President of Russia Vladimir Putin: Colleagues, ladies and gentlemen,
I would like to welcome you in the Kremlin at this ceremony to present your credentials and to congratulate you on officially commencing your diplomatic activities here in Russia.
You have an important and serious mission: to promote the development of comprehensive relations between the countries you represent and Russia. We proceed from the fact that you will be responsible for expanding our political dialogue and trade and economic ties as well as deepening cultural exchanges and promoting people-to-people contacts. And we are sincerely interested in making your embassies’ work in these key spheres successful. You can always count on the help of the Russian official agencies as well as businesses and civil circles. All your useful endeavours will definitely be supported.
This year marks the 75th anniversary of the end of WWII. In May we invite foreign leaders and delegations to attend celebrations marking the great Victory in Moscow to commemorate the memory of millions of victims, pay tribute to the veterans and show our committal to the ideals of peace, freedom and justice. The victor countries, members of the anti-Hitler coalition, made these ideals the foundation of the post-war world order embodied in the United Nations Charter 75 years ago.
Unfortunately, nowadays humankind is coming ever closer to a dangerous line. Regional conflicts are multiplying, the threats of terrorism and extremism are growing and the arms control system is being uprooted. The global economy is also unstable.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Today’s ceremony is attended by the heads of diplomatic missions of 23 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, America and Australia. By tradition, I would like to say a few words about our bilateral relations.
Russia favours pragmatic and business-like cooperation with Australia. We are giving support to the business circles of both countries in their effort to implement mutually beneficial joint projects and are facilitating the expansion of humanitarian contacts.
We are satisfied with the present state of collaboration with Morocco. Our states have achieved decent results in mutual trade, agriculture, and deep-sea fisheries. There are opportunities for advanced Russian technologies and R&D results to reach the Moroccan market.
Our relations with the People’s Republic of China are at an unprecedentedly high level. In fact, this is a comprehensive strategic partnership. Bilateral trade is consistently being built up. The Power of Siberia gas pipeline has been put into operation. Ties in the field of defence and military-technical cooperation are developing successfully. In April, we are planning to launch the Russian-Chinese cross Year of Scientific, Technological and Innovation Cooperation. Our two countries coordinate their positions on key global and regional problems and work in unison at international organisations and associations, including the UN, BRICS, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. China and all of us have come face to face with the threat of the coronavirus. Leaders of the PRC have been taking resolute and energetic measures to halt the epidemic. We are ready to render help and every kind of assistance to the friendly Chinese people.
We are keen to promote cooperation with Sweden in the spirit of good-neighbourliness and mutual respect. Held in St Petersburg last year, our talks with Prime Minister Stefan Löfven have confirmed that our two countries have the capacity for invigorating our economic, cultural and humanitarian contacts and for joint work on matters related to the Baltic Sea and other regional affairs.
Russia attaches much importance to promoting constructive collaboration with the Federal Republic of Germany. We regularly discuss with Ms Chancellor Angela Merkel current international and bilateral issues. We have supported the idea to hold a conference on a Libyan settlement in Berlin and participated in it in the most pro-active manner. Russia and the FRG are intensifying their mutually beneficial cooperation in trade, investment, and energy, and we intend to continue this joint positive work.
Russia and Ireland are striving for closer trade and economic cooperation, including in high technology, innovation and agriculture. There are opportunities for bilateral cooperation in education, culture and similar areas.
Russia and Serbia are linked by a strategic partnership that relies on traditions of friendship and the cultural, spiritual and historical affinity of our fraternal peoples. Last December, meaningful talks were held with President Aleksandar Vucic in Sochi. Important agreements were reached on bilateral cooperation in an entire range of areas: the economy, trade, the power industry, culture and coordination on regional matters. Russia is doing much to help maintain the situation in the Balkans stable and safe. We want Belgrade and Pristina to reach a mutually acceptable solution to the Kosovo problem on the basis of UN Security Council Resolution 1244.
Singapore is Russia’s highly promising partner in the Asia-Pacific Region. We appreciate our political dialogue that is actively promoting practical cooperation. The implementation of the free trade agreement signed by the Eurasian Economic Union and Singapore at the end of last year is designed to give an impetus to mutual trade and investment growth. We hope to conclude a Russia-Singapore bilateral agreement on services and investment.
We are friends and partners with the Kingdom of Cambodia. We are interested in further developing our relations in diverse areas, including politics and security, trade and investment, as well as educational and other people-to-people exchanges.
I am convinced that the further development of relations between Russia and the Hellenic Republic meets the interests of our states and certainly aligns with the centuries-old traditions of friendship and mutual affinity between our nations. In addition to our cooperation in politics, the economy and the power industry, there are good opportunities for expanding our contacts in tourism and culture. In this context, I would like to mention the current Cross Year of Language and Literature.
Russia and Iraq have accumulated a wealth of experience of mutually beneficial cooperation in many spheres, including the fuel and energy sector. Russia firmly stands for the preservation of Iraq’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and has helped to ensure Iraqi security. We believe that efforts towards internal political stability in Iraq should be taken within the framework of a broad national dialogue based on respect for the interests of all citizens, regardless of their ideological beliefs and ethnic and religious backgrounds.
Russia has strong and friendly ties with Algeria. The presidential election held there late last year was a big step towards political and social reform in your country. We support Algeria’s balanced policy in international and regional affairs. We see good possibilities for building up our economic and military technical cooperation and for coordinating our efforts in the interests of stronger stability and security in North Africa and the Sahel-Saharan zone. I recently had a short conversation with your President in Berlin. I hope to see him in Russia soon.
