dark pools
raining silent fire,
stirring my atoms
awake
I remember
yet cannot tell,
an ancient promise
a far-off land
your eyes –
a gulf of countless eons
this moment,
the next…
Silence
by ioan
Silence of Death
Noises of Life
A lovely red Rose
Living so close
Your perfume still here
Your touch…
I can’t feel
There’s no voice
From that Rose
Her petals still sing
In silence…
Taken by wind
Taken by time
Slowly, then sudden
There’s silence…
In Heaven
Lovely..
I’ve left your room
both clean and tidy
and await your call
your touch so soft
I know you hear
I know you’re near
having awoken and
wanting to return
to the world of sleep
in the hope of forgetting…
laughter echoing through
corridors of memory
carried with me everywhere;
the key to love’s door
Guardian cries ‘Russians are coming’ amid new scramble for Africa
https://www.rt.com/news/461642-guardian-russia-coming-africa/
“As Western powers that once colonized Africa find themselves drawn back to the continent over its vast mineral riches, what can they do to divert attention? Why, blame Russia, of course!
Enter the Guardian, flogging – but not actually showing – alleged documents purporting to show the Kremlin plotting and scheming in Africa, involving none other than “Putin’s chef” and alleged mastermind of “internet trolls” accused of meddling in US politics, Evgeny Prigozhin.
The supposedly nefarious scheme consists of “building relations with existing rulers, striking military deals, and grooming a new generation of leaders” in at least 13 out of 54 African countries in an effort to exert influence, according to the Guardian’s Jason Burke and Luke Harding…”
The guardian, a poster child of Jew-nazi corruption.
For deranged racist supremacist fascists like Harding, a well-known MI6 creature (I couldn’t call such a bare-faced liar an ‘asset’-one still awaits Harding and the Guardian sewer admitting the lie that Manafort had met Assange in the Ecuador Embassy in London)Russia may not have State to State relations with anyone. Here in the failed State that once was Australia, the same attitude attends the Chinese. We, of course, being White Men, may take the Yellow Devils’ money, 55 billion in surplus on trade every year, plus over one million pleasant, trouble-free tourists and tens of thousands of tourists, but if any South Pacific ‘savages’ decide to do business with China, or dump the Taiwanese puppets for the real China, all our political and fakestream media presstitutes have conniption fits of outrage. The Pacific Islanders actually despise us, for our racist contempt and presumption, and, in particular, because the ruling regime intends to do NOTHING to avert climate destabilisation, which is a death sentence for low-lying Pacific islands.
(Removed for language,MOD) So it’s climate ” destabilisation” this month , is it?
Sure looks stable to me , for the last 15,000 years , anyway.
The climate is bi- stable : two states. An awful lot of ice , and not so much ice i.e. an inter- glacial.
https://wattsupwiththat.com/2019/06/13/un-chief-poses-for-time-cover-off-sinking-pacific-island-nation-thats-actually-growing-in-size/
This link exposes the deliberate disinformation that characterises the output of the Mumblebrain.
Death sentence, indeed!
Well, the science and the observations from reality say that you are simply mistaken, I’m afraid.
Russian media solidarity for Golunov contrasts with loathsome US/UK press bootlicking over Assange
https://www.rt.com/op-ed/461528-golunov-assange-media-arrest/
“Also, the leading London newspapers didn’t come together to defend Assange. Instead, the Times (owned by Donald Trump supporter, Rupert Murdoch) threw its weight behind the persecution, with only the Guardian offering some tepid support (and this largely from its former editor, who is no longer involved day-to-day) balanced with a fair amount of anti-Assange blather and tripe.
In fact, the paper’s most prominent color-writer – the dreary, repetitive, tedious, clodhopper – Marina Hyde reinforced her status as a pro-establishment yokel with years of barely-readable tirades and tweets taking borderline sadistic pleasure in Assange’s suffering and humiliation.”
Dr. Jekel and ms. hyde…the Jew-nazi guardian freakshow continues to compete with the shabbas goy murdoch freakshow for a perch on the lowest rung on the ladder.
I think lot of embaressment re this guy….local police suspended…charges dismissed….was it a set up to give the guy a clean bill of health….or police setup to fail…or the guy actually got away with something not quite sufficient for charges to stick or someone higher up protecting him….or a police or someone else having a vendetta against him…or using this “opportunity” as a case to try to blacken the government…hhhmmm…..very curious to me….as surely it was known that this would be high risk against him.
Internet Free Speech All But Dead
http://americanfreepress.net/internet-free-speech-all-but-dead/
“President Donald Trump has also had a lot to say about fake news and is reported to be supporting limiting protections relating to the Internet. In May, a “net neutrality” bill that would have prevented service providers from manipulating Internet traffic passed in the House of Representatives, but it is reported to be “dead on arrival” in the Senate, so it will never be enacted.
YouTube has already been engaged in deleting existing old material and is working with biased “partners” like the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) to set up guidelines to restrict future content.
Google now automatically disables or limits searches for material that it deems to be undesirable. If Google does not approve of something it will either not appear in search results or it will be very low on the list. And what does come up will likely favor content that derives from those who pay Google to promote their products or services. Information that originates with competitors will either be very low in the search results or even blocked. Google is consequently hardly an unbiased source of information.”
The actions of the ‘Anti-Defamation League’ these days mostly consist of falsely defaming people as ‘antisemites’, for ‘crimes’ such as supporting the Palestinians or the BDS movement, criticising the child massacres in Gaza, or answering back to a belligerent Zionazi thug.

