Golden Rush-Out: Turkey Extracts Its Bullion Reserves From US
https://sputniknews.com/business/201804201063750442-turkey-central-bank-gold-reserves-us/
“Local media cited government sources as saying that the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) has transferred its gold reserves from the US Federal Reserve System to Ankara.
In March 2018, the CBRT’s gold reserves were worth 25.3 billion dollars; 220 tons of Turkish gold was stored in the US, according to the sources.
The largest private Turkish banks also withdrew their gold reserves from abroad, responding to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s call “to get rid of exchange rate’s pressure and to use gold against the dollar.”
In particular, the Halk Bankasi bank transferred 29 tons of gold to Turkey, according to the Turkish newspaper Milliyet.”

So the Fed had the gold? Remember, they told the Germans that at first that they simply couldn’t have their gold back, followed by telling them it would take seven years for them to return Germany’s gold to Germany. Leading of course to the obvious conclusion that they simply didn’t have the gold to return.
Maybe those alchemical experiments have paid off? They found a way to convert paper gold to real gold!

This Is the First War Since Iraq Where the World Hasn’t Heard from Julian Assange
“While missiles flew over Syria, two of the countries leading the illegal attack are effectively imprisoning Assange while a demoralised Eucadorian government has capitulated to the bullies and cut off Assange’s only meaningful connection with the outside world.”
… Former Ecuadorian President Correa said that he “fears for Assange’s safety” because his successor may soon fold and kick Assange out of the Embassy with zero guarantees of protection from either the UK or US. While Correa was and remains a personal champion, admirer and friend of Assange, Moreno seems far less moved by Assange’s plight, in spite of coming from Correa’s same party. …
http://www.eurasiafuture.com/2018/04/15/this-is-the-first-war-since-the-iraq-invasion-where-the-world-hasnt-heard-from-julian-assange/
It is interesting that Assange still appears to maintain a high level of credibility on line. I was never really a strong supporter. When Wikileaks first appeared on the scene in 2006 the question was posed by myself and others: “was anything of interest revealed on 9/11?” as far as I know the answer was no. I more or less lost interest in Assange at that point although he continued to have a large number of vocal supporters online.
What is remarkable though, is that the peculiar events of 2016 leading up to the US Presidential election seem to have been completely forgotten. That despite never having been satisfactorily explained to my knowledge. Among other things: the bizarre intervention and threats by John Kerry, the cutting of Assange’s internet connection by a “state actor” the weird role of Pam Anderson and the claims that she poisoned Assange. It was also claimed that Assange was removed from the Ecuadoran embassy and possibly underwent rendition to the US. There were many other strange aspects such as the later refusal of Wikileaks to provide “proof of life” and the Pilger interview which appeared to be manipulated. These events were followed intensely by Assange’s supporters at the time. There was widespread speculation that Assange was dead for months following this period. How did this ever resolve itself?
LOL … they reveal great crimes in Irag, including the film of a helicopter crew killing civilians and a tv crew on the streets of Baghdad, and the only thing someone can ask is “did they reveal anything about 9/11?”
Pamela Anderson poisoned Julian? Let me guess, it was milk from her ^ ^.

To Ioan:
I copied down the last poem you wrote as a gift: We’ll live and love forever. I went through the ice with my left leg in our little town on the 30th of March while walking my little llaso apso dog Lillie and ruptured my Achilles’ tendon. (Winter is hanging on here.) So I am much more motivated to do songs. I am not a musician but have sung gospel since a child. So I have you in mind. And your calendar is wonderful. (I’m using ipad for songs.) I think I might post something Dennis made me think of when I was tipsy a while back. About marriage. You take care.