Mongolia is a good neighbour and a tried and tested friend. Last year Russia and Mongolia celebrated the 80th anniversary of victory in the Battle of Khalkhin Gol and signed a termless Treaty on Friendly Relations and Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. We consider it reasonable to complement our close political interaction with practical projects in trade, investment and humanitarian spheres. We are satisfied with the development of the trilateral Russia-Mongolia-China dialogue. We would like to see Mongolia more actively involved in operations of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation as well.
We are resolved to further strengthen bilateral cooperation with Tunis, which is among Russia’s traditional partners in the Middle East and North Africa. We are ready to work together on current regional matters, including a settlement in Libya.
Russia enjoys friendly and mutually respectful relations with Iran. Major bilateral projects in the energy sector, including nuclear energy, in railway transport and other sectors of the economy are steadily expanding. An interim agreement to create a free trade area between Iran and the EAEU came into force in 2019 and gave an additional boost to Russian-Iranian trade and investment relations. We plan to promote cooperation with Iran in fighting international terrorism, coordinate our actions as part of the Astana process and facilitate a settlement in Syria. Russia will continue to make efforts to preserve the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action for the Iranian nuclear programme. We believe this international agreement is critically important for global and regional stability.
Russian-Bangladeshi ties are quite dynamic. Trade is up, and a major project to build Bangladesh’s first nuclear power station, Rooppur, is in progress. Given the proximity of our respective states’ approaches to most pressing regional problems, we look forward to continuing close cooperation at the UN and other multilateral organisations.
The current state of relations between Russia and Great Britain can hardly be considered satisfactory by either side. We are convinced that restoring a mutually respectful political dialogue, strengthening trade and economic exchanges, and building up cultural and people-to-people contacts is in our common interest. We are ready for this.
We stand for promoting Russia-New Zealand ties in trade, investment and culture. We find it useful to interact on international issues, including counterterrorism, climate change and research in the Antarctic.
We are open to cooperation with Canada based on mutual respect for and consideration of each other’s interests. Canada and Russia are neighbours in the Arctic and share common responsibility for ensuring the sustainable development of this vast region, preserving the traditional way of life of the indigenous peoples and taking good care of its fragile ecosystem.
France is one of Russia’s key international partners. We maintain contacts with President Macron, hold regular meetings, discuss issues such as a settlement in Libya, Syria and the Middle East in general, and interact on the Ukraine crisis within the Normandy format. At a bilateral summit held in Fort de Bregancon last August, we agreed to work jointly on ensuring stability and security in Europe. Economic ties between Russia and France, including in industry and energy, continue to expand. On January 16, the Russian Seasons festival opened in France. It is designed to promote friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples of our countries.
Global peace and security largely depend on the state of relations between Russia and the United States, as well as on their stability and predictability. We are convinced that these relations should hinge on the principles of equality, respect for sovereignty and non-interference in each other’s domestic affairs. We are ready for detailed dialogue with the American side, including on arms control and strategic stability, the fight against terrorism and the peaceful resolution of regional crises. For us, it is absolutely obvious that resuming constructive bilateral collaboration meets the interests of Russia, the United States and the entire world.
We advocate the further development of ties with the Republic of Panama, efforts to streamline the legal framework, cooperation and expanded contacts on the economic agenda. We will continue to encourage educational exchanges and help train specialists for Panama.
Relations between Russia and Kazakhstan are an example of reliable strategic partnership and allied cooperation. Bilateral collaboration is based on solid historical, cultural and spiritual bonds between our nations. We appreciate the current level of trust and collaboration with the leaders of Kazakhstan. Last year, we held nine meetings with President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. And, of course, we maintain close contacts with our good friend Nursultan Nazarbayev. Sustainable integration within the Eurasian Economic Union continues to develop largely through joint efforts of Russia and Kazakhstan. Trade and economic relations between our countries are expanding in all areas, including in industry, energy and investment. Russia and Kazakhstan closely coordinate their approaches to matters on the international agenda. It is common knowledge that our Kazakhstani partners provided a venue for launching the Astana negotiating process to achieve a Syrian peace settlement.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Intensive but highly interesting work awaits all of you. I hope that you will be able to get to know Russia better, feel its pulse and watch our country accomplish important and ambitious tasks of political, economic and social development. I also hope that you will provide real assistance in expanding bilateral ties between Russia and the states you represent and will facilitate stronger friendship and mutual understanding between our nations. I wish you every success and all the best.
Thank you.
The World’s Most Important Leader, President Putin, understands the great danger of the United States. The American policy of Full Global Dominance is reckless, but not as reckless as its actions regarding Intermediate Missiles and Nuclear Arms Controls.
His warnings over the last two decades have gone unheeded by the West, and they find themselves now staring into the reality of Hypersonic Nuclear Missiles for which they have no defenses, nor comparable weapons.
Putin offers a hand to all nations, in friendship and cooperation. We shall see if this group of ambassadors acts to assist their nation to act responsibly. Of course, the ones to watch closely are the Hegemon’s vassal-states.
Speaking of vassal states, I don’t know anything about Alison LeClaire (Canada) but assuming (and that’s a big assumption) that she is interested in good relations with Russia she’d have a lot of work to undo all the insults from ‘Professional Russophobe (Ukrainian edition)’ former Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs Chrystia Freeland -now deputy Canadian PM.
I fear the Russian warnings fall upon deaf ears again like the warnings of the Tsar in 1914:
“Am glad you are back. In this serious moment, I appeal to you to help me. An ignoble war has been declared to a weak country. The indignation in Russia shared fully by me is enormous. I foresee that very soon I shall be overwhelmed by the pressure forced upon me and be forced to take extreme measures which will lead to war. To try and avoid such a calamity as a European war I beg you in the name of our old friendship to do what you can to stop your allies from going too far.”