On bended knees or bent over an office desk, that is the question pindo colonial quislings ask themselves before meetings with their zio-massa.
All the usual suspects gathering to conspire and figure out some way to avert the coming inevitable calamity of their own self destruction, it is desperation time and their is no where left to turn, good god ya all. What is it good for? Absolutely nothing.
Pro-democracy anti-extradition protesters in Hong Kong are rioting, presumably with western organizations helping to foment problems for China.
This type of behavior is not unexpected, Russia is now sending its oil to China instead of to the EU, that means all oil going to the EU has to pass through the straights of hormez at the same time we are imposing sanctions on Iran. Just the fact that Iran could hold the EU hostage to energy(and economic destruction) is enough to bolster the military efforts to respond quickly to such a threat.
Western foreign policy has been so far off balance for such an extended period of time that a straw can finally break the back of a camel.
‘Pro-democracy’ is the foulest of all Western weasel words that indicate that those described are treacherous thugs on the US or other Western payroll, State or private, or youthful buffoons too arrogant and ignorant to realise that they are being used as ‘useful idiots’. And what is this ‘democracy’? The Zionazi controlled plutocracy in the USA? The deranged bedlam of Brexit UK, where Pompeo has promised to overthrow the Government if Corbyn wins, and where Cameron won a ‘landslide’ in 2015 on 36% of a 66% turn-out ie 24% of the vote? One could go on. Interestingly, the Chinese citizenry, one of the most satisfied, according to many polls, on Earth with their Government, call their country a ‘democracy’.
It is totally laughable when man reads in the MSM news that US and UK are concerned over the extradition bill in Hong Kong. But they forget to see the elephant in their room regarding the extradition of Julian Assange to the US…double standards in real application. Once the attention is diverted, people are going nuts.
ioan … they do not forget to see the elephant in the room … they CANNOT see it.
This is what the fuss was about a few Cafes back when I alerted Cafe folks to the London “protests”.
Do folks see that diversion now … some will, most will continue “as they were”.
The Western presstitutes and the Nong Kong compradores on the NED etc payrolls, have been gibbering a good deal about ‘democracy’ and the ‘rule of Law’. That would be the ‘democracy’ that we see in the UK, with Brexit tearing the country apart and a campaign by the Zionazis, of lying accusations of ‘antisemitism’, destroying UK Labour, the largest mass membership party in Europe. Then there are the European ‘democracies without choices’ but one form of neo-liberal capitalism or other. Or the ‘democracies’ in which, in tens of cases, the USA has interfered, subverted and sabotaged societies, as they are doing in Hong Kong.
And ‘the Rule of Law’ where all judges above a certain level in the USA are naked political appointments, elevated for their ideological reliability. Or the UK where judges are almost invariably drawn from the upper classes and Oxbridge, and their naked bias and arrogance, as in the case of Assange, is undisguised. And the ‘Common Law’ imposed on the serfs is Class Law, established to protect property more than anything else, and which is about to be inflicted on all 1100 peaceful Extinction Rebellion arrested individuals. Peaceful, unlike the compradore thugs mobilised by the NED et al in Hong Kong. And, of course, the Rule of Law is completely unavailable in the USA for that 90% plus who cannot afford it. As they say in the USA the ‘Rule of Law’ that the Westernised Oriental Gentlemen so adore means that it is better to be rich and guilty, than poor and innocent.

A Better World for Our Children?
……. As a matter of policy, Chabad is apolitical. The Iran deal is not a political issue. It is a
threat to life, a matter of pikuach nefesh and when life is at stake, and in this case I am con-
vinced that it is, we have no right be silent; we are morally, ethically and halakhically obligat-
ed to do everything within our power to prevent danger to our people, even if that means
taking a position that is politically or socially inexpedient. …….
http://lubavitch.com/news/article/2055659/A-Better-World-for-Our-Children.html
The security of Israel and Israeli children obliterates the security of everyone else and their children.
But it doesn’t bring security for Israel or its children. It just grows the justified hatred for Israel, which suits the Talmudists and secular-ish fascists like Bibi, and it guarantees Israel’s eventual destruction.
Hatred refined for 3500 years. Don’t forget that under Talmudic Law, killing civilians is not just acceptable, but is a mitzvah, or good deed. Mr. Krinsky is obviously slavering for many more mitzvot in Iran, to be offered up to his psychopathic ‘God’. A veritable New Purim if he gets his wishes.
The Bro / Amarynth discussion is continuing here: https://saker.community/topic/the-grand-debate/#post-2522
The core question is this: “Where does or could the Internet of Value fit in to the Bigger Challenge ………of entire nations??”
Bro has a big number of thinking points. I’m focusing on the changes of old system vs new system – the bigger picture, which may shed light on some of those thinking points. The world is changing. Andreas Antonopoulis describes the Internet of Money and asks the question: What are the large corporations going to do with this new Internet of Money – this system which is a borderless, open, decentralised, neutral, censorship-resistant network? He answers, they are going to say .. cool, but take out the borderless, open, decentralised, neutral and censorship-resistant and package it with a license and control for us. He goes onto the existential fight for freedom vs the control of humans as animals in cages. Good listening and anyone that is curious about the changes, could do well to listen to Andreas.
Iran unveils its own homegrown s-400 system:
https://en.mehrnews.com/news/146206/Iran-unveils-advanced-air-defense-system
Humans will never be free of cages, they ain’t that smart. As for the Internet of Money, it just makes it easier to steal. Just looking at the people behind the multi variations of the shitbitcoins. All jews or jew controled or financed. The internet is controled. Those that are in control will take all they can from the poor slobs that venture to put their money in the safety of the internet ether. It’s a bait and switch.
If the internet were like the sun, beyond human control, then putting everything one owns into the Internet of Money would likely be a ‘sound’ investment, sadly, that’s not the case.
All any government needs to do, (like gold in the 30’s) is make it illegal to own. Easy pickins for sleeze bags. There are no rules, and when needed, they make the rules. Having lost money on investments (made some too) the only money one really has, is anything that is within a 30 sec walk across your house floor (or burried in the back yard). And, if governments regulate or take control of ‘The Internet of Money’ they can devalue and revalue a person into bankruptsy, houseless, poor, and destitute. On the other hand, for those that have money to throw around, burn, or just blow it having a good time, buying yachts, fancy cars, mutimillion dollar homes or a Pacific island, then they can well afford to play with little Johhny and Suzie’s colleage tuition, cause the kids are young and you might be able to afford to lose it, and hopefully make it back before they start school. Bah, humbug.
You obviously don’t know how the block chain works, it takes the risk (and costs) out of sending money electronically.
Your right, I don’t, but it doesn’t matter how block chain works and if one knows. This one knows how governments work, not for you or me. Block Chain, it’s an internet thing, right? No internet, no block chain? Or does block chain work outside the internet? If you are young enough, the rose still has a bloom, if you are old enough, you learn to decern the smell. Cavet Emptor!
So I went for an education on Block Chain, figured I’d try wiki, give it a read through. From what I’ve read, no one knows who invented block chain (other than Satoshi Nakamotinski), way to funny. I’d go with Mossad right off the top, since again, most bitcoin founders are jews or jew controlled……….so it stinks without further ado. Also from what I read, it’s ‘internet based’ making it completely unhackable and probably safer than a bank, really? I stand by my assesment of blockchain/bitcoins, and when I see Palestinians cashing in to buy back their occupied territories with bitcoins, I’ll buy in too and only then.
I think you are bordering on the unstable, first, don’t hold your breath waiting for the internet to crash anytime soon. Hackers also can be trapped by location, and waiting for someone to buy back their land w/bitcoins has less odds than the namers of critters, trees, plants, and most things, ect, coming back to buy their land, I got my money on the latter.
if you think blockchain will be free from government interferance then yes, bet your money there. History is on my side, and good old time will tell.
A lot of deep thinkers here feel war is close, very close. Hmm what happenes when the satelites get taken out, undersea cables cut? You really believe a superpower can’t shut down the net? Large parts are blocked and inaccessable in China. If China can do that, then any blockchain flow of money for commerce (see sanctions) can be stopped. Unless you personally have the power to stop them, I doubt it.
And just yesterday on a thread here, someone had the audacity to ponder what happens to ‘sakerittes’ should this site be blocked for imaginary subversion? It’d be like going to the bank and finding your accounts frozen, whacha gonna do, jump up and down and scream?
sean the leprechaun, on a completely different note, may I use your method for making broth in our new cookbook?
Regarding blockchain, I will not be talking for or against here, as we need a certain level of education in what these things are before such a discussion. It is like discussing the merits of high rise engineering with me … I would glaze over … (grins). No, it is not an ‘internet thing! and a blockchain can be constructed on paper, as well as the transactions inside of it. Thing is, we’re moving that way, so, for me, the education is necessary, but not everyone feels the same. Peace!
Yes, we all need better health pysical and mental.
Humans want freedom more than anything else, yet at the same time are terrified of it, so end up diverting their energy into building and maintaining cages. We are indeed a strange species.

