I’m getting tired of the circus around this girl. Is striking for ‘climate’ the smartest idea, knowing that only in China some thousand new coal-fired power plants are in the making, and the local Max Headroom can only forbid things and raise taxes?
Even in the MSM this circus is questioned: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6962683/Mother-climate-activist-Greta-Thunberg-DENIES-masterminding-daughters-rise-fame.html Her mother wrote a ‘family book’ about climate, and states that her daughter *can see CO2*. Now, I’m quite open about new marvels from Mother Nature, but that her daughter’s eyes meets the skills of mass-spectrometers is something that I don’t buy.
And then this kiddy: https://wattsupwiththat.com/2019/04/27/oxford-professor-aliens-breeding-with-humans-because-of-climate-change/ This Oxford professor (in what, exactly?) claims that extraterrestrial aliens are interbreeding with is, to raise a more intelligent species to cope with climate change.
In my youth those people would be locked up in a funny farm for those ideas, but time has changed.
Hey, I may be not exactly convinced about global warming due to CO2, but I’m darn aware of some real dangers that we oppose to our dear planet. Deforestation and plastic waste are some. I can call some more. I’m opposed to nuclear energy in its present form, never have we solved the waste problem (unless you let the US army fire with it) and it’s not a smart idea to build it on the Ring of Fire. Fukushima, anyone?
I think these things can only be caught on a world wide scale, and in the meantime crying wolf for getting attention is not going to work for me. I’m awaiting the new SciFi novel of this Korean guy.
Cheers, Rob
@Rob
I share your frustration. Quote from RT “You are all going to die” is an accurate and tru statement isn’t it? But why presented by a clueless and self assured kid.
What started as a global warming hysteria would fizzle out as even a layman can see weather cooling off. They rebranded it with vague and more fluid term “global climate change” and still kept harnessed prop momentum.
Undoubtedly, man’s activity has certain impact on Earth climate so does sun. During global warming hysteria we were told that polar caps are melting (did they?) but they omitted to also mention Mars polar caps shrinkage.
New regulations and taxes were implemented to stop this “apocalypse” (where I live new carbon tax is as high as 250%). Banning fluorocarbons, imposing emissions caps on just about anything but cows. CO2 was declared green house gas. So did that help? Sure it did (sark intended), this winter came in middle of last September and I call it this winter because it is May the 4th and in last 3 days there was fresh snow in the mornings. This is 2month earlier and a month later. There was snow across Europe yesterday.
Global warming my a$$. Last year arable land northern boundaries were shifted some 100km south across the continent! How that grabs ya Joe?! Welcome to tundra dwelling but no joy of watching Northern Lights due to diminishing solar activity. Is 2019 to be 1816… year without summer?
Global climate change is a real problem for what it potentially could bring but what makes it worse is the weird science with their scued data and computer models. Btw, did any, any prediction from climatologist paraded on MSM came to fruition?! NOT a one! NOT a one!
I take climate seriously however a danger of those propagandists may pose even more danger than flatulent cows. Any prop campaign starts with nearly 100% truth and progressively is replaced with untruth, that’s where we are now.
I would urge any curious mind to place another piece of puzzle and look behind the curtain of global warming scam without being scared to venture into conspiracy territory, findings might be chilling!
The theory of anthropogenic climate destabilisation, ie the loss of the relative stability of the Holocene caused by the emissions of greenhouse gases by humans, is what the US National Academy of Sciences calls ‘settled science’. That does not mean that it is set in stone, forever, but that the theory is based on the Laws of Physics and Thermodynamics, and climate science established since the days of Tyndall, Fourier, Foote and Arrhenius, over 100 years ago.
That assertion by the USNAS is concurred with by all the other Academies of Science and learned scientific societies of the planet. That is a consensus that is backed up by mountains of evidence from reality. Firstly there is the evidence of current conditions, with the disappearance of montane glaciers, the march pole-wards of the lines of permafrost, the rapid melting of boreal permafrost, the melting of the Greenland and Antarctic ice-caps, the spread of droughts and floods as the hydrological cycle is deranged, the spread of devastating mega-fires, the advance of deserts, the spread of pest diseases and plants as ecological conditions rapidly change and phenological changes in animal behaviour, abundance and distribution and plant processes like bud-burst and leaf fall etc. And then there is the ever growing quanta of paleo-climate evidence, from ice-cores, tree rings, marine, river and lake sediments and pollen studies, and from geological evidence of the central role of greenhouse climate disruption in most of the mass extinction events of the past, particularly the End Permian ‘Great Dying’, the worst ever, in planetary history-so far.
In the light of all that evidence I find the ever-increasing fanaticism of the denialists simply bizarre, and horrifically mistaken. However I rather suspect that it makes no difference now-we have delayed too long in remediation, and forced climate chaos too intensely and rapidly to have much hope of surviving beyond the next few decades.
Very astute comment.
Global climate chaos is correct term and it is undeniable to anyone objective who pays attention.
This winter my lake ice lasted record breaking long. Daytime temperatures bouncing in mid single digits where two years ago it was 30C. Trees and shrubs barely budding and it’s May.
This winter spell is across all of Canada.
Who knows what future will bring.
Greta is – like everyone else who is prominently featured in Mafia Media – a cryptoJewish lifetime actor making a living with mind-controlling goys with the most the insane nonsense imaginable. Her father and mother are generational career producers, scriptors, directors, entertainers, cheaters and fakers too, Greta’s (great?)grandfather was a friend of crypto Alfred Nobel of Nobel Prize fame, and the guy who first introduced the CO2-is-so-scary hoax. Switch of the TV. Stop consuming idiot news.
Rob … please correct your thinking …
“I’m opposed to nuclear energy in its present form,
never have we solved the waste problem …
… (unless you let the US army fire with it) … ”
Rob, what you wrote in brackets refers to depleted uranium (DU) which is one massive problem, because DU cannot be cleaned up. DU mutates DNA of all life forms and is causing high rates of cancer in areas where DU is present.
The disgusting use of plastics can be theoretically cleaned up and regulated.
Australia has not banned plastic bags, but supermarkets charge 15 cents now.
Strong brown paper bags work well … government is dumb and spineless.
The military and its budgets could do a lot to clean the planet … some worthwhile spending of time and money.
Hi Rob, have you ever checked out Thorium fuelled nuclear reactors? From what I’ve seen they are vastly safer than uranium reactors and Thorium is far more plentiful than uranium. I suppose the “experts” will say it’s an unproven technology, but l don’t think it’s a disproven technology, it does seem to be a safe viable alternative. So it makes you wonder why no countries are researching it.
“So it makes you wonder why no countries are researching it.”
You might want to change your sources of news.
Russia develops a fission-fusion hybrid reactor
https://www.neimagazine.com/news/newsrussia-develops-a-fission-fusion-hybrid-reactor-6168535
“A new fission-fusion hybrid reactor will be assembled at Russia’s Kurchatov Institute by the end of 2018, Peter Khvostenko, scientific adviser of the Kurchatov complex on thermonuclear energy and plasma technologies, announced on 14 May. The physical start-up of the facility is scheduled for 2020.
The hybrid reactor combines the principles of thermonuclear and nuclear power – essentially a tokamak fusion reactor and a molten salt fission reactor. Neutrons produced in a small tokamak will be used be captured in a molten salt blanket located around tokamak. The facility will use thorium as a fuel, which is cheaper and more abundant than uranium. Moreover, unlike a fusion reactor, a hybrid will not require super high temperatures to generate energy.
Hybrid reactors reduce the impact of the nuclear fuel cycle on the environment. The concept combines conventional fission processes and fusion reactor principles, comprising a fusion reactor core in combination with a subcritical fission reactor. The results of the fusion reaction, which would normally be absorbed by the cooling system of the reactor, would feed into the fission section, and sustain the fission process. Thorium in a molten salt blanket will enable breeding or uranium-233.”