The following poem is dedicated to A little Syrian in dire straits, to Lasttruebeliever and to all of you my dear friends :
I’ll be There
by ioan
I’ll be there, everywhere, anywhere, in the air, in your near for You
I’ll be there, in the wind, in the spring, in the song, just for You
Like birds who’re leaving and coming again
So my love and your love will not be in vain
I’ll be there, in the sky, in the stars, in the moon, in the sun for You
I’ll be there, in the trees, on the fields, on the hills, just for You
As flowers are blooming with heavenly sent
So my love and your love, shall never end
I’ll be here, I’ll be there, everywhere, just to share, my love with You
I will wait, for a day, for a call, best of all, which is Yours
I will sing, then for you, with glamour, my melody d’Amour…
I will fly, in the sky, like this song, just with You, in endless truth
Like birds who’re leaving and coming again
So my love and your love will not be in vain
As flowers are blooming with heavenly sent
So my love and your love, shall never end
In the wind, in the spring, in the song, in the air, in Your near
In the sky, in the stars, in the moon, in the sun, in Your heart
In the trees, on the fields, on the hills, in the seas, in Your soul
Anywhere, everywhere, I’ll be there, forever… for You.
Beautiful my man! (I always presumed you were male, but no matter. After this world no giving in marriage as Jesus said. But as Blake pointed out, there will be nothing impeding the full enjoyment of and communion between souls bound together in love .) You have to keep writing. I love it.
My youngest son said his wife thinks I’m a sexist. (She’s a real spitfire). He said : He was a nurse for 32 years. He is not a sexist. He’s the one who on the beach a couple of years ago said: You know what Dad? You’re the last true believer. And now they have the cutest six month old daughter who even the nurses say is “spirited!”
Kind of rambling here. I’m going to post something old and silly Dennis made me think of.
Ha, ha, I’m a he-ioan, not a she-ioan (it sounds like yuan) but is like John, Johann, Juan, Jean etc. In the same way, it has the female variations : ioana, Joanne, Jeanne, Johanna, Juanita etc. Of course, this is not my real name but I like it, it’s like a little icon to my home and now, after so many poems written with this name, the calendar, how could I change it ?
A very beautiful poem. It makes me remember this breathless flight of a white-tailed eagle of Alps. It seems that eagles have a high sense of love and affection to their master: in this clip she search from him from incredible height, recognizes him and drops lovely at more 115 mph! Exactly on his arm. The power of love…
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ENEi-LJMU8k
That’s fantastic ! in my younger years I had many such dreams, flying above the mountains, fields, lakes, houses, cities, what a feeling ! in reality, I’m afraid to board a plane…
Thanks for your words and sharing this link (many others on the right side)
In memory of Dennis. I must have written this when my darling wife was watching a movie award show.
As I sit here in my northern seat at the nadir of my happy hour accompanied by BC bud and Alberta Rye and “real house music” I am reminded that there IS value in persisting in scributatory (is it even a word?) perseverence.
At any rate I kind of like the love stuff; reminds me of Northrop Frye’s “blakeian” states from Fearful Symmetry, and to me, a career monogamist, there might be something to it in an anagogic way. I think I and my wife are happiest in being faithful to each other. If lovers can be faithful a love greater than themselves might manifest itself to them.
This has been my experience.
“If lovers can be faithful a love greater than themselves might manifest itself to them.”
What a true, noble and humble insight. Youre hitting the essence of great love in man.
Thank you! I read your English astrological posts and I liked your comment here a while back to the effect of “not to worry, Mars must back up, or can’t lead now”. Something like that. Anyway, I agreed. Thank you.
“In memory of Dennis”
What do you mean by this? Is Dennis no longer writing at the Saker?
Dennis had a few years under his belt – I hope he has not yet gone the way of Kat Kan.
That’s why I ask – I mean about the years under the belt. Does anyone here know something I dont know?
Dennis is a stubborn horse-man, intriguing and sentimental, lovely and preposterous in the same time, is he not an extremist too ? of course he is, as I am in my way. It is “highly likely” he will come back !
Thank you ioan.
I too am an “ioana”. I am Welsh, and the “i” of English is a Y in Welsh – of course, maybe you knew that.
It’s my middle name.
Thank you for your encouraging comment. I disagree with almost everything Dennis has written, but still would not like to see him gone. He gets some stick for his views, but sticks to them from his own principles. They aren’t my principles, but that doesn’t matter. What matters is that he sticks to his.
Here’s hoping he is having a good rest in his caravan in the California valleys.
Here’s a song for Dennis, and Ioan and all the poets, I’m taking a rest now too, or moving on, or something :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYEC4TZsy-Y
Thank you one minion for the music ! what do you mean by moving on or something ? it seems the spectacle is just coming in. Ah, you said earlier that in Mai you’ll go somewhere, but hopefully in june you will come back.
Comes in mind, are you a good fotographer ? if yes, ask for my email !
I’m a lousy amateur photographer, ioan, I prefer to remember the places I’ve seen in the personal, old fashioned way. My own private movies.
I’m going to be busy elsewhere as things are kicking off here in the belly of the beast, which is also my home, so my first priority.
If you want some pics of Viet Nam, I’ll make a point of taking them if you let me know what you are particularly interested in. For myself, I wouldn’t bother but will buy a nice painting or artefact if I see something I like.
The reporting is good here so I will keep reading.
Well, now I’ve just seen a sure sign of the decline of the west.
Watched the Ridley Scott produced version of Murder on the Orient Express. A Hercules Poirot movie with a chase scene on a railway trestle, complete with a person falling from said trestle, then getting up and walking away and continuing the rest of the plot uninjured. A Hercule Poirot movie with an actual fight scene. And yes, even gun-play. Hercule Poirot holding a gun!
By chance, I had recently read Ms. Christie’s fine novel. That was quite enjoyable, even though I of course knew the famous plot line. The fine artist produced a page-turner of a novel even though you know the ending, and it consisted almost entirely of people talking on a train.
But, Hercule Poirot in chases, fights and holding a gun? What a travesty. Shows just how far western civilization has fallen Or at least how far Hollywood has fallen, that they can’t even conceive of a good mystery tale without chase scenes, fight scenes and gun-play. I wonder if this script was Pentagon approved, and how much of it was from their writers? After all, we know their Douma gas attack mystery-thriller was a complete flop!