In the context of the power struggle with Moscow, Merkel declared literally: “I am a hundred percent convinced that with our principles, we will win.”

Western strategy papers have announced war against Russia years ago.
“Hard power politics – Clausewitzian influence over alienated state regimes. Some alien-
ated regimes will still exist in 2020 – the key uncertainty here being the Kremlin. If so, we will need to retain a capability to meet their deliberate challenges to our vision of the world. This will require hard military power, but also an increased focus on asymmetrical forms of destruction, notably in the cybersphere. This is of major concern to the East-
ern members of the EU, and if the ESDP is unable to provide this then they will turn to NATO or directly to the US.”

There will be no peace. At any given moment for the rest of our lifetimes, there will be multiple conflicts in mutating forms around the globe. Violent conflict will dominate the headlines, but cultural and economic struggles will be steadier and ultimately more decisive. The de facto role of the US armed forces will be to keep the world safe for our economy and open to our cultural assault. To those ends, we will do a fair amount of killing.”

“Excerpts From Pentagon’s Plan: ‘Prevent the Re-Emergence of a New Rival’
…
Our first objective is to prevent the re-emergence of a new rival, either on the territory of the former Soviet Union or elsewhere, that poses a threat on the order of that posed formerly by the Soviet Union. This is a dominant consideration underlying the new regional defense strategy and requires that we endeavor to prevent any hostile power from dominating a region whose resources would, under consolidated control, be sufficient to generate global power. These regions include Western Europe, East Asia, the territory of the former Soviet Union, and Southwest Asia.
There are three additional aspects to this objective: First, the U.S. must show the leadership necessary to establish and protect a new order that holds the promise of convincing potential competitors that they need not aspire to a greater role or pursue a more aggressive posture to protect their legitimate interests.