The girl has down-syndrome – which shows itself most of the time in a very fine emotional perception coupled with immediate response – they are very easy to manipulate. It’s absolutly disgusting how this poor girl is being instrumentalized for a cause the girl has not the slightest understanding off – she is being abused – something which doesn’t rise an eyebrow anymore in this deranged society at all, where there are good paederasts and bad ones, depending on party affiliation and power – of course !
What might be the stuff the people are made off, who support and propagate such a campaign ????
I would call it scum, filth, basically. And the crowd has been disensitized by the daily ‘reality’ porn shows.
The vulgar and obscene is the new norm – on of the necessary pre-condtioning for slaughter house guards..
When one’s eyesight is properly adjusted one sees the lie immediatly, because no one, even the devil can lie without giving a hint, on the contrary the latter being extremly honest in his proceedings.
@HDan, let me put a slight correction ;-)
Greta Thunberg doesn’t have the Down syndrom, but she has Asperger. That is a mild form of autism, which contains a broad spectrum.
Still I have the opinion, that her surroundings, and her parents in the first place, should protect her and take care of her, in stead of ‘using’ her for their own agendas. Being a father myself it hurts me a little bit to see it. She deserves better.
Cheers, Rob
I’d like to add something.
Greta Thunberg has a mild form of autism. Don’t get fooled that autism is an ‘illness’. It may not be ‘standard’, but let me illustrate it with a (anonymised) personal story.
Years ago I met a young woman. She is autistic, where exactly in the spectrum I don’t care. She will not see you in the eyes, she seems closed, and may be reluctant with speaking.
Quite soon I found out, that not only she’s sympathic, very sensitive, but also highly intelligent. From her I have learned that autism is not the problem, it’s the society trying to deal with it that is the problem. She has struggled with special schools, that wanted to ‘form’ her in stead of accepting how she is.
Eventually she has landed in life quite well: she has become a writer. Already published several books, not only with her life story, but also fiction. It’s a pleasure to read, she writes beautifully.
So don’t write off autistic people too soon. They may surprise you.
Cheers, Rob
I find that highly questionable.
Downs Syndrome has extremely wide spectrum appearance and in severe cases, is stigmatized, or regarded with societal disfavor, disgust.
Autism spectrum girls and women are commonly pretty, beautiful, their success stories are rightly lauded
These two types however, are representative of opposite conditions, or general human characteristics, and Greta Thunber, ‘diagnosed’ autistic, falls under the Downs Syndrome spectrum.
This is very evident in her speech, facial movement characteristics, and particularly in her eyes.
Greta Thunberg is acting according to her own ‘agenda’. She is one of the generation who will have to live in a world devastated by the ecological destruction of the planet’s biospheres. She and the aware and informed members of that generation are not going to go quietly into the global gas-chamber, no matter how much their intelligence, compassion and bravery affronts the denialist claque and industry.
Thunberg appears to me to be not manipulated by anyone. I am much more satisified that the denialists who refuse to face facts regarding the absolutely self-evident destruction of the planet’s habitability for our species to be the ones who are plainly being used by the capitalist overlords to deny the utterly undeniable.
Children are concerned that the natural world that they will inherit is being destroyed, and anyone with an open mind and human compassion must share their angst. Today’s report on the devastation of the natural world that presages our own imminent destruction, the latest in scores such, shows that they are correct to fight for their lives. They have my complete support and great admiration.
Never understood this “week-end” thing, and apparently not the change of Café posts.

What brought that on? I must have missed something…
This poem is dedicated to you, Kent – the good old friend from Norway :
Challeneges of Life
by ioan
Speak or not speak, share or not share,
A lot of thoughts convulsing in my mind
The controversy of this earthly hell,
Which paves the way for a future, in kind
Retreat to lonely isle, looks better ?
I don’t know, I’m gonna think on that
And let you know if it comes, later,
If and when I’m gonna take my hat!
The way we are, the way we think
Shall not change in an instant, in a blink
It’s a long, long way to Tipperary
And there’s no mood to make you hurry!
The difference between real and blue
It’s like difference between day and night,
We can’t live in others shoes
To prescribe what’s good, what’s right,
Each one has its path to follow
No one knows the challenges of others life,
If you can help or you feel sorrow
Do what you think and think what you like.
Thank you.
Kent
Kent, thanks for the Art of War link last Cafe.
My computer, using Ubuntu 18.04 is missing something …
something to do with New Roman font reproduction ?
Letters touch each other, which is not as it should be of course.
For one or two seconds I once saw spaced letters and shading (beautiful) but that image reverted.
(does anyone else see this … Linux users ?)
The Art of War sounds intriguing, I, for one, would be grateful for a repost.

Apparently there is no resolution to this problem while using the said card in a Linux system.
The reverse engineered Linux only option is obviously causing issues with rendering and shading etc.

Thanks for the link to your work on connecting Ezekiel and Herodotus to the construction of the great pyramids. The slides are beautifully illustrated. I draw useful lessons from this understanding.
One person, like yourself, can challenge huge institutions with all their money and status with simple truth.
For me, Brendon O’Connell, Miles Mathis and Saker illustrate the power of one human to stand against the tide of Empire falsehood and fear.
For us to succeed on this planet, we need a firm foundation on the earth, and build from the bottom up, pyramid style. Only then can we see the awesome beauty augmented by the pyramid’s outer layers.
Ignorant and power-mad men destroy these works of art. Right now they are destroying religion to implement their religion of technology. Next, they will focus on civilization itself and blow up these pyramids in a false flag terrorist act to erase our memories and set up the messiah of trans humanism, prefigured by human trans now.
These pyramids are metaphors for the mind. There were brilliant engineers back then moving these stones. We still don’t appreciate the purpose of pyramids which may have been to channel the earth’s
electrical charge. Again, if we are to know, we must build from the bottom up rather than jump to extraterrestrials.
The pyramids look huge but are tiny in comparison to the earth upon which they rest. The earth is composed of womanly pyramids (sign-wise) when divided into pie-like sections which dwarf mountains in size, with the point in the center of the earth. In other words, the earth is woman centered with males playing an important role on the surface.
I have just used Ezekiel-like language to express physical reality. God bless Ezekiel and Herodotus for reminding us of the truth of metaphor rather than sterile machine lingo, which dulls rather than sharpens the mind.
Allow me to repost from thelovegovernment.com in regard to Ezekiel and metaphorical language using zeke-like language:
“Waking from a dream, I found myself in another dimension with lingering dreamy memories. A spinning eye in the sky looked through me. Symbols swam within it, psychic creatures ringed it and four writers formed four corners. I felt like Ezekiel in flames on his fiery chariot. Fiction was dancing with dreams.”
The ox, eagle, lion and man refer to the mechanics of building pyramids which you so clearly and beautifully illustrate.
Christianity uses the ox, lion, eagle and man motifs to build its gospel good news with Matthew the man, Mark the lion, John the eagle and Luke the ox evangelist structure with Jesus Christ God the apex purpose of it all.
Tarot also has a card, the Wheel of Fortune, with the ox, lion, eagle and man at the four corners of the turning wheel, reminiscent of the wheels used to lift the blocks of pyramids.
On the lighter side, you listed an astonishing number of animals used as icons for automobiles, tractors and machines; and that’s not all the planes, rockets, sports teams and whatnot else. Zeke was ahead of his time. There was a Falcon Ford but so far not a Saker Subaru; but it’s coming.
Dennis … have you found closure concerning Giza Pyramid construction ?
Universities usually consider two different authors of any historical event as proof of that event …
Do you accept racks and pinions theory … proven ?
No one has reported back specifically on closure due to proof.
( I am working to challenge consensus of construction in Egypt )

Is there a rule against reposting from a previous cafe. Let’s test it and see. Here’s the latest post from the last cafe which I did not want our stalwart amarynth to miss:
@ amarynth
You have me laughing. Humor me indeed. That’s what we need more of for sure. Not sure if it’s your apparent softening on Trump or something I ate that makes me feel joyful. Thanks for getting me out of my doldrums.
Ok, let me try to clarify without muddying the waters even more. Here’s what you wrote. Thank the gods for copy and paste to not waste time. “Odds and ends, odds and ends, lost time is not found again.”
[Here it Dennis – a little couched: “No doubt one of the Count’s monitors will want to pass my post on up the chain of command but when they see what a fool I am, they will trash it; if the mods here don’t do it first.”
Which chain of command? Are you inferring that here on The Saker Blog we are part of a ‘count’s chain of command’?
What are you saying here? Humor me.]
I am referring to the Count’s monitors, not to the mods’ moderating. I meant the Count’s chain of command. I am definitely not inferring that we are part of the Count’s chain of command. I said that the Count’s spies would know from my writings that I am a fool, and being no threat, would simply trash my comment, rather than send it up their chain of command to Count Khazar. That’s part of my protection stratagem against Empire.
Unfortunately, I tried to slip in a little humor by saying that our mods will recall what I fool I am and also might trash my comment on that basis. As humor frequently does, it just caused confusion between the Count’s agents and our moderators. Sorry for causing the confusion; not surprising since I’m so confused myself. I have been known to shoot from the hip, sometimes I hit but mostly I miss. Luckily, the bullet ricochet missed a sharpshooter like yourself. If I’ve caused more confusion, let me know if you want. I’ll try fission rather fusion.
Thanks to the mods for suffering fools like me. “What fools these mortals be.” Bottom the Weaver, a humor provoking fool if there ever was one. No Empire Deceiver, he.
No rule against re-posts, however I would suggest that redundancy might be considered basis for trashing. mod
It’s Saturday. And, as has been the pattern in the past few weeks, Canada’s National Post features an article by Conrad Black in the Ideas section. This week, the Baron is speaking to the Quebecois about the proposed provincial legislation to ban the wearing of religious symbols/clothing in public spaces. With the words “nonsense” and “rubbish” in his commentary, passionate Quebecois may find his discourse especially grating.
At the end of his commentary, he includes an email address for replies. [Sidebar: in Craig Murray’s twitter feed this week, he called The Guardian, the MI6’s paper. I never thought of it that way before!] Like Santa Claus, the Baron may end up with a list. In his case, a list of those with strong opinions about Quebec/Francophone politics. May I suggest if anyone does send feedback to this email address, perhaps forward the message to the Canadian military, someone in government and/or a journalist (like Montreal’s Global Research at http://www.globalresearch.ca) with a remark about political interference or something?

