Bro: “You’re wanting to throw the baby out with the bath water…always a bad idea”
As I’ve said to you before you see all facts as presented thru the prism of the ‘progressive-conservative, two-party, false-binary’ system (have you never heard of the Divide and rule strategy (in Latin: divide et impera)?
As a consequence, you have a hard time accepting that theres no baby to throw out! The USA:
1. was established as a corporation by the British – see the resemblance of your flag with the flag of the East India Company (importance of symbolism)
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/c0/Flag_of_the_British_East_India_Company_%281801%29.svg/800px-Flag_of_the_British_East_India_Company_%281801%29.svg.png
(Btw, your leading intellectual, Noam Chomsky argues that the US is unique in that it is the only country in history to be established “as an Empire” (until the zionist entity of course)
2. in spite of fighting:
– the War of Independence,
– the British American wars &
– the Civil War (in which the British supported the Confederacy & plotted Abe’s assassination from Montreal, ie French Canada)
and being betrayed by President Wilson – the USA gave away its *economic sovereignty by allowing its money supply (incl. credit creation) to be *controlled* by a consortium of private banks via the 1913 Federal Reserve Act
3. its been amply demonstrated that the American people *cannot* make change to government policy via the electoral process
see: ‘Testing Theories of American Politics: Elites, Interest Groups, and Average Citizens’
https://scholar.princeton.edu/sites/default/files/mgilens/files/gilens_and_page_2014_-testing_theories_of_american_politics.doc.pdf
4. that (unlike China) the American people have allowed a clique of billionaires to insert themselves *above* political authority!
So why a civil war? “One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship.” – George Orwell, ‘1984’
Tyson:
Your fatalism can’t be helped by rational argument.
Only coming events have any possibility of ridding a mind like yours of its absurdly pessimistic and impotent conclusions.
Don’t tell us what we can’t do.
Look in the mirror and ask yourself why you think you can’t do anything but spew your masters’ propaganda.
Sad!
Oh boy .. I was so chilled this morning, but y’all know what? They are getting really really nasty now. The ones on the street and not only the ones that belong to the antifas of the world.
We have to start ducking the US and some of its people on account of they have no friends or allies, but only hostages – a Caitlin Johnstone quote.
Tom Luongo is in a word fight to the death with Caitlin Johnstone, because he cannot get her to think the Trump way. I won’t repeat it here, but here is the language – I just laughed, because for the life of me I would not be able to say that to anyone else. This is my joke of the morning/mourning.

(Strange, I thought it was the dems that were the nasty ones. Sad, says Mr Trump and his whole base bellows ‘SAD’. Can these folks even think? I’m gonna suggest to my boss that he puts up his hurricane shutters for a month or two.:-)
I think I’ll ignore the western world for the next two weeks. Mr Putin has a speech at the Valdai Club today or tomorrow. Sanity!
Dispatch from the Belly of the technofascist beast:
I feel as if everyone is doing a big collective intake of breath and holding it…it is so quiet, too quiet.
Ok . so I went to Kinkos which is a place to make copies, ship packages, buy Hallmark cards etc. because pdf information was sent from my online astrology class and I wanted to make copies. While I was there I bought two funny greeting cards to give to the crazed artisans who are organizing the community costume dress up but when I went to pay ( in cash) the clerk turned the screen of the credit card machine towards me and wanted me to sign something.
Why? I just paid you in cash.
Well, it’s something about copyright….
No, it’s about surveillance and control especially for people who don’t pay by cc or debit card and I am not signing it.
Well, I am not selling you these cards, then.
I sighed, pulled out my cell phone showing it to him, took a big breath and said,
” Do you see that I have my cell phone on airplane mode? because, I do not want the government to
know where I am. And I paid you in cash because I do not want them to know what I buy. Now this is
very upsetting what you are doing because it shows what is coming down. I plan to refuse the Gate’s vaccine and so does that mean I will have to have my neighbor buy my groceries? I am not some crazy person trying to use this store to mail a wonky package…I am just buying cards like I have been for years without having to get the consent of Fed-EX or Hallmark or the government to do so or for them knowing about it.”
He sold me the cards and tore off the bottom of the receipt with the b.s. that Kinkos ( oligarch, techno company Fed-ex owned) was demanding that I sign and was glad to get rid of me.
Old ladies die first IF( tip of the hat to Bro 9+3. with this “if”) the cattle cars come.
@ teranam13, I’d challange anyone to decypher my signature, it’s mine, good luck. Totally illegible when not dealing directly with a government body. If as you say you had paid cash, and then were asked to sign something, you should have obliged with……………Donald F N Trump, preferably legible. Next time perhaps, or one just has to boycott the absurd.
Cheers, M
Do you have any idea where it might be broadcast from amarynth, and with Eng subs?? Thanks.
Here is the notification that I saw Pamela. I’ll have to go look for it myself and I hope it is in a format that we can post it up for the blog.

Bro
Legit question: Does the ’93’ in your handle refer to you year of birth?
Regards
No, Tyson. Go back many years in the Cafe archives (2014???) and you will find the Genesis Block.
O’Leary (THE copy paste Champion of ALL Time!) after a freindly argument……..asked my gender. I was new to this online stuff so and was just Anon (like so many initial visitors) then
Hence the Bro part. for a few short weeks…Bro Anon. The numbers came after some other bro posted a few times
93 is the Rosetta Stone for decoding the 911 Ritual Mass Sacrifice …literal Immolation of Care …..and (slowly but inexorably failing) attempt to grip particularly US based consciousness in Fear Based Mind Control……a prerequisite condition for extending The Spell of Submission to Evil……that scores of millions are still in unconscious, powerless thrall to.
Sad! (I whisper softly in super-sensitive ears.) I wish I knew how to reduce the size of the font for her.
She (amarynth) showed how it can be done, a few weeks ago.
I am SO eager to learn!

So continuing with domestic US politics
See how easy it is? All POTUS has to do is declare a “national emergency” and then …
Trump’s Emergency Powers Are ‘Ripe for Abuse’ (3 mins 42secs) Elizabeth Goitein author of ‘The New Era of Secret Law’ https://youtu.be/lTOs7KqRgOk
Full text: January/February 2019 ‘The Alarming Scope of the President’s Emergency Powers’
“The moment the president declares a “national emergency”—a decision that is entirely within his discretion—more than 100 special provisions become available to him. While many of these tee up reasonable responses to genuine emergencies, some appear dangerously suited to a leader bent on amassing or retaining power”
https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2019/01/presidential-emergency-powers/576418/
… and I remind all Cafe’istas of Trump’s tweet a couple of months ago of rolling thru the quadrennial election years – claiming thats how long he’ll be staying in power
Many a true thing …
Early morning, empty Cafe, late summer vegetables
with sugars fully developed , each with its own taste.
So, I made ratatoulli yesterday.
With the Covid lockdowns at their height, I fell back to really simple food but have the urge now again to do some complex things. There is a 3 layer cheesecake that takes at least overnight in our future and I’m desperately searching for my cheesecloth which has disappeared during the simple times – figured one can make cream cheese if you have good whole milk. So that is the plan.
So, this is the ratatoulli I made, with a few changes. Check out that beautiful pic. This one is not only a tomato sauce, but also really sexed up with a layer of bechamel sauce. (I’m tired of this old-fashioned interface where we cannot post pics.)
It is easy if you have a mandolin to slice the veggies in equal slices. They just have to be equal in order to cook at the same time and keep everything still a little crisp and not soggy. If you do not have a mandolin then this one truly works out the knife skills.
I skipped the potatoes because I wanted to serve it with some couscous. Change out the veggies if you like, but the must haves are – tomato, zucchini, eggplant. The coriander referred to in this recipe is of course actually cilantro. Coriander is the seed, and cilantro the herby leaves. Make sure that your oven dish is deep enough – don’t want to lose any of that bechamel and tomato sauce over the side. Do make your own tomato sauce and lose the canned or tinned stuff.
https://culinarycravingsdotblog.wordpress.com/2018/01/12/ratatoulli/
Try it – good enough for guests (and I’m going to taste some leftovers for breakfast :-) Convinced this will go well with eggs.
This cafe was empty, but I see Tyson Bbbbeat me to it lol.
Good morning amarynth – trying to catch up with the last comments from the previous cafe
Enjoy your day!
Sounds delicious. This year for us was great for tomatoes. All from last years seeds, with this years patiently drying for the next. The green house has so far been successful with just carrots left to harvest. Even tried a new variety of potatoe that’s less sussceptable to Colorado bettle.
Todays drive to work; 4″ of snow………………………bahh humbug, waiter, a hot toddie, heavy on the toddie….
Cheers, M
Enjoyed reading your recipe amarynth. It brought back memories, although I always did mine as a stew with lots of rich tomatoes and herb sauce – very garlic rich,- and sopped up with warm crusty bread rolls.
If you are into bechamel sauce with similar ingredients ,and eat meat, you must love the classic Greek Moussaka. Used to make that lots too.
Can’t eat tomato’s anymore, so can only look and yearn :-)
Good way to spend one’s days isn’t it? We have mangoes coming out now – I’ll wait for the local ones to ripen and get back into making mango chutney, since I finished off the last of last years yesterday. Here’s hoping I don’t burn a batch this time :-)
That’s right up my street – I’m having that – yum.
I also like the next day breakfast idea. I do that all the time and if I don’t have enough I throw in a few mushroom / tomatoes or whatever I have in some virgin olive oil – and it’s always good.
I’m sure a part of the obesity problem is that people eat sugary snacks for breakfast which leads to them feeling hungry very quickly – cue more sugary snacks – with little nutrition. A savoury breakfast with good fats included sets you up much better – in my humble opinion.
Yes, poaching an egg in it could produce a very nice Shakshouka/Eggs Benedict hybrid.
Great pic, but I had to laugh amarynth
Crave the Dish “The beauty of this dish is that it is easy to make, combines your favourite vegetables and is *unresistible (sic).”
Thats me done cos’ I’m disausted (exhausted)
Cheers