So I brought up the topic of the Russian super food at supper last night. Told the kids I couldn’t remember the name, but it began with a ‘c’. “Chaga” was the reply I got, from two millinials, unfreakin believeable! My son-in-law harvests them sometimes. No, not in Russia, turns out it grows on Birch trees which are very common across the northern hemisphere. I was wondering with all the sanctions how I was going to get them trough customs, luckily mother nature will provide a workaround.
I just this moment posted a short writing on chaga …

One Crypto Conspiracy Theory….
….. says that the controllers of BTC (Bitcoin “core” the one that is $8138 right now) are tools of the financial oligarchy who have hijacked Satoshi’s vision outlined in his White Paper (it’s online) and who have expressed their disdain for the unwashed masses (Someone brought up the fact that the family income in many parts of the world is $2 or so per day, according to the World Bank….and asked “So how can these people possibly be part of “global adoption?”..”
Reportedly one of the BTC Crypto-Villains sniffed in reply, “Well I don’t think Bitcoin is for anyone only making two dollars a day!” (In other words, who cares if these transaction times are very slow and the fees WHOLE DOLLARS AT TIME……….’BTC is Digital Gold…a Store of Value’…..you transact $50,000 worth and you don’t worry about a $5 or $10 fee.”
The BSV boys counterattack saying “It HAS to be global adoption or it won’t work! WE are the REAL Bitcoin and we will do it, WE can scale more transactions per second than VISA and Mastercharge (or will be able to very shortly………..) OUR fees are miniscule because our blocks are HUGE….miners are incentivized to mine BSV…BTC is a dying dinosaur!” etc etc.
The very young Jack Liu puts it this way, in this interview:
https://youtu.be/MudcKEsIDGs?t=1215
“There are, I think, brilliant people who live in Rwanda, or elsewhere in Africa, whose family income is just $2 or $3 a day……there’s probably a smart kid, lots of smart kids–who—or young adults—who have an Android phone…or something like that. And if they can start doing tasks, like answer customer service tickets…or do business development….(with the micro-transactions BSV enables) and they could be paid for a lot of little actions…and, at the end of the day….if they made 3 dollars…they just doubled the family income….and that’s not limiting them to just doing customer service—-from there they could……….”
It’s not the World Landbridge…but it is the issue of connectivity…..and if some derivative infrastructure enabled that teenager or young adult to use their phone like a computer connected to wealthier parts of the world…………what it reminds me of is:
When I heard (long before cell phones were so common in Asia….back in the 1980s..) that couriers, messengers, employers and employees in China and Vietnam devised ingenious ways of communicating and receiving coded messages with electronic beepers……….at a tiny fraction of the cost of the cell phones of that time.
A bad thing to double or triple such a low family income….right away… 2019-2020???
I don’t see that as a bad thing at all!

Pindostani tecnology:
F-35B and F-35C pilots are currently compelled to observe limitations on airspeed to avoid damage to the F-35’s airframe or stealth coating.
Cockpit pressure spikes cause “excruciating” ear and sinus pain.
There are also issues with the helmet-mounted display and night vision camera that contribute to the difficulty of landing the F-35C on an aircraft carrier.
We found a cure for that sinus pain, headaches too, isn’t it a wonderful world?