Venezuela remains very hot on the list of world happenings. I see that the Venezuelan foreign minister Jorge Arreaza is now probably already in Moscow for a meeting with Sergey Lavrov. This looks like emergency action to me.
And then there is the Gaza strip, being missiled and pummeled and shot at.
Re: Amarynth :Add to these moves the increasing censorship of dissenting voices or even mildly critical voices in the USA .
It is the one/two punch which was used to great effect in the consolidation of power in the 3rd Reich. Times have changed however.
Also Ramadan begins today @ moonrise soi the takfiri forces will be rallied into action
Lavrov will most likely have to do a banya cleanse after meeting with The Pompous . Smudge the room, too!
What is wrong with this day?
All out rocketing in Israel/The Gaza,
Trump, despite all his sweet comments that China negotiations are doing so well (and everyone knew this was just big talk) slams more tariffs on China,
Lavrov warns the US that their Venezuela policy will ‘lead to grave consequences’,
Plumpeo, that old turkey, says actions on Venezuela will be ‘lawful’ …
And then Teranam13 says the Takfiris are itchin’ for dangerous dancing.
I’m taking the rest of the day off! I think there has been enough of this day.
We can be sure there will be retaliation here. But, I cannot even think of the many directions that it will come from.
I read ‘quietly and before this day started’, a really good piece by James Petras.

Maybe Pompeo is authorising something to show they are capable of that to ” contrast “with the Russian parade day on May 9….just to be awkward I would not be surprised by this psychopathic attention seeker….
That was a good round-up from Petras, worth the read.
His site name ‘La Haine’, ‘the hatred’ reminds me of an old French black and white film of that name but the youtube clip requires a sign-up from the UK (which I avoid) as it is unsuitable for younger viewers. I remember it as a startling and thought-provoking film anyway:

I have reached closure regarding pyramid construction. I agree with you. But then I have a rather closed mind so I have to allow that no case is ever completely closed. New information may be uncovered.
You will have a difficult time changing academia and its views but the truth will out eventually. Most folks do not actually like earthy facts because people can’t get their way with reality. They’ve got too much invested in their story to change; it’s scary and too much damn work to really inquire into truth. I’m a prime example of that.
In my limited and obviously prejudiced mind, the physical pyramid construction issue is important as a baseline stance in human epistemology or approach to knowledge. I think we have to start with where our feet are (not where our seats are): on the ground and then work up in levels as with pyramids.
That being said, as I’ve said before, pyramids are tiny in comparison to all there is to know and experience, which is why, I suppose, we gather in investigative communities like this Vineyard, and particularly in a corner of the vineyard called a Moveable (changeable) Feast (pleasurable) Cafe (familiar like family in Grandma’s kitchen).
Does that make any sense? Sometimes nonsense make the most sense in challenging pretense. That’s just my two cents.
Dennis … well now, I did not consider airborne machine spirits like Tiger-Moth … Titan rocket etc.
I am heartened by the fact that you have studied for some hours and have been rewarded.

I do not blame anyone for being skeptical due to the absolute nonsense that proliferates on this subject.
Let’s talk China and Belt and Road Initiative for a bit.
Westerners are of course scared of China because they were made scared. That is why Ramin’s current series on China’s Cultural Revolution should be read and studied, as many of the scary stories get turned upside down.
I’ve worked twice in my life with Chinese people. One was in the US, Chinese owned company but American management. The Chinese of course frequently came to visit. The management brought with them workers in order to learn the methodologies and to take part in the work. I was incredibly impressed by the Chinese ‘bridging the gap’ of communication between East and West. They had one person, dedicated to communication. I am still friends with him and we still share email now and again. These folks were sharp as tacks, hard negotiators, the ethos was one of continual learning and development, and people that I was glad to get to know. The fellow on communication, once I admitted to him that I know nothing about China or Chinese people, and I do not want to offend – so, he can let me know what is offensive and what not .. He opened up like a flower, our work together was a joy and as I say, we still share the odd email and I still have an open invitation to visit.
The second time was in an open source software development project. For those that do not know what this is, you put your software project as an open project, there are rules but anyone can do further development to the software base. So, software does not cost anything – exactly like Linux. This was the first time that any such software was put out open source and it was a hot commodity as to class of software at the time. Many many Chinese folks got in touch, very hungry for knowledge. They were also keen to join the joint development, given that they received some training on the base and development toolset.
So, both times my experience was positive, both with the management as well as the workers although the workers were clearly separated from picking up some capitalist notions.
So Ramin says about the cultural revolution and the Belt and Road Initiave : /how-the-socioeconomic-gains-of-chinas-cultural-revolution-fueled-their-1980s-boom-6-8/
It should be clear: the CR was the Great Leap Forward 2.0 – China had learned from the mistakes, and improved. We can fairly say that their Belt and Road Initiative is a Great Leap Forward 3.0, and one which is so great it is incorporating most of Eurasia.
It is astounding the misrepresentation of the Chinese way in the West. Here is something about the Asian Infrastructure Development Bank from an opinion piece in the English Chinese press : http://www.globaltimes.cn/content/1148140.shtml
When China created the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and at a certain point decided about the governing principles, it adopted a Western-style model. Because of that, you had countries like the UK, Germany, France, Italy joining as founding members of the AIIB, and the AIIB has become an example of China being able to create something new, alternative, for instance, to the World Bank, but at the same time, able to operate and work with internationally accepted standards and norms. And so far, it’s a kind of success story.
This to me illustrate again my first experience with working with Chinese folks, their willingness to go a long way to bridge the gap between peoples. We have the Belt and Road Initiative now, and this makes no space for war between nations. The BRI does not inherently plan for war. The structure and methodology plans for peace as a clear building block. That is something that needs to be paid attention to.
To add more of a human element to your point, amarynth, I grew up in Singapore in the fag-end of Empire (British) there. As a child I didn’t like what I was seeing in the divisions between the colonial overlords and the people, who were Chinese, Tamils and Malays, it confused me and I much preferred being with the local people who displayed a more human face. I had a Chinese ‘amah. as housework and childcare was considered beneath the white women at that time and in that place, she was a much kinder and more understanding person than my mother, despite cultural differences, and I learnt a lot from her that I have never forgotten.
Independence was on the horizon and I became an admirer of Lee Kuan Yew, who had been a communist insurgent and previously imprisoned for his activities by the British. He went on to lead Singapore for 30 years and rebuilt the state (following some of the ways China had pioneered) from the pitifully under-developed and backward land Britain had left behind to a capitalist powerhouse with the highest per capita income and education in Asia. As soon as Independence was declared, neighbouring state Indonesia under Sukharno began threatening to invade, so the Singaporeans had to deal with a war threat from a much larger state also, as well as being newly responsible for themselves. You can still see evidence of this today, as they built their highways to also function as airplane runways. Its a tiny island.
The three different peoples all get along as Singaporeans first and keep their own cultures intact. It has quite strict rules for public behaviour but very little street crime as a consequence. Most Singaporeans are happy with this and with Lee Kuan Yew’s legacy, which does work in practice for everyone who wants to be a part of it.
When I visit I am nostalgic for the old, primitive and colourful Singapore that I remember, but the Singaporeans are definitely not, as their memories are from a different perspective than mine, and hardly surprising as they know a good thing when they see it.

https://sputniknews.com/middleeast/201905051074724787-rabbis-recorded-endorsing-hitler-arab-slavery/
“Rabbi Eliezer Kashtiel, the head of the Bnei David pre-military academy in the settlement of Eli in the West Bank…
“The gentiles will want to be our slaves. Being a slave to a Jew is the best. They’re glad to be slaves, they want to be slaves. Instead of just walking the streets and being stupid and violent and harming each other, once they’re slaves, their lives can begin to take shapes”, Kashtiel said as cited by Channel 13.
“All around us, we are surrounded by peoples with genetic problems. Ask a simple Arab ‘where do you want to be?’ He wants to be under the occupation. Why? Because they have genetic problems, they don’t know how to run a country, they don’t know how to do anything. Look at them. Yes, we’re racists. We believe in racism… There are races in the world and people have genetic traits, and that requires us to try to help them. The Jews are a more successful race”.
Rabbi Giora Redler…
“Let’s just start with whether Hitler was right or not. He was the most correct person there ever was, and was correct in every word he said… he was just on the wrong side. The real Holocaust was not when they murdered the Jews, that’s not it. All these excuses – that it was ideological or systematic – are nonsense. Humanism and the secular culture of ‘We believe in man’, that’s Holocaust”, Redler said, according to Channel 13.”
You can know that the empire is definately riding for a fall, when its top “diplomat” can verbalize this kind of garbage:
“The president has his full range of Article 2 authorities and I’m very confident that any action we took in Venezuela would be lawful,”
https://www.rt.com/usa/458433-venezuela-military-invasion-lawful-pompeo/
Since getting the top job at the State Department, I cannot recall a single instance in which this clown has sounded statesmanlike, diplomatic or even remotely civil when speaking on hot-button issues like Syria, Russia, China, Iran, Venezuela, Yemen etc.
All that emanates from him are lies, sanctions, threats and bombastic drivel.
One can just imagine how career professionals at the State Department must feel, in having this ogre of a clown leading the Department.
It is rumoured that Pompeo was Israel’s choice to replace Rex Tillerson – who was deemed not aggressive enough on Iran.
Israel always gets what it wants from America, and in most instances, what Israel wants is not in America’s best interest or is done to the detriment of America.
So Israel gets what it wants, but America pays the price for agreeing to its request.
Pompeo’s appointment to lead the State Department is a case in point.

