Just thinking, now that society is opening up from Covid-19 closures . . .
Wouldn’t it be nice if there were retail locations called Moveable Feast Cafe, where folks could get their favorite drink and meet with folks from everywhere for discussion, small talk, sharing prose or poems, and just explore the mind journeys of others?
What a fabulous idea to gather the cafe folks from all corners of the globe to share banter over a liquid refreshment.
I wonder if we would look like what we image the other person to look like.
However, I think it will be awhile before anyone can travel beyond Oz and the cost of travel insurance will be out of this world. Just glad I have already been to many parts of globe. So will have to be content with virtual cafe.

Well….there are certain coffee houses in certain cities that served a purpose during and post WW2.
That purpose was, how can we say, to satisfy a market demand.
All kinds of people gathered in these places.
Post 1989 the American food and drink franchise houses served a similar purpose, globally.

Tiny offbeat road corner, main street with tables outside, bar downstairs, restaurant, upstairs lounge, whatever the venue specifications, that is the essential ingredient to success.
You could try a tertulia in Spain, they are very agreeable.

No disrespect intended on anybody’s part, but sometimes reading the comment sections on ZeroHedge articles, particularly from certain readers with an anti-China stance (don’t know about American Exceptionalist), leaves me wondering why we even trust ZeroHedge. The articles they publish can be informative on their own, but some of their readers are another beast – whose side are they on?
Why we trust? Goodness, no Digby, you cannot trust media of this nature. They are an aggregator. The thing with ZeroHedge is that they take mostly other people’s work, post it mostly without permission, and then they monetize it. So, with them, take a look at who wrote the article in question, and if you like it, click there, so that you can read it from the person who put in the work. At least that is what feels like ‘right action’ for me. Anything by Tyler Durden is mostly their own work, or from someone who does not want their identity made public.
Anyway, that is my story :-) The commenting is part of the game – the more ‘gamey’ the comments are, the more interested people are to pile in and pile up – the more advertising the site can serve. You can insult as many as you like, and it is an outlet for unbridled and irresponsible emotion, anger, aggression, and things that you won’t say to your neighbor across the garden fence. The online communities are quite crazy currently. I’ve been saying for months that the western alt-media is not your friend. Choose your journalists carefully and read from specific people that so far, proved to be honest brokers.

In principle the rational a-priori belief or assumption is that an Nth Claim or Entity is lying. In this one he investigates the wholesale ‘lab leak’ theory that has taken over the airwaves in a mass ‘manufacturing consent’ manner. I mostly am in agreement with him. Do take note, this is not fast reading. Get a beverage and take it slow.

Let me say it clearly The American population is being primed for war .. big war, little war, any war will do. It seems as if their national pride or deep identity or something is so conjoined with making war, and ‘winning’, that they have no other method. I discuss this with my husband from time to time, but he gets antsy – and wants to burn a flag or pee on his passport or something.
But a quick story – somewhere before the turn of the century we were living in the South. Invited to a get-together for memorial day, swimming, snacks, drinking, and at the end of the day a meal together and of course a sing-along and we had the guitars and the ability, so were selected as the entertainment and there were a few that with enough alcohol, could make a reasonable barbershop quartet. Just people enjoying being together and making their own backyard fun.
The idea came up around the dinner table that everyone makes a toast to ‘our boys keeping us safe’ – you know the maudlin story. So, as luck would have it, the toasts started at the other side of the table, and my husband very firmly put his foot on my foot under the table as a bit of a warning ya-know, like Behave yourself and check your Words Wife! These are our Friends! So, I was mortified and struggled to get to something to say, when the toasts came around to me. Eventually, I said .. May we see full and abiding peace on this earth that we share! Even that piece of goodwill elicited a cold moment of silence, before everyone lifted glasses, but more in a way of good manners because we were the entertainment. These good people could not contemplate the idea – it would not sink into the consciousness that something like an abiding peace could exist.
I loved the years that I spent in the US but I do not even want to visit now.

