fun, jumping into the Internet of money with 6 figures USD. He gets it on the political, civilizational level very, very quickly. Who knows, maybe he will chime in, in due course? He considers that sum “tuition” and is convinced blockchain technology will be so transformative to business that regardless of the success or failure of his crypto-portfolio, he is confident what he learns will pay off in his direct business involvement of some sort.
Meanwhile I have to follow up with the film tech attendee at the Crypto Mastermind event in Beverly Hills last month, who I have met with twice, since. Before he attended and we met there in BH, he was already at the stage of wanting to transform independent film making with blockchain technology. An ICO, in other words. He had ideas of the sort of team he would need but wanted a hardnosed business mentor to review his plan. I put him on the phone with my partner, they met, and in 5 minutes my partner was telling him how not ready he is with his plan for an ICO.
The film guy bonded with all the speakers at the Crypto Mastermind by playing on the host’s outdoor basketball court til 2 am after the event ended, @ 9 pm. They invited him to Puerto Rico, and luckily, he met with my partner the day before his flight. He said the advice (“You can’t ask for venture capital saying you have a few people in mind to talk to about filling certain team slots. You have to line up solid commitments for every piece of your business plan, every vital team member, or any venture capitalist will cut you short and tell you to come back when you have the pieces in place…or more likely, to get out of the room and stop wasting their time. Don’t embarrass yourself in Puerto Rico. Here’s what you should say: ……”) was exactly the sort of mentorship he was looking for.
So I will be learning more from both those guys. Puerto Rico has a lot to do with this “space” but that’s a separate subject.
The film guy was most appreciative, said it was exactly the quality of mentorship he was looking for. LOL.
But I will come back to the strategic situation. What I really want to do is watch that Putin documentary. I come back to the idea that blockchain (rumored to have been employed in the Russian Presidential Election….or at least tested for broader application later…) might conceivably Shut Empire Idiots Interfering in Other Nations’ Elections UP. In time, of course.
That it might disrupt and bury Globalist Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter. And Google and YOU TUBE. This ties in to the attack on New Eastern Outlook. The latest article posted in the Vineyard. Money and individual wealth may make some of us blush, but viewed the way Ramin Mazeri and Amarynth ( and even Vladimir Putin view it….positively!! maybe it shouldn’t?….ya think??? So, if the subject tends to make you blush………please consider that such an embarrassed reaction…..might be a tad childish!
Apply the subject to the macrosphere. To national wealth. To human progress in doing things more efficiently, at less cost, and much less corruption. This undermines the very foundations of private central bankers usurping government for the people and making it for themselves. Yes? or NO? True or untrue????
That’s what is important. Not one’s prejudices, preconceptions and “preferences”.
Experience of that sort is vastly overrated. People err by leaning on it too much, instead of seeking out fundamental principles that are true……rather than mere predicates that they have sensory experience of. Empiricists are never the deepest thinkers….
I’d recommend a lot of valid theory and just a little personal experience.
All theory, all study, no experience means no action: Not helpful in the small or the large!
Christopher Greene’s training was $199 for me. It’s ongoing, I guess, for another year at least. He’s a lot more political, overtly, “hard hitting and in your face” than my guy ….Big T….”Let the Game Come to YOU” at about ten times as much. My advisor travels the world and meets the movers and the shakers. Lisbon, Puerto Rico , South Florida, South Africa wherever they can be met with and listened to and asked questions of. It seems a bit more refined information, for building a portfolio of long term holds and short term plays.
And he gave some timely tips before A couple rose hundreds of percent. BNB and EOS early last fall, for example. $500 became $4,300 as of today in BNB….and EOS…well I deviated from the advice to just hold EOS. And got more at a higher price recently ($5-$8) after listening to Kyle of the Awakenment in Britain …and Dan the Man Larimer himself……almost every Mastermind speaker in Beverly Hills….and our Amarynth. Pure instincts, right or wrong, no regrets!
Yet, Greene is not bad, for a very small fraction of the price! Explained a detail face to face on the screen with the cold storage wallet Ledger Nano S…..that was driving me nuts! And very decent, commonsense overall advice and anti-Empire, anti- Wall St political persuasion. Pro-Russian, anti-central banker like much of the alternative media.
But WHY isn’t this blockchain technology, Internet of Money going away??
Big T has the clearest answer to that question: Blockchain technology has the capacity to reduce certain costs of business by up to 90%. To keep up with the competition, regardless of political persuasion, businesses world wide cannot ignore such a thing they know their competitors will very soon put to use.
It’s Simple: That disruptive power outweighs cynical, childish, fear-laden word play with “chains” and “blocks” and other nonsensical, non-thinking “little me” egoism.
Apparently the president of Russia gets the point and urges his countrymen to keep up with the times. Did ya notice??
All for now. End of review. It would be interesting to see what sort of services are popping up in other languages around the world. Koreans are said to be the quickest, widest adopters.

So, if you didn’t heard, Trump orders to expell 60 Russian diplomats from US “in response” to the Skripal case, furthermore, he ordered to close the Russian consulate in Seattle.
Donald (the other – Tusk) said that 14 EU states have taken penalty measures against Russia for the similar case. It is clear that Poland, Germany, Latvia and Estonia are expelling Russian diplomats. More details may we find out soon.
… it’s all going downward tit for tat … and very quickly.
Diplomacy is dead.
Stop the World, I want to get off !
Here is the whole list so far. I just saw on Sputnik that they added the St Georges ribbon to their logo.
https://sputniknews.com/europe/201803261062899536-poland-latvia-lithuania-estonia-expel-russia-diplomats/
This is unbelievable provocation. But, Germany and France and Poland stuck to 4 diplomats being sent back – they are just staying in the game seemingly.
Trump orders expulsion of 60 Russian diplomats, closure of Seattle consulate
https://www.rt.com/usa/422346-expulsion-60-russian-diplomats/
This has been revised down to 45 at Pravda.
Pravda is streaming off and on and TASS has been down for the last half hour.
Lots of confusion now concerning this news.
The 60 apparently includes some UN workers. Of course, the US does not carry jurisdiction of the UN, so, this is a confusing thing.
… confusing and all of this totally unjustified as we in the Cafe understand.
What’s next ?
That’s right, 48 diplomats (embassy staff) and 12 diplomats from UN. Ukraine is doing the same, the numbers are not there yet, Romania expells 1, Canada 4, Denmark 1.
Closure of the Seattle consulate puts Russian diplomats further from the Canadian border, serving the interests of both the paranoid zealots in Washington, DC and Canadian national interests (in this situation.) There must be some agreements worked out for managing that border during a war or “war-like situation” between the USA and Russia. Awkward!!
And why do you think those sleazoid (if I may be impolite) Scandanavian elites are looking at setting up some kind of “alternative Scandinavia” in Canada?
… Pravda now has the figure at 48.
TASS is back and has this …
Kremlin vows tit-for-tat measures over expulsion of Russian diplomats will follow

Hi friends.
Posted this as comment to The Sakers “What happened to the West I was born in?!”
HELP me out here, will you??
Several years back I did consider spending some time in depicting Mr. Bolton. Decided not to as I believed his outrageous statements in the UN and elsewhere would establish him as persona non grata in wide circels of power and diplomacy.