They can still be found in the back streets though they are being squeezed out by the Starbucks-type chain coffee shops that can afford the high rents and business rates in town centres now.
RT’s coverage of Israel’s latest blood-letting in Gaza is being presented from Israel’s perespective and Israel’s perespective alone.
Where is the Palestinian’s view in all of this?
I’m sure that when RT was established, one of its aim was to not be confused with the MSM.
Now, reading about Gaza on RT, its headlines and its narrative are almost identical to that of the BBC or FOX or CNN
We expect and demand better from RT.
We need context and background when reporting on Palestine, because Israel and the beseiged enclave of Gaza are not equally matched military opponents.
Please do not ignore the daily torment that Palestinians are subjected to, which include but is not limited to:
killings
beatings
shootings
burning of their olive groves
movement restrictions
land confiscation
humiliation at checkpoints
home demolitions
arrest
torture etc. etc.
Do not just highlight the instance when Palestinians react to this litany of torment by presenting it as random violence.
Because then, the story becomes one of Palestinians violence/terrorism and Israeli response, which is then potrayed as justified.
Israel has one of the most equipped, powerful and muderous army in the world, while the residents of Gaza live under a hermitically sealed embargo, under which even medicine is restricted.
There can be no moral equivalence between the muderous apartheid regime that Israel represents and the brave Palestinians who are defending themselves, their land and their human dignity from occupation and ethnic cleansing.
Because, at the end of the day, that is exactly what Israel is doing to the Palestinians, in full view of the world : ethnic cleansing.
And RT must not be complicit in this, by parroting the briefs from the Israeli Propaganda Ministry.
We want to see objective and balanced journalism from RT.

Here’s an interesting article on Greek history and its legacy here in the present. Its a book review of sorts, on ‘The Greeks’ by Philip Matyszak, but quite informative in a general way without reading the book. It provides an alternative way of looking at cultural influences to the almost mandatory Judeo-Christian story that is now pushed as the only influencer worthy of note.
That wasn’t always the case in education, it is a relatively recent development, as I can (just) remember a time when the teaching of Latin and Greek was standard for all hoping to enter any higher education.

Re:RT English news. These folks are too much influenced by the matrix in which they have lived . Plus they are just sloppy. For example on The Sunday news today they just translated Maduro who was using the word “pretende” which means nothing parallel to the English word “to pretend “but they went ahead and used the word “pretend “in English which gave the opposite meaning to what the man just said. Pretender in Spanish means to try, to claim, to seek. Or to expect or in case of love , “to court”. Maduro was clearly saying that they were Seeking peace. Not pretending peace.
I think a correction and apology should be made or ,like Putin, Maduro could just call out the translator personally.
‘Pretend’ still means the same in English, as a ‘pretender to a throne’ is a claimant, not necessarily a deceiver or an actor, but the ordinary, not particularly literate user would be unlikely to know that. RT needs better translators, humans, (which are more expensive) not machine translators to convey the full sense of what is said rather than a single literal meaning.

[Dennis,
saker supports a government (Russian) currently shipping weapons of mass destruction to the Saudis.Wishing for a multi-polar world in such circumstances is less than praiseworthy.]
You touch a sore point and possibly a third rail. I don’t think Saker supports the first statement, but does support a multi-polar world. I can’t speak for him, of course, but from what I understood him saying is that there are common and uncommon Russians; true nationalists and fifth column types.
Like Trump and Xi, Putin is caught between a rock and a hard place. The Anglo-Zionists and trillionaire Familes (mostly Jewish or crypto-Jewish) control virtually all leaders to varying degrees through the BIS and IMF, and all currencies besides. These same Families are solidifying their control in current developments like obor/bri, 5G, cyber backdoors and kill switches in addition to hundreds of other methods that we know of. There are many other mechanisms of control that we do not know of.
The elephant in the room that few can talk about is the true face of Israel behind all the facades it manufactures. The big money and power Families are the MP’s (military police) that already control the world on the outward level.
If you are a true nationalist leader, are you going to go it alone? That would be suicide. It appears that most countries now are joining forces against Empire but that is just more deception imo.
I think leaders like Putin, Trump, Xi, Maduro and others think they can do some good by dealing with an evil system. They all know the Art of War and the Art of the Deal, or they should. Politics is the art of compromise.
Russia probably needs the income from weapon sales, so it looks the other way. It plays for time, hoping the Empire will collapse but that’s not the Empire that matters. Empires collapse all the time but The Empire always survives in another empire.
And yes, wishing for a multi-polar world is less than praiseworthy in current circumstances; in fact, it is foolish. Behind the veil of the multi-polar deception is the deception of a bi-polar world. The reality is we are subject to a uni-polar world of Fascism beneath all the veils.
It seems to me that Russia is the best we have but it’s far from perfect. A really delicate question is the relation between Russia and Israel which Saker has addressed several times. I am persuaded that there is deeper level of analysis that is missed.
Much evidence exists that Russian Bolsheviks control Israel and they are instigating Communism 2.0 as the most recent Empire under The Empire. All Israeli prime ministers have been Russian Jews from Russia, Ukraine, Poland or nearby; with three or four cases where they were children of such. If so, it means that Russian Jews control China and America and eventually the world.
I will continue to explore this question but not here now. I don’t know if we are ready for that in this cafe. It’s a nuanced topic likely to arouse deep passions that interfere with reasonable analyses. It’s damn scary too. My overall take is that all leaders to some extent are subject to The Leader (I call him the fictional Count Khazar) who hands out the scripts for them to follow or else.
In other words, the news is more fake than we can even imagine. The Empire has enough money and power to hire a million actors to stage the world. All the world’s a deep stage. “I was playing a show in Miami in the theater of divine comedy with a woman who sang about the great tragedy.” Dennis Dylan.
“who hands out the scripts for them to follow or else.”

That agrees with my thesis that Russian leaders have to go along with Empire to some degree. They make the best deals they can but they take their marching orders like everyone else. Russia is allowed to look independent and strong because it suits the Empire cause.
RT is one example from the media; banking and the oil industry is another; the last I looked the West still have their people there. Membership in the BIS and IMF and other international agencies are another telltale giveaway. It seems that all the Asian cooperative organizations are going to have independence but I doubt it.
I am really impressed and touched by the poetry here. I won’t mention names but some of the recent ones seem exceptional. Perhaps it’s just me seeing and feeling better but the verse seems to be getting better and better.

