Now that the UN arms embargo against Iran expires tomorrow, October 18, we must brace ourselves for false flag events that will be designed and orchestrated to be pinned on Iran.
In the aftermath of any such event, Iran will be demonized by the Zionist-controlled MSM as emboldned and reckless and their will be a manufactured clamor for the “international community” to take action against Iran, with the US taking the lead, closely followed by the UK.
Israel is not satisfied with the “crippling sanctions” imposed on the Islamic Republic, it also wants to see Iran isolated and disarmed.
Iran, Russia and China need to be extra vigilant.
2020 started off with Corona Virus and the killing of Soleimani but its still has 2+ months to go and the Empire is getting nervous.

Wow, is Iran now in a pickle…
P.S. Could the Islamic Republic’s conversion to yidaism help, perhaps?…
Two Songs of Love and Parting…
The Child Can’t Sleep
The hour’s late
And time stands still.
He’s tried so hard
With all his will,
To keep the faith
And make the leap;
Don’t know what it is,
But the child can’t sleep.
He went to bed
At the usual time,
Read and reread
His favourite rhyme.
Prayed to the Lord,
‘My soul to keep’,
Don’t know what it is,
But the child can’t sleep.
The gloaming came
Then moved along,
The sandman’s well
And truly gone.
The midnight hour,
Here as we speak;
Don’t know what it is
But the child can’t sleep!
With the creatures of
The night, ululating,
With cacophanous
Cadences undulating,
All through the house
That crescendo it sweeps;
Don’t know what it is,
But the child can’t sleep!
The floor boards creak
The eaves they moan
The windows rattle
And the halls they groan!
When the night’s so vast
And you’re in so deep,
Don’t know what it is
But the child can’t sleep.
With the moon so bright
Kissing his cheek,
And the shadows in the room
Playing hide and seek,
So glad I took
That final peep…
Don’t know what it was,
But the child’s asleep!
*Time is a thief
that all good men must accept
will one day rob them blind
of all they have…
So Long
So long, dear friend,
It’s come to this;
Before we part
One final kiss.
Up on the hill
The fires burn,
From where I’m bound
There’s no return.
So long, dear one,
It’s been so fine;
Finer than
The finest wine!
To see your eyes
And cup your face,
To hold you close
In love’s embrace.
So long, my friend
Don’t count the cost,
The joy we shared
Cannot be lost.
I know one day
We’ll meet again;
I don’t know where,
I don’t know when.
So long, my dear
I hear the drum,
I can’t believe
The time has come;
Of all our nights
Spent so blessed,
To put the learning
To the test!
So long, dear friend,
However brief,
We stood our ground
Against the thief.
Come then, alas,
With one last rhyme,
Let’s raise a toast
For one last time!
Farewell, my love,
Farewell, my dear,
The day must come
To face our fear;
The things you gave
I took to heart…
How it hurts
To have to part.
Dimitar with your moving verses you
softly demonstrate the powers stirring
our souls. Man is infinitely to love for them.
But man is too good in the paradox
that only the bad can conceive
how bad the power that be use to be
Only the czar of a land as large that
no one can conceive it might be free
enough from geopolitical desire
as well as an emperor in a Land with
5.000 years of civilization in a Land
also large enough for the inward genius
This is to dig with
for all of us
blinded by desire
it’s Capricorn the timeless universal
border-keeping Saturn’s magic
feeding this year
man is a sailor
of the cosmic seas,
but doesn’t know it
Babuska,
in reply to your ACU comment in last café :
I do hope the video is widely seen – but I fear it may not be. Think of the present Facebook and Twitter censoring of the Biden and son revelations ; the non reporting of the Assange hearings ; the Youtube shutting down of Vernon Coleman to name a few. I’m really quite worried by the effects of the covid measures. After all, deny an animal normal behaviour and it slowly goes mad – and we’re just animals being denied our normal behaviour.
We’re prevented from visiting family or friends – even if they’re ill / dying,
We’re walking around one way systems so we don’t even see each other,
We’re wearing masks – I keep ( uselessly ) trying to smile at people – I can already see a blankness in people’s eyes.
We’re being denied any sense or possibility of community,
We’re being forced into social isolation.
Hmm now I wonder, who would benefit from this ? Certainly not you or me. And the constant threat of tougher measures mean there’s a sword of Damocles hanging over us – with no end in sight. If we ever get back to normal ( not the ‘ new normal ‘ ) I wonder how much PTSD we’ll see ?
As for your granddaughter, keep giving her +ve messages to counteract the programming. My experience of education was more like a processing to teach conformity, good timekeeping – and to know your place in the world. Some learning too – enough so you could be put to work at the end of it. No encouragement to think for yourself though – and a crushing of anything but the most mundane of ambitions. Maybe I was unlucky – but I don’t see people getting smarter – as you say, everyone’s watching superhero films.
Babuska, I’m sorry to write you such a miserable post.
Keep up the good work.
Hi sandinED
Thank You for your kind and thoughtful comment.
Here’s another legal case being filed in the English Court, soon
https://www.henrymakow.com/
I’m all too aware of the potential repercussions, but we must stand up for what we know to be right ,as time is running out. This is one very experienced person
We used to live just fine without internet and mobile phones. The important thing to know is our own sovereignty. We’ve seen great leadership. The rest is up to us, wherever we are.
Peace and strength to you
Oh my! Are we at the Café with Samuel Beckett?
https://www.britannica.com/biography/Samuel-Beckett
We are either with 1969 Nobel Prize for Literature winner or his doppelgänger
That is Beckett, no doubt.
Pour toutes les femmes dans cette Café : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9lukUxH1N8
We are in illustrious company then, at this precarious, critical time for our beautiful planet.
I studied Beckett in third year History of Ideas unit at University. He was a masterful playwright
Ioan, I for one will dance in the virtual aisle with you
How are you dear friend?
It’s OK with the dance, I’ll take that chance par excellence. On how I feel, let us better skip it this time, thank you and all good people here for being so kind.
My dear ioan
It is good to close our eyes
And Dream
I don’t like to pry or push
I do hope that you are getting the Care
you need
I know how it goes
in this world
It is, as Dimitar says
that we are sailors
on the Cosmic Sea
So let’s close our eyes
And sail away
And Dream
Sacred Earth Divine Mother
https://youtu.be/QXuzw5pc9T4
I think ioan once wrote about care, and how important it is. It can be long lasting, and sometimes grow tiresome but then it is not true care, as true care empathizes and knows when to stay away, trying to care with thoughts from a distance.
Sometimes a brief look in someones eyes when they see you, even a stranger, has the element of truest care that lasts a while, recalled in memories.
The earth is full of recurring, bountiful care and goodness, only humans are capable of evil.
Care does not fuss, is not selfish in interests towards the one or many receiving attention, it does not labour well intended goodness, unwanted because it is not necessary, nor pontificate about virtues undertaken for others, or with others, but is silent.
Only the moment of recognition by the one receiving care, that brimming over second of gratitude, goes beyond even silence, and can span time and inspire music and verse, all manner of true goodness from true care.

Hi t13,
Ive always found this Christian zionist ‘thing-ee’ absolutely intriguing
Do they realize that zionism is an ideology – not a religion?
Do they realize that if they were to read ‘Revelations’, that in the end of days jews are supposed to convert?
If that ain’t a contradiction – I dont know what is!
Do they understand that Armageddon means the “end of the world as we *know it” – meaning that because of the word ‘know’ its do with our *consciousness / awareness?
Do they realize that even if Armageddon is to be a *physical-world event (eg nuclear holocaust, or some such) – which means no one will survive to be *vindicated (which is what theyre actually seeking – a form of spiritual pride / self-righteousness that boils down to: ‘I’m going to heaven’ but you’re not’)?
When you think about it its a more sophisticated version of ‘Trust the Plan’ – but dont ask what the Plan (God’s Will) is
The danger is of course that we know that thoughts are a form of energy – and if enough C-Z’s believe in this delusion (ie false belief) that it can reach a tipping point (said scientifically, a critical mass) and hence a self-fulfilling prophecy
Regards
Of course with Trump’s cabinet being mostly comprised of swamp creatures if not fully-fledged foaming at the mouth evangelical lunatics there is every chance of the “sell-fulfilling prophecy” scenario unfolding.
You talk about “a critical mass”…just me but from where I’m standing his appointments are 90% of the way there!
I came across a joke a reader of Moon of Alabama says is circulating in the Russian internet.
In it, Heiko Maas proclaims that Nord Stream 2 will be finished. A journalist asks, ‘But what about Navalny?’. He responds that ‘Unfortunately, Navalny doesn’t produce 55 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year.’
(I’ve been warned before not to post comments from other websites, so I’m only paraphrasing.)
I must honestly say I don’t really understand the joke. As I don’t speak Russian, I doubt finding the original Russian text is going to be easy.
Anyone else come across it?
Awesome one Joey…a wee bit of mirth to help us through all this endless neoconservative nonsense is a much-needed respite. Thanks for sharing this with us.
And just a thought…maybe Navalny doesn’t produce quite that much natural gas but I reckon Pompass comes pretty close!
Cheers

What I did not mention in the previous conversation is the fact that my precious second son introduced us to GunsNRoses.
That son became addicted to heroin.
My journey with him during that time taught me that not only was there absolutely no political will to eliminate drugs from our society, but the exact opposite: that there was too much lucre to be made in the entire industry surrounding drugs: pharmaceutical as well as so-called illegal drugs.
Breaking down familial and community bonds was very much part of The Program.
From my old text book:
“Beginning in the 1950’s drug companies began to market ‘anti anxiety’ drugs to compete with older barbiturates…by the mid-1970’s these new drugs had become so popular that…Valium was the most commonly prescribed drug in North America and Europe. Valium and…Librium were being taken on a fairly regular basis by between 10 and 20 percent of adults in the western world.”

These days we know about endogenous morphine -endorphins- but how many lives have been destroyed by the drug trade which has grown exponentially and with impunity?
Similarly, in the chapter on Emotion, Pleasure and Pain, we read a section on Testosterone and Aggression. Not one word about how males are treated by their caregivers, schools, work places. But we girls witnessed abuse and violent punishments wherever we went. And girls could also become abusive. Not a word about any of that.
And here we are, fighting for our lives as a species and Planet.
Babuska,
that’s a very powerful post. I won’t reply to you with something trite. I’ll have to properly contemplate what you’ve said before venturing to say anything in reply.
Babuška,
you’re such a star

thanks dear sister
May I quote you and paraphrase? I have been doing a lot of reading about the coincidental increase in medical and recreational marijuana states and the opioid and meth crisis.
Okay, Maggie here again with the piece I want to paraphrase and use elsewhere with or without attribution, as you wish…

Hi Maggie
My first haiku started where one of Dimitar’s left off, in our previous Café:
from the depths of hell
to the kingdom of heaven
the journey of soul
These topics are an ongoing discussion in this Café: our individual soul journeys in the context of the One
I don’t know who you are and I don’t know for what purpose you wish to copy
I do know that we live in an extremely litigious society
I have accredited the author of the book I referenced in what are my lived experiences.
With best wishes
Thanks…I will make sure credit is given where due if used.
Litigious is an understatement
Thank You Maggie
We go forward in agreement and Good Faith
Peace and Strength to You
Dear Babuška
Your words, poems and prose peeled back onion layers of pain and emotion.
Big Pharma is and has always been about profit and never about health. Every natural human condition has been made into a ‘disease’. For example:
Boys who wanted to gaze out the window in class and dream of flying or who jumped and ran around in the playground – not allowed, they must be sedated to sit still.
The mantra of the 60’s and 70’s – ‘ a cup of tea, a Bex and a good lie down’ will fix all that ails women at home. When Bex was proven toxic, the drug of choice was Valium.
Birth control pills might have been a okay, but now our waterways are flooded with estrogen.
Menopause was regarded as a ‘disease’ to be treated with pills and now proven, cancer causing hormone replacement.
Today we have a society brain washed into thinking that every ill must be treated with a chemical pill. Not too long ago every sniffle was treated with – ‘take Codral and soldier on’.
And don’t get me started on the massive push for a vaccine to fix everything. If vaccines are so safe, why are scientists pushing for Vaccine Injury Compensation Scheme.
https://www1.racgp.org.au/ajgp/coronavirus/australia-needs-a-vaccine-injury-compensation-sche
The drug trade (illegal and Big Pharma) is big business.
Hi Babushka I’m so happy to see you back here.
Yes we’ve seen it all, haven’t we? The boys getting the cane on freezing winter mornings. In those days asthma was common. Boys had to take their punishments without shedding a tear, otherwise they’d be taunted for being sissies, and that was worse than death in our chauvinistic macho society.
Thalidomide was another medical tragedy, and the tragedies just kept piling up, which made me terrified of even taking the contraceptive pill.
For every problem solved, new dilemmas appeared.
And here we are…
If you’ve seen James Corbett’s report on the Great Reset, you might agree that the daimons are truly out of control, as the world they think they are creating, is going to go the same way as everything they do-unsustainable wreckage.
If you read the Britannica link I put up for Sam Beckett, you will see he won not only the Nobel Prize for Literature, but also an award for his part in the French Resistance.
We are once again, in a fight for our lives, and the life of our beautiful planet.
I hope you will visit here more often and I wish you and all in your family strength and love
Thanks Babuška for your kind words.
I visit the cafe every day, to read the amazing flow of creative writing. I am in awe of the mental and emotional energy required to sustain such ongoing contributions. Big thanks to all the ‘poets in residence’ – who have the skill to condense reams of wisdom into pithy poems.
Our reading choices and experiences have much in common.
The mental health of granddaughter much improved after a week at Gaia retreat (founded by Olivia Newton John) – and pampering with yoga, pilates, meditation, massage, mindfullness and wholesome eating. Not a pharma drug on site. School has resumed after spring break, so we will see what unfolds as she now commences Y12 studies. Let’s hope that the outgoing Y12 students, who start the HSC exams tomorrow, have the right head space to succeed.
Yes we are in the fight for our lives… on so many levels. Best wishes to your family.
I’m so glad to read of the nurturing your granddaughter received- from her family and the wonderful people at Gaia. Your granddaughter is blessed.
In my perfect world, every one who suffers a major loss, illness and/or trauma, would receive such Care. The last time I saw Olivia, on the internet, I read that she was in Stage 4 cancer , and she still looked beyond amazing.
Being a yoga teacher in your past, you may be familiar with Sacred Earth

Greetings from Qld and hope to see you here again, soon
Until then, stay well
Thanks for your good thoughts, sharing and Cafe Care, read and appreciated by so many.
Moon has a reasonably detailed summary of a report by doctorow about the recent Atlantic Council’s new high or low in arrogance with its strategy to bring Russia back to submitting to American global hegemony as Europe did long ago. (Yes, seriously).
https://www.moonofalabama.org/2020/10/more-pressure-on-russia-will-have-no-effect-.html#more
Moon’s article quotes from the doctorow report extensively as well as Lavrov’s scathing commentary and response.
Does not seem any question that this is a coordinated approach; I have linked previously Engdahl’s article on the RAND “study” and the malignant encirclement of Russia by NATO. Cassad has linked to a study by the Kagan’s institute for study of war (sic), also previously linked.
Again, the Atlantic council, with its vipers nest of neo cons and zionists (prob no distinction) seems to be striving to achieve new levels in its arrogance and delusions to pump up its support for moar confrontation and moar funds for the MIC, i.e. US arms sales. Indeed, esper has recently called for more funds to challenge “the threat from China and Russia.” (sic)
Doctorow as quoted by Moon writes that:
Of course, under the dictates of the Democrat-controlled House and with the complicity of the anti-Russian staff in the State Department, in the Pentagon, American policy towards Russia over the entire period of Trump’s presidency has been one of never ending ratcheting up of military, informational, economic and other pressures in the hope that Vladimir Putin or his entourage would crack. Were it not for the nerves of steel of Mr. Putin and his close advisers, the irresponsible pressure policies outlined above could result in aggressive behavior and risk taking by Russia that would make the Cuban missile crisis look like child’s play.