Saker has already featured Lars Scholl’s interview with William Engdahl on the rape of Russia during the Yeltsin years. William Engdahl also talked to Bonnie Faulkner on the same topic. Of particular interest is the segment at 51:25 when Bonnie asks, “But how was it that Vladimir Putin was selected somehow to be part of the Boris Yeltisn government?”
Engdahl’s elaborate answer starts with the illegal bombing of Serbia by the Clinotn administration in March 1999, the Primakov loop, Yeltsin’s loss of control over the Russian Army, the firing of Primakov as interim prime minister, the hasty search for a spineless nobody who would continue the sellout of Russia to the oligarchs and their CIA overlords, and how a heroic faction inside the KGB managed to trick the Jewish Mafia to accept their Trojan horse as the perfect grey mouse prime minister, a unknown man named Vladimir Putin. And rest, as we all know, is history.
But listen for yourself.

Tongue gets stung

A certain lie, goes out as gas
Suffocating, makes me sick then vomit
A big lie, trumpeted by an ass
Gazing others, who gladly approve it
Oh no, not that I suffer from that,
The gas must go out somewhere…
Only the space and time is not enough
To ventilate and bring fresh air
This smell however, nobody admires
Neither jokes nor silly laughs about
It comes from the same old Liars
In same fashion, from their mouth
What would be that precious mouth
Without that tricky, little tongue
If instead of being big and laud
Swallows some bees and gets stung ?

Psychopaths and sociopaths are “intelligent” at creating chaotic events as we are becoming increasingly aware via their deceptions. In major terrorist warfare these people are organised in multi-groupings from psycho-politicians to head-choppers. “The Vanishing” educates on the sociopath and is an education we all need. The film depicts an individual who knows he is a sociopath. He states that when his deceptions do not work he gets high blood pressure.
This is the original ending in accordance with the novel.

The Vanishing (Dutch: Spoorloos, literally “Traceless” or “Without a Trace”, French “L’Homme qui voulait savoir”) is a Dutch–French film adaptation of the novella “The Golden Egg” by Dutch writer Tim Krabbé, released October 27, 1988. Directed by George Sluizer and starring Bernard-Pierre Donnadieu, the film is about the disappearance of a young Dutch woman and her lover’s obsessive search. In France the film was released under the title L’homme qui voulait savoir (The Man Who Wanted to Know).