Here it is, first published by voltairenet, the US’s evil plan for Venezuela:
Authored by Eric Zuesse via Off-Guardian.org,
A detailed plan from “UNITED STATES SOUTHERN COMMAND” dated “23 FEBRUARY 2018” was issued with the title “PLAN TO OVERTHROW THE VENEZUELAN DICTATORSHIP ‘MASTERSTROKE’” and is here presented complete.
This document was personally signed by Admiral Kurt W. Tidd, who was the Commander (the chief), at SOUTHCOM, and he was thus the top U.S. military official handling Venezuela. But this was far more than just a military plan.
It was comprehensive — directing military, diplomatic, and propaganda, policies — regarding the Trump Administration’s planned “Overthrow” of Venezuela’s Government. His plan has since guided the Administration’s entire operation, including “the capacities of the psychological war,” regarding Venezuela.
It instructed SOUTHCOM:
Encouraging popular dissatisfaction by increasing scarcity and rise in price of the foodstuffs, medicines and other essential goods for the inhabitants. Making more harrowing and painful the scarcities of the main basic merchandises.” …
intensifying the undercapitalization of the country, the leaking out of foreign currency and the deterioration of its monetary base, bringing about the application of new inflationary measures.” …
Fully obstruct imports, and at the same time discouraging potential foreign investors in order to make the situation more critical for the population.” …
compelling him to fall into mistakes that generate greater distrust and rejection domestically” …
To besiege him, to ridicule him and to pose him as symbol of awkwardness and incompetence. To expose him as a puppet of Cuba.” …
Appealing to domestic allies as well as other people inserted from abroad in the national scenario in order to generate protests, riots and insecurity, plunders, thefts, assaults and highjacking of vessels as well as other means of transportation, with the intention of deserting this country in crisis through all borderlands and other possible ways, jeopardizing in such a way the National Security of neighboring frontier nations. Causing victims and holding the Government responsible for them. Magnifying, in front of the world, the humanitarian crisis in which the country has been submitted to.”
Structuring a plan to get the profuse desertion of the most qualified professionals from the country, in order ‘to leave it with no professionals at all’, which will aggravate even more the internal situation and along these lines putting the blame on of Government.”
the presence of combat units from the United States of America and the other named countries, under the command of a Joint General Staff led by the USA.”
Much of that plan was taken from what they did to Cuba in the early 1960’s. While its true they failed at that time to overthrow the Cuban government, there was one important reason for that failure. The USSR stood up against them. And was willing to go all out to stop them.Today there is no hero nation willing to oppose them.Russia is not the USSR.They only are concerned about defending themselves and those next door to them. And China is no better, actually worse, when it comes to standing up to the US.While they stand aside and watch the US/NATO rape and loot countries all over the world. Both nations will talk the talk. But neither has shown a willingness to walk the walk,in opposing the US.And it looks like the US knows it. The only chance Venezuela has is to make it so painful for the US,and even more so for their Colombian and Brazilian stooges,to attack Venezuela, that they will not do it.Take as much of the limited aid they can get from the Russians, and prepare guerrilla/partisan camps in the countryside to harass the US and stooge troops that invade.Go back to their roots under Bolivar and issue a “Decree of War to the Death” and make all the America’s a target against the US hegemon. The only country seeming to be willing to help (as much as they can) is Iran (with Hezbollah).Let them teach how to form effective peoples militia forces and use that teaching to attack the hegemon.
Reading and writing about Greeks and thrones got me thinking about something I saw in the British Museum years ago. Its a double sided relief “from the Great Shrine of Amaravati, evoking the Buddha’s presence symbolically as an empty throne, a Bodhi tree and a pair of footprints, c. 50 BC.”
Apparently the Buddha was never depicted in bodily form until after the arrival of Alexander in India and the Greek influence (on statuary and gods in human form) also had quite an influence on the depiction of the thousands of Hindu gods seen in statues and paintings now everywhere. Cross-cultural influences are no new or particularly threatening thing, it seems.
When I first saw the relief I remember thinking how much more sense the empty throne made to me. About 400 years later, the relief was again carved on the reverse with a human depiction of the Buddha in a doorway, proof that times and fashions changed regularly even then.
A close-up of the throne relief is about half-way down the page:

Aleksandar Makedonski is not “Greek”, but Macedonian. I know this is ‘off-topic’ up to a point, as far as your post goes, but one does get tired of the mis-representation if one is Macedonian, as I am.
According to the historian, Matyszak, mentioned above, Macedonia was a part of the Greek ’empire’ or sphere of influence, at the time— a loose scattering of city states all around the Mediterranean, but each following their own particular way of doing things. Its not my area of knowledge so I’m not about to argue except to say that ‘nationhood’ as we know it today is a relatively recent concept, dating from the Treaty of Westphalia in 1648 and that borders and allegiances were far more fluid and open to interpretation before that date:
https://www.historytoday.com/archive/months-past/treaty-westphalia
Alexander of Macedon (and his motley armies, who were freely encouraged to intermarry with the people they conquered) is acknowledged to have spread Greek cultural influences as far as the Himalayas.

No worries, cheers.

“At the height of the Israeli-Gazan cross-border flare-up, the IDF tweeted pictures of children playing with toy guns who, it claimed, attended a Hamas-run pre-school. The blunt propaganda wasn’t well received on social media.
The message, sent out as tensions spilled into Sunday after a weekend of heavy cross-border fire, immediately sparked controversy online, with many twitterattis reminding the IDF that Israel is just as guilty of indoctrinating its youth. “Maybe they wouldn’t need to do this if you stopped launching rockets at them,” one user said, while others began posting pictures of young Israelis being briefed on how to use guns.

As French US envoy calls Israel ‘apartheid state,’ Trump’s Palestine deal looks all but doomed
https://www.rt.com/news/457262-trump-israel-palestine-deal-doomed/
“US President Donald Trump’s “deal of the century,” aimed at resolving the decades-long conflict between Israel and Palestine, looks dead in the water, as speculation continues that the plan will be far more favorable to Israel.
Gérard Araud, France’s outgoing envoy to the US, dubbed Israel an “apartheid state” in a farewell interview with the Atlantic magazine on Friday and suggested that the secret plan is “very close to what the Israelis want” and 99 percent “doomed to fail.”
Analysts have been warning for months that Trump’s open favoritism towards Israel in highly controversial regional issues would prevent any deal from being taken seriously by the Palestinian side.
Trump, however, has forged ahead with provocative pro-Israel policy decisions, including recognizing Israel’s “sovereignty” over the Golan Heights, designating Iran’s Revolutionary Guards a “terrorist” organization and moving the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
The White House was hoping to benefit from the fact that Trump is so popular in Israel and that Palestinians might see the deal as their last chance to get “limited sovereignty,” Araud believes.”
Israeli soldiers shoot blindfolded, handcuffed Palestinian teen fleeing arrest for stone-throwing

The minor was detained by the Israeli forces after he had been shot, but was later evacuated by Palestinians to receive medical treatment at Beit Jala near Bethlehem. He appears to have been shot in the groin area.
A witness told Haaretz news agency that the boy is 15 years old.
Video taken at the scene shows Israeli soldiers clashing with a group of Palestinians as they attempted to help the wounded teen.”
The longer and more brutally that the Zionazis oppress the imprisoned Palestinians, the more Evil and vicious grows the Zionazi state and society.
The Baltic Gambit
modern version
Recently I looked at a map of the three Baltic States,
also Poland, Belarus and Finland. Especially the three Baltic states pretend to view themselves under constant threat of annexation by the Russian Federation.
On the other hand Germany is increasingly annoyed by the behavior of the American ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany and the “threats “ of the American president to remove all American troops from Germany and redeploying them “further east”.
Here come the opportunity for the “Baltic Gambit”. First move.
Russia must create a diffuse but halfway credible threat against the thr Baltics and Poland. The four “threatened “ask America for more American troops on there territory to enable them to conduct a forward defense or even better discourage a Russian invasion altogether.
Since the Baltics and Poland are not affluent enough to pay for their protection the bill is to be footed by the Pentagon.
Now they are there, overpayed, oversexed and “over here”.
As every student of military operations learns that the further away you operate from your home base the more expensive and difficult it becomes to supply your troops unless they can live of the land, not possible in modern mechanizes warfare.
Supplying the troops in Poland and the Baltic States faces two major obstacles. The European vs. the Russian Railroad system ( broad vs. normal track width (Poland is normal track) and the climate.
Railroad cars coming from western Europe incl. Germany need to be retracked before they can continue toward the Baltics. In winter, from November till March shipping relies on icebreaker support to access the Baltic ports from Swinoujscie and Szczecin (Swinemuende und Stettin) to Tallin. A far as military land operations in Russia are concerned two times per year at the onset of winter and the spring thaw there exists a phenomenon called ‘rasputiza”
BTW supplies: Question to Radio Yerevan. Who supplies the Baltic States with refinery products? I am talking of jet and diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, heavy fuel oils, gasoline and the like.
If Trump make good of his threat to remove “all US Troops from Germany”
and stations them in Poland and the Baltic States the trap of the Gambit is set.
Irrespective of which host states has them America has to supply them at her expense with food, drink, clothing and housing. Since Russia is not really threatened by their new neighbors it may as well provide for them at fair prices, for Euros, Scandinavian currencies or even Gold.
These 32 thousand souls also make good hostages for the protection of Nordstream 1 and 2. Sabotage or damage the Russian-German pipeline and Russia will retaliate in numerous ways, so could Germany. Ramstein and Geilenkirchen AB comes to mind as well as Heidelberg and Stuttgart.
But even if the pentagon believes it can not afford to denude their most valuable colony of all troops it will be hard pressed to come up with say 4 brigades of 6 000 to 6 500 troops alltogether. One brigade for Poland and one for each of the Baltic States. That amounts to 24 to 26 thousand men on the quartermasters roll.
Again the supply bottlenecks apply, ports can and will be mined in case of hostilities.
Nobody in the US heads the advise of Field Marshall Bernard Montgomery in his “First Book, First Page of the BOOK OF WAR Do not march on Moscow!!”
They will prepare for the March on Moscow and the Baltics, Ukraine and Georgia will be their staging grounds and their quartermasters nightmares.
Conclusion: Deploy to the Northeast and the piece will be preserved for a long time because the troops can not be used.