Today {20th Oct} on Russian.people, the Chinese news site for Russia, this very encouraging and interesting article, on current moves by the members of the SCO to fight Global Poverty.
Whilst it does quote certain statements made by the UN on this issue [a body which, as far as I can see, has made not one significant move to actually solving this issue], the details of how China has solved, and is still tackling this issue are the main thrust. It’s clear that this is how the SCO proposes to fight Global poverty in the coming decades.
I remember a speech given by Vladimir Putin stating that violence, people like the ISIS terrorists, arise from poverty, and poverty arises from destroyed homelands, lack of access to work, education, income.
The difference between the Anglo Empire and the growing North and Orient is shown again. Oh, we have talk in the Empire about poverty, meetings, committees, but apart from throwing a few bucks at the odd Government department or charity, what really gets done? Nothing, because the PTB don’t care; indeed, I’d go so far as to say – they like it. They enjoy seeing heaps of people in poverty, partly because it makes their sick mind feel that they are great in comparison, but also because they see people in poverty as weak, unable to fight back against vassalage, forced to be obedient slaves to the 0.1% obscenely, greedily wealthy.
China show exactly how it means what it says about combating poverty, by undertaking the work needed to be done to analyse the causes, because without understanding nothing can be achieved. Russia has joined in via SCO to act in concert.
What I think also contributes to the lack of care in the West though, comes from a universal mind-set. It stems from long ago and can be found in Matthew “for the poor are always with you”.
It’s the assumption that “there’s nothing that can be done – there will always be poor” as though poverty is a visitation from on high, not the result of actual activity by humans.
A travel document of a visitor – not an Anglo – to India from before the Empire invaded documented the huge amounts of food available to all people, the richness of dishes and cloths, the happy and easeful lives all the people lived.
Compare that to India after the English invaded – the mass poverty and malnutrition and famine!! Yet it was written off as the “Indians are ignorant, and don’t care about the poor”. !!
The attitude of China and others of the Oriental and Northern nations is that there is nothing that cannot be done, there is no life that doesn’t merit help to live with dignity, and the problem is a solvable one.
It’s probably too long to be included as a comment, so I’ve selected two good early passages and a link to the entire.
[ I think you’ll need a translator. Yandex does this well for me].
SCO Secretary General Vladimir Norov
The history of the international day for the eradication of poverty is inextricably linked with the date of October 17, 1987. On that day, more than a hundred thousand people gathered at the Trocadero square in Paris, where the universal Declaration of human rights was signed in 1948, to pay tribute to the victims of extreme poverty, violence and hunger.
In 2000, at the Millennium Summit, representatives of 189 countries, including 147 heads of state and government, adopted an ambitious UN program called the Millennium development Goals (MDGs) to address global human problems. Among the eight key goals, the goal of eliminating poverty and hunger was put forward as a top priority.
On September 25, 2015, the UN General Assembly adopted the development Agenda, which identified 17 goals and targets designed until 2030 to stimulate development in areas of primary importance to humanity and the planet. Hunger and poverty eradication, related water and sanitation, low-cost and clean energy, and education were identified as priorities.
There are several causes of poverty, the main of which are economic – unemployment or low wages, the growing impact of the environment on people’s lives and food security, as well as medical and social-age, diseases, low level of social guarantees, limited ability to work. An international holiday is dedicated to people who are fighting for the eradication of poverty on a daily basis, and those who provide any assistance to this category of population.
Every year, the events held within the framework of the Day are dedicated to a specific theme, among which in different years were: “together to end poverty”, “human Rights and dignity of people living in poverty”, “Children and families speak out against poverty”, “From poverty to decent work: bridging the gap”, “leaving no one behind: think, solve and act together against extreme poverty”, “Building a sustainable future: together to end poverty and discrimination”, etc.
The theme of the International day for the eradication of poverty, which is celebrated on October 17 this year, is related to the task of achieving social and environmental justice for all. The growing recognition of the multidimensional nature of poverty means that the two issues are inextricably linked.
Poverty is not just a lack of income and resources to sustain a sustainable livelihood. It manifests itself in hunger and malnutrition, limited access to education and other basic services, social discrimination and exclusion, and the inability to participate in decision – making,” the UN documents state.
According to UN Food and agriculture organization (FAO) estimates, 820 million people did not have access to sufficient food in 2018, compared with 811 million in the previous year. The world’s population is growing rapidly, and food production is not able to meet all their needs as a result of wasteful use, degradation and desertification of land resources, environmental degradation and climate change.
According to the UN, the new climate conditions will cause changes in crop productivity, which will cause mass poverty on the planet. By 2030, more than 120 million people will be below the poverty line and will lose access to health services, quality products and other social benefits. This will especially affect those who already live in poor regions.
Most of the world’s poorest people (about 75 per cent) live in rural areas, and their livelihoods and food security depend directly on agriculture. However, they often lack adequate access to resources, services, technologies, markets and economic opportunities.
………………………………………………..
It is also important to note that China, which is one of the SCO’s founding States, has an impressive track record in fighting poverty. China, the most populous country in the world, is close to solving the problem of total poverty eradication. In many ways, this is a direct result of the policy of reform and openness, which was launched in 1978. At that time, over 95% of China’s population was in the grip of extreme poverty.
The overall strategy of providing targeted assistance to those in need, outlined by the country’s leadership, was aimed at fulfilling six primary tasks: the need to guarantee the accuracy of the actors to whom support is provided, the purposefulness of project planning, the targeted use of financial resources, the targeting of measures to poor families, targeted assistance to rural areas, and achieving concrete results on poverty eradication.
Since 2014, all over China, work has started on creating archives and establishing personal cards for every poor family. Thus, 29,48 million poor families were registered, the number of poor people amounted to about 90 million people, at the same time, 128 thousand poor villages were established throughout the country. The state collected information on the distribution of the poor, the causes of their poverty, and the need for assistance. Based on the data obtained, the relevant programs were implemented.
The experience of fighting poverty in China shows how important it is to focus on identifying the root causes of poverty and creating conditions for the population to solve this difficult task independently.

Who was it that said, we must strive to ‘ live in truth ‘ ? I think it may have been Vaclav Havel, although many thinkers have said similar things. Anyway, that’s an idea surely all cafeistas would subscribe to.
That being the case we should be able to have an exchange of ideas without resorting to insults and put-downs. When you think of it, it’s a good thing to have disagreements – you may learn something if a compelling argument is presented – or at least the exercise will help you to test and develop your own thinking. Understanding should be improved either way.
Aren’t disparaging comments just a waste of time ?
With the greatest of respect to, and admiration for all café contributors :-)
Certainly share amarynths’ feelings of needing to disconnect from Empire “News” {ha.ha. } from the Anglosphere Empire. It’s something I’ve been doing a lot lately.
I mean, anything out of the Empire HQ in USA sounds like a daily report from the dementia ward {Mr. Smith is still pooping his pants in the day room and throwing his faeces at Mrs Blogs; Mr. Screwtape is still telling outrageous lies about everything – his diagnosis of extreme chronic Schizophrenia remains confirmed and untreatable. And so forth}.
So, from todays “Putin-Today” I bring 3 delightfully positive and interesting pieces of real news, for the happy and optimistic of heart :-)
1. De-offshoration really works: a good article which goes into the details of exactly how Russian firms and shareholders were dodging tax, how the tax system works and the changes Putin has made so that it is now disadvantageous to companies to keep up the practice. The writer has been able to find details of a list of companies who have “gone home”.
https://www.putin-today.ru/archives/110564
2. Putin just signed into law a very important reversal.
The history of the introduction of a reverse excise tax on the processing of ethane and LPG has come to an end. Vladimir Putin signed the relevant law, thanks to which the Russian gas and chemical industry will make a real breakthrough in the coming years.
This initiative could have been adopted a year or a year and a half ago, but under the previous government, the position of first Deputy Prime Minister was held by Anton Siluanov, the law was constantly delayed and delayed.
Fortunately, Yuri Borisov, who received additional powers in the Mishustin-Belousov government, was able to push through the initiative in just a few months. The article gives the details, and huge returns due to Russia starting now, from tax and other income generating initiatives. Interestingly, although it doesn’t say anything specific about the rather “sus” Siluanov [thought by many to be too pro-US], it makes it clear that he stalled and stalled, and yet Yuri Borisov got it through in a matter months. Yet again, I point out, there’s that name again – Borisov – as a man who gets things done in a short space of time. A man to watch, I’d suggest.
3.Finally, something amarynth has mentioned: I though I’d include the biggest part of the statement made by the head of the FSB:
“Well, how else to interpret another rare appearance with a public statement of the head of Russian foreign intelligence — this time on Moldova (?)
Quoting TASS, highlighting some of the places:
“Naryshkin said that the United States is preparing a “color” revolution after the presidential election in Moldova.
The Director of the foreign intelligence Service said that the United States continues to interfere in the internal Affairs of States friendly to Russia.
Director of the Russian foreign intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin said that the United States is preparing a “color” revolution in the country if Igor Dodon wins the Moldovan presidential election. The text of his statement on Tuesday was distributed by the SVR press Bureau.
“Now we clearly see that the Americans are preparing a “revolutionary” scenario (after the events in Belarus and Kyrgyzstan) and for Moldova, which will elect a President in November, ” he said. According to Naryshkin, the us is not satisfied with the current head of state, who maintains constructive relations with the CIS countries, including the Russian Federation.
“Assessing I. Dodon’s chances of winning as preferable,” Naryshkin said. — The US state Department ordered its Embassy in Chisinau to set up the opposition in advance to organize mass protest actions in case of his re-election with the demand to cancel the voteresults.” According to him, the American-affiliated media and NGOs are already “throwing” fakes into the information space about the authorities ‘ plans to resort to falsifications.
He stressed that the Moldovan security forces are being persuaded by diplomats from the US Embassy not to hinder the likely street protests and to switch to the” side of the people ” immediately.
The head of the SVR also stated that there is information about the preparation of a group of American specialists on “color revolutions” to leave for Moldova “with clear tasks”».
He stressed that Washington continues to interfere unceremoniously in the internal Affairs of States friendly to Moscow along the perimeter of the Russian borders. He also added that Belarus and Kyrgyzstan are making crude attempts to influence the post-election situation.
“We regret to note that the United States, which so loudly declares the unacceptability of any external interference in the internal American election campaign, quickly forgets this postulate when it comes to the need to ensure Washington’s opportunistic interests abroad. In this case, such a concept as the sovereignty of a foreign state clearly falls into the background. Truly, America is above all, ” Naryshkin said.”
Source of information: https://tass.ru/politika/9766401
It only remains to remember that in fact, the” color scenario of the United States ” in Belarus firmly tied Lukashenko to the opinion of the Russian leadership, and in Kyrgyzstan-Zhaparov, who came to the post of acting President, has already declared the priority of strategic partnership with Russia over any other…
So if everything goes according to the Belarusian scenario in Moldova as well»…
But the blame for this, of course, will be the state Department and Brussels.
LJ: hippy-end”
https://www.putin-today.ru/archives/110575
This latter leaves me only one question: “Given that the US is now being utterly blatant in it’s manipulation of sovereign nations to bow to it’s demands, and install the puppet wealth draining spigot they want – why is it that any nation wanting to be independent still has US embassy’s.?? These damn “colour revolutions” cost money, loss of businesses, often injuries, and even lives.
When are they going to be able to say “the US Embassy is closed, all diplomats are ordered to leave, only US visitors will those with Visa Approval, for work, study, marriage, business, tourism.” Any American proven in a court of law to be spying for US will receive a mandatory 20 yr prison sentence. “
Surely the world has had enough and has the “whatchamaycallums” to kick them out, calling them out for why.
What a rare and precious week, if you are ready, to unite the contradicting archetypes, which is ‘God’s work’ by letting nature have its way, living
simply the ‘normal life’ incl. all the daily dishes, like amarynth’s ratatouille. The ways of the archetypes in the unconscious, award by giving awareness, of their ‘knowing’ the way of the good (= reflective) life of the individual, which is of so much more intensity then what the outer world can offer.
In these demanding and complex times of changing the historical polarity of existence, the balance of the psyche is only to have in the realm of reflection.
For those who are listening for what is cosmic talking order from within:

More Quibbling over the names vs the realities of things.
I. Civil War
Civil War as a means towards the Intended Dissolution of Nations …whether that nation be Untied States in the 1860’s or today…..Russia 1917 -1920 and in the 1990s …….. Ukraine (before ever properly formed, I am told) 2014 til the present the United States 2016 through to the present day.
Note that I do not deny the reality of civil war.
What I deny is:
a) The idea that such a civil war is only kinetic and the Second US Civil War will start right after Nov 3, 2020
I offer for general consideration that, much to the contrary, it is primarily a war of ideas and identity simmering for a century + and broke to the surface, in terms of determined resistance to save the republic…….ONLY when people ignored the pollsters in 2016 ….Fake News ……and “they” (their blue opposition) & their witch Hillary LOST.
In fact, it is possible, though not guaranteed, that the war of ideas is won in as little as a few weeks….and the kinetic part is avoided, except for some more of the sort of looting and burning tantrums we have seen the last 5 months.
Which only woke up millions of liberals…..and made them start to walk or slink away.
I also deny
b) The idea that “The Rest of the World Will Be Safer” if the United States, as an idea of a sovereign republic loses the current Civil War of Ideas and Identity (including gender….lol) that it is in…………and disintegrates.
The fallacy of composition in that piece of nonsense………..is that such an outcome is not precisely the goal of George Soros and his globalist ilk.
Because IT IS. Full Stop.
I also deny
c) The Idea that the United States IS The Essence and Totality of the Empire and that a majority of its citizens on both main sides of the Ideological Divide are genetically, organically pre-programmed for World Conquest.
Unlike Ken Leslie, I argue that such is NOT the Collective Guilt of the majority of Germans, either in the 1930s and early 1940s….or today.
We have a regular here, who is German and lives in Germany and who several years ago related how he had asked his father (a young adult during the Third Reich…..now no doubt deceased……) “What happened?”
The answer he reported here that his father gave was more or less: “Almost none of us knew. We could not see. We were in a fog.”
Not as any excuse…but just as a plain fact of the matter.
The difference between Germany then and the US today…….is that scores of millions of Americans do now finally see enough…(the signs of trouble were there before many were born…) not of everything in detail…..but enough to be on much higher alert…with some sanguine sense of their actual situation…..than they have ever seen…..before…at least …..in the last century.
And they…..unlike the “good Germans” of the 1930s…..have a fighting chance to actually restore their republic and its better potential…..and flush most of the Empire shit …out of the house…and into the sewer.
And any of you want to write that imperfect but rising consciousness off……see them lose….and descend into bloody homicidal chaos at home…….because they were (before 2016, in the majority) too lazy or stupid to see that that (homocidal chaos) is what their government was sowing abroad???
No redemption allowed??
Such an idea falls right into Soros’ (as a mere Empire representative we can SEE….many others we cannot see…… but that may soon change……) idea of his role for you if you cling to such an unfortunate and harmful …..Pro-Empire of the Mind ….Bad Idea.
I also deny
c) The Idea that the United States Is The Essence and Totality of the Empire and that a majority of its citizens on both main sides of the Ideological Divide are genetically, organically pre-programmed for World Conquest.
Unlike Ken Leslie, I argue that such is Not the Collective Guilt of the majority of Germans, either in the 1930s and early 1940s….or today.
I could be misunderstanding what you said, but I don’t recall Mr. Leslie indicting the German people on this. What I do recall is him saying that he disagrees with Goldhagen’s thesis in Hitler’s Willing Executioners.
Sorry, the above text was supposed to be blockquoted.
Hmmm….sounds like a similar kind of gameplan to Turkey supporting Azerbaijan
KIEV, October 20. /TASS/. Ukraine commence construction of two naval military base in order to protect the Black Sea region, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensy said in his annual address to the lawmakers. “We commence construction of two state Ukrainian naval military bases in order to protect the Black Sea region,” he said. Zelensky also added that military ships, such as the Getman Sagaydachniy, continue their upgrades; Kentavr landing speedboats are being prepared; and the new Neptun anti-ship missile has entered service. Zelensky also disclosed plans to extend military cooperation with Turkey, the UK and the US. In particular, he noted that Ukraine plans to develop drones and air defense systems with Ankara. The President also reported on upgrade of military vehicles.”
So, it’s another way the US gets a base on Russian soil, and Turkey too.
That stupid SoB isn’t going to be happy until he sees the entire Ukraine go up in flames, is he?
Hmmmm. Interesting. I’ll try to find out more about this, but I just found this YouTube address. It’s in Russian without subtitles, so I have to go with the translation of the sub-screen comment. I reads {unchanged}

It is better to file a class action from several people living in the same area, the state duty is 300 for all of them. If one person goes to court for all of them, the rest of the plaintiffs can issue a power of attorney to them. You can certify it for free at work or at the housing Department. Bring a completed form with signatures and the Manager will certify your signature in the power of attorney. The courts take this.
In a political sense, it is important to have mass participation and the opinion of the entire people of Russia.
Please send this claim to all your friends to file a claim in court or just to inform them.
IN short, it seems a class action is being put together – and I’m assuming the name of Fedorov here is Yuri Fedorov of the Russia First party and a Duma politician – to sue Gorbachev for damages caused by the illegal dissolution of the USSR.
Very interesting to see where, if anywhere, this leads.
I was interested to read one of the comments to the above – it turned up on my FB page:
“I won’t waste words on this non-human. Russia is not Europe, never has been and never will be. Russia is a self – sufficient, independent and independent civilization with its own history, including the 90s, culture, religion and science. That is why our country and our people do not have to prove anything to anyone in the first place. It is enough that the country’s status has been restored. Everything else will be resolved in the process of working with the republics, including”
Not only have the comments – from Russians – been highly contemptuous and derogatory of America’s Russian hero, but the comment that “Russia is not Europe”.
It’s something I’ve been saying here and elsewhere, for some timenow. I even wrote an essay on it, on my sadly neglected blog site – and I’ve copped a fair bit of flak for my pains.
But I know that many many Russians, outside the MetropUniLibs and “smoke filled coffee house” ** set in Russia do feel this way. This demonstrates that.
{** since I’m sure all the cafeista’s here are too bright to smoke, this of course, excludes OUR coffee place :-) }
Russian’s are a feisty people, full of verve at best, and bright like unpolished diamonds, but they do have a weakness for arrogance, well, in today’s wold that sounds highly paradoxical perhaps, anyways, yes, Russia is part of Europe, part of life’s great mystery.
“Russian’s (…..) do have a weakness for arrogance”
Curious statement, to me Tuppence. Could you give some examples perhaps, of what strikes you as “arrogance”?. After reading many Russian writers, living there for 9 months, it was one thing I never saw. It struck me especially after the domineering arrogance of the AngloSaxon Ruling Class and many of the AS people, I must admit.
Certainly, they are strong in standing up for themselves, but God knows, they’ve had to be to survive the unending attacks on them from European, Turkey and Anglo-saxon countries. They have a biting wit with a dark, sardonic sense of humour – which I must admit appeals to me – but I never saw those things as “arrogance”.
Can you say what it is you did?
Could I add, that you also said “yes, Russia is part of Europe” – in response to a Russian man saying “Russia is not Europe, never has been and never will be.”
He expresses an aspect of his sense of his National Identity, and his own self Identity [which, again, I heard voiced over and over in Russia], yet you tell him he is wrong. You, in fact, will tell him who and what he is.
And – sorry Tuppence, I mean no offence – but to me THAT is arrogance.
Hello there veracious Pamela !
Well to start at the end, I will never tell any Russian he is wrong ! A very bad idea…next up, it is one thing to be aware of one’s ‘national identity’ and another thing to be aware of ones country and peoples destiny.
With Russia the latter is all important not only for her people today, but for for all people on the earth. That is why too strong national self identification with ones country may lead in the wrong direction, I think we know what the outcome of this is, without my writing any more………….
I respect those universally recognized people of Russia for who they are, what they have to say. That is why I have written of Shostakovitch, Pushkin for instance. In this sense the great historians and writers of Russia, knew this country as part of Europe, despite their history, which ran independently to a large extent from European cultures.
This is my understanding, based on those with greater knowledge than I have. Not personal or ego driven, if books are burned, great writers and composers forgotten, the truth will surface anyway somehow.
Russia is significant ultimately for humanity, that is the point.
Now only I notice that I wrote “dear veracious Pamela” above, meaning of the truth, when I had meant to write vervacious as a form of vivacious, in the context of Russian’s having verve, as I wrote in my comment.
More often then not, you are of the truth, and when I don’t agree, then I remain silent, but your original comment’s meaning was ambivalent to me, and I had thought we were in agreement, hence my initial reply.
I hope and trust you have thought about my reply above. Well, its been a long shift and now I must sleep.
:-) :-)
Dear Tuppence – I thought the “veracious” was kind, but indeed appropriate. I dont lie and struggle not to be deceived by what I want something to be as opposed to what common sense and evidence tells me it is, but vivacious is very complimentary. So thank you.
Re whether we are in agreement on this, I can’t agree that a strong sense of self Identity and National Identity are bad things. Everything can lead in the wrong direction, if we want it to. It’s the one thing which makes us different to everything else on this planet – our power of choice. Religion can lead to saints and miracles, and to demons who kill the innocent in it’s name. It comes down to the choice of the person.
Just think back to the horrors Russia has endured in the wars European [and one Scandinavian] nations have brought to her, and how her people have endured the unendurable. They did this, fighting all the time, to preserve the nation and people they knew themselves to have and be. It was that identity which held them strong, and glued together so that the biggest strongest fighting army of that time, the Wehrmacht, couldn’t break them.
Moreover, our self of identity is vital, because it is the anchor which holds us strong in the face of all the “slings and arrows of outrageous fortune” thrown at us. I see how like pieces of straw blown in the wind so many of the AS people have become because now so few have any sense of who they are; of what it means to be “English” for example.
Moreover, the second point I would make is that how you and I see such an idea is a personal choice. You may think that Russian strong sense of identity is a bad thing, and I think it an essential thing, but bottom line is, that it is up to the Russian people to decide for themselves. Just as it for the Irish, the Cymraeg, and so forth. We have no business giving them a name the majority reject just because we think it right.
I would add, I feel this way about all nations. The maps we have are political maps, not really what they should be – geographic. And they are totally Euro centric. We label the Middle Kingdom, “China” because that’s our name for it, as if it were an immovable fact. But The people of the Middle Kingdom dont call themselves it.
We label everywhere East of the Bosphorus “Asia” which merely means “East of here”, but to the people of the East, The Far East, the Pacific Orient [and these are largely Geographic and location terms] if they use this as the Anglo Empire have insisted they do – and still do with their English word “Eurasia”, – then that makes those people identify themselves as “we are the people who are East of the Anglo Euro Sphere”, i.e. they identify themselves by their relationship to someone else. And that is something none of us, not as individuals or nations, should ever do.
A little anecdote. A couple of years back I did some volunteer English teaching at a small school here. In our introductory lesson, I tried to explain to the silent, rather sullen looking, group of young teenagers where I come from. I drew a – very – rudimentary world map {I’m no drawerer}. I point to America. “Yes”? They nodded, “Yes, America”.
“Canada, yes?”. Nods. “Europe?” – surprise, they had no idea. “Spain” , good gracious, really? “Britain”
Blank looks. Britain means nothing to them.
Then I drew this Continent, and said NOT “South America” but “Andean Continent”, and the sudden change in expressions, the beams and smiles followed by claps was shocking as well as pleasurable.
It was a shock – and I’ve never referred to this area as anything other than The Andean Continent, or the Andean Nations, since.
But it really made me think, you see. About Anglo made maps. Anglo domineering ways. Anglo naming, with Anglo names in their arrogance and contempt. So I try to combat it in my own mind.
It’s respectful I think to Russia, given that few outside of the Lib-Intellectuals of Moscow Uni’s and coffee houses, think of themselves as European, and that is getting to be less and less in the current climate. So I feel we should honour that, if we are going to be courteous and decent people.
Finally – it’s been a long shift and I must sleep!! :-) How that brought back memories. I, too, have done long shifts, especially given the large number of night shifts in hospitals in which I worked for a large part of my working life.
Is that what you do?
I hope you slept well.