I attacked Uncle Bob’s comment only, and this due to his “acting” as an unofficial Cafe moderator.
However, I should have given thought and worded my reaction in a neutral way.
I agree with Uncle Bob’s first sentence absolutely.
Well, I am somewhat used to freaking out the Irish, by now, in all those round and round and round rounds I went with our Dearly Departed Bantam Weight.
But a real Leprechaun? …..Instead of a Fake Irish Americhaun? (Right, ‘mouse??)
There’s a NEW challenge…… I just can’t resist! I wish the first clip in this comment was from a Celtics game, but it ain’t!
We’re on the internet, right Sean? And we’re complaining about it?????
As “A Jewish Plot”??? LOL
Good grief! What have my fellow Little Englanders done to y’all?? Ye can’t win for losin’, ye poor things, ye!!
Eager to snatch defeat from the jaws of Multi-Polar Victory and complain about The Judeo-Brit Cabal until Saxe-Gotha Kingdom Come, are ye?!
More comfortable with that than with learning something new??
Brace yourself for even greater Judeo-Brit- Aussie (CLUE: Satoshi ain’t Japanese….) horrors, mate!
THE META-NET!!!
“Meta” in Greek, signifies “beyond”…and so now, before you can even fully enjoy the connectivity of the Internet without Full Tilt Celtic Paranoia……………we are “movin’ on UP”…The Block Chain of Command……….. to the METANET!
Which reminds me of Meta World Peace, the renaming, in a brilliant PR move of former NBA star and late in his career World Champion Los Angeles Laker forward Ron Artest. That “rebranding” may have saved Ron from either a prison sentence or permanent expulsion from the NBA…..for topping off the worst brawl in NBA History.. Pacers/Pistons 2004.by bounding up a few rows into the stands to bash in the heads of some heckling, (paying customer) fans of the Pistons:
https://youtu.be/gQIIOWPNYM0?t=102
At about 6’8″ and 265 lbs he slightly out weighed those poor Piston fans that gave him the finger and shouted obscenities at him. Meta (“Beyond”) World Peace, he soon became announced as. Good one, Ron! LOL
I can savor the irony in that one! Over and over…… But I digress.
NOW, savor THIS:
The internet, as you’ve known (and feared it), Sean “becomes a sidechain”….(O, Mary, Mother of Jesus, SAVE US!!!!) “of the Metanet.”
Because I gather THAT’s The Plan…..of the REAL Bitcoin (BSV….it’s a singularity….not because I “believe” or because it is “guaranteed to win”. It is a singularity because it INTENDS to absorb the entire Cryptosphere….and even though the nice English Lady doesn’t like the rude Aussie PHD in Theology, Law and Computer Science..and thinks he’s “certifiable”…I caution: Hold your noses, lads and lassies….and amarynth…..maybe have a few BSV in reserve….just in case….worst case scenario…… the gobbling up……. actually happens!
But really, now ,,,,we have yet to determine if that is THE BEST thing for society…or worst…that can come out of the Cryptosphere…..so perhaps some rigorous analysis is in order……in place of prior passions, prejudices….and fears.
The Material, guys! What Jack Davies actually says. Need some help with that, if you have IT training.

Don’t let those really bright African Kids outstrip ye too far, mate!
I can’t explain exactly what the man is saying…but Saker or Amarynth or other IT trained pros might be able to help us Luddites out a BIT….I hope.
I think it may be important. You see, I am on the look out for singularities…..that means open, exploitable FLANKS, Sean. Remember, Darth Vader (Dick Cheney) said the worst mistake they (The Empire Luciferians) ever made was allowing the Internet “out of the bottle”. LOL. Courage, my man!
I suggest we struggle with this Metanet thing, because we might soon be arguing over it quicker than we can say “Blarney Stone”.
And hard as it might be to believe that anything could ever get better………that just MIGHT be …..a GOOD…. and not a bad thing!
Bro. are you saying that Dennis has passed on?
I notice another longtime poster, Parrhesiastes, who was also elderly, is also absent.
Ah, the Blarney Stone. Been there, done that. One of the few things the asshole Birts didn’t steal from us, that, and our sense of humor, at least we have one, can’t say that for brits. Yes Bro, we are on the internet, but what happens when it gets blocked or throttled by the controllers, there are controllers, yes? In China, it’s contolled, in the west any carrier that doesn’t like your content can deplatform you. We all have opinions, mine based on past occurances in commerce world wide, pyrimid schemes abound………….and who invented block chain? Can you answer that?
Sean, yes, I can. But first you must know what a blockchain is. It is simply a ledger where the transactions (in and out) are kept in specific blocks, are cryptographically secured so that it cannot be altered, and the transaction are ‘checked and verified´in the process. So, not necessary to audit it in the traditional sense. It is open, on the internet, and everyone can see the transactions. It is software that runs on a peer to peer network, not on a server. So, I can run a node on that blockchain (and I have done so in the past). Blockchain, the software, can run with anything connected to it .. crypto kitties, or music, or video or money.
So, first, do not confuse blockchain with cryptocurrency. It so happens that Bitcoin was the first application, i.e., practical use of blockchain software engineering and technology. Just like email is not the internet, bitcoin is not blockchain.
Do a little homework ..
If the internet goes down (as a whole), your bank will not work, in future, your car will not work, probably your fridge will not work, your electricity distribution will not work, man .. eventually your water will not work because water is measured these days and turned on and off over internet applications. The internet will not go down (in spots for sure) because no commerce will take place and no credit or debit card will work.