On a somewhat related matter, however, German Foreign Min Heiko Maas has reportedly stated that Nord Stream 2 will be completed. Some reports previously indicated that Maas in his statements and calls for sanctions related to the navalny absurdity was competing with pompass for the “diplomatic” clown of the year award.
Maas did say that it would be completed but the question is when.

Finally the progressive Liberals in the US have reached core-meltdown condition, the shock of the red wave sends them straight into cannibals territory (where they belong as can be easily demonstrated from logic), the whole is fueled by the endemic stupidity of the whole construction, now they fall prey to their own machinations.

I predict that some bankers will jump from tall buildings once trump gets elected, (possibly a near landslide). For fool me once, (Hillary), shame on me, but fool me twice, (Biden), shame on you.
We might be currently witnessing the slow death (of a thousand cuts), of the democratic party.
“We might be currently witnessing the slow death (of a thousand cuts), of the democratic party.”
Oh dear, you might then only be able to vote for a single side of the same coin.
I imagine the dead pan face of Wolf Blitzer CIA-CNN on your Clown Coin With Only One Side, in the above link by HDan……………. of Nancy P Lousy Liar telling Wolf that he has to cut out being an “apologist for the Republicans”.
That took steely self control of Wolf not to break into fits of uncontrollable laughter.
AND: He didn’t even grin a tiny bit!
But I sure did. A LOT. And frequently, for the last few days, ever since I first saw that video.

For all that were concerned what happened to Ollie Richardson and Stalker Zone site, they are both active again.
I noticed, thanks! Many very interesting articles appeared on Stalker Zone lately. The one which fascinated me most is the one about Stalin’s fight against globalism during his last days. Here is the direct link, if moderators permit me:
https://www.stalkerzone.org/historian-evgeny-spitsyn-stalin-was-the-first-to-start-the-battle-against-globalism/
Interesting, the Eugene Spitsyn article…
If politics is downstream of culture, (why is the corruption, ruination, and abomination of culture of so much interest by those with power, think about it), then history is better presented by those in arts and the religions, and the best are natural historians anyway.
Re Stalin, the re-writing or half truths and fabrication of Russian history is of the greatest importance, – naturally, how could that not be the case ? by those with western interests, persuasion, and bias wherever they are.
Stalin’s ignorance and posturing, was a noted and accepted personality trait. An example being with Marshal Tukhachevsky, who was the extremely handsome and intelligent commander of the army aged 25…
Stalin received and acted on first hand military information, advice and help from Tukhachevsky. This had to be conveyed to Stalin cleverly, via pretext, so that it appeared the advice was not directed to him solely, or with intent, then it would be absorbed and acted upon by Stalin, times without number.
Tukhachevsky was shot by Stalin in 1937. The composer Shostakovitch, who was a close friend of his, blacked out when he learned this, experiencing his death as bis own.
Time heals all wounds, imagine, not just some, and life moves on, but the great Russian creators of music, literature, art that are admired by the world, these continue to live and inspire as testimony of their era.
(Testimony, the Memoirs of Dmitri Shostakovitch as related to Solomon Volkov)
@Tuppence
Somewhat more direct, culture is the base operating system of a society, it defines how input is being processed and output expressed.
According to the Predictor USSR, culture lies at the levels 1-4 of the generally sufficient theory of control, which of course is not a theory of culture, since such cannot exist (E. Voegelin, as there cannot be a theory of evolution or history) but rather a way to describe a society, a Nation and allowing scientific predictions regarding the future.
In order to change a society fundamentally one must change it’s cultural base.
The overlords know this obviously very, very well and always focus on these levels 1-4 (Worlview, Chronology, Factology, Economy) very carefully with great persistence.
One could put them as anwsers:
1. How are things to be percepted ? (this is mostly sub-conscious)
2. Where does it stem from ? (What is the ground)
3. How are facts to be interpreted ?
4. What are we doing to secure the material persistence of our society ?
In oder to become sovereign beings – a pre condition – to become sovereign as a nation, we must recognize how the structure of control looks like and how it works, uncovering what is to be hidden from us by those who know it very well and use their wisdom against us to enslave us. There is no way around this fact.
For us Christians the gospel is giving us the ground, the foundation which is essential but not sufficient.
Well said HDan
I guess that’s why ‘they’ will cut out our feet from under us, by whatever means, in order to maintain their objectives and controls.
To this day I struggle with people who glibly tell me: perception is reality.
You have clearly explained what I tell them, but they’re not listening because they are right and I’m dead :-)
Culture my friends, and religious spiritual aspects of the same, bores a lot of people, as they do not have the knowledge, or understanding of art or the true spiritual life. Hence it is much easier and more satisfying to deal with abstract concepts, they are quantifiable, measurable, like statistics.
Truly, politics is downstream of culture.
One way at least to get this, was the recent historical article here including Constantinople, and the democratic teamwork of peaceful nations that led to the creation of Hagia Sophia, and St Peter’s also. This is civilizing, cultural Christendom in harmonious effect, and afterwards, came ruin, ongoing travesty of the spirit that has led over the centuries directly to the crisis point where we stand now.
But Babuška, you are struggling with people who tell you perception is reality, so you perceive perception as illusion, or non existent ? I never thought of that before ; )
Dear Tuppence
Thinking of my old friend RWEmerson I put into my search engine the following quote: “we see the world, not as it is, but how we are”
I could not find it in a quick search under RWE but there’s a whole page of search results.
HDan elucidated the necessary four steps from raw perception to perception of reality.
Of course raw perception is sacrosanct to the individual.
However, humans have all kinds of programming and filters, prejudices etc so when they say their perception of an external event is reality, there is margin for error. Often great error which then gives rise to all sorts of problems and calamity.
All art and creativity lives, only when it receives the oxygen of acceptance by others.
Equally, art gets stolen, hidden or outright destroyed.
In my days as a relationship counselling and conflict resolution mediator I learned for once and for all, the truth of ‘none so blind as will not see’ and in essence, the stubborn presence of all seven deadly sins, first of which is pride.
Having said that, there is a very old tribe of the human family that has spent thousands of years not only capitalising but outright exploiting that very fact of human conflicts and their perceptions.
Right up til now, when they are preparing every human intended for servitude to be chipped so that there will be no deviation from The Program. There will be no free thought.
The rest of the useless eaters are to be disposed of.
Problem solved, they believe.
Erroneously of course,
Since they are not in charge, by a very ✨long ✨shot ✨
The discussion is on human sovereignty and therefore from the family to the greater community: interdependence.
That is now being shattered by the usuals in their psychotic grab for total subordination.
Thank you dear Babuška,“we see the world, not as it is, but how we are” your quote from Emerson, I would prefer to read in context, and naturally what you have written is an experience, but I tend to try and see the mountain peaks of human perception capability, that is knowing in it’s pure and unadulterated form.
I am no philosopher, but to view perception as an illusion, or the result of subconscious reaction, seems to me to come straight out of outmoded, obsolete psychology textbooks. Thinking at it’s best has moved on, look at quantum physics as example, move on !!!
The base thinking that reality does not exist in our minds, does not potentially enlighten thoughts to positive action irrespective of the blurred experience or shadow bias of any moment, is pervasive evil, the prime cause of so much suffering and confusion.
Reality is a spiritual facet of consciousness, a total reality.
Now, perhaps I’ll wait hopefully for greater minds than mine ;) or further viewpoints from other’s to emerge here or in another Cafe, that will be fine ; )
There is none better than Beckett, Tuppence, Waiting for Godot being possibly his best known work in the subject.
So, what’s interesting to me, at least, is the fact that I’ve been a Christian all of my life, in and out of churches. When studying Beckett, in a course themed ‘alienation in religion’, I had four children attending Catholic schools, two of which were GPS boarding colleges. I now cringe, but at the time I knew no better.
I felt a terrible split, in reading and thinking about the lives of the characters of Godot, which were the products of Beckett’s mind, and therefore Beckett, and the life I was living, with my children who to this day want nothing to do with God.
Beckett himself was vehemently atheist, having been raised by an autocratic mother AND Irish Catholic Church.
My lecturer was an erudite, wonderful woman who told me personally that she was in Paris when she heard that Sam was found in an hotel garden with stigmata.
All these years later, I acknowledge the miracles of God, genuine science and the universe: all real but beyond full explanation that will make everyone ‘happy’
We are left with the sorrows, joys and mysteries of our enchanted universe
Our individual and collective Journey, eternally corrupted and brought to the point of extinction at the hands and minds of true satanists.
Or Kurt Vonnegut…
Yes perception is reality; every word Vonnegut wrote, came from his very real perceptions and experiences…
Reading his words on hideous and depraved human behaviours that many cannot even begin to imagine, the reader laughs out loud while tears stream and blood chilled…
That was my reality, reading Kurt Vonnegut,
In these wide open, sparsely-populated spaces which had been settled by convicts after they had ‘cleansed’ most of the indigenous people
I used to say to anyone who would listen: Australia is the one country in the world that can learn from every other country’s mistakes. We have everything going for us.
They said I was too idealistic. No one told me how I was being too idealistic, so I stumbled on…genuinely believing that this edifice called civilisation which was being erected on the faulty, cruel, shoddy and shabby foundations of genocide, lies and hypocrisy was by design, destined to self-destruct.
Everything Vonnegut wrote about, some of us knew to be true: eg serious scholars or immigrant/peasant like me whose families survived WWll. We grew up with the scarred remains of humanity; their stories and their neuroses and everything else that constitutes the human condition.
From “A Man Without a Country”:
“If you really want to hurt your parents, and you don’t have the nerve to be gay, the least you can do is go into the arts. The arts are not a way to make a living. They are a very human way of making life more bearable. Practicing an art, no matter how well or how badly, is a way to make your soul grow, for heaven’s sake. Sing in the shower. Dance to the radio. Tell stories. Write a poem to a friend, even a lousy poem. Do it as well as you possibly can. You will get an enormous reward. You will have created something.”
Finally, for now at least:
“But if you make use of the vast fund of knowledge now available to educated persons, you are going to be lonesome as hell.”
Thank you Tuppence for your insights, humour and unfailing tendency to provoke in a number of ingenious, quirky but always thoughtful ways
One more thanks and praises to you for your comments, your thoughts in response to mine, including those below.
The point I was trying to make I am not convinced at all has been understood, never mind, it is hard in a few words to communicate what I have tried to do. It is crucial on an existential level, for life, wellbeing and the future of our planet no less.
As for my comments, well, sometimes the point is to approach a discussion, theme or whatever from an oblique angle, to attempt to make a graft into a process, to illicit change through challenge, satire, humor, or poems, whimsical musings.
The art of journalistic writing to the same end, or in similar vein, is no more, and barely tolerated here, hence many of my comments are deleted.
This is because of ambition and fear, although any amount of ideas and ways of denying this will surface !
Here in the trenches a trend is quickly turning into fact.
The elderly are starting to wonder what happened to the appliance industry, they remember when a thing of importance lasted for 20-30 years, now it’s 4 to a max of 8 years and the financial burden can be a significant one.
The ones with money simply buy again and chat to family and friends can you believe another appliance went.
And the desperate elderly are spending less and reducing their needs, figuring that if the thing is going to die a quick 4-8 year death anyway (the new normal), why spend more on something when you can just a easily, spend less.
Its no problem naturally, everyone is making lots of money from the new normal, but it raises the issue of, is your success directly dependent to, or at, someone else’s expense, rather than say, contributing to it.
I tell them its actually the politicians fault for if they mandated a truth in design and manufacturing clause ( a 15-20 year warranty of the thing), the 4-8 year reality would legally become extinct along with the costs associated with it.
It is called planned obsolescence, a strategy devised almost a century ago by the CEO of General Motors, Alfred P. Sloan Jr, as a strategy to force consumers to keep throwing away old models of cars and buying new ones. The principle has been extended to all branches of industry ever since.
Shall we talk about throwing away perfectly good mobile phones because the manufacturers no longer release security patches for them? I can run a modern operating system (any distribution of Linux) with weekly updates on a 10 to even 15 year old PC, but not a 3 year old mobile phone?!
It really is a scam, and the only way to prevent it is to regulate the industry. However, we live in a world where tech giants can strong-arm whole countries, so I won’t hold my breath…
“It is called planned obsolescence” aka built-in obsolescence
Totally agree with your call for industry regulation – but unfortunately for all of us – regulatory authorities in each of our countries are allowed to fall victim to *Regulatory Capture – becoming ‘owned’ by the very the industries that theyre supposed to be regulating – banking and finance being the most well known examples, pharmaceuticals another one

Of course on a grander scale *State Capture is when the *pivotal positions of a nation’s institutional ‘architecture’ and a sufficient swathe of its economy falls victim to 5th columnists as we’ve witnessed of the Z-O-G’s of Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Sweden, UK, US (and generally the member states of the EU – which is in reality a banksters’ cartel and where national referenda to ratify EU treaties are either totally ignored or the member-state is forced to vote again). So much for ‘democracy’!

