The Cafe is now open for business … come on in and have a good time.
Saker Webmaster
Well, as it happens, you can indeed live without food, though very few have achieved this it has been done, but not without love, of course not, love is the same as the air we breath in being essential for life.
Interesting post and first post on the cafe here :)
Have you tried it? How long did you last?
Mine was 90 days water fast no food… once one breakthrough the first 2 wks, one will be much much much lighter body, as all the waste would have been gone… anyway, nearing the end of 90 days one almost feel god-like (cant explain it but thats how I felt)
Pls do not try if you are unprepared, esp mentally and pls be prepare to abort anytime and pls arrange for or seek support in case you collapse
… but its not the every day experience thats for sure (and no need drug induce)
… and when one comes back to the ‘normal’ world one will never look the same again :)
be well be safe
Idea came from the header photograph.
Foods do affect ones mood, especially kids. Once I needed intravenous liquid food and water for a while (saline solution), my skin became like transparent white silk, like a Goddess, but that’s different.
I’m I’m useless with fasts, food and diet are like people, individual, I don’t like prescriptions on this either really, our bodies are different now to even 30 years ago, let alone the ancient civilizations.
People are also different how they cope with starvation, resignation, kindness to others, primitivism and so on.
You can buy food, if there is any, but not love, imagine if you could, like popcorn from the vendor.
Ah I see :) Love and food :)
I read somewhere that we are body of light …
and the food we consume only contribute max 20% of our energy intake…
… the rest of the 80%+ is actually light energy absorb through our skin and our being, inc mental
I wanted to test that – can I live on light energy ALONE?
… and one day the opportunity came
(after I have prepared myself mentally and physically for months and months)
He Hee :p noty me
I was very surprised I survived but at the same time freaked out on ‘what is REALLY a human?’
… since they indoctrinate us – if we dont eat, we die – the consumerism stuff
… maybe we were wired differently originally b4 the culture of eating becomes a habit and daily practice as promoted by The Advance Civilisation System?
anyhow I am eating and sleeping like a pig since this lockdown business – there is nothing else to do but eat and sleep :p
I am not to be blamed here.
The Advance Civilisation System made me do it :D
be well be safe
there was a somewhat famous fella long ago, who tried living on six grains of rice per day, as he lay there dying, it took a kitchen maid to point out the folly of his ways and explain the meaning of life to him…….lucky man.
my you live long and in restful slumber, walk lots, if not locked down, it’s good for covid belly….lol, had mine long before covid, must walk more:)
Cheers, M
Imagine a monkey, a cow, any animal deciding to fast, quibble about diets, a vegan lion ? What is a human being, that’s what we need to find out – fast;)
HA HA :D sean the leprechaun :)
If I die of the BIG belly syndrome, I am sure they would classify my death as c19 straight up and pure!! No question asked!
Nobody will ever know how outta shape I was! (as long as I still fit into the coffin)
HA HA :D
cheers mate! lets have another drink?! on me?!
be well be safe
I remember it was at least a month ago when this “But if you close your eyes” meme (where a country disappears from the map) appeared in my YouTube feed. I thought this, when applied to any country in the world, would be some ironic joke.
And then it was yesterday when I came across this while surfing Twitter.
https://twitter.com/garfxist/status/1394800362045931522
Some of the netizens on Twitter who have retweeted the #NoFrance hashtag have also admitted their Francophobia, sometimes proudly.
It is understandable that some would take offense at France’s admittedly irresponsible and reckless actions in Algeria and Vietnam as well as the posture of the French government regarding the Israel-Palestine conflict.
But what do the French people themselves have anything to do with this?
What was the general opinion in France alone in each of these events?
Are these actions of the French government/elites not against French public interest?
What/how much does it take to separate a centuries-old culture that gave the world pasteurization, hot-air balloons, radium, Braille and the metric system from a puppet government run by a cabal that spits on said centuries-old culture?
One thing springs readily to mind as Ho was a communist and the French Communist party supported the colonialists. Members of that party went along with it and many fought the genocidal and colonial war against Vietnam, so those octagenarians had something to do with it. People of today? Not so much.
Their lack of victory inspired generations of American’s to go enrich the paddy mud too. U$ just can’t get enough of a good thing, eh?
You forgot to mention the world wide contribution of STDs like syphilis and gonorrhea which is horrible curse upon the Tahitian islands still. They should be noted for that too! Perhaps they should have made some smaller balloons?
Dang, I had no idea.
But even so, one can turn this into a bigger question of what makes some people so quick to throw the baby out with the bathwater, or, in this case, to bite the hand that feeds them.
Unfortunately Twitter, as with any other (Western?) social network, will have no shortage of crazy people (twits?) or ideas, so don’t expect Twitter to be some save haven for rational, civilized or intelligent discourse.
If some Twitter users take pride in cancelling France (or in this case French people), that’s their problem. The least I can do is to roll my eyes, and I suppose others here might as well.
And after all that, what’s the whole point of looking at the tweets of some random user – and one you might probably never befriend? Sure, he/she in particular may support e.g. the Palestinian cause, but that doesn’t make him/her an expert on anything else. Nothing is ever black or white.
Long story short, don’t feed the trolls.
Hi Cafeista’s

And Ozone therapy in India…

…quote from the link…
“Key Findings Of The Trial…
Dr. Jignasha Captain, Director Development, Ozone Forum of India, says, “Ozone therapy has been successful in giving results in many different diseases as a complementary treatment and we are happy that ozone has been effective in treating COVID-19.
Ozone therapy when administered systematically shows beneficial effects on modulating the activity of inflammation. Along with oxygenation, it is also helpful in the induction of endogenous production of interferons, signalling molecules that help boost immunity and fight various types of viruses.”
“In this crisis time of fighting the pandemic, we need to integrate the wisdom of conventional medicine with natural healing modalities. We knew that ozone therapy was working well on COVID-19 patients and it is also very cost-effective,” said Dr Mili Shah, President, Ozone Forum of India.
According to the experts, over 2400 doctors across the country are trained on this topic and over 750 doctors administer this cure as an adjuvant along with other medicines across various lines of treatment.”

“There are several studies emerging across the world, specifically describing the benefits of ozone therapy for COVID-19,“ he remarked, “with favourable outcomes, including shortened duration of symptoms, reduced need for hospitalisation, and reduced ventilator requirements in hospitalised patients.”
Williams is optimistic about the potential to help his country. “I just want to let people know that there is a safe, effective option available” he says,” this is not an experimental therapy, it has been used successfully for decades.”
Can anyone who has technical knowledge look at this video, and assess it’s credibility?
Mind blowing if the claim is true.

It could be true, I suppose. But to what end? I took my wife to the plant store and she bought some tomato and cucumber plants. Then we bought a few groceries, then we came home and watched a double episode of Coronation Street. Now I’m going to the liquor store to buy some wine. Whomever is tracking my every movement is going to be pretty bored.

Then someone shared Exodus 21:24-25.
“Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,”
“Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.”
Setting original context aside, how compatible is “an eye for an eye” (or, generally speaking, the concept of vengeance) with Orthodox Christianity? Is it compatible with Jesus’ instruction to “turn the other cheek”, or are they at odds with one another? What is the ROC’s position on capital punishment?
Romans 12 seems relevant to the question
17Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. 18If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. 19Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. 20Therefore
“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
If he is thirsty, give him a drink;
For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.”
21Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

I have always understood eye for eye as a limitation on violence, a progress. The idea being that equilibrium is the goal by creating rules that make violence a zero sum affair. (that’s also the view of a Rabbi I know)
The idea that they say Jesus promoted was to take this a step further- to reply to violence with kindness. In some contexts this works. In others it does not.
The Master and Margarita makes good reading… So do the Quaker “sages”.
It works on the level of the individual soul. A soldier has his duty, a monk has another duty. A monk can dedicate his life to realising the highest truth for which it is necessary for him to not kill. A soldier has the duty to protect society for which he must sometimes take on the karma of harming other beings, although the karma he makes is mitigated by the circumstances
Anomalous, what a convenient belief for the buddhist monk. At least the neurotic Jainists still recognize that they owe their lives to the daily killings in their name.
Don’t worry Reante, it all evens out in the end. I know monks who have health problems because of karma made by doing their duty as soldiers in previous lives.
Anomalous,
you’re an intelligent person. where is the reason-based evidence for believing that to be the reason for their health problems?
The idea that the duty of a soldier is to protect society seems to me to be a rare and special case. Comrade brother Sun Tsu would, I think, imagine a soldier’s duty somewhat differently.
The Sovereign tells the soldier his duty, which is complex and varies according to position, perception, circumstance – but which is always to the Sovereign…more or less it’s obedience to orders and Policy.
It’s interesting that US soldiers owe their duty to the Law, the Constitution, not to a society, not to a king or other Sovereign. In the US the Sovereign is the basic law. (of course one might note that the US abandoned law, gradually, until now it may be seen as without a Sovereign, or the capacity to make agreements, contracts. Thus the schism between the soldiers and the junta…and the rational fear on the part of the junta that the army may obey the constitution and not the junta.
(see essay> https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=940519 Above and beyond International Law: George W. Bush as the Austinian sovereign) (dated, but it makes the point about leaving the lawful realm)
In a Country which declares that there is no society (Thatcher said that as PM), what would be the duty of a soldier? ( “There is no such thing as society: there are individual men and women, and there are families.”)
What, some may ask, is the duty of a pirate?
Eye for eye seems to prohibit vengeance and replace it with proportionality and equality, in fact it seems to be the primary function of this law. One must recall the context – a regular jubilee when all debts (and grudges) and land titles are absolved – also another short circuit of the destructive nature of vengeance.
I am not any expert but doesn’t a soldier make the oath to protect his country from all enemies, foreign and domestic?
The original question was specific to the Orthodox Christian Church so I don’t want to sidetrack it too much. That’s it from me on this thread
Best wishes
US soldiers take oath to defend the Constitution, the basic law… No geographic aspect. But the specific oaths are several. Here’s the basic form> https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/5/3331
Agreed that the original question was about the Orthodox…and I too would like to hear from somebody who is educated in the relevant dogma, though since it’s quite clear what the in context means were.
Mr P
agreed. beware the neuter and spay literature. take what you need and leave the rest.
The best definition of forgiveness I have heard is this: Do not avenge. Do not allow hurt to define your life. Forgive and forget doesn’t work.
Do not avenge. That’s the best definition I’ve heard, too. Thanks.
Whoaaa … what a lot of stuff in the previous cafe. Take 24 hours off and the world moves on at double-quick speed these days.
Thanks Reante for telling about your goats. I enjoyed it.
The update on the black leopard Spirit is different and I doubt that the message was as you state – to accept the animal’s captivity. The wildlife sanctuary Jukani managed to track down the cubs and the three leopards are now in a very large reserve area with other rescued animals. I think you made some assumptions that are not necessarily accurate about what Anna Breytenbach conveyed, but what the heck watch her tangle with some great white sharks. She is highly talented.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTdlMC6NZU4
amarynth,
thanks for continuing the conversation. there’s no doubt that Anna is a very highly gifted woman. I enjoyed listening to her talk at length about the state of sharkdom. her discourse is in the ecology, which is where it should be, but her heart sits on the fence, wanting to have it both ways. if she was more stout of heart, we would have never have heard of her, but as it is she sold out by sometimes, at least — as in the case of the leopards — making a living off of putting lipstick on a pig.
If you look closely at the short video update on the leopards, you will see that the enclosure is tiny, about one acre in size. in leopard terms that means it’s not big enough in which to swing a cat. you will see that there are multiple hotwires offset to the inside of the fence because a leopard can climb that fence without a second thought, so an electrocution device keeps them in. actively training the imprisoned beings to the electrocution device is standard operating procedure at the beginning. I’m not trying to recuse myself here: my anatolian shepherds, Al and Irie, go through phases of roaming because rangeland is in their blood, and when they do I confine them to a quarter of an acre behind hotwire for some days to remind them that I can’t have them pushing mountain lion at night because when they’re done they like to innocuously cruise around town in the morning checking in on all the other livestock and some small-minded people just can’t handle that rule-breaking.
there are more clues in the videos that reveal the true nature of the situation. all three leopards are clearly overweight. you can see in the first take of the update video that the black leopard is extremely overweight. this is an intentional management practice that creates more manageable animals. there is a good chance that these animals aren’t on a 100% raw meat diet, which is what they would be on given their druthers. In the event that they are on a raw meat diet we would have to put the word “meat” in parentheses. I noticed in the first video they showed off the black leopard with a raw fowl carcass of some sort, which looked more like a big dumpling than a bird, and in all probability was the industrialized carcass of the ubiquitous, artificially double-breasted cornish cross hen which is undoubtedly the sorriest excuse for an animal on the face of this planet. it is all they can do to stand up and walk over to the feeder, and then walk over to the waterer in order to wet down the genetically modified fattening agents they call feed which builds hypertrophic muscle tissues the consistency of damp sponges that they market as ‘tender’ to weak-jawed consumers, when in reality it is the cheapest and lowest-grade of the commodity meats. And you can see that same spongelike quality in the leopards, plain as day.
male leopards are solitary creatures for most of the year that frequently roam dozens of miles a day. the fact that three of them can occupy an acre together, even with the intentional management practices designed to gain their compliance makes me suspect that they have been castrated. this may also speak to the metabolic issues arising from male castration.
in the shark video Anna goes into detail about the crucial importance of the quality of energy. yet she made a living facilitating this objectively horrific energetic situation. she made a self-promotional living off of marketing this situation as the best possible outcome for the cats and that it should make the viewer feel good. She’s playing the role of Pangloss. It’s also just marketing for the preserve itself which undoubtedly subsists on private donations. It’s all just BAU backscratching that is riding on the coattails of caged trophy animals. it’s not love. it’s a dark simulacrum of the real thing.
there is no good way to sell-out. there is no good way to enter into a Faustian bargain.
this is not cynicism nor idealism, this is putting the heart in the ecology.
thanks amarynth, I appreciate your equanimity.
Oh dear …
Anna is wrong (she should not make a living from her talents if indeed she does),
the cats are wrong and fat and get the wrong food (they cannot hunt as they were rescues and have never hunted before)
and should not be rescued out of zoos where they live in cages (or should they),
the enclosure is wrong (yes there is a town 15 kilometers away and these are wild animals and it is South Africa and there are poachers),
the idea is wrong (although they are working on large scale animal corridors to maintain the old migration paths at least, they are not a petting zoo and people get to see the animals),
the world is wrong, the universe is wrong …
Aa jeez .. yeah, let’s kill ’em. A quick dart eh and then poof, no more wrong.
Ron Unz on the origins of Covid.
He now says it straight: “For more than a year now, I’ve been publishing a series of articles and columns discussing the origins of the global Covid-19 epidemic and strongly arguing that the outbreak represented an American biowarfare attack against China (and Iran).”
I did not go through all the supporting material this time but read his previous articles through last year. He makes a good case.
https://www.unz.com/announcement/breaking-the-silence-on-the-origins-of-covid-19/
“There are considerable ironies in this strange pattern of almost universal silence. Under my reconstruction, the biowarfare attack was very likely a rogue operation unauthorized by President Donald Trump, but probably orchestrated by some of the Deep State Neocons whom he had placed in charge of our national security policy, individuals associated with Secretary of State and former CIA Director Mike Pompeo and National Security Advisor John Bolton.”
(Remember Mike Pompeo blurting out over an open mic .. we’re in a live excercise here)
https://www.theglobeandmail.com/politics/article-infectious-disease-scientists-at-canadas-high-security-virus-lab/
Canada tries to cover it’s ass here, who, us? Everyone looks for the origin, China, the US, who attacked, was it an attack, where’s it from, yet in plain sight, publicly admitted that virus samples (they name a few illegal shipments of virus, they’d never, ever, ever till hell froze over, admit that cv19 was one of those, the legal ramifications internationally…..oy frickin’ vey) where being shipped without oversight………..who coordinated the shipments, who carried them, how where they handled, where’d they go???? Who, who, who let the genie out??????
Going woo, woo; Looking at the varied reactions and limited immunity of the various vaxxes, people being vaxxed and still getting sick, what if, certain troops going there were already vaxxed, it’s a normal thing for troops deploying to get ‘shots’. Reports say, supposedly many where sick when they got there. Was the ‘virus’ forward deployed before they got there? That’s plausible. A live exercise, with plausible deniability…..hmmmm?
How many ‘actors’ were in on the game?
Cheers, M
Disaffected on May 22, 2021 · at 8:21 am EST/EDT
Hardly surprising. Remember the first rule of propaganda is to deflect by accusing your enemy of the exact thing that you are doing yourself. An amazingly effective technique. Makes good use of all those “woke” warriors as well, who are in all likelihood worthless otherwise.
Borrowed from the other thread, thank you Disaffected, but it fits perfectly with the Winnipeg lab leak and how Canada is passing the blame when they were on the ‘in’ all along.
Cheers
I’ve searched a little through all the Unz materials but seemingly that little irritating data point from Canada keeps being forgotten. I’m not forgetting it.

