Oh dear, I had two things and wanted to start with the funny. The TV-producing section of the Russian military just opened a TikTok account, and it is hilariously funny. Now, TikTok is not my style but we have to accept that it is a younger style, and rank and file soldiers are younger people. So, this fits them smoothly. But, I found this on a Twitter account and when I wanted to post it from the Twitter feed (as I have no clue how to even find and then post a TikTok thing), Twitter fell over and it is dead for now. I’ll post it when Twitter gets its marbles together again. (Mmmm, in these days and times one cannot help but ask if there was a little help to make Twitter fall over?)
So, the other was a serious thing.

The absolute horror here is that of course, as many stated that ‘Covid is not a thing’ as hard scientific ‘causality’ or cause and effect could be in question, now that very same scientific reasoning is being applied to vaccine damage. All of a sudden scientific ‘causality’ is again brought into the picture. If someone takes a jab and falls over after 2 days – of course, the cause cannot be the vaccine as we cannot determine cause and effect so it cannot possibly be the vaccine that made that person fall over. Oh heavens, don’t fall for this or any of these exotic reasonings because you may just be hoisted on your own petard.
Karganovic makes a good argument here for the insanity in that.

FSB reveals details of plot against Lukashenka
Alyaksandr Fiaduta and lawyer Yuriy Zenkovich were detained in Moscow for planning a military coup on May 9 in Minsk and an attempt on the life of Alyaksandr Lukashenka. This was reported by the FSB Public Relations Center.
The detention operation was carried out by the Federal Security Service of Russia together with the Belarusian KGB. According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, Zenkovich, who has dual citizenship of the United States and Belarus, and Feduta, a Belarusian, worked out a military coup scheme in the republic “according to the worked-out scenario of “color revolutions” involving local and Ukrainian nationalists, as well as the physical elimination of President Alexander Lukashenko.”
It s reported by InfoRuss that it has been made public that the evidence and testimony of the arrested states that they had links to CIA and / or other foreign nationals, that orders had been given to kill both Lukashenko and his children.

Three comments in, and one commentator is already calling for a boycott of Japanese products and services.
Go ahead, boycott all you want, I wouldn’t let that ruin my day. If you prefer to buy local, that’s your choice, I wouldn’t care.
But for me, at least, it leaves me speculating. A bit of sleep has been lost over the recent news, and my head is still spinning. Are the products I already own still ‘safe’ to use like they were the weeks leading to last Monday, or do they end up getting ‘cancelled’* and I can’t use them anymore?
I’ve been told on this site and elsewhere that many German industrialists are not on board with their own government’s foreign policy. If there exists such a disconnect in Germany, then I wonder to what degree a similar disconnect exists in Japan.
Two years ago I saw a YouTube video about a German car factory in Russia (can’t remember which automaker it belongs to or where the factory is at). One commentator asked about how this factory’s presence is acceptable when Merkel and co. are part of NATO’s attacks on Russia, and another commentator responded saying something about the automaker not being state-owned, hence not fully on board with Merkel’s policies.
On an earlier article here within the past month or two, fellow reader Katerina said something about European companies (I assume privately owned) operating in Russia and being accepted there granted they behave themselves, obey the local laws and pay their fair share of taxes (or something like that, I might have to dig through and find it). My hunch is that if they behave just as well in China, then they can do business there too and compete with local brands. (This would henceforth exclude brands like H&M or Kogame who have definitely not behaved well.)
Are Japanese private companies with a presence in China (e.g. Nintendo who had partnered with Tencent a year or so back) guilty of PM Suga’s actions any more than a company like BMW (or which other automaker said factory mentioned above belongs to) is guilty of Merkel’s actions?
(*Where does one draw the line between what can or can’t be ‘cancelled’?)

The tragic irony here is that Bernini makes a lot of very good points but then proceeds to shoot himself in both feet by completely rubbishing the most basic and affordable tools [including testing and contact tracing] that countries like Vietnam and Taiwan used to almost completely wipe out the spread of Corona-virus without using a single vaccine dose.
It is idiotic for Bernini to ignore these hugely successful models and then proceed to promote the Bolasnaro ‘strategy which is a complete unmitigated shambolic disaster.
Vietnam and Taiwan, and incidentally NZ too, by transitioning to the end-game and using basic good advice to build our immune systems and with the added safeguards of Ozone therapy and Ivermectin, could completely illuminate the disease without deploying a single vaccine shot.
So there you have it…the strategy I support could use zero vaccines and the one Bernini promotes would require billions of doses. Not only that, the Brazil debacle has allowed new strains to mutate and thrive that are much more lethal and kill younger people as well as infants at a very serious rate. This will necessitate the B&M conglomerate to indefinitely develop new vaccines to try to control these new variants as they battle an ongoing entrenched and now endemic disease.
So ask yourself Anonymous…who do you really think is working for B&M, as you put it, even if it is in a state of extreme paradoxical ignorance.

First of all :
1/. In order to begin thinking, listen to what is said, or written very, very carefully.
2/. Then formulate a reply, or even maintain silence, there is always so much to think about !
3/. Try to base your reply solely in direct connection to what has been said, whilst intuiting what for them, the most important aspect was, how they felt.