Diaries from that period are not necessarily entirely straight… (US Civil War diaries are also wonderful…see “Swamp Doctor”…) There were reasons for writing, reason for publishing… Rhetorical analysis in context is essential, ie take notes, and check.
The best diaries are seldom published…and when they are published, they’re usually dishonest…fine….find the lies and you can prise out fact, intent, and more…subtle “tells” about the author and his agenda. Dean Acheson’s diaries are wonderful in this sense.

I say very similar things on a nearly daily basis regarding your toast for “peace”. I’m known as a “martial” person and some longtime friends in that mindset seem startled at first when I “toast” as you did. In a store when someone sees “The Hat” on my head they invariably say “Thank you for your service” to which I reply; “You are welcome. Bring them all home. It was a stupid war.” If it is another vet, they usually reply “yes, it was”. I’m sure there are many who “see the hat” and think I’m a baby killer. I wear the hat to spark conversation to let them know that I’m not and was not such. I can recount times when I put myself in extra danger to protect them.
I have lived here in the “USA” all my life. I and most people here are not those who the world sees as evil. My dream is that I and those like me can make this land, maybe for the first time, a place where people like you WOULD want to visit………

We lived at one time in a boatyard next to the Miami River (next to little Havanna) for weekends and any time we could take off – fixing up a sailing yacht. One of the laborers was a vet – badly affected, really as crazy as a shithouse rat. But he was good people and soon we kinda found one another and worked together – removing paint, prepping for new hull paint, screwing down heads (toilets), scrubbing and painting the empty engine compartment, fixing the galley, and generally doing boat stuff – rough area, but I survived and learned a bunch – lots of wet foot dry foot Cubanos. The Cubans kinda took care of him. This vet fellow never missed a shift if he knew I was going to be there. His boss could not believe it as it was just a kinda a charity thing, to give this fellow a job now and again. If he knew I was coming down, he would be there, ready for work — Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Rain or Shine. Soon folks figured that I doctored scrapes, cuts, bad backs, screwed up feet, eye infections, skin screwed up from the harsh chemicals, and whatever – and they would come for little things. And ‘mama Cubano’ would send something to eat the next day. That is where I learned to love Cuban food! From ‘Mama Cubano’ as ‘mama’ learned that I would not eat from the roach coach and we were fed. (I guess the message went out to the gangs as well because we never had trouble and I sometimes slept on the boat alone). It was a two-year job as it was a spare-time job. Husband critter is a gifted sailor man. I insisted that the shithouse rat comes with us when we got the boat back in the water for the first sails, engine tests, and shakedowns. He loved it! Nobody ever asked him before. When we eventually sailed out, he was on the dock at first light and that man cried as he waved goodbye. He was still crazy as a shithouse rat, but I keep thinking we together made a little change. I would not allow anyone to mock him. From the beginning of the so-called “pandemic”, waves of asymptomatic “cases” were deliberately created by running unreliable PCR tests on 100,000s of perfectly healthy people every day.
The entirely predictable false positives were called “cases”, and these manufactured “cases” of Covid19 were used to build up the illusion of a global plague.

In short: before the vaccine they needed “asymptomatic infections” to create a “problem”, after the vaccine they are actively hiding “asymptomatic infections”, because their existence undermines their “solution”.
“Breakthrough infections”, existing in anything approaching large numbers, effectively means one of three things is true: either the tests are unreliable, the “vaccines” are ineffective…or both.
To anyone interested in the truth, keeping an accurate count of these “breakthrough infections” is therefore vitally important.

I’m feeling quite emotional having listened to this again. It’s a memory from my youth – I used to go to Corries concerts – and hearing the Combolins again ( the instruments that Roy Williamson built heard on this song ) brought tears to my eyes. In the theatre, listening to that song and the Combolins in the darkness was sort of hypnotic – I was brought right back to these concerts 40 years ago. It doesn’t seem very long ago.