The hollyweird version of the Zombie Appoclypse is overkill. People will do what they have for millinia, band together, seek safer ground and rebuild. Well, real humans that is, not sure about the ‘alien’ crossbred types, apparently, they are here and geoengineering to live on a warmer planet…………………….ROTFLMAO.
I didn’t mention total extinction of human species did I?
I address my personal estimate of casualties as a result of an EMP which I can backup.
I didn’t refer to any Hollywood movie nor doom-gloom prepping link as those may give a flavor of the problem but overly bombastic, seldom realistic.
Our vital dependence on flow of electrons was built up gradually and whether we admit it or not it is a vital element in our societies and sudden removal of it would be devastating, hardly resembling idyllic scenes from old silent black and white pre-electricity era movies.
Those pre-electric societies were different, their social fabric wasn’t destroyed, self entitlement wasn’t rampant, tribal sense was strong, their gender wasn’t fluid and they had skills we lost generations ago.
Of course humankind will survive continental clean EMP event, however if EMP is a result of nuc then many more factors come into play and it can not be contained continentally, never mind EMP. Than again, humans will survive but may have 3 eyes.
PS; “winter warfare” drills sucks. Laying down in snow, subzero temperatures in full chemical protection suit for hours trying not to loose limbs to frost bite and forcing yourself to think you are the luckier one out of the bunch.
Another solar mass ejection like the Carrington Event of 1859 would see us quite well and truly stuffed. The global auroral displays of unimaginable intensity would be a slight recompense.

Definitely not.
Last week I saw an opportunity for Trump to become reasonable. He has totally squandered it – completely. Earlier I posted a piece by James Petras – US Global Power: The Trump Period: An Assessment
In this piece, Petras says: “At no time did Trump recognize the limits of US Global power. Like the previous three presidents, he persisted in the belief that the transitory period of a unipolar global empire could be re-imposed. ”
We see that clearly now.
Pompeo at some Arctic summit this morning warned (threatened and bellowed) both China and Russia from doing anything in the Arctic – as if only the US has the right to do anything there. He disrespected the Chinese something fierce in his bellicose speech. That man has a problem .. I saw a bit of the speech but could not bear the arrogance.
Yesterday, out of nowhere, Trump slammed more tariffs on Chinese goods .. while in the previous weeks, he told us how well the Trade War negotiations were going. Anyone that ever has been in negotiations could tell you months ago that China is on go-slow here and that they have no faith or hope that negotiating with the US will have a good outcome. Of course the US demanded structural changes within the Chinese system itself.
Anyone that has been following the Chinese talk on this, would tell you that China is making other plans for trade. The US can expect retaliation here – and it is not as if the farmers in the US are not struggling because of Chinese retaliation. They aim well! China will send a junior delegation for this week’s trade war talks. It is my sense that they’ve given up and are going through the motions. They also scrubbed their internet from Trump’s tweet, announcing the tariffs and in their op-eds, they are saying they will work to internal economic stability for China, and in this way support stability in the rest of the world.
Last week, Trump talked about negotiations with Russia and China on reduced nuclear weapons. China immediately said no thank you. Do you blame them? Russia did not even deign to respond, excepting to write it down like normal, in the Kremlin’s daily activities – nothing important here.
This morning, aircraft carriers in the South China Sea – China responded, saying that the US is undermining peace.
Also, aircraft carriers to the Middle East, with no let-up in the streams of threats to Iran.
Venezuela – Lavrov was supposed to talk with Pompeo today on the sidelines of that Arctic meeting, but I’ve seen nothing yet.
So, the little space that I saw where Trump had wiggle room, he filled with one after the other threat and gunboat diplomacy – just in the last few days.
So, I’m noticing a clear difference in the words that both China and Russia are using, or not using in the last while. What exactly this signifies I do not know, but the US is being snubbed (as they should be, because this administration has demonstrated the bullying tendencies.)
So, when things come one after the other in such a stream, I usually go listen a bit to John Trudell as he has the touch to lift my spirits. If you study this history from the Native American civil rights movement, you see that these people did occupy even before the kids at occupy was born, you can see the yellow vest moves in this community. But what you can see most clearly, is the breaking of treaties, the bellowing and the bullshitting with no respect. Nothing has changed. It is up to the world now to make their moves.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dlcmTeCcbME
During WW1 it was well known that the US were arrogant and set on world domination, what’s really changed? Should we be shocked about the vocabulary?
With the Trump regime we see Peak Evil. The very last, deranged, thrashings about of a rabid beast in its hydrophobia death-throes, its brain riddled with malevolent viruses. The Chinese must, and will, just wait it out, but know full well that the dying thugs really are capable, in a fit of religious insanity, of bringing on the End Times. Pompeo is the apotheosis of the Great American Thug, in the tradition of Le May, Patton, Hoffa, Capone and myriad others.

These looneytunites send a serial killer, The Pompous, to threaten the Kersch straits, the Russian Arctic, Venezuela, Iran and China as US navy sails through the So China Sea the day tariffs are hiked.
At least there is a Ramadan truce in Gaza until after the big Euro music festival in Tel Aviv mid month probably ending just as the behemoth US navel carriers arrive in the Hormuz straits.
But when Lavrov fixed the CIA-CNN (? )reporter with a sardonic stare and said lightly, ” They say you are fake news, well, that was a fake question, all joking aside……”, indeed, that made my day.
some of us speak truth to power in a cruder way:
https://www.infowars.com/youre-going-to-jail-lady-man-heckles-hillary-clinton-at-speaking-tour/
When we look at Russia’s top world media outlet RT ,here are a few stories we can see,my comments added.
1.US warships sail through disputed South China Sea as Trump prompts trade war escalation with Beijing
(and yet I don’t see Chinese and Russian navy ships sailing through the “international waters” off the coast of California. Nor China adding, say a 25% tariff (or better,a higher one) on US oil and gas exports to China. There is a lot of cheaper Iranian oil and Russian gas available to China.)
2.Washington rules the waves? Trump using Navy to supplement US ‘diplomacy’ across the globe
(without a response.A Russian and Chinese missile loaded task force sailing on a “goodwill” mission to Cuba with a stop off the Venezuelan coast would be a appropriate response.Press reporting “not so much” of a good response.)
3.Hands off the Arctic: US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo warns China & Russia away from the north
(informing Pompeo that as 50% of the Arctic coastline is Russian territory.Only Russia will decide who can be involved with it or not. That the US 10% or so is their only concern in the Arctic. That would be a nice first step.)
4.Bolton’s battle cry shows US is preparing for ‘military scenario’ in Iran – top Russian MP
(Yes,so isn’t it about time for Iran to try and buy the Chinese (or Russian) ship killer missiles.I doubt the US would be stupid enough to sail that fleet into the Persian Gulf, but maybe. If they did and Iran closed the Straits of Hormuz behind them. Those ships would be nice targets for those missiles.)
5.‘Violation of sovereignty’: Beijing warns US incursion into South China Sea ‘undermined peace’
(that is the whole point.Violations of sovereignty and undermining peace are exactly the idea. That shows the world the bully cares nothing for the “sovereignty and undermining” of other nations. And just “warnings” are a useless response when your enemy just laughs at those warnings.)
6.Trump promises Gazan people ‘more misery’ if ‘terrorist acts against Israel’ continue
(in the last couple of days the Israelis have murdered 2 pregnant women and 3 or 4 little children (one a 1 and 1/2 little girl). I think the Gazan Palestinian’s are full up on misery right now.So Trump can take his threats and go pound sand.)
There seems to be thinking in Russia and China that by reporting the US and Israel’s crimes and bullying, that it will fill other nations with anger against those two. That is mistaken thinking. What that does is fill other nations with fear instead. Making them too terrified to act. Only those like Iran,Syria,North Korea,Venezuela,Cuba, targets already with nothing more to lose, are willing to stand-up.The other nations are cowed, seeing that even the other great power peers of the US will do nothing to stop them. And assures that they will do nothing themselves until they see the US actually beaten.Until then they will continue as vassals.
Trump’s threats against the imprisoned and perpetually brutalised Gazans are the purest essence of Zionazi racist sadism, as uttered by a Sabbat Goy marionette. That such a diabolical Evil has come to control the West is proof positive of the justice of the BDS and all other mass movements that target this ruthless, vicious, infinitely arrogant Talmudic Reich.
The gift that just keeps on giving: Mike Pompeo.
https://www.rt.com/news/458497-pompeo-arctic-russia-china/
“US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has warned China and Russia to “respect our interests” in the Arctic, or face the consequences.”
“China is already developing shipping lanes in the Arctic Ocean. This is part of a very familiar pattern. Beijing attempts to develop critical infrastructure using Chinese money, Chinese companies and Chinese workers, in some cases to establish a permanent Chinese security presence.”
Gee, how many US army bases are abroad, and how many has China?
I’m curious what consequences Pompeo has in mind, without starting WW3. The Americans have only one operational icebreaker, and are afraid to sail it into the Arctic, knowing that in the case of a failure, they can only ask the Russians for help :-)
Cheers, Rob
It would give him another good reason to impose sanctions.
Café Gloom
I stopped in

just before lunch
feeling up beat
but on a hunch
no one would break
the spell of doom
or be able to shake
such fashionable gloom!
I was right.
LOL.
But the polarity
pendulum never ceases
slowly old melancholy
peaks, fades, decreases
the air freshens
colts run, birds sing,
life’s very essence
barely whispering
picks up the tempo

in staccato allegro
the shift…is such a treat!
What a concise rap, Bro, I didn’t expect such from you.