I have so often thought during the last year, about the content from this presented by anonymous, but the first time I ever heard anyone else describe this.
I very often posted about the lockdown and restrictions that began last year, the effects they were having, all manner of issues in connection to the these, and barely mentioned the illness, and if I did, always in the context of a broader context.
But the realization of this verbatim, visual tyrannical manifestation all around me, i.e. masks, social distance, kerb detours, lockdown all followed by the letter, after a lifetime of observing the ever encroaching social, political, cultural form’s of everyday life, then I had to think, OK then, so here we are, this is it.
These forms, life-style issues, have been the result of materialism and fear. And we are now well launched into the era of barbarism, set to continue for a long time. I have tried to address this here, from different angles, as other s have, resistance or no response. Never mind, thoughts take time to grow, or they will if heeded…
Re my comment, I could have concluded this with far more words than “resistance or no response” to describe my point, a lengthy article even, but it is enough. “He who has ears, let him/her hear.” I know they will.

On the contrary, I went through the contents of the link very carefully.
I immediately found, as did Amarynth, that it was based on a whole raft of faulty premises.
In doing so it basically underwrites the very approach that Bolsanaro adopted. This is a very dangerous meme that will cost countless lives if people follow this tack. As such, I don’t mince words, neither do I post here under the illusion that the cafe participation is some sought of glorified popularity contest.

Me? I would lose such a friend with the schmaltzy pretend Christianity, but not a smidgeon of the love.
We are dealing with a similar situation. A friend (co-worker) was caught in Brazil in lockdowns and needs to get home – home is in Europe. So, a test was necessary and it was positive and resulted in 2 weeks quarantine.
I stuffed her with maximum doses of Vit C, Vit D doses that could kill a small horse and good information that the test as it was performed is not indicative. Now she also knows what is done with the tests and she knows which questions to ask. The test is a confirmatory only, after a proper diagnoses by a real physician. The test gives an indication (if used correctly and if it even is functional) as to viral load and is an indication of how aggressive the therapy should be. Please, people, educate yourselves here, so that you know what to do.
OK, so I did not shout at her when I heard she went for a test. I did not shout at her when I heard it was positive. We simply went to work. Now, it is time for her second test after quarantine – remember she needs to get home!
So, we worked on this one too. She is going to a reliable physician before the second test. She will get a clean bill of health as we already checked everything. And then, if the second test is positive, we have some ground to stand on and to push it back into their faces.
We have not lost friend here, in fact a friendship just cemented more. And I’m not using god to try and get a foot to stand on for what is clearly horribleness to another. I have a particular dislike in these kinds of christians. My friend (and co-worker) will get home.
Bear in mind, you can shout ‘scamdemic’ all you want, but in every mass shooting or planned event to stoke fear and drama to use for purposes of mind control, usually there are a few that actually die. Please do not be one of those. If you want to fight the state, have at least your information ready, clear and handy in terms that they understand.

Anyway, regarding SARS-COV-2 and Jerry’s letter to his friend. First paragraph he makes a statement that the name Covid-19 was selected to make it easy to remember.
Well, no. There are naming conventions and the naming convention was followed here. SARS-COV-2 is the ‘critter’ and COVID-19 is the name of the illness that the critter causes. This is a long-standing naming convention that is not new.
I trust very few in this sphere, but I trust Russia and I trust (to an extent) China and I trust even Cuba, before I trust any of the western sphere. Seemingly New Zealand is still in a state of sanity.
So, in Russia, they report over 8,000 cases this morning. Now I can hear the scorn – what is a case? Well, in Russia a case of Covid-19 is counted when that case is confirmed by a blood test. And a Covid-19 death is not a death before a physical autopsy is done (and even here sometimes it is a judgment call – these numbers are soft). So, their numbers are more correct than most.
They are also working on a type of skin test strip, hoping that this research will be done before next autumn. This will be a quick and low-cost testing of specific cell immunity against the coronavirus. Russia is working all aspects.
So for now, they are not envisaging new lockdowns as the rate of infection has dropped. They are talking about entering a post-Covid period now – but recommend masking and hand-washing to continue.
If you look at the graphs for Russia, they closed their border with China right early on. And the rates of infection were low initially. And then, it jumped – from a few, to into the hundreds and then thousands per day. I cannot say too much about this but there were other countries where this happened as well. And if one analyzes all of those countries you will find that these are generally countries in ZoneB
We’ve not heard the end of this. In the ZoneA sphere, we need to gird our loins with solid information because we are being deliberately confused with a real virus, and the attempts of these states to have total control over their populations. Don’t say ‘the test does not work’. Study that test and figure out why it does not work in it is not only the cycles. It is the manufacturers as well. If I had to take a test now (and I’m not in a place where I will be coerced thank heavens), I will want to know the manufacturer, I will want to see the insert documentation and I will want to see the statistics specifically for that instrument. I will first go to a physician that could diagnose and then take a blood test, and then take a Covid test but only if I am coerced.