Poor old Ron, like most of humanity getting worked up about exactly the wrong thing.
https://off-guardian.org/2021/05/18/how-the-cdc-is-manipulating-data-to-prop-up-vaccine-effectiveness/
Essentially, Covid19 has long been shown – to those willing to pay attention – to be an entirely created pandemic narrative built on two key factors:
False-postive tests. The unreliable PCR test can be manipulated into reporting a high number of false-positives by altering the cycle threshold (CT value)
Inflated Case-count. The incredibly broad definition of “Covid case”, used all over the world, lists anyone who receives a positive test as a “Covid19 case”, even if they never experienced any symptoms.
Without these two policies, there would never have been an appreciable pandemic at all, and now the CDC has enacted two policy changes which means they no longer apply to vaccinated people.
Firstly, they are lowering their CT value when testing samples from suspected “breakthrough infections”.
From the CDC’s instructions for state health authorities on handling “possible breakthrough infections” (uploaded to their website in late April):
For cases with a known RT-PCR cycle threshold (Ct) value, submit only specimens with Ct value ≤28 to CDC for sequencing. (Sequencing is not feasible with higher Ct values.)
Throughout the pandemic, CT values in excess of 35 have been the norm, with labs around the world going into the 40s.
Essentially labs were running as many cycles as necessary to achieve a positive result, despite experts warning that this was pointless (even Fauci himself said anything over 35 cycles is meaningless).
But NOW, and only for fully vaccinated people, the CDC will only accept samples achieved from 28 cycles or fewer. That can only be a deliberate decision in order to decrease the number of “breakthrough infections” being officially recorded.
Secondly, asymptomatic or mild infections will no longer be recorded as “covid cases”.
That’s right. Even if a sample collected at the low CT value of 28 can be sequenced into the virus alleged to cause Covid19, the CDC will no longer be keeping records of breakthrough infections that don’t result in hospitalisation or death.
From their website:
As of May 1, 2021, CDC transitioned from monitoring all reported vaccine breakthrough cases to focus on identifying and investigating only hospitalized or fatal cases due to any cause. This shift will help maximize the quality of the data collected on cases of greatest clinical and public health importance. Previous case counts, which were last updated on April 26, 2021, are available for reference only and will not be updated moving forward.
Just like that, being asymptomatic – or having only minor symptoms – will no longer count as a “Covid case” but only if you’ve been vaccinated.
The CDC has put new policies in place which effectively created a tiered system of diagnosis. Meaning, from now on, unvaccinated people will find it much easier to be diagnosed with Covid19 than vaccinated people.
…[]…
This is a policy designed to continuously inflate one number, and systematically minimise the other.
What is that if not an obvious and deliberate act of deception?
Desperately trying to change the subject. I guess the western masters won’t like us digging into the origins of Covid.
Talk about the CDC .. Talk about tests .. talk about stuff that we all know about .. but don’t talk about origins – no no! don’t do that!
Meanwhile, moderna execs are joining the ranks of newly minted billionaires.

Crime pays very well!
What has resulted from this endless and obvious stream of deceptions? They have won. They have gotten away with it.
1. They proved that they can blatantly deceive the public, the govt. bodies, the medical apparatus, everybody on a global scale.,with simple tools: control the narrative; move the goalposts; manipulate the numbers.
2. They have infected a minimum of hundrreds of millions with self-perpetuating disease. We the refusers now must fear those who have been infested.
3. By galvanizing/uniting the various psychopathic “elites” there is no impedance to their takeover of health policy, eugenicist mass murder, financial facsism, destruction of soverienity .
4. they clearly see nobody will rebel, just a decent bodyguard hire protects them from 8 billion rubes.
Let us pray his excellency VVP and estimable partners can do something, but the horrors already commited cannot be reversed.
Those of us who see it have difficulty “carrying on”. They pulled it off.

MOSCOW, March 23. / TASS /. Russian President Vladimir Putin was vaccinated against coronavirus and is feeling well. As the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov told TASS on Tuesday, the head of state will have a full working day on Wednesday.
“Putin has been vaccinated against the coronavirus. He is feeling well,” said a Kremlin spokesman. “Tomorrow he has a full working day.”
So;do you have a point?
Russia successfully developed a true vaccine to combat whatever flu is going round. Does that rule out the capabiilty of Putin/Xi to stand in opposition to the evil cabal?