Alabama,
Yes, we can “thank” the Japanese for normalizing the end of life time warranties, and engineered obsolescence, in addition to paying for a warranty for a product!
Not to mention computerization of things that do not need computers at all! Cadillac was the first American carr manufacturer to computerized their cars, and the computerization led to mechanical failures by design, exactly as it is with appliances, where they can be hacked especially with the Internet of Things, that people’s appliances with smart meters are connected to against the will of the owner!
And Vault 7 hacking technology! A money makng fraud scam for the unions! Brotherhoods sworn to secrecy about their spying, data theft, data sale, and hacking rackets!
This country is full of losers! Perveted freaks and thieves! What a racket, and it is why America will never be MAGA as long as the surveillance state is free to data farm and violate people’s 4th amendment rights, thereby also violating people’s 13th amendment rights, in illegal enslavement as well as endangering people’s lives and selling data to people who are accomplices in crime! Many of these freaked out, perverted, predatory, psychos do not even hold any security clearance at all!

Col in reply to your comments last café :
Your explanation of ColDUM made me laugh so I replied to you as ColDUM as a joke. Then it occurred to me this was maybe against the rules so I checked and it had not posted. ( Or maybe I wrote it and then had a brain lapse and forgot to click post – that’s perfectly possible too. )
Anyway, I agree with most of what you said though I’m not so sure about the gentlewoman …. or the scholar, but other than that I agree with you. I never take pronouncements from on high as gospel – no matter the credentials. I always ask 3 questions, does this make sense, who benefits and what is the evidence. Actually I find that most often the first question is enough. If everyone would just make it a habit to ask that one question, the control and manipulation we see all around us just wouldn’t be possible.
I’m pleased to hear you have a good pedigree, delighted to know your not connected to the Maxwell clan and I love Max Kaiser – if I’d just taken his advice to buy Bitcoin more than ten years ago, when you could get it for nothing – I’d have a lot more money in my pocket today.
Anyway Col, whatever you’re called, ColDUM, you’ll still be, to coin a phrase, a gentleman and a scholar.
There is no fiercer critic of British Russophobia than yours truly. Disgusting and unforgivable. Yet…
How is it possible for the British to deal resolutely with the Euro Reich while the Russians are going through the five stages of grief following the EU sanctions?
https://sputniknews.com/news/202010181080808200-michael-gove-tells-michel-barnier-ball-is-in-your-court-amid-fading-hopes-for-a-uk-eu-trade-deal/
Compared to Russia, Britain is tiny – it has no guaranteed trading agreements and the putative Trump deal is far from a done deal. So, what’s their secret? Why cannot Russia be more resolute? Genuine question.
Ken, I would like to kinda fix one thing first. Kindly bear in mind that this is amarynth, the person, and not necessarily the Saker blog worker. This is my own voice and does not represent the Saker blog excepting in the principle of stopping empire wars. If I do a blog thing, it is usually clear, but this is just me chatting with you, eye to eye, and not a formal ‘blog’ answer. Can we go with that in mind?
Your question: “Why cannot Russia be more resolute? Genuine question.”
It is a good question and to be true, I truly feel your frustration. But we have a different way I think of looking at this. Lavrov said in his speech at the Valdai Club, that the type of change we are involved in now in our world, may take eons or an epoch or something, just a hell’of’a’long’time. I stuck my head under my arm and despaired of course for a moment but I know he is right. So, we need to build patience into the mix. It is a big thing this thing of international law vs rules based international order. Even from that perspective alone, it looks a formidable road to travel, if one wants to not shoot the other guy.
My view on this is that Russia is being as resolute as they can, outside of outright war. My perspective is that they push it as far as what they can push it, but I think with the latest Lavrov, Russia put down some red lines – just gently. We also know that they will not ‘shoot first’ but if you don’t listen to Lavrov, you *will* listen to Shoygu. In a sense the modern nation state is coming out of adolescence only now. I am only talking about the modern nation state as she exists now and not the civilizational history.
We’re dealing with the modern Russian Nation State now for about 20 years. It is been a rocky road for them but good heavens, see what they have accomplished.
In reality the answer to your question may be as simple and as rotten as deep racism. I studied Cecil John Rhodes and his making of Rhodesia, which is now Zimbabwe and also much of the African era of colonial powers. Looking at these kind of people and reading their words, it is clear that nothing is prized more than being ‘English’ and the rotten values to others are too clear in this colonial epoch. Russia is involved in nothing less than building respect one for the other, in a time where there is no respect .. not from the English, nor from the Europeans. They are in their civilizational genetics convinced that they are more equal than others.
So, let me ask you a question. Where do you think Russia can push more, without taking resources from their own development, and also avoid a shooting war?
Dear Amarynth,
Thank you! Despising the British (or English) colonial history is fine but does not address the question. In which case the Russians should surely hate the Germans (“Europeans”) who have ALMOST destroyed Russia for good. No? Let Indians and Kenyans deal with the British – even you do not mention the EU once! Why?
The question was genuine – if a fourth-rate European country can say …. off to the EU, what is stopping Russia from saying JUST ONCE – “you have overstepped the mark and you will now pay the price.”
Is Russia so deprived of levers of soft power that it has to reply with war to a set of sanctions? The EU will ignore it – they can just keep sanctioning and
I am currently writing an article in which I shall mention more than a dozen methods in which Russia can push back and prevent the complete encirclement and humiliation by the Nazi hordes. For the time being, here is something from one of my previous comments:
Dear xxxx
Your observation ties in nicely with what I wrote in “The two clicks to midnight”. The time for procrastination has gone. The geopolitical situation is dire and a blase attitude now equals appeasement. Push back, hit back, show the beast that they cannot keep killing and plundering with impunity.
This is a war of extermination and those who try to laugh it off are as guilty as the perpetrators.
So many methods, so little time:
Create an extraordinary ministry for European action and staff it with capable patriotic young people. This should be a hybrid melding foreign office, intelligence and security functions.
Urgently up your propaganda game. Tell the truth and disseminate it–that shouldn’t be hard (shame on you RT)
Plan and implement a sophisticated programme of sub-threshold harassment of diplomats and biznyes partnyors
Close down BND networks in Russia and the surrounding countries. You know it’s worth it.
Urgently neutralise German and EU NGOs funded by various macabre “Stiftungs”
Support restoration of a Slav-friendly Northern/Eastern Germany
Sanction, arrest and persona-non-grata anybody who threatens Russia
Support all anti-EU initiatives and create others
Explain in no uncertain terms the consequences of Slav vassalage to the German Euro Reich
Invest heavily in creating fissures within the EU. Blackmail, traduce, neutralise.
Leverage Brexit to increase the pressure on Germany and its vassals
Invest some of that inert gold in creating tensions between the Germans and the effete French
Work on recouping some of the geopolitical losses in Eastern Europe – by all means available. Make the Bulgarians’ life hell and communicate to the Poles that they will be the first to experience the therapeutic benefits of Cobalt salts (Germans to follow).
The most important thing is to signal a metamorphosis of Russia from a friendly bumbling bear who sometimes growls when inconvenienced (Mishka from Masha and the Bear) to a lean, mean geopolitical machine which makes its enemies pay–not “secretly” but openly for the whole world to see. Lives of Russians cannot be a currency for striking dodgy geopolitical deals. Next time the fake Sultan kills a Russian, DO SOMETHING, don’t sulk and withdraw tomato favours!
Anyway…
Dear confused Russian foreign ministry wonks,
Please remind the Germans that in the eyes of God and humanity their state is an irredeemably evil criminal enterprise that hasn’t suffered even the minutest fraction of the misery, pain and heartbreak that it has gifted the world during its short yet malodorous existence.
Remind them that there will not be a third time–only a Wagnerian fiery holocaust.
What you see as a fourth rate eu backwater, was for 400 years the ruler of the international waves……..you think they tossed that off over an eu marriage, think Five Eyes plus a BolshiYid me son……..you fail to understand the long arms of the Mammonites. They want it all. That they hide under the international rug hoping no one from Tel Aviv to The City Of London to Wall Street notices their usurious lechereous behaviour……..seems more than a few missed it.
Germans sit on the throne of England, England sucked Germany into a war with USSR, you really think Germany committed in forty years what the Brits couldn’t do in four hundred………so sad, I have to laugh.
Cheers, M
Part II
Tell the truth about the failure of de-nazification and of the continuity between the EU and Hitler’s Reich.
Invite German business partnyors for confidential meetings in which their disposition and usefulness to Russian goals is gauged.
Most important: Assume a forward posture in your dealings with the arch-enemy: Not a step back. It is all about pushing back German hegemony – hopefully not by military means.
Organise a large presser in which Mr Lavrov explains clearly that any further infringements or infractions by the Euro Reich will be met with concrete, painful countermeasures (note – not unidentified “responses”).
Stop all forms of “co-operation” except humanitarian ones and expel a good number of EU spies and bureaucrats.
Threaten to stop dealing with the EU and to move to bilateral relationships.
President Putin was very clear as to who is Russia’s arch enemy – and it’s not England.
He didn’t talk about Cecil Rhodes – I did – in the context of Chris Patten’s Sinophobia. He talked about a very different enemy which is now attacking Russia again.
Please tell me – all those saints, heroes and victims celebrated in the new military Cathedral – which satanic force produced those? England?
Thank you
Part III
Create a Committee for a Free Europe in Moscow and staff it with patriotic Europeans who do not wish to see another German-led crusade against Russia. Bismarck’s grandson WAS IN MOSCOW in 1945, not in Berlin.
Revive a Slav Committee which died in 1948 but do not repeat Stalin’s blunders of including enemies of the Slavs (e.g. Ustasha colonel Mesic).
Activate the Russian Orthodox Church as a potent force in the struggle against fascism (I leave the details to you).
Part IV
Before any of the above become necessary, change the tone of your public statements. I see that Mr Lavrov has started to shift his statements towards reality of the situation. Russia is not guilty of anything. Russia has nothing to apologise for. Germany-led EU is the aggressor (together with the Anglo-Saxons). For every unfriendly statement, reply with a true statement. Here is an example for the first-year students at the diplomatic academy:
“Exhibiting an extreme lack of grace and gratitude, German politicians have been ramping up their attacks on Russia which, they should be reminded, has been instrumental in the survival of the German nation both in negative and positive senses. The former refers to the refusal by the Soviet and Russian leaderships to extract a just price for the genocide of the Russians and Slavs more generally and the latter in Russia’s (we can now say misguided) support for German political and territorial ambitions. From this day onwards, the Russian leadership is intent on reminding Germany of this profound truth and restoring some of the geopolitical balance lost in the ruthless expansion of the imperialist EU project.”
Have a list ready of small-scale retaliatory measures for e.g. destroyed statues etc.
Excellent suggestions Ken!
I hope the Russian leadership does implement some of your points and quickly …
The enemy had a head start (during the 90s) the hour is very late, and the gangrene is spreading (e.g. good idea about the Orthodox church but some of the churches have already been infiltrated…some of the Patriarchs are Trojan horses..)
Dear Amarynth,
Each of the above suggestions merits a separate article and can be tweaked infinitely to suit the moment/context.
Honestly, I could think of dozens more if I were to study specific areas (economy etc.).
Thanks – let’s hope our Russian friends are regular Saker readers :-)
Excellent suggestions, Ken Leslie.
Tour de force.
Thank you very much for these.
Dear Bawelisa,
Thank you very much. Can you please enlighten me as to why so many people refuse to see this?
Never mind – we carry on regardless :-)
Part V
Give the Russian people a sense of expansion – not territorial but spiritual, cultural and political. Deal resolutely with any attempts to denigrate Russia. Do not shrug or laugh it off, take it seriously. Navalny today could mean thousands of lives tomorrow. Every anti-Russian statement is followed by a hard slap in the face. After 10 of those, they will think twice. If not, you haven’t lost anything.
Do not give your enemy endearing names – it’s as appropriate as a LOL in the face of the relentless offensive.
Do not identify with the “white Christian b……” coming from the European alt right. Their Christianity is not yours and to them you are blacker than black (which is the paramount reason for not denigrating black people).
Punish the treacherous Turk in Syria/Armenia but support him against the German imperialists.
Deal once and for all with various columns which weaken your ability to resist. It’s doable – look at the West.
Start teaching the real history of Europe (I’ve hinted at some of this) and particularly the role of the Vatican in the destruction of Russian lands and people.
Start showing real interest in the Balkans. They might or might not survive but the success or otherwise of the Western offensive crucially depends on your ability to control this region.
Finally, be vigilant – the enemy does not sleep. It is hard but it is the only way.
You: “My view on this is that Russia is being as resolute as they can, outside of outright war.”
Agreed. Russia (and China) is playing the long game – and *genuinely seek to create European markets for their exports, ie create trading partners – long after the dissolution of the USA (as Austin Fitts says they’re using the election to create the Civil War (words to the effect)
In the meantime both Russia & China have to contend with the monstrous propaganda directed by Western so-called ‘liberal democracies’ but which is believed by the uncritical thinking sections of their populations. These idiotic sentiments one can often see posted on social media sites
Regards
T
“Why cannot Russia be more resolute?”
To not be “resolute” is to be “irresolute”.
Definition: “uncertain how to act or proceed : vacillating irresolute legislators.”
Can you give examples of where Russia has clearly been “Uncertain of how to act, vacillating”?
I can’t. It’s very easy to mistake an action – or indeed a non-action – in our lights, by what we personally deem to be resolute and therefor correct, because we dont know what another sees as being correct action, nor, indeed what their goals are.
If tere’s one thing I think modern Russia under V.V. Putin has never been it’s “irresolute”. Throw you mind back to the issue of Crimea, after the Kiev Maiden!! Within days the Russia had upset the apple cart, shocked the Americans, taken Crimea back into the Motherland – she’d only been asked for this since 1990 – and America were left with egg on their faces.
Never forget “Russians take a long time to saddle up, but when they are, they ride like the wind”
Thank you, Pamela,
I’m just wondering if they shouldn’t start saddling up now – buistro. Time is running out.
Lol.
Well Mr Leslie, what makes you think they aren’t? Just because you can’t see something doesn’t mean it isn’t there, dont’ you agree?
I’m reminded of an interview I saw a young lady from RT making with Sergei Ivanov [when he was head of FSB] during the run nup to the Sochi Olympics, just before they opened.