It’s not only “the great danger of the United States” as such. What we have here is the continued partnership of London and Washington in the implementation of the “Atlantist” political and economic philosophy, namely the prevention of the rise of any continental power in Europe, leaving decision making to the Atlantic maritime powers.
It all goes back to the 19th century. The Atlantic powers did not meddle with Bismarck’s unification plans for Germany, seeing in Germany the perfect power for war with Russia. It was only when Bismarck proposed a political and economic alliance with Russia and China that the shocked “Atlantists” had him removed, using the Kaiser for the task, who foolishly made one of the worst mistakes in German history. One can argue that two world wars were fought to prevent the rise of one, or more continental powers in Europe and to prevent the creation of a Russian-German political and economic alliance, which would have ended up controlling Euro-Asia, as warned by the British geographer Halford Mackinder at the beginning of the 20th century.
It took two world wars for Germany to grasp that it had been played. It is now trying to rectify past mistakes, but it’s not going smoothly. The US even threatened it’s German “ally” with sanctions if it participated with the Nord Stream – 2 gas pipeline, widening the sanctions threat to other countries who dared do the same. It’s not working. The US is losing authority and esteem in Europe. It’s going to be very interesting to see what the US is going to do to prevent this.
The pentagon published a document in 2019 in which we can read that the us need to prepare for a major war by 2024. According to the document the war will cause immense damage to the us society.
We can stipulate that these documents are published to justify the increase of the military budget increasing the profit of military-industrial complex.
But there is also the possibility that the us is really preparing for a major war. The termination of inf treaty and the new nuclear doctrine of the us are signs that the possibility is real.
I think that if the us is really preparing for a global war the star 3 treaty and open skys treaty will also be terminated. We will see if that happens. If it happens for real the situation will be critical.
The U.S. military has suffered some embarrassing setbacks recently, and I believe cooler heads will prevail once the consequences of a military build up are better understood by the military.
For if it is used and defeated, which it most certainly shall be, the stain upon which shows on the military uniform, will never be cleaned or used again.
Thanks, Clarence!
Do you have a link?
I have long stopped giving trump and his zionist handlers/controllers any benefit of the doubt.
e.g.
-does not believe in arms limiting treaties;
-placing nuc weapons on subs;
-removing limitations on minewarfare;
-thinks he has a “mandate” now that impeachment farce is over (temporarily) and mueller farce fired blanks;
The only aspect which gives me any comfort are:
-new weapon systems are junk,e.g. ford carrier yet to conduct successful sea trials, >2 years running;, f-35 is a joke, litttarol (sp?)ships are a joke and are being mothballed after year-2 yrs in service, and on and on.
(e.g. see my links on non MSM news)
“-new weapon systems are junk,e.g. ford carrier yet to conduct successful sea trials, >2 years running”
And, forgive me, just a small joke….. what do you expect, it’s a Ford….. :)
If you look at how Putin, Shoigu and the Russian Military have demonstrated their weapons and strengths over the last four-five years, as the probability of war grows to a pinnacle, you can be certain that Russia will demonstrate for all to see what power she will throw at any attackers. The scale of one of the super bombs Russia has will wake everyone on the planet.
The US will not suffer immense damage, as they think in their planning. The US will cease to be. It’s territory, topography, coastlines, and the structures man-made will be destroyed. That’s not immense damage; it’s total damage, nor is it survivable. The nation of the USA will no longer exist, as will its government. If some animal or plant life survives the “war”, it will shrivel and die within days. Those in bomb shelters and protected caves will return in many months to an abyss, radioactive for decades, suffocating in dust. And they too will perish.
Thus, the demonstration the Russians surely will produce will weigh heavily on the Russophobes who are drooling for the destruction of Russia. What Russia promises is the total destruction of any and all attackers. And the capacity to do it is in place, locked and loaded, and very, very real.
In the interim the risk is that the fever to attack Russia is running higher each day. The hatred of Russia in some places of historic enmity is pathological. These lunatics are part of the audience for Putin’s words of warning. It is those beyond these sick minds who need the demonstration of Russian power. Then they will apply drugs and straight jackets to restrain the psychos in self-preservation of their nations and their own lives. Madmen need MAD doctrine back in place.
Just one big one in the Yellowstone caldera would do. I wonder if Pompeo has any geologists on his team, lol.
Here again, Larchmonter445. You keep saying that Russia will wipe the USA off of the face of the earth.
Saker just wrote a great article with some religious discussion in it. What’s wrong with that?
Is there anything wrong with asking spiritual/religious questions here?
For example, by any chance (whether you are religious/spiritual/whatever or not) can you find any prophecy in the book of Revelations in the Christian Bible that foretells which king is going to win?
What if I believe what YOU are saying? Then we would agree, right? Of course!
Why shouldn’t I believe what the Christian Bible tells about Satan’s coming One World Order?
Seriously, can’t we have a discussion about it?
I’m willing to emigrate to Russia and homestead there!!! Yes, me. Even though I don’t agree.
Yes, I remain convinced that the USA is going to GROW and become Scary Strong, strong-arming the whole world…
Honestly, I really DO hope you are right, Larchmonter445! :|
With its debt and deficit, and growing worldwide dedollarization, US economy is a bubble waiting to burst, precluding the growth you’re talking about. It’s too late for that now.
Humble student, USA and Europe will be wiped out in the next WWIII,
It is from the bilble and the last message of GOD Quran confirm what the Bible said.. It was God’s plan from day one and now we are looking at that momentum… There is nothing nobody can do to change that.. Russia will survive and your leadership knew that al along that’s why they did everything they could to prevent that… Just relax and watch the greatest
Chess game of God…
Just to offer a point of view on why – ‘the USA is going to GROW and become Scary Strong, strong-arming the whole world…’ can NEVER be true,
we dont even have to go to some super hidden strategy, a common sense of having ‘internal worries and external threat will surely kill the being’, will do.
There are no shortage of entities inside your country want to destroy the country. And externally USSA has no friends in the world, given after Brexit Uk is visibly and increasingly moving to the east and everyone else has been threatened and murdered.
How exactly is USA going to GROW?
p/s What other war crimes and financial crimes has USA not committed?
I find it v.sad the population with gun-rights and touted freedom will not stand up to their slave masters, but somehow swallow the deception they are your savoiur. If only the blacks and the natives has much weapons in their hands, they will take the country back and make right the destiny path of The REAL and ORIGINAL PPL. And I think, if open minded, you may agree with me on that too.
Now let’s move this off-topic back to VVP and Russia.
If you read carefully, Larchmonter445 did NOT say that Russia ***will wipe the USA off of the face of the earth. Just ***can. YUGE difference!
The simple answer to your question is this: Yes, there will be a final antichrist accompanied by terrible events and a lot of killing. Before this one can destroy everything Christ will return and judge the world. He is the king who wins. I don’t need to know or be convinced of much more than this.
If you are one of these Protestants who is hyper-focused on ‘prophecy’ and think you have everything down pat, I can assure you that you don’t. I’ve been there before I converted to Orthodoxy. We all do much better to seek out the wisdom of the elders and saints of the Church have written on these things.
I will throw this wrench at you. Regarding Larch comments about the U.S. being destroyed. You seem to take exception to this because it doesn’t line up with your prophecy ideas. What if the U.S. is playing the part of Babylon the Great? You know what happens to her, right? I’m not saying this is so and I doubt you believe it is so. But what if you are wrong? You see, what matters is what is good and bad according to the law of Christ and whether our conduct matches His because He is the King that is coming to judge all.
In Revelation 18, we are told that Babylon’s destruction will be accomplished in “ONE HOUR” (verse 19). In the same chapter we are told that she is to be destroyed by fire. Moreover, in Revelation 16:17-19, we are told that an earthquake will shake Babylon at the time of its destruction.
Obviously, then, the Babylon that is described in Isaiah 13 and 14, Jeremiah 50 and 51 and in the Revelation is not the ancient city of Babylon, but some great “latter-day” nation which by means of its enormous military and economic might will establish its ascendancy over the world. This New Babylon is obviously the US.
That, my friends, is Karmic Wrath Unleashed upon the evil empire.
“The great Babylon to be destroyed by fire in one hour”
It can only mean the great Babylon will be nuked. By whom?
Not only that. With great precision, Nature will come together with Karmic Wrath to unleash a colossal earthquake (perhaps courtesy of the Yellowstone caldera).
American evangelicals are one in insisting that this great Babylon is Iraq. Of course not! Iraq is not an economic powerhouse nor has it military might. Well, the church who has consorted with Babylon is the Great Whore and those evangelicals are part of that church.
Everyone, sit back, relax and watch the ultimate destruction of the great Babylon, ehem, the Evil Empire.