As far as the WHO (World Health Organization) independent “investigation” of COVID-19, it has been revealed their work was compromised by Chinese communist officials because they refused to allow access to key areas involving the Wuhan lab.
See: https://www.forbes.com/sites/roberthart/2021/03/04/who-report-on-covid-19-origins-dropped-amid-concerns-it-lacked-transparency/?sh=31c62330461b
It should be no surprise that many countries have an active bio-weapons program and Communist China is no different. The question how the SARS-CoV-2 virus escaped from a highly secured lab is being debated by curious minds.
With respect, PokeTheTruth, you are talking US politics, and not origin on Covid. What you propose here cannot (yet, I don’t know) be put down as fact. This is a previous conversation from my email .. so, I may be repeating a thing or two.
The US needs someone to *expose* and also of course *crucify*. They want to get to China, and will try to get to China by ‘sacrificing’ Fauci and a fellow by the name of Peter Daszac.’ They may throw a few more under the bus.
(It is not relevant whether those people must be put on the chopping block or not – it is a narrative).
It seems to go like this
– Wuhan as an outbreak center is a given
– lab leak is a given
– they do not question these two issues. It is presented as truth, and it cannot possibly be otherwise. I know many of us do question that and there is that pesky Canadian Connection as well :-)
The various videos (Tucker Carlson made some as well) is a continuance of placing a narrative in the commons that puts China in the crosshairs.
They are not thinking far enough – the people in the commons are now already using the word ‘bioweapon’. They will lose the narrative there as they are put squarely in the sights of those that will now call for investigation into a bioweapon and other weaponized biolab research.
Yeah, bioweapons research? I think you will find that of course other countries do this. But the US have toooooo many on toooooo many other borders. Of course, they don’t do this internal to the country as far as we know .. they do it in Canada, they do it in other jurisdictions, like during some of the wider wars recently. Dare I say Agent Orange? Do you know of any other country that used such bioweapons at such a scale? It is just the same as nukes which the US used. Just like the torture programs, off their shores, but they do it more than others and they are now being questioned from far and wide … what are your labs doing on our borders?.
We’re beginning to see cross and double-cross political games being played here in the US. In the so-called ‘patriot’ community in the US, nobody questions Trump’s continual calls for mRNA vaccines for example.
The internal US politics obscures the matter in my view. Take Fauci to the guillotine all you like, but do remember he is a member of the US state apparatus.
My dear amarynth, first of all, thank you for being a moderator for our Saker blog. You provide a valuable service and I appreciate the time you spend as Saker’s assistant.
However I disagree with your rebuttal. I am not “talking US politics,” I’m writing about the facts given from respected scientists and other investigative journalists concerning how this particular coronavirus (of which there are many) became so virulent and where it initially originated, which we already know was China.
Gain of Function research is fact.
The lies told by Dr. Fauci to the US Congress concerning funding of Gain of Function research in the Wuhan laboratory is fact.
The testimony given by Dr. Li-Meng Yan who escaped from China to tell the world about her own work at the Wuhan lab is fact.
The initial whitewash report from the WHO organization who were led around by the nose (and bribed with money from China) is fact.
I’ve provided sources to buttress my comment; it’s not conjecture from my own thoughts. If you don’t want to take the time to read the links I included, that’s your option. But I’ve spent a considerable effort to “connect the dots” and look beyond what the establishment tries to cram down our throats that are nothing more than red herrings from the truth.
Just one thing PokeTheTruth, I am not a moderator and I don’t ever want to be one …. Ta for the other thanks. Yes, I put in the hours :-)
But sometimes things jump into one’s hands … From Matthew Ehret:
(This is a site that I may not quote, because I work here – perhaps Per/Norway can find the article in his usual sources).
“Chinese Leaders Blame the CIA
Zeng Guang, a chief epidemiologist at China’s Center of Disease Control recently joined the conspiracy club on February 9, 2021 in an interview with Chinese media. While denying that the Chinese Wuhan lab is the source of the virus as so many in the west have claimed, Guang asserted that SarsCov2’s origins in a laboratory should not be discounted. Pointing to the vast globally extended US bioweapons labs littering the earth (and citing the USA’s proven track record of deploying bioweapons as part of its asymmetrical war arsenal since WWII), Guang asked:
“Why are there so many laboratories in the United States when biology labs are all over the world? What is the purpose? On many things, the United States requires others to be open and transparent, only to find that it is the United States itself that is often the most opaque. Whether or not the United States has any special fame on the issue of the new corona virus this time, it should have the courage to be open and transparent. The United States should take responsibility for proving itself to the world, rather than being caught up in hegemonic thinking, hiding itself from the virus and dumping others.”
Guang was himself joined by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hua Chunying who had also pointed to the Pentagon’s globally extended array of bioweapons laboratories saying:
“I’d like to stress that if the United States truly respects facts, it should open the biological lab at Fort Detrick, give more transparency to issues like its 200-plus overseas bio-labs, invite WHO experts to conduct origin-tracing in the United States, and respond to the concerns from the international community with real actions.”
Those who tend to avoid looking at the history and scope of Pentagon controlled bioweapon warfare tend to ignore the content of such remarks cited by those Chinese officials above for a multitude of reasons. For one: it is easy to believe that Fauci and Gates are corrupt, and this theory not only implicates both men but also ties them to a Chinese government which most westerners have been brainwashed to fear as a bastion of global debt-trappery, genocide, and communist imperialism out to destroy western values.
After conducting a short review of some of the fundamental facts of recent world history alongside certain geopolitical realities of our present world order referenced by the head of the Chinese CDC, I believe that China’s Wuhan Lab is being set up. Here are five facts to support my case…”
So, I am not saying that you did not do your homework, but who are you believing? Example .. Did Li-Meng Yan ‘escape’, or was she assisted with copious government funds, by a sleaze ball called Steve Bannon?
Let me just say something else. I am not carrying water for Ron Unz here. All I am saying, is that he called it, and many have not done so. There are only 3 ‘facts’ really that I think is fact and I’ve mentioned this before.
Quickly, early on as early as Feb/early March last year, the Russians visited China on fact finding and asked for a sample virus. The Chinese would not give them, as they said they could be accused to distributing ‘dual use’ technology.
The next hint to me was the countries that got infected first.
The final fact is the issue of the bioweapons labs and the very strange unexplained early Canadian info that was dropped like a hot potato.
Matthew Ehret is a “press agent” for the Chinese Communist Party. He is the founder of the Canadian Patriotic View (see: https://canadianpatriot.org ). He calls himself a Canadian “patriot” but remains silent about two of his fellow Canadians kidnapped by the Chinese communists and falsely charged with espionage. i don’t consider him a reputable investigative journalist simply because his work follows the party line and not objective.
Ehret’s article that you included in your response is from a Chinese epidemiologist who points the finger at Washington, DC. Epidemiologists are glorified statisticians that investigate disease outbreaks who may or may not be medical doctors (see: https://www.cdc.gov/careerpaths/k12teacherroadmap/epidemiologists.html ).
Dr. Guang is a member of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) who lives and works in China. You have to ask yourself, how long would any prominent member of the Chinese scientific or medical community continue to enjoy their status if they stated anything but what the CCP wants them to publicly comment on?
Guang stated the virus did not originate from the Wuhan lab. He doesn’t work in the lab since he is not a virologist, immunologist or other type of research scientist. For him to make that statement means he did an “investigation” and found no connection with the lab. He would have had to produce a report to document his findings.
Did Ehret look at the report or comment on it? Of course not because he is a CCP operative working in Canada and enjoys the benefits of being handsomely paid for his favored writings.
Dr. Li-Meng Yan is a Chinese virologist who did the actual research on bacterial and viral microorganisms in a laboratory environment, unlike Dr. Guang.
Again who are you going to believe, Yan or Guang? My level of confidence is with Dr. Yan and others as I have previously shown.
Ehret is actually a traditional LaRouchie … I take him very carefully but in some places he has smarts. I don’t like the LaRouchies at all. But his five points make sense. Not everyone that disagrees is a CCP agent. And the CCP has +900,000 members. So, I guess there is some cohesion there. I know there is.
And let’s not talk about who snatched the citizens of which country. I think The Saker even wrote an article about citizen snatching. If you do a count, you’ll be amazed.
Who am I going to believe? Well, nobody, I will look for proof.
But I will tend to look for proof from the ones that are not making war, that did not sell war on lying about weapons of mass destruction, that did not in the last two weeks scuttle peace negotiations in Israel and the whole of the Levant, that did not destroy Libya, that is not trying to destroy Syria or is still busy stealing their oil and their crops, that openly brag about killing the Generals of other nations, that have sanctions going against the whole of the rest of the world, that is not worried about the consequences of their actions on say Venezuela or a raft of other countries, that are not in the process of another lying color revolution in Myanmar, that does not have state department heads that brag about how they lie and cheat and steal, those that do not ring their military bases around Russia and China, that are not giving new weapons to Israel and to the Ukraine, that are not Christian Zionists or Zionists of any kind.
I guess the ones who were halfway honest over the past number of years and even then, I won’t believe, but look for real evidence. That will include little Cuba. I will believe Cuba, Russia and China before I believe the western and 5 eyes realm. At least Russia China and Cuba looked after their citizens very well during Covid and are not trying to squeeze the last drop of blood out of their citizens with lying public figures like Fauci. I would also believe those that do not have a human culling program running. I’ll rather pay serious attention to what anyone of the +900,000 CCP members has to say. They are free to talk you know. They are not free to be rude and to insult others. It is civilizationally different.
I guess I don’t have an ideology that makes me believe the western spheres. The recent history (and the history over the past 100 years) convinces me that there are others to listen to as well.
@amarynth, @Poke the truth
If I may interrupt with a little facts to blow up the insinuations and smoke. Ehret is not an CCP agent. He is a university professor, historian and an extremely intelligent one into historical analyses and context.
Next we should not judge people on which agent or which ideological gang “we believe” they are, but on what we know they factual write and say. Always argue to the cause and not to the person.
Its a more brilliant way to reveal whether there is substance or not in any argument. Apologize, I enjoyed Ehret’s articles a lot because they are cutting through all hypocrisy.
@PokeTheTruth
why do you bother debating with amarynth?
many have been saying from the beginning, there is no con-vid, it is all a plan-demic
the chinese know it, the russians know it the west knows it – and all play along
the chinese “managed” to stop con-vid early on without a vaccine, because there was no con-vid
then they used that as an “example” how their “way” of society is superior to the western one
pure propaganda stuff
same with the russians, who could now do a marketing campaign – “our sputnik V is the first, the best” etc
and then – giving the vaccines to countries world wide – using it as a gauge to see if those countries
are ready to switch sides and turn to the “multipolar” world
the chinese also used con-vid to stop & break up established economic connections so that
the world economy could be re-arranged, moving away from the US dollar dominance
the west used the plan-demic for the “great reset”, first to fleece the deplorables, then also to do
a great reset to be more competitive against the east
to summarize:
-what was medially marketed as a covid is nothing more than the annual flu/influenza
-origins of that “virus” go back millions of years probably
-countries use the media created panic for their own advantages
my advice to you PokeTheTruth, stop wasting your time debating with someone who clearly has an agenda.
like another anonymous said, they pushed it through, they already won, now it doesnt matter anymore to wake the plebs up, the sheep are sheep let them wear masks, let them get the jab, let them die – they all deserve
no better
sorry but this is the harsh truth, watch your own, let everyone else take care of themselves
Removed. No attacking other commenters. Mod.
It was nice debating a little with PokeTheTruth. He is clear, honest, and has done his homework. We stand in very different spaces, but altogether, respects to him!
It would be good if people actually check out what Ron Unz says – like:
“Unz points to another significant fact. After China, the next country to suffer from the virus was Iran, America’s main target in the Middle East. “As the coronavirus gradually began to spread beyond China’s own borders, another development occurred that greatly multiplied my suspicions. Most of these early cases had occurred exactly where one might expect, among the East Asian countries bordering China. But by late February Iran had become the second epicenter of the global outbreak. Even more surprisingly, its political elites had been especially hard-hit, with a full 10% of the entire Iranian parliament soon infected and at least a dozen of its officials and politicians dying of the disease, including some who were quite senior. Indeed, Neocon activists on Twitter began gleefully noting that their hatred Iranian enemies were now dropping like flies.”
Hi Amarynth
Just me, but I believe Ron Unz has been head and shoulders the most accurate and open-minded commentator on the globe in regard to what the real truths are on the origins of Covid-19.
He has shown hugely admirable honesty, strength of character, and moral fibre in doing so. He has repeatedly brushed aside the temptations of opportunistic parochialism and sinophobia in order to present the facts in a sensible non-partisan manner. If this is extremely uncomfortable for the hegemonic cabal and adds to the already monumental list of serially appalling global behaviour…then so be it.
The real journalists report on this behaviour. The huge percentage that either ignore the truth, or deliberately misinform, are a major part of the problem. They allow and cheerlead the hegemonic monster to persist.
Bravo Mr Unz!
Col
Absolutely, Amarynth
The monumentally uncomfortable question of which ‘country’ was responsible for the creation of this virus with its multiple, blatantly obvious, and sinister GOF’s, will circulate probably forever. In terms of the implications of finally getting to the truth, there are magnitudes more dangers geopolitically and in regard to world security than both 9/11 and the JFK slaughter combined.
My research leads me to the conclusion that the culprit was not a single sovereign country acting on Govt orders, but rather a multinational collective of official and unofficial agencies operating internationally…sometimes in concert, but more often in a state of perpetual Frankenstein-like chaos.
My call is that the entire debacle was an initiative of the 3Ns and was cooked up in order to wreck the stunning progress of the Belt and Road Initiative and as such to hobble this cooperative alliance of powerful countries who dared to challenge the U$’s historical military and economic hegemony.
I believe that the seeding of this disease was not just about the Belt and Road initiative either. It also had an accompanying corollary mission that was in essence a massive cull of the global population. The fact that from both aspects it has likely turned out to be a monumental own-goal, with likely generational consequences, is absolutely to be expected…after all what event inspired by this murderous group of psychopaths hasn’t ended up having numerous unintended consequences.
Personally, I have little interest in listening to scientists on this whodunnit subject who are already neck-deep in the virus research industry. Most clearly have far too much skin in the game for me to take their narratives seriously. As such, I look outside the narrow confines of this specialist industry to try to build up a picture of what the real truth looks like.
Of course, it goes without saying that these same specialists are simply terrified to admit that Covid-19 was a lab creation. Obviously, as soon as this narrative gains any real traction as the dominant narrative, their whole profession will come under enormous worldwide scrutiny. These people have to close ranks, otherwise, a huge number will simply lose their jobs because their research, in general, will be in enormous disrepute and their entire industry would be left in tatters.
This lab-created bioweapon aspect is very important for many other reasons too…
#1 The multiple GOF aspects of this novel virus initially made it much more challenging to fight and to treat…consequently it took months to get the mortality rates down….of course, the 3Ns embarked on a massive program of misinformation which further nobbled the development and sharing of successful treatment protocols
#2 A lab-created virus is likely to behave much more unpredictably compared to those that came about as garden variety spontaneous and naturally occurring events
#3 The lab creation is basically an undeniable fact… as such, was its release accidental, or was it released on purpose…this question is moot from the point of view that the problem is here anyway, and that humanity has to deal with it one way or another…however, it is far from mute from the point of view of world security and in humanity having any hope of avoiding similar future acts
#4 If it was released and spread deliberately [I believe there is zero doubt about this …computer models of the spread overwhelmingly support this…not to mention the common denominators in the countries that had the early hits]….then, in turn, this again leads on to a whole lot more questions…
#5 To accuse and identify the real culprit poses enormous global security challenges
#6 NOT identifying the culprit…yes obviously this poses enormous global security challenges too!!
#7 When will this same group do something similar to this again
#8 To what extent are TPTB conducting ongoing reseeding programs
#9 Will TPTB limit seeding to this virus alone and what other nasties might they have up their sleeves
#10 If the Covid-19 release was Act 1 in the playbook then what will Act 2 be
#11 Is the vaccine rollout part of Act 1 or was it in itself Act 2
#12 WTF will Act 3 be!
This multitude of questions is why I personally listen up when the likes of Richard Fleming speaks…he doesn’t have anything like the same amount of skin in the game as the ‘club’…as such he can ask a hell of a lot more questions…he is, after all, a Coronary specialist rather than an Epidemiologist, Virologist or Bioweapon specialist!
He is also free to do this because he is not beholding to the interests of any funders. Both his conscience and his narrative are his own…he has not been bought by anyone. The link was kindly originally posted here on TS by White Whale…with the MODS permission, I have reposted it along with the time-markers to help people locate different subjects within the presentation.
I view the presentation [link below] by Richard Fleming as immensely important background in understanding the shocking truth of how this virus was spawned. Also because just a week or so ago the Salk Institute came out and announced that Covid-19 is PRIMARILY a vascular disease as opposed to being just another respiratory disease. I think this aspect alone adds tremendous weight to his opinions…that and the fact that so many epidemiologists tend to sometimes be stuck in the comfort of established paradigms….either out of laziness, lack of a strong moral conscience, or just simply as a matter of professional or individual survival.