Here is a bunch of blockexplorers for you. https://blockchair.com/
You can see every transactions, as it moves. It is generally considered to be a ‘trustless’ software system, because I don’t need to trust that one or this one, the software is open, and I can see how the blocks get constructed. So, if I send something across the chain, it moves via open software rules.
So now …
1991-2008: Early Years of Blockchain Technology
Stuart Haber and W. Scott Stornetta envisioned what many people have come to know as blockchain, in 1991. Their first work involved working on a cryptographically secured chain of blocks whereby no one could tamper with timestamps of documents.
Blockchain Structure
In simple terms, Blockchain is a peer-to-peer distributed ledger that is secure and used to record transactions across many computers. The ledger’s contents can only be updated by adding another block linked to the previous block. It can also be envisioned as a peer-to-peer network running on top of the internet.
In layman or businesses term, blockchain is a platform where people are allowed to carry out transactions of all sorts without the need for a central or trusted arbitrator.
So, there – that is where the software concept and first use comes from.
It’s hackable from what I just read, with cryto miners losing 1.1 billion just last year. So, just curious, if one gets hacked and loses their money, can you get it back, is it insured by anyone, or is one left penniless? And yes, the hack can be fixed, but the horse and money cart already left the barn. Can you get the horse and cart back? Just asking. The question being, is it’s so secure, one will never have to worry about being ripped off? One of the reasons I refuse to do internet banking or purchases.
Now I have to call it out sean … what is hackable? Tell me which blockchain was hacked? Careful what you read … there is perhaps more fake in this industry than any other one … because people do not know what they are talking about. I do not read any crypto news source – but I read what the developers say. A lot of the other infrastructure can be hacked. No insurance … we’re on our own doing our own thing! And I’m happy that way because I can clearly say … screw the State and the Governments.
But enough now! we are boring people …
If what I read was fake, then cryptoblockchain is the future, in an industry ‘with more fake than any other one’. You did just write that. In Canada, a guy holding the ‘codes to the kingdom’ died, taking the ‘codes’ with him, many people are turning over blockchains looking for their money, which they will happily $pend more on ‘experts’ trying to crack the codes and find their ‘cybermoney’.Hopefully, they have bread milk and eggs in the fridge, cause it may take a while to get their ‘coin’, if ever.
And yes, I am done with cryptoblockchains, until I need some for gas.
I was talking about news sources sean but may have not expressed it clearly. The technology is real and it is working and has been working for +- 10 years.
Because it is still relatively new, the news sources are very seldom good. It is just the same in geo-political news. So, no, the technology is not fake. The news sources are mostly as crazy and dumb as shithouse rats.
That holding the codes story is as fake as anything else. And bear in mind, it comes from an exchange (exchanges are mostly based on something like the New York Stock exchange). So, one has to be very careful with exchanges. There are peer to peer exchanges, which are generally more reliable.
Bro .. wait a minute. This Metanet thing? It is the name of a protocol – it is not the only one. It is just a piece and a very small piece in a minutely very small corner of the internet. From memory somewhere 2014 they made one called Blocknet – very similar type buildout of a protocol. There are hundreds if not thousands of these effing things.
A protocol is just that .. I’ll try and state it simply … ’cause I know you don’t fully get the technicalities. It is like a piece of software used in a technology stack somewhere to make computers or software talk or to fulfill another function … A protocol is a set of rules only. If they get used, they get developed into technical standards.
These are protocols : https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSGMCP_5.3.0/com.ibm.cics.ts.internet.doc/topics/dfhtl_conintro.html (well, not all of them but you’ll get the idea)
It is not the internet, and is not the new internet. Its a name. So, in reality, you’re advertising somebody’s protocol … (laughs) … really lol.
As far as the ‘new internet’, I’ll tell you now who is going to build that. Xi Jinping, who already has invited all interested countries to start working on a new internet, new protocols, new technology stack, etc etc.
@amarynth
Just by chance and wild guessing are these protocols possibly linked to the protocols of Zion in a kind of demonic linkage – both seem to have quite similar properties don’t they…??!
No HDan, they don’t have similar properties. You are probably making the mistake of taking a word that has specific meaning in the technical world, and trying to make it fit the political and the zio world. I can only think of a silly expressing …. Its like dishing up rice with a spade in your kitchen – Spade does not fit in kitchen but in garden. So, protocols as in Zion do not fit in the technical world. A technical protocol is simply a set of rules that can be expressed in written code or programmed and has very specific technical meaning.
Some of you should really go for a programming course or two? No? Or go and read the OSI (open systems interconnection) model at the very least – as you are using most of that model when you are communicating here. It is question of engineering.