The most important projection produced in the last decade (updated each year) is the infamous “Deagle Projection 2025”, or more correctly “The List of Countries Forecast 2025”, produced by the CIA linked company “Deagle”.
It is a very important projection used by students of geopolitics and researchers, and back in 2017 it caused significant upset in the US, UK, and Europe as it showed massive population loss and economic losses explainable only by major peer adversary war or total economic collapse.
For example, the projection showed that by 2025 the US would have lost 200 Million people (death or migration is not specified) and GDP absolutely decimated.
The 2025 prediction against 2017 figures is given in this link – but be warned it makes for disturbing reading for any US or UK national:
http://www.deagel.com/country/forecast.aspx
For clarity and comparison the 2017 listing is here:
http://www.deagel.com/country/
Seems like even the CIA has priced in a US military defeat or economic collapse.
John, They talk about their reasoning in the notes section. By the way, no pandemic or nuclear war is included in the forecast.
The key element to understand the process that the USA will enter in the upcoming decade is migration. In the past, specially in the 20th century, the key factor that allowed the USA to rise to its colossus status was immigration with the benefits of a demographic expansion supporting the credit expansion and the brain drain from the rest of the world benefiting the States. The collapse of the Western financial system will wipe out the standard of living of its population while ending ponzi schemes such as the stock exchange and the pension funds. The population will be hit so badly by a full array of bubbles and ponzi schemes that the migration engine will start to work in reverse accelerating itself due to ripple effects thus leading to the demise of the States. This unseen situation for the States will develop itself in a cascade pattern with unprecedented and devastating effects for the economy. Jobs offshoring will surely end with many American Corporations relocating overseas thus becoming foreign Corporations!!!! We see a significant part of the American population migrating to Latin America and Asia while migration to Europe – suffering a similar illness – won’t be relevant. Nevertheless the death toll will be horrible. Take into account that the Soviet Union’s population was poorer than the Americans nowadays or even then. The ex-Soviets suffered during the following struggle in the 1990s with a significant death toll and the loss of national pride. Might we say “Twice the pride, double the fall”? Nope. The American standard of living is one of the highest, far more than double of the Soviets while having added a services economy that will be gone along with the financial system. When pensioners see their retirement disappear in front of their eyes and there are no servicing jobs you can imagine what is going to happen next. At least younger people can migrate. Never in human history were so many elders among the population. In past centuries people were lucky to get to their 30s or 40s. The American downfall is set to be far worse than the Soviet Union’s one. A confluence of crisis with a devastating result.
> goldhoarder
Thanks for that info. Looks like economic collapse it is then.
In my humble opinion it will be the failure of the Petrodollar system and the inability of the US to force continued acceptance of the USD (created by the US out of thin air) as global exchange and reserve currency that will collapse the entire global US empire.
Deagle – curious name. It was the name Tolkien gave to the evil Smeagles’ brother, who found the One Ring, and was murdered by Smeagle [Gollum] in order to steal it and wield total power over the world!!!
Conspiracy theory to create fear… Do you trust it?
Easiest war cycle anyone can find by just writing down start/end dates into a table or spreadsheet of the larger wars of the past 300 years, taking start point as the B.O.E. founding (naturally!) at 1694.57 is:
90-year cycle going: 1756.37 (7-years war start)- 1846.36 (Mex-Amer war start)- 1936.55 (start Spanish civil war)- 2026.55 (NEXT?)
So 2024 in that doc. does come close.
The feckless “so called” Foreign Policy of the United States is due ; in no small part to the plethora of Dual Israeli citizens who hold Elected…as well as Appointed Offices in the power centers of America. Talmudic Judaism is no friend to any Christian Nation. The ” Talmud ” written in their own language { not the softened up ; devious translation } is quite clear about their hate ; and plans for Christians and non Talmudic Jews. Jews and Christians alike suffer because of the agents of that Belief System. The damage from the infection of such a tiny minority of trouble makers is not unlike a minuscule Virus which can devastate a healthy body. Thank God for a leader like Vladimir Putin. The Western Financial System { also Talmudic in origin } will soon collapse and the entire World will face other grave challenges.
He also appointed Alexei Kudrin as a minister by the backdoor while nobody was looking. So much for him making a break from atlantic integrationists. His approval rating is continuing to drop for good reasons. Russia will revert back to what it was before he took power…
Sol Invictus,
Please document with facts that Kudrin has a position in the new government.
PM Mishustin has made all the appointments.
I could not find any report that Kudrin is in the government or that Putin has appointed anyone. He kept the big names, the rest are all Mishustin appointees.
From a source who shall not be named herein, kudrin is still head of audit chamber. As such, as I understand, he is not nor cannot be part of the govt ministry.

Sorry, had to post this!
“Looming Global Conflict!”
Or a pandemic, in fact? Uh-oh… I wish there was good news instead of so much bad.
Zero Hedge: banned by Twitter!
“We look forward to reading Buzzfeed’s article decrying The White House for daring to ask questions about the origin of this deadly pandemic.”
Don’t be naive. Zero Hedge is a pseudo-alternative media. To put it simply, it is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Buzzfeed is a presstitute.
Speaking of looming global conflict, America has put “low-yield” nuclear weapons on its submarines to target Russia (and likely other nations):

America’s “Rapture Ready” regime moves one more step towards Doomsday.