Fleming’s is a long 150 min talk but it is the best I have seen in terms of background and the wide implications of Covid-19 and its related vaccines…and by an absolute country mile…

00.00 Introduction
16.00 limitations of PCR test
32.00 Gain of function experiments [GOF]
33.00 Informed consent
34.00 The mRNA in the vaccines are NOT naturally occurring
and the ‘gain of function’ actions of the virus are man-modified
36.00 Chimeric [recombinant] DNA research was funded by the US Dept of Health and Sciences back as far as pre-1999
40.00 Chimeric nature of the virus…back-bone of one virus, with the spike protein of another virus
49.00 US DOD’s huge funding grants to Peter Daszak at EcoHealth for GOF research
51.00 List of countries known to have been involved in GOF research
55.00 If they were researching GOF with the best of intentions, then why is this being hidden…it is absolutely clear that this chimeric GOF virus either escaped from a bio lab, or heaven help us was intentionally released
57.00 >$61m funding to EcoHealth
57.00 List of universities doing GOF research
59.00 How medical boards were not getting on board with effective and well-known treatment protocols
1.04 Prion-like domain found in no other virus apart from SARS-Cov-2, Rabies, HIV and also incidentally in Cobra toxin
1.05 Prion-like domain…this spike protein crosses the blood-brain barrier exquisitely…in fact, it looks like it was designed to actually erase this barrier
1.08 Vaccines do not stay in the injection site despite the claims that they do. In fact, Moderna themselves published a paper looking at lipid-nanoparticles [LNs] after injection into animals…LNs were found all over the body, in the heart/bone marrow/lungs/liver/muscle.
mRNA vaccines like Moderna and Pfizer can reverse-transcribe themselves into the DNA of humans
1.09 So too with the J&J vaccine…. instead of using mRNA they used a double-stranded DNA technology in their product…the route is more complex…same result though, they cross the blood-brain barrier just as well as the lipid-nanoparticles mentioned above
1.12 Slides of dead Covid patients including lung/heart/prostrate inflammatory responses
1.16 Summary of some different treatment protocols…both accepted and controversial
1.20 Fleming himself hasn’t looked much into Ivermectin but accepts that it has potentially enormous benefits
1.24 Antibodies…how they are over-emphasized in terms of a defense mechanism and in terms of determining if an individual has been exposed to the virus
1.38 Some huge success rates for patient survival using a different treatment protocol
1.49 How Fleming no longer associates with some previously highly regarded medical journals such as The Lancet, which proved to have major conflicts of interest early on in the Covid crisis
1.52 Importance of anticoagulant treatment in acute cases
1.57 Slides of the mRNA actually inserting itself into human DNA
1.58 HIV has a reverse-transcriptase ability [RTA]…about 17% of human DNA also has this ability…with the SARS-CoV-2 virus I in 3 patients are coming back in around 5 months with 1 in 8 dying…it appears that the virus can go dormant and then re-express and is mistaken as a second infection
2.01 The Vaccines do not necessarily stop you from being infected or of spreading the virus
2.03 Fleming himself took care of patients with horrendous health implications prior to going to medical school…they were a direct result of an untested vaccine used on humans that went horribly wrong…it was the LAST GREAT RUSHED VACCINE!
2.05 It is unconscionable that people are being denied informed consent
2.05 The Biological Weapons Convention…this bans biological agents that have no justification for prophylactic, protective or peaceful purposes
2.06 Violation of the Nuremberg Codes…International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights Article 7
2.07 Clear Violation of American Medical Assoc [ AMA]…informed consent is required
2.11 Important explanation of treatments being blocked, meanwhile a monumental pushing of vaccines by the Big Pharma/Big Medico Alliance.
2.12 We also have, apart from Ivermectin [a treatment which could single-handedly bring Covid-19 under control worldwide], but also another one that is equally effective. This treatment has also been all but buried by Big Pharma/Big Medico too… Ozone Therapy. The WHO has only just formally recognized it! They are only a mere 12-15 months late on this announcement too!
Cheers
Col
Thanks for the Fleming talk link ! That is very interesting stuff.
I am still struggling to make sense of all the amounts of info available regarding the many aspects of CoViD-19 / SARS-CoV-2.
It seems very plausible that cases of “CoViD-19” are related to one or more viruses artificially created via “gain of function” research.
It also seems plausible that some of those viruses were intentionally released in a sort of bio attack on China/Iran or maybe even later to manage the crisis.
I do not think that what we are seeing in the West/Israel is just “blow back”. There has been an agenda of medical martial law, forced “vaccinations” and total surveillance and travel restrictions under the guise of pandemic prevention for quite some time.
The push for gen vector therapies (mRNA “vaccines”) is very suspect, IMHO. Such technologies are being seen by some as a means to modify the human genome is positive or negative ways, i.e. as a weapon, as a means to sterilize people or as a way to “improve” humans, e.g. make soldiers more resistant, slow down the aging process or similar goals.
The whole handling of the crisis in the West is suspect, IMHO. The disease definition, information management and data capture regarding CoViD-19 seems fraudulent. Alternative and seemlingly very effective treatments have been intentionally suppressed. Harsh and harmful treatments have been pushed. The “lockdowns”, “mask mandates” and “tracing” methods employed in the West seem counterproductive from a medical standpoint. They are IMHO used to terrorize people into taking the experimental gen therapy mRNA “vaccines” pushed in the West. Vaccine apartheid is introduced to lay ground for forced “vaccinations”. Vaccine passports, Digital ID and travel restrictions are being pushed. Censorship of alternative “narratives”, information and reseach is rolled out, as planned in the various pandemic simulations held by suspect actors like the Center for Health Security.
So there may be more than on agenda at play. Or it could be a planned combination of criminal activities, like it seems to have been the case with 9/11 which was used to achieve various goals: steal gold, make money, wage war, dismantle rights, defame states and religions.
There is the possibility of some “depopulation” agenda at play. The actors could feel “responsible” to “save” the world from “overpopulation” and “climate change”. The worst crimes are committed by people who feel justified in their actions.
A very interesting look into such a mindset is the novel “Inferno” by popular auther Dan Brown, written in 2013. The movie with the same title does *not* transport it. But the novel contains the motives “overpopulation”, diseases or pandemics as a “chance”, genetic editing to reduce fertility and the spreading via “viral vectors”. It also covers rather affirmingly the ideology of “transhumanism” which is linked with population control as well as “improving” humans via genetic editing.
Well, who knows. We need to keep our eyes and hearts open and our minds flexible.
Thanks again for the Fleming link !
Awwwwwwww…. I am late to the party!!! NOooooo!

I miss your ‘girl fight’ w pamela… at least thats more intelligent
ppl here are just slapping on their Personal views on whatever ‘they’ have throw out there w yet another neon sign – Go Fetch There!

and dear Amarynth, dear :)
China and russia and iran has their agenda too, dear :)
Since you are so into china stuff, its good to distinguish CCP china from The Chinese ppl’s middle kingdom. CCP is a fashion statement dear, like all other 3 letter agencies. CCP does not have 5,000yrs recorded history, The Chinese ppl do. See the difference, dear?!
p/s and thanks for the ice-cream ‘info’ – you got me!!! I am so triggered now :D but I cant go out to eat like a pig and slurp down 2.3 billions dollars of those frozen sticks coz of lockdown :( sigh so not fair :(
will you give me another 10 virtual ice-cream here for me fix? :p
be well be safe
Glad you saw the icecream. I picked that one little data point for you from around 200 others :-)
Know where I got to know about the CCP .. Tjaainese CCCommunist party? From the Americans when they started their massive anti-China propaganda drive and the trade war. It was so clear. And this fellow carried the flag after he carried the flag in Brazil and got a Bolsonaro win through manipulating the religious. /steve-bannons-gift/
The objective and still is in the language to ‘rescue the poor people from the evil CCP’. So, it is indeed a fashion statement. Just as in Iran, where they say .. No, we don’t want to regime change Iran, we just want to ‘save the people from their terrible mullahs’. No, I’m not so enamored with things China – I’ve learned a massive amount – but I learned really about China by working with Chinese in the technical field. I did two IT projects with Chinese groups in days gone by. They treated me with great and wonderful respect and I hope I paid back the same way.
I just don’t want a war as the people are just fine, and some are not fine. But if you see the propaganda from the western climes, it is unbelievable. No war and multi-polarity in our world. I just received this from Jeff J Brown. We truly cannot support the current hegemon any longer. It is killing the world.

Thank’s ?
150 mins is an awful lot of time to invest, but Fleming’s presentation answers one hell of a lot of questions and has the potential to save us all much time and anguish going forward in this Covid debacle.
I am in absolute awe of Fleming’s honesty and bravery in sticking his neck out from the parapets to assemble these uncomfortable truths together and then to present them in such a clear and honest manner.
Bravo Dr. Fleming…in my books you are a modern-day hero to challenge the enormous collective might of the Big Pharma/Big Medico establishment!

Hamas was doing it seems a lot better than people are being told. Hamas with the help of the Houthis their friends and arsenal was apparently taxing the Iron Dome and the US will now help to replenish. Meanwhile the IRGC is active in Damascus.
Netanyahu contrary to his blustering needed the cease fire as a lifeline to end the operation against Gaza.
The Israeli ‘army’ cannot take more humiliation, the war reached a sensitive point especially after the Palestinian resistance sent their drone that flew very low over Israeli tanks moving around at the outskirts of Gaza, after dozens of Israelis were killed most of who are army, and all of the Israeli adults are army personnel and reserve, and the fear of the Israeli IDF terrorists organization that further attacks means further retaliation by the Palestinians and further demands they have to give up, the IDF started leaking messages of its desire to end the attack, the message was picked by its main patron the USA who was until a couple of days ago refusing to discuss the Israeli war against Gaza in the United Nations Security Council, the US minister of war called his Israeli counterpart and asked him to cease the military operation against Gaza, the head of the White House junta Biden himself called Netanyahu and told him what Netanyahu needed as a lifeline to end the operation against Gaza.