Re: Moscow airplane accident. Here interesting article in general terms. on tail strikes especially during landing in bad weather —one does not necessarily want to have a glide landing but more of a “nail it” landing. depends.
Of course if your electronics have been shot all to h-ll due to whatever ( lightening strike) then maybe you deserve a medal for just getting anyone down alive. Also for not flying a plane chock full of fuel and barely under control over a city of several million people for hours. As I remember the first reports were that the pilot did one fly by attempt to land and then circled…so there was already one aborted landing attempt. ? This was not repeated.

I doubt Iran is pushing to raise tensions by attacking US troops. Why should they do that?
Maybe this is just brawling. The options of the US Military against Iran are limited. Doesn’t Iran have those Yakhont anti-ship missiles?
But take care. I don’t trust the Israelis. Maybe they’re up for a ‘USS Liberty 2.0’ by sinking a USN vessel with one of their subs, blaming Iran and hoping for a Purim 2.0.
Cheers, Rob
Its more a question of survival, if you refuse to let me make money so i can service my citizens, why should I allow you access to something that your citizens survival (or quality of life) depends on?
When diplomacy is no longer an option,(and we’ve pretty much reached that stage) retribution is the answer.
Eventually cooler heads prevail has been the solution in the past, unless these heads are no longer available, then one picks up the pieces after the carnage has ensued.
@ Paul
I just gave a five star for your work on the pyramids over at amarynth’s bookstore. Here it is: short, but I hope sweet.
[Here’s a clear, down to earth, Occam like explanation for the construction mystery of the great pyramids. We need more of these confidence building engineering solutions for laymen. Too often we drift off into speculation that can’t be proved or disproved. It’s a good feeling to have one’s feet planted firmly on the ground. Then we can springboard as high as we want].
I should have added: like Ezekiel in his chariot but that might have been too biblical for the general public. For me, it was the perfect teaser in code which has not been cracked until now. This is great news for both engineers and bible scholars. Good work.
… thanks Dennis, your last two sentence stand supreme …

This is a very interesting characterisation of particular political players…. Foreign Minister of Iran calls them the “B” team in an interview with CBS:
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/full-interview-javad-zarif-on-face-the-nation/
“FOREIGN MINISTER ZARIF: I don’t think military confrontation will happen. I think people have more prudence than allowing a military confrontation to happen. But, I think the U.S. administration is putting things in place for accidents to happen. And there has to be extreme vigilance, so that people who are planning this type of accident would not have their way.
MARGARET BRENNAN: What do you mean? What kind of accident are you talking about?
FOREIGN MINISTER ZARIF: I’m talking about people who have- who are designing confrontation, whose interest–
MARGARET BRENNAN: Who’s doing that?
FOREIGN MINISTER ZARIF: My ‘B’ team. I call–
MARGARET BRENNAN: What do you mean ‘B’ team?
FOREIGN MINISTER ZARIF: I call the group ‘B’ team who have always tried to create tension, whose continued existence depends on tension. Ambassador Bolton, one ‘B,’ Bibi Netanyahu, second ‘B,’ Bin Zayed, third ‘B,’ Bin Salman, fourth ‘B.’ And I’m not just making accusations. …”
The US has announced that Iran will be held responsible if the US is attacked in the middle east by any group like Hez, Houthis, etc., so all the Hegemon has to do is have any false flag group attack their troops in the mideast, and then use that as the excuse to attack Iran.
Discomfort has a Silver Lining. It is DISCOVERY.
And as I made a point in email to ioan, Discoverers accept, welcome Discomfort for the sake of their great attraction to Discovery….of what they were wrong about, that they thought they knew…..that is always, ALWAYS incomplete in part…..if not outright wrong…in whole.
I’m sorry Alabama seems mystified and may be uncomfortable with pins and dancers. Time may bring greater clarity. I just haven’t had much time to follow up and explain, explain, explain what I am getting at.
Under those circumstances, a good result is to just provoke ANY reaction. Meanwhile the Café River and World River of Human Consciousness moves on!
I caught up with a comment or two of amarynth’s and there is some agreement forming on a number of fronts, especially when it comes to Dennis and Brendan OBOR…..and more!.
“Beware!” I tell myself. Things might get altogether too comfortable! “But relax,” I tell myself…..we (she and I) STILL have plenty of uncomfortable disagreements to argue about! Whew!
They are (Oh Sweet Irony!) most especially currently present in the Cryptoverse…..and area where we have previously comfortably collaborated to the almost universal incomprehension of NEARLY (??) everyone else (Alabama??) here.
But I am going to relent with ioan and his discomfort with Capitalist Advances Threatening his socialist virginity and pure innocence. Sexual (or psycho-sexual) harassment is ONE form of discomfort I categorically repudiate …..I mean let’s just forget the discoveries that area of discomfort might lead to!
I don’t withdraw my offer…it’s always there (“Forgive me. Can I give you my number, in case you realize later that my intentions are good?”) but I tire of the courting, the endless foreplay….and just want to “get it on” with someone, any one in the Cryptoverse Love Bower.
If there were a lot more (discreet….gentle) advances there might be a lot less spinsters and lonely ladies. So it’s a fine, uncomfortable razor’s edge we males must tread!
I hope everyone (except ioan…I hope he’s laughing now….) reading this is getting good and uncomfortable just about now.
I’m on the prowl!
Just joking. That crypto puzzle of mine is small strategic potatoes. But I am connecting more dots…and it IS relevant, as we shall see!
But NO! Not now! A higher purpose, today ….is to enlist some Irish……or at least ONE (Sean the Leprechaun!) possibly…….in turning up the discomfort level for One Minion of the Satanic Queen and Her Privy Council who deserves a very fruitful and uncomfortable reply to his area of “LaRouchie” irritation:
/moveable-feast-cafe-2019-05-01/#comment-644613
all for the glorious Discovery of it ALL that might follow….and lead to his metamorphosis into uncomfortably but but gloriously becoming One FORMER Minion of Her Satanic Majesty….as I suggested when first becoming acquainted with him seeking comfort in the illusion that it is ALL America’s Fault at present and that There IS NO British Component of THE EMPIRE.
Categorically false, mate, and I don’t need to point to anything LaRouche ever said (that triggered your discomfort, mate…..it’s all for the Greater Good ….and your own, you see)…and America?? Oh yes! We have millions and millions of Empire Minions here too, mate! Contrary to your assertion I have never denied THAT!
But now, let’s not just ONLY pick on Her Satanic Majesty’s British and American Minions…and let’s let Lyndon rest in peace today smiling in his grave at the progress of OBOR….much to the chagrin of Empire Minions Everywhere …..as well as Empire Dupes and Lepretards like Dennis and Brendan…….there are ALSO Italian…and Greek…..and Ukrainian……and even…perhaps some….. Russian Minions to deal with and make quite uncomfortable in the following LATEST!!! article by Neon Revolt!
You see, little minions, its NOT about our little egos and our little discomforts about what side of the pond we’re from.
Get over it, already and Discover:
https://www.neonrevolt.com/2019/05/06/tracking-the-maltesephantom-and-spygates-crown-connections-qanon-greatawakening-neonrevolt/
Also, if you get thrown off track because of the discomfort triggered by letter Q or the word “cult” you (anyone!) will most certainly NEVER become a Former Minion……but will always remain a little and very presently mind-controlled one.
The article is long, and very ,very uncomfortable. But let me provide a few excerpts to encourage the hesitant explorers among you, so that that wonderous sexy thirst for discovery triumphs over virginal, too coy hesitation:
“Papadopoulos was in an interview with Fleccas Talks. In the interview Papadopoulos says –
So what I learned by my wife at a time that I was in discussion with the Mueller team, she was like “Why are you pleading guilty?”
“I’m like what do you mean? She says do you know that Joseph Mifsud was attending a dinner with Hillary Clinton during the 2016 campaign along with senior level Italian diplomats who was head of the socialist group there?
“I’m like what are you talking about, I thought he was a Russian spy. She says no, no he wasn’t a Russian spy and I didn’t know what to do.
Now you have both PapaD and Nunes denying that Mifsud was a Russian spy… so who was he really working for, in fact?
Explorers and Discoverors, Enjoy!
There is no more discovery that need take place, all that is known, is already a known.
Reform on the other hand, has yet to fully play its cards, that baton was dropped and left behind so the endless competition for resources with insanity could carry on.
One hopes that one day Alexander Downer (Downer by name and downer by nature) will get his comeuppance for his role in setting up Papadopoulos and setting the ‘Russian interference’ lies into motion. A real, hereditary, (expletives deleted).
Video: The Occupation of the American Mind. The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict
https://www.globalresearch.ca/video-the-occupation-of-the-american-mind-the-israeli-palestinian-conflict/5676765
“This video was originally published in May 2018.
Over the past few years, Israel’s ongoing military occupation of Palestinian territory and repeated invasions of the Gaza strip have triggered a fierce backlash against Israeli policies virtually everywhere in the world — except the United States. The Occupation of the American Mind takes an eye-opening look at this critical exception, zeroing in on pro-Israel public relations efforts within the U.S.
Narrated by Roger Waters and featuring leading observers of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and U.S. media culture, the film explores how the Israeli government, the U.S. government, and the pro-Israel lobby have joined forces, often with very different motives, to shape American media coverage of the conflict in Israel’s favor. From the U.S.-based public relations campaigns that emerged in the 1980s to today, the film provides a sweeping analysis of Israel’s decades-long battle for the hearts, minds, and tax dollars of the American people in the face of widening international condemnation of its increasingly right-wing policies.”