Worrying developments: https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-06-13/2-tankers-damaged-after-suspected-torpedo-attack-near-strait-hormuz-oil-soars
I have never heard of torpedoes jumping out of the water close to impact. That must be a new technology to prevent too much damage to the target?
Let me guess, which nation in financial bad weather would profit from rising oil prices? The KSA would never want that, would they?
Suddenly it starts to make sense, that the UK sent a bunch of SAS special operations men with tankers there, for ‘protection’. Could it be that they have stealthily booby-trapped the waterways there, to ignite the so eagerly wanted ‘conflict’ with Iran?
It won’t take long before whole DC and their ilks start yelling that the Iranians are to blame, I guess.
An Iranian vessel has rescued all 44 sailors, but I have such an idea that this will not be mentioned in the MSM.
Let’s buckle up…

Sputnik news eg has a summary of kinds of this synchronous event with sanctions and Japan Abe and foreign minister visiting Iran to be potential mediators….German Foreign minister has been visiting to stave off effects on useless pathetic EU non resolving the JCPOA thingy….my 2 cents…of course torpedoes to throw scary uncertainty out there in news…plus torps to easily blame Iranians intentionally as then no surface radar would be available for Iran to prove its innocence( wonder if there are any subsurface listening devices etc what radar coverage etc)…maybe a provocation so that USA will offer or insist via emergency UNSC meeting that they will escort all shipping and ” police “gulf of Hormuz…giving them the excuse for any action in case of “higly likely” scenarios they might invent ….perhaps……getting very volatile folks that the legend it must be Iran is becoming firmly established…..getting nasty….oh boy. Who is going to be permitted to forensically investigate the damage to the ships….to try and prove whodunnit?
The Gulf of Tonkin Incident redux. And swallowed whole, without question, by the presstitutes. And coming from the psychopath Pompeo, who was openly, openly, bragging of his lying just recently.
American author and long-time friend and lobbyist of and for Macedonia, Jason Miko has revealed a “memorandum” authored by one Louis Sefer ( or Sepher, Sifer etc. ), written this February past which is meant for all those on Empire’s payroll inside and outside the eponymous Macedonian state, along with all enemies of the Macedonian people everywhere, who are only ‘enemies’ because they are either the effect of the neighbouring states’ propaganda and/or have yet to understand that we ”are all Macedonians” ie; victims of Empire where the genocide of the Macedonian people and the theft of their historic lands and rich cultural legacy is concerned, are o different to any of Empire’s victims.
Memorandum
To: The professors, bureaucrats, analysts, politicians, journalists, cultural identities, the Government of Northern Macedonia and everyone who is on our side.
The Approved Narrative for Northern Macedonia
Since the government of Zoran Zaev of the newly-named Northern Macedonia accepted all of our requests, we believe it may be useful to distribute this memorandum in order to assist Zaev and his government. As you know, Zaev is of average to low intelligence and comes from a rather primitive country, as is Northern Macedonia therefore we consider it will be useful in keeping him on track where use of the name we have chosen for him is concerned. Finally, as you are reading this most people in the country still insist that they are “Macedonians”, that their country is “Macedonia”, that they are angry because the name was changed ( and the
way it was changed ) and continually refuse to use the new name.
For these reasons, we’ve decided to put these points down on paper which are primarily directed at the Western world, with the aim of discouraging any concept whatsoever of a “Macedonia” or “Macedonian people”, and anything to do with them. We know in the West most people are not interested in the truth and will accept whatever we tell them. As we know, today the truth is neither important or sought after.
Remember, if you control the language you control the debate.
Points;
It’s important to demonize every Macedonian that wants to keep their name, identity, history and culture as “nationalists”, “pro-Russian”, “radical nationalists” or other offensive phrases. Take care to note that these people must be branded as “provincial”, as uneducated, poor and over-attached to their name and history and as such, do not want their country to modernize and move forward. As much as possible try to connect them with Russia, insinuate that they are receiving money from Russia, that they are working for Russia, receiving money from Russia, that they drink Russian water, that they consume Russian vodka, eat Russian salad and attend the Bolshoi theater, whatever.
Continue to demonize the political right in the country, especially the VMRO-DPMNE, we do not want them to get back into government and destroy all the progress we’ve made. This is a party that believes that the past is important and aims to build on the premise that Macedonians have for centuries laboured under occupation and have fought and died for a country of their own. This party must always be characterized as racist, nationalistic, full of hatred and you must tell everybody that this party loves God, its religion, church, land and history, and everything that makes them unique. Every good global citizen will be sickened when they hear that such people still exist.
Always refer to the government of Northern Macedonia as pro-Western, insist that they are pro-NATO, pro-EU and progressive. Kindly ignore the Socialist past of Zaev’s ruling SDSM party, and should anyone remind you that his coalition partner, Ali Ahmeti began his political career as a Marxist, divert the argument by calling them
Albanian and Muslim haters, and in so doing, change the topic. If it’s pointed out that Zaev’s government is redistributing wealth and property, is aborting unborn Macedonian babies, is redefining the term ‘family’ to the point that it is no longer recognizable and that he considers free speech dangerous then call them “ultra-nationalists”.
Promote the word “Northern ” under the letter “N”, where and whenever possible, even where it’s not appropriate. Be creative with the new name and enjoy yourselves. Remind the people every minute, every day
of the new name. In January, The Open Society Foundation and it’s founder George Soros ( peace on his name ) wrote a report using the name Northern Macedonia 118 times. Everyone reading this memorandum should follow his example. We want the Macedonians to become “Northern Macedonians”, their history to become “Northern Macedonian”, their food to be “Northern Macedonian”, their children “Northern Macedonian” ( those that aren’t aborted ), and so on. Everything connected to the Macedonians must become “Northern Macedonian”.
Use every opportunity to remind that ‘back in the day’, Macedonia and Greece were involved in a deep and heated confrontation, and use every situation like our friend Edward Joseph, to point out that now between
the two countries there is peace, love and lasting light. All you hear nowadays is ‘hallelujah’ ad ‘praise the Lord’,
between Greeks and Northern Macedonians. Both peoples are so enarmored of each other that they are ready to jump into each other’s laps at ever opportunity.
Remember, the lie continually repeated becomes reality! This is our plan – repeat our lies before our chosen
public, before the Western people and they’ll believe you. Do everything as we’ve instructed and people will doubt the sanity of those who still insist on remaining Macedonians. Who knows, maybe one day, you’ll actually convince these Macedonians that they are indeed, “Northern Macedonians”.
Translated from the Macedonian ‘Kirilica’ ( Cyrillic ), by Dimitar.
Thank you to journalist Milenko Nedelkovski @ dudinka.org, one of the few surviving pro-Macedonian sites in MKD.
Translator’s note: What’s interesting, apart from the shear unadulterated arrogance and evil of the mindset of those who consider it normal to play with peoples’/nation’s destinies, is their open admission that they are promoting a lie, which I have pointed out time and again here at the Saker the last few years ad ended up arguing with Greeks etc. who claim there are no Macedonians etc. Not only have we existed as a people in Macedonia for millenia, the ‘name change’ will fail. Macedonians have been renamed as Serbs, as Greeks. as Bulgarians etc. etc. throughout the various occupations of their lands, but have always known who they were and have reverted to their identity as soon as the occupiers left.

Feed the Spirit:
Some people go to church to feed their spirit, me, I watch the birds and bees, sit amidst the threes. The spirit of a tree talking, the gate of a bird walking, the spirit soars.
For those who like to share. This requires two tools. A drill with a drill bit, and a hole saw. Hole saw; drill attachment for cutting round holes, used to cut the hole to install a door lock. Inexpensive, found in any hardware store.
Get a coconut. Try to find one that is not scored or cracked. Drill two small holes at the top of the coconut, drain the milk. On the side of the coconut (its equator) drill a hole with the hole saw. Hole saws come in various sizes, I like the 1.5 inch, but a 2 inch works also. Take a piece of wire aprox 2 feet long, I use 14/2 bare copper wire to deter squirrels but any wire would work. Thread the wire down through one of the top drilled holes then back up through the other. Twist it off. You should now have a coconut hanging by a wire with a hole on the side of it.
The recipe; Save any left over bacon fat (only bacon, it doesn’t go rancid). Mix bird seed into bacon fat till seed is wet and almost clumppy and one or two tablespoons of peanut butter to the mix. Pack the coconut with the seed mix and hang in a tree or balcony. Your feathered friends will love you for it and your spirit will be forever indebted.