According to the bbc, BBC journalists have had to be politically vetted by MI5, since its early years…. if bbc calls rt the kremlin channel, can we now start calling the bbc the whitehall-channel, or the downingstreet-channel ?
http://www.bbc.com/news/stories-43754737
‘ For decades the BBC denied that job applicants were subject to political vetting by MI5. But in fact vetting began in the early days of the BBC and continued until the 1990s. Paul Reynolds, the first journalist to see all the BBC’s vetting files, tells the story of the long relationship between the corporation and the Security Service. ‘
Journalists in “the west” are all vetted for their politics before hiring, but it is done more quietly than at the BBC.
Great link from the BBC! Incredibly, although this system was in place for decades, they shrugged it all off in the 1990’s and stopped all of a sudden. According to them, it’s a thing of the past. Why shouldn’t we believe this fine organization who publicly argues that having broadcasts in different languages equals editorial freedom? Those astute creators of “Saving Syria’s Children” on Panorama years ago. They removed the link, gave the guy an MBE, jolly well forgotten, but the internet remembers…
I wonder about the Monty Python guys, for example. Certainly they had “direct opportunity to influence broadcast material for a subversive purpose.” Surely they were vetted? Oh so zany and critical of Britain, yes, but certain subjects appear to have been neglected (oh, let’s take the Royals at random), I wonder why? Also, funny jokes which in no way critique the entire purpose of UK humor, which is destroying any person who dares step out of his caste role. The troupe itself was split into factions of Oxford versus Cambridge or something. You can take the boy out of Oxford but…
The BBC is scarier than CNN/MSNBC/PBS, because their propaganda, to born-and-raised anglophile Americans (the education system here demands you to be anglophile) seems polite and credible. And all those great science and history shows, a gaslighting hurricane.
I know the lies of FUKUS were more widely believed in decades past, and it was easier for people to rationalize things they did were “for the common good”, etc., road to hell being paved with you know what. Just go along to get along… 2018… look where that got us!
All the lies I was raised with have been torn to shreds in the last few years. Sobering, depressing, sad, but also truth sets free, as J.C. put it 2000 years ago in a different, almost-as-crazy imperial time.
(Udo Ulfkotte RIP)
Interesting essay that may inform… It begins with a discussion of the real history…part of it anyway…though he might have pointed out that one of the reasons for the declaration of independence was the English about to make slavery illegal…the US elite saw their wealth (slaves) about to go “poof!”…
He cites some fun movies too!~
“…The United States with its brainwashed and incompetent population—indeed, the entirety of the Western populations are incompetent—and with its absence of intelligent leadership has no chance against Russia and China, two massive countries arising from their overthrow of police states as the West descends into a gestapo state. The West is over and done with. Nothing remains of the West but the lies used to control the people. All hope is elsewhere.”

The opposition had eight years to make some form of unified policy against the government parties, which they failed to achieve, each or almost each of them wanted it’s own way, the result is, they lost. It seems the Hungarian people were, are, not prepared for change of the actual policy led by the Young Democrats in coalition with Christian Democrats. The immigration policy of the EU had the biggest weight at the polls. As the new cards are yet set, there is no sense for the majority of Hungarians to go out on the streets and demand a resign of the government and having new elections, the results would be no different and the opposition parties know this very well, nobody is calling the shots.
I still wonder about MH 370 and I notice that there has been scant discussion of the incident on the Saker site. I’ve read lots of theories but the thing that seems most probable to me is that somebody didn’t want some technology or technologists making its way to China. In view of recent US prohibitions of technology to China, and China’s development of advanced weaponry, I’m wondering if the disappearance of the plane was just a desperate attempt to prevent development in Chinese weaponry. I’m wondering if that is the general consensus here.
… the plane did not “disappear” and the patents for the micro chip technology are now in Western hands.
Google Philip Wood MH370 and get serious … MH370 – MH17 same plane … jimstone website. Too much disinformation is offered now and videos removed from YouTube. Follow money trails and chaos trails.
Topical George Orwell quote by moon of alabama….
http://www.moonofalabama.org/2018/04/the-media-war-on-truthful-reporting-and-legitimate-opinions-a-documentary.html#more
‘ Early in life I have noticed that no event is ever correctly reported in a newspaper, but in Spain, for the first time, I saw newspaper reports which did not bear any relation to the facts, not even the relationship which is implied in an ordinary lie. I saw great battles reported where there had been no fighting, and complete silence where hundreds of men had been killed. I saw troops who had fought bravely denounced as cowards and traitors, and others who had never seen a shot fired hailed as the heroes of imaginary victories; and I saw newspapers in London retailing these lies and eager intellectuals building emotional superstructures over events that had never happened. I saw, in fact, history being written not in terms of what happened but of what ought to have happened according to various ‘party lines’. ‘
George Orwell, Looking back on the Spanish War, Chapter 4
That George Orwell quotation reminds us that nothing really changes.