Iraqi Resistance groups, Kata’ib Hezbollah, Saraya al-Khorasani, Saraya al-Jahad, etc., aka the PMUs, have issued a statement today, announcing that they will begin a campaign of attacks against US occupying forces in Iraq, until all those troops leave the country.
The Iraqi Resistance Coordination Council statement reports that the Resistance has watched two rounds of negotiations between the US and Iraqi governments, to establish a timeline for US troop withdrawal. What we have witnessed, especially in the second round, has been simply preposterous, and unacceptable.
What makes matters unfortunate, is that the US claims they are in Iraq because the Iraqi government has asked them to stay to ensure peace, and the Iraqi government does not deny this.
The result of two rounds of negotiations has been nothing but a way for the US occupying troops to waste our time and delay their withdrawal from Iraq. And so we must insist, that it is only the free people of Iraq that have a right to decide the future of their country.
Continued US occupying presence, and its constant violation of Iraqi airspace is an affront to Iraqi dignity and sovereignty, is illegal under the Iraqi Constitution, and is against the wishes of millions of Iraqi people.
The Council ended its statement by stressing that the US, by denying the request to withdraw its troops and instead wasting time with fraudulent negotiations and imaginary time-tables, has shown that it does not understand any language, except the language of force. And so the Iraqi Resistance announces its readiness to perform its religious, national, and legal duty to force the occupiers out of Iraq. With God’s help, and the bravery of the resistance fighters, we hope to achieve this soon.
— End of statement.

Ahoy Mr. P
Thanks for the info regarding oath. It seems to me strange to take the oath to defend the Constitution rather than the society but I guess the purpose is that the constitution safeguards the society
Hello Reante
Thanks for the compliment regarding my intelligence. I cannot give you any reason based evidence. We know by our consciousness but not all people are at the same level of consciousness. Hgher knowledge comes through higher consciousness.
Anomalous,
It is only imperial religion (some of them) that creates a hierarchy of truth that leads to relativism. The universal human heritage is 99pc animist and it held that consciousness is singular in nature but manifold in expression. Evolution, which is the history of consciousness, is the history of reason-based decision making.
You are mistaking metaconsciousness for consciousness. Wholistic consciousness is applied consciousness (AC) which itself is the symbiotic mindbody. The symbiotic mindbody is almost entirely RUN by the unconsciousness which is the cumulative result of all of evolutionary history back to our oldest ancestors the microbes. The metaconsciousness is a recent tool added to the toolbox of consciousness which is a box almost entirely filled with unconscious (to the metaconscious) operations.
If you don’t mind my saying so I really think you might meditate on the difference between metaconsciousness and consciousness.
cheers.
Consciousness is singular in nature and manifold in expression
Hooray! We can agree on this
Anomalous, it’s not the first time I’ve said that. However, if you are to agree on that then you have to be an animist, so I’m guessing that you’re not understanding what I’m saying. The manifold expression is taxonomic diversity. All creatures share the same consciousness but only some creatures have metaconsciousness, and only one creature has hyperdeveloped metaconsciousness that has the ability to lie to itself. what do you say we don’t do that to ourselves, because it negatively affects all the other creatures too, and it makes it feel like Life itself is suffering when in fact Life merely has suffering within it but by no means can Life be defined or stereotyped by it.

It may seem that way when one leaves one’s body just to live in the mind.
In reality there’s one truth and many different ecological paths to that truth, because there are many different ecologies, all sharing the same nature.
The golden rules of meditation are to keep the mind in the body, to keep the mind in the present and to observe without reacting whatever happens in body and mind. If someone is leaving the body this is a different practise and I would not encourage it.
I will agree with you even more if you can expand your idea of taxonomic diversity.

It’s difficult reaching for one’s potential. I don’t believe I’m in the habit of letting my struggles get the better of me. Please don’t feel like you need to reply to me like what the author of the turn the other cheek article wrote about. I got interested in the oath prior to the civil war (US, first iteration) https://civilwartalk.com/threads/the-oath-of-allegiance.1035/
The oaths evolve. Originally it seems that the oath was to one’s State… General Lee agonized over this matter.
Some people interested in fascist histories may recall the oath the nazis required, not to imply the slightest similarities to the imperial matters. “Until recently, many militaries swore their allegiance to their monarchs or rulers. Traditionally, the German military had sworn an oath of allegiance to the Kaiser. This changed during the Weimar Republic, when the oath became one of allegiance to the Constitution and its institutions. In Nazi Germany, German military personnel swore an oath directly to Adolf Hitler. This change had important repercussions during World War II.” (https://encyclopedia.ushmm.org/content/en/article/german-military-oaths)
Of course there is no similarity…however many minions of the imperial agenda seem to imagine their US oaths to have meaning quite similar to the following, if we accept what some have recently said to the Congress>
“Ich schwöre bei Gott diesen heiligen Eid,
daß ich dem Führer des Deutschen Reiches und Volkes
Adolf Hitler, dem Oberbefehlshaber der Wehrmacht,
unbedingten Gehorsam leisten und als tapferer Soldat bereit sein will,
jederzeit für diesen Eid mein Leben einzusetzen. “

Biden administration poised to ax US oil company’s waiver for Kurdish-led northeast Syria
Delil Souleiman May 21, 2021
https://www.al-monitor.com/originals/2021/05/biden-administration-poised-ax-us-oil-companys-waiver-kurdish-led-northeast-syria
[I was intending to post a few excerpts, but the item is riddled with tidbits…. I found I couldn’t leave anything out. I have bolded a few sentences that especially jumped out at me]
The Biden administration has decided to not extend a sanctions waiver granted by the Trump administration in April 2020 to a little-known American oil company to operate in northeast Syria, according to well-informed sources who spoke to Al-Monitor on condition they not be cited by name.
Delta Crescent Energy, whose waiver expired April 30, has been given a 30-day grace period to wind down its activities in northeast Syria.
The US-protected area is governed by the Kurdish-run autonomous administration of northeast Syria, which is not recognized by Damascus.
The decision to withdraw the waiver to produce and sell oil in Syria, which remains heavily sanctioned under the Caesar Act, has been presented by administration officials as a policy correction, not a shift. As such, no other companies are likely to be granted waivers, either.
The company has mounted an energetic lobbying campaign to get the waiver renewed, but sources familiar with the effort say they are unlikely to succeed.
Former chief envoy for Syria James Jeffrey is reportedly involved in the effort. Jeffrey, who now heads the Wilson Center’s Middle East Program, did not respond to claims that he was informally lobbying in support of extending Delta Crescent Energy’s sanctions waiver.
President Donald Trump had stated in October and November 2019 that US forces would remain in northeast Syria “only for the oil” and that they may “have to fight for the oil,” spurring angry responses from Damascus and Ankara, one of the dominant foreign forces alongside Russia and Iran in Syria.
This followed Trump’s earlier decision to withdraw US forces from Syria and to greenlight a Turkish attack against the Syrian Kurds in October 2019.
Faced with a congressional outcry from both sides of the aisle, he changed course on the withdrawal, citing oil as the reason.
Biden administration officials say they are in Syria “for the people” not “for the oil.”
During a recent trip to northeast Syria, a US delegation led by Joey Hood, the acting assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern affairs, assured the Syrian Kurds that Washington would keep up its support to them, maintaining current troop levels of around 900 US special operations forces, releasing stabilization assistance that was frozen by Trump and helping efforts to broker a power-sharing agreement between the local government and its political rivals in the Kurdistan National Council. Some $50 million in assistance has been disbursed so far.
The State Department said in a statement that Hood “underscored the US commitment to cooperation and coordination in the Coalition to Defeat ISIS [Islamic State], continued stability in northeast Syria, and the delivery of stabilization assistance to liberated areas to ensure the enduring defeat of ISIS.”
Jeffrey sounded unimpressed.
“Syria is a black hole in this administration,” he said in a WhatsApp exchange with Al-Monitor.
“Most of the policies from [the Trump administration] continue superficially — keep troops in [northeast Syria] and Tanf, support UN 2254 process, sanctions stay in place,” he said.
He was referring to the small contingent of US forces near Syria’s border with Jordan and to the UN resolution adopted in December 2015 for a political resolution of the Syrian conflict. Jeffrey continued, “But there is neither a guiding strategy visible nor an envoy to execute it and talks with the Russians stopped. Why? I can’t explain it.”
The deal with Delta Crescent Energy, first reported by Al-Monitor, has been mired in controversy from the get-go.
The Delaware-registered entity was founded by US Army Delta Force veteran James Reese, former Ambassador James Cain and former Gulfsands Petroleum executive John P. Dorrier Jr., all with close ties to the Republicans.
They include Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., who first announced in July 2020 that the Syrian Kurds had struck a deal with an unidentified US company to “modernize the oil fields.”
[ everyone remember that pic of Miss Lindsay and John “songbird” McCain with key ISIS headchoppers in northern Syria in 2014?? Yeah. Lindsay deeply embedded in this.
Former special envoy for Syria Joel Rayburn confirmed during a congressional hearing in December 2020 that the Trump administration had actively lobbied for a sanctions waiver for Delta Crescent Energy, the only one to have been granted one so far.
Jeffrey said, “I believe that if they meet the same Office of Foreign Asset Control criteria now as they did in 2020 then that decision, which is technical and legal, should be a no-brainer and some ‘policy’ should not block it.”
Jeffrey added, “Believe me while I saw policy benefits then with granting a license that’s not how they got it — they got it by meeting Treasury criteria for granting licenses.”
However, what Jeffrey did not say is that the State Department is asked to issue guidance to the Treasury Department stating whether the license is in line with US policy.
At the time the license was granted on the policy basis that it supported Trump’s purported objectives on oil.
An administration source said President Joe Biden “does have a Syria policy and that policy is that we’re not in Syria for the oil. We’re in Syria for the people.” [pause. I need to violently regurgitate
The source added, “We have a campaign against the Islamic State and we’re extensively focused on providing humanitarian assistance.”
This includes seeking to persuade Russia to drop its veto on letting UN assistance flow through the Yaroubiyah border crossing with Iraq and working with Turkey to relieve the humanitarian crisis in the rebel held province of Idlib in northwest Syria.
“It’s simple and its sensible,” the source said. Halting Delta Crescent Energy’s operations may serve as an incentive for Russia to ease its opposition to allowing UN aid to northeast Syria through Iraq.
?To allow free flow of jihadis and weapons back into Syria??
Critics of the Delta Crescent Energy deal also point to a host of international legal tangles that are likely to arise from marketing oil under an accord signed with a nonstate actor, in this case the Syrian Democratic Council, which is the political arm of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), the Kurdish-led militia that has led the coalition-backed battle against the Islamic State.
Damascus has accused the United States of stealing Syria’s oil and breaching its sovereignty.
The vast majority of Syria’s oil is in the Kurdish-controlled region.
Proponents of extending Delta Crescent Energy’s waiver make a moral case for helping the Syrian Kurds, who played a critical role in helping defeat the Islamic State, with over 10,000 SDF and affiliated forces dying in battle.
“If Biden is sincere about sticking with America’s allies, this a golden opportunity to prove it and to help stabilize northeast Syria, to build capacity and become a role model for the rest of Syria,” said one of the sources familiar with the issue.
This chimes with the administration’s stated goal of preventing IS from resurging, the source added.
Most immediately and critically, the refinery Delta Crescent Energy plans to build would help mitigate the environmental crisis triggered by hundreds of makeshift refineries belching fumes and contaminating rivers in northeast Syria.
Sinam Mohammed, Washington representative for the Syrian Democratic Council, told Al-Monitor that the Kurdish-led autonomous administration was in favor of an extension.
“Our economic situation is so difficult.
We are under economic siege with international sanctions and closed borders.
And it’s been a particularly difficult situation this year because of the lack of rain.
Wheat and other essential crops have been affected and we have 5 million people living in our area,” she said.
“This company can work with us for developing our area.” However, she emphasized, “We have excellent relations with the Biden administration.”
The Syrian Democratic Council is unlikely to jeopardize these by going to the mat over the Delta Crescent Energy waiver issue.
Washington needs to keep the Kurdistan Regional Government in neighboring Iraq on an even keel and so does the Syrian Democratic Council.
Access via Iraqi Kurdistan is vital to the presence of coalition troops in northeast Syria.
Privately, though, Syrian Kurdish officials rue Washington’s move, saying the Office of Foreign Asset Control license served as a shield of sorts against the regime and Russia’s pressure to relinquish control over the oil.
Delta Crescent Energy said it would reinvest revenue in the Syrian Kurdish zone.
Critics ask, “What revenue?”
Neighboring Turkey, which has little oil of its own, would be the obvious market.
But Turkey is doing everything it can to ensure that that a yet another semi-independent Kurdish entity similar to the Kurdistan Regional Government does not take root.
Oil exported via Turkey played a big role in bolstering the Iraqi Kurds’ autonomy.
As Ankara sees things, it’s not about to repeat that “mistake” and has been unremittingly hostile to the Syrian Kurds ever since a peace process that it was conducting with its own Kurds broke down in 2015.
The Delta Crescent Energy deal has deepened Turkish paranoia about US intentions in northeastern Syria — that it may be midwifing a Kurdish state that would seek to incorporate large chunks of Turkey’s Kurdish-majority southeast.
Those suspicions have been amplified by the fact that the SDF and the Syrian Democratic Council are led by individuals who were formerly part of the Kurdistan Workers Party militia that is fighting Turkey.
Not only that, Turkey is facing up to $26 billion in damages after Iraq launched a case in an international arbitration court for its role in helping the Kurds sell their oil in defiance of Baghdad.
It is therefore unlikely to face the same situation by getting formally involved in helping the Syrian Kurds sell theirs, though it is a thinly disguised secret that ample quantities of Syrian Kurdish oil make their way illegally to Turkey via Iraqi Kurdistan.
Turkey’s stiff opposition has led the Iraqi Kurds, who rely heavily on Ankara’s continued cooperation in exporting their oil, to robustly oppose any deal with Delta Crescent Energy as well.
SDF commander in chief Mazlum Kobane hinted as much in a January 2020 interview with Al-Monitor saying that the sides had “problems agreeing on a price” for the oil.
“I think [Delta Crescent Energy officials are] hopeful and truly don’t understand the political constraints,” one of the administration sources noted.
Delta Crescent Energy maintains nonetheless that it has struck two separate deals to sell and transport the oil.
Sources familiar with the issue said the first was with an unnamed American company earlier this year for the sale of 5 million metric tons, which is supposed to generate $1.1 billion, and the second one, estimated at $1.23 billion, this month with another unnamed company.
[why unnamed? Hmmmm? What company. Ownership.? Shareholders? Cmon man!]
One of the sources said that “to facilitate this,” Delta Crescent Energy received transport and export licenses “in order to ensure all trade was conducted within [Office of Foreign Asset Control] license requirements.”
But the source was unable to clarify which entity had granted the said licenses; it clearly wasn’t the Syrian government.
In February, after Biden took office, Delta Crescent Energy did receive an export license from the Department of Commerce to ship the first US-manufactured production equipment to northeast Syria.
The equipment included solar-powered meters to monitor the flow of oil from the fields in the Kurdish-controlled zone, the sources said.
The sources added that Delta Crescent Energy had set up a physical office in northeast Syria in September 2020 with a staff of around 10 to 15 people.
Syrian Kurdish sources with knowledge of Delta Crescent Energy’s activities maintain that there is no evidence that the company has embarked on any kind of substantial activity inside northeastern Syria so far. “Their office isn’t even really an office,” one of the sources said.
So. Biden has killed the juicy deal Trump allowed to favor Miss Lindsay. Lindsay did speak out for Trump on occasion. So now we can see.
Next. Seems US wants to reopen a ratline from Iraq Kurdistan to reactivate it’s ISUS team.
Can they con the Russians?
And Turkey. Playing all sides simultaneously. As per usual.
But Turkey is mostly consistent about opposition to losing territory to a Kosovo-styled Kurdistan. Which would be a superbly located Israeli-US protectorate from which to vex Turkey, Iraq, Iran and Russia.