Robert Kennedy on Watching the Hawks today setting out the level of dishonesty around Fauci and the pharma industry. He comes on about 16 minutes in :
https://www.rt.com/shows/watching-the-hawks/503976-covid-treatments-fall-flat/
Some topics covered :
– Fauci has put $20 billion into looking for new covid drugs while only £1.4 into the use of existing drugs.
– Remdesivir has ‘ fallen on its face ‘
– Fauci has $7.6 billion annual budget – put into development of drugs while no interest in finding causes of rising levels of disease. ( Some of the profits come back to Fauci ).
– Cost of producing Remdesivir is $10/ dose. Fauci agreed it could be sold for $3300.
– The criteria of the study of Remdesivir was changed midway through the trial, ( surely scientific fraud ) It was supposed to evaluate the reduction of deaths – when there was none it was changed to reduction of hospital time. This was claimed to be a 3 day reduction ( from 15 days ) and was announced to be a success.
– Hydroxychloroquine works if given early. ( As Didier Raoult reported at the very outset. ) Studies have been designed to use it much later – i.e. designed to fail.
– Flu vaccines don’t work. In fact it has been established that the flu vaccine makes people more likely to get a respiratory disease, ( Pathogenic Priming ) and he points to 7 studies demonstrating this.
He covers a lot though he’s on for less than 10 minutes .
The fool cannot see sense, the blind see naught but their own interests.
A match made in heaven, or hell, as the case may be….
The Fool, The Blind Men and the Agreement Between Them
Hell’s fires have never burned so hot,
As when the fool bemoaned his lot.
And, consenting to give his wrath free reign,
All Satan’s demons unconstrained!
Never did the blind stoop so low,
As when they took the fool in tow;
And, with avarice conspired to stir the pot,
And so enrich their own poor lot.
They hitched their wagons to their mules,
Of sovereign lands they made cesspools.
Of imagined slights made full grown knights
And destroyed overnight, all sacred sites.
Wonderful illustration, btw, ioan, thank you!

“Vo Srpski Učebnik of 1871 Godina Makedoncite Predstaveni kako Starosedelci na Balkanot”
In Serbian schoolbooks from 1871, the Macedonians are described as authochtonous to Macedonia and to the Balkans, the boundaries of ethnic and geographc Macedonia are recognised and described, Bulgarians, same as the Serbs are described as settlers of the region. However, by 1878, and especially by 1903, the Serbs had changed their tune, and decided that Macedonians were “Serbs”. It was after this that Serbia and Bulgaria began sending armed troops and battallions, priests etc. into Macedonia to try and make them Serbs and Bulgarians by force. So began the great battle for the Macedonian soul. ( “Greeks” were here too, and in fact, had been so for many years trying to make us into “Greeks”, still at it today.
I hope that those who have an interest in this subject will take note, especially some of the more, well, nationalistic types, whom I’ve been saying all along either have no idea of what they’re saying ( and there are some on this site ) or are simply consciously, disseminating lies. That’s what happens when you allow yourself to be sucked into some nationalism, instead of looking rationally at facts. I must say, I’m satisfied and hopefully one or two may take note, esp. Ken Leslie, who has an interest in Slavic Studies.

Ever wondered how the PTB are going to bring in digital currency?
They’re using crypto-currencies to attract the early-adopters of technology (esp. on alternative media sites and electronic payment methods – to bring digital currency in (at the same time theyre diminishing the importance of the $US and even availability of notes and coin – India and Australia having abandoned the issue of larger denomination notes – as the US did years ago abandoning the issue of $10000, $1000 and $500 notes
‘Bitcoin surged to almost $13,000 for the first time since July 2019 after PayPal Holdings announced it will allow customers to use cryptocurrencies.’

You see its being done by stealth
Regards
Tyson, give me a little time here. Its been a hell ‘of a day.
No this is not stealth. It is however a recognition that the Chinese are the winners here in digital currency. Paypal is simply now making cryptos (names that people know like Bitcoin) available for the common man. I’ve been half of my day into this thing with a bunch of other crypto people.
What Paypal is doing, is introducing digital currencies, and only in the US. US Fintech is so far behind the curve here that they are using non-governmental cryptos to do the introduction. They simply do not have it! We need to wait for the ECB introduction which will be a digital bank fiat currency in competition with the Chinese digital currency.
Paypal is not trading a crypto. They have no blockchain and one does not have your private keys, which makes crypto your ‘own bank’. You cannot transfer from Paypal to your own wallet, you cannot transfer from your own wallet into Paypal. One cannot do much but buy from Paypal and consume from Paypal. In cryptos, *not your keys, not your coins*. They are reselling because there is a cash crunch coming. They see the writing on the wall and want to bring the crypto market to them so they survive the cash crunch. They are truly gouging the fruits of other labors.
I’ll get to it. This is not stealth, it is an admission of defeat in fintech. It is both good and bad for real cryptos.
(Full disclosure, I own all four cryptos that Paypal is announcing for use – further disclosure, we use Paypal a lot, but I will never ever use a crypto bought through Paypal and held in a Paypal account, because it ‘aint crypto – Paypal will make transfers available in time, but their technology is so far behind the curve that they’re probably going to cave and sell to a crypto bank, before they can do that.).
Digital currency or crypto currency is a fact of life. I’ve been preaching to get with it for years now. There is a very big difference between digital, which we all use today, and non-governmental crypto currency.
Yeah, the fog is lifting about this Paypal announcement. They basically on-sell crypto that they buy. Many people are going to think that they have a crypto currency, but actually Paypal has it, and they have only dollars. But I don’t know how Paypal are going to do their marketing because I cannot see for the life of me how owning a Paypal crypto is going to help the ordinary person?. Who is going to buy crypto with Paypal, then try and buy something, that they could just as well have bought with dollars? Crazy business this, however the real crypto folks are happy with the idea of onboarding many merchants. Basically it is Paypal going into these 4 cryptos, and telling their customers that it is the customers. Really deceptive.
My point was bitcoin, in particular, but cryptocurrencies generally, are a beta test for the introduction of a digital currency
CAF said the same thing (in more detail) namely they are undermining / destroying notes and coin currency at the same time ramping up the intro of digital currency (words to the effect in that vid you kindly posted about 2 or 3 Cafes ago now)
I really do like CAF as she analyzes what happening in the finance sector – whereas I take a more domestic economic / geo-economic outlook on developments. She’s made several points that have never occurred to me before
The above doesnt mean that money cant be made from buying & selling cryptos in the meantime, btw (I’m not critical of cryptos – altho I dont have any myself)

Thank you for that link Tyson B. I hadn’t read it before – and its from a few years back. I’ve saved it – it’s worth that.
What stuns me anew, is how many of these scientists of great repute – not unheard of nobodies like me – but highly cited in academic writings, with positions of repute, many publications in highly valid scientific journalism were warning, explaining, so long ago, the facts – let me repeat FACTS – of this “virus”: how it has never been isolated, identified, visualised {via electron micrograph}, how it doesn’t fit a single one of all the standard requirements to recognised and acted upon, and every politician and national leader around the world outside of Лукашенков of Belorussia has ignored them. Politicians,— who know nothing of this field, at all.
I had to give a lecture once to a roomful of politicians in South Australia about the work the production laboratory I was a manager of was doing – related to Government Funding for it.
Not one of them even knew what a nanoparticle was. They didn’t even know what the word “nano” relates to.
Yet they are the ones whose word is being obeyed, and reported, and repeated ad nauseum as if they are and reflect reality.
And so many sheeple follow them blindly.
It beggars belief for me — but it’s done one thing: I now believe wholly in what Nietzsche called “the Herd”, or I prefer to think of as the Hive Mind.
I avoided thinking this way, because it struck me as arrogant and dismissive of human interaction and respect.
I dont ill wish any of the Hive Mind nor believe that they dont deserve all the respect for a dignified and human life as anyone else – but i no longer doubt their existence. I No longer doubt that they should never be allowed anywhere near power over others – either as voters or officials.
Which is going to draw me flak, I know. So be it.
Pamela,
the methods to manipulate / control people take advantage of the fact that people generally want to go with majority opinion. This is a fact that would be learned very early in any course in psychology ( the first week ? ). A.A. Milne called it third rate thinking, but it’s been shown not to be limited to the poorly educated or less intelligent.
I believe the term ‘ going viral ‘ is deployed with this in mind. There was an article (s) in the UK press recently persuading people to wear masks. They referred the reader to Batman ( I’m not joking ), the gist was, “… don’t want to wear a mask ? Take some advice from Batman. ..”. They linked to an excerpt from The Dark Knight Rises where Batman says, again the gist, “..wear a mask… not for you, but for the people you care about.. “.
This is very similar to government advice. Then the reader is informed, ” this video has gone viral..”.. Would anyone say oh I’m wearing a mask because of Batman – no – but propaganda works best when it’s not too obvious, but present in everything ( I believe Goebbels said something along these lines ). While unwanted info, – Assange hearings, Biden revelations, doctors speaking against covid measures are suppressed – desired narratives go viral.
What worries me is we probably all absorb at least some of it through a process of osmosis.
We can counter that “osmosis” sandyinED by being constantly critical, and using our own experiences, reading, knowledge, and seeking out facts, I think. Also, just plain common sense – long derided, but the best guide of them all.
Its why I do agree that herd thinking is not limited to the poor of intelligence. In fact, I think now it’s actually worse among the crowd I call the MetropolitanUniLIberals. They have a moderate intelligence, an ability to follow a train track once set on it, so to speak, but they get their “woke agenda” degrees and think they know it all, and follow herd-think.
I find its the skilled tradesman, the country workers who need to keep their wits about reality, and common sense, in order to do their jobs – often in order to stay alive too. They live closer to reality than those who are trained into hive-mind at school, go straight to Uni to be indoctrinated, and live in a non-reality bubble.
The major problem with group think is I suspect, fear. People as you say, are desperate to be part of the crowd, to be a member of the herd, and fear being rejected, so they go along to stay part of a group, out of fear of rejection and being alone. Maternal leaders of wild horse packs use the same technique to bring difficult youngsters into line :-)
And we have to be very clear that we must never let fear rule us. Feel fear, sure, it’s a natural guard, but examine the cause, then choose the action. And fear of rejection by the group for sticking with what you know to be right should never be a driver in our actions. Sadly, it is in 95% of the population.
Pamela,
I do agree that it is sometimes worse among the ‘educated ‘. There is a faction of ‘ born-to-rule ‘ elite – they feel that they automatically know – just by their assumed innate superiority. Then there’s the ‘ old boy ‘ network, the Ivy League connections. I also agree about common sense. I had an exchange with Col the Farmer where he bemoaned the lack of it. My very first question on every narrative is – does it make sense ? I believe if everyone made this a habit, propaganda would be much less effective.
I do understand though, that it is not always easy to keep up / stay informed. We have to fight through the daily deluge of manipulations and outright lies, and programming which has been going on pretty much since birth, has to be overcome ! Working people struggling with perhaps two jobs to make ends meet, and family to care for, then don’t have that much time to spend trying to be truth seekers.
So, first common sense then perhaps Roger Water’s credo, ‘ look at all sides, get the evidence then do the right thing.’
That’s not a bad starting point.
Thanks for all your efforts Pamela.