In the wake of current ever changing world events it is easy to loose direction. I’d like to leave N America as this place is like under curse and I feel internal disconfort to even take a deep breath of the air. It is in ether and there is nothing but daily confirmation that situation will get nothing but worse.
Its nothing I can contribute here anymore and country and it’s people cannot contribute to me aside of lousy pension amidst of ever rising opression applauded by the wast population. I know I am not alone.
In the past I stated in this forum my consideration to migrate to RF and I received encouragement from few members here. I am not naive westerner, I am born slavic, I speak basic R language and I have few friends in RF and I visited RF. I can contribute with rich professional and life experience.

I know there is investment visa, requiring some $150k which is beyond my risk tolerance.

*invermectin, local farm supply store. invermectin is commonly used for treating variety of livestock and pets. Dose should be scaled for human application. (5l/$100)
*hydroxychloroquine, synthetic version of quinine. In natural form can be obtained from cinchona tree bark easily obtainable online (0.5kg/$25) Also from simmering grapefruit skins.

PS: in my circles I know only about one suspected case of infection (resulted in mad dash to get vaxxed) but know few cases of vac adverse reactions such temporary vision loss (1x), severe illness non-hosp (2x), hospitalization (3x) death (2x).

“four arms, is well armed”…..:) In the Cafe, anything in good taste goes. The remedies are known, we here know them, but others not here must know of them. I think the word is out though, the internet has crushed the MSN narritve left right and centre. The parts, one must source, see: item 3 above, some things are not easily obtained in some nanny states. It’s a steep learning curve for what the future may hold, so I’m saving all remedies. Hopefully I can aquire the materials (the basics are easy to get)…….oddly enough, looking through a liquidator store the other day I came across three ozone generating machines $139 each, cleans the air apparently, so that’s on my aquisition list also.
Most that I know, post vaxx had a sore arm, some suffer no symptoms at all, I also know that any good experiment requires a placebo control group, which leaves the question, no symptoms……hmm, control group? I have a question for our Romanian posters here. Does anyone know how the Romanian government was able to spur the birthrate in Romania in the late 1980’s. I remember hearing about how the population increased from that (all undone after 1989).But never heard the details of how it was done.
At that time I was too young to understand such things, but now from what I know, there was a policy of not allowing abortions. Could also have been some incentive of a monthly money allowance. Thanks for the reply. There is so much talk today about the low European ,Russian,and Japanese birthrates. I think that Romania showed it was possible to reverse that trend.Though it was only for a short period,and the collapse of the government caused those children to be unwanted and a symbol of the past. Had that not happened I wonder what the results of that policy would have been.I believe from what I recall that there was a lot more to the policy than just ending abortion.Though that was a part of the reason for the increase.

Romanian child policies were a disaster. Wages were at a miserable subsistence level.

The water main was broken and water had to be brought in containers. Almost all the budget went to food which was delivered by the local ambulance. This vehicle had been converted to run on compressed gas with a big cylinder on the roof. The inside was a bare floor covered with a sheet of plywood. In front of the building were potholes up to thirty centimeters deep. We only drove during daylight hours.
My wife at the time and I delivered materials for a hospital, the orphanage and a village in the Sieben Bergen region. We spent a little over a week traveling with a van and trailer with various donations from Switzerland and back. We left a number of toys, clothes, washing powder, chocolate and light bulbs.
Those children I saw are now in their thirties. I wonder what became of them.

perhaps I shouldn’t have said anything. I can clarify what I meant. I just suspect that I had something different to previous flu or colds – the symptoms were different. It was a very quickly onset severe cough and nausea. I’ve never had that particular combination before – that’s all. I got rid of it very quickly with Vits C and D – I only had one bad day.
I still don’t know anyone who has been sick or died of covid. I have only spoken to one person who knows someone – and that was an 86 year old in a care home who had been jabbed – so I’m not convinced.
These are my observations – I’m sorry if they’re not helping :-)

The Russian Ministry of Finance will introduce changes to the structure of the National Wealth Fund within a month, as the share of the US dollar will decrease to zero and the share of yuan will grow to 30 percent.