Senior Biden administration official said the United States was planning to be at the fore of an international response, most likely costing billions of dollars, to include restoring health and education services, and other reconstruction. The senior official said that rebuilding Gaza — which will most likely be coordinated through the United Nations — was at the top of a list of festering diplomatic obstacles that the administration would face between Israel and the Palestinian Authority now that the fighting was to wind down. Mr. Biden is expected to consider other initiatives. American diplomats who had shelved the prospects of brokering a broader peace agreement between the two sides will take a new look at the issue of Israeli settlements in the West Bank, said the senior official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe internal discussions. The Biden administration will also refocus on how to build on new alliances between Israel and Arab states that were brokered last year, largely at the behest of President Donald J. Trump. The administration is also considering how to foster relations and coordination among rival Palestinian political factions in Gaza and the West Bank, as outlined in an analysis co-written in 2018 by Hady Amr, now a deputy assistant secretary of state for Israel and Palestinian issues. Rebuilding Gaza is a necessary part of the diplomacy — and not only as what some officials see as a moral imperative to help residents. Officials and experts said it was also a point of leverage with Hamas, the militant group that governs the Gaza Strip but has lost popularity among residents who criticize its authoritarian approach and poor administration. “In a sense, you need to put Hamas in a position where they have to choose between their rockets and the well-being of Gaza,” said Dennis B. Ross, a veteran American negotiator of peace efforts between Israel and the Palestinians and Middle East policy for at least four U.S. presidents.
Last month, before the current unrest, the State Department committed $150 million to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, which coordinates humanitarian aid for more than 5.7 million Palestinian refugees across the Middle East. The Trump administration had stopped funding the agency in 2018, but Mr. Biden restored it in April. Elizabeth Campbell, the director of the agency’s office in Washington, said the Biden administration had also previously committed to sending a second installment of aid, also around $150 million, later this summer. On Wednesday, the agency issued an emergency $38 million appeal to donors to provide food, first aid, mental health assistance and other needs to Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank. Ms. Campbell said the United States had indicated that it would contribute additional funds for the emergency needs, but it was not yet clear how much. A longer-term reconstruction effort in Gaza could cost billions of dollars, and administration officials predicted that it would be welcomed by Hamas as it shores up its base of support among residents. But Mr. Ross noted that international donors would probably be wary without enforceable assurances that any investments would not go to waste — as they all but certainly would if the group later reignited hostilities that would draw a harsh response from Israel. Similar warnings were posed in 2014, when an eight-week war between Israel and Hamas damaged more than 170,000 homes in Gaza, displacing over a quarter of its population. When a cease-fire was finally declared, the international community created a monitoring system called the Gaza Reconstruction Mechanism to oversee the rebuilding efforts and, importantly, ensure that Hamas was unable to import supplies that could be used as weapons.

The Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) Philippe Lazzarini is in Gaza for the first time after the latest round of violence. Mr. Lazzarini underscored the Agency’s commitment to the rights and wellbeing of Palestine refugees, who form over 70% of Gaza’s 2 million inhabitants. “I am deeply frustrated at this senseless episode of extreme violence that killed civilians, destroyed infrastructure and threw Gaza back several years,” said Mr. Lazzarini. “19 of the 60 children killed in this conflict went to UNRWA schools, they were known to my colleagues.” Mr. Lazzarini visited Shifa Hospital where he met Sarah, a five-year-old who was paralyzed by a shrapnel that hit her during an airstrike on her building. She requires immediate evacuation for medical treatment aboard. He also visited the site of the building where ten members of the Abu Hatab family were killed. He met a surviving member, who lost his wife and four children, as well as his sister and four of her children. “The lasting psychosocial impacts of the violence are immeasurable. The ensuing mental health crisis will require the fullest funding of our psychosocial services,” Mr. Lazzarini reiterated. Mr. Lazzarini visited families in Beach and Jabaliya refugee camps and met with UNRWA staff implementing emergency relief efforts, such as fixing a huge water pipe and organizing assistance to displaced people in an UNRWA school. “Every morning during the eleven-day conflict our colleagues went to work without knowing whether they would come back to their families.,” said Mr. Lazzarini. In line with the US$ 38 million flash appeal, UNRWA calls on the international community to fund the Agency’s efforts to fulfill the most urgent humanitarian needs of affected populations in Gaza and the West Bank. In addition to the damages resulting from Israeli airstrikes on Gaza and continued unrest in the West Bank, including in East Jerusalem. “I leave Gaza with an urgent mission: to ensure that stability remains in the lives of Palestine refugees in Gaza through a strong UNRWA. I will also remind the international community that without addressing the root causes of the conflict, the occupation, the displacement, of which we had a strong reminder in East Jerusalem and Sheikh Jarrah, the blockade and the cycle of violence – this sense of normality will only be a mirage until the next conflict,” concluded Mr. Lazzarini.

Has been big difficulties since 2014 for Palestine to recive aid then…..
So…..again IDF does not pay any restitution but imposes the costs on the test of the world. Not exactly a discouragement? Will there be any investigation and actions over claimed war crimes?
So… has a sufficient turning point for Palestine been achieved….or just some kind of stasis….if it is true Hamas has yet another 3 yrs worth of missiles in stock plus the latest developments – has that been a sufficient deterrent and incentive for a genuine peace let alone a solution as well as IDF using up their stock…despite tenterhook rumbles today? Or is it all so finely balanced at the moment things can change in a heartbeat- and probably near impossible to guess at a resultant outcome then? Is it just far too soon to let our breaths go and even make a balanced situational assessment and analysis of the various claims ?
Amarynth,
now that’s the purest of cynicisms. to be cynical about Life itself. THAT is the “adult” cynicism that is the global darkness. healers never succumb to that cynicism. the cynicism is brokenness inflicted upon the consciousness by the darkness. the cynical cost a dime a dozen and are the cynical are the feature commodity of the darkness. civilization teaches people that the world is shi_, money makes it go around, and that nothing is sacred, and that you need to find a place in that shi_ and figure out a way to make peace with it, and oh by the way we have a menu of lies, big and little and everything in between, that you can tell yourself, and that you all can tell each other.
if you’re cynical about Life, you don’t have a right to say anything about anything.
I’m not implying that the cats are not wrong, amarynth. that’s a show of poor character. the disfigured, purposeless cats are slaves and people are disfiguring them and making a living off of them while acting like they love them.
the cats have millions of years of hunting in them. of course they can hunt. they need to be released. if they die, so be it – at least they had something other than their owners to live for, at least they tried.
I’m not saying that the universe is wrong either. pull yourself together.
of course Anna is making a living as a consultant. she’s a perfect New Age mouthpiece for Agenda 21’s fake sustainability initiatives.
“Animal corridors” are a hallmark of Agenda 21. Their true false purpose will be to control human movements not enable natural animal migration patterns, as if they have the faintest clue what they are because they don’t exist anymore and if they did they would be changing all the time.
it’s not the result that matters in Life. it the honest trying that matters, because that’s what participating in evolution is: trying to honor the creator by being an adaptive creature on your own merits and standing in your own humble power rather than attaching yourself to a hegemonic power in order to gain false power.
there’s infinite love in standing in your humble power knowing that you won’t compete with the raw power of the marketplace.
if we’re living the hegemon’s lies it’s going to hurt when we begin to purge them. the truth takes on anaerobic form in order eat the dying lies, and that’s a toxic process and our comfortably numb mindbody sicknesses come to the surface. that’s a good thing!! if you feel like you can’t breathe you’re doing something right.
let them come and let them go. and keep going yourself until the job is done.
thanks.
necessary typo correction:
I’m not implying that the cats are wrong.
sorry and thanks.