“I cant seen any security” she said rather nervously. Ivanov laughed “the security you can’t see is the best there is – it’s the one doing all the work. The security you can see isn’t doing much actually”.
Why would Russia make clear her intentions in detail?? The enemy can only act to oppose them, making life more difficult.
And maybe Russia, with all her massive, highly efficient State security arms, her secret agents, knows just a little bit more than you and I, do you think? Maybe they can see it LOOKS as if things are bad, but in actual fact they really aren’t that bad.
Maybe they do have plans, which are slowly maturing, not yet ready to be launched.
On the launching of the offensive in Syria, V.V. said, in answer to a question of “why now?” “50 years ago the streets of Leningrad taught me one lesson; if you see a fight is inevitable – strike first”.
I’d suggest he has information such that the deduction is that a fight is not “inevitable”.
One thing I am very sure of Ken. The President who grew up in a city still raw and half destroyed, with such appalling memories of the indescribable horror of war, who lost his own brother and came close to never being born, from a war, is never, ever, going to allow one to happen on Russian soil as long as he has breath.
Dear Pamela,
We know who President Putin is but he is not omnipotent. As I said, it is all good and well saying – oh, we have secret methods for getting back at them but retribution must not only be done, it must be SEEN to have been done.
Things are as they are. The enemy is 300 miles away from Moscow – think August 1941. Is this good or bad? I would prefer to see Armatas moving on the heart of the EU Reich. Wouldn’t you?
Thank you
” I would prefer to see Armatas moving on the heart of the EU Reich. Wouldn’t you”
NO, Dear God, No.
I never want to see anything like that happen, it’s my prayer it never happens again.
I’d like to see a new way of thinking – which I think Russia has. It’s to follow Sun Tzu, and win the war without fighting battles. To so know both yourself, your enemy and your situation that you can manipulate something in the context of your time, that you can achieve the end you need with disturbing the peaceful skies children are playing under.
And from all I see, that’s exactly what Russia is doing. Putin has made it clear, that if they have to, they will launch Armageddon “as the leader but also as citizen of Russia I have to ask myself, what use do I have for a world with no Russia. ”
There is a facet of a very strong character, being insulted by those it knows are weaker. I’ve never referred to this before, because it’s very personal. But often, a very strong person, like a very strong nation, holds their hand, and tolerates minor insults and spits over and over – because they know, that if they let loose with justified anger, they will utterly destroy that insignificant insect.
I dont think Russia is into making gestures. They are too adult. I know, I often think – “come on, let fly, expel them from the Embassy and close down relations with them”, but no more. Russia has what even her arch enemy – Churchill – acknowledged, which is Graciousness.
Maybe the time will come when she will have to start being more attacking – but I suspect they know what that would take, and that it isn’t there yet.
Hi Pamela
I’m really glad you invoked Sun Tzu who said: “Every battle is won before it is fought”
Its amazing how many people forget (or choose to ignore) that VVP is a martial arts exponent
Without detracting from your insightful comment about having a strong / weak character, one of the incredibly astute (some would say counter-intuitive) aspects of martial arts is – rather than *resisting/blocking an opponent’s forward thrust/attack one actually uses their opponents own energy to neutralize them
Regards
T
Yes, thanks for reminding me of that Tyson.
I remember, during an interview, Putin was asked “it is said you have said that learning Judo and it’s central philosophy has been a guiding light in your life. Is this true”? and Putin replied “Yes, to bend, to give way at a certain point in order to win the point later, to have respect for your opponent and thus yourself”
As you say – this almost certainly has helped guide his method, along with the many things taught in Intelligence and Law, both of which mandate for the cautious, guided, planned approach.
In his early days as Prime Minister in 1999 when they had to stop and defeat the terrorists in Chechnya, he said of his first acts “but I knew, first we had to sort out the departments at home. The Army had no idea what the FSB was doing, the FSB was throwing out orders to everyone, no-one was working with anyone else. I knew we had to become one team, working as one unit, or we would be defeated”
I can just imagine those saying “Why isnt Putin doing something about Chechnya, he is being weak, afraid, vacillating, he will lose Russia to the “Main Enemy” — all unaware that he was doing what had to be done, building foundations for success, which he achieved.
It’s a different way of looking at things I guess.
It’s a bit like the “forced error” in racquet sports – which I once played a lot. You play to a strength but softly, you entice with a softer return to be where you want, then when your opponent is off base you smash home your winning shot.
Sport teaches us lot about how to conduct ourselves in life, sometimes. :-)
Yes, all good points
Regards
Think about how many millions of irreplaceable lives would have been saved had Stalin attacked in June 1941.
Stalin in 1941—and when the Germans did attack, he went into
“a state of psychic collapse which verged on a nervous breakdown. He was confined to his room, unable or unwilling to participate in affairs of state.” per chapter 13,” The Dark Days” from The 900 Days, The Siege of Leningrad by Harrison E. Salisbury.
It appears that the immediate effective top leadership consisted of Molotov, Malenkov and Beria who were the most active in a Committee for State Defense ( June 30) Later, when Stalin recovered himself, then more were added. Others were sent to Leningrad to fight the good fight. Zhadanov, Voroshilov.
It seems unlikely that the leadership of Russia today is indulging in fantasies about being able to trust or control the situation with the deep state actors now controlling the United States Foreign policy, both military and diplomatic. But, Mr. Leslie, your contributions are always thought provoking and well written. I look forward to them.
Dear Teranam13,
Your comment deserves a detailed reply.
-Stalin might have collapsed but anybody with a modicum of conscience would in his place (I said as much in “Two clicks to midnight”). Imagine the pressure – and yet he was also an exceptional military and political leader.
– I didn’t quite understand the second part. Any country can exert a measure of control over its fate – let alone Mother Russia. The key is not in the amount of money (Russia has enough) but the will to resist and creativity and willingness to improvise.
Thank you very much for your positive assessment – I try because of readers like you.
@ Ken Leslie “Think about how many millions of irreplaceable lives would have been saved had Stalin attacked in June 1941.”
No, Ken, you cant do that, honestly. It’s being terribly linear and one dimensional in your thinking.
Nothing, just about, in this world is a singular, linear, A –> B event. There are complexities woven through each event, each life, like a highly patterned, multi-threaded cloth of many colours.
You have to take into account multiple contexts, which from this distance of time we probably just can’t do. It would be like me saying “if only I hadn’t done such and such, and gone to Australia, I would have gone home to Wales and been happy”. How do I know that? I might have met a terrible person; been killed in a house fire; caught a frightful disease leaving me paralysed – and saying “if only I’d gone to Australia”
You can’t wish for the past, because you have no idea what it is you’re wishing for. You’ve gone past that one moment in your life, and have no idea of the many other threads it contained.
Maybe if Stalin had attacked in June 1941 other events would happened causing Moscow to be lost, and Hitler to win, leaving survivors saying “if only he’d waited a little, for them to invent the tank that saved them” and so forth.
Putin and team have to deal with what they have now – and I’d suggest that, like the proverbial iceberg, we can see but 5% of the whole.
Dear Pamela,
Please don’t lecture me on nonlinearity – complexity is my specialty. Actually, do lecture me :-)
Why not look at the huge list of options (none of which have been implemented)? Why not offer a constructive suggestion like I have? Perhaps you have some of your own?
“Why not offer a constructive suggestion like I have? Perhaps you have some of your own?”
NO, I have none, you know why?
Because I spent my life specialising in medical care, Biological sciences, laboratory research, the art of teaching and academic managership.
I have not one clue about how to run a huge, complex nation. I have never worked in Politics, in Public administration, in International Law, in International relations and International diplomacy. I have never worked for any Intelligence Unit, had one tiny lecture on Intelligence Information, nor on how it is used and implemented.
Consequently, I feel myself totally unable to “construct suggestions” as to what the man Running Russia – and many of his team – have spent their entire working lives training in, working in, learning and practicing in – with stunning success.
I would in fact, feel very stupid trying to do such a thing.
Leaving Stalin out of it, Ken I’ll tell you why I disagree with you
With the exception of Putin and Russian diplomats speaking their truth – quietly and clearly (ie in a civilized manner) what youre proposing is fueling the cycle of violence – keeping it going
This is what the 1900’s was about
Now we’re in the 2000’s
The no. ‘2’ is all about co-operation, balance & partnerships (we hear Putin and the Russkies using that word ‘partner’ often)
(Note: I’m not saying that numbers *cause different human behaviors/events to happen, I’m saying that numbers *correspond *with life here on Earth – and our understanding of it – in other words – nothing happens by chance!)
Regards
As long as the Russians are taking the approach of the crusaders politely and calmly, you are fine with that.
And why should they not “fuel the cycle” for once? Will you stop loving them if they start pushing back?
This is not directed at you but I am starting to wonder if the EU and especially Germany have not got their people all over the social media who are shaping the discussion and prodding the defending Russians to be on their best behaviour while the beast is creating new nations, sanctioning and positioning its agents in power a couple of hundred miles from Moscow.
Interested in your reference to the significance of the number “2” Tyson. I’ve been taking an interest in number theory, derived from Gematria – which the Jewish nation tries to claim as it’s own, ignoring Pythagoras, also that numbers related to life and words are inscribed on Pyramid and Temple walls of the Egyptian Dynastic period!!
There are a number of ways significance is being re-discovered – it’s an interesting new area for me, and not one that many share, so conversations in it are scarce.
AS to the the No. 2 – it’s been cropping up in my life so much the last few months, 22 especially, it was partly what drove me to do a little “discovery”. Lots of significance of that number, from the number of human chromosomes minus the sex determination one, and the number of Pyramids constructed along the Path of Peace.
I like your understanding too – that we are a millenia of “2” and that this does reflect a growing energy among humans which is growth towards those no. 2 characteristics.
After all, when talking of co-operation, balance and partnership – just look at the news out of Bolivia this morning [although, as I live in Ecuador, I’m afraid I’m going to be holding judgement completely for while. Traitors abound these days].
Thanks, and Regards
Hi Pamela,
yes I think theres two (Western) systems of numbers – Gematria which I havent looked into and the Pythagorean (his Theorem still taught in schools today) – saw that number could describe not just quantities but also *correspond with (not cause) human qualities
Having started my working life off as an accountant, I was shown the meaning of numbers years ago – and was astonished that when I did my own, my family members’ and circle of friends’ birth numbers – how accurate it was (I’m a skeptic – but not a skeptic if you know what I mean)
You may be fascinated to know that the number ’22’ is the Master Builder no. – so you may like to follow up. The Master Builder is the architect of not so much great and lasting edifices – but more of a philosophy, a system of belief, a religion, an economic/political doctrine, etc
I’ve found Aussie nutritionist and numerologist Dr David A Phillips’ book ‘Discovering the Inner Self’ the most comprehensive. He also marries astro-signs with Ruling Numbers to provide people with a composite picture of their nature
If focusing on just the Ruling No. (aka Lifepath No.) ‘The Life You were Born to Live’ by American Dan Millman (who you may know as the author of ‘The Way of the Peaceful Warrior’ – the one that a lot of people read to start them on their spiritual journey / journey of living consciously / sacred quest) is also a fantastic resource
I strongly recommend that if you’re continually seeing the ’22’ in your daily life that the Universe (i.e. all of life) is trying to convey a message to you – something for you to do. a book to read / a person to see/hear or a place to go to – in order for you to take your next step on your path of Life. (Not knowing your age – you may be in a Peak Pyramid year – exciting stuff!!!)
I’ll give you an example from my life. One day I was traveling approx. 250kms by public transport. Without the word of a lie I saw ‘444’ – 7 or 8 times – on car rego plates, the no. on buses, on train carriages, phone no’s on shop windows, etc, etc. I had absolutely no idea what that no. meant. For a while I just kept that question on the back of my mind (what some people call ‘psychological simmering’)
Of course I couldve meditated on it and received the answer – but that wouldve been way too intelligent – hahaha!
A couple of weeks later I was sitting around a lunch table – and someone sharing our meal volunteered (without them knowing my question) that ‘444’ is the no. of the angels. I knew in an instant that this was the answer to my querying. (What I didnt know at the time – I was critically ill – a knock / fall wouldve caused an internal / cerebral hemorrhage which wouldve taken me out).
I see now that that was the Universe’s way of telling me that I was in ‘deep doo-dah’ and I was being protected
Regards
T
Really fascinating Tyson – I hope your critical situation has been resolved, and all is well now.
Yes, Gematria I am getting more into but slowly. The “numbers are everywhere” is also interesting, as in finding the Fibonacci Sequence in the spiral whorls on shells of shellfish, and some flower seed beds, like Sunflowers, and the fascinating “Tesla 9”, where the balance of numbers 1-9 is shown, the adding of certain numbers always coming to the same sum, and the balance of the 3, 6, 9.
What’s interesting too, I to me, is how old this – that ancestors going back thousands of years not only knew of these number meanings, but incorporated them into architecture. Currently trying to find good books on sacred architecture, especially of Cathedrals, with the number meaning incorporated into it.
One of the people I’ve sourced has linked seeing 22 as a direction to a few things, also manifestation of things meditated on – but on that I hold my hand. Not enough information.
Thanks for those links, I’ll certainly be chasing them up
Thanks Tyson. That was interesting. 2020 is a very powerful number. Good year to use to bring in powerful changes for better or worse.
These people know what they are doing with numbers. Mastery of banking follows naturally from mastery in numerology.
“Russians are going through the five stages of grief following the EU sanctions?”
Lol again, er…. no.
Read articles from Russia, they are going through hysterical laughter at the paucity of the so called sanctions – of only 5 people, 2 or 3 of whom are already sanctioned anyway – and expressing massive contempt.
In fact, although I have many criticisms of them, this is a pretty good summation:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKnLCqbSKIc
Sorry, Pamela,
I meant five stages of grief re the “betrayal” by the EU.
Please address the main points of my posts.
Sorry Ken, dont take well to being given orders. Never have. Always did get me into trouble. I kind of see a “straw in the wind” and am stimulated to respond to it.
Sorry if this meets with your disapproval.