“What is Truth?”, Pontius Pilate asked Jesus.
And what does that age old question have to do with this comment?
Maybe nothing….maybe enough to be surprising!
https://youtu.be/OqpwuJw7cxY
The linked website page says:
“Dr. Craig Wright, Jimmy Nguyen deliver Bitcoin’s truth at Oxford Union
The Oxford Union Society recently delved into a discussion about truth—the truth of Bitcoin, in particular.
Founding President of the Bitcoin Association Jimmy Nguyen and nChain Chief Scientist Dr. Craig Wright, the creator of Bitcoin and the man behind the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto, took the Oxford Union podium to talk about Bitcoin—Bitcoin SV in particular—and answer questions from the audience.
In his opening speech (0:42), Nguyen said, “In reality, Bitcoin is really about truth, and it’s not something people really think about, so I want to explain to you three things today: why Bitcoin was born for truth, how Bitcoin’s history has devolved from that truth to things that you probably don’t realize, and finally, how we, with Craig and our team at nChain and many partners around the world, are trying to bring back truth to Bitcoin in the form of Bitcoin SV and it’s true Satoshi Vision.”
“There’s far too many blockchain projects in the world. There’s far too many cryptocurrencies. Just like the world operates on a single, global, public internet, our vision is the world operates on a single, global, public ledger where the truth of information, title changing of property from one hand to another, the custody of goods and supply chain management is all tracked out in the open on a single source of truth, which is the Bitcoin blockchain ledger,” Nguyen added. (7:09)
Watch how it all went down:”
amarynth and I have had fun with a number of those projects. BSV might be the Truth….but the truth can get crucified….in one lifetime at any rate. This is a deeper, more interesting subject than I thought initially when I first discover it. I would still like to know where this tiny (but very threatening, conceptually, possibly VERY “disruptive”…) part of current economics, commerce, …and philosophy and culture…….fits into the bigger strategic picture.
Is Wright an Empire Agent??? Or is he a force for good?? In other words, could his life be in danger??? Like that of his former high school classmate Julian Assange. (That’s what I heard….interesting if true!)
I don’t know enough yet to stake my life or credibility on it one way or the other.
All I know (from observing this talk at Oxford University) is that Dr Wrigth seems an authority on his many subject matters of academic study and business experience…..and certainly is not phased by any questions anyone at Oxford among the privileged students and their professors …..could throw at him.
Many people who have been enjoying the “Crypto Cocaine Party”, as I call it ….outright detest him….for that….and his disapproval of their partying….and deviating from Satoshi Nakamoto’s Bitcoin White Paper.
Like amarynth…I have partaken somewhat of the partying (both the uppers and the downers….LOL) but I see Craig’s point and….actually rather like him….so far.
amarynth….not yet…not so far….and …maybe NEVER! But I would caution betting too heavily either for….or AGAINST……. CSW,
The truth they talk about in the linked video…ostensibly will be settled …in court….this year…in London.
Losing that case will be most painful, financially and for one’s ultimate reputation…in the tiny Cryptosphere of the moment…or the Macro Stage of World Society . Does Wright look like he’s worried to ANY of you???
With different perspectives, better depth of field and focus is aided. This is why most living beings have at least 2 eyes.
Well, this was predictable:
Pompeo blames Iran for attack on tankers in Gulf of Oman
A year or so ago I wrote that the 2 US political parties would both become totally Russophobic over the fake Russia-gate scandal. And just as predicted they have:
https://theduran.com/make-russia-prostrate-again-is-the-only-thing-us-democrats-and-republicans-can-agree-on/
That doesn’t really seem to have an end, the list of greater fools(mostly democrats) is similar to the sum of the parts adding up to more than the whole.
Indeed you wrote about that but you are not alone, or I should say you were not alone with that discovery because if anything, the Russian “question” is – and before that, the Soviet Union – which united the two parties in their common policy. In fact, we can say that nothing has changed, the US continues with her ideological warfare against Russia, the change which occurred in the 90’s had no impact in changing this attitude because Russia is still there on the map and on the geographical reality. Since Putin is there, that made their common policy to have a confirmation for their long pursued ideological “truth”.
I think, whatever Russia may do in terms of having good relations with US, it may not affect this pursuit by US policy makers, at least in a foreseeable future.
Here is an excellent documentary from RT …
Apples of discord. Sanctions bite back – EU Farmers struggle after losing Russian market
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5NHFrTwXQ80
(EU politicians remain deaf, dumb and blind as they are now calling for more sanctions)
I watched that documentary a few days ago on RT. There is presented the percentage of loses for each country after the sanctions, however, the loses are much higher in human price, farmers getting bankrupt, some committed even suicide. The biggest loses have suffered the Poles and what we see now ? yesterday the Polish PM went to US, had a press conference in the garden of White House together with Trump, making public the Polish decision to have permanent US military bases, signing different military agreements on buying warplanes from US and enlarging the numbers of US troops stationed in Poland, because of “Russia’s aggressive behavior”. He (the polish PM) didn’t forgot to mention that back in 1939 both Germany and Russia (Soviet Union) did attack Poland, partitioning that country. Why you think he said that ? just to pay attention on a loop of history ? nay, he did that because Poland has gone back to her old role of being a “safe yard” between Russia and Germany, in other words, being a country that is a wedge between those two countries, as in the past. Any alliance between the two countries (Germany and Russia), in any form, must be obstructed (as in the past), therefore the military bases. An interesting chess move, a dangerous one.
The sanctions are the best thing. Russia has replaced food imports with local production, and screwed the EU invertebrates in addition. As long as the EU is a spineless appendage of the US/Israeli Reich, a cordon sanitaire is called for. And kick EVERY Western NGO out of the country, ASAP.
Old Russia:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hlB1pGC1Us
Now it is growing in the funny direction. The US provides ‘proof’ of Iranian sabotage: Pentagon releases blurry VIDEO claiming Iran removed ‘LIKELY limpet mine’ from damaged tanker
And it is ‘likely’ (not even ‘highly likely’). Imho this is a nothingburger. There is hardly something to be seen, and in this time of deepfake videos this is no proof. Remember all those debunked ‘proof’ videos that the Russians had invaded Ukraine?
The mines itself is also no proof. In the shady trade of weapons almost anything can be laid hands on. The Iranians can attach a British mine, and the British can attach an Iranian mine.
But most of all, let’s think about this: These waterways with a large economic importance are for sure heavily guarded by satellites, radar, and surveillance drones.
Are we really to believe that the IRGC would do such an action, out in the open?
Considering the clumsy timing (attacking a Japanese ship when the Japanese PM is visiting Iran, even CNN is hesitating), the cheap scenario resembling a bad James Bond movie, more and more I see a ‘Skripalous’ script of the British.
This scenario is so bad, that they can’t even agree who saved the sailors. I have read three different ones already.
Cui bono? The Saudis, and the US fracking industries.
Time for popcorn. My guess is this hot air balloon is going to shrink quite soon.

The marmelade messiah – omg – I almost had coffee all over my keyboard lol.
This is very interesting. It is from the meeting of Mr. Shinzō Abe, the Prime Minister of Japan, and the Ayatollah Khamenei– on June 13, 2019.
So, it seems that Shinzō Abe brought a message from the marmelade messiah or the orange-crested cockatoo, to the Ayatollah Khamenei. This is the paragraphs of note:
“The Japanese Prime Minister told the Leader of the Revolution In this meeting: “I would like to give you a message from the President of the United States.” Ayatollah Khamenei responded by pointing out the ingenuity and untrustworthiness of the United States and argued: We do not doubt your sincerity and goodwill. However, regarding what you mentioned about the President of the U.S., I do not consider Trump as a person worth exchanging any message with and I have no answer for him, nor will I respond to him in the future.”
and
“Quoting the Japanese Prime Minister that Trump told him: “The United States is not after regime change in Iran,” the Supreme Leader insisted: “Our problem with the United States is not about regime change. Because even if they intend to do pursue that, they won’t be able to achieve it; just as previous U.S. presidents tried to destroy the Islamic Republic of Iran during the past 40 years, and failed. What Trump says, that he is not after regime change, is a lie. For, if he could do so, he would. However, he is not capable of doing it.”
Absolutely worth reading … Fancy that .. sending a message to Iran via the Japanese Prime Minister while Japanese vessels get attacked. Something is really wrong with this story … Can we all repeat together – attempted … “Gulf of Tonkin incident”?
The story is already unravelling :

And Moon of Alabama as usual is very factual.