There is an even much more simple check.
– If those in charge want you to be in fear of death
– If the media of those in charge is a circus of notorious liars
– It they tell you they act upon scientific facts from a group of experts they posted
If all above are true, it is nearly certain you will be taken for a ride to a place, you would never ever go by yourself.
The problem is, people like to believe that their leaders are telling the truth, because oneself is acustomed to not lie in order to get by with people.
If one is dealing with evil, this trait of trusting becomes a deadly dangerous weakness.
Evil must be quelled because it rapidly multiplies, but to do so one has to know evil inside, out – which at the surface seems implausible, but it is not. This however can only be obtained by knowing of God’s realm and his perfection, without it one has no grounds to confront evil, and as Jesus said one is chaff in the winds.
The hour seems late, but it is it only for the dark forces – only they have a ticking clock running, not those who make it to God’s realm.
Tyson
With all due respect, and just my 2 cents worth but it appears that this particular link contains some very dangerous misinformation.
The NZ experience is completely at odds with these claims…and incidentally, our mortality rate is at least 150 times lower than that of the US/ UK/ Brazil/ Ecuador, etc. Of course, our country’s leader has more than half a brain…perhaps that too gives us a wee bit of a head start.
I think it is a fairly safe bet that the particular PCR test that we use [out of the literally hundreds available] and the way it is deployed, is a large factor in our success and has allowed us to quickly regain some semblance of social and economic normality.
We also had an international rugby match last weekend in Auckland with an attendance of some 33,000. The crowd size was pretty much back to pre-covid numbers…so was the scoreboard…the AB’s once again made the Aussies look a tad pedestrian!
And a quote from the below link…
“Like us, the SARS-CoV-2 virus responsible for Covid-19 has a set of genetic instructions called its genome. While we might not know exactly what each gene in that genome does, we do know that together they make up the virus. The PCR test looks for specific genetic sequences that are only found in the SARS-CoV-2 virus. That makes it very suitable as a screening tool as it has such a low false-positive rate – people are highly unlikely to test positive unless the virus is present in the sample. We know this is true from all the thousands of negative tests we’ve seen here in New Zealand.”
“We also know the PCR tests really do detect viral sequences as this has been confirmed time and time again by also sequencing the entire viral genome from a positive sample. In New Zealand we’re now using genome sequencing as an extra bit of information to see which cases are linked together. This can help to define a cluster or even understand how someone might have become infected as happened in with the Rydges maintenance worker or the recent community case in a person who had tested negative while in managed isolation.
“According to the Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics’ dashboard there are now hundreds of versions of the PCR test. What differentiates them is the equipment they are designed to run on and the specific genetic sequences they look for. Some of the test kits can detect as few as 1-10 copies of the specific viral gene they are designed to pick up. That makes them super-sensitive.”
Cheers and regards

Col,
from the last café, you liked the Michael Hudson, Steve Keen video – I wonder if you would like Hudson’s book Killing the Host. It’s a large book on economics – you’d think it would be a chore / bore – but I promise you it’s a page turner ! I’ll have to buy it again ( someone borrowed it then disappeared ) because there’s so much in it I need to have it to refer to – it was clearly too much to take in on a single reading – but it was a good read.
It makes me wonder how can it be, when people like Hudson and Keen who can explain so clearly what’s going on and suggest solutions, that the choice on offer is Trump or Biden ?!
On another note here’s another entertaining article by Craig Murray on ‘ Magic Novichok ‘ :

He goes through the ridiculous claims, which would all be dismissed if people used the most basic common sense – as you have recommended.
I was also thinking of your potential name after my pattern – if you put the place name before the Col, that would be even better. I haven’t written it out because when I tried to make the joke before it was cut from my message, ( considered abuse or the capital letters ? ).
All the best Col,
Sand
Sandra, I am a great admirer of all of Hudson’s work including “Killing the Host” and so too of the Ausy Keen. These guys are realists and heroes… albeit slightly muffled ones for fear of having their brains blown out if they are too explicit in criticizing the FED’s central roll in the slow killing of the host.
The Hegemons ‘choice’ of these two moronic compulsive liars [Biden/Trump] is to be expected as this is what a completely dysfunctional neo-feudal kleptocracy will always result in.
Anyone with integrity who doesn’t work for the swamp, either directly or in some sort of crazed gormless ignorance [Trump] simply won’t make it. 2020 is simply 2016 revisited…no surprises there!
And of course, on the subject of heroes, Craig Murray most admirably fits the bill…this is why he himself is in grave danger of being disappeared or locked up. The Orwellian situation where journalists and society are forced to be afraid of the truth has arrived and is well on in the process of completely overwhelming humanity and determining its narratives.
Sad place indeed
Col
I have to say I was somewhat shocked to find that I actually had to agree with Sleepy Joe’s appraisal of Trump’s coronavirus ‘strategy’ in the recent debate.
The US mortality rate is roughly 4.72 higher than the world average. Add to this the fact that the gathering and release of this data is now politicized and Trump’s goons have the opportunity to mess with it before it is released you can be certain of the fact that it is no longer exaggerated and if anything could be even worse.
And to think that Trump criticized NZ’s response which has an MR 172 times lower than Uncle Sam…you could hardly get any more delusional than that…ummm…well actually you could… simply by joining the Nostradamus 93 camp and worshiping this moron.
Sad times indeed…I actually agreed with a Biden observation!
YCHMTSU
Col
Even a broken watch is right sometimes.
Yes I hear what youre saying Col – and I am loathe to post mis/disinformation
But the test for the virus that NZ is using is not the *only reason NZ has had such smashing success in containing the virus – which was adequately rewarded for the ruling party in NZ’s recent general election – a landslide I hear!
NZ early on went for the Elimination strategy, whereas your near neighbor Australia, went for The Flattening the Curve strategy
Other countries eg Sweden went for the Herd Immunity strategy – they cant say that publicly because they would be admitting that more people (esp. the elderly and those with co-morbidity) are going to die
So in NZ’s case I think it may be a combination of factors – the strategy and the type of tests themselves

Society collapse, financial collapse, and environmental collapse will hit the Wall of Extinction at about the same time in the very near future.
And the Globalists have big plans for this event.
https://www.clearnewswire.com/467590.html
@Phil
How can an environment collapse ? Does it become non-environment after the collapse ? Can you see what games they play with language and us ? How can we accept such total non-sense ?!!!
If you mean changing an environment to our disadvantage, that’s another story…WHO is actually selling “CHANGE” (for the better of course) all day long for the last hundred years ???
Greta surely believes in ‘Change’ big time, as her CEOs do, what are they crying ? Exactly “Change” !
Yes it’s becoming boring, nonetheless still a hot seller…..all the while the forest I life nearby, just wants to be, no ‘Change’ required, not at all, delivering fine wood for free and when done with careful insight with even better results – for the forest itself and the extracted wood.
It’s time for the snake water sellers to go to hell, isn’t it ?

This is an interesting interview showing how the Bolivian people reinstated democracy in Bolivia.

They were able to do that even though fascists continued control of the medial.
Some of the suggestions could be used to help restore democracy in America.

https://www.lewrockwell.com/2020/10/donald-jeffries/its-all-over-but-the-crying/
If I were to sit down to write a summation of the events over the past several months to several years, I could not do better than this article: indeed, it is all over but the crying. It captures the complete and utter despair that is this country and is its future at the moment.
To think that trump, with his family crew of grifters in the white house, the arrogance the malfeasance, the incompetence that is he and his team of goons and ghouls, is laughable and prompts one to want to run to the forest for sanity.
Then we swing over to hiden biden and his crew of obama II stalwarts, one cannot even muster up the energy to laugh, cry, or mumble to oneself. It is to prompt complete numbness and a blank one thousand meter stare that one would find among soldiers which have just experienced hours and days of uninterrupted combat shelling.
——————————–
From the article:
As I mull over the sorry state of my country, crumbling and collapsing with not a single honest, responsible leader in sight, I’m reminded of Ambrose Bierce’s classic work The Devil’s Dictionary. His definition of a year as “a period of 365 disappointments” certainly describes 2020 perfectly.
We have finally seen the culmination of decades worth of horrible decisions by incompetent and corrupt leaders. It takes a lot of brainwashing, and collective stupidity, to elect the kind of “representatives” we are saddled with. Or a totally rigged electoral process which doesn’t count the votes. Take your pick. Either way, the people lose. This includes the “awake” minority who suffer more because they’re fully aware of what’s going on, but also the sheeple majority who made it all possible with their monumental gullibility. It’s tempting to smile when picturing them running around in circles, desperately pressing buttons on their dead cell phones.
All the crimes and cover ups I’ve written and spoken about, will never be exposed to the masses. The court historians will continue to state with arrogant certainty that Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK, and 19 crazed Arab terrorists were responsible for 9/11. Donald Trump is a “racist.” “White supremacists” are the greatest threat to America. “Systemic racism” permeates our government and corporate world. And it’s all your fault. You’re so racist you don’t even realize it!
————————
And I would add to the last para, the court historians will add with mind numbing arrogance that the Russians did it, they are responsible for hacking and interfering in our “fair and democratic elections.” And our noted historians of the press will repeat and repeat these lies and will not challenge the narrative.