I think thats overdose, but to date, there is no clinical studies that say OD on vit D cause harm. Like iodine, the extras get flush out of the system. I take 5000ius vit D per day (we’re north of the 49, just hitting 12 hrs of light per day now), it has been studied, and doses up to 10,000ius are tolerable without causing bodily harm, just what I’ve read, and not medical advice to anyone……….everyone must do their own research and have some trust in certain people.

Currently, the empire is extremely overspread. The situation in the US is crumbling: border crisis, markets are acting weird and a crisis is looming, lockdown, racial tensions and protests, control of information, people kept at gunpoint by weapons of war, extreme debt situation, a bunch of other absurdities, including chip and medical crises. This week we expect the verdict concerning the court case of Chauvin. This is going to be a mess and lead to some serious escalation of protests and probably other clashes. It seems like the US is in some sort of a lukewarm civil war.
Add to that: the west is amplifying it’s aggressive posture against Russia, China, and possibly Iran with military and media resources deployed everywhere to create tension and exercise control. They are trying to jeopardize economic projects like NS2 which are needed by the west. Consider also the attempted assassination against Lukashenko, and the very important observation that western leadership has gone completely nuts, including talking about a nuclear war, etc.
The information control seems to be crumbling as well. This is just too much of a mess to be able to hide and their narrative is falling apart. Fear is widespread and people more and more need some safety to come from somewhere, which clearly cannot be found in the western leadership and empire. The empire is only capable of threats and destructive escalations, not to bring order and peace. The empire has no moral ground or any ground of truth. So under this leadership things can and will only get worse.
In this context of complete western melt down, the Putin’s important speech is coming, where Russia is very stable and organized, with large economic potential and reserves. This contrast is very important. This is the best time for such a speech since it would undoubtedly demonstrate where the true reliable leadership is.
Russia controls the marginal oil barrel and is the most influential player on the energy markets. She is not burdened by big debt and is not producing large new debt. She has unhidden strategic advantage and even dominance. Russia has a moral ground and an understanding of truth.
This probably largely explains the geopolitical tensions and despair.
There is absolutely no “need” to buzz the borders of Russia—just because you can does not mean you should.

The State Department said Monday that the U.S. ambassador to Russia, John Sullivan, will now be returning to the United States this week before returning to Moscow “in the coming weeks.”
Why this matters: The statement, from a State Department spokesperson, comes just hours after Axios reported that Sullivan had indicated he intended to stand his ground and stay in Russia after the Kremlin “advised” him to return home to talk with his team.
• The Russians did not forcibly expel Sullivan as they did with 10 other U.S. diplomats in retaliation for President Biden’s sanctions last week.
• “Ambassador Sullivan will be returning to the U.S. this week to visit his family and meet with members of the new administration with whom he has not had a chance to consult since he agreed to continue serving in his post indefinitely,” a State Department spokesperson told Axios Monday night.
• “He will return to Moscow in the coming weeks.”
Between the lines: There’s a lot we don’t know, yet, about the circumstances surrounding this decision.

The United States ambassador to Russia is refusing to leave the country after the Kremlin “advised” him to return home following new Biden administration sanctions, two sources briefed on the situation tell Axios.
Why it matters: John Sullivan, a respected diplomat who President Biden has, so far, retained from the Trump era, is at the center of one of the most important early tests of Biden’s resolve.
• Russia’s foreign ministry announced Friday it would expel 10 American diplomats and bar current officials, such as Attorney General Merrick Garland, from visiting Russia.
• But the Russians didn’t expel Sullivan. Instead, the Kremlin summoned him to meet with a top foreign policy official, Yuri Ushakov, who recommended he go back to Washington for consultations with Biden officials.
• Sullivan’s view, according to people familiar with his thinking, is that if Putin wants him to leave, he’ll have to force him.
• A State Department spokesperson declined to comment.
The big picture: Last week, in response to Russian cyber-espionage and interference into U.S. elections, Biden unveiled a series of sanctions targeting the Russian economy.
• Biden spoke with President Putin last Tuesday, telling him that sanctions were coming while also exploring the possibility of a summit between the two later this year.
• In announcing the sanctions, Biden called them “proportionate,” and was careful to note he did not want to kick off a cycle of escalation with Putin.

Between the lines: In response to the new sanctions, Russia didn’t expel Sullivan — or make him a “persona non grata,” “PNG” in diplomatic parlance.
• “If the Kremlin wants to PNG him, that would be a very escalatory move,” said Mike McFaul, who served as ambassador to Russia under President Obama. ”The last ambassador to be PNG’d from Moscow was George Kennan, by Stalin in 1952.”

The intrigue: Russia is amassing thousands of troops along its border with Ukraine.
• US officials have been working behind the scenes with allies to warn Russia of the costs of seizing additional territory but have made clear they’re not going to intervene militarily to deter Russia in a non-NATO nation.
The bottom line: Biden wants stability and predictability to define his relationships with Putin and Russia, while his administration focuses on China.
• By ignoring the Kremlin’s suggestion to recall Sullivan, the administration isn’t taking the bait to escalate, while making it clear that Biden gets to decide who his ambassador is, not Putin.