I thought we could talk about goats. But the ideology stands in the way of reason. I can debate all that you say here, as I know much about that part of the world and its animals. And the people. Just the fact that your ideology allows you to criticize in depth those that you do not know, those who you blithely add motivations to, but you do not understand their motivations but pretend you do, and a landmass with almost contiguous animal parks as big as European countries. We’re talking Africa here, not Agenda21.
hahaaa … perhaps Men who Stare at Goats.
amarynth, we can talk about goats. I appreciated your appreciation for what I said about our goats. you didn’t elicit further goat discussion. the dairy goats, being very intensively domesticated animals, and highly socialized to humans, have a great deal in common with mainstream people. they are a much better analog to the well-adjusted people folks like us rhetorically refer to as sheep. we have the extremes, here. we have the neurotic, wonderfully loving wimps in the dairy goats (there is nothing like goat love) and then we have the majestic, totally independent Soay sheep landrace. the Soay are not very productive animals but they more than make up for it with their presence. we wildflock them here. the intact rams beat the tar out of each other every rut. the dominant ram earns the right to have individual consorts with the ewes as they come into heat. with multiple ewes coming in at the same time he knows what he’s doing and he picks the fittest females that reliably twin because twinning is fairly uncommon among Soay ewes. the ewes missed by him — which is most of them — are pursued by the rest of the rams in what are called opportunistic matings which, to urban minds, would generally look like gang rape. the dominant ram invariably sires the most lambs according to the logic of their social evolution but, apart from strong resemblances, it is generally impossible to know which ram sired which lambs. the rams separate themselves from the females at lambing time and leave the ewes and lambs alone completely until the lambs are about three months old and then they all come back together. as a single unit outside of rutting season, these sheep are matriarchal in that their movements are led by a few leader ewes. these ewes sometimes point a foreleg in the relevant direction if she wants the flock to move in that direction for a particular reason. they’re remarkable animals that were discovered all alone on an island off of scotland about a hundred years ago. due to the conditions they endured on that island they are the toughest sheep on the planet bar none. I do not rotationally graze them because I’m not trying to maximize productivity at the cost of freedom. they do a great job of rotating themselves, and they deserve that much. so long as I harvest animals on schedule, which I do with a knife, the pasture thrives. you should see them die. most of them don’t even flinch at the knife’s edge. like the red man they know how to die with perfect grace. pound for pound their meat packs the biggest punch.
natural law — animism — doesn’t do ideology. it’s structuralist approach to Life. it assembled the nuts and bolts of Life into a built home of structural truth. that is why I maintain that animism is human culture based on pure reason.
this reasoning ability shows us from a structuralist standpoint — from systems analysis — that the animal parks of Africa that you apparently think are so wonderful only exist because they are marginal- to non-industrial ecologies due to a combination of poor industrial water and mineral reserves, and climate, and therefore the optimal way to both make money off the land and force the people off the land and into cities, is to turn to the chapter titled, “The Trickle-down Economics of Ecotourism: Let’s Wring Animal Blood From a Stone,” and turn vast swaths of creation that generally has been forcibly cleared of tribal and village peoples, into Conde Nast covergirl s for rich rubberneckers with absolutely nothing better to do. That’s not ideology, amarynth. That’s the truth, however ascerbically-delivered it may be for effect.
TPTB that run the United Nations runs almost all of Africa lock stock and barrel. The no-go zones of Africa designated as game reserves, keep the local rabble out while admitting the elitists so long as they show them the money. It’s post-colonialism and it’s post-colonial green washing, for liberal dupes with bleeding hearts.
Do I think that the more wild animals there are the better? Yes I do, but not at the cost of bolstering the elitist, supremacist cultural belief that both nature and common folk, real people, must be controlled and managed by an almighty technocracy. Because the very fate of these wild animals is then in the hands of the allstate technocracy. The empire. Doing what it does. Staking it’s claim with military hardware.
You are the ideologue who buys into the globalist ecotourism propaganda. And just because you’ve had your feet on the ground there doesn’t mean that didn’t have your head in the clouds.
with all due respect.
Very nice a lot of food for thought!

MINSK (Sputnik) – Roman Protasevich, an activist suspected of involvement in terrorist activities by Belarusian authorities and whose “Nexta” Telegram channel was designated as an extremist outlet in the country, has been detained in Minsk.
The Belarusian Interior Ministry has confirmed on Telegram that Raman Pratasevich – the founder of the messaging app’s “Nexta” channel – was detained at Minsk Airport.
The airport’s press service said that the Ryanair flight from Athens to Vilnius on which Pratasevich was travelling was ordered to make an emergency landing in the Belorussian capital due to a bomb threat. A bomb team was reportedly sent to the airplane after it landed but no explosives were found.
In the wake of the landing, the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry on Sunday summoned the Belarusian charge d’affaires and demanded the “immediate release of all the passengers and the crew being held at Minsk Airport.”
The German Foreign Ministry, in turn, demanded that the Belarusian authorities explain why Protasevich has been detained.
Sputnik has just been told by Minsk Airport that the plane is preparing for takeoff. It is scheduled for 19:00 Moscow time, a spokesperson for Ryanair said.
In a separate development, President of the European Council Charles Michel has called for an International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) probe into an emergency landing of a Ryanair passenger plane in Minsk.
Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki condemned the detention of Belarusian activist Roman Protasevich after a Ryanair flight was forced to make an emergency landing in Minsk, and asked European Council President Charles Michel to include the issue of immediate sanctions on Belarus in tomorrow’s Council meeting agenda.
Berlin has demanded immediate explanations from Belarus on the emergency landing of a passenger plane in Minsk airport, Miguel Berger, the secretary of state at the Federal Foreign Office, said.
President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen slammed Minsk for landing an Athens-Vilnius plane and urged the Belarusian authorities to immediately ensure that all passengers could safely continue their travel to the destination point.
Today was Whit Sunday, a little known, or virtually forgotten spring-time Christian Festival lasting three days, one that celebrates the free, individual human spirit, community, and human destiny.
Here’s a poem I have chosen for the Moveable Feast Café. The word feast is from “fest,” festival, meaning a feast occurring in a valley, or vale, but what kind ? It was written Sylvia Plath, (1932 – 1963)
Whitsun
This is not what I meant:
Stucco arches, the banked rocks sunning in rows,
Bald eyes or petrified eggs,
Grownups coffined in stockings and jackets,
Lard-pale, sipping the thin
Air like a medicine.
The stopped horse on his chromium pole
Stares through us; his hooves chew the breeze.
Your shirt of crisp linen
Bloats like a spinnaker. Hat brims
Deflect the watery dazzle; the people idle
As if in hospital.
I can smell the salt, all right.
At our feet, the weed-mustachioed sea
Exhibits its glaucous silks,
Bowing and truckling like an old-school oriental.
You’re no happier than I about it.
A policeman points out a vacant cliff
Green as a pool table, where cabbage butterflies
Peel off to sea as gulls do,
And we picnic in the death-stench of a hawthorn.
The waves pulse like hearts.
Beached under the spumy blooms, we lie
Sea-sick and fever-dry.
Anon, thanks, yeah what a poem. Not exactly ‘i do like to be beside the seaside’ is it? The Bell Jar was huge for me at the age of 23 or 24. Huge.
It was posted here by me, reante, in respect of Whitsun, the meaning of this festival, and how this and the poem related to what the Café tends towards, and especially today,. Sorry to spell it out, I’m sure you realized this, but you did not respond to my point, which, I regret to say, despite all, had you also very much in mind.
Community is about love, isn’t it, not the sentimental kind, or the “I’ll be for you if you’ll be for me variety,” but sun-like, free of personal interests and pettiness, that is the point I wanted to make, and not to be critical, but to be honest, peace.
Maybe this will reach people more :
Marvin Gaye – What’s Going On
https://youtu.be/H-kA3UtBj4M
Anon, thanks, I absolutely agree. We are just vehicles for the ideas so that we can better get at the truth. It’s nothing personal. That’s not to say emotions aren’t inherently part of the package. Fortunately we’re all adults here. If I ever cross that line I expect you and others to let me know.
cheers.
Sylvia Plath was a gifted post but also very emotionally unstable. Her sad ending was no surprise to anyone who read her work. Please observe your own vibe and see whether it goes up or down while reading this particular piece. You might consider posting something rather more uplifting.
SOS! Dimitar needed urgently
Anomalous, what a treasure you are. and perhaps like all human beings, subject to occasional minor failings?
However, despite Sylvia Plath’s struggle with mental health and emotional instability, she nevertheless captured to some degree, the tragedy of her time, and reflected the darker side of the 20c’ continuing descent into materialism, and where are we now ?
As for my own vibe, reading her poem, I experienced how accurately she portrayed her surroundings seen from the standpoint of the nightmare of materialism, which it is. I certainly prefer the song by Marvin Gaye.
I look forward to the uplifting contributions and sharing of other poems here, in connection to this glorious festival, or otherwise, and had wanted to write that with the poem by Sylvia Plath, but honestly forgot.
Now, back to downing planes. (I’m following this with great interest;)

Dear Anonymous
I have indeed my own failings. Your above post on Whit Sunday reminded me somewhat of Ioan’s “fart in the church” which was later re-edited to laughing in the church. You are more than capable of writing nice poetry. Perhaps you could follow it up with the ‘laugh in the church’?
All the best
Thank you, I remember the poem of ioans about the fart in the church, as it was so funny, but lost its appeal after editing, to my mind. Strangely enough, it’s very hard to be genuinely funny, in all art, not just poems, and I don’t have that gift to be honest, however, I’m waiting for the muse to help me write a nice poem,
Lukashenko acted according to the motto, it is not interesting what the Americans say, but you should work like the Americans.
Americans abhor election interference yet their color revolutions are the largest and worst election interference of all. Roman Protasevich is one of the key regime change operatives in the Belarusian color revolution of 2020. I believe he is a citizen which might mean guilty of treason.
However involving a plane gives the West foder for retaliation albeit the West will make up its own. Lukashenko knows that so damned if you do, damned if you dont.
In 2013, Morales’s airplane, President of Bolivia, was grounded in Austria after EU was duped into thinking Snowden was on the plane. Precedent was set 8 years ago.
There was a story about the nazi shoot down of mh17 that the pilot (SU 25) returned with empty racks and a mechanic heard him say “wrong airplane”… At the time, they say, the similar in appearance aircraft carrying VVP was supposed to be “the right airplane” – so I recall from the stories at the time.
I am minded of General Ripper’s dictum “Two can play at that game, soldier!”
Indeed, they can.
You recall well. I followed these events minute by minute back then and as a combat vet in Nam wanted to be there defending Donbass. My heart is with the Original USA Constitution and not with the scoundrels who say they rule us. Defend your soil. I was the invader in Nam.
Me too, Steve. Like a magnet. I was already too old, and I have ties, and I am Quaker – so violence is a difficult ethical matter. Not out of the question, but a very big deal for me.
I assume you know of Comrade Brother Texas…ahemmm.
Funny how a trip to the federal joint can motivate a fella. And he does not seem to have had serious ties. He recently said he’s past 60 and in the reserves, with his AK 74… Texas seems to birth guys like that, knew a few in high school.
But the legalistic matter was clear, I am an American. My Country might need me. Donbass must make it’s own future & so must America, or at least “greater Idaho” or whatever…
Which for no logical reason minds me of Brusilov…

(who wrote) To All Former Officers, Wherever They Might Be
Russia stands, surrounded by foreign foes. In the North, interventionist armies once calling themselves Russia’s friend have occupied Russian soil. The Western imperialists seek nothing more than to carve Russia, once indivisible, into a series of protectorates and puppets, squeezing the Russian people for everything of value. In the East, the White warlords invite Japanese and American troops into the country, to plunder, loot, and pillage. Who knows what else they intend to do? Is Russia to become a Japanese colony? In the West come the Germanic hordes, hellbent on destroying the Slavic and Russian way of life, and carving out their own petty fiefdoms, duchies, and slaver colonies, as Germans are wont to do. They are facilitated in doing such by the Western imperialists, and the White warlords Denikin and Boldyrev. In the south, Denikin himself has unleashed a great evil on to Russian soil, killing untold numbers of good Russian civilians with noxious gasses. These men are unhinged, cowardly, and above all un-Russian. Joining them are the French and Romanians, who have carved out large portions of the Ukraine, as if it were a slice of Africa or the Americas of yore. The French have claimed the Crimean Peninsula as a protectorate, seeking to extract wealth from the Russian population.
It is any Russians duty to fight for the Russian Soviet Republic, to fight the foreign invaders, and those who invite them into our beds. I, Aleksei Brusilov, urge all former officers of the Tsar’s army to abandon the White warlords and their anti-Russian activities.
All those former officers who in one form or another help to eliminate as quickly as possible the White Guard detachments and their foreign masters that occupy Russian soil, who thus facilitate and hasten the victory of worker-peasant Russia over the German gentry, will be freed of responsibility for those acts which they carried out when they were in the White Guard armies of Boldyrev, Denikin, etc.
Do not take up arms against Russia! I implore you to take up arms for Russia, and the Russian way of life.
~ Aleksei Brusilov
Impressive that you remembered it will be more impressive if the Eu remembers. The West has a way of forgetting. Roman was up to something big and sinister.
I think you may have found it in the following, that would be big and sinister enough to pull a plane down, or something of this nature- a young organizer of militias.
You previously posted that ‘He is a sympathizer of the Pahonia Detachment4, a Belarusian militia that has fought alongside the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion in Ukraine’s post-Maidan civil war.5’
Other info re Roman and Lithuania …Lithuania has just opted out of the Beiing led form. The country’s foreign minister has even urged other EU member countries to follow suit amid worsening ties between the 27-member bloc and China.
https://www.livemint.com/news/world/in-setback-for-china-lithuania-opts-out-of-beijing-led-forum-11621747518930.html
Roman was flying to Lithuania for safe haven.
Lithuania has also been in sharp focus recently as the staunchest ally of protestors seeking the ouster of President Alexander Lukashenko in neighboring Belarus.
Lithuania, a country of 2.8 million and a member of the eurozone and the Western defense alliance NATO, has offered safe haven to opposition leaders facing arrest in Belarus — a country of 9.5 million. Lithuanian leaders have been among the most vocal advocates of sanctions against Lukashenko’s inner circle.