“I’m not a banned journalist. I’m just a guy walking on the beach with his dog.”
The new platform he uses is SO Bitcoin-like: “PEER TUBE”…… it’s called. LOL
The title of the Oct 31, 2009 release of the Bitcoin White Paper was and is:
Bitcoin: A Peer To Peer Electronic Cash System
Jeff Berwick is alright…even though I differ on a few matters. He maintains that if you buy a little Bitcoin sooner, rather than later……you’ll end up in “the 1%”.
Well, yes and no. Possibly. But not certainly. Not by just thinking that Jeff knows more about the subject than you do….and leaving it at that. Don’t be that lazy!
Because:
The math is not ALL there is to it: 21 million Bitcoin…..don’t even spread around evenly among the well to do…in whole integers of at least 1 apiece. Fine! True! But while the bitcoins ratio to the world’s millionaires….of which there were said to be 35 million of….. 3 years ago…when I first heard that statistic…is less than 1.0. quite a bit more study that that fact …………is required to not be Rekt on the Reefs of Wayward Crypto-Geeks
Because: The devil is in the details.
And THAT is why Martin Luther had to write 95 Theses or Diatribes (or whatever he called them) per Mundomaniac…….and couldn’t just keep things to three sentences.
Me neither! Sorry, got to root out those devils……er…details.
Lots of socialists (except for Ramin, he hasn’t got any Western hangups, to speak of….) wouldn’t be caught dead being in the 1%.
But look at Jeff!
He’s there….maybe even in the 0.01 %….the 1% of the 1%…..and he doesn’t even want to kill the other
99%….or 99.99% of everyone, the way that Kill Gates and Klaus’ Orally Delivered “Kamp” (Plan for “Reset”) boringly prescribed as “necessary” at the recent globalist wing ding in Davos.
Max Keiser? He and Stacy are light entertainment, IMHO. Makes more mistakes than Jeff does, on serious matters of theoretical foundations. Instead of finding a higher IQ than his by 30 or 40 points interesting and exciting……he goes to pieces….plays The Fool….starts talkin’ smack.
“Come on, Max!”, as Joe Biden would say.
This is a preview of what I have to say on top of what Berwick says in the above Peer Tube video. After I review what other have had to say in this cafe.
I caught a glimpse, and that is all.
Hasta la vista……….después de mi siesta…..y un cafecito.

Bro,
Busy here; Didn’t get to the Charlie Ward/Webb/ Cirsten vid till now and just finished. It’s nice to see birds of my feather lay out what I also see as reality. GW looked bushed as he should be after his last 4 years journey. What was impressive is GW’s natural humility that allows him to sit at the knee of a Master like Ward and immediately dive into realms he was not beforehand aware of re; the Quantum world Trump and team are unveiling. Ward kinda reminds me of the guy at an event hawking “programs” detailing who the participants of said game are. You, I, and others on this site are aware of the systems of law (Constitutional vs Maritime) and the ancient bloodlines of Venetians etc and the hierarchies beyond that. To hear Ward tie up all the threads and bring it into the present turmoil and how it relates to recent happenings and what the near future may well hold actually gave me confidence and a sense of calm that “good” will defeat “evil”. It’s that simple. An old friend once said that “God invented time so that everything didn’t happen at once”. Silly, but………we must be out of time as it seems everything IS happening at once. I highly recommend viewing of this video. I admit that some may not have the same knowledge base that you, Bro, or I or others have and will think it is tinfoil hat shit. Fine. But, it will make you maybe, just maybe, want to consider what is presented as this near future unfolds.

I’m not so interested in the kabuki theater of US politics – as Ive said many a time, much to Bro93’s grief – that it makes no difference – the US is a kleptocracy and the obscene greed of the parasitic class and subsequent gross inequality will be what buries the US branch of the Empire
However – its the timing!!!
On the same day as the last Presidential Candidate’s debate – info on Maxwell has been released in the hope that it gets ‘buried’ in the 24/7 news cycle

Bro, I’m not wading thru 2 hours of an unknown – who may not even be in a position to know, i.e. never ‘been inside the room’ when the big decisions are made! What’s Frank’s qualifications? What’s his bona fides? Cant you see by him promoting/supporting/defending one political party – he’s still *inside The Matrix?
In my life I’ve been ‘inside the room’! I know what its like to make a stand – I know what happens to one, when one speaks truth to power (and I’m the first to admit that I came off second best!!!)
As result I know ‘where the bodies are buried’ so to speak – which allows me to discern i.e. tell the difference between fact from fiction / lies from truth / information from propaganda. Try it – you may like it!
If you know about Operation Mockingbird and the, then, 400 of the CI of A’s operatives infesting the US media – what on earth makes you think that The Company doesnt have operatives in alt-media?
Btw, I’m not at all pessimistic for The World – as we’re entering a whole new paradigm of Multipolarity – rather than the last 30 years of Unipolarity of the total security-surveillance state that the PTB have established for the Anglo-sphere of countries – and sought to roll out to the rest of the world – since the fall of the former Soviet Union
From the POV of history, I’m sorry to say it – but youve backed the wrong horse. Worse still, youre gonna be finding that out sooner – rather than later!

IMO, an important letter with scathing comments about the lockdown disaster:
https://www.sott.net/article/443240-World-Doctors-Alliance-Open-letter-to-UK-government-world-governments-and-citizens-of-the-world
e.g.
Professor Ferguson’s modelling was not even peer reviewed before being acted upon by several nations. Eminent epidemiologists such as Professor Gupta from Oxford University were ignored, they estimated the death count would be far lower in the UK.
Professor Ferguson has a long track record of woeful modelling he was entirely wrong about SARS, MERS, mad cow’s disease (CJD), and swine flu. Why did the world listen to him again?2
Countries which did not lock down Sweden, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Belarus have all done significantly better than us in terms of percentage of population deaths. They also have herd immunity and intact economies.
Lockdown did not save lives, and this has been published in the Lancet ‘….in our analysis, full lockdowns and wide-spread COVID-19 testing were not associated with reductions in the number of critical cases or overall mortality.’3
That’s now all for the history books, Europe will go into total lockdown again and again until all countries are bankrupt and the ‘saviours’ can rollout their plans, the only hope is the US is not playing the script with Trump and thus foil the Green/Great Reset.
Much, very much is at stakes on November 3rd !!!

The world is not black and white but a series of greys between the two. Two vassal states, Australia and Canada have upped the vitriol against China in recent times (anti-Russianism is a continuum), a stance that would appear gratuitous and economically unsound. Like good soldiers they are likely following orders and scripts.
What to make of this though, from the Canadian state broadcaster? Is there any truth (the best lies contain a grain of truth), any smidgin of truth at all here? Genocide is an inflammatory word and could of course be used against Canada’s Trudeau and Freeland for killing by sanctions an estimated 30,000+ in Venezuela.

I’ve been informed that Russia is focusing towards the North, the East and the South, not the West. Sergey Lavrov’s announcement that he’d stop dialogue with the EU (at least temporarily, if I’m not mistaken) might have been heart-wrenching at first, but I’m kinda cool with it now (I mean, yeah, the EU has been rather hawkish towards Russia).
A wide-ranging interview with Lavrov briefly touched upon Russia’s relationship with Japan.
Pamela’s assertion that Russia is not Europe makes me think of a similar question about Japan and South Korea: are they ‘Western’?
One can argue that Japan and South Korea are occupied by the USA like Europe is. On the other hand, the Philippines is also occupied (to some degree) by the USA, and I have yet to hear/see anyone claim that it’s ‘Western’, or at least to the same degree that Australia and New Zealand are.
One comment in Mr. Escobar’s article (/iron-curtain-still-separates-russia-and-the-eu/) notes that the territorial space of Chinese civilization extends to both Koreas and Japan. I do not remember anyone considering China to be ‘Western’.
Ramin Mazaheri, in one of his articles (/the-us-the-only-western-country-with-zero-muslim-influence-at-all/), claims Japan is a Western country. I’d like to know by what metrics he considers a country to be ‘Western’.
What defines ‘Western’ when classifying countries that are geographically in the East?
@joey
Western, any country that has a Five Eye+Occupied Palestine Friendly government, it’s not a geographical term, it’s political/ecconomic. All countries that bow to ‘Five Eye sanctions, financial controls IMF WB’ are under ‘western’ influence. Hence ‘western’. In military terms, they are in the ‘west’s camp’. Many ‘western’ citizens may not like to be there but most of their leaders are under Epstien type controll, compromised, blackmailed, and some are just bat shit zio/evangelical crazy, lusting for more money and power.
Cheers, M
As one who lived in Australia for many years, and has links to New Zealand, joey_n, When we talk of countries outside their geological and geographical framework, we are talking of their people.
When we talk of a people en masse we are talking basically of the dominant culture, and that comes down to the racial characteristics and consciousness of that people; their shared history, language, myths, religious beliefs, social constructs, and political and daily life preferences.
There can be no doubt just by looking at a photograph that – lets say, for example – this one is a negro man – Bantu or Masai,- that one Chinese or maybe Japanese, that one a pale Scandinavian Occidental, and so forth. Race does exist in that sense.
Australia, New Zealand are indeed located in what we call “The East” because all maps these days are Anglo-Euro Centric. “East”, simply means “East, using a compass, of where the 0 line of longitude goes through London England. Did any of the native peoples of these lands even think of themselves that way before the English then Americans invaded and swamped them??
But both are dominated by these Anglo’s with their culture, their economic structure and power. They speak English, they teach themselves a degree of English history, and learn English literature. Where they don’t, they use the cousin Anglos the Americans, variation of the same culture.
So they are “Western” even if located geographically “East of London” or East of the Bosphorus.
Which makes them a bit “split” and I suspect leads to a lot of discomfort for many.
In addition to my previous reply to you joey_n I went looking for a piece I read some time ago.
Written by a gentleman by the name of Frank H Wu, who describes himself as “an Asian American” he wrote “There are no Asians in Asia”.
He described a business trip he took through the Pacific Oriental nations with his Japanese descended wife, with the opening paragraphs being:
“There are no Asians in Asia.
The claim seems preposterous. It could not be more true.
As I concluded a business trip spanning East Asia, I realized again how “Asian” is a construct we have imposed on a sprawling region with multiple languages, cultures, and peoples. We interacted with people who were proud to be Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese, and Korean — not an “Asian” among them.
Each of the places we stopped has its own organic sense of identity. Likely none of the inhabitants of any of them would call themselves “Asian” unless prompted to do so.(…) ….More recently, Asian values have been promoted as embodying racial characteristics. Lee Kuan Yew, the inaugural and long-serving prime minister of Singapore, described Asians as oriented toward collectivism, unlike Westerners who preferred individualism.
Despite his enthusiasm for Asian values, his version of the concept failed to catch on with the general public. They may have been suspicious it was being deployed as a justification for authoritarianism.
So it would surprise Asians to be named as such”
https://www.huffpost.com/entry/there-are-no-asians-in-as_b_5392390
We need, I think, to be aware of others as themselves, not as pale damaged reflections of Anglo Saxons and who thus must be molded into Anglo values and characters.