LOL.
Sounds like the Trump Regime will try to play the “Weapons of Mass Destruction” card again–this time against China.
I doubt America is sincere in investigating the coronavirus, as an *honest* study will start raising very disturbing questions about America’s biowarfare program.
Two Birds with One Flu: Coronavirus is US’ Latest Weapon Against China…and its Own Dissidents

Thanks for the link. I didn’t know Israel was behind, or at least a major proponent, of the story that China own-goaled itself with a own virus virus that so far, only seems to seriously affect Asians.
As far as the Western populist internet is concerned, from sites like Zerohedge and NaturalNews, are staking a decade of credibility on that this is all China’s own doing from its first BSL4 lab, constructed in partnership with France. They won’t necessarily mention France is Rothschild turf and China accepted a viper into its bosom.
More interesting, though, is what appears to be the ‘social cytokine cascade’ propaganda technique the West/Israel seems to be refining. A cytokine cascade or storm is a runaway immunological response that becomes an autoimmune disaster for the patient.
Essentially, finding and ringing the authoritarian bell with an apparent ‘own-goal’ incident, and relying on a predictable hammer down harder response from the Russia (nuclear cruise missile test went awry), Iran (shot down a civilian airliner) and China (n-CoV fail).
Russia seems to have dodged that bullet by not hiding and not giving the impression of hiding that an accident occurred, but then, they have had a lot more experience being framed.
The West/Israel appears sufficiently resourced on the ground in Eurasia to support hybrid espionage-psychological warfare, to both stage complex material incidents and exploit a predictable authoritarian outcome.
The problem with the coming war, and it is in reality already on, is the level of response. The bugaboo of ‘low yield tactical nuclear weapons’ is ridiculous. A nuke is a nuke and any use of a nuclear weapon against Russia, or for that matter US, will bring an instantaneous reply in like fashion. Or will it?
And how about a conventional weapon attack against Russia or US? What will be the response? US has no conventional weapons with which to damage Russia to any great extent, but Russia certainly does have conventional weapons to decimate US/eu in hours.
President Putin has often reiterated his aversion to war and has categorically stated that there will never again be a war on Russian Territory. So how would Russia retaliate against an attack on for instance Kaliningrad? Simple, and all one has to do is understand the economy of US/eu. Their economies work on a ‘last minute supply’ system, very similar to a large factory assembly line wherein the supply at hand is almost always not sufficient to last a full day of production. In US/eu there are no huge warehouse complexes with enough goods for the local economies to survive more than a two to three day slowdown or cut off, everything is keyed to a continuous stream of supply arriving daily and often hourly.
Now. Look at the roads systems, and to a lesser extent the rail systems, of US/eu. The US autobahn system is a case in point. There are choke points along the entire length of the entire system, both north/south and east/west. Over this vast system of highways moves over 95% of the daily goods needed to feed and supply all the large and small cities and most of the larger towns. Drop a few strategic bridges on this system and it will be instant chaos. Two days without any large supply simply on the east coast, all well within reach of the ocean, and New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, Richmond, Atlanta and Miami are totally screwed. US society will collapse overnight when the inhabitants therein can’t run down to McNasties for lunch or pop in to their local petrol station for a fill up or go to the local quick market for a Coke and a Hostess Twinkie. In three days, if that long, the large and small grocers will be out of food, the petrol stations will be out of petrol and the quick markets will have their security screens locked and the market will be closed.
How many families in US have emergency food and power supplies? Probably 1/100 of a percent if that. It will be but a few days when the marauders start foraging for food and petrol, and woe betide anyone who is not armed up for defense of their homes. It is not a pretty picture to contemplate, but on the other hand it’s not a totally destructive nuclear attack that makes the land unlivable for months. The same scenario is viable for at least west eu and uk. So in this happenstance what is US/eu to do? Go nuke? Why, when they know that the reply to a nuclear strike on Russia will bring unbelievable retribution. Besides, their entire cultures and societies will be a seething mass of ‘stand and deliver’ everywhere. Their armed forces will dissolve almost overnight as soldiers and sailors rush home to defend their families. Command and control of law enforcement will dissolve rapidly as the local crushers will instantly protect their families and friends, in addition to hunting down every ‘petty’ criminal they have, read opiate addict.
The small towns and cities in ‘the heartland’ will lock themselves down in a heartbeat and wait for the surging masses of foragers to arrive from the big cities, and their farms will continue to produce in large part. Why do I say this? Because every old comrade and friend I’ve got in US, and Europe, has quietly left the cities and ‘moved home’, and each and every one of them has clearly stated they are taking their families and preparing for the worst. They are to a man veterans and several have clearly stated that their local law enforcement knows what is coming and are ready for any event. Not a one of them is a ‘survivalist’ or nutcase, all have read the tea leaves and are quietly ready.
So here you have the two options available to Russia if the war goes hot. Either what would appear to be pinprick attacks against transport infrastructure and watch US/eu disintegrate in three or four days, or nuke the lot of them and be done with it. Having read enough of President Putin, I would aver that he would do almost anything he can to avoid a nuclear exchange, and I have no doubts that if things look really bad, his thoughts and concepts will be communicated to Washington, London, Berlin and Paris in no uncertain terms.
As the saying goes, pray for the best and prepare for the worst.

I always read your posts with serious reflection and became greatly concerned with this particular sentence:
“US society will collapse overnight when the inhabitants therein can’t run down to McNasties for lunch or pop in to their local petrol station for a fill up or go to the local quick market for a Coke and a Hostess Twinkie.”
So, I went downstairs into my End of Days Cavern and unbarred the camouflaged entranceway to the stores of survival items that I prepared long ago. I walked past the gun racks containing an arsenal of small weapons and ammunition, the pallets of preserved dry foods, the caskets of wines, liquors and bottles of Irish Whiskey, the stacks of favorite vinyl recordings and one old but serviceable record player.
To my right I reached the one-ton, four meter high vault and spun the combinations into the double cylinder locks that unlocked the massive steel plated doors and went inside. I entered the humidity-controlled area and looked with keen anticipation at the back of the safe and there they were, right next to the shelves of classic tomes including The Essential Saker III.
My years of supply of tasty chocolate HoHo’s and vanilla flavored Hostess Twinkies rested completely intact and ready for consumption.
I was relieved. :)