I’m glad your keyboard is still functioning ;-)
This Japanese reply that they witnessed something flying towards them is really interesting. We can exclude torpedoes, they don’t jump meters out of the water to hit above the water line, like some trained dolphin in a show. That sounds like hideous technology to dampen the damage, a kind of *benevolent torpedo*. Sounds like an old joke about the meaning of tactical nuclear weapons: those are nukes that say ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ just before they detonate.
Ok, that leaves drones with a payload, the 21st century version of kamikazes. But hey wait, then we can introduce the same lame excuse from the US about the multiple drone attack on the RF airbase in Syria: they can be bought on e-Bay, so the operator can be anyone. Checkmate.
Another interesting thing: when the logical conclusion is drones, than how is the IRGC apparently needed for removing an unexploded mine? Something doesn’t add up, does it?
And still I read three different versions of who picked up the sailors. They have nothing to do with this I guess and it’s fine that they are safe, but really… this defines the reliability of the ousted official information. It’s Skripalous.
MoA is to the point, as so often.

2) As far as the lie that I’m mining user’s info for Bitcoin… Matrix doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about, and is repeating a convoluted lie he heard from Voat shills ages ago, and shows that as a tech-illiterate boomer who thinks technology works more like magic than anything else, and that he doesn’t understand how Bitcoin even works in the first place.
Firstly, no one on planet earth can mine a bitcoin with user info. That’s just… not how it works at all. And I mention this, because this is how you can know Matrix is lying.
Bitcoin mining is done by solving math problems, and it’s really esoteric cryptographic stuff that spooks the average user, but essentially, bitcoin miners solve math problems to mine bitcoins. No one on planet earth uses personal information to mine bitcoins.
Ever.
Because that’s just not how it works. That would be like trying to put maple syrup in your car’s gas tank. It just… doesn’t work. Matrix is talking utter nonsense because he’s tech illiterate when it comes to using anything more difficult than facebook, youtube, or a smartphone.
Look, I’ll try to explain it as quickly as I can:
The fundamental problem cryptocurrency needed to solve to work is that when things are digital, they are not scarce. Think about how Napster and the MP3 file disrupted the music industry. Prior to Napster, you could spend 20 dollars on a CD. After Napster, those songs could be COPIED as MP3s and suddenly, there were millions of copies.
Digital files are, by definition, not scarce. You can copy digital files. If you tried to make “digital dollars,” well, anyone could turn into a counterfeiter overnight and just copy all their hundred-dollar-bills over and over and over. We’d have mad inflation, because when you go from analog to digital, you remove scarcity.
So how can you create a digital token that has value, if you can just copy and paste those digital tokens?
You have to create scarcity, and build it into the system.
The way this was done was by creating the bitcoin blockchain. The blockchain is actually the first solution to a really old compsci problem called the “Byzantine General’s Problem.” I’m not going too much into that, but essentially, the blockchain ensures there are a LIMITED amount of digital tokens on a network, that they can’t simply be duplicated by anyone with a computer.
A limited amount of bitcoins are contained within each “block” on the blockchain, which serves as a reward for the miners who are processing all the transactions on the network. And essentially, a block works almost like Jeopardy, but with math:
The block gives an answer, and then it challenges miners to solve for the inputs.
So if I was to water it down, pretend we’re in a group, and I tell the group that I have a fifty dollar prize for whoever can tell me what two numbers I combined to give me an answer of 100.
The first person who solves for the two inputs wins the 50 bucks…
So now it’s a race!
One person guesses that the two inputs were 90 plus 10. Wrong!
Another guesses that it was 2 times 50. Also wrong!
Another says that it was 200 divided by 2. Still wrong!
The permutations are huge here, and this is pretty much how bitcoin mining works. It’s a competition and the miner who gets the right answer wins and is rewarded with the block reward:

The more powerful your hardware, the more CPU cycles you have, which means the more guesses you can submit to the network before the other guys out there do.
No personal information is EVER used in the process, by anyone on the planet because that’s just not how it works.
Matrix doesn’t know this, because he’s an absolute moron, and just spouts off whatever he thinks sounds scary and incriminating, even if it makes no sense."

Neon tried to use supporters' spare computing power to support his site without fundraising…but…after making 90 cents in 2 months…..lol:
"….. I finally ended and uninstalled the mining application in April, less than two months after I started, because people are dumb and easily spooked and kept getting false positives from their retarded McAfee crapware applications:

"Seriously, Matrix is just pants-on-head retarded for thinking anyone can use personal info to mine for anything in the first place. He’s just hoping his listeners are dumb enough to take the bait and not understand the actual situation.
Which, frankly, I think many of them are right now, unfortunately.
Look folks, this is a WordPress site, and that’s no secret. WordPress is one of the oldest and best established open source publishing softwares available today, runs on something like 90% of the major media pages online, and anyone can drill down to whatever they want in the guts of my site and see what’s running in it. They’ll need a knowledge of coding, of course, but it’s really easy for anyone equipped with that knowledge to see that there’s nothing malicious here. It’s all pretty standard stuff, like php and mysql databases.
Really, Matrix is hoping to exploit his listeners ignorance on this front by spitting out a scary-sounding lie shrouded in technobabble that sounds correct to the uneducated listener, but is ridiculous to anyone who knows the real deal.
Actually, if you want to talk about potential data mining operations, you need look no further than Matrix himself. I recently opened up the guts of his browser extension, which he keeps pushing, and this is what I saw."

Neon isn't Craig Wright….I doubt if the Oxford Union will invite him to give a lecture….but I don't think I would get into it with him in a crypto-fight. Just yet. LOL.
I have just added English subtitles to this German documentary made by Dirk Pohlmann about Reagan and the Cold War.
On dtube:
https://d.tube/#!/v/terje/wg58v04g
It starts with the sabotage against the Yamal gas pipeline in 1982, and continues with how the US Navy made very realistic attack exercises against the Kola Peninsula (from approx. 13 minutes).
I found the bit about the ‘black op’ submarine scare against Sweden in the 1980s (from 21 minutes in the documentary) particularly interesting.