Bank of Russia proposes a new set of digital currency regulations………….
Blockchain is great for LAW….
Not so good (in fact terrible) for Law Breakers.
This applies to Elections…….secure voting records…anti-vote fraud…..as discussed by Charlie Ward with George Webb….and it applies very potentially to violations of custody for purposes of embezzlement by…….. commercial banks, investment brokers and even fiat issuance by central banks.
Many real (but mostly fantasizing….. imaginary….wanna be) crypto-pirates reject Law.
Not smart, at all: While Law is slow…………….its “arm” is very long………..and is now reaching back into the past…to illegalities that occurred 7 years ago.
That is NOT a frightening, totalitarian development. That is transparency that would have revealed the Naked Capers of Bidens/Burisma…..and much further back into the 90s……in Russia stopping the Bill Browders and other carpet baggers…..as well as the home grown thieves of national wealth…..much faster.
Once investigators and law enforcers are up to speed on the tech. They are getting there!
Alright, Cryptonauts……
Sandra in Edinburg caught my eye in the last Café and motivated …or rather rekindled a recent line of thinking of mine, with a sliver of an idea within this Colonel-directed comment of hers:

Namely this sentence, therin:
“……………………… delighted to know you’re not connected to the Maxwell clan and I love Max Kaiser – if I’d just taken his advice to buy Bitcoin more than ten years ago, when you could get it for nothing – I’d have a lot more money in my pocket today.”
Not speaking to me but to dear Kiwi Col, the one eternally angling anxiously for a Controlla Virus Rematch….with everyone, anyone….but especially me, for some odd reason or fascination with Nostradamus ………….who I have never even read one sentence of!
Go figure!
Others have already handled the subject quite well, thank you! No point in pinning your Karen Corona Persona to the mat ad inifinitum, for the umpteenth time, is there?? (I see none, sorry. No wrestling/debating challenge there…at all.)
On to newer , more profitable dialogues for Sandy or debates for the Colonel………and whoever else enjoys breaking ideas down to their essence…….AND does not consider either “Fun”….or “Profit” to be filthy capitalist notions or “Plandemic” (or ANY letters of the alphabet) …….to be dangerous “conspiracy theory” words/letters requiring ever-vigilant and ever more vigorous censorship!
If Col has the grappling itch…. He and I both (and anyone else partaking in this matching of wits and bits……) could all ……actually come out ahead!
Win-Win-Win!
Societally. Politically. Civilizationally.
Those are better, purer motivators than “Privately”…which can and does distort judgment…..all to often.
Because either (individual or collective) Fear nor Greed are “higher-vibrational” states of rising consciousness or IQ…but quite the opposite……They Make Us Dumber
How to avoid such disorientation and “dumbing down”?

After the launch of large volumes of production, vaccination against coronavirus will be free and accessible to Russians, said Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko.
“Using various technologies, we can use different production capacities. This will allow us to have a certain assortment, and vaccination against coronavirus is free and available to citizens from the moment large production volumes are launched,” Murashko said at the Eurasian Economic Forum.

Lockdown breeds the personal ego trip by default, drives people nuts, makes ’em paranoid and depressed, it’s clear as day, you see it in peoples eyes, their fear and dulled consciousness.
Then people get a bit aggressive, desperate and mean ! Worse and still badder !
I like the humor here, the broad sweep of political and economic news, not the msm rubbish, although if you’re clever enough, artistic enough, as some are, you can laugh at that and make it vanish into insignificance, now comes the boring part, be careful with satire, censorship smiles when leveling fields… And also, mind your p’s and q’s, e of those is outlawed (calm down Shakespeare, we’re living in an unthinkable age, sad, but true…)
My lockdown point is, get wings, mind wings, imagination wings, how on earth do you think birds fly ?
Fellow café patrons…
I’m now going to stick my neck way out now and offer a few reasons why my gut instinct tells me Biden will be the new POTUS….and heaven help humanity through the transition!
For obvious reasons, I have tried not to allow poll predictions to alter my feelings in any way.
#1 In 2016 a lot of votes were not for Trump but were in essence a vote against Killary. As dreadful as Biden is as a candidate I don’t see him creating quite this same scenario or at least if it does persist it is likely to be at a significantly lower level. = more vote for Joe.
#2 In 2016 a lot of Democrats believed their own propaganda and ‘poll’ predictions and simply didn’t bother to vote on the day…they have had 48 long months to dwell on the result and an equal period of gnashing of teeth and mouth-foaming over their overt and incredibly inept laziness and complacency. This will be so vividly etched in their minds it is awfully difficult to see them allowing this to happen again this time around. = more votes for Joe.
#3 We recently saw a huge consolidation of support in NZ’s recent election for the liberal left…in itself, we are such small fry that this is only important because it appears to herald a global trend in this direction. Some choice we had…neoliberal lapdog left or neoconservative lapdog right!
= more votes for Joe.
#4 In NZ a large part of the vote was not even about left or right or red/blue, but simply about Coronavirus and how our countries leader conducted herself along with the resounding success we have had in the fight. By contrast, unless you are completely deluded it is patently obvious that Trump’s handling of same has been a shambolic disaster. This CV-19 effect is another wild card that simply did not exist in 2016…this too will cost Trump…bigly! Like it or not CV-19 will play its hand in this election too. = more votes for Joe.
#5 Voters have had 4 years of profound and painful demonstrations of the fact that their ‘leader’ has the literacy and comprehension level less than many children whose age is still in the single digit realm. = more votes for Joe.
#6 So too the same amount of time to realize his grasp of diplomacy and world geography are at an equally imbecile level. = more votes for Joe.
#7 Four years where the shroud of decency that the hegemon hid behind has been ripped off and the self-serving rape of much of the planet has been laid bare…even to the stage where Trump actually brags about it. Biden will no doubt be not a lot better on the bragging front…look at what this idiot has done in the past. = still on balance a few more for Joe.
#8 Four years of observing first hand Trump insulting and continually kicking sand in the face of his ‘enemies’ on the world stage. Of course he actually does the exactly the same thing to his ‘allies’ [read compliant lapdogs]…and on a very regular basis. = more votes for Joe…sigh!

PS And I await the loud wailing of Nostradamus 93!
You’ll be waiting for Godot instead, down there in the South Seas, skimming along above the waves of the Southern Ocean..(..That’s why the albatross have to glide forever: there’s not enough energy throughput in that evolutionary model to power much flapping of wings…..) for hours at a time for a measly, even more clueless, morsel to come near the surface.
Plus, I have taken to whispering, of late, remember? Shhhh! (your points are absurd…..you’re not here…remember that, as well???)
These people that pick quotes from butt-hurt Atlanticists and their publications…….(whose whole world is imploding on them…and they have yet to figure out why…)…… are truly clueless and wishful thinking as to what is going on here….because to put it politely…your “sources” not so subtly or quietly………… suck ……………globalist you-know-what.
Trump is not the epitome of our foibles. Nor the cause of them by ANY stretch of the imagination..
But you might have to be Russian to even have ANY idea about all of that:
http://www.israelshamir.com/article/america-repeats-russian-follies/
It’s late…but speaking of what fellates the most, in terms of bad ideas, I had to post the link and this section, because I saw our dear old vot tak make a rare visit recently, and I KNOW he would absolutely treasure this Vintage Shamir Composition of Ideas and Pungent, Pithy Russian Polemics:
“The advanced age of American candidates for Presidency resembles 1984-1986 of Russia, when three Soviet leaders of advanced age died in the course of three years. This parade of superannuated leaders was terminated by election of Gorbachev who was relatively young and able to speak without a prompter. Russians compare Biden with their Chernenko (76) who led Russia in 1984-1985.
Witty Viktor Pelevin in his new novel suggests a different date:
“Modern America is a Brezhnev-style Soviet Union circa 1979, with LGBT in the place of the Komsomol, corporate management in the place of the Communist Party, sexual repression in the place of sexual expression, and the dawn of socialism in the place of the death of socialism. However, there is a difference. One could escape Soviet Russia, but one can’t escape America (meaning its influence is global). In Soviet Russia, one could listen to the Voice of America, and there isn’t one now. Only three slightly-different Pravdas and one many-faced immortal Brezhnev, who fiercely fights with himself for the right to suck Bibi Netanyahu”.
Viktor may have won the contest to match the Russian dates of greatest correspondence with The American Political Evolution (or Devolution, or BOTH….in simultaneity!) with the most sarcasm….however Shamir cites other hypotheses…..that also have their strong points.
Let the reader decide the best Russia/America overlay.
Let “the people” decide to decide in every nation!
We ARE getting closer to…. possibly……. doing that. It’s just taking several centuries, that’s all.
Patience and Perseverance!
Cheers!
Hi Col — interesting perspective that you took. Just mine for this next election and I won’t do it as thoroughly as you, but actually just for fun, because nothing will change, excepting a continual out of control empire doing worse and worse things, and becoming more and more impotent, as they are forced into becoming a ‘normal’ country. My expectation is that in some way or another we will see a dissolution of the current US and a replacement with a different system, whether it be new countries, or new states with more power, but at the end of the day, less federal power. I may be wrong of course, but this is how I read it today.
Mr Putin called it in his speech – US is no more the world leader – done, finis!
But I expect Trump to sweep it numbers wise, and the trouble won’t end.
Election itself by all accounts will be chaos, more chaos in the streets and the worst could be that we see federal troops in the streets and some kind of military control.
The second worst would be for lawfare or for any reason really, a type of repeat of the 2000 election (Bush – Gore) which was eventually called for Bush by the supreme court and perhaps there is no ability at all of anyone to actually take the reigns.
Of course there is so many vectors for game playing between the popular vote and the electoral college that it is easy to play one game after the other.
What I don’t expect is for the US to return after the election in any way more ‘agreement capable’ than currently in global affairs. This will take a few years and then a long time to rebuild any kind of trust.
That’s my piece and prediction … Trump will sweep it, it won’t be accepted and the trouble will not be over.

At the risk of sending Bro93 apoplectic … these are the criminal and civil legal threats Trump faces if he loses.
“If things don’t go Donald Trump’s way on Election Day, the President may face more serious matters than how to pack up the West Wing.
Without some of the protections afforded him by the presidency, Trump will become vulnerable to multiple investigations looking into possible fraud in his financial business dealings as a private citizen — both as an individual and through his company. He faces defamation lawsuits sparked by his denials of accusations made by women who have alleged he assaulted them, including E. Jean Carroll, the former magazine columnist who has accused him of rape. And then there are claims he corrupted the presidency for his personal profits.”