Prepared people of any variety are the vast minority.
Properly prepared people, as you seem to be, are the absolute minority.
A major economic collapse, or even a “small war” that cuts the supply chains to any urban centre, will be catastophic to the take-out, i-pod/phone, selfie generation, and very dangerous to most other generations too.
Government models in the US and UK have shown that current disjointed multiculteral communities will destroy themselves within just 21 days – if food, water, and electricity are completly cut off. Within 6 months 50% of the population would be dead, and within 12 months as many as 90% would be dead (assuming all food, water, and electricity remain off).
You would therefore need to be prepared to get past the 12 months stage. According to most models i have seen or read, after 12 months new groups and communities will be formed by the survivors and some efforts at rebuilding would have begun.
History however shows that even during major wars food, water, and some power can be obtained, so perhaps the 90% dead figure and 12 months before recovery is the worst things could get.

My gawd, man. You call that security? Shucks, a quadroon of the ladies from up the hollow will make short work of that tissue paper fortress. They’d just fire up their trusty F350 dually diesel, squeeze three of themselves in to the 5 meter bed (tight fit but doable) and one will be at the wheel (assuming she can still fit in the four door cabin) and your paltry defense will simply be a speed bump in the parking lot of the local 7-11. One ton door and dual cylinder locks? To guard Ho Ho’s? Surely thou doth but jest….And how about the yoohoo? And no Dr. Pepper? And if it comes to Moon Pies, well, all I can say is it’s been nice knowin’ ya….when those svelte damsels get done with you being between them and the Hostess Twinkies, we’ll just roll you up like a sheet of paper, put you in a shoe box and put the box on a shelf in the tool shed.

You can pretty much do that if things don’t get bad.

Any direct hot war between Russia and the usa will go nuke almost immediately, if not defused immediately. There is no chance of a “limited war” or any “extended campaign” against infrastructure, such as against Yugoslavia. Either it is brought to a halt immediately or everything gets let loose. That’s it. No middle way…
I recently read (last month) an article about Russia working to reinstate its Perimeter/Dead Hand system or upgrade it or develop an altogether new system like it. But cant find it now. It is a system to lauch retalitory nukes that will kick in if command and control are wiped out.
The Dead Hand piece was published by Southfront on/around 27/01/2020:

Thanks E. That is the article I saw. It is measures like this, taken by the Russians, which make the long dreamed about decapitating first strike by the israeloamericans futile.

Another excellent comment from you. I was in the US in 2005, just in time for Katrina. Few Americans grasped what really happened. When the water burst into New Orleans, the city its self ceased to function as a civilized entity. Some 50 % of the police force never showed up for duty, staying home and protecting their families. Of the remaining 50 %, some 25 % arrived and took up their duties, while the remaining 25 % went on a looting rampage, some of it shown on the Internet. The wealthy part of New Orleans saw an attempt at mass looting by impoverished Afro-Americans. The attempt failed, as the white elite in the city expected this, forming up an armed line of self organized defenders.I fear similar events will occur in case of a “hot” confrontation, the US cities seeing termination of supplies.
I also partially agree with your statement that the upcoming war is already on. However, the performance of NATO countries can be compared to that of a headless chicken, very sloppy indeed. What we have here is simple psychology. When Boris Yeltsin was in power, Russia was looted of some 100 billion dollars a year by Western banks, corporations and domestic oligarchs. The West, led by NATO, was convinced that Russia would implode and break up. Nobody expected the arrival of Vladimir Putin and the resurgence of Russia, nor did anybody really believe such a thing was possible. Well, it was. And the result ? A few years back Pentagon generals made an admission that NATO could never defeat Russia in a conventional war, all the more so since in Europe there are few who would wish for such a confrontation, as nobody can forget the two world wars and there is no desire for a third one.
A nuclear war between NATO and Russia ? Only if the crazies on Wall Street have their way.
This is a direct, warm and inviting message from the greatest head of state in this world. Who would not desire mutually beneficial trade and cooperation with each other as sovereign states? This message will, of course, fall on deaf ears by those supremely arrogant ones whose only aim is for total dominance over everyone, and not cooperative coexistence. We know who they are. The next moves are what keep me a little on edge.
If western leaders had any honesty, which they don’t, they might say that they were looking for the enemy and discovered that he is us.
Pentagon Says New Sub-Based Low-Yield Nukes Could Help US ‘Fight and Win’ Wars
https://sputniknews.com/military/202002081078262517-pentagon-says-new-sub-based-low-yield-nukes-could-help-us-fight-and-win-wars/
“The US military’s deployment of the new W76-2 nuclear warhead on Trident ballistic missiles carried by the Navy’s strategic missile submarines is aimed at giving the president “options” in military planning, Secretary of Defence Mark Esper has said.
“Low-yield nuclear weapons give the president options. We always want to give options. Options allow us to deter conflict, at the end of the day we want to deter conflict. But if necessary we want to be able to fight and win,” Esper said, speaking alongside Colombian Defence Minister Carlos Holmes Trujillo in Washington on Friday.
Commenting on the deployment, FAS warned that although the nuclear weapon has been touted as a deterrent to Russian battlefield nukes, it’s actually “much more likely that the new low-yield weapon is intended to facilitate first-use of nuclear weapons against North Kora or Iran” amid an increasingly assertive US nuclear posture.”
It is very clear these zionazi-gay war criminals fully intend to use these low yield nukes in an aggressive war of choice. That is why they developed them. They are already using bio and chemical weapons and they plan to use nukes like any other weapon, as well.
The trump quisling is fully on board this aggressive policy and has been from the beginning.