I just caught up with the Cafe after crafting some thoughts on Dennis and the silence his last post elicited
This isn’t my Ode to Dennis written a week or so ago. it is gentler. I announced the rougher one, hoping to coax some more exquisite self-evidently contradictory fallacies of composition out of him, but alas, the man may be done with this Vineyard!
So sad.
Or maybe not. I may be responsible, what with my putting the Snake Hall in the Vatican up front several times.
He asked for a hallelujah of agreement for Sex and Love……and got dead silence, the poor chap.
Enough, Enough!
I admit I have enjoyed teasing Dennis somewhat.
Maybe that’s a sin, but I most certainly hope not!
I have a fond vision of our Brother Leary resting,
A bit sadly exhausted, unrequitedly protesting:
“I started out with poetry, but soon went into E-ro-ti-ca.
I tempted them with Loveabyes and Sex The-o-lo-gi-ca.
My California Neighbor compared me to ioan’s pet dog
Others insinuated I was being a Dionesyan De-mo-gogue!
That Scandinavian Artist threatened to leave in a huff.
I went anti-China anti OBOR and all that New Age Stuff.
I found another Irish Sino-phobe but attacks got too rough!
I’m goin’ back to Vulva Valley, I do believe I’ve had E-nough!
That’s some Dylanology, for y’all, in Fond Remembrance. Or for quick recuperation.
And his plea for a Hallelujah does not go unanswered.
Here’s the one I have for us all in regard to Empire and that Vatican Snake Pit that I would embolden Leary to take on, instead of just leaving his church to the dark occultist priesthood of spiritual and sexual deviants and Jesuits after Vatican II:
“I have read a fiery gospel, writ in burnished rows of steel;
“As ye deal with my contemners, so with you my grace shall deal
Let the hero, born of woman, CRUSH the serpent with his heel,
Since God is marching on!
Glory, glory, HALLELUJAH!
And there is the rub. There is a pervasive element of inaction, of “standing down” in much fake religion including New Age religion. Which allows evil to run amuck rather than being crushed by Real Love in Action.
In my humble opinion.
Here are some Russians that get it, singing beautifully:
https://youtu.be/Ugf3b76tn_o
But now it appears You Tube has “restricted” the fabulous Russian version. I can still play it in one place…tab… but 2 tests…before posting this…get “restricted viewing” notice. The Empire would certainly not want Russian and American soldiers singing together, any more, as they have in the past! Horrors!
So here are the American singing soldiers, if you can’t get the Russian Choir unrestricted:
https://youtu.be/gkkIUsV36f4
The most interesting comment I found, by Francisco, under the Red Army Choir Version:
“The only communist US general (at least self declared) was a civil war Union general. The communists of the time all were with Lincoln and the Union. Karl Marx defended the Union and congratulated Lincoln on his elections wins. More, In England the Communists agitated and mobilized the workers to prevent British intervention on the side of the slave owners (while the pro-capitalist “Economist” magazine defended the Confederacy and the break up of the US).
Its not by chance at all that the Red Army Chorus sings this song.”

https://youtu.be/qzhPhMuKJq8 (Brian Jones: Karl Marx and the US Civil War)
and An American lady:
“Its the first time I’ve heard The Battle Hymn of the Republic with Russian accents. BEAUTIFUL.. ”
A Hallelujah! For YOU, and Love in ACTION, in Past, Current and Future History, Dennis or anyone reading!
Right Action, The Best Part of Love.
Crush the Serpent With Your Heel When It Won’t Stay Out of the Path of Humanity’s Right Action

Western-Backed Regime Change Looms As Armenia PM Resigns Following Mass Protests
Why ? … China Global Television Network is using Reuters distorted news reporting …
“President Bashar al-Assad scored a major victory this month by retaking eastern Ghouta, the biggest rebel stronghold near Damascus, putting his forces in by far their strongest position since the early months of the seven-year-old civil war.” … Source(s): Reuters

Posting always under my real name, I feel not the slightest need to prove to a moron that I am me.
However, I will demonstrate to everybody reading here, how imbecile a brain-washed fool must be who cries out loud: “Help a Russian troll!”, when a German simply holds the opinion that is shared by more than 80% of her compatriots.
Dear USAmericnas: These are the results of a German poll, conducted by the prominent German Forsa institute, that regularly receives orders from the German Bundestag (parliament), German ministeries and German business:
Who is the largest danger to world peace? Trump: 79%, Putin 13%, both 8%.
Are you afraid of Russia? Yes 17% , No 87%.
Good relations to Russia are important for us. Yes 94%, No 5%
We should do everything to make Russia feel as part of Europe: Yes 68%, No 26%
For the current east-west tensions is responsible: the US 50%, Russia 25%, the EU 7%, all three 8%
Was it right that Germany now sacked Russian diplomats? Yes 23%, no 69%, don’t know 8%
Which kind of foreign policies should Germany aim at?
– clear western orientation with close ties to the US 6%
– solely European cooperation, considering as well Russian interests 89%
You all can find the pdf with the full record, if you search: wiese-consult…Russland-und-der-Westen.
And yes, it is devastating for you, if yout think your army’s presence here was seen as benefit by Germans. No, it isn’t. We feel threatened by you, we want you to leave and 89% of us do no longer want to form a military alliance with you.