Ever wondered who’s behind Bitcoin? Btw, I have no skin in this game!
Another Bloomberg article re: PayPal tie-up with Bitcoin: ‘PayPal Holdings is exploring acquisitions of cryptocurrency companies including Bitcoin *custodian BitGo, a move that would expand its new embrace of digital coins.’
Note the word ‘custodian’
So ‘who is this BitGo?’, I hear you ask
from Wiki: “BitGo is a digital asset trust company and security company, HQ’d in Palo Alto USA. It was founded in 2013 by Mike Belshe and Ben Davenport.
The company offers a multisignature bitcoin wallet service, where keys are divided among a number of owners to manage risk.
– June 2014 the company received US$12 million in venture capital funding led by Redpoint Ventures.
– January 2015 BitGo announced the general availability of their Platform API. The following month the company bought an insurance policy from XL Catlin (a division of AXA Insurance) against theft from its wallets.
– June 2015 the company launched the Verified by BitGo program, a “proof of reserve” service for bitcoin companies.
– August 2, 2016, Bitfinex, a digital currency exchange using BitGo software, announced it had suffered a security breach. BitGo was not itself hacked, but processed withdrawal requests from the hacker, who had obtained access to Bitfinex’s keys
– September 2018, BitGo was approved by the South Dakota Division of Banking to act as a qualified *custodian for digital assets and created BitGo Trust Company.
– October 2018, the company raised US$15 million in venture capital funding from Goldman Sachs and Mike Novogratz’s Galaxy Digital”
My 2 bob (20¢): If zionist Wall St banksters like Goldman Sachs are investing in it – it will be an Establishment operation – and I suspect a beta test for digital currencies
This does *not mean that investors cannot make money in it in the interim. What it does mean is ‘Everything is A Rich Man’s Trick’, (also the title of a superb – but long – YT doco narrated by Francis Richard Connolly
… and as for beta tests, Col – our farmer from NZ might be able to confirm that before a new social development is introduced it undergoes a beta test usually in a small, easy-to-contain, fairly homogeneous population – like NZ (pop. 5.5million). That is true of traffic roundabouts, (called rotaries in the US) and mobile phones (called cell phones in the US) – but I’m going back a few decades now
Cheers
Tyson, you need to be very clear here with terminology. What do you mean by Bitcoin?
CAF has said for ages that ‘Bitcoin’ is being used to prototype digital money. While I agree with her in terms of Bitcoin, i.e., BTC, I don’t agree with her in terms of the full technology sphere.
We have about 2,000 crypto currencies now, of various ilks. Some of them are hedges, wraps and stable coins, some are proof of work mined coins and some are proof of stake buy-in coins. There are only three at the moment that are still reliable and fulfill the functions of hard money, whether in an electronic form or otherwise. One of these is under the same attack that BTC was under, when the developers took the big cash and was taken over by the banks. But, we are working it.
These functions are:
store of value
medium of exchange
unit of account
And then we get to things like if the hard money is open to inflation, deflation, privacy, fungibility, movement across borders and so on.
There are a few other cryptos with some of the properties of hard money and they are realizing they have to go back to the drawing board if they want to compete. And it is a competition – one coin against another, a bunch of .govs sniffing into a specific coin and so on. This is my 3rd cryptocurrency war (grins). The first one put the development of non State issued currency back, probably 3 years and we’re still picking up the pieces.
The cry about ‘they’re gonna take our money away’ is a cry into the wind. In our history as humans our money systems changed. Here is an old overview https://nakamoto.com/a-brief-history-of-money/
It is estimated that only 3% of the worlds money today is in physical form. The rest is already digital. So crying about that is to close the stable door long after the horse has run out. CAF has in interview somewhere where she explained how just 300 dollars in a local community bank can make a huge difference vs that same amount of money in a central banking system bank. Paper money is good money, but the horse has bolted and we will go to digital money even more than today. That walks hand in hand with going into space .. and setting up space communications as a species.
I like certain crypto currencies because they are non State issued hard money. I can sell for it, I can buy for it, and I can save some without losing value. This is because I am more scared of the dollar, than of a digital currency. Around the clean coins we have what we call the network effect and that would be bunches of committed people.
Here is an article about the beginnings that I wrote for the Saker blog a long time ago, and it ended up on the saker.community site. Many things have changed but the overall is still OK.
https://saker.community/2018/03/27/crypto-currencies-the-internet-of-money/
One day I’ll update.
On Paypal and their moving cryptos .. one objective here is to give a hard blow to those that are under state attack now. You know Paypal for example cut funds to Julian Assange (and many many others. They’ve just terminated the accounts of Epik, home to Proud Boys domain and Gab ). We got by that by moving to a crypto environment. So, for this one, they are attempting to take crypto out of our hands so that we cannot support one another in the sphere of resistance. If the one coin that is still clean can withstand the current attack (and we’re working it), it will be a clean non state issued peer to peer electronic cash and a store of value. In time, it will become a unit of account. This is already so in many countries under attack. The other one is still young, but it has all the properties. So, I’m watching that one.
This is also like early days gold rush, where there are more criminals than the honest. I hang with the honest. The folks are also very much anarcho capitalist, and some of the ethos is very valuable. For the rest, I laugh at their earnest ethos and tell them I’m everything and not tied to any specific mouth frothing ideology – whatever works for the task at hand. The beginnings of BTC (then called Bitcoin) were not as opaque as most people imagine. I personally had contact with most folks around at the time, and we could identify state actors clearly. The industry has grown very big though, and one has to choose your network very very carefully.
Why do I mess with this stuff? Because this is the only way that I can work effectively against the current banking system. This comes with a warning though – you need to know what you are doing because you are actually putting your own money where your mouth is – a very solid Ancap principle.
(Finally, I can really do without Bro93’s rabbitholio on this – no need to comment Bro)

Deliciously sarcastic article on banksters e.g. God and Mammom:
“The root of the problem is a deeply conventional one. Money is to be made. Banks make money handling money. Rinsing and washing, they still earn fees for the service. They are also encouraged by their staying power as indispensable international citizens. Politicians of various shades come and go. They occasionally spout demagogic promises about reforming and regulating the banking sector, but these voices will eventually pass.”

Oh, I WILL!!
Until The Grand Inquisitor burns me in oil!
(Unless ordered to, of course. Then, I’d probably hesitate to comment at all.)
Some have found reverse psychology more effective, rather than deploying a scolding “I wanna control the narrative here, little brother.” approach.
Keep in mind, I had 3 sisters.
But first, on the Cryptoverse, I have to take time and go back to what y’all have been discussing regarding the Cryptoverse…and get caught up on that a “bit”.
Wherever there is common ground (we miraculously share a lot of it, you and I….and you might just appreciate, occasionally, as I do…..our often common ground, in regard to Russia, China and even Iran……a great deal more…and ALSO in regard to peaceful nuclear energy….and space exploration..there’s agreement……and possibly even about a recipe or two!
“So many Great Recipes….so little time!” as Galloping Gourmet and the Epicures might say…… ).
Meanwhile other differences CAN….or could be worked out…especially if we ever get to more than scratching the mere surface of some subjects.
I suppose people could try cloning themselves these days, and marrying an exact copy that never ever offers any push back….but how dull and boring would that be!
So, I find push back invaluable, priceless……… as that is how civilization advances, you know:
99 steps back……100 forward!
That takes time….for, challenges, arguments, discussion, correction! But as Confucius say:
“Longest Journey starts with single step”….So begin…and never quit!
But “the industry has grown very big”????
Come on, man! That’s just absurd.
It is absolutely tiny, miniscule, presently compared to its potential (and, like any double edged sword vastly positive OR vastly negative) future civilizational effects.
And the Greatest Obstacle presently (besides censorship and good people ceding ALL the ground to the Banksters and Rich Men’s Tricks…..(and I like Connolly’s documentary, Tyson…..have linked it here 2-3 times since 2015 ….but you might reflect briefly on the Trump-JFK Jr friendship…..ummm?? before throwing the potential baby out with the bathwater yet again, as Crown profiling wants you to……) is the skipping off the surface of subjects…..instead of welcoming the deepest “dives” into them.
With ALL the give and take that comes with such dives. It’s all welcome and necessary..IMHO…….if substantive with idea content…..as opposed to just “flood the narrative”, “feel good” SPAM is all there is.
Otherwise, how are we ever to break through the Fear of the Unknown…that even a pretty fearless guy like Quite Frankly expressed last night…………..on this and related “spooky” subjects???
Have a listen! I’ll bet 99% of the readers here share his fears….which can ONLY be allayed by knowledge….not opinion, not emotion….and as you say, not ideology. Almost ALL of which, in “Bitcoin” is an immense mental handicap producing a preponderance of “Cognitive Dissonance”.
Just as in every other subject where the surface is rarely if ever penetrated very far….and doing so is vehemently, stridently objected to. So, an occasional hearer of the noise, but very smart guy like Frank, ends up, frankly admitting…. these fears:
https://youtu.be/fPhfFSweYkE?t=6253
Frank voices his distrust……….no doubt shared by 99% of the 99%….here there, and everywhere….unless you were playing with cell phones…when you were 2 years old.
But should they (those that were not supplied with a hand computer for more than 50% of their lives) trust what they have now…..with fiat and central banking????
Can it possibly ……get better???
Or only worse???
ANS: It can get better! And that can be proven and understood.
But not if all that is permitted is Noise (static) & “My Opinion”…………and Proof ..& Truth…(signal)…or the debate required to arrive at such………. Is Forbidden.
Under those circumstances (of general ignorance) dumb luck would be required.
Which gamble virtually never turns out so well.

Yesterday we took our girl for her swimming lesson.
Only yesterday, chairs had been placed well away from the viewers balcony railing and 1.5m apart, large circular stickers marked the spot on the concrete floor, and laminated flyers warning parents and carers of safety issues occupied each seat, while all those months previously had been no chairs at all. I used to carry one up from downstairs and sit at the rail for 45 minutes to watch every stroke, every breath :-)
I also have failing eyesight.
Other parents leaned over the rails or just sat on the floor.

We are on the same page on the scamdemic. 6 people have died in Q since the beginning.
Sure enough, before our girl was in the water, a very important little person dressed in bright red and yellow appeared beside me and started barking at me about getting back to the spot marked X and safety. I calmly said to my son: is this where we leave?

He cancelled all future lessons and we drove to the next aquatic centre, where life was normal and the learning pool with its sidelines was normal.
Qld has an election coming up. We’ve enjoyed relative normality for quite a few weeks now, but I feel assured that the City Assembly is formed here, and ready to swing into action after 31 Oct, just as it is in Canada and NZ and UK – our government of occupation, which is now legally allowed to take and hold people in facilities until they take the test.