Fine. I refer you to the list of suggestions I bothered to think of. Yours are straw man arguments – I don’t even understand what you are arguing against.
You: “How is it possible for the British to deal resolutely with the Euro Reich…”
Ken, the most simple answer to your question is the that the 1 mile² of banksters’ head offices called ‘the City’ (and an entirely separate jurisdiction to the rest of the UK, btw) happens to be located in London, UK
For a geopolitics POV, Chatham House (annual Bilderberg meetings – from which all media – except NYTimes and WaPo are excluded – use Chatham House rules) is also in the UK.
Its ‘the City’ thats been ‘directing traffic’ globally for these past 300 or so years (of course immediately before WWI they set up a branch office in Wall St, NY (“the Empire State”?) by setting up the Federal Reserve (1913) and hence a century of global wars – “All wars are bankers wars”, See ‘War is a Racket’ – Smedley D Butler)
Remember it was JP Morgan (owner of the Titanic on which the 3 most vocal opponents of a US central bank drowned) who was sponsored by the Rothschilds
There’s also a little phenomenon called ‘British Israelism’ whether its a claim to *justify the state capture of the UK by a ZOG or whether:
‘And did those feet in ancient time
Walk upon England’s mountain green?’
– from the hymn ‘Jerusalem’, the UK’s unofficial national anthem,
I’m not sure
The nation-state of Russia and Orthodox Christians, generally, are hated by the tribe that control global finance and banking
Regards
T
Dear Tyson,
Smedley Butler stopped a ROMAN CATHOLIC plot against Roosevelt. Not Jewish! He was a true American and hated by the imperialists.
Again – what have the Jews got to do with the fact that the Russians are being attacked by the Euro Reich? The Jews were enthusiastic Germans and Austrians in WWI and hated and persecuted in WWII. They might hate Russia but there is only one constant in all of this – has been for a thousand years.
Are you saying that London’s power to defy the Reich comes from the City? Surely, that must be a good thing. I’m in the right place then – I have been looking for somewhere where they are able to say b….. off to the fascists. Venezuela might be even better. They are getting their gold back.
Ken, I see you’ve misinterpreted a series of facts.
1. I never said Butler was jew. I referred to his work as:
a) he was in a position to now; and
b) he established that “All wars are bankers wars” – and gave you the reference
2. You: “Again – what have the Jews got to do with the fact that the Russians are being attacked by the Euro Reich?”
Because: who controls global banking and finance? Hint: the first Zionist Congress was held in Basel Switz. Where’s the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) located? Of all the cities in the world? I think thats called rubbing it in our face
3. You: “The Jews were enthusiastic Germans and Austrians in WWI”. Of course they were as they knew that one of the many reasons of WWI was that it was a bigger crime to hide a smaller crime of the defeat of the Ottoman (Donmeh = crypto-jews) Turks who allied with Germany for them to gain Eretz Y’isarel (the promised land) not made official until 1948
– see the 1916 secret Anglo-French Pykes-Sicot Agreement carving up the spoils of te defeated Ottoman empire
– see the 1917 Balfour Declaration paying special attention to the wording
4. You: “and hated and persecuted in WWII”.
– They were not hated; they were incarcerated due to World Jewry declaring war on Germany in 1933 – remember the headline? http://judaism.is/images/5951judeawar.jpg
– they were acting as subversives within a country at war
– an official document ordering the systematic extermination has never been found – and you know how anally retentive the Germans are when it comes to detail.
5. Btw, why would they be hated? The jew V-P of DeutschBank was one of Hitler’s greatest funders. Have you never cast your mind as to how a nation that was destitute after WWI and crippled with unjust war reparations was able to fund its militarization to be in the position to wage war – just 20 years later? Are you not aware that US multinational corporations, eg DuPont, IBM & Ford Motor Co. just to name a few were still trading with Germany up to 1941?
6. You: “They might hate Russia but there is only one constant in all of this – has been for a thousand years.” If you’re referring to the Vatican, then yes, the *constant* in all of this is the Vatican (Jesuits = Soldiers of God, religious militants) and the zio’s have worked hand- in-hand for almost 1700 years!!!
7. You: “Are you saying that London’s power to defy the Reich comes from the City?” If you’re referring to the UK’s BrExit as “defying the Reich”, I’m saying:
a) after 4 & 1/2 years since the Referendum, Brexit is far from a done deal in spite of (NY-born jew) BoJo’s posturing; and
b) that ‘the City’ and the European Central Bank (ECB) are the *one-and-the-same power! (the elected ‘representatives’ in the European Parliament are merely hired help) As I’ve said before, there’s no *real democracy in the EU!!!
8. You: “I have been looking for somewhere where they are able to say b….. off to the fascists” Its the City and the ECB (and Wall St) who *are* the fascists. Mussolini gave us the heads up on fascism, [quote]: “Fascism should rightly be called corporatism – as it is the merger of corporate and government power.”
9. “Venezuela might be even better. They are getting their gold back.” I haven’t seen that reported – but as an aside the Bank of England (BoE) holds the gold reserves of 30 of the world’s nations (dated info now)
10. And, btw, it was Russia that simply airlifted vital supplies to Venezuela via two cargo planes – in defiance of the strangulating US sanctions – and the US ‘went to water’!
Regards
Just for the record, I’ve left this conversation (not in a snit fit or a rage quit or any of that :-).
So, I leave the convo lol … because what all is being done from here, might get me to incriminate myself and I find that I cannot talk as an individual, but what I do daily, routinely, starts getting involved. I also find Ken’s communication dismissive of any other input than his own. This is a observation, it is not necessarily a criticism. It is just an environment that I don’t thrive in. We’re communicating with friends here and I was hoping for a slow thorough conversation. All I can say, is don’t frag the fellow soldiers.
Seems to me Ken has a good list of suggestions for Russia going here. I’m pragmatic, a person of realpolitic. So, what will happen to those? They say talk is cheap, but money buys the whiskey. I want to see some whiskey from Ken and it must be good single malt scotch. Not nasty letters that go to file 13 immediately.
Even here The Saker refuses to interview with places like Sputnik, because they don’t want to tell the unvarnished truth – but it is done with manners.
As far as the suggestions that are within personal ability, I do not see anything that we do not routinely do here at the Blog – many Cafè’istas surely work at this. There is a continual educative process going on to those that speak here and at the various writer submissions .. we publish continual good and solid Russian information, and heaven knows, some of us ‘bearded ones’ are tired as old brunt toast, yet, we continue putting out the fires and Stopping the Empire’s War on Russia. Many here are doing their share.
What has happened lately is that the venom is more directed at China. The Russian venom is a little low key these days. We all know why that is. Because the ‘enemy at the gate’ cannot find their backsides in the dark with a NATO flashlight so the warmongers changed to try it out with China. If we follow analysis being done here, and over at Andrei Martyanov, that becomes very clear. Russia has militarily safeguarded herself as much as is humanly possible. The low key growling is working fine if we follow Martyanov as the penny is dropping in the West that military action will not be wise at all. They might find themselves permanently losing those backsides that they cannot find. I loved it that with the last Venezuelan threats, Russia simply parked two big-ass warplanes on the runway – what a way to influence eh.
Now, we have to have the cool heads prevail, otherwise we will see things in our world that none of us ever want to see again. The Start2 treaty that the US is playing games with is putting all of us, the whole world into a possible new arms race. The declaration of space as a war fighting domain against all treaties is highly worry-some. The dividing up of the moon (my good God!) by a few western countries is ludicrous. We have not even solved all the problems of the previous wars – we have major territory issues and in some cases even peace agreements still outstanding.
Russia will force respect for herself, otherwise the Europeans will just have to remain without Russia’s good conversation until they open their ears. Mutti Merkel will be devastated if she loses Putin – she is a spent force anyways and Macron is an election away from being removed – but the German industrial cadre is not stupid. The pipeline will continue and Russia is now taking the insurance and the final building on completely – all by themselves. I have the latest here somewhere but it will have to wait.
It is my view that shouting now is the last thing called for. The world is in a mess – ‘man shouting at internet increases messy vibe’. People flood to pools of sanity and where they find resoluteness. The Russian diplo core is developing. (btw have you guys seen that wonderful second secretary in the permanent Russian mission to the UN? He is a hot young diplo, and Lavrov is not stupid – they’re building up the diplo corps. https://twitter.com/Russ_Warrior). We gotto solve problems through diplomacy, but first, and this Putin and Shoygu did and continually upgrade, keep Russia safe from any war type incursions. And Russia is refusing any provocations and they have even lifted their ‘no first strike’ profile, saying .. uhm, if it looks like a missile, we will treat it like a missile and we if think there is a nuclear warhead, we will treat it like a nuclear missile. That is an altogether good place to be. It looks like China is a little hotter under the collar and they say .. yeah, bring it on if you want a beating!
We need to let the EU keep shooting themselves in the foot with their financial Reset, go bankrupt and deal with their own consequences. I however do sense a major change in the way Russia speaks. But it is still diplomatic and they still have manners, and they still respect international law and they will ignore the AngoZionist sphere if some respect is not forthcoming. The territory is now completely one of tit for tat, or reciprocity. They’ve put the EU kids in the corner.
It is a joy to see the Russian diplo core all over the world celebrate with Bolivia. Next is strengthening Iran and China will do a great deal there and I know the Iranians want to do everything themselves but they’re going to have to participate with someone.
I think it is hard to do better than to study the Russian diplo core and take a few quiet lessons. I’ll continue here at the Saker’s blog to support the activities to Stop the Empire’s War on Russia and broader. That is something within my ability. Strange to see some of us diametrically opposed if we talk Covid issues, but we come together completely when it pertains to Russia. That makes me very glad and is as it should be.
One thing I see Russia doing in this ‘war of words” with Europe amarynth, is to dismiss those who are, basically, irrelevant – if another contribution on this subject is not unwelcome.
Re Germany – the leaders of European nations are, as Putin said “a lot of bobbleheaded dolls who are oinking along” with the Hegemon.
These are words of immense and dismissive contempt. So – why would Putin and team bother to respond to anything they do. The people who matter in Germany these days, I would contend, are the big powerful industrialists and businessmen. And in Germany – they always have been so.
A little while back, when the Navalny Nonsense blew up, I remember writing here to someone – in fact, I think bets were offered and taken :-) – that the Nord Stream 2 would be completed, because the German businessmen wanted it. Their concerns have invested hugely in Russia; many big industrial enterprises in Russia are partly funded by German money, and the money men weren’t going to let that go to waste.
Moreover, what Russia wants and needs, is not to bother with the bobbleheads in Government, but those who matter to Russia, – and investment, industry, money, is what matters to Russia as she builds herself into a leading world industrial nation.
Should the Russian leadership indulge in the aggressive antics suggested by a contributor here, that flourishing and financially valuable partnership would probably be lost – and very much to Russia’s detriment.
So Russia, wisely, wastes neither time, effort, nor money on reacting to the antics of moronic idiots who count for nothing, while developing trade and cultural links with real people who count for a lot.
That’s the Sun Tzu way of fighting back, I’d suggest :-)
What is it about this long thread discourse that seems like another course on the seniors menu, despite, intelligence, links, good points and interesting topic – strike me, I don’t know, perhaps I’m having a bad day….
That was tuppence, no less no more, but really guys …
And now, covid sex bans :
https://www.rt.com/uk/503755-sex-ban-couples-not-living-together/
How long before we’re told sex is just too dangerous and is to be permanently outlawed ? ‘ If you want to have children you must apply to the Ministry of Procreation. If you qualify, we’ll do it for you in a test tube. ‘
How long before we’re required to wear a full body condom plus crash helmet with integrated gas mask just to go outside ?
This guy has been making videos lampooning covid measures from the start. They’ve all been funny. This is his latest :
https://21stcenturywire.com/2020/10/16/embrace-the-pandemic-mindset/
Bill Gates, who has no medical training keeps insisting that the majority of Americans that are opposed to accepting a covid vaccine are simply misinformed and are basing their anti-vax decisions on propaganda, misinformation, and because, well, they are simply too stupid to decide the course of their own medical treatment.
55% of surveyed Americans said that they would not accept a covid vaccine if they were paid $100.
1 in every 39 vaccines has resulted in injury, that has been documented, and undocumented injury pushes that vaccine injury ratio even higher.
https://www.globalresearch.ca/bill-gates-second-wave-covid-vaccines-next-year-first/5726799
Despite Bill Gates telling the national media how safe and wonderful his vacines are, here is what his vaccine company, Moderna is actually telling the government:
“[T]here can be no assurance that our LNPs [lipid nanoparticles] will not have undesired effects. Our LNPs could contribute, in whole or in part, to one or more of the following: immune reactions, infusion reactions, complement reactions, opsonation reactions, antibody reactions . . . or reactions to the PEG [a synthetic vaccine ingredient]… Certain aspects of our investigational medicines may induce immune reactions from either the mRNA or the lipid as well as adverse reactions within liver pathways or degradation of the mRNA or the LNP, any of which could lead to significant adverse events in one or more of our clinical trials.”
https://www.globalresearch.ca/playing-russian-roulette-covid-19-vaccine/5726786
Johnson and Johnson also halted vaccine clinical trials for injuries, and Asrtra Zenneca has been caught rigging things in their favor when injuries occur through data manipulation as well, which is not strictly a common practice in the entire pharmaceutical industry for all of its products, it is the business model.
Physicians are complicit accomplices in all of this and refuse to report adverse side effects which are experienced by the majority of people that take the drugs to the FDA as well as other regulatory agencies, because they do not want to bite the hand that feeds them, but their patients are the hands that feeds them, and they have not only bitten our hands, they have cannibalized our entire bodies.
Trans-mugenesis could occur from vaccines, meaning that genetic mutations caused by vaccines may be genetically passed down, damaging the genetic pool of the individuals permanently passing down genetic mutations forever from descendant to descendant.
Why have Trump, Russia, and China also been pretending that covid is so fatal and threatenning that lock downs and vaccines were necessary? WHO knows, but it certainly has been extremely disappointing and has significantly and irreperably diminished their credibility. They are all in this together, obviously!
Andrea Iravani
Going along with the fake-demic, Putin and Xi have undone all the good faith and trust many put in them.
They are just the lesser evil, but still evil. 8 billion souls are treated like cattle. I am revolted and disgusted by them.