Roman is an agent of the US and EU agencies.
Belarusian authorities now have a formidable trump card in their hands.
This is good in propaganda warfare.
We are likely to learn interesting facts.
But how can you fly over a country where you want to achieve a huge government change.
Human stupidity knows no bounds.
And that is exactly what most of the Russian professional diplomats are tweeting out .. the hijacking of Evo Morales’s airplane.

Consistently good, the ukcolumn delves into covid data and finds the Office for National Statistics reporting nonsensical figures – the 5 year death averages listed for each week in 2020 are exactly the same number as each corresponding week in 2021. ( This starts at 51 mins )
https://www.ukcolumn.org/ukcolumn-news/uk-column-news-21st-may-2021
They then look at various local authority records of deaths over 5 years – there is no increase – not unreasonably they ask, ” where is the pandemic ? “. Again, I am not denying there is a disease, I do deny the necessity for the lockdowns etc. – this seems to be a disease that has outcompeted the flu, pneumonia – even the common cold that sometimes sees off the moribund – but hasn’t increased death rates. After more than a year of trying, I’ve finally talked to someone who knows some one who died of covid – but wait – she was 86 years old ( 4 years above life expectancy ), in a care home and had been jabbed. I’m not sure if I can count that under covid or post jab coincidence death – or indeed natural death. I’ll seek further details if I get the chance.
They also report that the MHRA – the body allowing emergency use of the ‘ vaccines ‘ in the UK – admits to not having read the clinical trials before awarding emergency use of the Pfizer jab. This is a quote from the MHRA,
” As the trial was not conducted in the UK the MHRA did not assess its content and is not in a position to answer questions relating to it. ”
I’m astonished at this startling revelation. We’ve been bombarded with assurances that the jabs are safe, the authorities would never allow them to be used – they’ve gone through a very strict process – we must trust the science / the MHRA have done meticulous checks / wouldn’t allow it if there was any danger – blah blah blah ! This is the same MHRA who didn’t bother to check if the PCR test was fit for purpose and allowed producers with no competence in the production of medical equipment to supply the test kits – which were then self-certified. One of the suppliers was a pub landlord – a neighbour / friend of Hancock the ( banker ) health minister.
So it seems the MHRA ( that takes money from Bill Gates ) is another corrupt body that has been weaponised to give the public false reassurances.
The video lists the subjects covered and the times below. It’s well worth a look.
The decision to land the plane in Minsk was taken by the crew of the liner, and in accordance with all international rules.
This is evidenced by the negotiations between the controller and the pilots.
The crew said that it was their recommendation to land in Minsk.
For more information on Ryanair’s emergency landing, watch the video.

I follow the telegram channel, Ice Age Farmer. Ok, so farming, food production, supply/transport issues maybe a bit dull in comparison to geopolitics.
But reading the posts as they come through, there’s a very persuasive argument that someone is trying to manufacture a crisis, unless it’s just a reflection of the slowly collapsing global system. This reset program is a reality, and we won’t have long to see if it works or chaos follows.
There was a comment about “YCMTSU” on the last thread which I wanted to comment on but time ran out, So here it is. A few years ago a Canadian author, Margaret Atwood, gave a presentation in Texas. She talked about the source material for her science fiction titles. she said something along the lines of: “:I don’t make this stuff up. It is all right out there in the real world” So Col from NZ you are in good company!
Hi Theodora
All good…hers was a variation on the same theme…albeit, made in a more polite less agricultural way!
I have a quote from Ross Ashcroft permanently etched in my mind…it is as simple as it is powerful and has become my life’s inspiration and my personal mantra and my guiding light. …it reads…
“Humanity’s greatest ally is the self-educated individual, who has read, understood, delays their gratification, and walks around with their eyes wide open.”
In my own small way, I can do little to change the world but Ashcroft’s words are actually my main motivation in commenting on this great site. Also equally inspiring is the knowledge that collectively if enough of us did this, we could soon become an overpowering force and an existential challenge to all LSM narratives, the reign of the Western 3Ns, and also the Kleptocracy they have contrived.
I am certainly no scientist but I do spend at least 1000hrs a year reading and trying to keep abreast with global geopolitics and financial matters. I am a self-confessed rabid info-sponge and have been like that now for more than 60 years. If anything the older I get the more questions I ask.
Another of my life-long personal heroes, Leonard Cohen, also alluded to the collective power of an informed Mainstreet in the words of his song ‘Anthem’…
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=48AJBXs5dNc
The birds they sang
At the break of day
Start again
I heard them say
Don’t dwell on what has passed away
Or what is yet to be
Ah, the wars they will be fought again
The holy dove, she will be caught again
Bought and sold, and bought again
The dove is never free
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That’s how the light gets in
We asked for signs
The signs were sent
The birth betrayed
The marriage spent
Yeah, and the widowhood
Of every government
Signs for all to see
I can’t run no more
With that lawless crowd
While the killers in high places
Say their prayers out loud
But they’ve summoned, they’ve summoned up
A thundercloud
They’re going to hear from me
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your…
So Theodora…my contributions are all a very long stretch away from being what Cohen described as a “perfect offering”. They are what they are, nothing more, nothing less. One thing I am absolutely certain of, however, is no one else will ever own my voice…in spite of what the numerous trolls claim on this site.
Indeed, as I have said on many occasions…gosh how I love it when they so regularly crawl out from beneath their rocks and bridges in an attempt to challenge and disrupt my comments.
All the very best from the South Seas
Col
You stick to your guns there in the South Seas, Colonel, well done, and thanks for Anthem from Cohen !
I don’t know why, but I felt unexpressed melancholy in your comment, does this resonate in some way with the voice and themes of Cohen, I wonder.
Are there trolls on this site ? I believe their entry is strictly forbidden, so much so that harmless comments are sometimes deleted out of boredom! Seriously though, censorship is brisk on the bridge, so to say, and say the least…
I sincerely admire your tenacity for learning, and the acquiring of knowledge and information over a lifetime. But could one have too much of a good thing, like a mountaineer mind, at the expense of another ? You know, one can die of anything, including drinking too much fresh, pure water.
It was about 10 years ago at a club meeting in a small town that I muttered a bit too loudly “YCMTSU” , It was not a political club, but a technical sort, science of a soft kind.
The laughter was spontaneous.
From that I assume most people with at least some education in math and physics had/have some cynical doubts about the propaganda feed, even as they doublethink believe some of it.

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander
Waiting for Dimitar, on the song and poetry run, deserted by muses, looking for an uplifting poem as mitigating counter force to the downing of a plane and the worlds mounting evils (!) I found this, the unvanquished racing beauty of a spring fest, by Gerard Manley Hopkins.
Nothing is so beautiful as Spring –
When weeds, in wheels, shoot long and lovely and lush;
Thrush’s eggs look little low heavens, and thrush
Through the echoing timber does so rinse and wring
The ear, it strikes like lightnings to hear him sing;
The glassy peartree leaves and blooms, they brush
The descending blue; that blue is all in a rush
With richness; the racing lambs too have fair their fling.
What is all this juice and all this joy?
A strain of the earth’s sweet being in the beginning
In Eden garden. – Have, get, before it cloy,
Before it cloud, Christ, lord, and sour with sinning,
Innocent mind and Mayday in girl and boy,
Most, O maid’s child, thy choice and worthy the winning.
Gerard Manley Hopkins
An interesting man who plunged rashly into the Danube to escape the US Army and a Court Marshal, and a good man too. V. Grossman recently wrote :,
“German media bias is part of a larger picture with a long history.
Back in 1949 the newly-founded Federal Republic of Germany soon grasped that the worsening Cold War enabled it to welcome back all but the most notorious Nazis in every field: schools, courtrooms, the police, universities, top military posts, diplomatic service, all political levels, even as chancellor or president and, in the most essential, basic power positions, the same economic titans who built up Hitler and fattened on war profits achieved with mass slave labor.
But there were two conditions for acceptance in the western community of nations. One was loud espousal of democracy and freedom, with elections and a variety of political parties, as long as they were not too conspicuously pro-Nazi – and safely supported western free-market rule.
The second obligation was a repeated, wordy repudiation of anti-Semitism and total approval of anything said or done by the government of newly-founded Israel. ”

For my own observation> The AngloSaxon diaspora carrying thalassocratic rule has failed to prevent technical and economic and resource consolidation of Heartland, thus making the forward operating base named “Israel” (FOB-I) a liability possessing the obvious potential to initiate world war and increasingly useless to the imperial forces now in inevitable retreat.
It also makes the Empire itself useless and dangerous to the US.
The Palestinians won the fight. What remains is denouement.
That, sadly. will probably be terrible, but the outcome is clear – tellurocracy according to the UN Charter.
Stories about those not writing poems. I love zen stories but completely suck at poems. So, here is a zen story about the Cafe.
Trading Dialogue for Lodging
Provided he makes and wins an argument about Buddhism with those who live there, any wandering monk can remain in a Zen temple. If he is defeated, he has to move on.
In a temple in the northern part of Japan two brothers monks were dwelling together. The elder one was learned, but the younger one was stupid and had but one eye.
A wandering monk came and asked for lodging properly challenging them to a debate about the sublime teaching. The elder brother, tired that day from much studying, told the younger one to take his place. “Go and request the dialogue in silence,” he cautioned.
So the young monk and the strange went to the shrine and sat down. Shortly afterwards the traveler rose and went in to the elder brother and said: “Your young brother is a wonderful fellow. He defeated me.”
“Relate the dialogue to me,” said the elder one.
“Well,” explained the traveler,” first I held up one finger, representing Buddha, the enlightened one. So he held up two fingers, signifying Buddha and his teaching. I held up three fingers representing Buddha, his teaching, and his followers living the harmonious life. Then he shook his clenched fist in my face, indicating that all three come from one realization. Thus he won and so I have no right to remain here.” With this, the traveler left.
“Where is that fellow?” asked the younger one, running in to his elder brother. “I understand you won the debate.”
“Won nothing. I”m going to beat him up.”
“Tell me the subject of the debate,” asked the elder one.
“Why, the minute he saw me he held up one finger, insulting me by insinuating that I have only one eye. Since he was a stranger I thought I would be polite to him, so I held up two fingers congratulating him that he has his two eyes. Then the impolite wretch held up three fingers, suggesting that between us we only have three eyes. So I got mad and showed him my fist to punch him, but he ran out and that ended it.”
Doctors in Canada facing threats for diverging from covid narrative issue a declaration – from it :
“…By ordering physicians to be silent and follow only one narrative, or else face discipline and censure, the CPSO is asking us to violate our conscience, our professional ethics, the Nuremberg code and the scientific pursuit of truth.
We will never comply and will always put our patients first.
The CPSO must immediately withdraw and rescind its statement of 30 April 2021.
We also give notice to other Canadian and international licensing authorities for physicians and allied professions that the stifling of scientific inquiry and any order to violate our conscience and professional pledge to our patients, itself may constitute a crime against humanity….”

I died as mineral and became a plant,
I died as plant and rose to animal,
I died as animal and I was man.
Why should I fear? When was I less by dying?
Yet, once more, I shall die as man, to soar
With angels blessed; but even from angelhood
I must pass on; all except God doth perish.
When I have sacrificed my angel soul,
I shall become what no mind e’er conceived.
Oh, Let me not exist! For Non-existence
Proclaims in organ tones, “To Him we shall return!”

Thankyou Anomalous – I do like your posts :-)
I like this too :
This place is a dream. Only a sleeper considers it real. Then death comes like dawn, and you wake up laughing at what you thought was your grief.

I hope it’s true. I do find myself upset at all the ugliness in the world – even more so when it’s dressed up as virtue or nobility – and genuine goodness is disparaged.
The whirling dervishes trace their lineage back to Rumi so maybe doing some whirling will help your poetic inspiration