US to Increase Pressure on Venezuela, May Try to Kill Maduro – Ex-UN Rapporteur
https://sputniknews.com/analysis/201905071074762799-us-venezuela-maduro/
“According to Alfred de Zayas, an American lawyer, writer, historian, and former UN rapporteur to Venezuela, Washington’s failure to replace Maduro with Juan Guaido, the self-proclaimed interim president, may prompt the US to try to kill the legitimate head of Venezuela.
“I know from reliable sources that for several months now the US has been offering vast amounts of money and promising other perks to any military who will defect”, he told Sputnik. “Undoubtedly they have financed each and every coup attempt, including failed attempts to have Maduro assassinated. The US will continue on this path, and maybe they will succeed in having Maduro murdered”.
There could be yet another scenario, a false flag operation, under which the CIA would kill Guaido and use it as a pretext for intervention, the lawyer suggested.
“Of course, [it would be] totally illegal, but when has international law deterred Washington?” he asked rhetorically.
Referring to reports that the Trump administration was seeking a way to further financially support Guaido, with an “influx of cash”, the former UN rapporteur suggested that Washington would not spend its own money, but rather use frozen Venezuelan assets.
“The US has already frozen or stolen as much as $30 billion worth of Venezuelan assets in the US”, he elaborated. “They are making this money available to Guaido already. No need to touch US assets”.
“What the US hopes is that there will be chaos as in Iraq and Libya, and there will always be good business opportunities. It is unlikely that Venezuela will join the Club of Lima and the assembly of US puppet governments in Latin America. Chaos and destabilisation can serve US geopolitical interests well”, the lawyer warned.”
At some point in time, the military shall realize its resources are beginning to thin, and only so much can be done about it. That time could be now, the country simply cant afford riots in the streets over a draft of citizens to continue to go to war.
They already pay soldiers (just to to enlist) far more than any citizen is allowed to inherit, these youngsters who have nothing to lose by rioting, will choose that over forced enlistment for peanuts. Its a game of #’s, and the #’s game has reached its pinnacle.
Ban Russians from US, sanction sports teams & target Putin, says ex-NATO commander
https://www.rt.com/usa/458527-sanction-russians-putin-stavridis/
“The op-ed by the retired Navy Admiral-cum-private equity firm executive…”
Finance…naturally.
“The U.S. should not limit itself to hampering Russian businesses, though. They should also consider sanctions on public entities (sports teams, international symphonies, academic institutions, diplomatic delegations) – and even include specific sanctions against key leaders in Russia, up to and including [Russian President Vladimir] Putin.”
If economic and personal sanctions fail to coerce Putin, there is always the option of directly punishing ordinary Russians. For instance, the US could “impose travel restrictions more broadly on Russian citizens who seek to come to the United States for any purpose.” The US could also refuse to participate in helping rebuild Syria, and forgo helping to secure oil prices, he suggests.
“Beyond this, we should also educate our children at the earliest age about what information is real and what is fake, especially in digital settings,” the retired admiral adds, rather chillingly.”
And who does this freak represent?
“It’s Time for a Formal U.S. Alliance With Israel
Why doesn’t America have a treaty pledging collective defense of Israel?
By James Stavridis | September 25, 2015, 11:38 AM” (Title of a foreign policy piece)
The same “who” the quisling trump regime represent, israel. The u.s. military is full of these quisling traitors.
“And who does this freak represent?”
Great question, Vot. I would say the officer class, and a hundred years of “upper class” (McCaine strain) inbreeding, leading to what Art Kleps would call “the usual consequences.”
I also love the “rather chillingly”…. as if people who give their kids smartphones at age 2 and let them loose on the net have such a deep, deep concern about the digital info [99% garbage/porn] fed to their kids.
The freak’s recommendations are all acts of war and of aggression, the threatening of which is also a ‘supreme crime’ under International Law. The psychopath is just a more than usually deranged Exceptionalist Nazi, that’s all.
The Zionazis have a real talent for identifying the most deranged and Evil specimens to recruit as their Sabbat Goy underlings. The situation is the same in Austfailia-the more slavishly pro-Israel a politician is, the more wretched and sordid their character. The nasty little Talmudic Reich is a real influence for Evil in all the slave states where their money power dominates public life.

They recognize their own traits. Like attracting like, fellow travelers.
Besides the obvious grabbing of Venezolan oil by the usual suspects, hidden in the shades there is another drooling multinational waiting to impose its toxic products: Bayer/Monsanto.
https://www.blacklistednews.com/article/72511/planting-the-seeds-of-regime-change-how-gmo-seeds-and-monsantobayers-roundup-are-driving-us-policy.html
“While numerous other Latin American nations have become a “free for all” for the biotech company and its affiliates, Venezuela has been one of the few countries to fight Monsanto and other international agrochemical giants and win. However, since that victory — which was won under Chavista rule — the U.S.-backed Venezuelan opposition has been working to undo it.”
I have read many reports of independent researches exposing the immense dangers of GMO. I have never read a credible report of the manufacturer. It’s the same with this shady 5G that I don’t trust for a dime. Swallow it and fry, you peasants.
To illustrate it, the UK allowed GMO in their country, but guess what food is not permitted in Whitehall….
In a video message of the (hopefully) well known Maram Susli (‘Syrian girl’), she mentioned 8 reasons why Syria is attacked. GMO is no.3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=feTt6hRnceA
Don’t underestimate the silent power of the food multinationals. Wasn’t it Henry Kissinger (this criminal fossil must be something like 125 years by now) say ‘control the food and you control people’? https://shareverything.com/2016/05/23/kissinger-control-food-and-you-control-the-people/
Come on Henry, follow your buddy Zbigniew. I know you can do it ;-)
Cheers, Rob
Good mention Rob. We forget that there are the silent wars. I spoke with a friend in relation to some research and the same drivers were there as a part of the Ukrainian Maidan.
These GMO people revolt me! All to register seeds for their own use (besides the uncertainties on the health side).
Rob, your posts move from strength to strength and this is certainly one of those topics they want us to ignore and sweep under the rug. Uncertainties? How about putting glyphosate into plant genetics? These idiots are crazy. There’s a video somewhere of one of the guys who spoke out at an early stage of the dangers of GMOs, very well respected professional, who of course was blacklisted due to the wonderful forces of the almighty dollar/pound/shekel. Must find it again. The ones who speak out usually die wretched and broke but then years later someone makes a YT vid that gets millions of views, such is modern life.
I read ten years ago that Argentina, being so, so wonderfully progressive, cornered the soybean market in SA and of course, it’s all 100% GMO soybeans. I read this in the Rough Guides, who of course didn’t think there was anything amiss in the matter, with help from prototype versions of the Integ Init doing the proofreading/”editing” or even the writing, no doubt.
The reward for Argentinians for utilising Monsatan’s GE crops is to be drenched in the cancerous and Life-destroying horror that is Roundup. The communities, poor of course, surrounding these soy fields are experiencing huge levels of malignancies, birth defects and other disease. Just another day in the Free Market capitalist paradise.

The US, forever thinking of ways to impose war on the world. Have come up with a new idea about how to attack Venezuela. The US imposed on most of the Latin American states years ago the so-called “Rio Treaty”. Sort of a mini NATO “collective security” treaty. Venezuela had withdrawn from that treaty. But now the US stooges in the traitor controlled “National Assembly” want to “vote” to rejoin the treaty and call on the nations in the treaty to invade Venezuela. I don’t know how that will end up. But I’m an old fashioned man. I don’t believe much in this new hybrid warfare bs. I would have arrested the coup plotters right from the start. And I’d have closed the traitor NA long before now. If history teaches anything,it is that weakness leads to destruction. It’s a shame after WWII our friends will have to relearn that truth the hard way.
You can find a report about it on this pro-US hyena’s Twitter.

The congressional civil war is heating up, the leaders are backed into a corner as the followers want answers to unanswerable questions.
They have yet to find out that they are nothing more than the study of human denial, and as this slowly comes into focus, the disbelief turns into a war mentality.
And since this the way its always been done, it all seems so natural and unavoidable, thus, if it is the will of the people (congress critters) it shall be done.
Good idea! Except that you might get blind.

A question for The Saker:
Does the Moscow plane crash connects with the Boeing Max fiasco?
Can anyone corroborate this:
“Allow me to get to the point. The latest word I have received from England is as follows:
“[Julian Assange] is presently under close observation in prison hospital because he has suffered ‘severe transient psychotic episodes.’ My source(s) indicate these episodes occurred after two sessions of coercive interrogation at the hands of UK and US officials. The source(s) stated the HUMINT interrogators used psychotropic drugs in the course of the sessions.””