And that is NOT “ad hominen”.

It’d be better if you ask the gov.policy policy that point.

Sorry, but in medical terms none of those is a “case”.
A “Case” is when a person presents with symptoms of illness, causing that person to suffer pain or dis-ease of living,i.e discomfort and restraint on normal living practises, and is in need of direct treatment.
Were there 15,000 medical cases in 24 hours, the country would be swamped with sick and dying. They’d be lying in the streets, dying in shop doorways.
In fact, what they are referring to is a +ve result from a test of dubious veracity. They use the word “case” just as they are always using words, to confuse, to manipulate perceptions. They have succeeded here, but subliminally most people know a “case” means a sickness.
Ask anyone “if I said my Dad has a case of flu”, what would you conclude? We all know full well the answer would be “well, your Dad has a fever, aches all over his body, maybe coughing, a headache, and needs pain relief, sleeping aids and lots of fluids”.
That would be “a case”. So when people scam read “15,000 cases of covid” their mind instantly does a copy / paste into “that would be 15,000 people who are very sick”.
And that’s how a lie gets told without anyone saying “it’s a lie”.
I can tell you now, I would test +ve to carrying Epstein-Barr virus, as would about 90% of the population. But we dont have 90% of the population with a “case” of Glandular Fever.
Given that these are Government stats from the very Governments implementing the situation, and the word “case” is being use as a lie, they are, I would suggest, highly dismissable has having any relation to reality.
Sorry, but in medical terms none of those is a “case”.
Pam, we are the already converted. Why not write your 5D Chess Grand Master in the Kremlin a letter to exxplain it.
If that’s so Anon y mouse, why keep repeating the darn the stupid “stats” :-)
Pamela, you’re talking to what I recognize as an anti-Russian troll who changes form and slips through time and time again. Thanks for your patience but I’m ignoring this creature.
Good advice amarynth. Think I”ll be following suit.
You are insulting them by ignoring them, as you use this “creature” as you term someone, as a useful idiot, better to be honest and disallow comments that are rather sad, quite honestly. This has been going on for long time…..
Perhaps Pamela will be able to effect some positive redemption and change, let us see, anything is possible !
I have just received an email purporting to be from unseen.is {iceland} which is the company the Vineyard uses. It says they are closing down as they have insufficient funds to continue. All archives will be shredded. They have transferred some accounts to a chat service in US, that is all. My account is not one which has been transferred, thus they are letting me know my account is about to become inactive then shredded!!!
Does Saker know if this is true – will it affect the site here?
Just up on “Aftershock” this summary of what America is, as it fits a diktat from the Geneva Conference of terrorism.
The United States is a terrorist state
18/10/2020 – 15: 21 | Vladimir Maslov
In 1987, the Geneva conference on terrorism adopted a Declaration containing eleven points defining state terrorism. At the moment, only the United States of America meets all the requirements. The following are paragraphs from the Declaration and examples of state terrorism of the United States.
1. practices of the police state directed against its citizens: surveillance, dispersal of meetings, monitoring of the news, beatings, torture, false arrests, mass arrests, falsified charges, show trials, murder.
Example: Prism’s Top secret data collection program.
2. Delivery by a state of nuclear weapons on the territory of other States, in their territorial waters or in international waters.
Example: on the territory of Germany, Italy, Turkey, Belgium, the Netherlands, Canada (about 200 B-61 bombs) and other us allies (presumably, despite official denials by Japan and South Korea), there are us nuclear weapons. Some experts believe that in certain circumstances these countries can take advantage of it.
3. Military maneuvers and exercises conducted near the borders of another state and posing a threat to its independence and territorial integrity.
Example: the military coup in Chile in 1973. The largest – ever us and South Korean military exercises near the border with North Korea in 2016-300 thousand South Korean and 15 thousand US troops took part in the exercises.
4. an Attack by the armed forces of a state against targets that pose a threat to the civilian population living in another state.
Example: the Invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan.
5. Creation and support of armed groups of mercenaries with the aim of destroying the sovereignty of another state.
Example: Funding, arming and training of “opposition” groups in Syria.
6. Assassinations and attempted assassinations of statesmen of other States or national liberation movements directed by the state, regardless of whether they are carried out by means of a military strike, special operations or the hiring of agents.
Example: the Assassination of Saddam Hussein and Qasem Suleimani.
7. Covert operations by intelligence or other state forces aimed at destabilizing or subjugating another state, a national liberation movement or an international peace movement.
Example: operation Bay of Pigs (overthrow of Fidel Castro in Cuba) and operation Ajax (coup in Iran).
8. Campaign of disinformation aimed at destabilizing other States.
Example: preparations For the invasion of Iraq, the current information war against Russia.
9. arms Sales that support the continuation of regional wars and delay the political resolution of conflicts.
Example: Operation Cyclone, Saudi Arabia’s aggression in Yemen.
10. Cancellation of civil rights and freedoms, provisions of the Constitution and laws under the pretext of countering terrorism.
Example: Patriot act.
11. the Development, testing and deployment of nuclear and space weapons increases the likelihood of genocide and ecocide, condemning the poor to continued poverty and all humanity to constant fear.
Example: Strategic defense initiative and Space defense strategy.
There are those in Russia – lots and lots of them I’d say – who do truly see American policy for what it is. I dont think Russians – apart from their share of the MetropUniLibs we all suffer from – are remotely blinded about what is happening. Certainly, non of the leaders are. So, when dealing with a terrorist, not at ISIS Al-Qaeda levels, but national nuclear armed levels, how does a responsible leader behave?
Not by tearing in where Angels fear to tread, I would suggest, but by a “softly, softly, catchee monkey” method. As President Putin has said once or twice in the past, “like the chicken, which picks up seeds one at a time. took, took, took”. :-)

I wonder why that feels personal :-)
Good to see President Putin and Russia moving fast now that the amendments to the Constitution are firmly in place. That most important one – that no foreign law can supercede Russian Law in Russia, is being invoked to protect the people from the degradations occuring now in the Empire:
“Family is the most important thing: Vladimir Putin has submitted to the state Duma a constitutional bill on a complete ban on recognizing gay marriages and gay parades performed abroad in Russia..”
Russia has that right… ie; to run and make their country in the image they wish… what don’t people understand?
I think what a certain type of people refuse to understand Dimitar, is that a huge majority of the people of any nation, country, want to make their country in the image they wish, but also feel strongly that they have that right.
Such people either [a] think they are the only ones who know how things should be done, and that they have right to use force to make others conform to their image, or [b] just dont care, and trample over whoever they want.
I think, and hope, that their time is ending. And their end begins in Russia.
Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation – Star Media spectacular documentary reenactment of the Crimean War, with English subtitles:
The War of 1853-1856 is most often known as The Crimean War. But the battle for the Crimea was only one episode of a much bigger war. The confrontation between the Russian Empire on the one hand and the Allied Forces of the British Empire, France, Turkey and the Kingdom of Sardinia on the other affected a huge territory stretching from the Baltic Sea to the Pacific Ocean. In fact, it was a war for world domination – in effect a world war.
What were the overt and covert reasons that caused the confrontation between the great powers in the middle of the XIX century? How it all started and what role the Russian Empire ultimately played on the world political stage is all told in this challenging and insightful new four-part documentary series, WORLD WAR 0.

… Soon after the end of the war, a large-scale reorganisation of all spheres of the government began. … … … With making the decision to carry out the changes, Alexander II stopped looking back at the unreliable unions with the Western states, who wanted the Russian Empire to be retarded. Later another emperor, Alexander III said, “Russia has only two allies, the army and the fleet.” …

“A XIX century message to Putin about hoping for deals with his Western “partners””
Lol, chokes on coffee.
Here are some of the “deals Putin is hoping for with “partners”
“German family-held firms: In Russia we trust
Family businesses in Germany love to be active in Russia, a new study finds. They state that of all the big emerging markets, Russia provides the most favorable labor market and investment conditions.”
https://www.dw.com/en/german-family-held-firms-in-russia-we-trust/a-51915671
“ Making a mockery of the EU sanctions upon Russia, German businesses invested more than €3.3 billion ($3.7 billion) into Russia in 2018, reaching the highest levels in a decade and exceeding numbers not seen since Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 2014, according to data from the Russia-German Chamber of Commerce. German investment into Russia had increased by 20% the previous year illustrating the opportunities that remain in Russia for foreign investors.

German corporates are not alone in increasing their cooperation with Russian firms. Bilateral trade between France and Russia grew by 11% to $17 billion last year and French firms currently have $20 billion invested in Russia. The French energy company Total recently acquired a 10% stake in a $21 billion gas project in Russia’s Arctic, in addition to its existing 20% stake in a neighboring $28 billion gas project in the region, while Gazprom’s Nord Stream 2 offshore gas pipeline between Russia and Germany is receiving funding from French and German corporates Engie, Uniper and Wintershall, each of which is providing the project with €950 million ($1 billion) despite the project being threatened with U.S. sanctions.
These growing corporate ties between Paris, Berlin and Moscow suggest a ‘two-track’ approach to relations with Russia. While France and Germany remain committed to keeping Russia in check politically, friendly corporate relations between the countries are also being encouraged.
The EU demand for Russian products puts it into a trade deficit with the country, with Russia selling US$83 billion more goods and services to the EU each year than the EU sells to it. Despite this, sanctions are still estimated to have cost businesses within the EU about US$240 billion in lost trade opportunities. ”
https://www.russia-briefing.com/news/german-investment-russia-highest-past-ten-years.html/
“ Russia remains one of the top investment destinations for German businesses, despite tensions between Washington and countries facing steep sanctions, including the European Union.
Within the first quarter of 2019, foreign direct investment by German businesses in Russia has seen a 33 percent increase compared to the same period a year earlier, totaling €1.76 billion ($1.98 billion), according to a statement released by the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce.
“Despite weak market conditions, German companies continue to believe in the Russian market,” said Matthias Schepp, the chamber’s chairman, on Thursday, highlighting the upward trend of German business in Russia.”
https://caspiannews.com/news-detail/russia-remains-a-top-investment-location-for-german-businesses-2019-7-8-4/
“ Throughout the world, Germany is known for its innovative spirit, cutting-edge technologies and high productivity. A stable political climate, highly developed infrastructure and skilled workforce are extremely attractive for Russian investors. Furthermore, adequate tools ensure investment protection at a high level. One more point not to be ignored is Germany’s location in the heart of Europe, which offers an excellent entry point to the entire internal market of the EU.
The recent years have seen growth in the overall number of Russian companies venturing to expand their operations to Germany. By doing so, they are able to reposition themselves strategically through cooperation with German partner companies and to acquire new customers locally as well as in the European market. Additionally, the acquisition of a German Mittelstand business or of a shareholding in an existing company makes it possible to acquire valuable know-how. Moreover, declining local demand can be offset through development of new outlet markets in Europe.”

I could go on and on ………but I’m sure readers get the point.
Why in Gods good name would Russia waste time and energy on morons like Haas, when she is developing ties like these??
Sun Tzu, thy name is sunlight!!! :-)
Oh, I see. So if I’m not mistaken, while Lavrov can stop talking to EU governments, privately-owned companies in said EU nations can still cordially invest in Russia. I kinda suspected there would be a discontinuity between e.g. the German government and German businesses. *sigh of relief* And just when I thought Lavrov’s announcement would’ve terminated all that…
Thanks for that Pamela – excellent research!
Cheers

It doesn’t get much better than this!
Prove me wrong.
Because on the above….I WANT to be proven wrong
I am READY for things to get better, FAR BETTER……every day. Bring it ON!
And THIS comment’s contents are no small sign…………that they just may!
There’s a blockbuster of a Geopolitical Drama and Romance Film in this one….with ZERO sex scenes (leave those in the privacy of real life) required…..I guarantee that!
G rated (for General Flynn and the falsely accused Svetlana Lokhova) all the way!
Flynn never met The Real Leading Lady Star….of this one. LOL
But if Svetlana is in this imagined movie script of mine……..she is NOT the Leading Lady representing Loveable Russian Humanity and Femininity and High IQ …and Character………..in the Someday Film Classic ………. I am imagining!
That role goes to someone I had heard so little detail about…..that I considered her….as an unfortunate, and VERY naive victim of Hillary’s Russiagate Revenge On Julian Assange and Donald Trump…..and to be FAR less amazing…..than the UK subject Svetlana of Cambridge U targetted by MI6 and their boorish Rent-An-Agent …FBI/CIA drunken stooge,.Stepan Halper.
Man o Man, WAS I WRONG!
Wrong about who?
Wrong about Maria Butina, ………THAT’s who!
I thought she was just a private gun owner enthusiast by hobby and blockchain/Crypto opportunities Scout for the Russian crypto community.by employment…….for one of their blockchain developer enterprises.
I thought she sought out contact with ……..US Billionaire founder of Overstock.com Patrick Byrne……SOLELY because he is a BIG blockchain enthusiast who resigned as head of his own company to devote a lot more time to the blockchain division he had just launched.
I knew about her falling victim to Russiagate…being convicted and jailed in solitary confinement, Patrick Byre’s very human remorse (BEFORE she approached him at a Conference he had already been an FBI asset for many years….and was forced to ask the FBI whether to steer clear of her….OR NOT. They said NOT:
“Find out more about her.”
I also knew that Bachelor Byrne was deeply impressed with her as a person and an intellectual…..and had grown frankly quite fond of her and affectionate towards her….constrained as he was by his previous work with the “Men In Black” ….which had solved a murder mystery for them…of professional basketball player Brian Williams.
Poor Maria! You could hardly blame her for dating and accepting romance from A BILLIONAIRE AMERICAN involved deeply and very seriously so, with the profession she was sent to America to establish professional contacts with. Patrick seems to be a very nice, very educated guy and the mutual attraction………..is hardly anyone’s crime. That’s what I thought all the way though her arrest, her conviction and imprisonment….and her eventaul release….back to Russia.
That’s how I read her before Dark to Light last Friday:
https://uncoverdc.com/2020/10/16/dark-to-light-town-hall-byrne-is-back/ scroll to the last part…last few minutes
But now?? WOW! Maria is the Star. That’s how I read this anyways.
Prove me wrong, Deep State!
(Don’t worry, they are spinning the SH*T out of this one….I’ve seen one or two links for ya where you CAN get that spin….but I’m goin’ with my political “gut” here….not just my heart.)
HERE: Have at it: https://trump-russia.com/tag/patrick-byrne/
They tag Maria as a “swallow”.
AND Their Deep State Background Take on “Maria’s Controller”:
https://trump-russia.com/2017/04/05/the-godfather-goes-to-washington/
HOWEVER: I think Patrick’s version is MUCH more compelling , honest…and most importantly….. MUCH TRUER than the Never Trumpers —Never Anything But Hostility For Russia………Empire CLOWNS’ “Russians Guilty Even After Proven Innocent” Version there, above “assumed” and in other parts of Fake News.
HERE, this main link leads to all the others by Patrick Byrne, imbedded within it:

Those are:
Maria Butina & I, Part I: Meeting Maria
Maria Butina & I, Part Deux: Romancing Maria
Maria Butina & I, Part III: Betraying Maria
This one “has everything” guys.
It cannot disappoint anyone with a brain…..or a heart…or a soul.
Only cynics, pessimists and CLOWNS won’t like it! IMHO
And it is yet to play out..in Real Life……..FULLY.
Be a hero, Patrick. Even if you are…or were, rather…… “a liberal”.
Bro,
I’m riding a mule (best in long distance) and you are whipping Secretariat. We always arrive at the same spot at different times. Most of what I post is from personal experience and this is one of those times. In 2008 I attended the NRA (National Rifle Association) National Convention at Louisville, Kentucky. I was at the time the chairman of a High Power Rifle Club/Discipline sanctioned by the NRA and was considered in the elite of rifleman in Indiana. In 97′ I captained a 4 man Marksman team that won our division at the National Championships at Camp Perry Ohio. In 09′ I was Indiana State Champion in Master Class Service rifle at 200, 300, and 600 yards. Being a Nam combat vet I was well aware of Oliver North. I was also very aware of his involvement in the Iran Contra affair that he was running out of Clinton’s Arkansas. (Bill Barr was involved also). I saw him at the 08′ NRA affair and had to restrain myself from stomping his ass. I also saw the “Swallows” that graced the arms tables and they were quite impressive in their presence. They were obviously more than just “trinkets”. Swallows show up at all levels of politics and I witnessed them at other lower levels. I knew what Maria Butina was early on. I accepted that she
was “just doing her patriotic duty”. It’s not like nobody else does it. Patrick Byrne was just flotsam and jetsam in the sea of intrigue created by the “powers that be”.
I do agree with you that we are at a reckoning and I also believe that a good corner will be turned.
In the final analysis, always follow the money…..and who emits it.
hound
Actually, Maria did nothing harmful to US National security, that I can see. If she had….she’d still be in prison here, no???
Her “crime” was the same as Trump’s: Wanting friendlier US-Russia relations…..absolute taboo to the Anglophile Globalists.
And everything she did was open. legal. NO??? Did I miss anything???
Patrick Byrne is the one who did harm, albeit unknowingly…… by incorrectly thinking the heads of the intelligence agencies he thought it was his patriotic privilege to serve…………were also patriotic…and possessed any shred of morality.
To his credit, he seems quite burned up about being so cynically used……and 100% READY, like many, many others he threatens to recruit….and possibly has already (as hinted…read carefully) to do his possibly NOT so little bit to “break them clowns’ agency………….into a thousand pieces.”
Including generals whose actual oath is to Lucifer (ambition and greed are among the slipperiest of slopes of all) the god of their paymasters….certainly not to the “outdated” Constitution.
BTW: Mules may be far better suited for slippery strategic slopes, hound.
More sure footed, for navigating steep, rocky terrain.
A very valuable feature!
Erdogan up to another dirty trick.Posted by a Russian FB friend:
The ways of the Lord are unrecognizable:
Ukraine wants to be friends with Turkey, because Russia took away the Crimea from it, which stole from Russia Khrushchev. The Crimea, which Russia took away from the Crimean Khansty in the 18th century, which was the vassal of Turkey, whose main source of income throughout its history, was the kidnapping of Slavs and resale of their Turks. At least 2 million Slavic women and children were sold into slavery…
And in order to stop and protect the southern frontiers of the Russian Empire, it was decided that Crimea should be free from workers.
What has been done.

If decision makers were required to watch this film regularly – as a kind of ritual – would they be so keen to go to war as seemingly casually as they do ? I’d like to think not – but then the psychopath is a strange creature.
On my FB page this morning, this from a Russian site, after Zelenski claimed Turkey was “going to help Ukraine retake Crimea from Russia”. {ROTFLMAO — I mean, as if}
“Russia is trying to maintain its neutrality in the military conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Erdogan’s support for Ukraine in the Crimea issue is an attempt to put pressure on Russia and influence it in the Karabakh issue.
And this is his strategic mistake, perhaps even fatal…..God’s ways are mysterious:
Ukraine wants to be friends with Turkey, because Russia took the Crimea from it, which was stolen from Russia by Khrushchev. Crimea, which Russia recaptured in the 18th century from the Crimean Khanate, which was a vassal of Turkey, whose main source of income throughout its history was the abduction of Slavs and resale them to the Turks. At least 2 million Slavic women and children were sold into slavery…
and in order to stop this outrage and protect the southern borders of the Russian Empire, it was decided: to free the Crimea from the workers of the Volga region.
Which was done.
Crimea is a sacred land of Russians, for which too high a price was paid: the lives of our ancestors who defended Crimea from Nazi Germany and the lives of our ancestors sold into slavery to the Ottoman Empire.

I am still awaiting and hoping for reports from anywhere re recent Erdo and Zelinsky meeting …. nothing in mainstream media.
Waiting for a report on anything of interest or significance in mainstream media JJ, is long long wait for a train that never comes!!
Best to start hitching :-)
In re the recent comments regarding “testing” for the presence of a virus member of the Coronaviridae family, I did, a few months back, comment, that as this “new” virus, if such exists, come from the Corona virus family, and had many sequences in common with known other Coronoa viruses, that we had to know that the so called “tests” weren’t just picking up virus reactions left over from old infections.
Nearly every one in the modern world has contracted a “cold” at some point, during childhood and early adulthood, it’s not uncommon to get one every winter. Thus because of sequence replication and overlap, one could be detecting anyone of the family.
Now, on the Alan Jones show on Sky Australia, he has an interview he conducted with a Swedish researcher who has just released findings that “30% of those tested so far and showing resistance to the Corona virus have Ab’s to the Common Cold Corona Virus”.
The supposition is, again, that they are detecting “history” of past colds, and finding that, for 30% found so far, having had a cold from any of the Corona family is conveying resistance to this new member.
Sorry can’t find link – I saw it on my phone so not on my computer – and have to rush out.
Babuska,
in reply to your post about drugs I really wanted to send you something hopeful. I had seen two documentaries ( on mainstream tv ) where doctors were trying to get their patients off drugs. The first one was a two week trial on a diet devised by a family doctor to help obese and type 2 diabetes patients by swapping ‘ bad carbs for good ‘. The most impressive result was a man who had suffered with type2 diabetes for 17 years who was almost back to good health measures after two weeks :
https://www.lowcarbprogram.com/truth-about-carbs-bbc-1/
The second was a doctor trying to help people who were on cocktails of drugs for depression or pain. He used exercise among other things with success. His message is ” most drugs don’t work ” :
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-3785796/How-swimming-cold-water-helped-depressed-woman-pills-TV-doctor-reveals-cases-drugs-don-t-work.html
These are positive developments. On the other hand, it was hard to find links to these stories and they have been largely ignored – you would think the whole world would be rushing to apply them.. When will these methods to be widely adopted ?
Hmm, that may well be a case of ‘ Waiting for Godot. ‘
I’m sorry sandinED if my post was depressing- the point of it was to show that our bodies are miraculous units that produce all the necessary chemicals for growth, health and wellbeing, given good enough to optimal nurture, but that the prevailing powers see to pretty much the opposite.
Otto Warburg won a Nobel Prize in the 1930’s for demonstrating the ill effects of acidic conditions on our cells, leading to cancer and other illnesses. Is that common knowledge today?
When my sister died riddled with cancer that started in her breast ( she was 45 when she died. A mammogram in January gave her the all-clear and in June of the same year she found a number of hard lumps that grew and spread very aggressively). Right up until two days before she died, 18 months later, she and her family believed she was going to beat it. If Lance Armstrong could beat it, so could she.
I, by that stage was well away from mainstream anything. I kept my own counsel as I didn’t know anything, according to them. What I knew, was that they were all in denial. A palliative nurse who came to assist in the home, was forever banished for saying the ‘d’ word. No one was more shocked and horrified when she died, than her two sons, who like most kids, believe their parents.
Afterwards, my mother made regular payments to each and every cancer charity that came calling. Until one day she rang me in tears, as she couldn’t stop the flow of requests for money that were coming her way. I told her to shred/discard the mail without opening it.
I became a recluse when I had to process my own conclusions that lies are the cancer of society.
Thank You for Caring sandinED
Peace and Strength to You
Babuska,
your post wasn’t depressing – it was touching – and realistic. My last reply to you had been so depressing I really didn’t want to write you another miserable one :-)
The reality of modern medicine / the pharmaceutical industry is not a happy picture. But it is always better to face reality square on – which you do. I do think there are good people in medicine trying to change pharmaceutical domination. They will be resisted – like Linus Pauling ( another Nobel prize winner – 2 x in his case ) who was ridiculed and marginalised for advocating the use of Vitamin C. But Rome wasn’t built in a day.
I wonder do you ever listen to Gary Null ? He has a radio show devoted to health / nutrition, and he also interviews people on current events. I think he’s good. In the following article he warns of the dangers of covid vaccination. I think it’s worth reading.
https://prn.fm/playing-russian-roulette-covid-19-vaccine/
Stay strong Babuska :-)
I put up a piece about German – Russian industrial co-operation, but now on “Putin Today” i see this:
“The other day, I published an article in which I gave a brief analysis of the collaboration Russia and Venezuela in the oil sector:
Billions of dollars of profit for Russia. Borisov was involved in Venezuelan oil
Let me remind you that Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov heads the Russian-Venezuelan intergovernmental Commission. In addition, in the government Borisov oversees the fuel and energy sector.
Now you can see information about projects Russia in Iraq. As in the Venezuelan history, the intergovernmental Commission with this middle Eastern country is headed by Yuri Borisov”
Not only is the news re Venezuela good, of course, but the possibility of extending this to Iraq is very exciting.
It brings two thought instantly to mind for me: One is something Kruschev was alleged to have said to the Western Governments “we will manufacture the rope to hang you with”, :-) and the other?
Is perhaps Yuri Borisov a future President?
We know V.V. has been looking for the right person to offer to the Russian people as his successor for many years. I had though that the new PM was the only smart productive one I’d seen.
But here’s this guy. I wonder, I wonder.

Dear Pamela
You may have to apologise to our Irish friends here, sean and Tuppence who have each colourfully regaled us with their unique strands of Irishness.
Your comment did evoke for me some hideous early convict history, described in the following quote.
The Mayne Inheritance by Rosamond Siemon | 9780702234224 …
Search domain http://www.booktopia.com.au/the-mayne-inheritance-rosamond-siemon/prod9780702234224.htmlhttps://www.booktopia.com.au/the-mayne-inheritance-rosamond-siemon/prod9780702234224.html
Their son, Dr James Mayne and his sister gave their St Lucia land to the University of Qld and one can sometimes feel sorry for him as the entire family was ostracized because of the ‘sins of the father.’ The book gives an amazing insight into early Brisbane life. The Mayne legacies are ongoing.
I read a copy which I borrowed from the library. I read it in one sitting it was at one and the same time so awful and so spellbinding.
Again, it tells a story of first white settlement – including Irish convicts – in Brisbane; from poverty to extreme riches with a few fanciful notions of propriety/philanthropy along the way.
And over and over and over again, Australians were shamed and blamed for being a fourth rate culture.
Dear Pamela
You may have to apologise to our Irish friends here,
:-)
I dont think so Babushka. I grew up in England – most of the time – and “Irish jokes” and a little “leg pull” as it’s called is fairly standard thing there. It’s just a gentle tease, with no ill will intended, and the Irish know that. Before I went to Aus, I worked in London hospitals, with lots of Irish nurses, great people. And the Irish comedian, Dave Allen, was greatly loved across all England, in spite of the torrent of “Irish jokes” the English indulge in.
There’s no offence intended at all.
It’s just a cultural thing, and sean and Tuppence will know that, I’m sure.
On the subject of the Irish, as our Café comes to closing time, I bid adieu to our illustrious companion Sam Beckett
“When he handed in his notice after four terms, a fellow lecturer had been incredulous, saying: “But here you are teaching the cream of Irish society.” It prompted Beckett’s memorable retort: “The cream of Ireland… rich and thick.”

Of course I wasn’t 100% sure of the Hunter Biden Laptop Scandal….when it broke.
Only about 95%….and you don’t want to dilly-dally around waiting for perfection………which hardly ever presents itself in a neat package on your doorstep
Now, with this, because of their infinitely greater resources for getting to the bottom of such things quickly…..with 50 years of experience in many cases….including reliable insider sources……..I am 99.999% sure…BIDENS ARE TOAST.

What’s new, and detailed to the extent I have not had the time to fully study, yet:
“There are two sources of the new documentation of Joe Biden’s corruption—a repaired computer left by Hunter Biden at a Delaware computer store and never picked up, and Bevan Cooney, a former business associate of Hunter Biden and Devon Archer now jailed for defrauding American Indian tribes in a multi-million scheme.”
Numerous links starting in the above paragraph……(linked to Cooney’s history and present “falling out among thieves” situation….) and a few choice following ones are just more of my piling up “homework” this week.
Some more, found there:
“Cooney has apparently concluded that he was the fall guy in numerous schemes orchestrated by Archer and Biden and is now providing emails of their business dealings to author Peter Schweizer.
Rudy Giuliani, who is being attacked relentlessly as a duped Russian asset by the FBI and its media assets, told One America News (OAN) Friday that he has an email from Hunter Biden to Biden’s daughter, implying that he was forced to kick back half of everything he made to Joe Biden. “I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years. It’s really hard. But don’t worry, unlike Pop I won’t make you give me half your salary.” This email is apparently on the computer left at the Delaware computer repair store of John Paul Mac Isaac. Isaac has also now been targeted in the massive media smear campaign.
In an article on Pat Lang’s blog, “Sic Semper Tyrannis,” Larry Johnson tells the real story. He knows John Paul Mac Isaac personally. Johnson says that Hunter Biden dropped off three computers with liquid damage at Isaac’s repair shop in April 2019. One computer was beyond recovery, one was OK, and the data on the hard drive of the third could be recovered. While repairing the hard drive and downloading the data, Isaac saw some disturbing images and a number of emails that concerned China, Burisma, and Ukraine. Despite numerous attempts to get Hunter to pick up the repaired computer and pay the bill, Hunter did neither.”
Conclusion:
Senators Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley are on the right track in demanding to know from the FBI whether they were deliberately sitting on this computer during the President’s impeachment trial, which involved corruption claims against Joe Biden directly centered on Hunter Biden’s activities on behalf of Burisma. It seems most likely that the FBI was deliberately sitting on this and that is why you now see their leaks to NBC and ABC, that they have somehow concocted an investigation linking Russia to Hunter’s computer repair misadventure and John Paul Mac Isaac. Was there ever any actual grand jury proceeding? What did the FBI do with the computer?
If this gives you the eerie remembrance of what happened right after someone leaked damaging emails about Hillary Clinton, John Podesta, and the DNC to WikiLeaks in 2016, and Russia was whipped out to distract from the ugly truth in the emails WikiLeaks published, your gut is right.