Low yield nukes of the type the US have already been deployed in Europe and Turkey and can be carried by planes as light as the F16.
The US Patriot system can also be retubed to launch low yield missiles (Putin has warned about this many times).
The sub deployed weapons add a new dimension to nuclear use.
Apparently the US made B61 mod 3 (a mere 300T equivilent yield) was tested by Israel in Yemen against an Iranian command and control centre under a mountain – with not a peep from MSM worldwide. According to many experts this clip shows this very low yield nuke been used in Yemen – the continuing burn, raw, and odd flame is very unsettling:
https://youtu.be/I1ycCiylGiM
Further to my earlier comment above, it has been pointed out to me that the B61 mini nuke I refer to being tested on a bunker in Yemen was actually a B61 version Mod 12 and not a Mod 3, however the yield of just 0.3kt is correct.
Here is a link to a Federation Of American Scientists article on why this mini nuke is particularly suitable for taking out bunkers such as in Yemen (and most likely in Iran in the future):
https://fas.org/blogs/security/2016/01/b61-12_earth-penetration/
PS,
There is growing evidence that mini-nukes (particularly next gen neutron types that do not produce a great deal of radiation) have been used several times by the US in Afghanistan and by Israel (using Saudi marked planes) in Yemen.

“The US Patriot system can also be retubed to launch low yield missiles (Putin has warned about this many times).”
I don’t recal Putin mentioning retubing patriot missiles, but he has talked about the aegis ashore installations set up in poland and romania. These are land versions of the missile installations on usn aegis warships. The missile mounting can accommodate several types of missile. A “universal missile mounting system” is a way to put it. The israeloamericans claim the installations in poland and romania are to use the standard aa missile only, but they can surreptitiously swap in tomahawks (or newer replacements when these enter service). This is what I’ve seen Putin point out.
Must have been some breakthroughs in uploading biological brains into computers, because no biological brains will long survive the rads of constant limited nuclear exchanges.
Related, Ritter speculating on Iran response for the murder of General Suleimani and what the americans can do to retaliate. Written before the Iranian missile attack, he was wrong about the possible Iranian response, but what he writes about the american options to attack Iran is very interesting considering the recent mounting of tactical nukes in usn ballistic missile subs and who they might be used against described in the article I posted early about these low yield nukes.
Iran holds all the cards in coming Middle East conflict with US, unless Trump is ready to drop a tactical NUKE
https://www.rt.com/op-ed/477558-iran-trump-nuclear-fordow/
“Iran has promised retaliation for the assassination of Qassem Suleimani. Donald Trump said this will lead to a disproportionate response from the US. One side can deliver on its threats, the other can’t, unless it goes nuclear.
Trump’s all tweets, no capacity
President Trump has promised that the US will not tolerate any attack against its personnel or facilities. “If they do anything,” he told reporters, referring to Iran, “there will be major retaliation.”
Earlier, Trump had tweeted a very explicit warning, telling Iran that he had already designated some 52 sites inside Iran, “some at a very high level & important to Iran & the Iranian culture,” for destruction. “[T]hose targets,” Trump declared, “and Iran itself, WILL BE HIT VERY FAST AND VERY HARD. The USA wants no more threats!”
Trump’s threat, however, rings hollow. First, his tweet constitutes de facto evidence of a war crime (Section 5.16.2 of the US Department of Defense Law of War Manual prohibits threats to destroy cultural objects for the express purpose of deterring enemy operations), and as such would likely not be implemented by US military commanders for whom niceties such as the law of war, which forbids the execution of an unlawful order, are serious business.
Of more relevance, however, is the fact that Trump has been down this road before, when he threatened massive military retaliation against Iran for shooting down an unarmed drone over the Strait of Hormuz last May. At that time, he was informed by his military commanders that the US lacked the military wherewithal to counter what was expected to be a full-spectrum response by Iran if the US were to attack targets inside Iran.
In short, Iran was able to inflict massive harm on US and allied targets in the Middle East region, and there was nothing the US could do to prevent this outcome.
The centrifuges that could be used by Iran to produce enriched uranium capable of being used in a fissile device are housed in a hardened underground facility located near the town of Fordow. No conventional munition currently in the US arsenal can destroy Fordow.
Only a modified B-61 nuclear bomb can do the job.
Trump has hinted that any future war with Iran would not be a drawn-out affair. And while the law of war might curtail his commanders from executing any retaliation that includes cultural sites, it does not prohibit the US from using a nuclear weapon against a known nuclear facility deemed to pose a threat to national security.”
Ritter posits a scenario where israeloamerica uses nukes to target part of Iran’s nuclear power infrastructure. The stated justification of such an attack is clearly an extension of the israeloamerican propaganda as Iran isn’t after nuclear weaponry. But what he also mentioned was that tactical nukes would be needed to destroy some of the infrastructure, existing conventional missiles wouldn’t be able to do it. This probably also applies to some Iranian military facilities, as well. No doubt if israeloamerica attacks, they will target Iran’s nuclear power infrastructure as part of their aggression.
In other words, these tactical nukes were developed and deployed to fill gaps conventional weapons couldn’t fill and are fully intended to be used in future warfare against non nuclear powers. Or against fledgling nuclear powers like DPRK. The restraint is now off.
America and its NATO crime partners are now itching to fight Russia over the Arctic.
Good luck with that.
If ever the Americans are so insane to actually start a live shooting war with Russia in the Arctic, they will end up like Emperor Napoleon’s troops, who withered under the relentless counter-offensive of “General Winter.”