Good riddance, I guess. For the life of me I never understood why the dollar sign has to be shaped like an S, as neither ‘dollar’ nor ‘peso’ begin with it. Meanwhile, as for the other fiat currencies in the basket, we all know E is for euro (€), L is for libra (pound) (£) and Y is for yen/yuan (¥). Fiat currencies they may be (particularly the pound and euro), but far more straightforward, logical and intuitive than S for dollar/peso.
Similarly I never understood why US dollar bills have to be printed in the same color and size. If anything it makes it harder to tell them apart, especially for sight-impaired folks with otherwise decent color vision.

– The corruption of all the stake holders. The deliberate, worldwide top down “Gleichschaltung” of most importantly doctors, who had risked their medical licenses just for simple approved drugs.

There is much more. The most important thing is, that you have a professor of medicine, who is as integrated into the health care system and academic circle as it gets, describing the mindboggling process behind the scenes and real world conspiracy to use the COVID vaccination program for a political purpose. You can have nuts talk about 5G etc. all day (I don’t discount anything but this particular thing is highly unlikely), but he is an important and credible WITNESS of the systemic approach with which elites have chosen to push the “vaxx” programs. One thing is to have Alex Jones types describe these things, his description for this particular development is x orders of magnitude more important.
2. The second video is very detailed in the biochemical and immunological consequences of receiving the vaccination payload. It also has a partial transcript and a detailed description of the concepts and process mentioned in the video below the video itself. It is also very interesting for people who have Biology or MD background, not excluding the people, who want to know the pathological mechanism and therefore have an idea of future societal consequences in this respect.
3. The third article widens the scope of pathology mechanism by mentioning other studies. It is a bit ranty but still has some more important details.
So yeah, you do not know what you are talking about if you haven’t seen the video or read the articles. After doing that you can tell me again that all of this is a no-brainer…

Perhaps I am entirely wrong and perhaps not, but my impression was that the rest of the video would prove highly interesting to me concerning the search for the spiritual dimension enclosed within the covid disease. Here goes briefly, on Dr Dr. McCullough’s video, having listened to more, but not the total yet. I will, lucid grounded, excellent speaker, thoroughly absorbing on many levels.
The first few minutes contain the initial Covid “group fear” responses, PPE, the liaison with other doctors and scientists, the search for rational, disease identification and response strategies, and fear as driving mechanism of the global medical response.
The Covid 19, itself, (beyond the common cold, cough, or flu types) : over whelming attack on the respiratory system, and caused by Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) a life-threatening condition where the lungs cannot provide the body with enough oxygen. This is normally as a result to other types of disease, pneumonia for example.
With Covid 19, the virus causes untypical response to the symptoms, the immune system sends out signals via the spike protein that damage the body, causing blood co-agulation, clots, of different types, and not associated with known blood clot diseases (thrombosis for example.)
The healthy immune function becomes subject to a reversal of its typical functioning, resulting in death, the known cases cited were blood clots of the lungs. Well, people have to listen to this, from the beginning, I’m no scientist or doctor, others will get the picture and comment more, or correct me, hopefully.
In previous posts I raised the question about the informing principle of the immune system, what this is. We also spoke about the need to redefine what being human means, what is the crucial, fundamental attribute of the human being, in that direction, but a spiritual one.
What factors could corrupt the natural function of the immune system so that it performs the role of attacker on the vital organs under threat of a virus disease ?
Well, English is my third language that I learned, as you can easily deduce from my grammar and vocabulary mistakes.
Therefore, I interpreted your reply particularly the last sentence as dismissive/unsatisfactory as far as the content of the video is concerned.

So, Is it “Covid”? “new”? probably NOT! Please, is the study showing that the immune system goes into an abnormal mode, and rather than defending, attacks the vital organs ?
Also, that the blood clotting action-function, different from any other blood clotting type known, as well as causing deaths from Covid 19, also acted in this form in previous influenza cases ?