Former Israeli Paratrooper Israel Shamir’s view of the strategic situation…………..from a lot more than 30,000 ft:
http://www.israelshamir.com/article/before-the-elections/
Concentrates on the Armenians (‘Who are more clannish than the Jews”……and “There are more of them in Moscow than in Yerevan” —– I would add that there may be more, as well, in Glendale, CA…where I used to live until 2003…..) rather harshly, concluding that like the Jews, it is most probably not worth sacrificing the whole world….or even the United States …..and “its Great Orange Leader” as Shamir ironically puts it………for the Armenian Gambit of trying to force Russia to fight for them.
Not when there are more sensible alternatives, where everyone has a better chance of avoiding joining the Jews and Armenians…………in a New Holocaust ………..of global dimensions. The are good people…but with a lot of self-defeating issues. SO: No thanks! (to the General Victimhood Proposition).
Shamir’s telefoto lens is over Nagorno-Karabahk….with a microscope on Jewish-Armenian victimology………. and he is pitiless in that regard:
“Armenians are faux-Jews, another “people who dwell alone”, engaged in trade and discourse. They imitate Jews: Jews have their Holocaust, legally protected against denial. Armenians actually succeeded in protecting their own tragedy of 1915 by a similar law in France. The result was tragicomic. They brought an important Jewish historian (and warmonger of the first degree) Bernard Lewis to the court in Paris, and he was found guilty of denying their tragedy, just like David Irving. But David Irving got three years in jail, and now his name is always preceded with the title “discredited”, while Bernard Lewis was fined one franc and his name graces various petitions.
Imitation is not the real thing: if famous Jews are Einstein and Rothschild, the famous Armenian is Kim Kardashian. However, like Jews, they have a lot of feelings of superiority towards their neighbours. …….”
OUCH!
Meanwhile, his Wide Angle Lens, I feel, extends all the way to the Left Coast, USA, where he has anxiety about the inferiority of the judgment of my California Neighbors:
“Will Trump make it? Will this great orange man who beat Coronavirus and came back from the clutches of death manage to beat Sleepy Joe and his multitudes? Or will the Dems take us all into the night of eternal lockdown, where heavily armed Black and Antifa activists patrol the streets and Big Data corporations rule? It is all up to the American people, and to the steady nerves of their captain on the bridge of the White House.
It’s not the same for us. The difference is greater than it has been for many years. It is a chance to stop the disintegration of manhood and womanhood into multigender dystopia, to acknowledge the Divine Will of “male and female He created them”. Class struggle is surely important, but from this point of view there is little difference between the two; while saving our children from forced instruction in homosexual lore, or even castration in due course (“transgender rights” for eight-year olds) now takes a front seat. Trump is rather weak; we would like to see a stronger man who would take US troops out of the dusty fields of Afghanistan and Iraq. Indeed, a man who would be able to overcome Twitter and Facebook and forbid them to censor him. But we have what we have, and this well-intentioned man will have to do.”
Confidence, Shamir! But not relaxation. Donald “Rocky Balboa” Trump has been on the ropes doing “Rope-a Dope” for the last four years…but has plenty remaining “in the tank” by way of October Surprises…and is already “coming out swinging” in the Final Round.
California ….and New York….are going Red this time. And neither were needed 4 years ago.
Twitter and Facebook…….in addition to The NFL, The NBA….and Major League Baseball……..will lose this election….and scores of billions of dollars….as scores of millions of Americans are asking themselves:
“Who needs those globalist controlled mush-head morons??”
And answering their own question: “Not I!”.
Me too, although the whole debauchery will probably fully use Europe as “Ersatz”-playground, here everything is watertight for them, they can do whatever they like. There is a real frenzy going. who can do more lickdowns. Probably 3rd of November will be a day of mourning in the future EU further on….another twelve years, and no prisoners please !!

Wow….Turkey up to some kind of tricks
ATHENS (Sputnik) – The Greek government challenged on Monday the legitimacy of Turkey’s intention to extend the area in the Eastern Mediterranean where it has the authority to conduct search and rescue operations, as it covers areas within Greece’s jurisdiction. On Saturday, Turkish Transport Minister Adil Karaismailoglu released a new map showing that Ankara designated a massive portion of the Eastern Mediterranean stretching from Crete to Cyprus as an area in which its military can carry out search and rescue operations. ”

I posted about the corruption that was the procurement process for PPE in the UK some months ago. Further , much worse details emerge re ‘ Track and Trace ‘ in the following article entitled ‘ When does Incompetence turn into crime ?
From this article the following startling details :
‘… the Department of Health and Social Care …. Freedom of Information Act request from Sky News, explains why so much was spent for such small returns. No less than 1,114 consultants from Deloitte, few of whom are likely to be public health experts, are now employed by the government to organise Test, Trace and Isolate with each of them earning a daily fee of up to £2,360. Other consultants, such as those working for the Boston Consulting Group, are even more munificently rewarded, earning as much as £7,000 a day or £1.5m a year….’
Indeed, £12 billion – yes billion with a b – has been handed to amateur ‘ consultants ‘ / money men with no expertise or experience in health. The people with actual expertise and experience, i.e. Public Health experts were side lined in favour of private consultants with no competence in the field – yet charging enormous fees. ( If they were anything like the PPE contracts, then they will have been no-bid contracts. I’ll try to find out. )
Craig Murray previously outlined corruption in the procurement of PPE in the following article :
https://www.craigmurray.org.uk/archives/2020/07/banana-republic-corruption/
This obsession that everything must be done in the private sector while dishonestly labelling it ‘ NHS track and trace ‘ to keep the public onside – is simply a con trick to transfer billions of public money into the hands of connected grifters. These are the same people who have inflicted austerity on the people for more than 10 years – and have promoted zero hour contracts – turning working people into little more than serfs.
I remember a quote from Bozo Johnson when he used to write a newspaper column for £250 000 / year – he described his salary as ‘ peanuts ‘.
According to Popular Mechanics magazine, the U.S. army claims that their new “super gun” – SLRC (Strategic Long Range Cannon) – has range of 1000 miles (1609 kilometers)!
Says:
The 1,000-mile range of SLRC opens up some intriguing uses: from southern Germany, the Army could land shells on the outskirts of Moscow. From the Philippines, the Army could pound China’s artificial islands—and the missile sites and airfields on them—to pieces. From Japan, SLRC could hit Beijing itself.
Popular Mechanics then asks: The big question: Will this actually work?

I heard something similar about Sony partnering with the ADL yesterday. Makes me want to support Nintendo instead. As if Sony’s censorship of third-party games, as I mentioned in the previous MFC, wasn’t bad enough in of itself…
What’s really disappointing is that an upcoming game I’ve been looking forward to is PlayStation-exclusive. I don’t really know much about Sony’s business model (e.g. do profits from sales of PlayStation games go to Sony?), nor do I know of the policies of said game’s developer.
Then again, I’ve already chosen not to buy the PS5. I already have a fully-functional PS4 at home.

The lamest line I have heard yet, as to why “Biden will win.” is that the electorate is just “worn out” ….and yearns for “a return to normalcy”.

thanks for that. I think there are signs of panic at loss of control. O choose to take that as good news.
Worrying yes. Depressing, certainly. But a wake up call to take whatever action we think we can or should, I suggest.
And an alarm to make us realise, we probably have more to worry about than whether wearing a mask matters; or whether some idiot busybody has interfered with a social media channel.

Ingenious ! Thus Elon Murks can save the transportation costs for the water.. !!!
One thing is certain capitalism could only survive on Mars IF the colony there is being run as a prison camp, otherwise there is no way to bring in the costs of investment. They should have some talks with those running the Vostock station in the center of the antarctic (a place no one else dares to stay), ahh and yes those nice container sized russian reactors could be of great help too… up till then they will burn fuel and use huge solar panels, but these are risky, Mars is Mars ! and it can be very dusty up there for months, years.
The fuel they use for the Merlin-motor (quite similar to jet-fuel) is a solid below -50 °C (btw. empty space is around -271° C or when the sun illuminates a part up to +180°C where the fuel of course is in a gaseous phase) uhhh, ohh, ahhh, those tanks and it’s content must be very, very carefully managed all they way up….
I’m very curious when the fantastic sporty ‘Mars’- suits will be tested up outside the ISS, because the pressure differential between empty space and Mars’s atmosphere is negligible, NOW they need several hours to ‘jump’ into their ‘suits’ for outside work and a hevty cooling/heating unit, that (heating foremost) will also be needed on Mars although to a lesser extent IF they stay near the equator (where there is no water, atleast near the surface) but cozy 20° C in summer during daytime and not cooler than -18° C during night.

Is everyone going a bit nuts or is it just me?
OK. a weekly brief prayer meeting, what could go wrong…get together, make a few prayers…simple. Oh no, one person decided to turn it into a study-cum prayer meeting. I feel another expulsion coming on. It started OK…Paul being disappointed by his wayward Galatian flock… eye problems? aside. Love does not elicit obedience: it didn’t for Moses so why is Saul/Paul laying some guilt trip on these folk by letter no less. Jeez, Moses had a bunch of people killed before he calmed down. So I kept my mouth politely shut but, oh no!!!!
Then she pulled out some Presbyterian magazine ( of course- the only worse one would be Episcopalian which is the church of the deep state) about how we had to accept State authority because it was ordained by the Deity. ahhhhhh. what century are we in???? That did it …my rebellious, impatient spirit said enough is enough so I had to pipe up “except for those who are violating higher laws which many Old Testament prophets took on”.
But they were protected she protested.
No, some were killed and some were not.
Someone interrupted….well,let’s pray
Then, there was my neighbor who fell on her face ( again) and asked me to ask the group to come over and either pray over her or for her or in her presence. So I just relayed the message. There arouse the issue of whether Christians had authority to pray over someone in Jesus name or not.
My stance was—” I am so out of this one”.
So there was a bit of a dust up over quotes of this and that. The one who said that she wasn’t a minister pulled out Psalm 34 which has a line about no broken bones which the woman did not suffer this time and recited that and the other one laid on hands gently and said a very beautiful prayer for healing. It was not as compactly intense as ” Ana el-na refua -la. ” . but that was Moses and that was then. and this is now.
sigh. OK..the Sufis I knew danced and sang their prayers…the Jews studied hard and deep. and these Christians? what a mush. They are sentimental with the heart and didacticism substitutes for wisdom.
Maybe I can politely suggest that we pray first and ask questions ( study) later? in case someone has to leave early…yes, that’s it.
A Russian posted this. Its a speech by a repulsive Ukrainian war monger plotting war against Donbass and Russia.I wonder what others think about this:
* Glavred (Ukraine): the war against Putin begins, where Ukraine will be an advanced bastion *
The president did not accidentally raise the topic of the Budapest Memorandum
One of the questions of the mini-referendum announced by President Zelensky and will be held on the day of local elections in Ukraine, is about Ukrainian support for the right of our state to use security guarantees defined by the Budapest Memorandum – to restore state sovereignty and territorial integrity. And you can’t even doubt that this idea will get maximum support of Ukrainian society.
Wide support of Ukrainians on this issue was needed by the authorities to boldly move from Minsk process to Budapest. So Zelensky wants to abandon Minsk and start working in the ′′ Budapest format “.
The Budapest Memorandum clearly prescribed the states – guarantors of security and insecurability of the borders of Ukraine, and they will be the participants of a new format of negotiations on the settlement of the situation in Donbass.
Why Ukraine immediately, since 2014, did not use the Budapest Memorandum, or rather – format? It’s obvious: there were too many Russian collaborators in Ukraine.
The war with the Kremlin is inevitable. All those politicians in Ukraine, who today advocate for Russia, for Putin, for friendship and relations with Russia are doomed. They will all be destroyed at the political level, not excluded and their arrests. The US is ready to be a guarantor and a participant in this format. In fact, they are already playing this role, supplying weapons to Ukraine.
The UK has also already made it clear that it is ready to play this role – it is ready to place its military base in the Nikolaev region. Of course, with its instructors, coaches and troops… Immediately after that, Ukraine will be as close to NATO membership as possible.
Do not forget about the events that are unfolding in Belarus. In Ukraine, October 25, elections are held in Belarus, and in these days the term of ultimatum will expire, which was put forward by the Belarusian opposition Lukashenko…
In fact, the war against Putin begins. And Ukraine will gradually become an advanced bastion at the borders of the Western world, which will confront Putin. Ukraine, like Belarus, will turn into a war machine, or rather – Belarus and Ukraine will become a single war machine that will fight against Putin. And Putin, of course, will naturally burst out…
However, all Western players are fine with this. They will simply provide military assistance and support. Everything moves according to such logic…
It is not necessary to believe that the fifth question of Zelensky’s survey was needed only to adopt legislative changes that will allow foreign military bases to be placed on the territory of Ukraine. After all, the constitution of Ukraine has already enshrined the course of our state for NATO membership. This course has been enshrined in our main law even under Poroshenko, and from that moment no one forbids Ukraine to place foreign military bases on its territory, including NATO bases.

Why bother, why not just “pull the plug” NOW???
Because, Tyson, it is the more workeable (if challenging ) thing to do!

What if I told you that most (if not all) recession/depression in history was ‘engineered’ to benefit holders of wealth?
October 7, 2020 ‘Billionaires see fortunes rise by 27% during the pandemic’
“Billionaires have seen their fortunes hit record highs during the pandemic, with top executives from technology and industry earning the most. The world’s richest saw their wealth climb 27.5% to $10.2trillion (£7.9trn) from April to July this year, according to a report from Swiss bank UBS. That was up from the previous peak of $8.9trillion at the end of 2017 and largely due to rising global share prices. UBS said billionaires had done “extremely well” in the Covid crisis. It also said the number of billionaires had hit a new high of 2,189, up from 2,158 in 2017. It comes as a World Bank report on Wednesday showed extreme poverty is set to rise this year for the first time in more than two decades due to the pandemic. Among the billionaires, the biggest winners this year have been industrialists, whose wealth rose a staggering 44% in the 3 months to July.
“Industrials benefited disproportionately as markets priced in a significant economic recovery [after lockdowns around the world],” UBS said. Tech billionaires have also had a good pandemic, seeing their wealth soar 41%.
